I need someone to help me build my personal brand from the ground up. As a Korean-American woman in recovery from alcohol and substances, I am pro-mental health and want to incorporate this into my brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal branding and social media management to help me establish a strong online presence.
Client's questions:
Describe your recent experience with similar projects
I am looking for an experienced WordPress directory developer to improve the registration and listing process on my website:
Healer Map is an international directory for holistic practitioners. A previous developer added a separate directory section for stores, but the registration and submission process was not properly adapted. At present, practitioners can register and create listings, but businesses and stores cannot successfully register and add their own listings.
The main task is to create a simple and reliable registration process that allows users to choose between:
• I’m a Practitioner
• I represent a Business or Shop
The selected option should guide the user to the correct profile and listing submission process. Practitioners should continue to create practitioner listings, while businesses and shops should be able to create listings in the appropriate business directory category.
I am open to recommendations about the best structure and wording. The current “Store” category may be renamed to “Business & Shop” so it can include physical stores, online shops, holistic businesses, wellness centres, training providers, and other relevant businesses.
Main tasks:
• Review the existing WordPress registration, login and listing submission process
• Simplify the registration and login experience where possible
• Add a clear choice between practitioner and business/shop registration
• Connect each user type to the correct listing submission form and directory category
• Ensure business owners can register, log in, create, edit and manage their own listings
• Make sure the existing practitioner registration and listings continue to work correctly
• Check that the process works properly on desktop, tablet and mobile
• Test account creation, email verification, password reset, login, logout and listing submission
• Check user roles and permissions so users can only access and edit their own information
• Review the website for obvious security issues, outdated components, broken functionality or configuration problems
• Confirm that forms include suitable spam protection and input validation
• Check that updates or changes will not negatively affect existing listings or user accounts
• Create a backup before making changes
• Provide a short summary of the changes made and identify any additional issues that should be addressed
The website currently uses WordPress with directory and user-management functionality, including GeoDirectory and UsersWP. Experience with these systems, or comparable WordPress directory platforms, is strongly preferred.
Please do not replace plugins, redesign the website or make unrelated changes without discussing them with me first.
When applying, please include:
• Examples of WordPress directory websites you have worked on
• Your experience with GeoDirectory and UsersWP
• How you would approach the two different registration paths
• Whether you can perform a practical security and functionality review
• Your estimated timeframe and fixed-price quote
The final result should be a simple and user-friendly process that works flawlessly for both practitioners and businesses.
I am open to quotes.
If we match and we develope a goog work relationship I will work with you for the next years to come as well.
Client's questions:
Have you worked with GeoDirectory and UsersWP before? Please describe the work you completed?
How will you ensure existing users and practitioner listings are not affected?
Can you test the complete process on desktop and mobile and provide a summary of all changes?
What security and functionality checks are included in your quote?
How would you create separate registration and listing paths for practitioners and businesses?
Adding new website pages
Updating existing pages
Improving layout and design
Adding or updating graphics
Cleaning up website sections
Improving mobile responsiveness
Updating service/product information
Connecting forms or call-to-action buttons
Making the sites look more professional, clean, and user-friendly
I need someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to make updates quickly while keeping the websites modern, easy to navigate, and aligned with each client’s brand.
Please have experience with either Shopify, Wix, or both. Experience with basic graphic design, page layout, SEO-friendly page structure, and lead-generation websites is a plus.
When responding, please send:
Examples of Shopify or Wix websites you have worked on
Your availability
Your hourly rate or project pricing
What platform you specialize in: Shopify, Wix, or both
How soon you can start
This can lead to ongoing work for the right person.
My site performance is being crippled by an extremely slow crawler. I need you to dive in right away, locate the root cause—whether it’s a hidden custom script, a mis-configured third-party tool, or something else entirely—and tune it so the crawl completes quickly without overloading the server or blocking visitors. At the moment I’m unsure what powers the crawler, so part of the job is to map the current setup before optimising it.
What I expect in this first phase
• A concise audit that shows where the crawl bottlenecks live and why they occur
• Concrete code or configuration changes applied (or clearly documented) to speed things up
• Before-and-after metrics that prove the improvement
Once the crawler is healthy, I’ll move straight into validating my Google Business profile and tightening overall SEO. A few weeks after that I plan to migrate the entire store to Shopify, so I’m looking for someone who can stay on for those follow-up tasks as well.
If you’re confident with crawler performance work, SEO best practices, and can document your fixes clearly, let’s get started—the crawl slowdown is costing me time and traffic every hour it drags on.

We own several WordPress sites that rank well in organic search, and we're rebuilding them on Lovable. The sites will launch on the same domains. Our number one priority is that we do not lose rankings, traffic, or indexed pages in the process.
We're looking for someone who has actually done this before, not someone who is going to learn on our sites.
Scope:
Multiple sites, each with a large number of URLs including substantial blog archives
Full URL path parity between the old and new builds, or a properly mapped redirect plan where parity isn't possible
Preservation of on-page SEO elements: title tags, meta descriptions, headings, canonical tags, schema markup, image alt text, internal linking structure
XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data carried over correctly
A plan for how Lovable's rendering approach will be handled so that Google can crawl and index the new pages properly
A blog/content strategy, since Lovable is not a CMS in the way WordPress is. We want to hear how you'd handle ongoing publishing
Pre-launch crawl and benchmark, then post-launch monitoring in Google Search Console for indexation drops, crawl errors, and ranking movement
What we want in your proposal:
Describe a WordPress to Lovable (or WordPress to React/SPA) migration you've personally handled. Include the site size and what happened to traffic in the 90 days after launch.
Tell us your recommended strategy for this specific situation. What is the biggest risk you see, and how do you mitigate it?
List the tools you use for crawling, mapping, and monitoring.
Give us your estimated timeline and how you'd want to structure the engagement.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Web Developer is the primary owner of all Nirvana Life Group websites and landing pages. Our websites are core revenue-driving assets—responsible for generating memberships, bookings, accommodation enquiries, event registrations, sales, and leads—and must be managed accordingly.
This is not a ticket-based development role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of our entire digital ecosystem, proactively identifying opportunities, solving problems before they arise, and continuously improving the performance of our websites.
This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, speed, attention to detail, and a high level of initiative. You are expected to work independently, communicate proactively, collaborate closely with the Marketing team, and take full ownership of everything website-related.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Website Management
Own and manage all Nirvana Life Group websites and landing pages.
Maintain all websites to the highest standard, ensuring content, pricing, schedules, links, forms, and promotional information are accurate and up to date at all times.
Publish, update, and remove website content in line with marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and business priorities.
Conduct regular website audits to proactively identify and resolve outdated content, broken links, missing assets, technical issues, or inconsistencies before they are reported.
Maintain organised staging and live environments, ensuring all updates are properly tested before deployment and do not disrupt the live website.
Maintain website documentation, including structures, integrations, technical processes, and ongoing development history.
Development & Optimisation
Build new landing pages, website sections, and features efficiently, delivering work within agreed timelines.
Ensure all websites are mobile responsive, fast-loading, secure, accessible, and optimised for performance across all devices.
Test all pages, forms, buttons, automations, integrations, and user journeys thoroughly before publication.
Maintain website security through regular updates, backups, plugin maintenance, and proactive monitoring.
Troubleshoot technical issues independently and coordinate with hosting providers or third-party vendors when required.
Continuously optimise Core Web Vitals, page speed, website performance, and overall user experience.
SEO, Analytics & Conversion
Implement SEO best practices across all websites, including metadata, heading hierarchy, internal linking, image optimisation, structured content, accessibility, and technical SEO.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and other reporting tools.
Track and report on website KPIs, including traffic, search rankings, conversion rates, page speed, and user behaviour.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve search visibility, conversion rates, landing page performance, and user experience through UX enhancements, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and A/B testing where appropriate.
Integrations & Systems
Manage and maintain integrations between websites and third-party platforms, including CRM systems, booking platforms, payment gateways, analytics tools, email marketing platforms, and other business systems.
Monitor website enquiries, forms, notifications, automations, and key conversion points to ensure all systems are functioning correctly at all times.
Strategy & Collaboration
Translate briefs into polished, complete executions independently, sourcing assets, references, and solutions without requiring constant direction.
Work closely with the Marketing Department to ensure website updates support campaign launches, promotions, and business objectives.
Collaborate with Digital Manager and SEO specialist to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
Proactively recommend website improvements, new landing pages, digital tools, integrations, automations, and features that improve business performance and operational efficiency.
Maintain an organised tracker of website projects, priorities, and completed work.
Communicate project progress regularly, highlighting risks, blockers, or delays early while proposing practical solutions.
Brand Standards & Quality
Ensure every live page reflects Nirvana's premium brand standards, maintaining consistency across typography, layouts, imagery, colours, messaging, hierarchy, and calls-to-action.
Take full ownership of the quality of every website update, delivering work with minimal revisions and ensuring pages are free from avoidable errors, broken layouts, formatting inconsistencies, missing assets, or non-functioning elements.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of professional web development experience, with proven experience managing multiple websites simultaneously. A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality live websites is required.
Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development, with extensive experience using WordPress, including custom themes, plugins, and page builders.
Strong understanding of technical SEO, UX/UI principles, conversion-focused website design, website speed optimisation, Core Web Vitals, caching, image optimisation, accessibility, and overall website performance.
Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity or similar analytics platforms, along with experience integrating CRM systems, booking platforms, payment gateways, marketing automation platforms, forms, third-party APIs, and other business systems.
Familiarity with hosting environments, DNS management, SSL certificates, staging environments, website deployment processes, and version control systems such as Git.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently while consistently delivering high-quality, error-free work.
Good proficiency in English.
Preferred experience with Elementor or other advanced WordPress page builders, PHP, API integrations, schema markup, structured data, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, and experience working within hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, luxury, or real estate brands.
Experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment with multiple concurrent campaigns is highly regarded.

What this is:
We're a growth marketing agency running paid media and offer strategy for DTC ecommerce brands. Every month we ship "marketing moments" for our clients: a specific offer, promo, or product push that needs a dedicated landing page built to convert cold and warm paid social traffic.
We handle strategy, offer design, structure, and creative direction. You take the brief and ship the page.
Ongoing and recurring, not a one-off. Expect multiple pages per month once we're in rhythm, across a handful of different Shopify stores.
How you build it:
We're hiring for output, not for a job title. Solo builders, designers who ship their own code, small studios, and people who've gotten fast with AI tooling are all welcome.
Two things we'll be direct about:
Liquid knowledge is strongly preferred. You don't need to be a career Shopify developer, but you should be able to understand sections and schema, and know what's happening in a theme when something breaks. If your only tool is a drag-and-drop builder, this probably isn't the right fit.
Claude fluency is close to required. At our volume and turnaround, we need someone already building landing pages with Claude Code as a core part of their workflow, not as an occasional assist. We're not looking for someone to hand-write every section from scratch.
What we care about beyond that is that the page works, looks like it belongs on the brand's site, loads fast on a phone, and doesn't leave a mess behind for whoever touches it next. We won't spec every pixel. We want someone who fills gaps with good judgment and asks questions early instead of guessing late.
Practical stuff:
Target turnaround is 1 to 2 business days from brief to staging link for a standard page
You'll work across multiple different themes and codebases. Comfort switching contexts matters
These are our clients' stores under NDA. Discretion required. Portfolio use needs approval case by case
Fluent written English
To apply:
Skip the template pitch. We read the first three lines and stop if it's generic.
Send us:
1) Two or three live Shopify landing pages you built. Links, please.
2) How you build, specifically how you're using Claude.
3) Your typical turnaround, brief to staging link
4) Start your reply with the word CONVERT so we know you read this
First engagement is 2 paid test pages. If it goes well, we move to ongoing volume.
Client's questions:
Link two or three live Shopify landing pages you've built.
Walk us through how you build a landing page from a written brief, specifically where Claude fits in your process.

# Senior Product Builder Needed to Create an AI-Powered Personal Operating System
I’m looking for a senior product-minded engineer or small team to help design and build a private AI-powered personal operating system.
This is not a basic note-taking app, chatbot, or collection of automations.
The goal is to create one central system that understands everything happening across my work and personal life, keeps the context organized, helps me think, and makes sure important things do not get dropped.
Think of it as a combination of:
- Evernote or Notion for long-term memory
- ChatGPT as a strategic thought partner
- Town.com as a deeply personalized assistant
- Granola as meeting memory
- A CRM for relationships and sales opportunities
- A chief of staff for priorities, commitments, and follow-through
- A task manager that understands where the tasks came from
- A searchable archive of emails, meetings, documents, ideas, and decisions
The system should gradually become an all-knowing “Rob OS” that understands my business, relationships, projects, communication style, decisions, priorities, and patterns.
## What I Want the System to Do
Information should flow into the system automatically from sources including:
- Gmail
- Google Calendar
- Granola meeting notes and transcripts
- Our CRM
- Sales decks
- Proposals and contracts
- PDFs, spreadsheets, and other documents
- Slack
- ChatGPT conversations
- Voice notes
- Screenshots
- Web links
- Notes created directly in the system
The system should automatically understand and organize that information.
It should identify:
- People
- Companies
- Projects
- Sales opportunities
- Tasks
- Commitments
- Decisions
- Deadlines
- Risks
- Open questions
- Ideas
- Follow-ups
- Important changes
I should not have to manually tag, file, and organize everything.
## How I Want to Use It
I want to be able to ask questions such as:
- What should I focus on today?
- What am I missing?
- What have I promised people this week?
- What is waiting on me?
- What am I waiting on from someone else?
- Which sales opportunities are going cold?
- What risks are developing across the company?
- What did we decide about this project?
- Why did we make that decision?
- What has changed since my last conversation with this person?
- What objections has this prospect raised?
- What patterns are showing up across my sales calls?
- Where am I becoming the bottleneck?
- What am I avoiding?
- Prepare me for my next meeting.
- Debrief the meeting I just had.
- Draft the follow-up in my voice.
- Challenge my thinking on this decision.
- Turn this idea into a plan with owners and next steps.
The answers must be based on my actual emails, meetings, notes, documents, CRM activity, and prior decisions.
Every answer should link back to the original source so I can open the email, meeting, deck, note, or document it came from.
## The User Experience
This needs to work well on both desktop and mobile.
Capturing information should be nearly effortless.
I should be able to:
- Forward an email
- Record a voice note
- Share a screenshot
- Upload a deck
- Save a link
- Drop in a document
- Type a quick thought
The system should save it immediately and organize it in the background.
I also need a real interface where I can browse and search the underlying information. I do not want everything trapped inside a chatbot.
The system should include clear views for:
- Today
- Inbox
- Projects
- People
- Companies
- Sales opportunities
- Tasks
- Decisions
- Meetings
- Resources
- Archive
- Search
- Ask Rob OS
Search needs to be fast and should return the actual notes, emails, meetings, and documents, not only an AI-generated answer.
## The Intelligence Layer
The system should do more than summarize information.
It should continuously maintain an understanding of what is happening.
For example, it should recognize when:
- A project is slipping
- A prospect’s attitude has changed
- A commitment is overdue
- A relationship has gone quiet
- A deadline has moved
- An opportunity is losing momentum
- A new risk has appeared
- Someone has changed their position
- I am contradicting an earlier decision
- The same problem keeps happening
- I am repeatedly becoming the bottleneck
It should be able to act as several different types of partner depending on what I need:
- Strategic sounding board
- Chief of staff
- Sales coach
- Leadership coach
- Writer and editor
- Research assistant
- Decision partner
- Red team that challenges my preferred answer
- Historian that remembers what happened and why
I do not want an assistant that simply agrees with me. I want a system that can identify weak thinking, inconsistencies, and blind spots.
## Proactive Support
The system should eventually provide:
### Daily Brief
A concise view of:
- What matters today
- Upcoming meetings
- Important emails
- Commitments due
- Tasks that need attention
- Opportunities that need movement
- Projects at risk
- Relationships that need follow-up
- Important changes since yesterday
- What I can safely ignore
### Meeting Preparation
Before a meeting, it should show:
- Who I am meeting
- Our relationship history
- Previous conversations
- Open commitments
- Relevant emails and documents
- Current project or sales context
- Questions I should ask
- Risks I should be aware of
- The outcome I should try to achieve
### Meeting Debrief
After a meeting, it should identify:
- What happened
- What changed
- Decisions
- Tasks
- Commitments
- Risks
- Opportunities
- Follow-up needed
- Recommended CRM updates
- A draft follow-up email
### Weekly Review
It should summarize:
- Wins
- Misses
- Decisions made
- Decisions still needed
- Projects on track
- Projects at risk
- Missed commitments
- Pipeline movement
- Relationship changes
- Repeated issues
- Recommended priorities for the following week
## Important Product Principles
The system must be:
- Fast
- Simple to use
- Highly searchable
- Easy to capture information into
- Reliable across desktop and mobile
- Grounded in original sources
- Private and secure
- Able to separate personal and business information
- Auditable
- Reversible when AI makes changes
It should not become another giant pile of notes.
Every piece of information should have a clear home and should connect to the relevant people, projects, companies, meetings, decisions, and tasks.
The AI should organize the system, but it should flag uncertainty rather than confidently filing something incorrectly.
## What I Need From You
I am not looking for someone who will immediately start coding from a loose idea.
I need someone who can help turn this vision into a well-designed product and then build it.
The engagement should begin with:
1. Product definition and prioritization
2. User flows and interface design
3. A clear plan for how information enters and moves through the system
4. Definition of the major objects such as people, companies, projects, meetings, opportunities, tasks, decisions, and commitments
5. A realistic MVP
6. Integration planning
7. Privacy and permissions planning
8. A phased development roadmap
9. A working prototype
10. Production development after the core experience is validated
I expect the right person to challenge parts of this idea and recommend simpler or better approaches where appropriate.
## The First Version
The first version should likely focus on:
- Email
- Calendar
- Granola
- Documents and sales decks
- People
- Companies
- Projects
- Sales opportunities
- Tasks
- Decisions
- Commitments
- Search
- Meeting preparation
- Meeting debriefs
- Daily briefing
- A conversational interface grounded in the underlying information
I do not need every possible integration on day one.
I would rather build a smaller system that works extremely well than a massive system that feels unreliable.
## Who I Am Looking For
The ideal person has experience building products involving several of the following:
- AI-powered applications
- Personal knowledge systems
- Search
- Email and calendar integrations
- CRM integrations
- Meeting intelligence
- Workflow automation
- Data organization
- Productivity software
- Executive or enterprise tools
- Secure applications containing sensitive information
You should be comfortable thinking across product strategy, user experience, system design, and implementation.
I am especially interested in senior builders who can work directly with a founder, make strong product decisions, communicate clearly, and independently drive the project forward.
This is not a good fit for someone who only wants a detailed list of tickets to execute.
## How to Apply
Please include:
1. A short explanation of how you would approach this project.
2. Examples of relevant products or systems you have built.
3. Which parts you would build first and which parts you would delay.
4. The biggest product or technical risks you see.
5. Whether you would handle product design and engineering yourself or work with a team.
6. Your expected availability.
7. Your preferred engagement structure.
8. A rough estimate for the product-definition and prototype phase.
Please begin your response with the sentence:
“I understand that this is an operating system, not a notes app.”
This will help me identify applicants who have read the full description.

I’m opening a specialist fishing-gear shop and need a complete e-commerce site built from the ground up. The store must feel rugged and outdoorsy—think deep-water blues, clean navigation, and plenty of space for product shots of rods, reels, lures, and tackle.
Core functionality
• A fully featured shopping cart that lets customers add, edit, and remove items without friction.
• Secure credit/debit card processing (Stripe or a similarly reliable gateway).
• Mobile-first responsive layout so anglers can order straight from the dock.
Beyond the basics, I’ll need an intuitive admin area where I can manage inventory, upload images, adjust prices, and view orders. If you can seed the catalog with a handful of example products so I can see the workflow, that would be ideal.
Please build on a platform you’re comfortable maintaining—Shopify, WooCommerce, or a custom solution are all fine so long as the checkout flow is smooth and PCI-compliant. I’ll supply branding assets (logo, color palette, product photos) as soon as we kick off.
Acceptance criteria
• Live site deployed on my domain, SSL enabled.
• Test transaction using a real card successfully reaches the order dashboard.
• Clear written hand-off notes or a quick screen-share showing me how to add new gear.
If something here needs clarification, let me know and we can adjust before we start coding.

We are seeking a long-term WordPress development agency to create a custom real estate brokerage platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with WordPress and Bricks, and be able to deliver a high-quality platform that meets our specific needs. This project requires a team that can work independently and deliver results over an extended period.
Client's questions:
Describe your recent experience with similar projects
Please list any certifications related to this project
Include a link to your GitHub profile and/or website
What frameworks have you worked with?
Describe your approach to testing and improving QA
We're looking for an experienced Wix designer and developer to help create a modern, responsive, and professional website. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, understand user experience, and be able to build clean, high-performing websites using Wix Editor or Wix Studio.
Experience with website redesigns, landing pages, responsive design, SEO best practices, and custom Wix functionality is a plus. We're looking for someone who communicates well, pays attention to detail, and can deliver quality work on time.
This is a small fixed-price test project with the opportunity for long-term collaboration if we're a good fit.
When applying, please share a brief introduction, a few examples of your Wix work, your preferred tools, and your estimated turnaround time.
We're Jugl (jugl.com), an AI-powered customer experience platform for ecommerce merchants. Our AI agents handle pre-sale questions, order status ("where is my order?"), returns/exchanges, cart recovery follow-ups, and support across chat, email, voice, and Instagram — with human escalation built in. We're a funded, founder-led team.
The project (paid pilot)
We're hiring an experienced Shopify/Shopify Plus consultant for a scoped, paid pilot implementation:
Kickoff call with our founding teamand a platform walkthrough
Implement Jugl for one Shopify merchant — either one of your existing clients or one we provide
Scope includes: connecting the store (products, orders, customer data), configuring the AI agent's knowledge base and escalation rules, installing the chat widget, and testing core flows (WISMO, returns, cart recovery)
Deliver a short feedback write-up: what was smooth, what was confusing, what merchants will ask for
Estimated effort: 15–25 hours over 2–3 weeks. We provide full documentation, a sandbox environment (guest.jugl.com), and direct Slack access to our engineering team — you won't be implementing blind.
Why this is bigger than one project
Consultants who complete the pilot successfully are invited into our implementation partner program: paid implementation work for each new client, plus recurring revenue share on every client subscription you bring to the platform. You already have merchants complaining about ticket volume, abandoned carts, and after-hours support — this turns that pain into a recurring revenue line for your practice.
You're a fit if you have:
3+ years on Shopify/Shopify Plus with active merchant clients
Experience with app integrations, webhooks, and merchant onboarding
Comfort configuring third-party SaaS tools (helpdesk, chat, or marketing platforms a plus)
Interest in an ongoing partnership, not just a one-off gig
To apply: Briefly tell us (1) how many active Shopify merchant clients you work with, (2) one client type that struggles most with support volume or cart abandonment, and (3) your availability over the next 3 weeks.
