We're a PR/SEO hybrid agency, and many clients buy the PR for backlinks. Most clients have SEO-focused goals, some have PR focused goals, and some have both.

Responsibilities would be as follows:
- Onboard clients and complete intake research for new clients. This is typically only done once.
- Complete monthly reports and assign projects to the team each month. This is done once per month and takes about 1 hour per client on average.
- Manage projects to completion using ClickUp to make sure the team is on track with tasks related to the client (mostly hands off, but chase the team if they're late or need help).

The Vision for This Role
You are the strategic architect of Qasa’s growth—leading marketing, sales, and guest experience initiatives that position Qasa as the #1 global brand in queer wellbeing. You will guide our expansion through retreats, hotel operations, and flagship events, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our values of authenticity, reverence, and play. You’ll collaborate closely with Programming, Operations, and Marketing teams to build scalable systems that drive revenue, deepen engagement, and elevate our brand presence.
Strategic Objectives – What Success Looks Like
Establish Qasa as the #1 global queer wellbeing brand, beginning with retreats and hotel operations in Costa Rica.
Achieve or exceed total revenue targets.
Maintain an average of 12 participants per retreat, generating $2,800 USD per participant.
Reach at least 50% hotel occupancy during a 25‑week operating period outside of retreat weeks.
Generate $50,000 USD in combined revenue from two flagship events.
Strategically deploy and manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure financial sustainability and long‑term profitability.
Define, monitor, and optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) to guarantee ROI‑positive and scalable marketing investments.
Position Responsibilities
Lead the planning, implementation, and management of Qasa’s holistic growth strategy across marketing, sales, and guest experience.
Own the end‑to‑end guest journey, from first contact to repeat visitation, in collaboration with Programming and Operations.
Oversee and mentor the internal marketing and sales team (including volunteers) and coordinate external contractors (PR, SEO, social media, interns, digital, creative).
Develop and execute a comprehensive content and branding strategy aligned with Qasa’s vision.
Create and implement high‑impact campaigns, ensuring optimal use of resources and budget.
Define, track, and report KPIs across marketing, sales, and guest experience.
