What you’ll be responsible for:
This is a lead role, not a task-based execution gig.
You will be responsible for:
- Owning the growth strategy across multiple apps
- Leading content-driven growth (short-form, UGC-first)
- Designing and managing content automation systems
- AI-assisted content generation
- Repurposing long-form → short-form
- Scalable workflows for creatives, captions, hooks, variations
- Building and managing UGC pipelines

We are growing and looking for our first Social Media Account Manager to join our team. We're looking for a strategic, organized, and client-focused who can own the full client experience and content strategy for our clients. You will be the first hire in this role on a new and growing team.
You'll be the main point of contact for clients, managing everything from content planning and strategy to scheduling, copywriting, community management, and reporting.
This is a 3-month contract position with potential to continue based on performance.

- 2+ years of social media management experience (preferably for service-based businesses)
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok (algorithm, best practices, content types)
- Excellent presentation skills and executive presence
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Sprout, Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented (you never miss deadlines)
- Comfortable on strategy calls with clients (professional, confident, articulate)
- Data-driven mindset (you track metrics and optimize based on performance)
- Strong communication skills (English fluency, both written and verbal)
- Reliable internet and ability to meet weekly deadlines

Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to manage our online presence end-to-end. This is a backend-focused role with strong creative execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn
Design posts, reels, infographics, pamphlets & leaflets using Canva
Edit short videos for social media (basic to intermediate level)
Manage social media posting, scheduling & engagement
Run and optimise Facebook & Instagram ads
Update and manage our websites (content updates, banners, basic changes)
Manage newsletter creation and circulation
Assist with LinkedIn promotions and campaigns
Support setup and updates of widgets, chatbots, and simple automations
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Canva
Social media management (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Content creation + basic copywriting
Video editing for social media
Website backend updates (WordPress or similar preferred)
Social media advertising (Meta Ads)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
Experience with chatbots or website widgets
Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.)
