We are a UK-based training, skills, AI and business growth company looking for a part-time Website, Podcast & Community Growth Assistant.

This is not just an admin or technical website role. We need someone who can help improve our website pages, support podcast growth, manage community communication, improve lead capture, and help us build stronger relationships with employers, learners, partners and business contacts.

You should understand how a website, podcast, community platform, email campaigns and CRM work together to support business growth.

We use WordPress/Avada for website pages, WooCommerce for some course/product pages, Fluent for community activity, and Zoho for CRM, email campaigns and lead management. You do not need to be a developer, but you should understand how website visitors become leads, leads enter campaigns, community members are engaged, and serious opportunities are updated in the CRM.

Moodle familiarity would be helpful but is not essential.

Main responsibilities:

* Improve and update WordPress/Avada website pages
* Support WooCommerce course/product pages where needed
* Support Fluent community activity with learners, employers and partners
* Help manage communication between employers, learners, podcast guests and partners
* Support Zoho CRM updates, contact organisation, campaign lists and follow-up visibility
* Help with Zoho email campaign preparation, segmentation and basic reporting
* Improve page wording, structure, calls to action and lead capture
* Create or update podcast episode pages, show notes and guest bios
* Support podcast/community growth through guest research, outreach and follow-up
* Draft high-quality newsletters, LinkedIn posts, employer updates and community messages in clear business English
* Check website forms, booking links, CTAs and enquiry flows
* Review basic analytics, form submissions and campaign performance
* Maintain a simple weekly tracker of website updates, community activity, leads and issues

Initial focus:

In the first few weeks, the priority will be to make key website pages sharper, clearer and more conversion-focused. This may include employer pages, learner pages, podcast pages, AI/business growth pages, course/product pages and enquiry pages.

After that, the role will move into a weekly rhythm of website updates, podcast support, Fluent community engagement, Zoho CRM/campaign updates, lead capture and reporting.

Useful experience:

Paid trial task:

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a small paid task: review one Step8Up website page and suggest practical improvements to make it clearer, more professional, more trustworthy and more likely to generate enquiries.

For this first project, I need you to:
