• We're currently using wetracked.io for server-side tracking/CAPI, but it's still dropping ~1/3 of orders. From experience, this has not been a good fit for us as it doesn't work. We want Shopify level pinpoint ad attribution/tracking.


— SCOPE OF WORK —

1. Audit our current setup (pixel + wetracked.io + payment/checkout flow) and identify exactly where events are lost.

2. Implement reliable server-side Purchase delivery to Meta CAPI from backend order hooks (not the thank-you page). Including full-funnel: ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, Purchase.

3. Ensure proper deduplication between the browser pixel and server events (shared event_id) so nothing is double-counted.

4. Maximize Event Match Quality (hashed email/phone/name, fbp, fbc, etc.).

5. Verify the fix: WooCommerce order count and Meta-received Purchase events should match within ~95–100%. Provide before/after evidence in Events Manager.

6. Brief written documentation of what changed so we can maintain it.

Title: WordPress / Uncode Expert — Fix Layout, Image & Styling Issues on Custom-Built Site
Project Overview
I have a speaker and business website built on WordPress using the Uncode theme. The pages are custom-coded (HTML/CSS pasted into the theme), and several layout and styling issues have cropped up that I need an experienced Uncode developer to clean up. This is a bug-fix and polish project on an existing live site — not a new build.
Technical Environment

Platform: WordPress
Host: WP Engine (note: aggressive server-side caching)
Theme: Uncode (v2.11.5)

Several pages are built with custom HTML/CSS pasted into the page content

Scope of Work — Known Issues to Fix

White band / gap at top of certain pages. On three pages (Testimonials, Contact, For Planners) there's a white band at the very top, above the custom hero section, that makes the layout look broken. It has been diagnosed: Uncode is rendering the page-title element (post-title-wrapper) and associated top padding on these pages. The pages that work correctly have the page title disabled. These three need to be configured to match — page title off, no top-padding band, custom hero sitting flush beneath the navigation.
Image / picture sizing issues. Images are displaying at incorrect sizes, not scaling responsively, or appearing distorted in places. Needs an audit and fix across the site.
Typography consistency. Ensure the brand fonts render consistently at the intended sizes and weights on every page, and resolve any cases where the Uncode theme is overriding the custom styling.
Verify custom CSS is loading reliably. Confirm the Customizer "Additional CSS" applies on all pages (it appears not to be reaching some), and resolve any WP Engine caching issues preventing changes from showing.
Full QA pass across all pages, on both desktop and mobile, to catch and fix any other broken or inconsistent styling.
