I need a lightweight WordPress website focused on publishing articles and directing visitors to my Salla store through a clear Products link in the main navigation.

- Expected behavior: Duplicating a page should create a 1:1 copy (same layout, Elementor structure, content).

However, my perception of the company took a nosedive due to recent changes in their policies and their complete lack of communication regarding these changes. First and foremost, the company implemented a new policy that restricted their hiring to freelancers physically located in the United States. While I understand the need for such policies in some cases, the abruptness of this change left a bitter taste in my mouth. They didn't inform me about this significant shift in their approach. Instead, I had to discover it the hard way when I was mysteriously removed from the monthly group call and stopped receiving any project assignments. What struck me as particularly disappointing was the fact that I had been a committed contractor, dedicating 20 hours a week to their projects. To be summarily dismissed without any prior notice or explanation was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful of the time and effort I had invested in their company. Effective communication is the cornerstone of any successful business relationship, and this company clearly missed the mark on that front. A simple heads-up or explanation of their policy changes would have been a basic courtesy to their contractors. Instead, I was left in the dark, wondering what had happened and why I was suddenly sidelined. While the company's content creation opportunities were once a source of income and professional growth for me, their recent actions have severely tarnished my perception of them. It's essential for businesses to remember that their treatment of contractors directly impacts their reputation, and in this case, the lack of transparency and communication has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. In conclusion, my experience as a content creation contractor with this company was initially positive but ultimately soured due to their abrupt policy changes and complete lack of communication. I hope they reevaluate their approach to working with freelancers and recognize the importance of treating contractors with respect and transparency. Until then, I cannot recommend working with them, especially if you value clear communication and respect for your time and commitment.
