We operate an independent payment processor comparison and referral platform and are building partnerships with payment processors, merchant service providers, fintech companies, and acquiring platforms.
We are looking for a professional, confident English-speaking contractor to handle introductory partnership calls on our behalf. These are not cold calls or telemarketing calls. The companies involved have already expressed interest in discussing a potential partnership. Your role will be to represent our platform professionally, understand the partner program being offered, ask relevant commercial and operational questions, and provide a clear written summary after each call. Calls will generally last 15 to 30 minutes and may involve companies in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and other international markets. During calls, you will briefly explain our platform and referral model, learn which types of merchants the provider wants to acquire, and ask about topics such as commission structure, revenue share, residuals, referral attribution, supported markets, onboarding, partner dashboards, payout terms, minimum requirements, and contractual conditions. You should be comfortable asking follow-up questions when terms are unclear and communicating with partnership, sales, and business development professionals. After each call, we expect an accurate and concise written summary covering the key commercial terms, merchant fit, supported markets, next steps, and any issues that require further clarification. You will not be authorized to sign agreements, accept commercial terms, agree to exclusivity, make binding commitments, or make financial decisions on our behalf. Important commercial decisions will always be escalated for approval. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in B2B partnerships, business development, fintech, payments, merchant services, SaaS, account management, or partnership management. Familiarity with revenue share, residual, referral, and affiliate business models would be a strong advantage. Excellent spoken English is essential. You should sound confident, articulate, and professional when speaking with established payments and fintech companies. This will initially be a small ongoing role with a limited number of scheduled calls. If the relationship works well, we expect to continue working with the same person as our partner network grows. When applying, please include a 60 to 90 second voice or video introduction explaining your relevant experience and how you would introduce an independent payment processor comparison and referral platform during a partnership call.

The Abdulla Estate is the Group's real estate investment platform, established to identify, evaluate, structure, execute, and develop real estate investment opportunities across international markets. The Estate is intended to operate as a strategic investment platform rather than a conventional real estate brokerage or property sales business. Project Overview
We are looking for a relentless, highly organized freelancer to help us identify and qualify physical sites for a natural gas energy project. We will provide a list of contacts who hold active or recent flare permits. Your objective is to get in touch with the decision-makers by any professional means necessary—you will be executing a multi-touch outreach cadence across phone calls, SMS, emails, and LinkedIn. This is an information-gathering and site-qualification project. Your goal is to break through the noise, get their attention, and ask a few specific questions to see if their site matches our project requirements. The Tasks Execute a persistent, multi-channel outreach strategy (Cold Calling, Email, SMS, and LinkedIn connections/InMail). Hunt down the right decision-maker on LinkedIn if the provided contact information is a dead end. Ask a short series of qualifying questions to verify the site’s infrastructure. Present our standard purchase offer of $[X] for the gas. Log all touchpoints, replies, and site data accurately in our CRM/tracking sheet. Flag qualified sites for our project development team to close. Required Site Criteria (What you are qualifying them for): 1. Road Access: Can equipment easily access the site via road? 2. Flare Status: Is the flare currently active, or was it previously flared and is now capped? 3. Volume: Does the site produce a minimum flow of 250 MCF of flared gas? 4. Pricing: Are they open to selling the gas at our target price of $[X]? The Ideal Freelancer Relentless & Resourceful: You don't give up after one unanswered phone call. You know how to pivot to LinkedIn, find the right person, and send a targeted message. Strong Communicator: Excellent written English for emails/SMS, and a professional, confident phone presence. Process-Driven: Comfortable running a multi-step outreach sequence and keeping meticulous notes. Industry Bonus: Experience in the oil and gas industry, real estate scouting, or B2B lead generation is a huge plus. To Apply, Please Answer the Following: 1. Describe your experience executing multi-channel outreach (combining calls, emails, and LinkedIn). 2. What is your strategy when a prospect doesn't answer the phone or reply to the first email? 3. Are you familiar with any oil and gas terminology (like MCF or flaring)? (Not required, but a bonus). 4. Are you comfortable working and making calls during US business hours?

We’re looking for a highly organized, personable Buyer Success Manager to own the client experience from the moment a homebuyer completes their initial portal all the way through closing.
Think of this role as the buyer’s main point of contact and guide throughout their entire journey. You do NOT need to be a mortgage expert. We’re looking for someone who is excellent with people, proactive with follow-up, comfortable on the phone, and naturally good at keeping people organized and moving forward. WHAT YOU’LL OWN ⬇️ 📋 ONBOARDING & INITIAL REVIEW - Review each buyer’s completed onboarding portal - Understand their goals, timeline, and current stage - Record personalized Loom videos to introduce their next steps - Call buyers to confirm their timeline and answer process-related questions - Make sure every buyer knows exactly what happens next 🏡 AGENT MATCHMAKING - Identify when a buyer is ready to be connected with a real estate agent - Get buyers scheduled for their matchmaking conversation - Coordinate introductions and make sure the connection actually happens - Follow up afterward to make sure the buyer feels good about their agent match 💰 PRE-APPROVAL COORDINATION - Identify when buyers are ready to move into the pre-approval process - Get their pre-approval appointment scheduled - Make sure required steps are completed before their appointment - Follow up on outstanding client items - Coordinate with our mortgage team when qualification-specific questions arise 🔑 SHOPPING & UNDER CONTRACT - Stay in touch with buyers while they’re actively shopping - Check in on progress, timelines, and any changes to their plans - Make sure clients know who to contact and what to expect at each stage - Continue checking in once they’re under contract - Help coordinate communication between the client and our internal team - Make sure clients feel supported all the way through closing 🗂️ CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT - Maintain accurate notes, statuses, and timelines in our CRM - Proactively follow up instead of waiting for clients to reach out - Identify clients who are stalled or need additional attention - Escalate mortgage-specific questions to the appropriate team member - Most importantly: make sure no buyer ever feels forgotten or confused about what happens next WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR ⬇️ You’ll probably thrive in this role if you are: ✨ Extremely personable and comfortable on the phone ✨ Naturally organized and great at follow-through ✨ Warm and professional without sounding scripted ✨ Comfortable recording personalized Loom videos ✨ Good at managing a large number of client relationships ✨ Proactive about following up and solving problems ✨ Comfortable learning CRMs, scheduling tools, and new technology ✨ Someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people EXPERIENCE - Mortgage or real estate experience is helpful, but not required. We care more about experience in: - Customer success - Account management - Client relationship management - Customer service - Hospitality - Sales support We can teach you the mortgage process. What’s much harder to teach is ownership, communication, warmth, urgency, and follow-through. THE BIG PICTURE This is not a traditional administrative assistant position. You are the relationship owner for the buyer. Other members of our team may handle specialized parts of the transaction — loan qualification, processing, agent relationships, etc. — but you are the person responsible for making sure the buyer successfully moves from one stage to the next. From: Portal → Game Plan → Matchmaking → Pre-Approval → Shopping → Under Contract → Closing 🎉 Your job is to make that entire journey feel organized, personal, and seamless.

B2B Cold Email & Appointment-Setting Specialist -$5 to $10/hr USD
Help us turn optimzied outreach into useful sales conversations with founders and business leaders. Our organization GROWtalent is developing an outbound sales strategy around helping businesses make better hiring decisions. We are looking for a hands-on freelancer who can plan and run a focused cold-email campaign, manage replies, qualify interest and book meetings for our sales team. You will work with our sales manager Rahin and the GROWtalent team to create and implement the email marketing system. Our founder and CEO Kyle will finalize decisions and close the deals on sales calls. Your contribution is to build a reliable, measurable path from the right prospect to a relevant meeting. We welcome strong candidates based in South-Asia and SEA as well as equally qualified applicants elsewhere. Please tell us your availability in Eastern Daylight Time (New York), including whether you can attend meetings between the hours of 11:00am and 1:00pm Monday to Friday (not mandatory but highly preferred) Most research, setup and reporting can be asynchronous; the meetings will be minimal, and the exact overlap and any prospect-call hours will be agreed before the contract starts. Why this role is worth your attention: Real ownership: recommend the strategy, explain the numbers and improve the campaign based on what the data shows. Access to the people shaping the offer: work directly with the team reviewing the positioning, scripts and sales conversations. A paid trial: we want to evaluate your actual judgment and work. Substantial campaign planning and implementation will happen under an agreed paid scope. Clear expectations: an hourly rate within the stated range, an agreed hours cap and a defined deliverable list. We will discuss any tool or data costs separately. Room for an ongoing engagement: continuation will depend on the trial, campaign economics and team fit. The weekly workload will be based on evidence. What you will own: A focused campaign plan. Translate our approved offer and buyer criteria into one initial segment, a relevant message and a clear meeting ask. Prospect research and list quality: Find appropriate contacts, document why each account fits, verify contact data and maintain exclusions and duplicates. Email infrastructure planning: Audit the available setup and propose the domains, mailboxes, authentication checks, sending schedule and monitoring needed. Campaign execution: Build and quality-check the approved sequence in the selected platform, run the agreed pilot and make controlled changes as results come in. Lemlist experience is useful; explain comparable experience with other tools. Reply handling and appointment setting: Respond professionally, distinguish genuine interest from polite replies, qualify the reason to meet, manage follow-up and hand off booked meetings with usable context. Reporting and iteration. Report delivered outreach, positive replies, booked and held meetings, qualification, hours and spend. Explain what changed, what you learned and the next adjustment. Conversation continuity: Help update the existing conversation material so the opening, questions, objections and meeting handoff fit together. Tell us separately if you can also support live cold calling; we will agree that scope before adding it. Our Goal: To book 10 qualified meetings with venture backed startup founders and decision makers in the United States. We want to understand what it would take exactly to reach 10 booked meetings per week. We will assess meeting relevance and attendance alongside bookings. Please show the assumptions behind your estimate: audience, delivery, positive replies, booking conversion, follow-up, weekly hours, emails per day, domains, mailboxes and costs. This is a target to test, not a guaranteed first-week quota. We expect you to tell us candidly if the target, hours or infrastructure do not fit the evidence. Open rate can be reported as a diagnostic when available, but it will not substitute for positive replies or relevant meetings. What good candidates bring: Hands-on B2B cold-email experience, including campaign setup, reply management and appointment setting. Clear written English for business outreach and intermediate spoken English for team discussion and role-play. An understanding of domain and mailbox reputation, authentication, list verification, exclusions, bounce handling and sensible sending limits. The ability to show campaign results with dates, denominators, audience, volume, your role and hours worked. Redacted examples are welcome. Comfort with a customer relationship management system or a structured pipeline tracker, and a reliable habit of documenting next steps. Ownership, responsiveness during agreed hours and a willingness to challenge assumptions with evidence. A reliable working setup for the tasks and overlap you commit to. Recruitment, professional-services or founder-led B2B experience is useful. Experience with Instantly, Smartlead or Lemlist, prospecting or enrichment tools such as Clay or Apollo, and practical CRM workflows can be relevant. Describe what you have actually done. We will select tools for the campaign’s needs; no particular automation stack is mandatory. Here's how we will begin: Our proposed starting point is a paid, part-time trial at 4–8 hours per week, with the exact cap and hourly rate agreed before work begins. First, audit our starting point and produce a practical campaign and capacity plan. Then prepare a small, reviewed prospect sample, an outreach sequence and a reporting template. A live pilot follows only when the offer, list and sending setup are ready. The trial should establish your judgment, execution quality and realistic effort estimate. Four to eight weekly hours is a proposed starting range, not a promise that this workload will produce ten meetings. We will adjust the ongoing weekly hours only after reviewing the work, campaign dependencies and mature performance data. Include these answers in your application: Your hourly rate in US dollars, weekly availability, time zone and proposed live-coordination window. One relevant campaign example: target buyer, offer, duration, unique prospects reached, emails sent, positive replies, meetings booked and held, your responsibilities and approximate hours. Explain anything you cannot disclose. A short outline of how you would assess the feasibility of ten booked meetings a week for a hiring-related B2B service. List the first three things you would need to learn from us. How you would estimate weekly hours, emails per day, domains and mailboxes. You may use clearly labelled assumptions; we value honest reasoning more than a confident promise. How you define positive reply rate and a qualified booked meeting, and what you would do if open rates looked strong but relevant replies were weak. The outreach tools you have operated yourself, what you did in them, and whether you also have live cold-calling experience (not mandatory). Depth is welcome when it helps us understand your judgment. Use the format that best demonstrates your work: a written response, short Loom or video walkthrough, audio introduction, redacted case study, campaign teardown, portfolio, or relevant GitHub repository. Please share only material you are permitted to disclose and redact client identities or sensitive prospect data. No substantial unpaid custom campaign is requested. Client's questions:

PART-TIME MARKETING OUTREACH & PROJECT COORDINATOR | REMOTE | FREELANCE
Approximately 5 hours per week to start with potential to grow in hours and length of commitment. I am an author, educator, playwright, and course creator seeking a highly organized, resourceful Marketing, Outreach & Projects Coordinator to help expand the reach of several established and developing creative projects. This is a marketing outreach and project coordination role, not a general virtual assistant position. I have established projects, audiences, content, websites, and marketing ideas. I need someone who can take approved priorities and move them forward consistently—researching opportunities, organizing information, conducting targeted outreach, tracking results, and following up. THE PROJECTS 1. Spiritual growth books and programs. Two existing books, 50 Ways to Create Miracles in Life, and The Secret Life of Miracles with related videos and study groups, and future workshops/courses. 2. Theatre A full-length play, JOY!, recently selected for staged readings at a new play festival, along with plans for a related second play. Marketing work will focus primarily on identifying appropriate theatres, festivals, new-play programs, competitions, and other submission or development opportunities. 3. Award-winning children's books . A six-book values series for young children that has received the Mom's Choice Award. Potential outreach includes educators, librarians, parenting and education content creators, children's-book reviewers, schools, and appropriate media. 4. Teacher test preparation . Established educational courses and materials for prospective teachers, with future opportunities for digital marketing, partnerships, and content-creator outreach. The first priorities will be the spiritual-growth projects and theatre work. The children's series and teacher-test-preparation projects will be added gradually. PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Research highly relevant marketing, publicity, partnership, and submission opportunities. 2. Identify appropriate content creators, podcasts, organizations, study groups, theatres, festivals, reviewers, educators, and other potential partners. 3. Maintain organized spreadsheets/databases of prospects, deadlines, submissions, contacts, responses, and follow-ups. 4. Evaluate opportunities before presenting them, rather than forwarding large unfiltered lists. 5. Prepare personalized outreach using approved messaging and materials. 6. Handle approved outreach and follow-up once we have established a working process. 7. Track theatre submission requirements and deadlines. 8. Help maintain a master marketing calendar across projects. 9. Provide a concise weekly report showing completed work, responses, upcoming deadlines, and items requiring my decision. 10. Recommend specialized marketing or publicity help when a project requires expertise beyond the coordinator role. WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR: 1. Excellent online research skills. 2. Strong organizational and project-management abilities. 3. Excellent written English and professional communication skills. 4. Experience maintaining spreadsheets, contact databases, or project-tracking systems. 5. Good judgment about whether an opportunity is genuinely appropriate. 6. The ability to work independently and accomplish meaningful work without frequent meetings or supervision. 7. Respect for deadlines and careful attention to details. 8. Comfort working with an established creator who retains creative control. Experience in publishing, author marketing, theatre, education, publicity, influencer/content-creator outreach, or nonprofit/community outreach is highly desirable. You do NOT need experience in all of these areas. THIS POSITION IS PROBABLY NOT A GOOD FIT IF: 1. Your primary service is posting generic social-media content. 2. You rely on mass email, purchased lists, automated outreach, or follower-building. 3. You routinely produce large prospect lists without individually verifying relevance. 4. You prefer developing marketing strategies rather than executing established priorities. 5. You require frequent meetings to make progress. 6. You routinely recommend rebranding or rewriting clients' work before outreach. 7. You are uncomfortable having your research evaluated for accuracy and relevance. QUALITY OVER QUANTITY IS VALUED: Ten carefully researched contacts that are genuinely appropriate are more useful to me than a spreadsheet containing 200 loosely related names. INITIAL SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION: This will begin as a 30-day paid trial, approximately 5 hours per week, with the possibility of continuing and expanding the role if it is a good fit. Target hourly range: $20–$40/hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability. Additional hours must be approved in advance. Please do not send a generic marketing proposal. I am particularly interested in how you research, organize, prioritize, and execute. Finalists will be invited to complete a short paid research assignment using two of my actual projects. The same assignment and time limit will be provided to each finalist. Client's questions:

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to own the end-to-end relationship on one of our largest accounts: a home insurance sales campaign for the customer base of one of Spain's leading telecommunications operators, with product from a major European insurer, executed through five of the country's largest call centers.
This is an account ownership role, not a support role. You are the single point of contact for the client, the insurer, and the operations vendors. Responsibilities Day-to-day relationship with the client and the insurer: meeting cadence, minutes, written agreements, and follow-up on open items from both sides. Coordinate agent training: product and platform sessions with the insurer, review of documentation in advance, and certification of the internal trainer before launch. Onboarding and access: consolidate the agent roster across all call centers and process their access requests on the client's platforms within required lead times. Databases: validate monthly lead volumes, control base segmentation, and keep campaigns separate by brand within the client group. Dialing rules and compliance: attempts per number, intervals between attempts, avoiding multichannel saturation, use of our own outbound channels, and legal disclaimers on any pricing communication. QA: call listening and calibration, review of call scripts and WhatsApp/SMS/email templates, and the client approval cycle before anything goes live. SLAs and reporting: define and defend service commitments (contact rate, turnaround times, data quality) and deliver a weekly report with actual business read-out, not just numbers. Data returns and recordings: work with the client's technical team on the returns structure and the daily deposit of interactions, including test loads. Contracts and annexes: track signatures and conditions ahead of campaign launch. Requirements Native Spanish. Professional English. 6+ years in account management, customer success, or delivery on large accounts; insurance, telco, BPO, or performance marketing preferred. Experience working with call centers and distributed teams. Comfortable with data: contact rates by time slot and channel, segment comparison, diagnosing conversion drops. Disciplined follow-through: agreements in writing, with owners and dates. Nice to have: experience with Spanish corporate clients and with compliance/legal review processes. Details Candidates based in Spain, need to be close or in Madrid Immediate start. To apply: in 5–8 lines, tell us about an account you've managed — sector, size, and your exact responsibility — and how you handled an SLA that was being missed. Generic or unedited AI answers will be discarded.

We are looking for a hands-on TikTok Shop growth operator to help an established U.S. e-commerce brand turn an active TikTok Shop into a measurable sales channel.
This is not a TikTok Shop setup role and it is not a general social media management position. Our Shop is already live, seller probation has been completed, and the official account is connected. We now need someone who has personally grown TikTok Shops and can diagnose the current performance, execute the highest-impact growth opportunities, and leave us with a repeatable system our internal team can continue using. Current Baseline For September 1–7: 36,516 product impressions 1,770 product clicks 0 orders $0 GMV There is traffic. The immediate question is why it is not converting and what needs to change. Our initial business target is 100 orders within 30 days. We expect the selected specialist to review the Shop data during Week 1 and validate whether that target is realistic based on the current account, products, traffic, conversion opportunities, affiliate pipeline, and competitive environment. What You Will Own You will be responsible for diagnosing and executing the TikTok Shop growth plan, including: TikTok Shop performance and conversion diagnosis Affiliate strategy and recruitment Creator outreach, gifting, follow-up, activation, and nurture Recruiting and managing creators producing shoppable videos Identifying and scaling high-potential creator/content opportunities Campaign and promotional strategy Live-selling strategy Recruiting and coordinating live sellers where appropriate Shop performance and listing optimization Identifying conversion barriers between product views, clicks, and purchases Measuring what is producing orders and GMV versus what is simply generating activity Creating repeatable SOPs, workflows, templates, and operating standards for internal handoff We are specifically looking for someone who can build the system while operating it, not someone who needs to learn TikTok Shop from scratch. 30-Day Pilot Week 1 — Audit & Diagnosis Review the Shop, traffic, products, affiliate activity, creator strategy, listings, offers, conversion path, and available performance data. Deliver a prioritized growth plan identifying: What is working What is not working Likely causes Highest-impact opportunities What should be tested immediately Weeks 2–4 — Execution Actively execute the agreed priorities across affiliates, creators, shoppable content, campaigns, LIVE, conversion, and other growth opportunities supported by the diagnosis. End of Pilot — Scale & Handoff We should finish the engagement knowing: What moved orders and GMV What did not work What should continue What should scale What internal resources are needed What processes and SOPs the internal team should follow What We Are Looking For You should have direct, hands-on TikTok Shop experience, preferably with U.S.-market e-commerce brands. Strong candidates should be able to demonstrate experience with several of the following: Growing TikTok Shop orders or GMV TikTok Shop Affiliate Center Affiliate and creator recruitment Creator activation and relationship management Product gifting/sample programs Shoppable videos LIVE commerce Shop promotions and campaigns Conversion optimization TikTok Shop analytics Building SOPs or scalable operating systems Generic TikTok content management or social media experience alone will not be sufficient. Engagement Initial engagement: 30-day growth pilot Initial budget: $15–$20/hour Higher rates may be considered for candidates with exceptional, directly relevant results Hours should be appropriate to the execution plan; please tell us the weekly commitment you recommend Schedule / Time Zone We operate on U.S. Pacific Time (PT). The selected specialist should be able to maintain sufficient overlap with our Pacific Time business hours for collaboration, reporting, and execution. Exact working hours can be aligned based on the proposed 30-day plan. How to Apply Please answer the following. We will prioritize these answers over generic proposals. 1. TikTok Shop Case — Give us one TikTok Shop you personally worked on. Starting monthly orders / GMV: Ending monthly orders / GMV: Time period: Market / country: What YOU personally owned: Top 3 actions you implemented: What did not work: Evidence available: 2. Diagnostic Exercise — A TikTok Shop generated 36,516 product impressions and 1,770 product clicks in 7 days, but 0 orders. Before recommending solutions, what are the first five things you would investigate, in order, and what would each tell you? 3. Hands-On Experience — Which of these have you personally managed: affiliate recruitment, creator outreach, gifting/samples, creator activation, shoppable videos, Shop campaigns/promotions, LIVE selling, listing optimization, conversion optimization, or TikTok Shop analytics? 4. First 7 Days — You cannot fix everything at once. What are your first three priorities, what would you deliberately postpone, and what result would tell you to change direction? 5. Markets — Which TikTok Shop markets have you personally worked in — U.S., Philippines, UK, or others? 6. Evidence — Please provide screenshots, dashboards, case studies, or anonymized proof of measurable TikTok Shop results where available. 7. Sales Manager — U.S. Cleaning Services
Remote | Part-Time | Long-Term Opportunity | Base Pay + Commission & Bonuses About Sharpen Sharpen Agency Cleaning Services is a growing professional cleaning company serving residential and commercial clients in the Philadelphia, Bucks County, and South Jersey markets. We are restructuring our sales operation and are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to take ownership of our sales execution, strengthen our pipeline, and help us generate consistent revenue. This is not a management-only position. We need a hands-on sales leader who is willing to prospect, make calls, follow up with leads, close business, and coach our existing Business Development Representative (BDR). What You'll Do As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for both selling and leading the sales function. Your responsibilities will include: Personally prospecting and generating new residential and commercial cleaning opportunities Making outbound calls and conducting sales conversations with U.S.-based prospects Following up aggressively and professionally with inbound and outbound leads Qualifying prospects and moving opportunities through the sales pipeline Closing residential and commercial cleaning contracts Managing and coaching our current BDR Reviewing BDR calls, activity, appointments, and conversion performance Developing and improving sales scripts, email sequences, follow-up strategies, and objection-handling techniques Managing sales activity and opportunities through HubSpot CRM Maintaining accurate pipeline stages, notes, tasks, and follow-up dates Developing outbound strategies targeting businesses, property managers, offices, facilities, and other commercial prospects Building a consistent sales process that can eventually support additional BDRs and sales representatives Providing weekly sales forecasts and performance reports directly to the CEO Identifying weaknesses in our current sales process and recommending improvements Helping establish KPIs and accountability standards across the sales function Who We're Looking For We are especially interested in candidates who have: Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, sales management, or account acquisition Experience selling to customers or businesses in the United States Excellent spoken and written English Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting skills Experience personally closing sales—not just managing salespeople Experience managing or coaching BDRs/SDRs Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills Experience with HubSpot or another major CRM The ability to work independently without constant supervision Strong organization and pipeline-management skills A highly accountable, performance-driven mindset Experience selling commercial cleaning, janitorial services, facilities services, home services, property services, staffing, SaaS, or other B2B services is highly preferred. What Success Looks Like We are not looking for someone who simply reports activity. We want someone who can turn activity into appointments, proposals, contracts, and collected revenue. During your first 90 days, you will be expected to: First 30 Days: Learn Sharpen's services, customers, pricing, CRM, and existing sales process; evaluate our current pipeline and BDR; begin prospecting and selling personally; and establish stronger sales processes and accountability. Days 31–60: Build a consistent pipeline, improve prospecting and follow-up performance, coach the BDR, increase qualified appointments and proposals, and demonstrate measurable revenue generation. Days 61–90: Demonstrate a repeatable sales process, consistent pipeline management, improved BDR performance, reliable forecasting, and measurable contribution to company revenue. Exceptional performance can lead to increased responsibility and advancement toward Senior Sales Manager and eventually Head of Sales as Sharpen grows. Compensation This position will begin as a part-time remote role of approximately 20–25 hours per week. Compensation will include: Competitive hourly/base compensation based on experience Commission on eligible closed business Performance and milestone bonuses Opportunities for increased hours and compensation based on results Long-term advancement opportunities We want compensation to reward actual sales performance and revenue generation. We are looking for a player-coach: someone who can build the strategy, lead the team, pick up the phone, speak with prospects, follow up, and close business. If you are ambitious, accountable, comfortable being measured by results, and interested in helping build a sales organization from the ground up, we would like to hear from you.

We are building WorkTruth, a career insight platform where professionals share what their job and industry are really like, including pay, hours and career paths. They can publish with their name masked if they prefer. The site is live and we are recruiting our first contributors.
The job in one line: invite professionals in your own LinkedIn network to contribute, and follow up with the ones who are interested. This is not cold lead generation. You will be messaging people you genuinely know, about a subject they know well, using questions and material we provide. Roughly an hour a day, five days a week, on your own schedule. A note on wording: a Blueprint is WorkTruth's name for an article sharing practical insight from someone's professional experience. Contributors can also post shorter answers to specific questions. LENGTH OF THE JOB A four week engagement, starting with a paid trial week. If it goes well we would be glad to agree a further month. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Send 8 to 10 personalised first messages per working day to existing professional connections - Use our question list and material, written in your own words, never copy pasted - Handle replies, make one respectful follow up where appropriate, and help interested people join WorkTruth - Fill in a shared tracking sheet the same day you message someone - Send a short written summary at the end of each week: how many messaged, how many replied, how many are interested, and what objections keep coming up Tell us if your relevant contacts are running low, rather than messaging people the questions do not suit in order to hit the number. YOUR NETWORK IS THE JOB We need someone genuinely connected to people working in at least one of: - Accounting and audit - Healthcare, nursing and medicine - Software engineering - Sales and marketing - Civil, mechanical or manufacturing engineering Relevant professional relationships matter more than a marketing background. We would happily hire someone who works, or has worked, in one of those fields. YOU WILL NEED - An established LinkedIn account you use yourself, with a photo, genuine work history and ideally 300 or more connections, a real number of whom work in one of the fields above and are people you actually know - Excellent written English. You will be writing to accountants, engineers and nurses, and it must not read like a template - Availability to reply to people within a day - Comfort with saying "I don't know, let me check" instead of guessing You will operate your own account yourself. We will never ask for your password or account access, and we will never post as you. We will review your LinkedIn profile and network at the start of the paid trial week. Please do not send links or contact details with your application, as Upwork does not allow that before a contract begins. WE DO NOT WANT LinkedIn automation tools, bulk connection senders, purchased lists, or anyone messaging from an account that is not their own. Using automation software ends the contract. PAY Fixed price, 100 USD for the four weeks, paid in four milestones of 25 USD, each released against the tracking sheet and that week's summary. Week one is the paid trial. It begins with the profile and network review and building your first target list, then outreach. If either side decides not to continue after week one, that 25 USD is still paid and we stop there. Each milestone is funded before that week begins and released once that week's messages are logged and the summary is sent. We are paying for consistent work, not for elapsed time, and your base pay does not depend on how many people sign up. BONUS, ON TOP, UP TO 100 USD - 5 USD when a professional you introduced completes WorkTruth verification and publishes their first original answer or Blueprint - 5 USD more if that same person returns and publishes a second qualifying contribution on a separate day, between 7 and 30 days after their first - Maximum 10 USD per person, and 100 USD in bonuses in total Qualifying means original, relevant content based on that person's own professional experience, published from their own account after being approved through WorkTruth's contributor verification process. Duplicate accounts, copied content and superficial filler do not qualify. We confirm each milestone ourselves and pay bonuses through Upwork. The return window may finish after the four weeks end, including for people introduced in the final week, and no further unpaid work is expected from you during it. Maximum total for this contract is 200 USD. WHEN YOU APPLY Answer the screening questions properly. A generic template proposal will not be read. All application and interview communication stays on Upwork. Client's questions:
