Wedding Website Designer & Developer for Destination Wedding in Italy

We are looking for a talented web designer/developer to create a beautiful, custom wedding website for our destination wedding in June 2027 at Villa Astor in Sorrento, Italy.
We want the website to feel luxurious, elegant, timeless, romantic, and editorial — more like a high-end fashion or luxury hospitality website than a typical template-based wedding website. We already have a wedding planner and stylist and will provide the overall design direction, photos, content, and wedding details. The website should include our wedding information, wedding weekend schedule and events, venue information, travel and accommodation recommendations, transportation details, FAQs, photos, and a well-designed RSVP/guest management system. Guests should be able to RSVP individually or as a couple/household and provide information such as which events they will attend, dietary restrictions, and other details. AI Guest Concierge We would also like to explore incorporating an AI-powered guest concierge/chat assistant directly into the website. Guests should be able to ask questions naturally, such as “What time is the welcome dinner?”, “How do I get from Naples Airport to Sorrento?”, “What should I wear?”, “Where should I stay?”, etc. The AI should answer questions using the wedding information we provide. Most importantly, if the AI does not know the answer, we would like the question to be forwarded or surfaced to us so that we can answer it quickly. Ideally, once we provide an answer, that information can also be added to the AI’s knowledge base so it can correctly answer the same or similar question for future guests. We are open to recommendations on the best way to implement this and would particularly like to hear from applicants who have experience integrating AI/chatbot functionality into custom websites. The entire website must be beautifully designed on both desktop and mobile, easy for guests to navigate, and easy for us to update as more wedding details are finalized. We are open to Webflow, Squarespace, WordPress, or another platform and would like the designer/developer to recommend the best solution. We are not looking for someone to simply customize a standard wedding template — custom design and a strong creative eye are very important to us. We would like to start immediately and ideally have the initial website live within the next few weeks, with the ability to continue adding information afterward. When applying, please include examples of wedding, luxury, editorial, or hospitality websites you have designed, any examples of AI/chatbot integrations, your recommended platform and technology, estimated timeline, and estimated total cost. Please only apply if you can handle both the design and development of the website.

I’m looking for a collaborative partner who can both design and host two websites for me in clearly defined stages.
Phase 1 (deadline: end of October) centres on our first site, a clean, responsive business-promotion presence. It must include: • A working contact form that routes enquiries to my email • Concise service descriptions laid out for easy scanning • Narrative sections titled “Who we are”, “How can we assist”, “Our value proposition”, and a brief “Why are we different?” spotlight The goal is a professional look that loads quickly on desktop and mobile, is simple for me to update, and sits on reliable, secure hosting you manage for me. Phase 2 runs through to December 2026. During that window we’ll refine the first site as needed and build a second site (scope still to be defined), so I’d like someone comfortable with an ongoing, milestone-based relationship. Please let me know: • Which platform you suggest (WordPress, Webflow, custom HTML, etc.) and why • Your hosting stack and how you handle backups, SSL, and basic maintenance • A brief outline of your timeline for each deliverable in Phase 1 I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on the approach and schedule. Skills: PHP, JavaScript, Website Design, WordPress, CSS, HTML, Web Development, Web Design

French Translation for Fintech Website

I need a seasoned French translator to render my entire English-language fintech solutions website into accurate, elegant French. Because the site explains financial products, regulatory information and value propositions to institutional and retail clients, every sentence must read as if it were originally written in French—professional, formal and fully compliant with industry terminology.
Machine output simply will not do. Please work from scratch without ChatGPT, Google Translate or any other AI tool; I will run my own checks to confirm the text is human-crafted. A background in finance or payments will help you handle specialist vocabulary such as “payment gateway,” “AML/KYC,” and “API integrations” with precision. Deliverables • Complete French copy for every public-facing page, e-mail template and legal notice, supplied either in a bilingual Word file or inserted directly in our CMS (Webflow) if you are comfortable working there. • Consistent glossary so key terms stay uniform across the site. • A short report on any sections that need clarification before publication. Acceptance criteria: flawless grammar, terminology aligned with current French regulatory and banking standards, and no detectable machine-translation patterns. If this sounds like your craft, let me know your timeframe and a brief example of similar fintech material you have translated. Skills: Copywriting, Translation, Finance, French Translator, Dutch Translator, English (US) Translator, Content Writing

I’m kicking off a new venture and need a flexible, results-driven freelancer who can plug in exactly where your strongest skills create the most impact. The brief is purposefully open right now: the work might centre on a complete website build in WordPress, Shopify or Webflow, standout graphic assets for social and ads, persuasive long-form and micro-copy, or a smart blend of all three. We’ll decide together which mix will best lift brand visibility, deepen user engagement, or nudge the sales needle.
Quality work and rock-solid communication are non-negotiable. Show me how you normally tackle similar challenges, which metrics you track, and the tangible results you’ve produced for past clients. A concise portfolio link or two is plenty as long as it clearly demonstrates your signature strength. Let me know: • Your primary discipline (dev, design, content or hybrid) • When you can jump in • A logical set of milestones you’d recommend to keep us both aligned Initial deliverables I expect: • Discovery call leading to a short project roadmap • Written milestone plan with timelines and review points • The agreed creative, technical or copy assets in their final, production-ready form • A brief wrap-up report confirming everything is live and performing as intended I’ll review every proposal carefully and follow up with the best fit to lock down scope, schedule and payment. Looking forward to seeing how your expertise can elevate this launch. Skills: PHP, Website Design, Graphic Design, WordPress, HTML, Shopify, Content Writing, Web Development

I am looking for a highly experienced Webflow developer and automation specialist to complete an existing website and implement its full purchase and customer-intake workflow. Short zoom interview required.
The website’s overall design, branding, copy, imagery, and page structure are already complete. This is not a redesign. There are only a few design elements that the previous freelancer did not finish or implement correctly. Those items need to be reviewed and corrected, but most of this project involves technical workflow implementation, mobile optimization, testing, and launch preparation. The previous freelancer was unable to complete the required technical work correctly and eventually stopped responding, leaving the website unfinished. I now need a dependable expert who can take over the existing Webflow build, correct the remaining issues, implement the workflow properly, and finish the project without requiring a complete rebuild. Clear communication, attention to detail, and honest disclosure of any technical limitations are essential. I am ready to begin immediately. This is a new service-based business. Specific business information and website access will be provided only to the selected freelancer. CURRENT STATUS: Already completed: • Overall website design and creative direction • Branding, fonts, colors, copy, imagery, and media • Page structure and content organization • Most desktop design elements • Stripe account and hosted checkout Still required: • Correction of a few unfinished or incorrectly implemented design elements • Review and correction of typos, broken links, formatting issues, and unfinished details • Complete mobile optimization • Purchase and post-purchase workflow implementation • Questionnaire and multiple-image uploads • Dropbox organization and automation • Optional 20-minute scheduling workflow • Confirmation and reminder emails • Automated photograph deletion after 30 days • End-to-end testing and launch preparation REQUIRED CUSTOMER WORKFLOW: 1. The customer clicks a purchase button on the Webflow website. 2. The customer is taken to my existing Stripe-hosted checkout page to complete a one-time purchase. 3. After successful payment, Stripe redirects the customer to a branded post-purchase questionnaire. 4. A unique Stripe Checkout Session or transaction reference must be securely associated with the questionnaire. 5. The workflow must verify that the Stripe session was successfully paid. It must not rely solely on an editable hidden form field as proof of payment. 6. The questionnaire collects the customer’s contact information and detailed written responses. 7. The questionnaire allows the customer to upload multiple photographs or image files from a computer, iPhone, or Android device. 8. After submission, the questionnaire responses and uploaded files are automatically delivered to Dropbox. 9. A separate Dropbox folder is created for each customer. It should contain: • Customer name and email address • Stripe Checkout Session or payment reference • Questionnaire responses in an easy-to-read format • All uploaded photographs or image files • Scheduling information, if the customer books a call 10. The customer receives an automatic confirmation email confirming that the questionnaire and files were received. 11. I receive an automatic notification containing the customer’s information, payment reference, and confirmation that the complete submission was received. 12. The workflow must notify me when someone successfully pays but does not complete the questionnaire. OPTIONAL SCHEDULING WORKFLOW: The questionnaire should ask whether the customer would like to schedule an optional complimentary 20-minute call. If the customer selects yes: • After submitting the questionnaire, the customer is directed to a mobile-friendly scheduling calendar • The calendar displays only my available appointment times • Appointment times display in the customer’s local time zone • The system prevents double bookings • The customer can reschedule or cancel • The appointment is added to my connected calendar • The customer receives confirmation and reminder emails • The customer’s name and email should be prefilled where possible • The appointment must be associated with the correct customer and Stripe purchase If the customer selects no, the customer proceeds directly to the normal confirmation page. The developer may recommend Calendly, Acuity, or another dependable scheduling platform. The scheduling account and calendar connection must remain under my ownership. PHOTOGRAPH PRIVACY AND DELETION: Customer photographs must be automatically deleted 30 days after submission. This deletion must cover every location where the photographs are stored, including Dropbox and the selected form platform. Questionnaire responses and necessary transaction records may be retained separately. The developer must explain how the deletion automation works and demonstrate it during testing. WEBFLOW AND MOBILE REQUIREMENTS: The developer must: • Audit the existing Webflow build before changing it • Correct unfinished or incorrectly implemented design elements • Fix typos, broken links, incorrect links, inconsistent formatting, and layout problems • Confirm that all buttons, menus, anchor links, images, and videos work correctly • Fully optimize every page for desktop, tablet, iPhone, and Android • Correct mobile typography, spacing, image cropping, video sizing, navigation, and button placement • Eliminate overlapping content, cut-off text, horizontal scrolling, distorted media, and excessive blank space • Optimize images and media for efficient mobile loading • Test on actual iPhone and Android hardware, not only Webflow’s responsive preview The mobile experience must feel intentionally designed and polished, not like a compressed desktop website. TECHNICAL EXPECTATIONS: A solution using Webflow, Stripe-hosted Checkout, Fillout or Jotform, Make, Dropbox, and an appropriate scheduling platform may be suitable. I am open to another dependable recommendation if the applicant explains why it is better. Please use the simplest reliable solution. I do not want unnecessary custom development or a system that is difficult to maintain. The implementation must address: • Verified successful payment • Stripe Session ID or transaction matching • Customers who pay but abandon the questionnaire • Duplicate or repeated submissions • Failed image uploads • Confirmation and error messages • Organized Dropbox delivery • Optional appointment scheduling • Automatic 30-day photograph deletion • Mobile usability • End-to-end testing SECURITY AND OWNERSHIP: All accounts, website assets, forms, automations, calendar connections, integrations, and completed work must remain under my ownership. The selected freelancer will receive appropriate collaborator access. I will not provide personal passwords or transfer the website out of my Webflow account. Any required Stripe integration must use a secure connection or minimally permissioned restricted access. I will not provide an unrestricted Stripe secret key. Please disclose whether you personally perform all work or use subcontractors. COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS: The project will be considered complete only when: • The remaining design corrections are finished • Every purchase button works correctly • Successful Stripe payments are verified and matched to the correct customer • Stripe redirects customers to the correct questionnaire • The questionnaire works on desktop, tablet, iPhone, and Android • Customers can upload multiple images from computers and mobile photo libraries • Responses and images arrive in the correct Dropbox folder • Duplicate and abandoned submissions are handled appropriately • Customer and owner emails are delivered successfully • The optional scheduling path works correctly • Calendar confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and rescheduling work • Photograph deletion after 30 days is configured and demonstrated • The website is visually polished across common screen sizes • There are no known broken links, placeholders, obvious typos, overlapping elements, or mobile formatting problems • The complete live workflow has been tested from beginning to end • A recorded walkthrough and handoff have been provided TO APPLY, PLEASE ANSWER: 1. What exact tools would you use for Webflow, Stripe, the questionnaire, multiple-image uploads, Dropbox, email automation, and scheduling? 2. How will you verify that a Stripe Checkout Session was successfully paid? 3. How will you match each questionnaire, image collection, Dropbox folder, and appointment to the correct payment? 4. What happens if a customer pays but does not complete the questionnaire? 5. How will duplicate submissions and failed uploads be handled? 6. How will photographs be automatically deleted from Dropbox and the form platform after 30 days? 7. Please provide examples of similar Webflow and automation projects you personally completed. 8. How do you test the website and upload workflow on actual iPhone and Android devices? 9. Which paid third-party plans will be required, and what will their ongoing costs be? 10. Can you begin immediately, and how many business days will you need? 11. Please confirm that your fixed-price quote includes the complete scope, testing, publishing, and recorded handoff. Please begin your proposal with the words “MOBILE WORKFLOW EXPERT” to confirm that you read the complete description. Generic or copy-and-paste proposals will not be considered.

I own a hotel in Calangute and I’m ready to give our online presence a complete facelift. The site’s single, clear mission is to attract new guests with an immediate wow-factor—crisp visuals, compelling copy, and an effortless booking flow.
Booking integration Our front-desk already runs on established hotel management software, so the website must connect directly to that platform’s API. Rates, inventory, and confirmations need to stay perfectly in sync; the entire process should feel native, not like a bolted-on widget. Design direction Think modern and sleek: full-width imagery, clean typography, intuitive navigation, fast load times, fully responsive on phones, tablets, and desktops. I want visitors to feel the Goa vibe instantly and move straight into the booking journey without friction. Content & tech stack • Home, Rooms, Gallery, Offers, Location, Contact, and integrated Booking engine • CMS backend (WordPress, Webflow, or a similarly user-friendly system) so my staff can update text, photos, and promos easily • Basic on-page SEO, Google Analytics, SSL, and GDPR-compliant forms Deliverables & acceptance criteria 1. High-fidelity mock-ups for my approval 2. Fully developed, responsive site deployed on my hosting 3. Seamless PMS booking integration tested with live dummy reservations 4. One-hour hand-over session and a concise user guide If you’ve launched hotel sites with PMS integration before, share two live links and specify which systems you connected. I’m excited to showcase our Calangute property online and welcome more guests through an experience that feels as fresh as our shoreline breeze. ## Summary
### Company Description Beckett is a fast-growing eCommerce education and services brand helping people start and grow their own online businesses. Our core offers include done-for-you eCommerce stores, digital education, resources, and support designed to help customers get started with dropshipping and eCommerce. We acquire customers primarily through paid advertising and are constantly testing new offers, funnels, landing pages, advertorials, and angles to improve performance. ### Role Description We’re hiring a **Direct Response Copywriter / Landing Page Builder** to help us create high-converting funnels and landing pages for our paid traffic. This is a performance-focused role. You'll be responsible for researching our customers and market, developing new angles and concepts, writing persuasive direct-response copy, and turning those ideas into finished landing pages that we can launch and test. We’re looking for someone who understands that great copy isn't just about sounding good — it’s about understanding the customer, their desires, objections, awareness level, and what ultimately gets them to take action. You'll work closely with our founders and marketing team to continuously develop and test new landing pages, advertorials, sales pages, offers, and funnel concepts. ### Responsibilities * Conduct deep customer, competitor, and market research * Identify customer pain points, desires, objections, beliefs, and buying triggers * Develop new hooks, angles, unique mechanisms, and offer positioning * Write high-converting landing pages and sales pages for cold paid traffic * Write advertorials, listicles, presell pages, and other direct-response funnel assets * Build and format landing pages so they're ready to launch and test * Develop new variations of winning pages and concepts for A/B testing * Analyze existing funnels and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates * Collaborate with our founders, media buyers, designers, and marketing team to bring concepts to life * Consistently produce new pages and concepts for testing ### Qualifications * Minimum **2+ years of direct response copywriting experience** * Proven experience writing landing pages, sales pages, advertorials, VSL funnels, or similar direct-response assets * Experience with **eCommerce, info products, digital products, education, or make-money-online offers** is highly preferred * Strong understanding of direct response marketing and consumer psychology * Deep understanding of customer awareness and market sophistication * Ability to conduct detailed Voice of Customer research and turn it into persuasive messaging * Strong understanding of hooks, angles, unique mechanisms, objections, offers, leads, and CTAs * Experience with landing page/funnel builders such as Replo, Shopify, PageFly, GemPages, ClickFunnels, Funnelish, Webflow, or similar * Good understanding of CRO and A/B testing * Ability to interpret conversion data and use it to inform the next iteration * Excellent written English and attention to detail * Ability to take ownership of a project from **research → concept → copy → page build → launch** ### Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is **obsessed with consumer psychology and why people buy**. You should naturally want to dig through customer reviews, comments, competitors, Reddit threads, ad libraries, surveys, and other Voice of Customer sources before you start writing. You understand the difference between writing copy that sounds good and writing copy that sells. You should be able to look at one of our existing funnels, identify where the messaging or structure could be stronger, develop a new hypothesis, and turn that hypothesis into a finished landing page we can put traffic behind. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who thinks like a **direct-response marketer**, not simply a copywriter or web designer. ### To Apply Please send: * 3–5 examples of landing pages, sales pages, advertorials, or funnels you've personally written * Examples of pages you've personally built * Performance/results from your strongest pages where available * A short explanation of your research and copywriting process * The landing page/funnel builders you're experienced with * Details on any previous experience with eCommerce, info products, education, or make-money-online offers **Please do not apply without relevant direct-response portfolio examples.** Bonus points if you can show us a page you've written and built yourself and explain the research, angle, and strategy behind it.

This website design is for a commercial construction management firm in the US. I am hiring a designer, not a developer. I need the look and the design system. We may or may not have the same person build it afterward, but the scope of this project is purely design, and it needs to be realistic to build in Webflow. This is not a discovery project. You will receive:
A finished information architecture: 9 page titles, with every section on every page specified, plus CMS collections. A set of reference sites from our sector that we have already been through in detail, with our own notes on exactly what we like in each and why Our current outdated website and a list of inspiration sites so you are not designing from nothing. What I need from you: - Start wide. Four to six genuinely different homepage concepts, enough to talk about. I want to choose a direction from real options, not refine the first thing that gets made. Different typography, different structure, etc. - Once we pick a direction, desktop and mobile designs for 9 pages, in Figma. - A real design system: type scale, colour, spacing, components, states. - Handoff documentation good enough that a Webflow developer can execute it Who I am looking for Someone with a point of view, not someone sending just AI slop. I have opinions but I'm not a designer. I would rather be guided during during design than regret what we build. Show me work where restraint was the right answer, not just work with a lot going on. Sector experience is not required. Good design judgment is.

About the Project
The project involves developing a mobile application and website for readers, along with a web-based administrative portal that enables newspaper and magazine publishers to upload and distribute their publications. The mobile application’s most important and distinctive capability will be the Smart Scroll feature. Smart Scroll will allow readers to browse an entire newspaper seamlessly, without interruptions or the need to navigate to separate pages. The Smart Scroll interface will initially display headlines stacked and organized by section. As a reader scrolls through the headlines, pausing at any point will open a small slit that reveals additional article details, such as the author’s name, publication date, headline summary, images, videos, GIFs, and a preview of the article text. Publishers will also have the option to create visual-first content that primarily displays media assets—such as images, videos, GIFs, and charts—accompanied by brief text descriptions. Project Overview We are building a digital publishing platform consisting of three parts: A mobile app for readers A website for readers A web-based admin portal for newspaper and magazine publishers to upload content

We are hiring one person to own our marketing communications end to end: the content calendar, the tone of voice, the emails, the newsletters, the social media, the CEO's LinkedIn, the blog, the lifecycle copy, the PR, the tradeshows and events, the creatives and everything the represents our brand. Full-time, 40 hours a week, fixed hours overlapping US Eastern, contract-to-hire via Upwork. We are seeking the person who makes the impossible possible.
⦿ Who we are – The company and the momentum A US-based commercial real estate financing platform, in market since 2020, HQ in Miami. Brokers and borrowers post a deal once; qualified lenders compete to fund it. We have thousands of lenders on the platform. In mid-2026 we launched self-serve subscription plans, and that changed the company to a PLG motion driven. For the first time our growth depends on marketing actually working rather than on a sales team carrying every deal over the line. We have the product, the liquidity and the proprietary data. What we need to improve is our market position: a voice the industry recognizes, a point of view lenders want to read, and a communications engine that runs whether or not anyone is watching. We are a rather small and agile team, fully AI-native internally and externally. The Head of Marketing as well as the CEO are fully hands-on, and the pace is a startup's pace. That is the job. It is not a content-production role and it is not a support role. You are in the driver seat. ⦿ What you will own You will own how a US commercial real estate financing platform is understood by its market – THE BRAND AND THE STORY. Our positioning, our messaging architecture across 2–3 very different audiences, our claims, our tone. You decide how we sound, and you defend it everywhere – ads, emails, the website, the deck, the CEO's LinkedIn. When the brand drifts, you are the person who notices first. THOUGHT LEADERSHIP AND ORIGINAL RESEARCH. We sit on proprietary data about how CRE deals actually get financed, and almost none of it has reached the market. You turn it into the industry's reference material: a flagship quarterly report, data-led commentary, bylines, the kind of piece a lender forwards to a colleague. This is our single biggest unexploited asset and it is yours. THE EXECUTIVE VOICE. You write for our CEO – LinkedIn, bylines, speaking abstracts, podcast pitches. All at the standard he publishes without rewriting. Over time you build a public bench beyond one person. EARNED MEDIA AND INDUSTRY RELATIONS. Press, CRE trade media, podcasts, associations, partner co-marketing, and the journalist relationships that turn into coverage. Today this is close to zero. All of it is upside, and building it is yours. OWNED CHANNELS AS ONE SYSTEM. A three-edition industry newsletter, product communications, the blog, the website's words, social, video – run not as a shopping list of assets but as one calendar with one point of view, publishing on a rhythm the market can set its watch by. SEARCH AND AI VISIBILITY. SEO and the newer half of it: being the answer when a broker asks an AI assistant how to structure a bridge loan. Keyword and question mapping, on-page and technical fundamentals, and tracking whether the models actually cite us. LIFECYCLE AND CAMPAIGN COMMUNICATIONS. The words that move someone from signup to first deal to paid subscription – onboarding, activation, nurture, re-engagement, upgrade. You write them, brief the build, QA them before they go live, and measure whether they moved anything. GO-TO-MARKET FOR EVERYTHING WE LAUNCH. Product marketing for new features, plans and market segments: positioning, naming, the launch plan, and enablement material our sales team will actually use. CAMPAIGN STRATEGY. You set the priorities our paid-media contractor executes against – which audience, which message, which landing page, what we are trying to learn. He runs the platforms; the strategy, the creative and the readout are yours. CUSTOMER PROOF. Case studies, testimonials, G2 reviews and references – the evidence layer that makes everything else believable. EVENTS AND PARTNERSHIPS. The CRE conference calendar before, during and after: who we target, what we say, what we send, how we follow up, and what we can co-market with partners. MEASUREMENT AND THE OPERATING RHYTHM. Executive summary reports and dashboards a CEO can read in three minutes and acts on: what shipped, what it did, what changes next week. You own the numbers on your own work, and you are honest about them when they are not as good as expected. Nothing on that list belongs to someone else. Where you need hands, you have them — a part-time paid-media manager, an automations lead who builds and sends what you spec, developers for product surfaces, and budget for specialist freelancers when a job needs one. You instruct them. You are not waiting on them. ⦿ Your first 90 days Days 1–30 —Take the wheel. Audit. Publish the calendar. Take over the content and product communications and miss nothing. Derive our voice from what already exists and write it down. Ship the quarterly industry report, which lands in your first fortnight. Deliver your first four weekly readouts. Days 31–60 — Set the position. A messaging architecture for both sides of the marketplace, written and adopted. A content engine on a real cadence with search and AI visibility designed in from the start. First earned-media pitches out. Lifecycle sequences rebuilt around activation rather than opens. Days 61–90 — Compound. Measured lifts you can point at. The next quarterly report already outlined. A public bench beyond the CEO. A marketing function that runs on a documented and process oriented rhythm instead of on heroics. ⦿ The ultimate candidate - 3+ years in B2B marketing communications, at least one of them as the owner of the communications at a company under 50 people — no agency behind you, no design team, nobody handing you briefs. - US commercial real estate company, lending firm, brokerage, PropTech, CRE media, or a Fintech startup, hands-on experience, within the last five years (i.e. you can explain DSCR or a cap rate to a broker in one sentence). - You have written under an executive's name and earned the right to have it published unedited. - You have owned an editorial calendar for a brand, and you have a portfolio with examples you can showcase. - You think in click-to-open, impressions and activation, and you will tell a CEO which metric to focus or contrary stop looking at. - AI-fluent in practice rather than in vocabulary: you have built a workflow — context files, prompts, a human edit layer — and you can say exactly when the model was wrong and what you never let it do. Must have real-life Claude / Gemini / Open AI Chat GPT evidence to back it. - Fluent, idiomatic American English at a level a CEO publishes first pass - Full-time and exclusive. Fixed hours, 9am and 5pm US Eastern + overtime hours + weekends in crisis mode (if necessary). ⦿ Strong plus · Two-sided marketplace or product-led growth experience (huge advantage!) · Original research or a data report you shipped, produced and written end to end (showcase in your portfolio). · Earned placements you pitched and landed yourself (showcase in your portfolio). · Canva / Figma / Photoshop basic design skillset. · Search Atlas, SemRush or equivalent SEO tools proficiency. · Mastering CRM platforms such as – ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio. · Light no-code web skills in Webflow, Elementor, Squarespace, Framer, LP, static pages. ⦿ Not for you if... · You are an agency or have only worked agency-side. · You only worked at enterprises or at a creative department in corporates. · Your portfolio has no numbers in it. · You want to subcontract any of these tasks above · You hold another job. · "Familiar with AI tools" is the most specific thing you can say about AI. ⦿ Terms · Competitive compensation – hourly rate depending on location and experience · 40 hours a week, paid weekly through UpWork with the Time Tracker on. · Contract-to-hire: this becomes a direct role after an initial period and a 90-day review. · You report to the Head of Marketing and work directly with the CEO on the executive voice. ⦿ Hiring Process Screening questions → a 45-minute video call including a live writing and editing exercise → a paid work sample ($100 flat fee, three to four hours, identical brief for every finalist) → a 30-minute conversation with our CEO → offer. The first 30 days are a paid probational initial period against a written plan. ⦿ How to apply [READ THIS PART CAREFULLY] Proposals that skip these are declined without review. There is a great deal of AI-generated proposal volume, and this is how we get past it. 1. Answer the five screening questions in full, in your own words, starting with the first one. 2. Two pieces of work you personally owned: the situation you inherited, what you changed, and the result with real numbers. Ranges are fine if you say why. 3. Tell us the channel you are weakest in. We trust the person who names one and provides explanations. 4. Confirm your fixed working hours, and that you have no other full-time commitment, and list your expected hourly rate. 5. Skip the paragraph about how passionate you are about the role. Impress us by adding a link to your portfolio and let it speak for itself. * We reply to every proposal that follows these steps within 1–2 business days. Client's questions:

I have an existing draft landing page here: https://6aa62ec842bf1.site123.me/.
I want that page rebuilt from scratch so it looks and feels the same, yet is cleaner, faster, and easier for me to edit in the future. Goal The single purpose of the page is to generate qualified leads for my architecture program. Every visual and line of copy should guide visitors toward a clear call-to-action. Desired style Keep the overall look professional and corporate—sleek lines, balanced white space, and a restrained colour palette that matches the current draft. Typography should feel authoritative without being overly decorative. Key elements to include • Prominent call-to-action buttons placed above the fold and repeated logically down the page • Responsive layout that renders perfectly on desktop, tablet, and mobile • Lightweight animations or subtle scroll effects only if they do not slow load time Integrations & tech I’m flexible on the build platform—HTML/CSS/JS, Webflow, or similar—so long as I receive both the deployed page and editable source files. Any form or CTA must be wired to my existing email marketing service; I’ll provide the endpoint. Deliverable acceptance 1. Pixel-close match to the reference URL 2. Page speed score of 90+ on Google PageSpeed for mobile and desktop 3. All CTAs successfully post to my test lead list 4. Clean, well-commented code or easily editable visual builder export Once these points are met, the project is complete and ready for hand-off. I want to launch a first-class business website whose sole purpose is to generate quality leads for my company. The look and feel must be modern, polished, and unmistakably professional, with a custom design that is unique to our brand. Every screen—mobile, tablet, and desktop—should load lightning-fast, remain fully responsive, and follow current SEO best practices so we start ranking from day one.
Functionally, the site needs three core conversion tools built in from the outset: • a prominent contact form that routes inquiries to our CRM, • live-chat support so visitors can speak with us in real time, and • an easy newsletter sign-up that feeds directly into our email-marketing list. I’ll also need a secure, well-structured backend (WordPress, Webflow, or a comparably intuitive CMS) with a clean dashboard where my team can manage content without touching code. Performance optimization, on-page SEO fundamentals, and basic security hardening (SSL, firewall, backups) should be part of the base build. When you reply, please include: • links to three of your most impressive business websites, • a realistic timeline from kickoff to launch, and • your preferred fixed price or hourly arrangement. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right expert who can deliver the premium quality outlined above and communicate clearly throughout the project. Looking forward to seeing your work! Webflow Expert Needed to Finish Existing Website and Implement Stripe, Form, and Dropbox Workflow
PROJECT OVERVIEW: I am looking for a highly experienced Webflow developer and automation specialist to finish an existing website and implement its complete purchase and customer-intake workflow. The website’s overall design, branding, copy, imagery, and page structure have already been completed. This is not a website redesign. There are only a few design elements that the previous freelancer did not finish or implement correctly. Those items will need to be reviewed and corrected, but the vast majority of this project is technical process implementation. The previous freelancer accepted the project but was unable to complete the required work correctly and then stopped responding entirely, leaving the website unfinished. I now need a dependable expert who can take over the existing Webflow build, correct the remaining issues, implement the workflow properly, test everything thoroughly, and prepare the website for launch. Clear communication, attention to detail, and honest disclosure of any technical limitations are essential. I am ready to begin immediately and would like this completed quickly. This is a new service-based business. Specific business information and access to the website will be provided only to the selected freelancer. CURRENT STATUS: Already completed: • Overall website design and creative direction • Branding, colors, fonts, and visual style • Website copy • Images and media • Page structure and content organization • Most desktop design elements Still required: • Correction of a few unfinished or incorrectly implemented design elements • Review and correction of typos, formatting problems, and incorrect or broken links • Complete mobile optimization • Implementation of the purchase and post-purchase workflow • End-to-end testing and launch preparation REQUIRED CUSTOMER WORKFLOW: 1. A customer clicks a purchase button on the Webflow website. 2. The customer is taken to my existing Stripe-hosted checkout page to complete a one-time purchase. 3. After a successful payment, Stripe automatically redirects the customer to a branded post-purchase questionnaire. 4. The questionnaire collects the customer’s contact information and detailed written responses. 5. The questionnaire allows the customer to upload multiple photographs or image files from a computer, iPhone, or Android device. 6. After the customer submits the questionnaire, all responses and uploaded files are automatically delivered to my Dropbox. 7. A separate Dropbox folder is automatically created for each customer. It should include: • Customer name and email address • Stripe payment or transaction reference • Questionnaire responses in an easy-to-read format • All uploaded photographs or image files 8. The customer receives an automatic confirmation email confirming that the questionnaire and files were received. 9. I receive an automatic notification containing the customer’s information, payment reference, and confirmation that the complete submission was received. Every Stripe payment must be easy to match with the correct questionnaire submission and Dropbox folder. PROJECT SCOPE: • Audit the existing Webflow build • Correct the remaining unfinished or incorrectly implemented design elements • Fix typos, broken links, incorrect links, inconsistent formatting, and obvious layout problems • Confirm that all buttons, menus, anchor links, images, and videos work correctly • Connect every purchase button to the correct Stripe-hosted checkout page • Configure the post-payment redirect from Stripe • Build or embed the post-purchase questionnaire • Configure secure multiple-image uploads • Connect questionnaire responses and uploaded files to Dropbox • Create an organized customer-folder and file-naming system in Dropbox • Configure customer and owner confirmation emails • Add clear success and error messages • Optimize the entire website and workflow for mobile • Test the complete process from payment through Dropbox delivery • Publish the completed Webflow website • Provide a recorded walkthrough explaining the setup and how I can manage it MOBILE OPTIMIZATION: Mobile optimization is a critical requirement. The website must be tested on actual mobile devices, not only inside Webflow’s responsive preview. The developer must: • Optimize every page for desktop, tablet, iPhone, and Android • Correct mobile typography, spacing, image cropping, video sizing, navigation, and button placement • Make all buttons and links easy to tap • Eliminate overlapping content, cut-off text, horizontal scrolling, distorted media, and excessive blank space • Optimize images and media for efficient mobile loading • Test the navigation, menus, anchor links, videos, purchase buttons, and forms on mobile • Test Stripe checkout and the post-payment redirect on mobile • Confirm that the questionnaire can be completed easily on mobile • Confirm that customers can select and upload multiple images directly from their mobile photo libraries • Test confirmation emails, submission messages, and error messages The mobile experience must feel polished and intentional, not like a compressed desktop site. TECHNICAL EXPECTATIONS: You may recommend Webflow Forms, Fillout, Jotform, Tally, Typeform, Make, Zapier, or another reliable solution. Your proposal must explain the exact combination of tools you recommend and why. Please use the simplest reliable solution. I do not want unnecessary custom development, complicated technology, or ongoing maintenance unless it is genuinely required. Stripe must remain the payment processor and use Stripe-hosted checkout. All website assets, forms, automations, integrations, and completed work must remain under my ownership. The selected freelancer will receive appropriate collaborator access. I will not provide personal passwords or transfer the website out of my Webflow account. COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS: The project will be considered complete only when: • The remaining design corrections have been completed • All purchase buttons work correctly • A successful Stripe test payment redirects to the correct questionnaire • The questionnaire works on desktop, tablet, iPhone, and Android • Customers can upload multiple images from computers and mobile devices • Questionnaire responses and image uploads arrive in the correct Dropbox folder • Each submission can be matched to the correct Stripe payment • Customer and owner confirmation emails are delivered successfully • The website is visually polished and responsive across common screen sizes • There are no known broken links, placeholder content, obvious typos, overlapping elements, or mobile formatting problems • The complete live workflow has been successfully tested from beginning to end • A recorded handoff has been provided PAYMENT TERMS: This is a fixed-price Upwork project. The agreed amount will be funded in escrow and released only after the complete website and workflow have been successfully tested from beginning to end. Please do not apply if you require payment to be released before the agreed deliverables are completed and tested. TO APPLY, PLEASE ANSWER: 1. What exact tools would you use to connect Webflow, Stripe, the questionnaire, multiple-image uploads, confirmation emails, and Dropbox? 2. How would you match every questionnaire submission and group of uploaded files to the correct Stripe payment? 3. Have you built a similar Webflow and Stripe post-purchase workflow? Please provide relevant examples. 4. Can your proposed form accept multiple-image uploads directly from iPhone and Android photo libraries? 5. Are you comfortable taking over an existing Webflow build and correcting another freelancer’s unfinished work? 6. How do you test Webflow websites on actual mobile devices? 7. How quickly can you begin, and how many days will you need? 8. What is your fixed-price quote for the complete project? Please begin your proposal with the words “MOBILE WORKFLOW EXPERT” to confirm that you read the entire description. Generic or copy-and-paste proposals will not be considered.

Company: The Museum Collective (TMC) Engagement type: Paid audit first, with potential for ongoing work Urgency: Immediate start preferred
About the project The Museum Collective runs a two-sided marketplace where creators sell instant-download museum guides, alongside a Cultural Calendar https://themuseumcollective.com/calendar/nyc built on Webflow. The Calendar pulls in guide/product data from our Shopify marketplace via the Smootify integration, and that integration is not rendering correctly — guides are not displaying properly on the calendar. We need someone technically sharp to find out why and fix it, and to give us an honest read on the overall health of the Webflow build. This is a diagnostic engagement first. We are not committing to a long-term contract up front — we want a clear-eyed audit and a working fix, and we'll scope ongoing work from there. What we need diagnosed and fixed (priority 1) Guides/products are not rendering correctly on the Cultural Calendar via the Smootify (Webflow ↔ Shopify) integration Identify the root cause (data sync, template/embed configuration, API limits, CMS collection structure, etc.) Implement and verify a fix Document what was wrong and what you changed, in plain language, so we have a record for future work Broader audit (priority 2) Review the current Webflow site structure, CMS collections, and any custom code/embeds Flag anything fragile, broken, or likely to break again on future publishes (we've had repeated issues with the site breaking when changes go live) Give us a prioritized list of what should be fixed or rebuilt, with rough time estimates SEO (priority 3 — important, not an afterthought) Driving organic traffic to the Cultural Calendar is a real priority for us, not a nice-to-have. We need someone who can speak to: Technical SEO fundamentals on Webflow (site architecture, URL structure, page speed, mobile performance, structured data/schema markup for event/calendar content) On-page optimization for calendar/event listing pages at scale (a CMS-driven site with many similar pages needs a real strategy here, not just one-off tweaks) A practical roadmap for growing organic search traffic to the calendar over the next few months Please speak directly to your SEO experience and results on past Webflow projects when you apply — this is a real evaluation criterion, not boilerplate. Access We will not share our Webflow login credentials. You must have a Webflow Partner/Agency account so we can add you as a collaborator on our site directly through Webflow — if you don't have one, please don't apply. What you'll need to show us Direct experience with Webflow CMS (collections, custom code, embeds) — not just visual design in the Designer Experience integrating Webflow with Shopify, ideally with Smootify or a comparable product-sync tool Demonstrated SEO work on a Webflow site, with specifics (not just "I do SEO") Comfort working from existing technical specs (our CTO will provide direction on calendar requirements) A Webflow Partner/Agency account (see Access, above) Links to 2–3 similar projects you've built or fixed — real, live examples we can look at, not just descriptions Deliverables for the initial audit Written diagnosis of the Smootify rendering issue and the fix implemented A short audit report: what's solid, what's fragile, what needs rebuilding, prioritized A written SEO assessment and roadmap for the Cultural Calendar specifically Structure We'd like to start with a fixed-price or capped-hours audit phase covering the above, with clear milestones, before discussing any ongoing arrangement. We've had a difficult experience with unreliable delivery on this project, so we're prioritizing candidates who can point to concrete, verifiable past work over general availability. To apply Please include: Links to 2–3 similar projects you've built or fixed — ideally sites with a comparable CMS/e-commerce integration, so we can see the real thing, not a description of it Confirmation that you have a Webflow Partner/Agency account (required — we add collaborators, we don't share logins) 1–2 examples of SEO results you've driven on a Webflow site (traffic growth, rankings, etc. — numbers welcome) Your estimated timeline and cost for the audit phase described above

We are looking for an experienced freelancer to design and build a professional website for a moving brokerage company focused on nationwide interstate moves. We currently only have the domain and need a modern, trustworthy, lead-generation-focused website that helps drive phone calls and inbound quote requests for primarily residential long-distance moves.
This is a website-only project. We will provide a brand identity guide to support the web design (logo, colors, typography, and usage examples). Your role is to translate that brand system into a clean, effective website, not to create the brand from scratch. Our priority is lead generation and SEO. The site should support strong mobile usability, clear click-to-call actions, contact/quote forms, fast loading, and a structure that supports organic search visibility. We are open to platform recommendations, but leaning toward WordPress or another user-friendly platform that will be easy to manage after launch. We want a full website that stays lean: clear, professional, and conversion-focused rather than overly complex. We plan to provide most of the written content, and the writing style should land somewhere in the middle — not too sparse, but not overly wordy. Experience integrating website lead-generation forms with CRM or lead-management platforms via secure APIs, including real-time lead delivery, form-field mapping, source tracking, consent capture, duplicate prevention, and error handling. Scope of work: - Recommend the best platform for this project (WordPress or another user-friendly CMS). - Design and build a lean but complete service-business website. - Create key pages such as Home, About, Services, How It Works, FAQ, Contact, plus lead capture sections. - Emphasize click-to-call throughout the site, especially on mobile. - Set up quote/contact forms and lead notifications. - Support integration with Granot Moving Software via API - Implement the provided brand identity guide into the website design. - Apply on-page SEO and complete SEO setup/configuration for small business website. - Optimize for mobile responsiveness, page speed, and clear calls to action. - Ongoing support: Possible updates in the future, but this is not a major part of the initial scope. Preferred experience: - Service business or home-services websites. - Lead-generation websites with strong mobile conversion strategy. - SEO-focused website builds. - Experience working from an existing logo/brand guide. - Experience with CRM/form integrations/APIs. - Building sites clients can easily update after launch. Technical skills required: - WordPress or another user-friendly CMS (Webflow or similar also acceptable). - Figma or equivalent for web layout/wireframing. - Responsive web design and mobile-first UX. - Contact/quote form integration and email notifications. - CRM integration experience. - On-page SEO and basic technical SEO. - Page speed/performance optimization. - Google Analytics and/or simple conversion tracking setup. When applying, please include: - 3–5 examples of relevant service-business or lead-gen websites you’ve built. - Which platform you recommend for this project and why. - How you approach SEO and lead generation for small business websites. - How you would structure the site to encourage calls, especially on mobile. - Any experience with CRM API integrations. - Estimated timeline and total cost for the project. - Confirmation that you are comfortable working from a provided brand identity guide and with client-provided copy. - Please begin your proposal with the words "Leading the Move" so we know you read the full post.

I’m looking for an experienced SEO specialist who specifically understands GoHighLevel websites and has successfully ranked websites built inside GHL.
This is not a general SEO role. I specifically want someone with hands-on experience optimising and ranking GoHighLevel websites on Google, particularly for local/service-based businesses. The work may include: * Full SEO audit of GHL websites * Keyword and competitor research * On-page and technical SEO * Service and location page optimisation * Titles, meta descriptions and heading structure * Internal linking * Schema markup * Image and page speed optimisation * Sitemap and indexing * Google Search Console * Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation * Citation and backlink strategy * Content recommendations * Rank tracking and reporting Proven GHL SEO Experience Required Please do not apply if your SEO experience is primarily with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix, etc. I specifically want someone who has already achieved Google rankings with websites built in GoHighLevel. To be considered, please include the following in your proposal: 1. The very first word of your proposal must be "BLACK". If BLACK is not the first word, your proposal will not be considered. 2. Links to 2 to 3 GoHighLevel websites you have personally worked on. 3. Proof of the SEO results and rankings you achieved for those websites. 4. Screenshots from Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush or similar platforms where possible. 5. Examples of keywords you successfully ranked. 6. Approximately how long it took to achieve those results. 7. A short explanation of how you approach ranking a local service business website built in GHL. 8. Your monthly retainer rate per website, including exactly what is included in that monthly fee. I run a business working with service-based companies, so I am looking for someone I can potentially work with long term across multiple client websites. If the initial work goes well, there is potential for a consistent volume of GHL SEO projects. Please only apply if you have genuine, proven GoHighLevel SEO experience and can provide evidence of your results.
