We are looking for an Intermediate to Expert Google Ads / Performance Marketing Specialist to create, launch, manage, optimize, and report on Google Ads campaigns for our AI-based SaaS products.

We currently have two products that we want to promote through Google Ads:

Product A – AI Digital Marketing SaaS
An AI-enabled SaaS platform that helps users generate SEO content and meta tags for their products.

Product B – AI Course Learning Platform
An AI-powered course learning platform that includes AI simulation software to provide a more interactive learning experience.

The primary objective is conversions. We are not looking for someone who simply launches campaigns and waits for results. We want someone who can understand the products, identify the appropriate audiences, build campaigns strategically, monitor performance, optimize based on data, and continuously improve conversion performance.

Responsibilities
Google Ads Campaign Management
Research and create appropriate Google Ads campaigns for our products.
Identify relevant keywords, audiences, search intent, and targeting strategies.
Create and manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube/video, and other relevant Google Ads campaigns where appropriate.
Develop appropriate ad copy, targeting, bidding, and campaign structures.
Set up conversion goals and ensure campaigns are optimized toward meaningful conversions.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
Identify underperforming keywords, ads, audiences, placements, and campaigns and take corrective action.
Continuously look for opportunities to improve conversion rates and reduce inefficient ad spend.
Google Analytics, GTM & Tracking
Integrate and configure Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) where required.
Configure appropriate conversion events and tracking.
Ensure that Google Ads conversion tracking is correctly connected to the relevant analytics/tagging setup.
Test the tracking setup and verify that conversions are being recorded accurately.
Troubleshoot tracking issues when required.
Ensure the overall setup is operational before campaigns are scaled.
YouTube Ads
Create and configure YouTube advertising campaigns where appropriate.
Recommend suitable YouTube campaign types, audiences, targeting, and objectives.
Track and analyze YouTube campaign performance.
Optimize campaigns based on conversion and engagement data.
Reporting & Documentation

We require clear documentation of the work performed.

For each campaign/project, you should provide an SOP/process document covering:

Campaign setup and structure
Target audience and targeting strategy
Keywords and/or audience selection
Bidding strategy
Ad formats and creatives used
Conversion tracking setup
GA4/GTM configuration performed
Tests performed
Results obtained
Optimizations performed
Recommendations / next steps

We want to be able to understand what was done, why it was done, and what the results were.

What We Expect From You

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the Google Ads side of the projects.

You should be comfortable saying things like:

"Based on the product, target audience and conversion objective, I recommend starting with X campaign structure because..."

rather than simply following a predefined checklist.

You should be able to analyze campaign data and explain why you are making particular changes.

I want to build a pseudo number generator circuit affecting number displays.

Description:

We need a mechanical engineer with FEA experience to analyze a two-piece injection-molded plastic part that joins in the middle with a snap-fit connection. The assembly holds together under load, but exhibits unwanted flexing/deflection at the joint when a downward force is applied. We need to identify the root cause of the flex and evaluate design changes to make the assembly rigid.

Scope of work:

1. Run a static structural FEA on the assembled two-part CAD model (provided as STEP or Parasolid X_T, both halves included).
2. Boundary conditions: both ends of the assembly fixed/supported.
3. Load case: 2–3 lbs applied downward at the center of the joint, normal to the part surface.
4. Material properties will be provided (thermoplastic — exact grade shared on award).
5. Deliverables:
- Displacement and stress plots (heat map) showing where deflection originates
- Brief written summary of the root cause of the flex
- Recommendations for design changes to stiffen the joint (e.g., rib placement, catch geometry). Important constraint: changes must be achievable via mold inserts only (steel-safe / tool-safe) — no changes requiring a full mold rework.

What we'll provide:
- CAD files of both parts (current production-intent revision)
- Annotated photos and video showing the flex behavior
- Material spec

Requirements:
- Proven experience with FEA on injection-molded plastic parts, ideally snap-fit or living-hinge features

## The role

You own the top of the pipeline. You build the target lists, run the outbound, and put qualified calls on Sebastien's calendar. The role is hands-on execution rather than strategy, and you will be the person in the tools every day.

## What you will do

- Build and enrich target lists in Clay, sourcing from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and public sources such as utility wildfire mitigation plans and agency directories
- Run cold email in Instantly, including domain setup, inbox warming, sending, and deliverability monitoring
- Write your own copy and test messaging by segment (utilities, state and federal fire agencies, conservation groups)
- Handle replies and book qualified calls directly onto Sebastien's calendar
- Keep the CRM clean enough that we can see cost per meeting and which segments actually convert

## What we are looking for

- You have personally run outbound campaigns that produced booked meetings. Managing an agency that did it does not count.
- Fluent in Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Instantly
- You write your own emails and they do not read like templates
- Comfortable with light automation and scripting (n8n, Zapier, Python, whatever gets the job done)
- Useful but not required: experience selling into government, utilities, or public safety, or an interest in wildfire and climate

Engineering Simulation Developer – Single-Phase Immersion Cooling Tank

We are a final-year engineering project group developing a project titled:

“Design of a Single-Phase Immersion Cooling Tank Suitable for Submerging Server Components in Dielectric Fluid.”

We require an experienced engineering simulation professional to develop an editable simulation model for our proposed system.

Project Overview

The project involves the design and simulation of a single-phase immersion cooling system in which server components are submerged in a non-conductive dielectric fluid. The system will circulate the fluid through a cooling/heat-exchange arrangement to remove heat generated by the server components.

The overall system will also incorporate a hybrid power architecture for supplying the electrical loads associated with the server, circulation pump and cooling system.

We are currently developing the engineering design, assumptions, mathematical equations, component specifications and operating conditions ourselves. We will provide these details to the selected freelancer.

What we need from you

We need you to:

- Convert our engineering/mathematical model into a working simulation.
- Develop the appropriate simulation model using suitable engineering software.
- Model the thermal behaviour of the immersion cooling system.
- Model the circulation of the dielectric cooling fluid.
- Incorporate the specified heat-transfer relationships and system equations we provide.
- Implement the hybrid power-system logic according to our specifications.
- Run the required operating scenarios and simulations.
- Generate relevant graphs, plots and simulation results.
- Provide an editable/source version of the complete simulation model.
- Provide sufficient documentation/explanation so that our team can understand and reproduce the simulation.
- Make reasonable corrections or adjustments where required after we review the initial model.

Expected simulation outputs

Depending on the final specifications, the simulation should be capable of evaluating parameters such as:

- Server/IT heat load
- Dielectric-fluid temperature

Required expertise

The ideal freelancer should have demonstrated experience in one or more of the following:

- CFD/thermal simulation
- Immersion cooling or data-centre cooling
- MATLAB/Simulink
- ANSYS Fluent or similar simulation software
