We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Outreach Specialist to .edu websites, with proven experience (meaning you managed to get your client listed in resourse pages on universities etc), experience in email outreach, link acquisition, and communication with universities/academic institutions (.edu domains).
Your primary role will be to reach out to relevant colleges, universities, academic departments, student resource centers, and faculty to secure high-quality .edu backlinks and partnerships.
This is an ongoing, long-term role for the right candidate. Currently we use performance-based payment model but feel free to suggest your pricing model.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify relevant .edu websites, departments, professors, and student resource hubs for outreach.
- Send personalized outreach emails using templates and/or writing your own when necessary.
- Manage replies, follow-ups, and communication threads.
- Coordinate with university contacts to secure link insertions, resource page placements, or partnership mentions.
- Track all outreach activities in spreadsheets or our CRM.
- Report weekly on progress, replies, and new link opportunities.
Requirements:
Experience with .edu outreach (please provide examples or describe your past campaigns).
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Experience with link building, digital PR, or SEO outreach.
- Ability to personalize outreach and not rely solely on templates.
- Organized, reliable, with a hands-on approach and responsive.
Familiarity with tools like:
- Google Sheets / Excel
- Gmail or outreach platforms (e.g., GMass, Mailshake, BuzzStream — not required but a plus)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in resource-page link building on .edu domains
- Experience communicating with academic institutions or NGOs
- Ability to suggest new outreach angles or content ideas
- Basic SEO knowledge

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive licensing & research agent to help bring the Amelia Green Cozy Coloring Book Series to international publishers through territorial licensing deals.
This is a part-time, remote, long-term role (10–15 hrs/week) where you’ll:
* Research qualified publishers by country
* Find and confirm their submission process
* Tailor and send licensing proposals
* Track everything in a clean system
* Earn bonuses for signed deals
Hourly Rate: $10/hour
Bonus: 10% of any advance earned from a licensing deal (details below)
What You’ll Be Doing

* Identify traditional publishers in specific countries (UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Brazil, South Korea, Japan, Poland, etc.)
* Prioritize those that publish cozy or cute adult coloring books
* Confirm if they accept licensing submissions and how (email, contact form, submission page, etc.)
* Find real contact points - ideally rights managers, editors, or correct submissions page (no guessed emails)
✉️ Licensing Outreach
* Tailor and send professional licensing proposal emails (template provided)
* Slightly customize each email with the publisher’s name, country, and relevant books
* Submit through email or online form - whichever is appropriate
* Handle polite follow-ups
* Track replies and flag interest for the brand manager to take over
📊 Tracking
* Maintain a clean, up-to-date spreadsheet including:
* Publisher name, territory
* Submission method and date
* Contact person (if applicable)
* Status (sent, responded, follow-up, etc.)
* Organize by country and update consistently to avoid double work
🤖 Smart Tool Use
* You may use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to assist with research or email drafting
* However, all email addresses and contact methods must be manually verified
* Use browser translation plugins (Google Translate, DeepL, etc.) to navigate foreign publisher sites (Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, French, etc.)
Bonus Structure
If a publisher signs a licensing deal with a royalty advance, you will receive 10% of that advance.
* Example: $1,500 advance = $150 bonus
* Applies per book licensed
* If a publisher licenses 3 books, the bonus applies to each one
* Future deals with the same publisher (not initiated by you) are not included

* This is not about submitting unpublished books
* You’re pitching territorial licensing rights for an existing, published coloring book series
* Publishers will license our books to translate, print, and distribute in their market

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Outreach Specialist to .edu websites, with proven experience (meaning you managed to get your client listed in resourse pages on universities etc), experience in email outreach, link acquisition, and communication with universities/academic institutions (.edu domains).
Your primary role will be to reach out to relevant colleges, universities, academic departments, student resource centers, and faculty to secure high-quality .edu backlinks and partnerships.
This is an ongoing, long-term role for the right candidate. Currently we use performance-based payment model but feel free to suggest your pricing model.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify relevant .edu websites, departments, professors, and student resource hubs for outreach.
- Send personalized outreach emails using templates and/or writing your own when necessary.

I’m a London-based designer working with design-led consumer brands in fashion, beauty, wellness, and home. I’m looking for a detail-oriented assistant to help me research brands and help me run and improve my outreach process so I can consistently reach the right kind of clients.
This is not a spam job and not a volume game. I care much more about judgement, quality, and good writing than speed.
Your role is to research suitable brands in the UK, Europe, and the US, add them to my Notion system (everything is already labelled, you just drop in the information), and prepare them properly for outreach. For each brand, you’ll fill in key details, write a short note on why they’re a good fit, what could be improved in their current branding or content, and how I could help them. You’ll also draft and help send outreach emails or messages in my tone of voice, and help me improve the messaging and approach over time.
I don’t have a fully built outreach system yet, so I’m specifically looking for someone who has done outreach before and can help me structure and improve it, not just follow instructions.
You should have very strong written English, be good at research, and be very detail-oriented. It helps if you understand branding, design, or marketing at least at a basic level. Following instructions properly is essential, but so is being able to think and suggest improvements.
This is not mass cold email, not scraping lists, and not automation. It’s careful, targeted outreach to the right brands.
We’ll start with a 2-week paid trial. The fixed price is $120. The goal is around 30–50 high-quality, well-researched leads, properly added to my Notion system and contacted with thoughtful, personalised messages. This trial is about quality, not volume.
If the trial goes well, this can turn into ongoing work, and you may also assist me with other tasks as I bring on clients.
You’ll need to be comfortable using Notion and doing basic web research (Google, Instagram, websites), and also comfortable writing and sending emails or messages on my behalf in a professional, human way.
