I’m looking for an experienced developer or small team to finish Allin1, an existing roofing contractor SaaS built in Replit, launch it on Apple App Store and Google Play, and provide ongoing maintenance and improvements.
The app already has substantial functionality: project photos, canvassing and maps, estimating, customer pipelines, reporting, and an AI assistant that works with company data. I need someone comfortable taking over a complex existing application and becoming a reliable long-term technical partner. CURRENT STACK React, TypeScript, Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL/Drizzle, and Capacitor for mobile packaging. Integrations include Stripe, Twilio, Google/Gmail/Calendar, OpenAI, and Gemini. SCOPE OF WORK • Review the existing preliminary audit, inspect the code, and verify which issues still need attention. • Propose a prioritized completion plan with separately priced milestones. • Finish agreed launch features and fix bugs, demonstrating working core workflows, billing, permissions, and separation of each company’s data. • Validate AI functionality, company context, integrations, and background-job reliability. • Complete Capacitor mobile packaging and publish to Apple App Store and Google Play, including addressing review feedback. • Deliver code and deployment documentation under my ownership. • Provide ongoing bug fixes, maintenance, and updates under separately agreed support terms. WHO I’M LOOKING FOR • Proven experience taking over and completing complex SaaS applications. • Strong backend, database, API integration, and AI development skills. • Hands-on Capacitor experience and successful iOS/Android store releases. • Clear English communication, regular progress updates, and reliable follow-through. • Willingness to explain technical decisions in plain language. Latin America is preferred, but demonstrated ability and fit are the priority. Marketing experience is a bonus. BUDGET AND PROCESS The listed budget is a placeholder, not the budget for the entire project. Please propose your price for reviewing the existing audit and code, followed by separately priced completion and launch milestones. Final scope and pricing will be agreed before hiring. Ongoing maintenance will be negotiated separately. Shortlisted candidates can attend a live screen-share demonstration. A signed NDA/IP agreement is required before access to private code or confidential technical materials. PLEASE INCLUDE 1. Two comparable SaaS applications and exactly what you personally built. 2. Links to iOS/Android apps you released, identifying any built with Capacitor. 3. Your experience taking over existing code and implementing reliable AI features. 4. Your approach to pricing the initial review, completion milestones, and ongoing support. 5. Your availability, overlap with US Eastern time, and willingness to sign our NDA/IP agreement.

Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer — Take an Existing AI SaaS Platform to the Next Level
About Nabee AI We are building Nabee AI, an AI-powered front desk and customer communication platform that helps businesses communicate with customers through AI while intelligently connecting those conversations to the real people behind the business. This is not an idea-stage project, and we are NOT asking you to build a product from scratch. We already have: * A working prototype/platform built on Replit * An existing codebase * A live product and website at Nabee.ai * Multi-tenant SaaS functionality * AI chat * Voice AI * Business-specific knowledge * Lead and inquiry capture * Appointment booking * Human handoff * Customer and admin dashboards * Existing integrations * An established product direction and development roadmap * Existing business relationships and clients where we can test and validate the product in real-world environments Our goal now is to take an already working product to the next level: production readiness, stronger architecture, better AI workflows, deeper human/CRM integration and scalability. The current platform already includes multi-tenant architecture, website embedding, real-time chat, voice, lead capture, booking and human handoff. ⸻ IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING Begin your proposal with the words: NABEE AI If your proposal does not begin with NABEE AI, we may not review it. We include this intentionally because we are looking for someone who has actually read and considered the opportunity rather than submitting an automated proposal. ⸻ What Nabee AI Is Becoming We don’t see Nabee AI as simply another chatbot. We see it as an: AI Front Desk + Customer Communication + CRM/Workflow Layer Nabee AI should sit between a business and its customers. When a customer contacts a business, Nabee AI should be able to: * Understand what the customer needs * Answer questions using the business’s own knowledge * Collect relevant customer information * Capture leads and inquiries * Take actions when appropriate * Schedule appointments * Maintain customer and conversation context * Determine when AI can resolve something * Determine when a real person is needed * Route an inquiry to the appropriate person or department * Give the human the context needed to respond * Bring the human response back into the customer interaction * Follow up when necessary * Track the inquiry through resolution The experience should feel like: Customer → Nabee AI → AI Resolution OR Right Human/Department → Resolution Not: Customer → Chatbot → Dead End ⸻ What Already Exists You will not receive an empty repository and a product idea. There is already a substantial working platform. Multi-Tenant SaaS Each business operates independently with its own: * AI assistant * Business knowledge * Branding * Configuration * Dashboard * Feature settings Nabee AI can already be installed on websites through a simple embed integration. The existing platform supports tenant-specific configuration and server-side settings. Nabee-AI-Master-Scope (1).pdf AI Chat Existing functionality includes: * Real-time streamed AI conversations * Conversation history * Session recovery * Guided interactions * Quick replies * Business-specific responses * Knowledge-grounded answers * Multi-language functionality The current system is designed to answer from the individual business’s knowledge rather than inventing products, services or pricing. Nabee-AI-Master-Scope (1).pdf Voice AI The platform already includes browser-based two-way voice AI. Current functionality includes: * Live AI voice interaction * Interruption while the AI is speaking * Conversation recovery * Text fallback * Persisted transcripts * Business-specific knowledge * Appointment functionality Voice is therefore not something you will be asked to create from zero. Nabee-AI-Master-Scope (1).pdf Lead & Inquiry Capture Nabee AI already supports: * Guided inquiry conversations * Lead qualification * Structured inquiry information * Contact capture * Lead creation * Ticket creation * Text and voice inquiry flows The current platform already collects structured customer/project information and creates leads and tickets. Nabee-AI-Master-Scope (1).pdf Human Handoff There is already an initial human-handoff system. The AI can recognize when human help is needed, create a human request and allow staff to join the same conversation while preserving the AI transcript and context. Nabee-AI-Master-Scope (1).pdf Knowledge / RAG The existing knowledge system supports multiple business-specific sources, including: * Website content * Uploaded documents * Business profile/services * Time-sensitive information * Private internal information * Product information The current implementation includes scored retrieval, knowledge prioritization, protection against untrusted content and knowledge-gap identification. Nabee-AI-Master-Scope (1).pdf Customer Dashboard Businesses already have functionality around: * Conversations * AI summaries * Leads * Tickets/inquiries * Conversation status * Private notes * Replies * Human takeover * Satisfaction * Knowledge gaps * Analytics * Usage The existing dashboard already behaves in several ways like a customer-service inbox, including ticket states, transcripts, AI summaries, private notes, direct replies and response metrics. Nabee-AI-Master-Scope (1).pdf Admin Platform Nabee also has an administrative platform for: * Tenant creation and configuration * Customer onboarding * Feature management * Plans * Usage * Knowledge management * Support * Human takeover management Nabee-AI-Master-Scope (1).pdf Additional Existing Functionality There is also existing functionality around: * Shopify/e-commerce * Appointment booking * Satisfaction/feedback * Guided website actions * Automations * Usage limits * Analytics * Security * Accessibility Again: you are not being asked to build all of this from scratch. Your responsibility is to understand what already exists, determine what is worth keeping, and help us take it to a much stronger production level. We intentionally are not publishing our complete internal technical architecture and development specification in this public posting. More detailed documentation will be provided to the selected engineer. ⸻ Where We Want to Take Nabee AI The next stage is about turning Nabee AI into a stronger AI front desk and customer operations platform. 1. AI Front Desk & CRM-Like Functionality Nabee AI should increasingly maintain structured customer and inquiry context instead of treating every conversation as an isolated chat. This may include: * Customer/contact records * Contact information * Conversation history * Inquiry records * Inquiry type * AI-generated summaries * Status * Priority * Assigned person/department * Internal notes * Tasks/follow-ups * Appointments * Resolution * Interaction history * Customer feedback We are not necessarily trying to replace a full enterprise CRM. We want enough CRM-like functionality for Nabee AI to intelligently operate as the business’s front desk and communication layer. ⸻ 2. AI ↔ Human Handoff Human involvement should be a natural extension of the AI experience. When AI cannot or should not resolve something, Nabee AI should intelligently facilitate the connection to a real person. That may include: * Live human takeover * Assignment * Internal notification * Staff messaging * Follow-up requests * Escalation * AI-generated context and summaries * Human responses * Returning those responses to the customer * AI resuming assistance afterward when appropriate The customer should not have to repeat the entire conversation simply because a human becomes involved. Nabee AI should act as the middle layer between the customer and the organization. ⸻ 3. Staff & Departments Businesses should be able to represent their actual organizations inside Nabee AI. This includes concepts such as: * Staff * Departments * Roles * Responsibilities * Availability * Routing * Assignment * Response expectations * Escalation The AI should understand enough about the organization to determine: Who should handle this customer’s inquiry? The internal product scope already defines staff/department-based routing as part of the next-stage functionality. Nabee-AI-Master-Scope (1).pdf ⸻ 4. Asynchronous Staff Communication Not every inquiry requires a live human takeover. Sometimes the appropriate action is: “Have someone from billing contact me.” or: “Please tell Maria I’ll be late.” Nabee AI should be capable of acting as the middleman. The platform should be able to: * Understand the customer’s request * Identify the appropriate staff member or department * Collect the necessary information * Create an internal message/memo * Preserve customer context * Notify the appropriate person * Allow the staff member to respond * Return that response to the customer * Maintain the interaction as part of the original customer conversation * Escalate when necessary The internal product scope already defines this Staff Memo workflow for both chat and voice. Nabee-AI-Master-Scope (1).pdf ⸻ 5. Appointment Scheduling Nabee AI already has native appointment-booking functionality. The next stage includes deeper scheduling integration, including Cal.com, so customers can naturally: * Check availability * Book * Reschedule * Cancel * Request appointments requiring confirmation through AI conversations. This needs to work through both chat and voice. The detailed Cal.com implementation has already been defined internally and includes booking synchronization and related workflows. Nabee-AI-Master-Scope (1).pdf ⸻ 6. AI Agent / Conversation Intelligence We want to continue improving the AI’s ability to: * Understand customer intent * Maintain context * Use business-specific knowledge * Call tools/functions * Interact with APIs * Take structured actions * Capture leads * Maintain customer/inquiry information * Schedule appointments * Route requests * Escalate appropriately * Communicate with staff * Follow up appropriately We care about production reliability, not simply connecting an LLM to a chat interface. ⸻ 7. Knowledge / RAG The platform already has a substantial knowledge foundation. We want to continue improving: * Knowledge ingestion * Retrieval accuracy * Semantic retrieval * Context management * Knowledge freshness * Knowledge prioritization * Knowledge-gap detection * Reliability * Security around untrusted content The AI needs to know when it has enough information to answer and, equally importantly, when it doesn’t know the answer. ⸻ 8. Voice AI Voice already exists in Nabee AI. We want to continue improving: * Conversation quality * Latency * Interruption handling * Tool/function calling * Appointment workflows * Staff communication * Human escalation * Conversation recovery * Transcripts * Voice-driven business actions ⸻ 9. Production Architecture & Reliability We need someone capable of evaluating and strengthening the underlying product architecture. Relevant areas include: * Multi-tenant SaaS architecture * Database architecture * Authentication and authorization * API architecture * Third-party integrations * Deployment * CI/CD * Monitoring * Logging * Background jobs * Security * Data handling * Reliability * Performance * Scalability * Production debugging Detailed internal architecture and security documentation will be shared with the selected engineer rather than published publicly. ⸻ Real-World Product Development One important advantage of this opportunity is that we already have access to real businesses where Nabee AI can be tested and improved. We want to work iteratively: Build → Deploy → Observe → Learn → Improve → Scale We don’t want to spend months building features in isolation and then hope customers want them. We want to see how real businesses and customers use Nabee AI, identify friction, improve the product and repeat. We’re looking for an engineer who enjoys that process. ⸻ IMPORTANT — Compensation & Partnership Structure Please read this carefully. This is not a traditional hourly freelance development project. We are looking for someone who could become the long-term technical development partner for Nabee AI. Compensation $100/month minimum guaranteed compensation + 10% revenue share from Nabee AI The $100/month is the minimum guaranteed cash compensation during the early-stage development relationship. The primary financial upside is participation in 10% of Nabee AI revenue. This is revenue sharing, not company equity. We recognize that $100/month is substantially below normal compensation for a senior engineer. That is intentional. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial engineer who is willing to accept very limited guaranteed cash compensation in exchange for meaningful participation in the future revenue of a product they help build. We are not looking for someone primarily interested in maximizing short-term hourly billing. ⸻ First Month — Mutual Evaluation Period The first month will also serve as a mutual evaluation period. During that period, you will receive access to the existing Nabee AI platform, codebase and more detailed technical documentation. We want you to independently evaluate: * What already works well * Architecture * Code quality * Technical debt * Production readiness * Security/scalability concerns * What should remain * What should be refactored * What should be rebuilt * What should be developed next We will also evaluate: * Your technical judgment * Communication * Reliability * Ability to understand an existing system * Product thinking * Ability to work independently * How well we work together The purpose is to determine whether this is the right long-term relationship for both sides. The detailed 10% revenue-sharing arrangement—including the definition of qualifying revenue, duration, payment mechanics, ongoing responsibilities, termination provisions and other terms—will be documented in a separate written agreement. ⸻ Why This Is Different From Starting From Zero You aren’t being asked to invest your time into nothing more than an idea. Nabee AI already has: * A working product * Existing code * AI chat * Voice AI * Knowledge/RAG * Multi-tenant functionality * Lead/inquiry capture * Human handoff * Appointment functionality * Customer dashboard * Admin dashboard * Existing integrations * A live brand and website * A defined product direction * A detailed internal development roadmap * Businesses available for real-world testing Our objective is: Existing Product → Real Customer Validation → Improve → Production → Scale We want the person building the technology to participate directly in the success of that journey. ⸻ Who We’re Looking For Strong candidates will have experience with several of the following: * Production SaaS development * Full-stack development * Multi-tenant architecture * AI application development * LLM APIs * AI agents * Tool/function calling * RAG / vector databases * PostgreSQL * Python and/or Node.js * React / Next.js or comparable frameworks * REST APIs * Webhooks * OAuth * Voice AI * Cloud infrastructure * CI/CD * Security * Production monitoring * Third-party integrations You do not need experience with every technology listed. We care more about whether you can: Understand → Question → Architect → Build → Ship → Monitor → Improve ⸻ AI-Assisted Development We encourage the use of modern AI development tools. However, we are not looking for someone who generates software they cannot personally understand, debug or maintain. You must personally understand the: * Architecture * Code * Database * APIs * Authentication * Security * Infrastructure * Deployment AI should make a strong engineer faster. It should not replace engineering competence. ⸻ Ownership & Development Environment Nabee will retain ownership of the product and intellectual property. Development will use Nabee-controlled infrastructure and accounts wherever reasonably possible, including: * Source-code repositories * Production deployments * Cloud infrastructure * Databases * Domains * API/service accounts * Documentation We expect clean, maintainable code and sufficient documentation so another qualified engineer could understand and maintain the system. ⸻ The Person We’re Looking For Technical capability alone isn’t enough. We’re looking for someone who is: * Highly capable technically * Entrepreneurial * Reliable * Independent * Curious about the business * Interested in customer behavior, not just code * Willing to challenge ideas when there is a better solution * Comfortable taking ownership * A strong communicator * Interested in building something long term We want someone who thinks: “I’m helping build this product.” rather than: “I’m completing this client’s tickets.” ⸻ How to Apply Your proposal MUST begin with the words: NABEE AI Then answer the following questions: 1. Compensation & Partnership Are you genuinely comfortable with: $100/month minimum guaranteed compensation + 10% Nabee AI revenue share? Why does this structure interest you? 2. Review Nabee AI Please review Nabee.ai before applying. Based on what you can see publicly and the opportunity described here: What interests you most about taking this product to the next level? 3. Production Experience Show us one production AI or SaaS product you personally helped build. Explain exactly what you personally built or owned. 4. Multi-Tenant SaaS Have you personally built a multi-tenant SaaS platform? How did you approach tenant and data isolation? 5. AI Agents Have you built an AI agent capable of taking actions through tools, functions or APIs, rather than simply generating text? Describe it. 6. CRM / Human Handoff Have you built systems where AI automation interacts with a CRM, customer-service workflow or real human staff? How did you manage: AI → Human → AI while preserving customer and conversation context? 7. RAG / Knowledge What experience do you have building production RAG or knowledge-retrieval systems? 8. Voice AI

We are launching a stealth-mode, privacy-first 21+ social application called Krypt under our parent entity, Coyah Ledger Group LLC. The entire front-end visual architecture, custom Tailwind styling, page states, Framer Motion animations, and mobile-responsive screens are 100% complete and verified. The project is built using Next.js 15+ (App Router), React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. A live link to our interactive UI prototype is available for review, and the complete source code ZIP is ready to hand over. We are NOT looking for a front-end designer to rebuild or change the look of the application. Your sole deliverable is to build the backend engine, connect the database, implement secure API architectures, and make the application production-ready based on a strict technical specification document. Key Backend Deliverables: Live AI Chat Integration: Connect our current onboarding terminal screen to the OpenAI Assistants API (using gpt-4o-mini). The AI must ask exactly 3 sequential, culture-focused questions and evaluate the response logs to grant access.Database & Schema Architecture: Set up Supabase (PostgreSQL) tables to handle user nodes, hashed identity tokens, and event metrics with strict Row-Level Security (RLS).Data Isolation (Stripe Identity/Persona): Implement a third-party ID verification gate to verify users are 21+. Real names, exact DOBs, and ID images must never be written to the database; age must be verified via webhook, a boolean set to true, and raw identity logs instantly scrubbed. Anonymized Profiling: Implement an LLM pipeline to process the 3-question chat transcript and auto-generate an anonymous, two-part text metadata tag (e.g., "Late-Night Film Curator // Systems Architect") to serve as the user's public profile. Spatial Telemetry Shielding: Set up an event discovery database where exact street locations are kept hidden from client logs. The frontend map must only receive broad neighborhood zones and compatibility percentages, decrypting the exact coordinates via secure token only when a user is within 3 blocks of the event. Accountability Kill Switch: Build an automated system tool loop for event hosts. If an event host flags a user node for misconduct, the backend must dynamically lower their vibe credit score, invalidate active tokens, and revoke device session access if it drops below a set threshold. Required Technical Expertise: Frontend: Next.js (App Router), React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion. Backend/Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL), Next.js Server Actions / API Routes.AI/APIs: OpenAI Assistants API (thread token management), Stripe Identity SDK, or Persona SDK.Security: Cryptographic device fingerprinting, WebAuthn Passkeys (NextAuth/Auth.js preferred).Contract & Budget Terms: This is a Fixed-Price Contract funded entirely out-of-pocket by a solo founder. The budget is $1,500, strictly managed through three sequential milestone payments in Upwork Escrow. We will not convert this to an hourly project. How to Apply: Please respond with specific examples of full-stack projects you have personally engineered involving Supabase data structures and OpenAI streaming integrations. Do not send generic design portfolios. Please include the word "KRYPT_CORE" at the top of your proposal so we know you read this full technical scope.

I need a specialist who can spin up roughly three-thousand Telegram accounts, each appearing to be Portugal-based, and have them quietly join a single channel I’ll specify. They will not need to chat, react, or message one another; their sole task is to enter the channel so I can stress-test audience growth and notification delivery.
Here is what matters to me: • Every account must look plausibly Portuguese (name format, profile photo, and locale settings). • The join action has to be automated and repeatable, preferably through the Telegram Bot API, Telethon, Pyrogram, or an equivalent framework you already trust. • I will provide the invite link; you deliver the ready-made user sessions, run the script, and confirm that all 3,000 have appeared inside the channel. • No interaction between bots is required after joining. Acceptance criteria 1. 3,000 distinct accounts are present in my channel within the agreed timeframe. 2. Spot checks on random accounts show Portuguese profile details. 3. I receive the underlying scripts or methodology so I can reproduce the process later if needed. The channel must remain fully operational and must not be suspended, restricted, or banned. Please DM your quote, turnaround estimate, and one or two examples of similar large-scale Telegram automation you have completed. Skills: PHP, JavaScript, Python, Software Architecture, Scripting, Account Management, Automation, API Integration, Telegram API, Bot Development

I want to build an n8n workflow that listens to incoming WhatsApp messages and sends back dynamic replies when a user chooses from a set of options. The logic must sit entirely inside n8n, using a WhatsApp Business API (or an officially supported gateway you recommend) so the flow stays maintainable and scalable.
Here’s what I have in mind: when a message arrives, the workflow should detect the option the user selects—such as “1”, “2”, “A”, “B”, or any other short code we define—and fetch the corresponding reply from a JSON/Database/Google Sheet, then return that message instantly. Each branch needs proper error handling, logging, and a fall-back response if the user types anything outside the predefined options. Please include: • A ready-to-import n8n workflow (.json) with clear node labels • Connection instructions for the WhatsApp Business API or gateway you choose • Brief documentation showing how I can add new options and responses without touching code • A quick demo video or screenshots proving a live test with at least three sample options I will count the project finished when the workflow is imported, I can change or add an option myself, and a live number confirms the correct dynamic reply within WhatsApp. Skills: JSON, Documentation, Google Sheets, Automation, Database Management, API Integration, n8n, Workflow Automation

I’m looking for a full-stack developer to turn an existing prototype into a working MVP for my startup, Havnor Marketplace.
Havnor is a two-sided local home-services marketplace connecting homeowners with independent local workers and home-service businesses. I’ve already developed the concept, user flows, clickable prototype, and a detailed developer-ready MVP specification. I’m not looking to redesign it from scratch — I’m looking for someone to build the functional platform behind what we’ve designed. The core transaction is: Homeowner posts a job → nearby qualified workers see it → worker accepts or makes an offer → homeowner selects the worker → they communicate → job is completed → both sides can review. The platform also includes: • Set My Price • Get Offers • Havnor Now for urgent jobs • Homeowner and worker accounts • Worker profiles and service areas • Jobs Near You / location-based matching • Messaging and notifications • Reviews • Admin controls • Eventually Stripe Connect marketplace payments I’m attaching the interactive prototype and full MVP development package. Could you review both and give me: 1. Your recommended technology stack. 2. What you would include in the first launchable MVP. 3. Anything you think should be postponed. 4. A fixed-price estimate. 5. Estimated development timeline. 6. Proposed milestones/payment schedule. 7. Examples of two-sided marketplaces you’ve built. 8. Your experience with Stripe Connect and location-based matching. I also need the source code to be in a GitHub repository that I own, with the database, hosting and payment accounts under my company’s control. My goal is to build a lean, reliable MVP, launch it in one local market, prove real transactions, and expand from there. Thanks, Chris

We have an existing healthcare technology platform that is approximately 75% complete and already operational in several key areas. The platform was built using Medplum and other open-source technologies and supports provider and telehealth workflows, including EMR functionality, prescription writing, pharmacy integrations, and a medical marketplace. Our current development team is no longer able to support the platform, so we need an experienced senior developer or small team to take ownership of the codebase, understand the current architecture and integrations, and help complete and stabilize the platform. This is not a new build. We need someone who can quickly evaluate what has already been built, identify remaining gaps, and help move the technology to a fully completed, scalable, and supportable state. Our timeline is immediate, and we are looking to begin the transition as soon as possible.

READ THIS FIRST — HARD FILTER
This is a SOFTWARE ENGINEERING seat. You write production code every day. Must-have: Claude Code, Cursor, and/or OpenCode (or equivalent AI coding harness). You type code. You ship repos, PRs, scripts, APIs, and apps. If your main skill is Make, Zapier, GoHighLevel, n8n, WordPress, or "I prompt ChatGPT," do NOT apply. Wrong fit. WHO WE ARE U.S. company. Multiple businesses and client accounts. Rebuilding everything around AI coding agents and systems that ship. Permanent full-time intent, weekly pay, direct to ownership, remote. Especially interested in Philippines and Pakistan. THE ROLE Full-Stack / AI Software Engineer. Day one: open Claude Code / Cursor / OpenCode and build. Automations and agent stacks come AFTER you can code. GHL/n8n/Make are optional glue — never the job. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO CODE FIRST (non-negotiable) - Ship production code daily with Claude Code, Cursor, and/or OpenCode - Own repos: features, fixes, scripts, APIs, internal tools, Next.js/landing pages when needed - TypeScript/Node, Python, React/Next.js, APIs — pick what fits and ship - Clean, documented, runnable work — not chat screenshots THEN AGENTS & SYSTEMS - Turn working code into repeatable agent systems (Hermes-style harnesses, overnight jobs, handoffs) WHAT WE PROVIDE - Paid AI coding tool plans - Steady work · weekly pay · permanent full-time intent - $8–$20/hr · 30+ hrs/week · daily U.S. Eastern overlap WHAT WE DON'T WANT - Make / Zapier / GHL / n8n as PRIMARY skill - "I direct AI" with no code you wrote - VA / WordPress-only / social posting - No GitHub + no Loom of YOU coding HOW TO APPLY First line exactly: APPLY-SEP2026-CODE Then ALL of: 1) GitHub with recent commits YOU wrote 2) 60–90s Loom: YOU coding in Claude Code / Cursor / OpenCode (your voice) — not a Zapier map 3) One shipped tool/site/API you coded 4) Which AI coding tool daily + how long 5) Rate ($8–$20/hr), hours/week, TZ, Eastern overlap After you apply: if we message you, expect a short verification before any interview (repo walkthrough + live code screen-share). Clio Manage Specialist — Finish & QA a Built-Out Enforcement/Collections Workspace (Canadian region)
Applied

$14 - $28

|
We run a Canadian commercial receivables enforcement operation and have already built out Clio Manage heavily — six practice areas, ~190 active enforcement matters, 35+ matter stages, 35+ stage-triggered automations, ~29 task lists with 240+ task templates, 130 custom fields across 13 field sets, and a firm calendar carrying statutory deadlines. The build was done fast and mostly via the Clio v4 API.
We are not looking for someone to design it from scratch. We need an experienced Clio hand to audit what exists, clean up the duplication and drift, close the gaps, and get the workspace ready for daily use by non-technical staff. Scope of work Audit and clean-up — Full inventory of practice areas, stages, automations, task lists/templates, custom fields and field sets. Identify duplicates, orphans, broken merge fields, automations that silently fail, and task templates firing on the wrong stage. Deliver a defect list, then fix it. Field set hygiene — Several custom field sets need to be split, renamed and re-assigned to the correct practice areas (assignment is UI-only in Clio, so this is hands-on work). Document automation — Review and rebuild our document templates so merge fields resolve correctly against matter, contact and custom field data. Build out the remaining letter and court-form templates. One missing workflow — Build a Skip Trace pipeline (stages, task list, custom fields, automations) consistent with the five workflows already live. Reporting and dashboards — Set up per-user work queues and management reporting so each staff member opens Clio and sees exactly their day's work. Testing and handover — Walk every stage transition end to end on test matters, confirm automations fire and tasks generate with correct due dates, then produce short SOPs/loom-style walkthroughs for our staff. Must have Demonstrable Clio Manage implementation experience — please name specific firms/projects and what you built Deep working knowledge of matter stages, automations, task list templates, custom field sets, document automation and merge fields, and Clio's reporting Experience with the Clio Canadian region (ca.app.clio.com) is a strong plus Comfortable working inside an existing, messy, heavily-populated account — this is remediation work, not greenfield Clear written communication; you will be documenting for non-technical users Nice to have Clio API v4 / OAuth experience (bulk edits, scripted clean-up) Collections, litigation or debt-recovery workflow experience n8n, Zapier or Make for external integrations Clio custom actions / webhooks Engagement Hourly, starting with a paid 5-hour audit delivering a written defect and gap list. If that goes well, we continue into the fix and build phase (expect 40–80 hours). Fully remote. Some overlap with Eastern Time required. Access will be provisioned as a limited Clio user. Do not propose solutions requiring us to share account credentials. NDA required before access. To apply, answer these four questions (applications without answers will be ignored): How many Clio Manage accounts have you configured end to end, and what was the largest by matter count? Describe a time you inherited a badly configured Clio account. What was broken and how did you diagnose it? How would you audit 35+ existing automations to find the ones that aren't firing? Have you used the Clio API? If so, for what? Please include your hourly rate and your availability over the next two weeks.

I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a lean MVP of a B2B SaaS product using AI and business data.
The application will allow business users to ask questions about their sales data in natural language and receive answers, insights, tables and simple charts. Initial MVP stack: Next.js frontend Python / FastAPI backend PostgreSQL for SaaS configuration and metadata Microsoft SQL Server as the first customer data source LLM/API integration for natural-language-to-SQL and data interpretation The MVP should include authentication, a simple chat interface, secure read-only SQL Server connectivity, semantic mapping of sales fields, AI-generated SQL with safety validation, query execution, results interpretation, simple charts, and basic query history. This is an early-stage bootstrapped product. We are intentionally building a small, high-quality MVP rather than a large platform. The architecture should be designed so additional databases and features can be added later. Clean code, documentation, security and ownership of the source code are important. Experience building SaaS products involving LLMs, databases, analytics or text-to-SQL is highly desirable. Please briefly describe a similar AI/SaaS project you personally developed and which parts you implemented. Important: This is a fixed-scope MVP with a limited budget. Please do not propose a large enterprise architecture. We are looking for a pragmatic developer who can deliver a clean, extensible first version. The source code must be maintained in a Git repository controlled by the client, with clear setup and deployment documentation. Hello,
I’m looking for an experienced AI Automation / Workflow Automation specialist to help me implement AI and automation across my company’s existing SOPs and processes. I run Dream Big Marketing Services, and we already use AI extensively, but many of our workflows still involve too much manual copying, pasting, moving information between platforms, repeating prompts, building reports manually, and relying on individual team members to remember processes. I’m looking for someone who can first understand how our team currently works, then identify what can realistically be automated and actually build the systems — not simply give us AI recommendations. Some of the systems and workflows we want to improve include: An AI Audit Engine that can automate much of our GEO/AI visibility audit process, gather the necessary information, generate standardized reports, and leave the final review and approval to our team. A centralized Client Brain where each client’s services, locations, audience, brand voice, proof, business information, and other important context are captured once and then used across our AI workflows. A Location Page Builder that can generate and help publish large numbers of high-quality, localized website pages without our team building them individually. Automation around blog creation and publishing, social media workflows, email marketing, reporting, client onboarding, data collection, and recurring administrative tasks. Connecting the tools we already use, including ChatGPT, Claude, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, WordPress, Canva, Omnisend, GoHighLevel, and other platforms. Creating reliable workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, OpenAI, AI agents, or other appropriate technology. An important part of this project is that I want the systems built inside accounts that we control, with my team trained to operate them. I also want clear SOPs and documentation so that we are not dependent on the person who originally built the automation. My goal is to increase profit margins, capacity, and quality while reducing repetitive manual work, rather than simply hiring more people as the company grows. That matches the priorities already outlined in our business planning: more margin first, then more capacity, better quality, and less personal time required from me. I have already documented our business goals and had my team document their individual workflows, including the steps they perform, tools they use, time involved, bottlenecks, and areas they would like automated. If this is the type of work you specialize in, I’d like to hear about similar business processes you have automated, which tools you used, and whether you personally handle both the strategy and the actual implementation. I’m especially interested in someone who understands business operations first and AI second — someone who can look at an SOP and determine what should be automated, what should remain human-controlled, and how the entire workflow should fit together. Please let me know if this sounds like a good fit and if you would be interested in discussing the project. Patrick

We're setting up a direct-to-consumer store selling printed books in the UK. Books are printed and shipped by BookVault (print-on-demand) through their WooCommerce plugin, and we use FunnelKit for the checkout, order bumps and post-purchase upsells.
This is the first, small piece of a larger project. We want to start with one well-defined task, see how we work together, and then continue. THIS TASK On a staging site, get a single test order flowing end to end and tell us how it behaves: - WooCommerce installed with the BookVault plugin connected - One physical product mapped to a BookVault title - A test order placed and successfully transmitted to BookVault - Tell us exactly which WooCommerce order status triggers the transmission to print, and whether that status can be changed - Tell us what comes back from BookVault into WooCommerce, and how (webhook or polling) That's it. No design, no copy, no live store yet. WHY THIS TASK We will be running FunnelKit post-purchase upsells, which hold the order in an intermediate state after payment while the upsell is shown. We need to know how the BookVault plugin behaves during that window before we build anything else. If a book can be sent to print twice, or not at all, we want to know now rather than later. WHAT COMES NEXT (if this goes well) The full build, then ongoing maintenance: - WooCommerce on managed hosting, staging and backups - FunnelKit: in-checkout order bump and post-purchase one-click upsells - Stripe and PayPal, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, with SCA handled properly on the second charge - Refunds, including partial refunds of a single line - Webhooks in both directions between store, payments and fulfilment - Cross-domain tracking: our advertorial and landing pages are hosted separately from the checkout, and attribution has to survive the handoff - Meta Pixel + Conversions API with event deduplication, GA4, and a consent banner that actually gates the tracking - Transactional email and abandoned cart recovery in an autoresponder, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC on the sending domain - Monitoring and alerts: paid orders that never reached production, supplier errors, missing tracking - A repeatable process to launch each new title quickly We write and host our own advertorial and landing pages, so there is no copywriting or page design in this role at any stage. Your work starts at the checkout. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Someone who has built WooCommerce stores where orders are fulfilled by an external supplier, and who treats duplicate or lost orders as a design problem rather than something to check by hand. Experience with BookVault specifically would be a big plus. If you haven't used it, a comparable print-on-demand or fulfilment integration is fine. TO APPLY Tell us briefly about one WooCommerce store you've built where an external supplier handled fulfilment, and what you did to keep that handoff reliable. Client's questions:

I’ve already built all the front‑end components for Webinar #1 in Fillout (registration, video, evaluation, quiz, certificate, payment, and routing). I now need the workflow/integration architecture connecting Fillout + Make.com + Bunny Stream + Stripe—including secure video gating, identity continuity, pass/fail routing, and CEU sequencing. This is a regulated continuing education (CEU) workflow that must meet NBCC/ACEP requirements, so reliability, non‑skippable sequencing, and clean error handling are essential. I’m specifically looking for someone experienced with token‑based authentication, signed URLs, API/webhook integrations, Bunny Stream, Stripe, and complex Make.com workflows. Could you let me know: • Your experience with these technologies • Whether you’ve built secure, authenticated gated‑video/token workflows • What access/credentials you would need from me • Whether any custom code outside Fillout/Make would be needed • Your estimated hours and fixed price for each milestone Key requirements include secure video gating, anti‑skipping, 80% pass/fail + retry logic, identity continuity, and automated CE certificate generation/emailing. One important architecture question: How would you enforce the CEU sequence (payment → gated video → survey → quiz → certificate) so users cannot skip, loop, or directly access later steps, even if they manually type URLs or share links? Would you use a token/state‑machine approach in Make.com, or something else? This is Webinar #1 only; once it’s working, it will become the template for future webinars. I prefer small, clearly defined milestones with payment released after each completed step. Thanks—I'd love to hear how you would approach the architecture. Client's questions:

Project Type: Existing application / completion and launch
Platforms: iOS, Android, Web Primary Stack: FlutterFlow, Flutter, Supabase/PostgreSQL Stage: Existing functional application that needs completion, QA, optimization, and production deployment About BiteSafe BiteSafe is a restaurant food-safety application that helps consumers understand restaurant inspection and violation information in a much easier-to-use format. The application and database already exist. This is NOT a project starting from scratch. I am looking for an experienced FlutterFlow/Flutter + Supabase developer to take the existing BiteSafe application, evaluate its current state, fix remaining issues, complete unfinished functionality, optimize it, and get it production-ready for Apple App Store, Google Play, and Web. The initial database currently contains approximately: 65,000+ restaurants 126,000+ restaurant inspections Detailed inspection violations Violation definitions/descriptions Restaurant/inspection relationships User follow/favorite functionality Alerts infrastructure The PostgreSQL database is currently approximately 344 MB, with the core restaurant, inspection, and violation data already imported into Supabase. Existing Backend BiteSafe uses Supabase/PostgreSQL as its backend. Current database tables include: restaurants inspections inspection_violations violation_definitions user_follows alerts raw_florida_inspections import_batches There is already a substantial amount of Florida restaurant inspection data in the database. The developer should be comfortable working with an existing relational PostgreSQL schema rather than immediately proposing a new database architecture. What I Need I need someone who can first audit what already exists and then finish the product. Responsibilities may include: Review the existing FlutterFlow project and Supabase architecture Identify broken, incomplete, or poorly implemented functionality Fix existing bugs Complete remaining screens/workflows Verify Supabase queries and relationships Optimize database queries where necessary Make restaurant search fast and reliable Correctly display restaurant inspection history Correctly display inspection violations Verify restaurant detail pages and data relationships Verify user authentication and account flows Finish/verify restaurant follow or favorite functionality Finish/verify alerts and notification functionality Handle loading, empty, offline, and error states properly Review Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) and permissions Make sure private/user-specific data cannot be accessed improperly Optimize the application for mobile performance Ensure responsive behavior on Web Test across iOS, Android, and Web Resolve production build errors Prepare the application for release Assist with Apple App Store submission Assist with Google Play submission Deploy/verify the production web application Database & Performance This is a data-heavy application, so I specifically need someone who understands that simply making the UI work is not enough. The developer should know how to evaluate: PostgreSQL indexes Query performance Supabase API/database calls Pagination Search performance Foreign-key relationships Duplicate/unnecessary queries FlutterFlow backend queries Row Level Security Database scalability The current database contains roughly 65,511 restaurants and 126,138 inspections, so solutions that work with 100 test records but fail at production scale are not acceptable. UI/UX Much of the application already exists. I am not looking for someone to redesign the entire product unless there is a legitimate reason to do so. I want the existing application polished and made consistent across: iOS Proper navigation Safe areas Keyboard handling Loading/error states Appropriate permissions Production-quality build Android Responsive layouts Navigation/back-button behavior Permissions Production-quality build Web Responsive desktop/mobile layouts Proper routing Reliable authentication/session behavior Search and restaurant pages that work correctly in a browser Code Quality / Ownership I need someone willing to work with the existing project. Please do not apply if your first recommendation for inherited projects is automatically to rebuild everything from scratch. If something genuinely needs to be rebuilt, explain: What is wrong with the existing implementation Why it cannot reasonably be repaired What you propose replacing it with Estimated time/cost Any custom Flutter/Dart code added to FlutterFlow should be understandable and maintainable. I must retain full ownership and administrative access to the FlutterFlow project, Supabase project, source code, deployment accounts, Apple/Google developer accounts, domains, APIs, and other infrastructure. Do not create production infrastructure under your personal accounts. Ideal Developer Strong candidates should have experience with: FlutterFlow Flutter/Dart Supabase PostgreSQL SQL Supabase authentication Row Level Security Database optimization/indexing REST/API integrations Responsive Flutter Web applications Apple App Store deployment Google Play deployment Debugging inherited FlutterFlow projects Experience with large searchable datasets, location-based applications, restaurant applications, health/safety data, government/open datasets, or consumer information apps is a major plus. Initial Milestone — Technical Audit I do NOT want to immediately award the entire project as one large milestone. The first milestone should be a technical audit of the existing application. I will provide access to the necessary project resources after hiring. During the audit, I want you to: Review the FlutterFlow project Review the Supabase database/schema Test the existing application Identify broken/incomplete functionality Identify security concerns Identify performance problems Identify deployment blockers Separate critical launch issues from optional improvements Produce a prioritized completion plan Provide realistic estimates for each remaining phase After the audit, we can establish milestones for completing the application. Expected Final Deliverable The job is complete when BiteSafe has a stable production version working on: 🍎 iOS — production-ready and submitted/approved or ready for final App Store release 🤖 Android — production-ready and submitted/approved or ready for final Google Play release 🌐 Web — production deployment functioning correctly Core restaurant search, inspection data, violation data, accounts, follows/favorites, and other agreed launch functionality must be tested and working. I also expect a final handoff documenting any custom code, APIs, database changes, deployment configuration, and known limitations. When Applying Please answer ALL of these questions. Generic proposals will not be considered. How many FlutterFlow applications have you personally taken from an existing project through production release? Describe your experience with Supabase and PostgreSQL. Have you optimized queries against databases containing 50,000+ records? Give an example. Have you implemented Supabase Row Level Security? Explain briefly. Have you personally submitted Flutter/FlutterFlow applications to both the Apple App Store and Google Play? Are you comfortable debugging and improving an existing FlutterFlow project instead of rebuilding it? What would you examine first when auditing an application like BiteSafe? Provide links/screenshots to 2–3 relevant applications you personally worked on and explain specifically what you implemented. What is your hourly rate? Approximately how many hours would you want for the initial technical audit only? Please begin your proposal with the words “BiteSafe Audit” so I know you read the entire posting. Important: Do not provide a fixed quote for completing the entire application before reviewing the existing project. I am intentionally starting with a technical audit so we can establish the actual remaining scope. Client's questions:

Review Existing Applications, Architecture, Security & Code Quality
We are looking for a -highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer / Software Architect- to conduct a comprehensive technical review of several existing software projects. This is not initially a “build from scratch” position. Our first priority is to bring in an experienced developer who can -carefully inspect the codebases we already have-, understand what has been built, determine what was done correctly, identify problems or technical debt, and provide a clear roadmap for improving the applications before we continue further development. We want someone who is comfortable opening an unfamiliar repository, understanding a complex application, tracing how the pieces connect, and giving an independent professional assessment. Your Initial Assignment You will receive access to our existing repositories and development environments. Your responsibility will be to perform a -complete technical audit- and answer questions such as: * What percentage of the application appears properly completed? * Which parts of the existing architecture are well designed? * Which parts should remain unchanged? * Which areas need improvement? * Which areas should be refactored? * Is there duplicated, unnecessary, obsolete, or poorly structured code? * Are there unfinished or partially implemented features? * Are there features that appear finished in the UI but are not properly connected to the backend? * Are APIs correctly implemented? * Is the database architecture appropriate? * Are authentication and authorization implemented properly? * Are database permissions and security policies configured correctly? * Are sensitive API keys and secrets protected? * Are there security vulnerabilities? * Are there scalability concerns? * Are there performance problems? * Are there broken integrations? * Are there unnecessary dependencies? * Are error handling and logging implemented correctly? * Are automated tests sufficient? * Is the code maintainable by another development team? * Is the current architecture suitable for production? * What should be fixed **before launch**? * What can safely be improved **after launch**? Areas You Will Review The review may include: Frontend * React * Next.js * TypeScript * JavaScript * HTML/CSS * Tailwind CSS * Responsive design * Component architecture * State management * Performance * Accessibility Backend * API architecture * Server-side logic * Authentication * Authorization * Business logic * Background processes * Edge/serverless functions * Third-party integrations Database Experience with *PostgreSQL and Supabase is highly preferred*. You should be able to review: * Database schemas * Tables * Relationships * Foreign keys * Indexes * Constraints * Functions * Triggers * Migrations * Row Level Security (RLS) * Database permissions * Query performance * Data integrity * Backup/recovery considerations AI Integrations Some projects may include AI functionality. Experience with the following is valuable: * OpenAI API * LLM integrations * AI assistants/agents * RAG * Vector databases * Embeddings * AI routing * Prompt architecture * Streaming responses * Usage/token tracking * AI security * Rate limiting * Cost controls Infrastructure / DevOps You should also be able to evaluate: * GitHub repositories * Git structure * Branching strategy * CI/CD * Environment variables * Production vs. development configuration * Deployment architecture * Logging * Monitoring * Error tracking * Scalability * Backups * Disaster recovery Security Review Security is extremely important. We expect you to review areas including: * Authentication * Authorization * User permissions * Admin permissions * RLS policies * API security * API key protection * Secret management * Database exposure * Input validation * SQL injection risks * XSS risks * CSRF risks * Rate limiting * File-upload security * Payment-related security * User data protection Required Deliverable We do not want someone who simply looks at the code and says, “Everything looks good.” We expect a professional written technical assessment. For every major system or feature, classify it as: ✅ GOOD Properly implemented and should remain. 🟡 NEEDS IMPROVEMENT Works, but should be optimized or cleaned up. 🟠 NEEDS REFACTORING Functional but architecturally weak or difficult to maintain. 🔴 CRITICAL Security, reliability, data integrity, or production-launch concern. ⚪ INCOMPLETE Started but not fully implemented. ⚫ NOT IMPLEMENTED Expected functionality is missing. Your final report should include: 1. Executive Technical Summary 2. Overall Code Quality Score 3. Architecture Assessment 4. Frontend Assessment 5. Backend Assessment 6. Database Assessment 7. Security Assessment 8. Performance Assessment 9. API and Integration Assessment 10. AI Integration Assessment, where applicable 11. Testing Assessment 12. Deployment/Infrastructure Assessment 13. List of Broken or Incomplete Features 14. Technical Debt List 15. Security Risks 16. Recommended Improvements 17. Priority Ranking for Every Major Issue 18. Estimated Level of Effort for Major Fixes 19. What Should Be Fixed Before Production 20. What Can Be Improved After Launch We also want a high-level estimate such as: Current Production Readiness: ___ / 100 and an approximate breakdown of: * Properly completed: ___% * Completed but needs improvement: ___% * Requires significant rework: ___% * Incomplete/missing: ___% These percentages must be based on your technical assessment, not guesses. Important Do not rewrite working code simply because you would personally code it differently. We are looking for someone who understands the difference between: * code that is different, * code that could be cleaner, * code that actually creates technical risk, * and code that genuinely needs to be rebuilt. Preserving good existing work is just as important as identifying bad work. Who We Are Looking For You should ideally have: * 5+ years professional software-development experience * Strong full-stack development experience * Strong React / Next.js experience * Strong TypeScript experience * Strong PostgreSQL knowledge * Supabase experience * API architecture experience * Authentication and authorization experience * Software architecture experience * Security knowledge * Git/GitHub experience * Production application experience * Experience inheriting and auditing existing codebases * Ability to understand code written by other developers * Ability to explain technical issues clearly to a non-technical founder Experience with large SaaS platforms, AI applications, marketplaces, mobile/web applications, or multi-role platforms is a major advantage. Potential Long-Term Opportunity The initial engagement is a -technical audit and evaluation. However, if the working relationship is successful, there is significant opportunity for ongoing work. We are developing multiple technology platforms and expect continued development, optimization, testing, maintenance, security work, AI integration, and new feature development. We are therefore interested in finding someone who could potentially become a **long-term senior developer or technical lead**, not simply complete one small assignment. Confidentiality Because you will be reviewing proprietary software and source code, you must be willing to: * Sign an NDA * Keep all source code confidential * Never copy or reuse proprietary code * Never share repository access * Follow appropriate security procedures * Work through authorized GitHub access How to Apply Please begin your application with the words: CODE AUDIT This tells us that you actually read the entire posting. Then answer the following: 1. How many years have you worked professionally as a software developer? 2. What is your strongest technology stack? 3. How strong are you with React and Next.js? 4. How strong are you with TypeScript? 5. What experience do you have with PostgreSQL? 6. What experience do you have with Supabase? 7. Have you worked extensively with Row Level Security? 8. Have you previously audited or inherited another developer's codebase? 9. Have you identified serious architectural or security problems during a previous code audit? Give one example. 10. What experience do you have with OpenAI or other AI APIs? 11. What experience do you have with GitHub and CI/CD? 12. How would you approach reviewing a large unfamiliar codebase? 13. What would you examine first before deciding whether code should be kept, refactored, or rewritten? 14. Can you produce a detailed written technical audit after reviewing the system? 15. Are you comfortable explaining technical problems to a non-technical business owner? 16. Please provide links to GitHub, portfolio, LinkedIn, or projects you have personally worked on. 17. What is your hourly rate or expected compensation? 18. What is your current availability? 19. Are you interested in a longer-term position if the initial audit goes well? Final Screening Question Assume you inherit a large application that appears to be -80% complete-. The interface looks finished, but you don't yet know whether the backend, database security, APIs, and business logic are properly implemented. Describe, step by step, how you would determine whether the application is truly 80% complete and production-ready. Please provide a thoughtful technical answer. Generic or AI-generated applications without evidence of relevant experience will not be prioritized.
