The schers LLC is looking for a full-time virtual executive assistant.

You will be fully trained but you will also own your responsibilities.
This means that we will train you, you will be an integral part of our team who will be responsible to hit our targets.
We are a real estate acquisition company and we buy houses in the market of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. You will be responsible for marketing, admin, management of leads and other duties as assigned.
We are not looking for a team member who just communicate by email. We are looking for a highly engaged team member who wants to be part of our team you must be available to work full time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern time. You must be available to participate in our sales meeting twice a week from 10am via zoom.

As the Founder and CEO, I am looking for someone who can identify and reach out to property owners and landlords willing to explore the benefits of short-term rentals.

Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential properties suitable for short-term rentals.
Contact property owners and landlords to discuss the benefits of partnering with RMA Sunshine Shores.
Build and maintain a list of interested property owners.
Schedule meetings or calls between property owners and our management team.
Provide detailed reports on outreach activities and property prospects.

Requirements:
Experience in real estate, property management, or a related field.
