What You'll Do Day-to-Day
Podcast Research & Contact Identification
- Research and identify podcast shows that align with our CEO and clients’ expertise, niche, and target audience.
- Locate host contact information, submission guidelines, and relevant show details using podcast databases, social media, and AI tools.
- Compile and maintain accurate, organized contact lists for each client campaign.
- Reach out to approximately 200 shows per week on behalf of clients, sharing their pitching materials with the appropriate contacts.
- Follow SOPs and templates with precision — and proactively flag improvements.

Campaign Tracking & Reporting
- Track daily outreach delivery, host responses, and booking status in ClickUp.
- Deliver weekly summary reports to the Operations Manager covering outreach volume, response rates, and confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate, real-time campaign data at all times.

What We're Looking For

- PR, media relations, or outreach background in an agency setting — you understand how to get materials in front of the right people and provide simple follow ups unsupervised.
- Self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told what to do next.
- Strong English writing and comprehension skills with a sharp eye for grammar and detail.
- Ability to manage high-volume outreach without sacrificing accuracy.
- Demonstrated AI fluency — demonstrated experience in using tools like ChatGPT to accelerate your work, not replace your thinking.

- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
