White band / gap at top of certain pages. On three pages (Testimonials, Contact, For Planners) there's a white band at the very top, above the custom hero section, that makes the layout look broken. It has been diagnosed: Uncode is rendering the page-title element (post-title-wrapper) and associated top padding on these pages. The pages that work correctly have the page title disabled. These three need to be configured to match — page title off, no top-padding band, custom hero sitting flush beneath the navigation.
Image / picture sizing issues. Images are displaying at incorrect sizes, not scaling responsively, or appearing distorted in places. Needs an audit and fix across the site.
Typography consistency. Ensure the brand fonts render consistently at the intended sizes and weights on every page, and resolve any cases where the Uncode theme is overriding the custom styling.
Verify custom CSS is loading reliably. Confirm the Customizer "Additional CSS" applies on all pages (it appears not to be reaching some), and resolve any WP Engine caching issues preventing changes from showing.
Full QA pass across all pages, on both desktop and mobile, to catch and fix any other broken or inconsistent styling.

About the Role
We are a used tire business based in California, launching an e-commerce website built on WordPress/WooCommerce. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented online operations manager to own the day-to-day running of our online channel on a part-time, long-term basis.
This is not a one-time project. We are building a long-term working relationship with someone who takes ownership of our online operations, communicates proactively, and treats our business like their own.

What You Will Do
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries escalated by our AI chat agent (Tidio) within 2 hours during your shift
• Process online orders: confirm payment, schedule installation appointments, send order confirmations
• Update WooCommerce inventory daily to reflect in-store sales and new stock arrivals
