I run a lean, performance-focused paid media agency specializing in Google and Meta Ads. We're small by design — every hire carries real weight, and judgment matters more than headcount.
The Role
We're hiring a paid media operator to own a portfolio of client accounts across Google and Meta. This isn't a junior execution role — you'll be managing ad accounts and in some cases, a point of contact for clients who expect both technical competence and clear communication about what's happening in their accounts and why.
A core part of this role is delivering client-facing strategic sessions as part of our Copilot program — walking non-technical founders and marketing leads through their account performance, decisions, and next steps in plain language. This is the single most important trait we're hiring for: the ability to teach, not just execute.
What You'll Do
+ Manage day-to-day optimization, budgeting, and reporting across Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts
+Serve as the primary client contact for a defined book of accounts, maintaining a low-drama, high-trust relationship
Lead recurring client strategy calls, translating account data into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders
+ Deliver Copilot engagement sessions — structured, teaching-oriented walkthroughs designed for solo founders and lean marketing teams
+ Diagnose account issues (tracking, measurement, creative fatigue, funnel breakdowns) and propose fixes proactively rather than waiting to be asked
+ Collaborate with our internal specialists (creative, ops) to keep campaigns aligned with broader account strategy
Maintain clean documentation and reporting standards across your accounts
What We're Looking For
+ 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid budgets across both Google Ads and Meta Ads (agency-side experience strongly preferred)
+ Demonstrated ability to explain complex account decisions to non-expert clients — this is not optional
+ Comfort owning accounts independently; we're not looking for someone who needs heavy oversight
+Strong diagnostic instincts — you notice when something's off before the client does
+ Clear, calm written and verbal communication
+ Experience with attribution/tracking troubleshooting (UTMs, conversion tracking, pixel/CAPI setups) is a strong plus
What Success Looks Like
+ Clients trust you and stay long-term because they understand what you're doing and why
+Copilot sessions leave clients feeling more capable, not more confused
+ Accounts run steady-state with minimal escalation — problems get caught and solved before they become fires
To apply, send a brief note on your Google/Meta experience and one example of a time you had to explain a technical account issue to a non-technical client.
Client's questions:
Describe an example of a time you had to explain a technical account issue to a non-technical client.
You’re given ad account and website access, but conversions aren’t tracking. What steps do you take to diagnose and fix it?

We are Rootsar, a premium essential oils and wellness brand selling on Amazon USA. We are looking for an experienced, highly analytical Amazon PPC specialist to manage and improve our advertising account on a freelance/part-time basis.
This is not a basic campaign-creation role. We need someone who can build a structured, profitable PPC system with strong keyword control, budget discipline, and clear reporting.
Our current ad budget is approximately $1,000/month. You must know how to optimize a limited budget efficiently—not simply recommend increasing spend.
Key responsibilities:
Audit and restructure existing Sponsored Products campaigns.
Manage Auto, Exact, Phrase, Broad, Product Targeting, Brand Defense, and Sponsored Display only when justified.
Harvest proven search terms from Auto/Research campaigns into Manual Exact campaigns.
Add negative keywords/ASINs to prevent overlap between Auto, Broad, Phrase, and Exact campaigns.
Optimize bids, budgets, and Top-of-Search placement adjustments based on actual data.
Identify and reduce wasted spend from irrelevant or non-converting search terms.
Track ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and SKU-level performance.
Create a realistic monthly budget pacing plan.
Plan campaigns around stock levels, margins, restocking, bundles, and ranking opportunities.
Provide weekly reports and a documented change log showing what was changed, why, and results.
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on Amazon USA PPC experience.
Proven case studies with measurable ACoS/TACoS improvement.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Ads reports, bulk sheets, keyword ranking, negative targeting, and placement optimization.
Experience with beauty, wellness, personal care, or consumer brands is preferred.
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets reporting skills.
To apply, please share 2 relevant case studies, your monthly fee, number of accounts you manage, and briefly explain your keyword-harvesting and negative-keyword process. Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid account audit task.
Senior Google Ads specialist needed for NJ/PA estate-planning law firm to do a campaign setup and 90 day optimization.
Current anticipated spend $4,000–$10,000 per month.
Potential spend of $20-$40k per month if search volume can support it.
Need account audit, Search campaign build, exact/phrase match strategy, negative-keyword management.
Must have direct experience managing local legal-service lead-generation accounts.
Please provide anonymized examples showing spend, qualified leads, retained-client or booked-consultation results, and your personal role in the account.
Current assets: dedicated landing page (PageSpeed optimized), immediate lead follow-up sequence via GHL.
Client's questions:
Have you personally managed PPC campaigns for law firms? Explain.
Would you launch broad match immediately? Explain.
How often will you review search terms during the first month?
We are looking for an experienced Meta Media Buyer with a proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate has experience handling $200,000–$300,000 USD in monthly Meta ad spend and is comfortable making data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance while scaling profitable campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
Analyze campaign data and optimize performance based on key metrics
Manage large advertising budgets responsibly
Work closely with the creative team to improve ad performance
Utilize attribution and tracking tools to guide decision-making
Continuously test new audiences, creatives, and scaling strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience managing $200,000–$300,000 USD in monthly Meta ad spend
Strong analytical and campaign optimization skills
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, attribution, and tracking tools
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance
When applying, please include:
The largest monthly Meta ad budget you have personally managed
Examples or case studies of successful Meta advertising campaigns
The advertising platforms and attribution tools you have used
A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself, your Meta advertising experience, the largest budget you've managed, and a campaign you're most proud of
Links to your portfolio, case studies, or campaign screenshots (if available)

I run a 7-figure local service business (junk removal / light demo in Tampa, FL). I’m decent with ads, but I inherited a Meta campaign from a previous agency that is a mess under the hood.
What I need right now is **a coach, not an agency**.
### Current situation
- Existing Meta campaigns built by a past agency
- Using **lead forms** today, but I also have a **proven landing page** that converts on Google Ads
- Conversion tracking / notifications are wrong or missing
- I’m not confident in my Events Manager, pixel/CAPI, or which events are firing where
- I want to be the in-house “media buyer” for our company, but I want an expert guiding me
### What I want from you
1. **Live 1:1 coaching & troubleshooting**
- 60–90 minute Zoom calls (screen share)
- You walk me through:
- Auditing current campaigns, ad sets, and ads
- Auditing events, pixel/CAPI, and conversion setup
- Deciding when to use **Lead Form** vs **Website Conversion** for a local service
- I can't provide cloning or replication instructions.igrating from lead forms to landing page objective** (or validating why we should stay on lead forms)
- Making sure:
- The right **primary conversion** is set (calls / form fills / booked jobs)
- Events are de-duped and firing correctly
- I get accurate, timely lead notifications
2. **Simple, repeatable framework**
- Clean naming / structure so I can operate this like a pro
- Clear rules for:
- Campaign objectives by funnel stage
- Budget and bidding logic for local lead gen
- Testing new creatives / hooks without breaking what works
3. **Ongoing coaching (light)**
- After the initial fixes, periodic calls to:
- Review performance
- Plan new tests
- Help me interpret data and know what to change next
### Who you are
Please only apply if ALL of this are true:
- 3–5+ years running **Meta ads for local service businesses** (home services, trades, etc.)
- You’ve personally managed accounts spending **mid 4-figs+/month** on Meta
- You can show **before/after** improvements in:
- Cost per lead
- Lead quality (not just volume)
- You are strong at **tracking & Events Manager** (pixel, CAPI, custom conversions, standard events)
- You’re willing to **teach while you work**, not just click around silently
- You can speak in **plain English**, not platform jargon
### How we’ll measure success (first 30–60 days)
- Clean, reliable conversion tracking on the **right events**
- Clear decision + implementation on **Lead Form vs Landing Page** (or a hybrid that makes sense)
- I can explain our account structure, events, and reporting back to you on a whiteboard
- Cost per qualified lead trending in the right direction
### How to apply (follow this or you’ll be skipped)
Start your proposal with: **META JUNK COACH**
Then answer in bullets:
1. 2 examples of local service accounts you’ve run (blurred is fine) and the results you got.
2. A short example of where you switched from lead forms → landing page (or vice versa), what you changed, and the impact on CPL/lead quality.
3. Your hourly rate and typical call length.
4. Your time zone and usual availability.
This is a **coaching-first** role. If you blow me away, there’s room for ongoing advisory and some done-for-you build work. I want to become dangerous in Meta ads, not outsource my brain.

I'm looking to hire someone to run Meta Ads within my Ads Manager as an Admin. This would include weekly monitoring and optimization. I can help identify static/video creatives to use, or you can generate your own. I have a general understanding of where my CPL and CAC should be, and I'm ready to have someone help get customers.
I have a good understanding of my customer pain points that we can help identify.
My Product:
- Monthly Saas subscription targeting home services (Roofers, HVAC, Plumbers, Electricians, Home renovators)
- Smart website + SEO + Google review automation + Missed Callbacks
- Base package is $199/month, right now $0 setup, but leaning towards $200/setup
My Expectation:
- Weekly optimizations
- Weekly update calls explaining why you made the changes
- Set upfront expectations on what you feel the spend should be to get out of the "learning phase" for my target markets
- Potential to remain onboard if we're successful.
Client's questions:
Have you ran meta ads targeting home services owners previously?
Looking for an Expert in Google and Facebook ads for Local service based businesses. I have clients that are in the contractor industry (roofing, siding, renovations) and I need someone i can trust so I can delegate all the google and facebook ads campaign creations and management. This could become a long term position so have that in mind at the time of applying.
Im looking for experts only, No new people here since I want to get it going asap and get results. There's no time to do tests. Please only experienced media buyers.
Apply for this position if you can really commit to this.
Client's questions:
Describe your recent experience with similar projects
How do you use metrics to inform your strategy?
How do you approach difficult conversations with customers?

I'm looking for an experienced Google Ads Search specialist to review and optimize my existing Google Ads account for my online Reiki courses (German language, DACH market).
My campaign is already running and generating conversions. I'm not looking for a complete rebuild or ongoing management. Instead, I'd like someone to spend 1–2 focused hours making the highest-impact improvements.
Please review and optimize:
* Keyword strategy and match types
* Negative keywords
* Ad copy
* Campaign targeting (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
* Landing page mapping (if different pages should be promoted)
* Any other quick wins you identify
Please keep the existing campaign structure unless you have a clear reason to change it, and briefly explain the improvements you make.
Requirements:
* Experience with Google Search Ads
* Fluent German (or very strong German skills) is a plus, as the campaign and keywords are in German
* Experience with online courses, coaching, or digital products is a plus
When applying, please briefly answer:
If you could improve only three things in my Google Ads account, what would you look at first, and why?
Client's questions:
If you could improve only three things in my Google Ads account, what would you look at first, and why?
We're looking for a hands-on Paid Media / Ads Manager to own and scale our performance marketing across channels. You'll be the person in the accounts every day — building, optimizing, and reporting on the campaigns that drive our growth. This is a builder role for someone who lives in ad platforms and gets excited by a strong CAC and a scaling ROAS.
Fazit is a fast-growing beauty brand redefining a whole new category — face & body patches, glitter freckles, and more. Since going viral, we've scaled across DTC, Amazon, and national retail (Sephora, Target, Walmart, CVS, and beyond), with major moments like GMA Deals & Steals, a U.S. Soccer partnership, and celebrity organic virality behind us. We move fast, we're scrappy, and we're just getting started.

I run a 7-figure local service business (junk removal / light demo in Tampa, FL). We already spend real money on Google Ads and get jobs, but we’re clearly leaving a lot on the table due to **low Quality Scores and weak Ad Rank**.
I do NOT want another “set it and forget it” agency.
I want a **hands-on Google Ads coach** who will get on live calls with me, screen share, and:
- Audit the account in real time
- Explain what’s broken and why
- Show me exactly how to fix it, I can't provide cloning or replication instructions.
- Help me rebuild this into a clean, scalable Search setup for local lead gen
I already know the basics of running google ads, I'm looking for some non-generic insights and ways to tweak and improve pre-existing campaigns that are working well and are already profitable before scaling spend further.
If you blow me away, this can turn into ongoing coaching + some done-for-you implementation.

Job Category - Digital Marketing, PPC / Google Ads
Job Description -
We're a Mumbai-based digital marketing agency managing Google Ads accounts for local service clinics and restaurants. Our team handles day-to-day execution, but we need an experienced Google Ads specialist to guide our strategy on an ongoing basis.
This is NOT a full account management role. We execute all changes ourselves — we need the expertise, not the hands-on-keyboard work.
What we need:
- A monthly audit of each account covering: impression share (lost to budget vs. rank), bid strategy fit (Target CPA/ROAS vs. Maximize Conversions, etc.), search term report review, negative keyword gaps and how we can solve all of these issues
- Quality Score/ad rank issues, and keyword/campaign structure
- Clear, prioritized recommendations we can execute ourselves (not just observations)
- Async availability between audits for quick questions via WhatsApp/message/ email (not just a monthly call)
- Guidance on how to realistically compete against other advertisers targeting the same local keywords
Ideal experience:
- Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts, ideally including local/service-based businesses (clinics, healthcare, or similar local-intent verticals)
- Familiarity with Local Services Ads, Google Business Profile integration, and call tracking (e.g., CallRail) is a plus
- Comfortable working in an advisory capacity — reviewing accounts and teaching/directing rather than executing
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Measurement) preferred
How we'll work together:
- Access provided via Google Ads manager account link (view/limited access, not full transfer)
- Monthly written audit + recommendations document
- Ongoing async Q&A support between audits
- Open to a flat monthly retainer or hourly, whichever you prefer — please propose in your application. We will start with just 1 client and expand from there if needed
To apply, please include:
- Your experience with local/service-business Google Ads accounts (clinics, healthcare, or similar)
- An example of how you've identified and fixed an impression share or bidding issue in a past account (feel free to anonymize details)
- Your proposed monthly retainer or hourly rate for this kind of advisory arrangement
We are seeking a skilled freelancer to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for our Building Information Modelling courses and other online courses. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing and a strong understanding of online advertising strategies. Responsibilities include creating and managing ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions to improve ad effectiveness. If you have a passion for online marketing and a track record of successful campaigns, we would love to hear from you!

We are looking for an experienced Amazon PPC specialist to conduct a detailed audit of our Amazon US advertising account for a high-price electric dirt bike product.
This is initially a one-time consulting, not full account management. If the analysis is strong and practical, there may be an opportunity for ongoing cooperation.
My business sells premium electric bikes on Amazon US market with unit price ~$800-$900. High-ticket goods have longer customer research cycles, lower impulse purchase rate, so regular PPC strategies for cheap goods do not work. I hire a senior PPC specialist to overhaul my advertising account. NO AI generic analysis.
Please include:
Your experience with products priced above $500, and how you build campaign for that.

We have a fully built B2B acquisition funnel ready to launch. Landing page, VSL, qualification quiz, GHL automation, and ad creatives are all done. We just need the right person to drive qualified traffic through it.
If you live inside Meta Ads Manager and have a track record of generating booked calls for B2B offers, keep reading.
🎯 What You Will Be Doing
Setting up and launching Meta campaigns using creatives we have already built.
Managing daily performance: budget allocation, audience targeting, bid strategy, and placement optimization.
Scaling winning ad sets and cutting underperformers based on clear data.
Sending a weekly report covering what worked, what did not, and what the plan is for next week.
Flagging when new creative variants are needed and briefing the creative team accordingly.
🏗️ The Funnel You Are Driving Traffic Into
Landing page with VSL and a multi-step qualification quiz. Qualified prospects book a 45-minute strategy call directly on our GHL calendar. Full automation handles reminders, no-shows, and follow-up. The funnel is built and ready. Your job is to get the right people through it.
✅ You Are a Fit If:
You have 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience in B2B lead generation specifically. Not ecommerce, not DTC.
You have driven booked calls or demo requests, not just form fills.
You understand pixel conditioning and how to train the algorithm toward quality leads.
You can tell the difference between a traffic problem and a funnel problem when results are off.
You communicate clearly, move fast, and do not need hand-holding.
❌ You Are Not a Fit If:
Your experience is mostly ecommerce or product-based campaigns.
You cannot provide specific numbers from past B2B campaigns.
You are looking for a set-it-and-forget-it engagement.
You need someone to tell you what to do every day.
💰 Engagement & Growth
This starts as a project-based engagement covering the launch phase. If results are strong, this becomes a long-term ongoing role as the account scales aggressively.
📋 To Apply
To be considered, answer these three questions in your proposal:
What is the most successful B2B lead generation campaign you have run on Meta? Share the niche, objective, and specific results including cost per booked call or qualified lead.
What daily ad spend have you managed and what results were you hitting?
Walk me through your process for the first two weeks of a new campaign launch.
Proposals without answers to all three questions will not be reviewed.

We're looking for a Senior Google Ads Performance Marketing Specialist who understands that profitable growth doesn't come from optimizing campaigns alone. It comes from optimizing the entire customer acquisition funnel, from keyword intent and ad copy to the landing page, offer, checkout, and conversion path.
Our primary channel is Google Search Ads. Experience with Performance Max and remarketing is a plus, but high-intent search campaigns are where you'll spend most of your time.
Our primary objective is acquiring profitable customers online. Lead generation is simply one step in that process.
Because clicks in our industry typically cost $55 to $85 per click, minimizing wasted ad spend during the initial launch is critical. We're looking for someone who has successfully launched and scaled campaigns in high-cost, high-value service industries and can demonstrate how they reduced customer acquisition costs while increasing conversion rates.
We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to challenge our assumptions. If you believe the biggest opportunity is outside the Google Ads account, we expect you to tell us.
This is not a project for someone who simply launches campaigns and sends reports. We're looking for a strategic growth partner who uses data to improve every stage of the customer acquisition journey.
About Us
========
We're a growing bookkeeping firm looking to build a predictable and scalable customer acquisition system through Google Search.
Our goal isn't simply to generate more leads. It's to consistently acquire profitable clients at an attractive customer acquisition cost while continually improving the entire marketing funnel.
If you've successfully built and scaled Google Ads campaigns for bookkeeping firms, accounting firms, or similar financial service businesses, we'd love to hear from you.
Required Experience
=================
You must have successfully managed and scaled Google Ads campaigns for one or more of the following:
* Bookkeeping firms
* Accounting firms
* Fractional CFO firms
* Tax planning or tax advisory firms
* Payroll providers
* Financial consulting firms
* Other professional financial service businesses with a similar customer acquisition process
Please DO NOT apply if your experience is primarily with:
* eCommerce
* SaaS
* Roofing
* HVAC
* Plumbing
* Attorneys
* General local service businesses
We're specifically looking for someone with experience marketing professional financial services or a closely related industry.
Highly Preferred Experience
======================
The ideal candidate understands that Google Ads is only one part of a successful acquisition system.
Experience with any of the following is highly preferred:
* Landing Page Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
* Direct Response Copywriting
* Offer Positioning
* Pricing Psychology
* Funnel Optimization
* Upsells and Cross-sells
* A/B Testing
* Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
* Google Tag Manager (GTM)
* Offline Conversion Tracking
* Call Tracking
* Heat Mapping Tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, etc.)
You should be comfortable optimizing the entire customer journey:
Search → Ad → Landing Page → Lead → Sale → Upsell
Not just the campaign.
One quick request: To help us identify candidates who actually read the full job description, please start your proposal with the word Compass. It's a simple attention-to-detail check, and applications that don't follow this instruction won't be considered.
Responsibilities
=============
You'll be responsible for:
* Developing Google Search campaign strategy
* High-intent keyword research
* Campaign creation and optimization
* Writing and testing ad copy
* Improving Quality Scores
* Search term analysis and negative keyword management
* Landing page recommendations
* Conversion tracking setup and validation
* Ongoing testing and optimization
* Identifying opportunities to improve the entire acquisition funnel
* Weekly reporting with actionable recommendations
We value people who proactively identify opportunities and back their recommendations with data.
Who We're Looking For
==================
We're looking for a long-term partner who thinks like a business owner, not just a Google Ads manager.
The right person understands that profitable customer acquisition happens when search intent, messaging, landing pages, offers, pricing, tracking, and conversion optimization all work together.
If your first instinct is to improve the entire acquisition funnel rather than simply increase clicks or lower CPCs, you're likely a great fit for this role.
We're happy to pay for exceptional talent, but we'll only hire someone who can demonstrate a track record of producing measurable business results.
Prove Your Results
===============
1. Tell us about the most successful professional services or financial services Google Ads campaign you personally built from scratch.
Bookkeeping, accounting, and financial services experience is strongly preferred.
Please describe only campaigns where you were the primary person responsible for the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance, not simply executing tasks assigned by someone else.
Please include:
* Business or industry
* Service being sold
* Average monthly Google Ads spend
* Average Cost Per Click (CPC)
* Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) or Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
* Landing page conversion rate
* How long it took to become consistently profitable
2. What were the three biggest decisions you personally made that had the greatest impact on lowering CAC and increasing conversion rate?
For each decision, please explain:
* Why you made the decision
* What alternatives you considered
* The measurable business impact (include metrics whenever possible)
We're interested in understanding how you think, not just the results you achieved.
3. Please share any supporting evidence you're permitted to provide.
Examples include:
* Google Ads performance screenshots (sensitive information may be redacted)
* GA4 or Looker Studio reports
* Landing page URLs
* Before-and-after performance reports
* Case studies
* Client testimonials or references
* A brief 2 to 5 minute Loom video walking through one campaign you personally managed (optional, but highly encouraged)

I'm launching a Google Ads audit platform and need beta testers from two groups:
Small business owners running their own Google Ads campaigns, and agency owners or PPC managers who run Google Ads for clients.
Here's how it works:
You connect your Google Ads account via read-only OAuth, our tool pulls 30 days of account data, and within a few minutes you'll receive a scored audit report with specific findings and a prioritized action plan. The whole process takes under 5 minutes on your end.
I'm paying $10 for your time. In return I just need honest written feedback — was the analysis accurate, did the findings reflect what you already know about the account, was anything missing or wrong, and would you pay for this.
To qualify:
Active Google Ads account with at least 30 days of history
Minimum $500/month in ad spend
Willing to write a quality synopsis of honest feedback after receiving your report
What this isn't:
No sales calls
No upsells
Read-only access — we cannot make any changes to your account
Real feedback only. If the report is wrong, I want to know.
To apply: Tell me your monthly Google Ads budget, whether you're a business owner or agency, and what industry you're in.

I run marketing for a B2B SaaS client. I built and manage their Google Ads account myself, and it performs, but not at the level I think it should. I want a senior second set of eyes to go through the account and tell me what I'm missing. I am not hiring account management. This is an audit by an expert, for an expert, via google meet and if your honest finding is "the account is sound, your problem lives somewhere else," that is a valid and useful deliverable.
The account: US only, Search only, around $2K per month in spend. Lead generation for a B2B product sold to small business owners in the trades. Conversions are phone calls and demo requests, low volume by nature, which is part of what makes this account hard, and part of why I want someone who has lived with low-volume conversion accounts before.
What I want examined: campaign and ad group structure, match type strategy, search terms waste, bid strategy fit for low conversion volume, conversion tracking sanity, RSA quality, landing page alignment, impression share and auction insights, and anything you find that I did not think to list.
I'll provide access to the account via screenshare so we can walk through the account together.
Requirements: 5+ years running Google Ads, deep B2B lead gen experience (this is not an ecommerce account and ecommerce instincts will mislead you), and real experience with low-conversion-volume accounts.
In your application, tell me the first report you would open in this account and why. Applications that skip this get archived unread.
Client's questions:
You find a keyword that spent $60 with zero conversions. Walk me through deciding whether to kill it.
This account optimizes toward a low-volume conversion event, a handful a week. What does that change about how you'd bid, and what would you never do to it?
