We are currently seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist with expertise in Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads) and Google Ads to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a small stack and make a significant impact on our clients' digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
Create compelling ad copy, graphics, and landing pages to maximize campaign performance.
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimize ad targeting and reach.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to increase ad effectiveness.
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and provide strategic recommendations accordingly.
Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns are leveraging the latest features and best practices.
Required Skills:

Proficiency in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Experience with ad campaign optimization and performance analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Editor.
Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS is a plus.
