We are looking to hire two proactive freelancers:
1. Shopify Admin Specialist (primary role – immediate start)
2. AI Image Generation Specialist (to follow once admin work is underway)
This role is for people who think on their feet, take initiative, and can work independently. We are not looking for anyone who needs close supervision.
Primary Responsibilities (Phase 1 – Shopify Admin)
- Create and edit product variants in Shopify
- Organise and rename product images
- Source and add additional suitable product or lifestyle images
- Work through approx. 1,400 active products (this will reduce as variants are consolidated)
- Maintain clean, accurate, well-structured product listings
Phase 2 – Image Generation (Secondary)
- Generate or enhance product imagery using AI tools (Nano Banana preferred; others acceptable if quality meets standards)
- Build tasteful, premium scenes around existing product images
- No product alterations; no explicit nudity

- You must be comfortable working in the adult / sexual wellness niche, including sex toys, lingerie, books, and related products
- Strong Shopify admin experience (products, variants, imagery)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Catalog Specialist to support a key client in the apparel sector. This role is crucial for enhancing the client's Amazon presence by resolving existing catalog issues and accurately launching new products. You will be the expert responsible for ensuring all listings are compliant, optimized, and published in Italian, directly impacting the client's sales performance and catalog health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve a variety of catalog errors for existing apparel products on Amazon Seller Central.
- Create and launch new apparel product listings in full compliance with Amazon’s Apparel category guidelines.
