The Role

We are looking for a talented website developer/designer to build a modern, high-impact website for a construction company. The goal is to create a clean, professional, and visually strong website that builds trust and converts visitors into leads.

We receive a large number of generic applications, so we are implementing a simple 2-step evaluation process to identify the right developer.

Stage 1 – Short Loom Introduction (Required)
Please record a 2–3 minute Loom video where you:

Introduce yourself briefly
Show 2–3 websites you have personally built
Explain your role in those projects (design, development, both)
Tell us what platform/tech stack you used

Applications without a Loom video will not be considered.

Stage 2 – Short Design Task (MOCKUP)
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to create a sample homepage concept for a construction company website.
