Our previous ad people let campaigns silently die for a month and ran the wrong URL for three. We're rebuilding from scratch (accounts, tracking, landing page) and want one excellent freelancer, or one per channel, to own paid patient acquisition.

What you'd do:
- Rebuild and run Meta ads (restricted health & wellness category; you must know the Jan 2025+ rules) and/or Google Ads + Local Services Ads
- Set up conversion tracking, call tracking, and CAPI correctly in OUR accounts
- One high-converting landing page with lead qualification
- Weekly written report: spend, leads, cost per booked consult, cost per SIGNED patient
- Automated dead-spend alerts in week 1. Non-negotiable.
- We actively help with creative: doctor-on-camera video, competitor ad research, scripts

Budget: starting ad spend $2-3k/mo (scales fast if results show). Management fee negotiable: flat retainer, or a larger one-time rebuild project plus a smaller ongoing retainer. Month to month with a 30-day out.

We are seeking a skilled professional to evaluate our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising performance and offer strategic recommendations for improvement. The successful candidate will analyze our current PPC campaigns, identify areas for enhancement, and highlight any overlooked opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of our PPC strategies on a weekly basis

We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to help launch and scale paid search for a high-ticket eCommerce store in the overlanding/outdoor gear space (Overland Wanderers). Our store focuses on premium products like portable power systems (EcoFlow, Bluetti), roof racks, storage systems, fridges, and recovery gear. This is a brand-new store, so the goal is to build a strong foundation, generate our first sales, and scale profitably over time. We are focused primarily on high-intent traffic through Google Search and want someone who understands long buying cycles and high AOV purchases.

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in high-ticket eCommerce (AOV $500+), strong knowledge of Google Search campaigns (not just Performance Max), and the ability to structure campaigns for a new store with no data. You should be confident in identifying high-intent keywords, managing negative keywords and search terms, and setting up accurate conversion tracking (ideally using GA4 and/or Google Tag Manager with Shopify). Bonus if you’ve worked in overlanding, automotive, outdoor gear, or dropshipping environments.

The role includes campaign setup (Search first, with potential expansion into Shopping or Performance Max later), keyword research focused on buyer intent, ad copy creation and testing, conversion tracking setup and validation, and ongoing optimization including search terms, bids, and campaign structure. Once campaigns are performing, we’re looking for someone who can scale them effectively.

We’re open to hourly or monthly arrangements depending on experience, starting with a test period and moving into a long-term partnership if it’s a good fit.
