I run a WooCommerce store using the Martfury theme and a product options/file upload plugin. All option fields work correctly except the file upload field.
What is happening:
File upload works on the product page.
Other fields like text, select, checkbox, and radio work in cart, checkout, and admin order details.
Only the uploaded file is missing/not carried through correctly.
It used to work before.
I had previously edited the plugin code while trying to support multiple file uploads, then restored the original plugin version.
Even after restoring the original plugin, the file upload issue still remains in the Martfury theme setup.
I have already tested and confirmed:
The issue does not happen in default WordPress themes.
The issue happens only in the Martfury theme.
Cart/checkout appears to be using WooCommerce Blocks / theme custom flow.
The problem is likely theme compatibility, AJAX add-to-cart handling, cart drawer/mini cart, block checkout, or a leftover theme override/custom code issue.
What I need

Find why the file upload field is not showing in cart/checkout/admin order details in Martfury.
Check Martfury theme settings, template overrides, and any custom code.
