Scope of Work:
Branding & Setup: * Design a professional Podcast Cover (3000x3000px).
Source royalty-free Intro/Outro music.
Produce a 60-second "Launch Trailer" from raw clips.
Episode Production (4 Episodes, 20-30 mins each):
Editing: Clean up raw Riverside footage (remove silences, filler words, errors) and clean up audio.
Branding: Integrate Intro, Outro, and any provided Ad segments.
Shorts: Create 1 high-impact vertical video (Short) per episode using "Magic Clips" with corrected captions.
Graphics: Create 1 promotional social media graphics per episode to be used for Instagram, FB and Linkedin promotion.
Distribution: Upload and schedule episodes to Spotify and YouTube.
Write/Input SEO-friendly show notes and metadata.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Riverside.fm text-based editing.

We’re looking for an experienced video podcast editor who can take full ownership of our video podcast post-production and turn long-form conversations into high-impact short-form video content for social media.
In addition to the video podcast editing, a core element of this position is editorial judgment: identifying the strongest moments, shaping them into compelling clips, and optimizing them for audience retention across platforms.
Written content is secondary. We are primarily looking for someone who excels at video editing, clipping, and content sense.
Level 1 – Mandatory Responsibilities (Core Role)
Video Podcast Editing
- Edit full-length video podcast episodes
- Typical length: 60–90 minutes (max 120)
- Clean cuts, strong pacing, audio leveling, basic color correction
- Add intro/outro, lower thirds, and captions when relevant
- Ensure a professional, consistent visual and audio standard
Short-Form Video Content (Primary Focus)
- Identify high-value moments within long-form podcast episodes
- Create short-form video clips for: Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
Optimize clips for:
- Strong hooks in the first seconds
- Silent viewing (captions, framing)
- Platform-specific formats and pacing
Make independent editorial decisions about:
- What to clip
- Where to start and end clips
- How to structure them for maximum retention
If you can edit podcasts well and consistently turn them into engaging short clips, you already meet the core requirements for this role.
The use of AI tools to facilitate the process is encouraged. But the decision making and editorial judgment by the editor is essential and central to this role.
These are not mandatory, but a strong plus if you can handle some or all of them:
- Podcast show notes or structured episode summaries
- Basic blog-style articles derived from episodes
- Social media text posts (LinkedIn, X, Instagram)
- Simple quote graphics or carousels
- Email announcement drafts for newsletter subscribers
The role can expand in this direction over time, but video remains the priority.

Strong understanding of:
- Short-form content dynamics
- Hooks, retention, and platform-specific formats
- Comfortable working with long-form, conversational content
- Fluent in English (spoken content is in English)

Familiarity with tools such as:

We are seeking an experienced video editor to support our weekly sports podcast and ongoing short-form video content. This role is centered on long-form podcast editing with fast turnaround, as well as creating short-form and segmented video content for social and YouTube. Our content is sports-focused but designed to feel modern, polished, and approachable for a female audience.
The podcast is recorded Wednesday nights (U.S. time). The full podcast episode must be edited and delivered overnight for upload Thursday morning. Short-form and additional cut-downs are produced following that initial delivery.
We prefer to work with individual editors but are open to discussing options with small teams.
Important Notes
• The full podcast episode must be delivered overnight following Wednesday night recording
• Short-form content will continue to be produced throughout the remainder of the week
• Our brand aesthetic is designed for female sports fans
While sports examples are helpful, our visual direction is very different from traditional fast-paced, flashy, male-focused sports edits. Responsibilities: Podcast Editing
• Edit the full podcast episode from raw video and audio files
• Tighten pacing and remove unnecessary sections, dead space, and errors

I host a conversational podcast and I’m ready to hand the weekly audio clean-up to someone who can make each episode sound crisp, consistent, and publication-ready. I’ll send you the raw multitrack files along with my intro, outro, and any music beds; you return a polished WAV and an MP3 that’s leveled, free of stumbles and background noise, and already sequenced with the theme music in place.
Most episodes run anywhere from half an hour to a little over an hour, so I need an editor who is comfortable working within that range and can turn an episode around in a few days. I’m flexible about the tools you use—Adobe Audition, Audacity, Pro Tools, or anything else you’re fluent in—as long as the end result is broadcast quality.
If you also happen to enjoy writing show notes or producing a quick transcript, let me know; it’s not mandatory, but it could make you an even better fit.

We’re looking for an experienced sound designer / audio branding specialist to create a short (≈2-second) sonic mnemonic for a series of audio ads for a telecommunications brand.
This will function as a sonic logo that plays at the beginning of radio and streaming audio commercials. The goal is something distinctive, memorable, and brand-appropriate—not a full jingle or song.
Scope & Deliverables:
