This was downright scary more like a stalker with a weird obsession. I usually never become unprofessional but this person pushed me. We paid her for 3 hours of training and 17 hours based on dial time which was a total of 20 hours. She messaged obsessively every 2 seconds begging us to turn on manual time. I told her we will check and go from there please wait. There was not even a reason to add manual time she did not understand or want to understand. Then had the nerve to call me narrow minded when she could not get her way to get free money by adding hours she never worked for .It was so bad I had to block her . We told her we have a dialer that tracks time we will make sure the dialer time and upwork clock matches, She was not interested she wanted to add manual time. On top of logging in the upwork time tracker. The job consist of making outbound calls (cold calls) to prospects who purchased similar products to get them to try our products. Well apparently she did not even understand that. She tells me the prospect said they never even ordered our products. That we are a SCAM !!! Of course the prospect never ordered from us that’s the point of the call. It’s a sales job!! Please BEWARE She will be calling you a scammer next In 16 years of business I never encountered such a deranged person. It was like she had some fixation with us. She would not simply just move on which was so weird. She messaged and messaged in the morning and night. I had to get Upwork involved I even told her we do not owe you anything.
