He voluntarily pulled off this project out of nowhere based on his assumption that the project should have been completed in 80 hours which according to the original scope should be but he has gone overboard with internal pages design and made the overall project a bit complicated than it looked initially. He is too overwhelmed & dithering at times which makes life harder for a development unit to execute his needs. Threatening us to stop the billing in mid is a classic trait of unprofessionalism he carries from time to time. I don't think a remote engagement with him is feasible and would recommend him to hire someone locally (An intern probably) to help him get through the line with his project within his self derived timeline.
