I need my sales, support and reporting workflows to run themselves from the moment a lead appears in our CRM right through to the weekly summary that lands in management’s inbox. n8n is already running on our server; what’s missing is a series of rock-solid workflows that tie everything together and eliminate the manual clicks still happening between the CRM, our project-management board and WhatsApp conversations with clients.
Here’s what I’m aiming for: a new lead enters the CRM, the right salesperson is assigned automatically, an introductory WhatsApp message is sent, a follow-up task is opened in the project tool, and any future status changes cascade through the same chain without fail. The same level of automation should apply to customer-support tickets as well as the data-entry tasks that feed our reports.

I need a developer-designer who can quickly turn my brief into three high-converting landing pages and two fully functional WordPress websites.
The landing pages are all about lead generation, so every pixel should guide visitors toward a clear call-to-action. A polished, professional, corporate aesthetic is essential—think clean typography, restrained colour palette and subtle motion where it helps engagement, not distracts. Each page must include an above-the-fold contact form that feeds directly into my CRM (I’ll supply API details).
Alongside those pages, I also need two WordPress sites spun up on the same brand guidelines. I’ll provide hosting access, a sitemap for each site and all copy. You’ll handle:
• Theme selection or lightweight custom theme development
• Responsive layout, accessibility best practices and performance optimisation
• Plugin setup for security, caching and the same contact-form integration used on the landing pages
• Final hand-off with clear instructions so my team can edit content without touching code

1. Three standalone landing pages delivered in HTML/CSS (or Elementor/Gutenberg blocks if you prefer) with embedded, functioning CRM form.

1) They are an agency. If you are looking for someone who is focused on your project and not juggling ten others at the same time, this is not the place to go.
2) They are slow learners. There were multiple moments where I genuinely questioned whether hiring them was a mistake. They relied on ChatGPT to figure out things that our internal team and other freelancers already understood — and I’m not talking about complex or cutting-edge material. These were fundamental items.
3) No urgency. Even when urgency was clearly communicated in group settings with multiple stakeholders involved, they stuck rigidly to their allocated hours. They made it very clear they would not allocate extra time or work weekends to meet deadlines, even when timelines were critical.
4) They take things personally. When we informed them — politely — that we would be asking other vendors to handle work they could not complete on time, the response turned confrontational. We were accused of mischaracterizing proposals and creating deadlines that were “never agreed upon,” despite prior discussions.
5) Everything expands. Tasks tend to stretch. If there is a way to extend scope or bill more hours, it will happen. I enabled manual time tracking because I’ve been burned before, and even then, looking back, there are significant billed hours where I honestly cannot justify what was accomplished.
6) They cannot perform under pressure. If you are building something fast, running a high-performance operation, or launching something important, this is not the team for you. When things get intense, they become rigid, defensive, and transactional. If you don’t operate strictly within their structure, they will disengage — even when you need them most.
Be very careful before committing here.

Our Approach (Budget & Opportunity):
Since we have already completed most of the groundwork (code, server, logic, design), we are specifically looking for someone who has likely built a similar solution before and can finalize our project efficiently within a lean budget. Successful and efficient completion of this project can lead to a long-term business partnership for future automation and AI projects.
The Core Challenge (Business Critical!): Strict GDPR compliance is mandatory.
- All audio processing (STT & TTS) MUST occur on EU endpoints/servers.
- US-only processing (like standard Vapi or ElevenLabs US) is strictly excluded.
- We currently have a LiveKit implementation that connects but fails to successfully transmit audio via the required EU endpoints.
What is already done (Assets provided): You are not starting from scratch. We provide:
- Existing Codebase: A nearly complete LiveKit agent (Python) with integration attempts for Deepgram, Azure, and Speechmatics.
- Backend Logic: The logic, knowledge base, and RAG pipeline are ready and accessible via n8n.
- Infrastructure: Server and token service are set up. A Hostinger VPS (self-hosted) is available if needed.
- Frontend: A complete user interface design is ready.
Your Responsibilities:
- Fix the Connectivity: Configure the agent to successfully send/receive audio using strictly EU-based endpoints.

Project Overview: I have a feature-rich MVP of an AI-powered invoicing SaaS ("Chat-to-Invoice") built on Replit. The application is functional and includes ARES integration (Czech business registry), Stripe payments, QR code generation, and PDF invoicing.
The Challenge: The codebase was largely generated with AI assistance. While it works well, it needs professional senior-level refactoring to be production-ready and scalable:
Some monolithic files exceed 1000+ lines.
Inconsistent TypeScript usage (heavy use of as any).
Lack of automated tests and basic security hardening (Rate limiting).
Need to ensure an API-first architecture for a future mobile app launch.
Scope of Work & Milestones: We are starting with a Fixed Price Milestone of $200 for a Code Audit.
Milestone 1 (Audit): Deep dive into the current architecture, security review (multi-tenancy isolation), and math logic validation (ensuring calculations are code-based, not AI-hallucinated).
Subsequent Milestones (To be defined after Audit): * Modularizing large files into clean services.
Enforcing strict type safety and Zod validation.
Implementing Rate Limiting and CSRF protection.
Setting up a test suite (Jest/Playwright).

Proven experience with Drizzle ORM and TypeScript.
Comfort working within the Replit environment.

The frontend is already built in React + TypeScript (Vite) with Tailwind and shadcn UI. There's also a Supabase scaffold in place, though it's not core to the MVP yet. What needs to happen:
- Move the AI API call to a serverless function (no client-side keys)
- Hard-coded system prompt that includes some reference content (FAQ, product guides, sleeping guides)
- Basic IP-based rate limiting
- A daily global usage cap so we don't wake up to a surprise bill
- Proper env variable handling
- Deploy to Vercel or similar
- Wrap the app for the Apple App Store (using Capacitor, WebView wrapper, or similar) and handle submission. Google Play may follow as a separate phase later. Use an approach that supports both platforms from the start.
What we're not building:
No user accounts, no admin panel, no payments, no RAG, no file uploads, no complex analytics. This is a customer-facing tool focused on a smooth, simple user experience. Not a full product.

$300–600 fixed. If you've done this kind of thing before, it probably won't take long.
We look for solo developers only. Ideally, you've built AI wrapper or an LLM integration before and are comfortable working with serverless setups. You know how to keep API keys safe and how to ship something clean without overcomplicating it.
