I'm looking for help with a US tax compliance issue for my LLC.
Situation:

LLC formed in Wyoming on August 14, 2025, single-member, owned by a non-US resident (no US citizenship/residency).
EIN obtained in early October 2025.
This is the first tax year (2025) for the LLC.
I have not yet filed Form 5472 + pro forma Form 1120 for tax year 2025, which I now understand was due April 15, 2026. No extension was filed.
I need help filing this as soon as possible, including a reasonable cause statement explaining this was an unintentional first-year omission, to request penalty abatement.

I also withdraw as owner around 6000$ to my own personal account.

What I need:

Prepare and file Form 5472 + pro forma Form 1120 for tax year 2025 (late filing)
