I. Role Title: Azure IAM Analyst
Overview: As an Azure IAM (Identity and Access Management) Analyst, the employee will play a
pivotal role in managing and securing user identities and access within our Azure environment. This
position requires a comprehensive understanding of Azure Active Directory and identity management
solutions, focusing on ensuring secure and efficient access to cloud resources. The role involves a

II. Responsibilities:
Relationship Management
• Administer and manage Azure Active Directory and IAM solutions.
• Implement identity synchronization services between on-premises and Azure environments.
• Develop and enforce access control policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and
company policies.
• Manage user roles and permissions, guaranteeing appropriate access to resources.
• Monitor IAM system performance and resolve any integration issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend access needs and deliver tailored
solutions.
• Conduct regular audits to identify potential security risks and compliance issues.
• Provide support and guidance on IAM best practices to team members and stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in Azure security and IAM.
• Document IAM processes, policies, and reports, ensuring clarity and consistency.
Specific Task Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM, specifically within Azure environments.
• Profound knowledge of Azure services, especially Azure Active Directory.
• Familiarity with cloud security protocols, identity federation, and multi-factor authentication.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI) is advantageous.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively with both
technical and non-technical stakeholders.
