I’m looking for an experienced Apple Podcasts Ranking Specialist to help improve my podcast’s visibility and chart performance. The ideal freelancer should have proven experience increasing real downloads, subscribers, and audience engagement through ethical marketing strategies. No bots, fake traffic, or artificial methods—only organic and sustainable growth. Please share your previous results, ranking experience, and the strategy you would use for my podcast. I’m looking for a reliable professional for long-term collaboration if the results meet expectations.
I need to create a podcast and be able to record myself and also interview guest. In other words, my podcast will serve myself as host and other as guests.
I also bought some equipment that can help me. Although I can google and learn about how to podcast, I prefer to hire an expert who can walk me though the entire process and help me install everything: from connecting my equipment to setting up the podcast pages and testing the streamlining.
Here is what I need help with and why I am hiring you:
1. Set up my podcast account
2. To streamline, I learned about OBS (which I want to use in addition to whatever better options you will recommend). I need help to find and know tools I can use to record my interviews with other hosts, even without having to ask them for permission. This is important for me so that, if people interview me, I can record it and use on my platforms without having to use their edited versions
3. Because I will be using Mac computer, I plan to use GarageBand for Mac and any other software you may recommend.
4. I need help to connect and test the equipment I bought or any better you may recommend
5. Help about Recording, Editing, streamlining to Youtube from OBS for instance or my podcast account.
6. How to do remote interviews (via OBS, Zoom, etc.)
7. How to record my episodes and How to edit them
8. How to add intro & outro music (royalty-free or licensed).
9. How to host my Podcast (I will need your help to select a host and connect my podcast with the host)
10. How to Upload my episodes, show notes, and cover art.
11. How to generate my RSS feed is my hosting service will not generate it
12. How to Distribute my Podcast (how to submit my RSS feed to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, etc. even if my hosts will auto-distribute for me)
13. How to promote my Podcast and how can I Monetize it?
14. Any other advices about how to edit
To make things easier, we can do a WhatsApp or zoom meeting and you can show me the things.
Once I hire you, we will communicate to see how to help me. We will plan all this.

Project Overview
I run Narcissist Apocalypse: Patterns of Abuse, a podcast and educational website focused on survivor stories, coercive control, domestic violence, emotional abuse, family abuse, and relationship manipulation.
One of my blog posts, “Top 34 Movies About Domestic Violence You Must See” is receiving strong organic traffic from Google. However, the people reading the article are not moving from the blog post to the podcast.
I want to begin with this one page as a focused pilot project.
I am looking for a conversion copywriter who can help create a natural connection between readers interested in movies about abuse and the real survivor stories shared on my podcast.
There is not one specific podcast episode that directly matches the entire article.
The blog post discusses many movies involving different forms of abuse. The podcast contains hundreds of real survivor stories involving emotional abuse, domestic violence, coercive control, family abuse, stalking, financial abuse, and other patterns of manipulation.
The goal is to help readers move from fictional portrayals of abuse into real survivor experiences.
I do not want to insert a random podcast episode or use generic wording such as:
“Listen to the Narcissist Apocalypse podcast.”
The new copy should explain why someone interested in movies about abuse may also benefit from hearing survivors describe how abuse developed and functioned in their own lives.
Main Project Goal
The goal is to encourage more readers to:
- Visit the survivor story section of the website
- Play a survivor story episode
- Explore stories involving a form of abuse they want to understand
- Visit the podcast on Apple Podcasts or Spotify
- Continue learning through real survivor experiences
The invitation should feel educational, compassionate, and relevant to what the reader is already exploring.
What I Need
I need you to review the “Top 34 Movies About Domestic Violence You Must See” blog post and recommend how the podcast should be introduced throughout the page.
Your work should include:
- Reviewing the current page structure
- Considering why someone may be searching for movies about abuse
- Identifying the best points to introduce the survivor stories
- Creating a bridge between fictional portrayals and real experiences
- Writing the calls to action
- Writing button text
- Recommending where links, buttons, or podcast sections should appear
- Recommending whether readers should be sent to a survivor story collection, individual episodes, or both
- Considering how the new sections will appear on mobile
- Avoiding aggressive or high-pressure marketing language
I will handle most of the website implementation myself.
The website is hosted through Podpage, so the recommendations should be realistic for that platform.
Expected Deliverables
1. Page Review
Provide a practical review of the blog post explaining:
- What may currently be preventing podcast conversions
- Where readers should first be introduced to the survivor stories
- Whether the article needs one podcast section or several
- Which parts of the page offer the strongest opportunity for a podcast invitation
- Whether anything on the page distracts from the next step
This does not need to be a long technical audit.
2. Conversion Strategy
Recommend the best way to connect the article with the podcast.
Possible approaches may include:
- Directing readers to a main survivor story collection
- Creating a small selection of survivor stories connected to themes in the movies
- Adding a section explaining the difference between fictional portrayals and lived experiences
- Offering readers a way to choose stories by abuse type
- Adding a podcast invitation near the beginning, middle, or end of the article
I am open to other ideas as long as they are realistic and respectful of the subject matter.
3. Complete Conversion Copy
Write all of the new copy needed for the page.
This may include:
- A short introduction to the survivor stories
- A transition from movies into real experiences
- A mid-article podcast section
- An end-of-article podcast section
- Button text
- Short descriptions of the survivor story collection
- Copy introducing selected episodes, if individual stories are recommended
The writing should be ready for me to place on the website.
4. Placement Instructions
Clearly show where each new section should be added.
For example:
- Below the introduction
- After a particular group of movies
- Halfway through the list
- Before the conclusion
- At the end of the article
The instructions should be clear enough for me to implement without hiring a developer.
5. Reusable Template
Create a simple blog-to-podcast section that I can later adapt for other articles.
The template should include:
- A transition from written content into survivor stories
- A short reason to listen
- Suggested button text
- Recommended placement
- Guidance on linking to a collection compared with an individual episode
Budget
The budget for this pilot project is:
$200 USD fixed price
This includes:
Review of one high-traffic blog post
A conversion strategy for connecting the page to survivor stories
Complete conversion copy
Button and link wording
Placement recommendations
One reusable blog-to-podcast template
This project does not include:
A full website redesign
Website development
Google Analytics setup
Google Tag Manager setup
Heatmaps or session recordings
A/B testing
Ongoing monitoring
General SEO work
Rewriting the full article
Paid advertising
Ideal Candidate
The right person will have experience with some of the following:
Conversion copywriting
Calls to action for blog posts
Content websites
Podcast marketing
Media or publishing websites
UX writing
Audience conversion
Educational content
Sensitive subject matter
Experience working with podcasts is helpful, although it is not required.
The most important skill is understanding why someone is reading the article and creating a relevant next step that does not feel forced.
Writing Style
The website covers domestic violence, coercive control, emotional abuse, and survivor experiences.
The writing should be:
Compassionate
Direct
Clear
Educational
Human
Respectful of survivors
Free of sensational or aggressive sales language
The calls to action should not suggest that fictional movies and real survivor stories are interchangeable.
The copy should acknowledge that movies can introduce people to abuse-related themes, while real survivor stories can help them understand how those patterns develop and affect someone over time.
What I Am Not Looking For
I am not looking for:
A complete website redesign
A general web designer
A branding specialist
A general SEO writer
Generic podcast promotion
High-pressure sales language
Someone who wants to rebuild the website
Someone who will simply add a large “Listen to My Podcast” button
This is a small, focused conversion-copywriting project.

I'm launching a new weekly podcast called The Secret Lives of Dog Pros—a conversational show where dog trainers, veterinarians, breeders, groomers, and other professionals discuss the questions dog owners are often afraid to ask.
This is not a highly scripted interview show. Think more like friends around a table having smart, engaging conversations about dogs.
We're looking for an editor who can help shape each episode into something polished while preserving the natural flow and personality of the conversation.
What we'd like you to do:
Edit 45–60 minute video podcast episodes.
Remove awkward pauses, major tangents, and technical issues while keeping the conversation natural.
Clean up audio levels and sync audio/video.
Add intro/outro, music, lower thirds, and simple branded graphics.
Export the full episode for YouTube and audio platforms.
Create 5–10 short vertical clips (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) highlighting interesting or funny moments.
Add captions to social clips.
Style we're looking for:
The editing should feel clean and modern—not overly flashy. We want viewers to feel like they're sitting in the room with us. Natural conversation is more important than rapid-fire cuts.

Archoral is seeking a proactive, results-oriented coordinator to find, pursue, and track paid speaking, workshop, conference, webinar, podcast, and related opportunities for our CEO.
This role is not limited to researching opportunities or organizing a spreadsheet. We need someone who can manage the process from discovery through submission and follow-up:
- Find strong, relevant opportunities
- Identify opportunities with compensation, sponsorship, or revenue potential
- Evaluate requirements, deadlines, audience fit, and likely value
- Adapt our existing course and presentation descriptions to meet each application’s format and character limits
- Complete and submit applications and online forms
- Track every submission and its progress
- Follow up appropriately
- Proactively work toward securing bookings and paid engagements
We will provide background materials, speaker information, course descriptions, and other core content. You will be responsible for tailoring those materials to each opportunity and moving submissions forward accurately and on time.
## About Archoral
Archoral works in digital archiving, family history, genealogy, storytelling, photo preservation, libraries, aging, care communities, education, cultural heritage, and community memory.
Our CEO is available for virtual and in-person:
- Keynotes and conference presentations
- Workshops and professional training
- Webinars
- Podcast appearances
- Panel discussions
- Association and community presentations
- Educational programs
- Consulting and partnership opportunities
## Key Responsibilities
### Find Opportunities
Research relevant opportunities through conferences, associations, speaker platforms, podcasts, libraries, museums, educational organizations, care communities, cultural institutions, and other appropriate channels.
We want someone who actively looks for both visibility and revenue—not someone who waits for us to provide every lead.
### Evaluate and Prioritize
Assess each opportunity based on:
- Audience and subject-matter fit
- Compensation or revenue potential
- Visibility and strategic value
- Submission requirements
- Deadline and lead time
- Travel or delivery requirements
- Likelihood of acceptance
- Effort required to apply
Clearly distinguish paid opportunities from unpaid opportunities and prioritize those most likely to produce meaningful business results.
### Prepare and Submit Applications
Using the information we provide:
- Select the most relevant presentation, course, or workshop
- Edit titles and descriptions to match the opportunity
- Shorten or expand content to meet word or character limits
- Answer application questions accurately
- Complete submission forms
- Confirm that all required materials are included
- Save copies of submitted responses and confirmation details
### Track Progress and Follow Up
Maintain a clear Google Sheets tracker showing:
- Organization and opportunity
- Contact information
- Opportunity type
- Compensation or revenue potential
- Submission deadline
- Requirements
- Proposed topic
- Submission date
- Current status
- Follow-up date
- Response or decision
- Next action
- Relevant links and notes
Follow up when appropriate and keep our CEO informed about important deadlines, responses, and next steps.
## First Milestone: Paid Trial
The project will begin with a paid trial so we can evaluate your research, judgment, writing, accuracy, initiative, and communication.
For the first milestone, you will:
- Research and identify 10–20 strong opportunities
- Prioritize paid or revenue-generating opportunities
- Recommend which opportunities should be pursued first
- Create a clear submission and follow-up tracker
- Prepare tailored materials for the best initial opportunities
- Submit applications for approved opportunities
- Document exactly what was submitted
- Identify missing information, risks, or recommended next steps
Strong performance may lead to ongoing work managing the full opportunity pipeline.
## Ideal Candidate
You are likely a strong fit if you:
- Have experience researching and submitting to speaking, conference, workshop, webinar, podcast, grant, or professional opportunities
- Are proactive and motivated by results
- Know how to find opportunities beyond obvious search results
- Can identify potential sources of income as well as exposure
- Write clearly and professionally
- Can edit content precisely to meet word and character limits
- Are comfortable completing detailed online applications
- Track deadlines and follow-ups reliably
- Exercise good judgment when evaluating opportunities
- Communicate questions and recommendations clearly
- Can work independently without needing step-by-step direction
- Are comfortable using Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
Experience in speaker booking, conference submissions, business development, public relations, podcast pitching, executive support, or marketing outreach is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of genealogy, libraries, archives, education, aging services, memory care, storytelling, or cultural heritage is helpful but not required.
## What We Do Not Want
Please do not apply if your experience is limited to:
- Copying and pasting information
- Building lists without taking action
- Waiting for us to provide every opportunity
- Submitting generic, unchanged descriptions
- Tracking activity without pursuing results
We need someone who can find opportunities, adapt our materials, complete submissions, follow up, and help turn opportunities into confirmed—and ideally paid—engagements.
## To Apply
Please include:
1. A brief description of similar opportunity research and submission work you have completed
2. Examples of the types of engagements, applications, or bookings you have helped secure
3. How you find paid speaking, workshop, conference, or podcast opportunities
4. How you evaluate which opportunities are worth pursuing
5. How you ensure submissions meet detailed requirements and character limits
6. The tools you use to track applications, deadlines, and follow-ups
7. Your availability this week
8. Your proposed fixed price for the first milestone
To show that you read the entire posting, begin your proposal with:
**Opportunity to Booking**
Generic or copy-and-paste proposals will not be considered.
Get on a video call and teach me how to use Descript. Note that I don't think this will be just one session, but I don't know how many it will be. Maybe 3-5?
