How this database is to be structured and if there's a specific language to allow for quick retrieval of data is to be discussed. API integration would be read only at first but may have some very limited write-back functions.

Ideally, there are pre-built code/blocks that could be utilized for basic website framework such as user/admin functionality, password resets, security, permissions, etc. (We are not interested in a Wordpress-based site, though).

The website would function to pull data from the ERH to our database, and then query our database to display patient billing information (very basic example of how this status list might look like on the site is attached below). We would be able to interact with these lists on the site, which track the statuses of patients and where they are in the billing cycle. A high level of understanding of API integration, database structure/management, and database queries is a must.
