You will manage and coach three existing salespeople, set priorities, review pipelines, and ensure momentum. You will work closely with founders, product, and compliance to qualify merchants, structure deals, and remove friction in the sales process. You will help define ICPs, sales messaging, pricing logic, and pipeline discipline. You will contribute to hiring, onboarding, and scaling the sales function as volume grows.
Who you are
You are a senior sales professional who is comfortable carrying a quota while managing others. You have experience selling B2B services, preferably in fintech, payments, SaaS, compliance, crypto, or adjacent infrastructure businesses. You understand long sales cycles, regulated customers, and complex decision-making. You are structured, commercial, and calm under pressure. You do not hide behind dashboards. You know how to close.
You are equally comfortable doing outreach yourself and reviewing someone else’s pipeline. You think in terms of numbers, conversion rates, deal size, and time to close. You communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
What this is not
This is not a pure people manager role. This is not a junior business developer role. This is not a marketing or lead-generation position. If you only want to manage, or only want to hunt without responsibility for others, this role is not a fit.
Engagement and compensation
This is a long-term role. Full-time preferred, but senior contractors with the right background are welcome. Compensation will be a mix of base and performance-based upside, structured to reward closed deals and team performance. Details depend on experience and engagement model.

Top Origins imports goods globally to deliver high-quality, differentiated products at competitive prices. We are building a repeatable, process-driven supply chain operation and are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead to own day-to-day execution across samples, sourcing support, and production runs. As a pre-requisite for the job, you MUST have worked for a western brand or interacted with a western based client actively for for at least two years.
This role assumes end-to-end responsibility for supply chain execution, working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and external manufacturing partners to ensure products are sourced, produced, quality-controlled, and delivered on time and within agreed cost expectations. This is not a one-off sourcing or factory-hunting role, but an ongoing operational position for someone who is comfortable running structured workflows, coordinating suppliers, resolving issues as they arise, and keeping systems accurate and up to date as volume increases.
The Supply Chain Operations Lead will serve as the primary operational point of contact for customers and suppliers, managing intake, status updates, and execution-related communication while escalating commercial decisions, scope changes, or risk tradeoffs to leadership. This role ensures timelines are predictable, issues are surfaced early, and communication flows cleanly throughout the procurement lifecycle.
What You Will Be Responsible For
1. Sample & Request Intake
- Receive and validate requests for samples and production runs
- Ensure specifications, quantities, timelines, and pricing inputs are complete
- Register samples and orders in our internal systems (Zoho / Asana)
2. Sample Coordination
- Set up sample purchase orders and payment requests
- Coordinate timelines with suppliers
- Arrange shipments (bulk or piecemeal) via forwarders
- Track delivery and confirm receipt
- Record final pricing and lead times
3. Sourcing Execution (Within Defined Requirements)
- Support sourcing of new products or backup suppliers based on provided requirements
- Collect pricing and lead time options
- Coordinate sample iterations and feedback loops
- Escalate tradeoffs or risks when needed
(This role executes sourcing processes — it does not define commercial strategy or pricing philosophy.)
4. Production & Inventory Restock Management
- Coordinate production runs for established products
- Obtain Proforma Invoices (PIs) and create Purchase Orders (POs)
- Track deposits, interim payments, and final balances
- Maintain production timelines and delivery estimates
- Coordinate quality control inspections and summarize findings
- Manage final payments and shipment coordination
5. Systems & Communication
- Keep Zoho CRM / Zoho Projects / Asana fully up to date
- Communicate status clearly and proactively
- Maintain QC procedures and operational documentation
- Participate in a weekly operational review call
The ideal candidate has:
- Strong relationship management skills, including the ability to work effectively with suppliers in China.
- A high degree of professionalism, as this role serves as a primary point of contact for internal teams, customers, and external vendors.
- Excellent organizational skills and the discipline to effectively use internal tools and processes developed by Top Origins.
- A strong awareness of ethics, operational controls, and supply chain integrity.
- Flexibility and adaptability; this role is expected to evolve as the business grows, and responsibilities may shift over time in response to changing needs.
Must be able to:
- Communicate directly with U.S.-based shipping carriers during standard business hours (typically between 8:00–11:00 AM ET).
- Understand, calculate, and explain landed costs, including production, freight, duties, and related charges.
- Stay highly organized and comfortable managing multiple parallel workflows
- Proactive communicator who escalates risks early
- Comfortable working independently with clear processes and expectations

THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant / Partnerships & Operations Coordinator to act as a key liaison and support system for the Founder and leadership team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves operations, coordination, and relationship management, and wants exposure to partnerships, talent management, and the creator economy without being commission-based.
You will support partnerships, talent, and operations while keeping everything organized and moving forward behind the scenes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PARTNERSHIPS & LIAISON SUPPORT
Act as a liaison on behalf of the Founder for brands, partners, PR agencies, and collaborators
Manage inboxes, follow-ups, scheduling, reminders, and next steps
Track brand conversations, deal stages, timelines, and deliverables
Assist with outreach using templates, decks, and existing materials
Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
TALENT & INFLUENCER SUPPORT
Support influencer communication, scheduling, and relationship touchpoints
Maintain organized talent trackers, rosters, and notes
Assist with pitching creators using existing decks and materials
Track deliverables, deadlines, and campaign progress
Flag issues, delays, or opportunities to leadership
OPERATIONS & ORGANIZATION
Maintain and organize Google Drive folders, files, and shared documents
Manage internal trackers for influencers, campaigns, leads, events, and partnerships
Support SOP documentation and workflow improvements
Keep systems accurate and up to date
Help bring structure to fast-moving operations
EVENTS & ACTIVATIONS
Support planning and coordination for events and activations
Assist with guest lists, RSVPs, logistics, schedules, and follow-ups
Help with on-site coordination when applicable

It was obvious they were reference clips—from brands like Skims and Nike—and they were already fully color‑graded and edited. So what exactly was he color‑grading and editing?
He also asked me to switch from my fixed price to an hourly rate to match his terms, and then claimed he did nine hours of work. There is no way nine hours of work were done, especially since no editing was needed on the reference videos. Those were only provided as examples. We never even discussed editing my actual footage, and I never sent him the videos that actually needed color and editing.
He is now charging me for nine hours of “editing” on reference clips that were never meant to be edited, and he never even received the real footage for the job. I feel like this is a scam, that he’s taking advantage of people, and I’m not satisfied at all. I also ended the contract after two days because I was very clear from the start that I needed same‑day editing
