The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software projects on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong technical understanding of software development and QA processes, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and resource alignment.

• Coordinate across development, QA, product management, and business analysis teams.

• Ensure adherence to Agile practices and facilitate ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, estimation sessions).

• Monitor project progress using velocity, throughput, and burndown charts; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Required Knowledge & Competencies

Project Management

• Familiarity with PMBOK Guide and PMI best practices (PMP certification not required).

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master.

Technical & Process Understanding

• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and QA/testing phases: Unit, Integration, System, UAT, Performance, and Security testing.

• Understanding of code management concepts (e.g., pull requests).

• Familiarity with testing activities: test planning, test case development, bug identification and reporting.

• Ability to interpret and calculate metrics such as velocity, throughput, and burndown charts for both development and QA.

Tools & Technologies

• Excel: Advanced skills including pivot tables, charts, and formulas.

• Jira: User story workflows, advanced roadmap, dependency mapping.

• Confluence & SharePoint: Documentation and collaboration.

• Familiarity with Clarity for reporting (preferred but not required).

Agile Practices

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Ticket Handling & Client Support

4. Supplier & Operator Communication

Communicate with tour operators, transport partners, and suppliers.

5. Accounting & Invoice Verification

Review supplier invoices and cross-check against confirmed bookings.
Verify dates, rates, guest numbers, and services delivered.

We are looking for an experienced marketing copy editor to refine and polish translated website content for a premium beachfront hotel brand directly updated in the Duda CMS.

The English website is the leading/source version. All content on the English site is correct and should be reflected accurately and consistently in the other three languages (German, Colombian Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese), while avoiding literal translations. The content in these languages has already been auto-translated in our CMS (Duda).

Edits must be done manually; AI-generated or machine-translated text (e.g., ChatGPT or similar tools) may not be used to produce deliverables. We require authentic human linguistic judgement to ensure natural, culturally correct, high-quality copy.

Your task is not to translate from scratch, but to:
• Use the English website as the reference/source of truth
• Edit and refine existing translations in your language(s)
• Ensure meaning, intent and tone match the English version
• Improve clarity, flow, grammar, spelling, readability, and cultural nuance of the existing translations
• Maintain a warm, guest-friendly, positive and hospitality marketing tone
• Fix any awkward or machine-like phrasing and symbols
• Translate and refine meta titles and meta descriptions for each page

Because the English website is the base, strong English skills are also required, even if you’re editing in another language.

This is a one-time project, with potential for repeat work.

You will receive access to our Duda editor with text-only edit permissions. You will not be editing layout or design.
