About the Role
We are seeking a persuasive, empathetic, and fitness‑savvy Remote Sales Representative (Fitness / Transformation Coaching) to join our remote team based in the Philippines. This role is responsible for contacting inbound and outbound leads, understanding their goals, presenting our transformation coaching offers (strength training, nutrition plans, lifestyle coaching), and converting leads into committed clients.
Because our service is not a typical pay‑per‑visit gym membership, but a structured coaching and transformation program, we need someone who can speak to the value of long‑term commitment, habit change, and coaching — not just “access to a gym.”
Success in this role is measured by conversion rates, client commitment, and quality of lead follow‑up across all channels (phone, online inquiries, email, etc.).


Key Responsibilities
Lead Outreach & Qualification
Promptly follow up with new and existing leads via phone, email, and online channels.
Ask insightful questions to understand each prospect’s goals (e.g. fat loss, strength gain, body recomposition, health, lifestyle changes), training history, motivation, and readiness to commit.
Qualify leads based on fitness readiness, commitment level, and suitability for a transformation‑oriented program.


Consultative Sales & Program Presentation
Present the coaching programs and transformation services clearly and convincingly (not just “gym access”).
Explain how a structured program—tailored training + nutrition + accountability—drives real, long-term results.
Address objections (pricing, time commitment, past gym experiences, fear of failure) with empathy, confidence, and knowledge.
Guide prospects to commit to consults, trials, or sign up for a full transformation package.


Sales Pipeline & Client Management
Manage a sales pipeline via CRM or tracking system: record leads, interactions, next‑steps, and follow-ups.
Prioritize high‑intent leads and maintain consistent engagement to maximize conversion volume.
Coordinate schedule‑setting, consultations or onboarding handoff with operations/coaching team once sign‑up is confirmed.


Client Experience & Brand Representation
Represent the brand as professional, supportive, motivating, and knowledgeable about fitness and transformation.
Communicate the difference between a “transformation studio” and a regular gym: explain structure, support, accountability, and long‑term coaching focus.
Maintain post‑signup follow-up and nurture leads when needed (e.g. nudging for commitment, answering questions, reassurance).

Qualifications
Experience & Skills
2+ years of experience in a sales role — phone-based sales strongly preferred.
Prior sales experience in a fitness, wellness, or personal training studio is highly desirable, OR strong sales experience plus real interest or knowledge in fitness and lifestyle transformation.
Excellent spoken and written English with confident phone and remote communication skills.
Strong consultative selling skills: ability to ask deep questions, understand client motivations, handle objections, and close sales.
Comfortable working with targets and sales‑driven KPIs (e.g. conversion rate, consult-to-signup ratio).
