I have just launched brandmynd.com on the lovable.dev platform and need the three public-facing forms to move from “placeholder” to fully functional status. The forms are:
• Bottom-of-homepage contact widget
• /book-capabilities-call appointment form
• /contact standalone form
For each one I want two things to happen whenever a visitor submits:
1. An email notification lands in my inbox so I can reply quickly.
2. The same submission is written to a database table for later reporting and export.
Field set to capture: name, company, country, city, email, phone number, and message. Please wire in advanced validation — required fields, proper email formatting, and sensible phone-number checks — so incomplete or malformed entries never reach me.
I need the book meeting appointment function (book a capabilities call) to be working properly, booked dates and times cannot be selectected, etc...
I am agnostic about tech choices as long as they play nicely with lovable.dev; a lightweight serverless function, PHP endpoint, or similar back-end is fine. What matters is that the notifications arrive reliably and I can view/download the stored data.

Overview
I’m a non-technical founder building Starforge, an anime-inspired training ritual app (not a productivity app).
This is a Phase 1 validation MVP with a frozen scope, designed to prove daily usage and lifetime progress tracking.
If Phase 1 validates, this will scale into a native mobile app — without rebuilding the core system.
I’m looking for an experienced FlutterFlow + Supabase developer or small team who is comfortable working with clear deliverables, milestone payments, and strict scope control.

The first video was solid given the tight turnaround. However, the second delivery fell below the quality level I’ve previously received from him and below what I would expect at that price point. The edit was very minimal, with limited cuts, sound design, and visual alignment to the script. While it was turned around quickly and helped me meet a deadline, the final product felt closer to a below basic edit than a premium one.
Alejo was professional and transparent afterward, acknowledging that he was juggling a heavy workload during the holidays. I believe he can deliver high-quality work when given proper time and bandwidth, as he has done before, but in this case the execution didn’t fully meet expectations relative to cost.
Best suited for projects where timelines and scope are clearly aligned upfront.

Job Description
I’m looking for a developer to build a fully autonomous outbound calling system that runs independently and indefinitely.
I already have a Retell AI calling bot fully developed and handling call flow and voicemail correctly. What I need built is the automation and orchestration layer that continuously discovers new business leads, determines when they should be called, and places outbound calls without my daily input.
The single most important requirement is that leads must be businesses that do NOT have an existing website or website substitute. If a business already has a website, landing page, Facebook site, Linktree, or similar online presence acting as a substitute, it must be excluded. This constraint is non-negotiable and central to the project.
The system’s purpose is to identify small businesses that genuinely lack an online presence and contact them automatically during appropriate local business hours. No specific preference for sites to be scraped exists as long as it works well within the system and does not produce duplicates.
Once deployed, the system must operate on its own, indefinitely, on my existing Hetzner VPS.
This is not a one-off script. It must be production-minded, stateful, and reliable.
What the system needs to do
The system must continuously ingest new leads over time (not a one-time scrape), strictly filter out any business with an existing website or effective website substitute, normalize and deduplicate phone numbers so the same number is never called twice (even across restarts or crashes), respect time zones and appropriate local business hours, and place outbound calls using five Retell phone numbers, each making approximately 20 calls per day.
It must handle scheduling, state tracking, and recovery cleanly without manual intervention.
Technical expectations
You should have real experience building long-running automation systems. This includes scraping or structured data ingestion, reliably detecting the absence of a website or substitute, rate limiting and blocking avoidance, persistent storage for deduplication, time-zone-aware scheduling, API integrations, and deploying services that run unattended.
“Mostly works” solutions or systems that require babysitting are not acceptable.
A strong CS student with hands-on deployment experience is fine. Early-career developers with real automation experience are also a good fit. This is not suitable for beginners.
Deliverables & acceptance
A working system deployed on my server or reproducible locally, with full access to all source code and configuration. Final acceptance will be based on a working demo showing new leads being discovered, confirmation that leads truly lack a website or substitute, deduplication working correctly, calls placed only during valid business hours, and outcomes logged.
More detailed requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria will be shared once we align.

Please quote a realistic price based on the actual scope of work. I am not looking for the cheapest option — I’m looking for something that actually runs reliably.

I want a Telegram-based crypto scanner that taps directly into Coinbase’s live API. The bot must continuously watch price trends, market volume, and any transaction alerts, then flag or act on opportunities that fall within a user-defined balance window (as low as 10 and up to 1,000,000). When a token fits the criteria it should automatically import the asset to my Trust Wallet, updating the wallet balance in real time.

• Make it a clean guided intake (no long scrolling), only show fields needed for the selected item.
• Each submission creates a Print Order record with all structured fields saved.
Step 3: Add a “Request Changes” form that updates fields (no emails)
• Revisions happen by editing structured fields or submitting a short “Request Changes” form.
• Revision submission updates the Print Order record and increments a proof version counter.
Step 4: Proof generator connection (webhook out + webhook back)
• Workflow sends JSON payload to proof generator endpoint:
• Print Order ID
• Template type (Tri-Fold or Parents’ Reception)
• All field values needed to render the proof
• Proof version number
• Proof generator returns:
• PDF proof link
• proof version
• preflight errors (overset/overflow, missing fonts, etc.)
Step 5: Preflight guardrails
• If overset/overflow happens, route the order to “Designer Review” instead of sending proof to the director.
• If no issues, move stage to “Proof Sent” and notify the director.
Step 6: Director approval inside HighLevel
• Two director actions:
• Approve Proof
• Request Changes
• Approval locks the data used for that proof (store an Approved Snapshot).
• On approval, generate a FINAL PDF from the snapshot and save it on the Print Order record as the file we print.
Step 7: Invoice + payment + shipping (simple)
• After approval: send invoice for print items (Stripe). Production starts only after paid.
• Shipping: after USPS label is created, we enter shipping cost + tracking number on the order and send a separate Shipping Due invoice automatically. When paid, send tracking confirmation.
Requirements
• Proven GoHighLevel experience: custom objects, pipelines, workflows, webhook triggers/actions
• Experience integrating third-party form builders (EmailMeForm) into HighLevel
• Comfortable designing webhook payloads and handling webhook responses
• Organized, documents field mapping and workflow logic clearly
