I host a bilingual podcast called From Where to Here, focused on language, culture, and identity, based in Birmingham, Alabama. The content is consistent, the brand is clear, and the episodes are dropping regularly (starting to go weekly but previously was monthly). What I need now is someone who can look at the full picture and tell me what I am missing.
This role is for you if you genuinely enjoy digging into a brand, spotting what is holding it back, and building a clear path forward, without being handed a to-do list. If you need detailed direction to get started, this is not the right fit. What this role is NOT: - Content creation - Caption writing - Video editing Those stay with me. What I need is the strategy behind it all. The breakdown: 70% strategy — auditing, analyzing, recommending, and advising on growth across YouTube and Instagram 20% collaboration — weekly 30-minute call on weekends to review progress, adjust priorities, and plan ahead 10% execution — light Publer scheduling support as needed What matters most: You ask questions before starting, not after. You think ahead. You flag blind spots and bring solutions. You work proactively so we are not redoing things. Goals for the 3 months: YouTube: grow toward 1000 subscribers (currently 244) and 4000 watch hours Instagram: grow from 540 to 1000+ followers Logistics: Central or Eastern time zone preferred (or within 1 hour) Flat-rate contract, 3 months Budget: $800 To apply: Tell me one blind spot you commonly see with podcast brands on YouTube or Instagram, and how you would address it.

We’re looking for someone who could own most of our podcast workflow for a new and growing podcast in the Spa/Wellness B2B space, including:
• Host and guest scheduling/coordination • Full-service video and audio editing • Guest technical support for remote recordings • Episode scheduling, publishing and distribution across platforms, with attention to titles, timing, metadata and discoverability • SEO-optimized show notes • Social clips for each episode • Analytics/reporting with key takeaways around audience growth, engagement and episode performance For social specifically, I’d love to understand how you approach identifying the strongest moments from an episode, how many clips you typically recommend/create, and the level of creative treatment that goes into them. One of our biggest priorities is growing Spa Insider beyond simply producing and distributing episodes. We want to build a meaningful audience and a strong media brand around the show. I’d love to hear how you approach audience development and whether you have examples of shows where you’ve helped meaningfully grow listenership, video views or social engagement, along with any metrics you’re able to share. If this sounds aligned with the kind of work you do, I’d love to learn more about how you’d structure the engagement and what you think would make sense from a scope and budget standpoint.

Podcast Growth Freelancer — Goal: 10K Monthly Downloads
I’m looking for an experienced podcast growth freelancer to help grow Inside the Children’s Hospital to 10,000 podcast downloads per month. This is an established pediatric healthcare podcast with a large library of episodes featuring parent stories, healthcare professionals, and conversations about navigating children’s healthcare. The Goal Grow the podcast to 10,000 downloads per month through sustainable, organic audience growth. I am specifically looking for someone who has experience growing podcast downloads/listeners, not simply producing podcasts or managing social media. What I Need I want you to develop and execute a growth strategy that may include: * Podcast SEO and discoverability * Apple Podcasts and Spotify optimization * YouTube-to-podcast conversion * Strategic episode distribution * Leveraging our existing episode library for growth * Cross-promotion and podcast collaborations * Newsletter/community distribution * Guest audience activation * Identifying high-potential episodes and topics * Testing new audience acquisition strategies * Tracking downloads and determining which activities are actually driving growth I already create content and have an established brand, network, guests, website, social presence, and episode library. I need someone focused on turning those existing assets into more listeners. Success Metric The primary KPI for this role is simple: Monthly podcast downloads → 10,000/month I want someone who will establish our current baseline, create a realistic growth plan, track progress monthly, and continually adjust based on what’s actually working. Who I’m Looking For You should have demonstrable podcast audience-growth experience. When applying, please tell me: * What podcasts you’ve helped grow * Their starting and ending download numbers * What specifically you did to create that growth * How you would approach getting this podcast to 10K monthly downloads * What timeline you believe is realistic * What metrics you would track * Your monthly rate Please do not send a generic digital marketing proposal. I’m specifically looking for someone who understands podcast audience acquisition and can show evidence that they’ve grown podcast downloads before.

Podcast Audience Growth & Promotion Specialist
I’ve recently launched a podcast called If Politics Was A Company (IPWAC) and I’m looking for someone who can help me grow its audience. IPWAC takes interesting stories, personalities and events from global politics and looks at them through the lens of leadership, organisational culture and corporate life. It isn’t a party-political podcast. Politics provides the stories; leadership provides the lens. I’m an international leadership and culture consultant and executive coach with around 30 years’ experience. The podcast is conversational, sometimes provocative, occasionally funny, and designed to make people think differently about leadership. I’ve found a great podcast editor, so I’m happy with the production side. Now I need help getting more people to discover and listen to it. The objective My goal is straightforward: grow genuine downloads and listeners, build a regular audience, and create the conditions for the podcast to grow organically through recommendations and word of mouth. I’m not interested in artificially inflating numbers, buying followers or generating meaningless impressions. I want more of the right people to discover IPWAC, enjoy it, come back and hopefully tell someone else about it. The potential audience includes people interested in: * Leadership and management * Business and organisational culture * Politics and current affairs * HR and the workplace * Human behaviour * Thought leadership IPWAC has an international outlook. I’m based in Europe and the UK is an important audience, but I’m interested in developing an English-speaking audience internationally. I’m therefore very open to working with someone based anywhere in the world. What I’m looking for I’m looking for someone who genuinely understands podcast audience growth, discovery and promotion. I’m deliberately not being too prescriptive because part of the reason for hiring you is that you should know more about growing podcasts than I do! Depending on your experience and recommendations, the work might include: * Developing and implementing an audience-growth strategy * Increasing podcast discovery * Promoting individual episodes * Using LinkedIn and other appropriate channels intelligently * Identifying the clips, quotes, questions and topical hooks most likely to make someone want to listen * Getting IPWAC recommended in relevant communities, newsletters or other channels * Cross-promotion with complementary podcasts * Identifying opportunities for me to appear on other podcasts and introduce IPWAC to their audiences * Experimenting with appropriate paid promotion where it makes sense * Looking at listener/download data to understand what’s actually driving growth * Helping convert first-time listeners into followers and regular listeners I’m very open to experimentation. What I don’t particularly need is someone simply producing a calendar of generic social-media posts. I’m looking for someone who understands the much more important question: How do we get substantially more of the right people to discover this podcast and actually press play? Initial engagement I’d like to start with a 6–8 week paid trial. If we work well together and can demonstrate that we’re building genuine audience momentum, I’d be very happy for this to become an ongoing relationship as IPWAC grows. When applying Please don’t send me a generic podcast-marketing proposal. Instead, I’d really like you to answer these questions: 1. If IPWAC were your podcast, what are the first three things you would do to increase its audience? 2. Can you give me examples of podcasts where you have helped increase genuine listeners/downloads? What did you actually do, and what happened? 3. What would you realistically expect us to be able to learn or achieve during the first 6–8 weeks? 4. How would you measure whether what we’re doing is actually working? Please also tell me how you normally charge and roughly how much time you think you would need each week. I’m much more interested in finding one smart, curious person who understands podcasts, gets what I’m trying to create and wants to help grow it than employing a large marketing agency. And if you apply having actually listened to some IPWAC, you’ll already have my attention.

We are a small London startup launching a network of podcasts hosted by academics and niche specialists. The hosts have deep expertise and no audience. We do all of the production and we own the shows. Our one blocking problem is discovery, and we have a three-month window to find a growth mechanism that works. We want to pay for one hour of your time, on a video call this week, to hear what your strategy would be for us and what we have missed.
What we want from the hour: This is a paid advice call, not a project. We will send you a one-page pack the day before with more details. On the call we want three things. - First, what you would build first for a show whose host has no following and only an hour a week to give, and what you would ignore. - Second, how you would measure ongoing growth: what you would look at each week, what threshold would tell you after one month that a show is working, and what daily or weekly routine you would run per show. - Third, we will go through the channels one by one, meaning YouTube, Spotify, Apple, TikTok and Reels, LinkedIn, Reddit, feed drops and swaps, newsletters, press and paid placements, and ask what you would specifically do on each. One important constraint: we are looking for strategies that do not depend on the host being active. Tactics that need the host to guest on other shows or post daily are not what we need. We are honest about this because we would rather you told us it limits what is possible than spent the hour on tactics we cannot run. Who we are looking for: You have personally grown at least one podcast or YouTube channel from a small base and you can show us the numbers. Experience with educational, expert-led or B2B shows is an advantage. You are comfortable telling us that something we plan to do will not work. Who we are not looking for: Please do not apply if your offer is guaranteed downloads, chart placement, follower packages or promotion to a list of podcast apps. We will not pay for any of these. Budget and logistics: Fixed price for a sixty-minute video call, paid on completion. We are in London (UK time) and will schedule around you. The call will be recorded and transcribed for our internal use only. To apply: Answer the three screening questions. Start your proposal with the name of one show you grew and its before and after numbers, and tell us when in the next two days you could take the call. Client's questions:

Title: Podcast Video Editor for B2B Enterprise AI Show (Riverside, Motion Graphics, Short Clips)
About the show The Integration Layer is a podcast on enterprise AI and ERP, featuring senior technology and finance leaders. Episodes are recorded and hosted on Riverside. Distribution is primarily LinkedIn and YouTube, with an audience of enterprise executives, so the visual quality needs to look polished and professional rather than casual or meme heavy. Scope of work (per episode) You will receive raw multitrack Riverside recordings and deliver: One fully edited main episode, roughly 55 minutes. Remove filler, dead air, false starts and technical issues. Clean multicam or speaker switching, color correction and audio cleanup. Motion graphics and branding throughout: intro and outro, lower thirds for host and guest, animated titles, subtle transitions, on screen callouts for key points, and end card. Three to four short vertical clips (30 to 60 seconds) built around a strong hook in the first two seconds. Burned in captions, punchy pacing, formatted for LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts. One short teaser (15 to 30 seconds) to promote the episode ahead of release. Deliverables in the formats and aspect ratios needed for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook , YouTube and Riverside distribution. What I am looking for Proven podcast editing experience. This is the main requirement. Strong motion graphics skills. After Effects or equivalent. Experience cutting short form clips that actually perform, not just trimmed excerpts. Comfortable working from Riverside multitrack files. Reliable turnaround and clear communication. I work on a publishing schedule. Bonus if you have edited business, technology or finance content and understand the tone. Engagement structure We will start with one episode at a fixed price so we can both evaluate fit. If the work is strong, this moves to a monthly retainer covering four episodes per month on an ongoing basis. I am looking for a long term partner, not a one off gig. Budget for the first episode: 300. Please quote your monthly retainer rate for four episodes separately. To apply, please include Links to two or three podcasts you have edited. Full episodes plus the short clips you cut from them. Examples of your motion graphics work, ideally within a podcast context. The tools you use for editing, graphics and captions. Whether you have worked with Riverside recordings before. Your typical turnaround time from receiving raw files to first draft. Your quote for a single episode and your monthly rate for four episodes. Applications without portfolio links will not be reviewed. One note on the budget line: on Upwork it helps to name a real number rather than leaving it open, because vague budgets attract a flood of low quality proposals. If you tell me the range you have in mind I can suggest where to set it.

Where She Goes Next is a new video podcast featuring honest conversations with real women navigating life’s unexpected chapters—career and identity changes, relationships, empty nesting, divorce, grief, reinvention, choices around motherhood, aging, and the question of what comes next.
Our primary audience is women in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond. We are launching September 13 and are looking for someone who can begin immediately. We need an experienced Social Media & Audience Growth Manager to help us launch the show and build an engaged audience across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube/YouTube Shorts. This is not primarily a video-editing position. Our long-form editor produces the podcast episodes and core video/social assets. We need someone who knows what to do with those assets—what to post, where, when, with what hook and CTA, how to engage the audience, and how to use performance data to continually improve the strategy. We are looking for someone who understands that effective multi-platform strategy does not necessarily mean posting the exact same content in the exact same way everywhere. Responsibilities * Develop a social-media strategy around each biweekly podcast episode. * Build and execute a two-week content calendar for each episode. * Manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts. * Select the strongest available clips and assets for each platform and recommend additional content when needed. * Develop a YouTube Shorts strategy that complements rather than simply duplicates Instagram Reels and TikTok. * Write compelling hooks, captions, titles and calls to action that fit the voice of Where She Goes Next. * Schedule and publish content across the platforms. * Use Stories, Reels, TikToks, Shorts, feed posts and other formats strategically. * Help convert short-form discovery into viewers/listeners of the full show. * Monitor comments and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. * Respond appropriately to routine community engagement in the established WSGN voice and flag comments or conversations that should receive a personal response from the host. * Monitor social and YouTube performance, including reach, engagement, watch time/retention, shares, saves, subscriber/follower growth and other meaningful metrics. * Identify which topics, clips, hooks and formats are performing best. * Use those insights to continually improve future episode campaigns. * Help us establish a repeatable social-media and audience-growth system as the show develops. Who We’re Looking For This is not an entry-level learning opportunity. Because the show is launching immediately, we need someone who already understands social-media strategy, audience development and community management. Experience marketing podcasts, YouTube shows, creator-led brands, women’s media/lifestyle content, or personality-driven long-form content is strongly preferred. We care much more about demonstrated results and strategic thinking than where you are located. Excellent written English and an understanding of the cultural nuances of a primarily U.S.-based audience of women 40+ are important. You should be comfortable looking at analytics and explaining—not just reporting—what they tell us. We also value good judgment. These are personal, sometimes vulnerable conversations with real women. The brand should feel thoughtful, sophisticated, warm and authentic—not sensationalized, clickbait-driven or like generic motivational content. Engagement & Budget We publish a new episode every two weeks. We would like to begin on a per-episode/two-week campaign basis, with the opportunity to build an ongoing relationship as the show grows. Budget: $250–$500 per episode/two-week campaign, depending on experience, proposed scope and demonstrated results. Our first campaign begins immediately in preparation for our September 13 launch. Please Answer These Questions With Your Proposal 1. Show us what you’ve done. Please provide links to 2–3 Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or YouTube accounts you have personally managed. Tell us specifically what you were responsible for and provide at least one measurable result where possible—for example, growth, reach, engagement, video views, watch time, conversions or subscriber/follower growth. 2. Show us how you think across platforms. Assume you have a 60-second emotional clip from a Where She Goes Next episode in which a woman discusses choosing not to have children despite social expectations. How would you think about using that content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts? We are not asking you to create a free campaign or do unpaid spec work. We simply want enough to understand how you think about the differences among the platforms. 3. We’re launching quickly. What would you prioritize? Where She Goes Next launches September 13. If you joined us this week, what are the first three priorities you would address before launch? Again, we are not asking for a free launch strategy—just your high-level priorities. 4. How would you measure success? After the first 30 days, which metrics would you use to determine whether our social-media strategy is working? What might cause you to change the strategy? Please answer all four questions in your proposal. Generic proposals that don’t address these questions will not be considered.

About NuVista AI
NuVista AI is a U.S.-based technology company helping organizations modernize through artificial intelligence, data, and cloud solutions on AWS. We partner with businesses to deliver scalable, secure, and measurable outcomes across cloud modernization, data platforms, generative AI, and intelligent automation. We specialize in cloud migration, data modernization, generative AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, AIOps, and technical staffing. Our team supports organizations across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, media, the public sector, and technology. About the Team You will work directly with NuVista AI’s CEO and collaborate with our executive brand, content, marketing, and leadership teams. Our CEO has more than 20 years of technology-industry experience, with expertise in enterprise Cloud, Data, AI, and machine learning. You will help expand his professional visibility by identifying relevant podcasts and securing high-quality guest appearances that reach enterprise technology leaders and business decision-makers. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Podcast Outreach & Booking Specialist to position NuVista AI’s CEO as a credible guest on relevant B2B technology, executive leadership, entrepreneurship, Cloud, Data, and AI podcasts. You will own the complete podcast outreach process—from researching and qualifying opportunities to developing personalized pitches, managing follow-ups, coordinating bookings, and tracking results. This is not a high-volume, generic outreach role. We need someone who understands how to evaluate podcast quality, identify alignment between the audience and the executive’s expertise, and create personalized pitches that demonstrate clear value to podcast hosts. What You’ll Do • Research relevant podcasts covering enterprise technology, Cloud, Data, AI, machine learning, digital transformation, leadership, entrepreneurship, and consulting. • Identify shows whose audiences align with NuVista AI’s target market and the CEO’s professional expertise. • Evaluate podcasts based on audience relevance, guest quality, content focus, engagement, publishing consistency, and overall credibility. • Build and maintain a prioritized database of podcast hosts, producers, booking contacts, and submission requirements. • Develop personalized outreach messages and guest pitches for individual podcasts. • Clearly communicate the CEO’s expertise, story, perspective, and potential value to each show’s audience. • Recommend compelling podcast topics, talking points, episode angles, and guest biographies. • Submit applications through email, booking forms, podcast platforms, and other approved channels. • Manage follow-up sequences while maintaining professional communication and protecting the executive’s reputation. • Build relationships with podcast hosts, producers, agencies, and relevant media contacts. • Coordinate podcast booking details, including dates, time zones, formats, technical requirements, and preparation deadlines. • Maintain an accurate calendar of confirmed, tentative, and completed podcast appearances. • Prepare briefing documents containing host information, audience details, previous episodes, recommended talking points, and potential questions. • Coordinate with the content team to repurpose podcast appearances into posts, articles, clips, newsletters, and other marketing assets. • Track outreach activity, response rates, booking rates, completed appearances, and resulting business opportunities. • Provide clear weekly and monthly reports covering pipeline activity, confirmed bookings, performance insights, and next steps. What We’re Looking For • At least two years of experience in podcast booking, media outreach, public relations, influencer outreach, executive visibility, or a related field. • Demonstrated success securing podcast appearances for CEOs, founders, executives, consultants, or subject-matter experts. • Strong research skills and the ability to identify relevant, credible, and audience-aligned podcasts. • Excellent written English and persuasive outreach skills. • Experience writing personalized guest pitches, follow-up messages, executive biographies, and topic proposals. • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with podcast hosts, producers, and media contacts. • Strong attention to detail when managing outreach records, contacts, schedules, and time zones. • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow-ups simultaneously. • Strong organization, ownership, and reporting habits. • Ability to work independently and produce consistent results without close supervision. • Availability to coordinate with the CEO and internal teams during agreed U.S. business hours. • Candidates must provide examples of podcast appearances they personally secured and explain their direct contribution to the booking process. Nice to Have • Experience booking guests for B2B technology, SaaS, Cloud, AWS, Data, AI, or digital-transformation podcasts. • Existing relationships with podcast hosts, producers, media professionals, or booking agencies. • Experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior technology executive. • Familiarity with podcast research and outreach tools such as Podchaser, Listen Notes, Rephonic, MatchMaker.fm, or similar platforms. • Experience using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or other CRM and outreach tools. • Knowledge of the AWS ecosystem and enterprise technology market. • Experience coordinating podcast preparation and post-appearance content repurposing. • Understanding of thought leadership, executive positioning, public relations, and personal branding. • Experience targeting audiences and media opportunities in the U.S. market. What Success Looks Like in 6–12 Months Within Six Months • Define clear podcast selection criteria aligned with the CEO’s expertise and NuVista AI’s target audience. • Build a qualified and prioritized database of relevant podcast opportunities. • Develop effective guest positioning, pitch templates, topic proposals, and follow-up sequences. • Establish a consistent and professional outreach process. • Secure appearances on credible podcasts with relevant business and technology audiences. • Maintain accurate reporting on outreach, responses, bookings, recordings, and published episodes. • Build a reliable pipeline of upcoming podcast opportunities. • Coordinate effectively with the CEO and internal content team before and after each appearance. Within Twelve Months • Establish the CEO as a recurring and credible podcast guest within the enterprise technology community. • Secure a consistent number of high-quality appearances on relevant B2B podcasts. • Expand relationships with podcast hosts, producers, and technology media professionals. • Increase the CEO’s visibility among enterprise decision-makers, technology leaders, and potential partners. • Generate opportunities for professional relationships, partnerships, speaking engagements, and qualified business conversations. • Develop a repeatable podcast-booking system that can be managed and scaled over time. • Build a valuable library of podcast content that can be repurposed across NuVista AI’s marketing channels. How Performance Will Be Evaluated • Performance will be evaluated based on: • Number of qualified podcasts researched and approved. • Quality and relevance of identified opportunities. • Outreach response rate. • Number of podcast bookings secured. • Booking-to-appearance completion rate. • Quality and relevance of confirmed podcast audiences. •Accuracy of booking coordination and preparation materials. • Growth of relationships with hosts, producers, and media contacts. • Opportunities generated through published appearances. • Consistency and accuracy of weekly and monthly reporting. The focus is on securing relevant and credible appearances that support executive thought leadership and business visibility—not simply sending a high volume of generic pitches. How NuVista AI Supports Part-Time Team Members • A fully remote work environment that supports flexibility and asynchronous collaboration. • A flexible part-time schedule based on agreed priorities and working hours. • Direct collaboration with NuVista AI’s CEO and leadership team. • Opportunities to contribute to executive thought leadership involving AWS Cloud, Data, AI, and enterprise technology. • Learning, professional development, and opportunities to expand your responsibilities. Country Hiring Guidelines NuVista AI is building a global team and considers qualified applicants from various countries. For this role, preference may be given to candidates based in India. While the position is fully remote, hiring availability may vary based on required working hours and engagement regulations in each location. Any location-specific requirements will be discussed and clarified by our Talent Acquisition team as you progress through the hiring process. How to Apply Please submit two to three examples of podcast appearances you personally secured for a CEO, founder, executive, consultant, or subject-matter expert. For each example, briefly describe: • The podcast and its primary audience. • The executive or client you represented. • Why the opportunity was a strong fit. • How you identified and contacted the podcast. • The pitch or positioning approach you used. • Your specific responsibilities during the booking process. • Whether the appearance generated measurable visibility, relationships, leads, or other opportunities. Please also share: • Your typical outreach-to-booking conversion rate. • The podcast research, outreach, CRM, and tracking tools you use. • Any existing relationships within the B2B technology or business podcast community. • Your expected hourly rate and weekly availability. If this sounds like the opportunity you have been looking for, we would love to hear from you.

I host an entertainment-driven podcast and I’m ready to hand over the technical and promotional workload so I can stay focused on creating great content. I need a single partner who can own every step of the process—from raw audio and video files all the way to a polished show that reaches listeners on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube, then keeps them engaged on social media.
What I’m looking for: • Podcast production: cleaning and mixing audio, light video edits for YouTube, intro/outro music placement, show-notes writing, and timely episode uploads to my hosting platform. • Marketing: growth strategies, clip creation, thumbnail design, episode SEO, and securing cross-promo or guest-swap opportunities that fit our entertainment niche. • Social media management: daily scheduling, short-form reels or TikToks, community interaction, and analytic reporting so we can see what resonates. Acceptance criteria: each episode must be delivered in ready-to-publish form (MP3 + 1080p video, title, description, tags) no later than three days after recording, accompanied by at least three platform-specific promo assets and a brief performance recap for the previous release. If you’re experienced with tools like Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, Descript, or similar—and you have a track record of growing entertainment podcasts—let’s talk about a launch calendar and start dates. Skills: SEO, Adobe Premiere Pro, Social Media Management, Adobe Audition, Podcast Marketing, Descript

We are Point Zéro, a growing French-language long-form YouTube interview channel with approximately 62,000 subscribers and two new long-form episodes per week.
Our conversations explore consciousness, major human questions, extraordinary experiences, frontier science, spirituality, and unexplained phenomena. We have a highly engaged, trust-sensitive audience and have already worked with an established international advertiser, BetterHelp. We are looking for a hands-on freelance Brand Partnerships / Sponsorship Sales Manager to build and close a repeatable sponsorship pipeline. This is not a general social media management role. We need someone who understands creator media, YouTube or podcast sponsorship inventory, and the full commercial cycle from prospecting to signed deal. THE OPPORTUNITY Point Zéro offers international advertisers a premium entry point into the French-speaking market across France, Belgium, Switzerland, Québec, and the wider francophone audience. We sell carefully selected 60–90 second host-read integrations and multi-episode packages. Typical integrations are positioned around €3,000, depending on scope and brand fit. Our goal is to develop a small number of strong, recurring sponsor relationships without weakening audience trust. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Build a qualified pipeline of 50–100 relevant brands and agencies • Prioritize international creator-marketing, influencer, media, and performance agencies, as well as selected brands already buying YouTube or podcast sponsorships • Identify the right decision-makers in Creator Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, Brand Partnerships, and media buying • Write personalized outreach and manage systematic follow-ups • Present our media kit, audience data, sponsorship formats, and commercial positioning • Run discovery calls when useful • Build proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sponsorship agreements • Maintain a clear CRM or pipeline with transparent weekly reporting • Convert successful test integrations into recurring multi-episode partnerships • Coordinate the commercial handoff, briefing, and approval process after a deal closes • Protect Point Zéro’s brand fit and editorial independence at every stage WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR You should have: • Demonstrated experience personally sourcing and closing brand partnerships or sponsorships for YouTube channels, podcasts, creators, or media properties • Existing relationships with relevant agencies, media buyers, or international advertisers • Strong outbound prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills • Excellent written and spoken English • French is a strong advantage • Experience selling to US, UK, or European brands and agencies • A structured, proactive approach to pipeline management • The judgment to distinguish high-quality partners from advertisers that could damage audience trust We are especially interested in people who have sold host-read integrations, creator campaigns, or podcast/YouTube sponsorship packages. We are not looking for someone whose experience is limited to social media posting, basic list building, or recruiting influencers on behalf of brands. The core requirement is selling sponsorship inventory on behalf of a creator/media channel. SUCCESS IN THE FIRST 90 DAYS • A qualified pipeline of 50–100 relevant brands and agencies • Consistent outreach, follow-up, and clear reporting • Meaningful conversations with advertiser and agency decision-makers • A target of 1–3 newly closed sponsorships per month • Early opportunities to convert one-off campaigns into recurring partnerships WORKING STRUCTURE • Initial non-exclusive trial of 2–3 months • Limited hourly work at an agreed level; this is not a full-time role • Upwork hourly range: $25–$60/hour depending on experience • Strong performance upside: a 15–20% bonus, paid through Upwork, on sponsorship revenue from deals you personally source and close • Performance bonus becomes payable after Point Zéro receives the advertiser’s payment • No bonus on BetterHelp, existing relationships, pre-existing opportunities, or unrelated inbound deals unless agreed in writing • Point Zéro retains final approval over every advertiser, price, contract, and creative brief EDITORIAL AND BRAND PRINCIPLES Point Zéro accepts a limited number of carefully selected sponsors. Audience trust and editorial independence come before deal volume. Sponsors may review the paid integration for factual or legal accuracy, but they do not control the interview or editorial content. Sensitive categories such as health claims, supplements, crypto, speculative finance, and spiritual products require specific approval. Gambling, predatory finance, miracle-health claims, misleading spiritual products, and political campaigns are not accepted. HOW TO APPLY Please answer the following: 1. Describe one or two YouTube or podcast sponsorships you personally sourced, negotiated, and closed. Include the type of show, approximate deal size or range, and your exact role. 2. Which brands or creator/media agencies could you realistically introduce Point Zéro to during your first 30 days? Please do not share confidential information. 3. What existing network do you have across US, UK, European, or French-speaking advertiser and agency markets? 4. How would you position a French-speaking long-form interview channel to international advertisers? 5. Are you comfortable with a non-exclusive trial and the hourly plus 15–20% performance-bonus structure described above? Please begin your proposal with the words “SPONSORSHIP SALES” so we know you have read the full brief. Client's questions:

## Podcast & Instagram Content Assistant — Fire Service / Leadership Brand
I’m looking for a reliable, organized content assistant to help manage the day-to-day production and social media side of a growing podcast and leadership brand. The podcast focuses on fire service leadership, human performance, decision-making under pressure, mentorship, and conversations with experienced firefighters, officers, instructors, and other professionals. This is **not** a full-time social media manager position. I’m looking for someone who can take repetitive production and posting tasks off my plate so I can focus on recording, teaching, writing, and creating the actual content. ### What I Need Help With * Uploading and scheduling podcast episodes * Posting podcast clips to Instagram and other platforms * Writing or polishing short captions and episode descriptions * Scheduling posts and keeping a consistent posting calendar * Organizing video clips, graphics, episode files, and promotional materials * Helping identify the best short clips from longer podcast episodes * Creating simple promotional posts, reels, carousels, and episode announcements * Basic Instagram management and engagement support * Tracking basic analytics such as views, reach, engagement, and follower growth * Making sure episodes and promotional material are posted correctly and on time * Repurposing one podcast episode into several pieces of social media content ### What I Am NOT Looking For I do not need someone to completely reinvent my brand or create a complicated marketing strategy. I already know the direction, voice, and subject matter of the show. I need someone who can take that direction and execute it consistently. ### Ideal Person You would be a good fit if you: * Understand Instagram, Reels, short-form video, and podcast promotion * Know basic video editing * Can work with tools such as Riverside, CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms * Are organized and able to work independently * Communicate well and meet deadlines * Have good judgment about what makes a strong social media clip * Can write clean, concise captions without sounding overly corporate or AI-generated * Are comfortable receiving direct feedback and making adjustments Experience with the fire service, military, public safety, leadership content, or tactical/human-performance subjects would be a bonus, and preferred but not a requirement. ### Estimated Workload Approximately **8–12 hours per month initially**, with the possibility of additional work if the relationship is successful and the podcast continues to grow. Most of the work can be completed remotely and on your own schedule as long as deadlines are met. ### When Applying Please send: 1. A brief description of your experience managing Instagram or podcast content. 2. Examples of social media accounts, reels, podcasts, or content you have worked on. 3. The software you normally use. 4. Your hourly rate or proposed monthly rate for approximately 10 hours of work. 5. A short explanation of how you would turn one 45–60 minute podcast episode into multiple pieces of social media content. I’m looking for a podcast coach or strategist to help me stay on track as I build a new podcast. I already have the concept and have started creating episodes, but I sometimes get overwhelmed by how much there is to learn and do, and I’d like support breaking the project into manageable next steps.
The main things I’m looking for are accountability, help setting realistic weekly deliverables, and guidance on what actually matters at this stage versus what can wait. I’d also love someone who can help me work through getting psyched out or insecure about the project so I can stay consistent and keep enjoying it rather than turning it into something stressful. I tend to do best with clear structure, deadlines, manageable weekly goals, and encouragement. I’m looking for someone who can help me prioritize what actually needs to get done, stay accountable, and keep the project moving without making it feel overwhelming. I’m interested in eventually growing an audience and potentially monetizing the podcast, but I’m not sure I want monetization to be the primary goal. I’d rather first build something I enjoy, improve as a host, and create a sustainable process. Ideally, you have experience with podcasting or other creative projects and can offer a mix of practical strategy, accountability, and encouragement. I’d love to talk through my podcast concept, name, process, etc and get feedback. Please tell me about your experience working with newer podcasters, how you typically structure coaching, whether you provide accountability between sessions, and how you help clients prioritize when they feel overwhelmed.
