We would provide you with detailed financial records, and you would handle all other tax-related tasks; including individual taxes that we need to pay, should our LLC start making profit. Although it is not a must; we would also like to know how we might benefit from the tax treaty that the US has with Turkey, when it comes to paying our individual taxes in Turkey.
 
- Limited Tax Consultation: This would primarily focus on advising us on tax compliance matters. We would handle the majority of the bookkeeping and tax preparation ourselves, but would seek your guidance on specific issues stated above and ensure that we are meeting all requirements.

Finally, please kindly note that we have no employees in the USA at the moment, and are not planning to hire anyone in the near future. So no tax prep required regarding employees or payroll. Just two partners of the LLC and their taxes.
