We’re looking for a warm, clear and professional Australian phone interviewer to help with a short customer research project for an Australian beauty e-commerce brand.

This is not a sales role, not a winback campaign and not cold calling.

You’ll be speaking with existing customers who previously purchased from us and asking a short set of research questions about their experience. The goal is to understand what worked well, what did not and what could be improved. We are looking for someone who can ask the right questions strategically to collect feedback from our existing customers.

Project Details

Must-Have Requirements

• Strong existing network in the humanoid robotics / advanced electronics manufacturing sector
• Proven experience closing partnership / OEM / consignment deals (please share examples)
• Technical understanding of robotics/hardware is a big plus
• Fluent English + native Mandarin
Budget & Structure
• Initial milestone-based (e.g. “Deliver 5 qualified warm introductions + summary”)
• Then possible monthly retainer for ongoing support
• Long-term collaboration preferred

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Partnerships Specialist to help us grow our client base, secure sponsorships, recruit vendors, and build strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential clients, sponsors, vendors, and community partners
• Build and maintain prospect databases and lead lists
• Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and social media
• Schedule discovery calls and meetings with qualified prospects
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
• Present sponsorship, partnership, and vendor opportunities
• Support business development efforts for agency services
• Assist in securing event sponsors and vendors
• Maintain CRM records and track outreach activities
• Provide weekly reports on leads, outreach, meetings, and opportunities generated

Requirements
• Experience in business development, lead generation, sales, outreach, or partnerships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and organizational abilities
• Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-up communications
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Experience using LinkedIn, email outreach tools, CRM systems, and spreadsheets

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with marketing agencies, events, nonprofits, or community organizations
• Knowledge of sponsorship sales and partnership development
