OVERVIEW
We're a production company running a video-first podcast distributed to YouTube (primary) and to all major audio platforms via Anchor. We're pivoting our paid audio spend in-house and need a specialist to manage the Spotify and independent-network side while we handle YouTube directly through Google Ads Manager.

This is a 30-day test with a clear option to extend based on performance.

SCOPE OF WORK

-- Set up, launch, and manage a 30-day campaign via Spotify Ads Manager (podcast-genre-targeted, ~$1,000 budget)
-- Source and execute 1–2 direct placement tests on Overcast, Acast, or comparable independent networks (~$500 budget)
