I am promoting a digital wellness competition and seeking someone that has access to a large audience that can promote the competition through their channels in exchange for 20% of the competition fees. WHAT WE NEED

We are looking for a talented social media designer and video editor to create scroll-stopping Instagram and Facebook content — carousels, single image posts and short-form video reels — in a bold, editorial style.
The core static format:

Full-bleed photography — image fills the entire frame, no borders
Oversized bold hook text sitting directly on the image
Minimal brand mark bottom centre
Clean, editorial, no clutter

The core video format:

Short-form video reels, 45 to 60 seconds
Cinematic, feeling-first editing — slow and considered, not fast-cut social clips
Stock B-roll sourcing and selection
Audio layering and sound design
The finished reel should feel like a high-end documentary short, not a travel ad


WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

Instagram and Facebook carousel posts — typically 5 to 7 slides
Single image feed posts
Instagram Stories companion content
Short-form cinematic video reels
Consistent visual identity across all formats

Content covers destinations including Rwanda, Japan, Puglia, the French Riviera, Monaco and more. All creative direction, scripts and imagery guidance will be provided. You bring the design and the edit.

WHO YOU ARE

You have a strong portfolio of Instagram content — ideally in travel, hospitality, luxury lifestyle or editorial
You have experience editing short-form video — cinematic, feeling-first content rather than fast-cut social clips
You understand typography as a design tool, not an afterthought
You can look at a reference and match its energy without copying it
You work cleanly in Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut or equivalent
You are reliable, communicate clearly and hit deadlines
You have an eye. This is non-negotiable.

What’s the catch?

What flavors are included with the promotion?

What happens after the free cases?

When you reorder, cases are $32.95 — no minimums. Most restaurants sell between $3 and $5 per bottle, which works out to roughly $40–$90 profit per case.

The Role

You'll be running application calls with fans who've applied to join athlete-led trips. These aren't cold calls — applicants have already raised their hand. Your job is to qualify them, answer questions, build excitement, and close the booking (or collect a deposit).

What you'll do:

Run 15–30+ application calls per week with pre-qualified leads
Qualify applicants on fitness, motivation, and group fit
