SEO Backlinking Freelance Jobs

We're looking for a person / team who can provide high quality back links for our site and other off page SEO work involving:

1) Achieving first-page ranking on Google, Yahoo, Bing.

2) Improve website content through article and blog submissions to achieve a higher DA(Domain Authority) and PA(page authority) score.

3) Clean up our existing back links so only the referring domain links remain. We have several which are considered toxic or from dead domains which need to be removed.

Our domain and page authority are very low at the moment and we need to achieve the first page of Google and the other search engines using white hat techniques as quickly as possible.

This would be an ongoing project for a minimum of 4 months or until our goals are achieved. This position has the possibility of being permanent depending on performance.
