Hello Sarita
I'm launching Still Counts, a new Australian parenting brand creating thoughtfully designed card decks to help grown-ups answer children's big questions with care.
The first product is The Big Questions: Santa, a physical deck of 50 question-and-answer cards for children beginning to ask how Santa really works.
I'm at the early stage of building the business, so I'm looking for a cost-effective Shopify approach that still feels polished, premium and considered.
The brand direction, website copy, page structure and indicative Canva layouts are already complete. I'm hoping to work with someone who can refine what is there and translate it into a responsive Shopify site rather than begin the design process from scratch.
The site will launch with one product but should be flexible enough to add future decks, bundles, guides and supporting articles as the brand grows.
The initial site would include: Homepage, Product page, For Grown-Ups page, About page Santa information page, Reusable article template, Email capture for a downloadable guide, Shopify setup, cart, shipping and basic SEO Mobile optimisation, Training and handover
I'm very open to using a strong existing Shopify theme with thoughtful customisation rather than a fully bespoke build. I have a project brief, completed copy and Canva layouts ready to share. I'd love to know whether this sounds like a project you may be interested in and what a practical starting budget might look like. Thanks Justine

I'm looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to manage my local pest control business in Melbourne, Australia.
I already have an active Google Ads account, but I want someone to improve lead quality, lower my cost per lead, and maximise my ROI not just increase clicks.
Could you please let me know:
Have you managed Google Ads for pest control or other home service businesses?
How would you approach improving an existing account rather than starting from scratch?
Do you manage the account yourself?
What would your monthly management fee be?
If your experience is a good fit, I'd be happy to arrange a call.
Thanks!

Working expectations
We are looking for someone who can:
Follow detailed written instructions, checklists and templates
Complete tasks accurately without unnecessary shortcuts
Keep records organised and up to date
Communicate clearly when something is missing or unclear
Ask questions rather than make unsupported assumptions
Use only verified product information
Avoid inventing specifications, claims, compatibility, reviews or performance figures
Keep supplier brand names internal unless public use has been approved
Avoid copying competitor wording, images, advertisements or testimonials
Provide constructive feedback when a process could be improved, made more efficient or presents a risk
Explain the reason for any suggested change before acting on it
Obtain approval before changing established processes, prices, products, website content or research methods
The business owner will handle the website design, branding, final supplier approval, pricing, Australian compliance decisions and advertising budgets.

The role may later expand into:
Ongoing Shopify administration
Supplier communication

This will depend on work quality, reliability, communication, availability and the needs of the store after launch.

I run Bayaanstore, an organic skincare brand based in the UK. My Shopify store has over 882 visitors and my TikTok Shop has over 233 visitors, but I have almost no sales only one single sale from ads so far.
I’ve sent free samples to many creators, but most never made videos, and those who did made low‑quality content with very few followers. I’ve hired help for two months now, but the store still isn’t working properly and ads won’t run right. I’ve lost a lot of money and trust working with people who don’t deliver.
I’m looking for someone honest, experienced with skincare brands, and who can fix my store, optimize listings, run proper ads, and help me get real results. I want clear updates and no empty promises please only apply if you can truly help me turn this around before I have to close down

We are a fine jewelry brand with a growing presence on Etsy and Shopify. We design pieces inspired by the universe — minimal, elegant, and made to last. We’re not looking for just an assistant. We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands luxury, has an eye for beauty, and wants to grow with a brand from the ground up.
This starts as part-time. If you’re the right person, it becomes full-time.
*Etsy (Immediate Focus)*
- Optimize all listings — titles, tags, descriptions, SEO
- Maintain and grow existing momentum (we have an established presence with strong favorites)
- Manage promotions, pricing strategy, and seasonal campaigns
- Monitor performance and iterate quickly
*TikTok (Start Immediately, Organic Only)*
- Build our TikTok presence from scratch — content strategy, creation, and scheduling
- Understand fine jewelry and luxury fashion content — hooks, trends, formats that convert
- Drive organic traffic to our Etsy and Shopify stores
- No paid budget — pure organic growth strategy
**Phase 2 (Month 2–3): Build the Foundation**
*Shopify Growth*
- Audit and improve the store — traffic, conversion, UX
- Set up Klaviyo: welcome flows, abandoned cart, post-purchase sequences
- Start building our email list from day one
- SEO optimization across product pages and collections
- Shopify is our long-term owned channel — treat it that way
**Phase 3 (Month 3+): Expand**
*Amazon Handmade*
- Set up and launch our Amazon Handmade seller account from scratch
- Create and optimize listings for the Amazon marketplace
- Manage ongoing — pricing, reviews, performance
*Influencer & Affiliate Marketing*
- Identify and reach out to micro and macro influencers in fine jewelry and luxury fashion
- Set up and manage affiliate marketing programs (RewardStyle, LTK, ShareASale, or similar)
- Build long-term partnerships, not one-off posts
*Instagram*
- Content creation and scheduling
- Grow following in line with TikTok strategy
*New Sales Channels*
- Research wholesale, boutique partnerships, and additional marketplaces
- Contribute product development ideas based on trend research
---
**You Must Have:**
- Proven Etsy SEO and listing optimization experience
- Deep understanding of TikTok for fashion/luxury — not just posting, but growing organically
- Proven experience growing a Shopify store from low/no traffic — show us numbers
- Hands-on Klaviyo experience (or similar email marketing platform)
- Experience with influencer outreach and affiliate marketing tools
- Experience with Amazon Handmade or Amazon Seller is a strong plus
- Background in fine jewelry, luxury fashion, or premium lifestyle brands
- Track record with high-ticket products ($200+)
- Strong aesthetic eye — you know what luxury looks and feels like
- Proactive, strategic mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Fluent English, strong written communication
---
**Compensation:**
- Base: $4–6/hour (part-time, ~10–15 hrs/week)
- **Commission: Meaningful commission on sales you directly contribute to** — we reward results generously
- Growth path: Strong performers move to full-time as the brand scales
---
**To Apply — Please Answer These 3 Questions:**
1. What luxury or fine jewelry brand have you worked with, and what was your role?
2. Share a specific example of growing an Etsy shop, Shopify store, or social media account — situation, actions, results.
3. How would you approach building a TikTok presence for a fine jewelry brand from scratch with zero paid budget? Walk us through your strategy.
We read every application carefully. Generic cover letters will be ignored.
✨ This is a rare opportunity to get in early with a brand that has real potential — and be rewarded for it.
