RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Social Media Management

2. Video Production Support

• Approve final versions and share with the Founder for sign-off
• Upload approved videos to YouTube and other platforms as directed

3. Grant Applications
• Apply to at least one grant per week using application materials prepared with Claude
• Track grant applications, deadlines, status, and follow-ups in Monday.com
• Communicate with grantors as needed for questions or submissions

4. Project Management
• Maintain Monday.com as the single source of truth for all active and upcoming projects
• Keep task statuses, owners, and deadlines current at all times
• Help manage the Founder's schedule for project milestones and delivery windows
• Flag blockers and surface priority conflicts before they become problems

5. Customer Support
• Monitor [email protected] daily for incoming troubleshooting requests
• Respond using pre-built templates and escalate issues to the Founder when needed
• Maintain a log of recurring issues to inform FAQ and product improvements

6. Ecommerce Updates
• Update the Avolv Kajabi store and Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) store with new YouTube content to support learning
• Ensure product descriptions, thumbnails, and links are current and accurate

7. Prospect Research
• Research homeschool communities, co-ops, and programs; compile contact lists for outreach
• Research schools and district contacts relevant to our curriculum
• Organize prospect lists for use in outreach campaigns — structured for CRM or Monday.com import

8. Administrative Support
• Handle one-off administrative tasks as directed: scheduling, document prep, coordination
• Maintain organized shared drives and file-naming conventions

What you'll do
You'll be the person responsible for how our products show up on Shopify and in the Google product feed. Concretely:
