EVOLVE Digital is a performance marketing and e-commerce agency based in Germany, working with a fully remote, international team. Native Ads is a dedicated growth channel for us — not a leftover-budget channel. The bottleneck isn't the account, it's creative supply. That's exactly what you'll solve.
What you'll do Develop angles based on audience research, buying motives, psychological triggers, and competitor analysis on Taboola and Outbrain Concept AND produce image creatives yourself — in variants and at high speed (this is not a briefing-only role) Use AI image tools deliberately to generate motifs, variants, and crops fast Plan creative tests along clear variables (image motif, crop, headline, hook) and evaluate them together with media buying Think through the full path from the ad through advertorial and pre-lander to the offer page Spot winners and roll them out across other accounts Maintain the creative database and documentation (ClickUp, Miro) so results are traceable What you bring A portfolio of image creatives you conceived AND built yourself for paid e-commerce campaigns — concept and execution in one person, not a pure briefing role Confident use of creative metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS) as the basis for decisions, not taste Active, concrete use of AI tools in your own image production Taboola and Outbrain experience is a plus — alternatively, strong direct-response craft from Meta or Google with a willingness to learn native Understanding of direct-response and funnel logic (advertorial, pre-lander, offer page) E-commerce/D2C background, not purely B2B or lead-gen Structured, self-directed way of working remotely and part-time, without outside oversight What we offer Start part-time at ~20 hrs/week, with the potential to grow into full-time Fully remote A dedicated Creative Team with a direct interface to Native media buying, copywriting, and design Those who help build the channel take on more accounts, more budget responsibility, and technical oversight of creative suppliers over time

I am looking for one individual to help produce creative content as well as a marketing partner for a one-month contract for a dark literary brand focused on psychological and supernatural horror, grief, trauma, tarot, taboo fictional themes, book and audiobook reviews, and digital products.
Do not apply on behalf of an agency, company, studio, team, or other business. I want to work directly with the person who will actually be creating the content. You will turn my writing, reviews, digital products, book-related material, and creative ideas into original social content that attracts the right audience and supports sales. You should be comfortable working with mature and potentially disturbing fictional subject matter sensitively, while still understanding that horror content sometimes needs to feel unsettling, strange, dark, or psychologically uncomfortable. The work includes developing a weekly content calendar and producing at least seven posts per week for Instagram and Facebook. Weekly content will include: • At least two short 5 to 8 second reels designed around strong visual or emotional hooks • At least one longer 20 to 30 second story-driven reel • Approximately three carousels per week • Additional static, text-led, review, promotional, or product-focused content as appropriate • Cross-posting and adapting content for Instagram and Facebook You should understand Instagram and Facebook content strategy, including hooks, retention, saves, shares, direct messages, rewatch value, carousel performance, calls to action, and how content may need to change based on performance or a specific launch. I am especially interested in someone who understands how literary, horror, book, audiobook, and niche creator accounts grow without making everything look like generic social media marketing. The visual style matters enormously. I want realistic, cinematic, atmospheric imagery that feels believable and intentional. I do not want anime, cartoon imagery, generic fantasy art, obvious stock-photo montages, cheap horror effects, or visuals that look disconnected from the story being told. You must be able to create or source your own original footage and imagery rather than depending entirely on generic stock material. AI-assisted creative tools are absolutely welcome when used well. You may use tools such as Canva, CapCut, Kling, Higgsfield, MiniMax, Runway, HeyGen, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Flux, or similar programs if they help produce realistic, high-quality work. I care about the final result, creative judgment, consistency, and whether the content fits the brand. You should already have access to the programs and tools you normally use. I am not looking to purchase expensive software subscriptions for a freelancer. I will provide the products, writing, reviews, source material, concepts, visual references, creative direction, and feedback. I expect collaboration rather than someone simply receiving a title and producing something without discussion. All content must be approved by me before it is published. Experience promoting books, digital products, Etsy products, or similar creative products is strongly preferred. Experience adapting or promoting content on TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, or Etsy is welcome, although Instagram and Facebook are the primary platforms. This is initially a one-month paid contract. If we work well together and the content is strong, I am looking for someone I can continue working with long term. When applying, please answer the following questions: 1. Are you applying as an individual freelancer, or are you representing a company, agency, studio, or team? 2. What monthly rate would you charge for the work described above? 3. Please send examples of reels, carousels, social graphics, book-related marketing, product marketing, or other work that best represents what you personally created. 4. Which AI tools are you comfortable working with for image generation, video generation, animation, editing, voice, or other creative work? Please name the tools you actually use. Examples may include Kling, Higgsfield, MiniMax, Runway, HeyGen, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Flux, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms. 5. Can you create a polished 20 to 30 second reel as comfortably and efficiently as you can create a 5 to 8 second reel? Please briefly explain your process for maintaining visual consistency, pacing, and character continuity across a longer reel. 6. How would you create a realistic 5 to 8 second horror reel designed to make someone stop scrolling within the first two seconds? 7. What do you currently understand about Instagram ranking and distribution, particularly saves, shares, DMs, rewatches, and carousel performance. 8. SEND ME YOUR PRICE LIST! Please review the attached examples carefully. One shows the visual direction I am looking for, and the other shows styles I specifically do not want. We generate exclusive homeowner leads for home improvement contractors across roofing, siding, windows, and walk-in showers. We spend ~$1M/month on Meta and Google. Now we’re building native as a new channel, and we want one senior media buyer to own it end to end.
The outcome you’re responsible for: - Launching and scaling campaigns on NewsBreak, Taboola, Outbrain (Teads), Microsoft Audience Network (MSN) and RevContent, starting with NewsBreak and Taboola. - Maximizing gross profit across all channels while maintaining a minimum 30% gross margin. What you’ll do - Campaign structure, bidding, geo, site/placement blocking and budget pacing on every platform. - Write high converting headlines/copy based on competitor research and our existing winning angles - Native creative testing (We have an in-house creative director you can work with, or you can make the creatives yourself with our AI tools) - Tracking: pixel and S2S postback setup, with every lead tied back to the platform, creative and placement that drove it. Our dev can help you setup server side events if needed. - Provide direction or help design high-converting landing pages for these native ads (We currently use a simple quiz funnel for Meta and Google traffic, not sure if that's ideal for native ads) - Optimize distribution of budgets across platforms to maximize total profits Requirements: - Personally managed spend on at least two of these five platforms in the last 12 months. - US lead gen experience. Home services or home improvement strongly preferred. - Hands-on with a tracker (Voluum, RedTrack, ClickFlare, Everflow or similar) and S2S postbacks. - Be able to provide landing page recommendations for these platforms that optimize for lowest cost per lead - Be able to collaborate with our developers to set up robust conversion tracking on each platform Nice to have - ZIP/DMA geo targeting at scale. - Being able to build the landing pages yourself with Claude (we can handle the plumbing, it would simply be nice to have the design/copy done beforehand) - Native spy tools (Anstrex, OpenAdLibrary, AdPlexity). Not a fit if - Your experience is Meta/Google only, or push/pop/MGID-style traffic only. Compensation - $3,000/month retainer. - Profit share: 15% of the first $50,000 of monthly native gross profit, plus 7% of everything above that. No cap. What that pays (examples of the formula, not projections; totals include the retainer): - $25k monthly gross profit: $6,750/month ($81k/year) - $50k: $10,500/month ($126k/year) - $100k: $14,000/month ($168k/year) - $200k: $21,000/month ($252k/year) - $300k: $28,000/month ($336k/year) Your pay grows with the channel you build. To apply 1. How much ad spend have you managed on lead gen ads for these native ad platforms? If you have any experience in the home improvement space specifically, tell us about it. 2. What would your general strategy be for campaigns like roofing across platforms? Creatives, copy, landing page design, etc.

We are looking for an experienced Creative maker/ AI Ad Creative Specialist who understands how to create high-converting Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads for fashion and jewelry e-commerce brands.
Our business operates with a dropshipping/e-commerce model, so we are specifically looking for someone who understands direct-response advertising, creative testing, winning angles, hooks, customer awareness levels, and how creative performance impacts ROAS. What You'll Be Responsible For You will be responsible for researching, developing, and producing Meta ad creatives from concept to finished creative. This includes both video ads and static image ads. For video creatives, you should be comfortable producing formats such as: Native-style / organic-looking ads UGC-style advertisements Voice-over ads Scripted talking-head videos AI spokesperson/model videos Two-person / two-model conversation ads Storytelling ads Product demonstration ads Problem/Solution creatives Testimonial-style creatives Direct-response sales ads Advertorial-style creatives Different hooks and variations for creative testing You should understand how to make an advertisement feel native to Facebook and Instagram rather than looking like a traditional polished commercial. AI Creative Skills Are Essential We actively use AI in our creative production process. You must be highly comfortable with AI prompting and AI creative tools. You should be capable of: Writing advanced prompts for image and video generation Creating super-realistic AI-generated female models Producing realistic skin, hands, faces, clothing, jewelry, environments, and product interactions Maintaining product accuracy when incorporating jewelry or fashion products into AI-generated scenes Creating realistic lifestyle images Creating AI UGC-style videos Generating AI voice-overs Creating talking AI characters/models Writing scripts specifically for AI-generated video ads Editing AI-generated assets into polished Meta advertisements The final creative should look believable and professional enough that customers do not immediately perceive it as low-quality AI-generated content. Creative Strategy We are NOT simply looking for a graphic designer or video editor. We need someone who understands why an ad converts. You should understand concepts such as: Hooks Creative angles Customer pain points Desires and emotional triggers Customer awareness levels Native advertising Direct-response advertising Scroll stopping Pattern interruption Storytelling Offer presentation Social proof Objection handling Competitor creative research Creative iteration Creative fatigue Testing multiple variations of winning concepts You should be able to research competitors, identify successful creative patterns and develop new concepts rather than simply copying existing ads. Previous Results We strongly prefer applicants who have previously created winning Meta creatives for fashion, women's clothing, accessories, or jewelry brands. Ideally, you have created creatives that: Generated approximately 3–4+ ROAS Became winning/scalable Meta ads Maintained performance after meaningful ad spend Helped e-commerce brands discover new winning angles or concepts We understand that ROAS depends on the entire business—including the product, offer, landing page, media buying, pricing, and market—so we are not asking anyone to guarantee a specific ROAS. However, applicants should be able to demonstrate that their previous creative work contributed to profitable Meta campaigns. Portfolio Requirement Please DO NOT apply without relevant examples. When applying, send us: Your best 3–5 fashion or jewelry Meta ads Examples of both video and static creatives Examples of AI-generated creatives you personally created Performance information for those creatives when available ROAS / CPA / CTR / spend associated with your best-performing creatives, if available A short explanation of what you personally handled on those projects If you have worked specifically with women's fashion or women's jewelry brands, please highlight those examples. Meta Media Buying – Big Plus If you also know how to launch and manage Meta campaigns, that is a major advantage. Experience with the following is valuable: Meta Ads Manager Sales campaigns Advantage+ campaigns CBO / ABO testing Creative testing structures Audience testing Scaling winning creatives Reading creative-level metrics CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CVR and ROAS analysis Identifying creative fatigue Making creative decisions based on campaign data Media buying experience is not mandatory, but candidates who understand both creative strategy and Meta campaign performance will receive priority. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who combines: Creative Strategist + Direct Response Marketer + AI Creator To Apply Start your application with the words: "FASHION CREATIVE" Then include: Your experience with Meta ads Your experience with dropshipping/e-commerce brands Your fashion/jewelry experience AI tools you currently use Your portfolio Your 3 best-performing creatives Results from those creatives Whether you also have Meta media-buying experience Please also answer this question: If we gave you a women's jewelry product today, what would be the first 3 completely different creative angles you would test on Meta, and why? Generic applications or applications without a relevant portfolio will not be considered. Position This can begin as a freelance / project-based position, with the opportunity to become a long-term collaboration if your creatives consistently perform. We are looking for someone who wants to become deeply involved in our creative testing process and help us consistently develop the next generation of winning Meta ads.

Title
Retention & Lifecycle Marketer: Audit, Rebuild & Launch Email Automations (Consumer App + B2B SaaS) Description Vikk (vikk.ai) is a legal technology company with three products: Vikk AI, a consumer AI legal assistant app with 500k+ users and a 4.8-star rating; Vikk Lawyer Ad Center, an AI-native advertising platform for attorneys; and Vikk Intelligence, a legal risk intelligence platform for law firms. We have a working email program across all three products, but it was built fast. We need a senior retention marketer to come in, audit everything, clean it up, and implement a tight, high-performing lifecycle system. This is a one-time, fixed-scope project, with the option to re-engage for ongoing work. What you'll do: Audit our existing transactional emails, behavioral automations, and campaigns across all three products, and identify what's broken, redundant, or underperforming. Rebuild and implement consumer (B2C) lifecycle flows for Vikk AI: onboarding, activation, free-tier retention, reactivation, and referral. This is the primary focus. Drive app downloads and installs through lifecycle (web-to-app, onboarding nudges, re-engagement tied to app usage). Clean up and implement B2B flows for Ad Center (attorney onboarding after profile claim, upsell into paid ad products) and Vikk Intelligence (trial/demo nurture, conversion). Scrub segmentation, triggers, sender setup, and deliverability so everything runs at max efficiency. Hand off clear documentation of every flow, trigger, and segment so our team can own it. Our stack: Brevo (ESP for automations, transactional, and campaigns), Instantly (cold outreach), Microsoft 365. Our admin backends already integrate with Brevo, and our dev team can add new event triggers as needed. You're a fit if you have: Proven B2C app retention experience with measurable results on installs, activation, and churn Strong B2B SaaS and/or ad product lifecycle experience Hands-on Brevo experience (or a comparable ESP you can prove you'll ramp on fast) Solid deliverability and segmentation fundamentals Comfort working in a regulated space; legal and compliance-sensitive copy experience is a plus Please include examples of lifecycle programs you've built, with results. Skills to tag Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Retention Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Mobile App Marketing, Brevo, Email Deliverability, B2B SaaS Marketing, Customer Segmentation Screening questions Share a B2C app retention program you built. What did it move (installs, D30 retention, reactivation), and by how much? Walk us through how you'd audit an existing set of automations in your first week. What's your experience with Brevo specifically? If none, which ESPs have you run at scale? Describe a B2B SaaS or ad-product lifecycle flow you built and how it tied to revenue.

Health & Fitt is a health-education brand for adults over 40. We need an experienced B2C performance marketer to audit and improve our system for turning cold traffic into confirmed email subscribers.
This is NOT a request for purchased, scraped, rented, shared or preexisting email lists. We only want legitimate subscribers who voluntarily opt in and confirm their email addresses. Our current system includes: • A health-and-energy article for cold traffic • A 60-Second Energy Check quiz • A free 7-Day Energy Pattern Reset • Systeme.io landing pages and email automation • Double opt-in • Microsoft Clarity behavior tracking • Taboola advertising and conversion tracking The initial assignment is to audit this complete path: Cold advertisement → article or landing page → quiz or lead magnet → opt-in form → confirmed subscriber We need you to identify: • Where visitors are dropping out • Whether our audience, ad, article and lead magnet are properly aligned • What should be changed before we increase advertising • Which traffic source should be tested first • Which conversion events and metrics should be tracked • A practical 30-day testing plan • A reasonable target cost per confirmed subscriber You must have verifiable experience converting cold B2C traffic into permission-based email subscribers. Experience with health and wellness, adults over 40, lead magnets, quiz funnels, native advertising, Taboola, Meta advertising or Systeme.io is helpful. In your application, describe one relevant B2C campaign and include: • Traffic source • Lead magnet or offer • Landing-page conversion rate • Cost per lead • Whether subscribers were confirmed or double opt-in • Your specific responsibility Do not apply if your primary service is selling contact lists, scraping email addresses, B2B cold-email prospecting or LinkedIn lead lists. The first project will be a paid audit and written testing plan. If the audit demonstrates strong judgment and relevant experience, implementation and ongoing campaign optimization may become a separate project. Client's questions:

Our company sells commercial vending machines and micro market equipment to businesses across the United States. Our buyers are business owners, office and facility managers, and vending operators making a capital equipment purchase. Deals close over weeks, not minutes.
We are looking for a small, senior agency to build and run our Google Ads program. We are specifically posting for agencies rather than solo freelancers because we want continuity and bench depth. But we want to know exactly who will be doing the work. The account Platform: Shopify storefront, custom-built. HubSpot CRM connected (portal already live). Market: United States only. Ad spend: $5,000/month, funded and ready. This is not a test budget. Current state: No serious paid search program in place. You are building, not inheriting a mess. Sales model: Mixed. Some orders complete online; most high-value machines come through quote requests worked by our sales team. Category CPCs: Expect $8–12 on commercial intent terms. We are looking for an experienced affiliate marketing / traffic generation specialist who can drive real, targeted traffic to our affiliate offer.
Important: You will NOT be given access to our Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, or other advertising accounts. We are specifically looking for someone who already has their own proven methods and traffic sources for generating targeted visitors. What We’re Looking For You may use methods such as: * Organic social media traffic * SEO / content marketing * Existing websites or niche audiences * Email marketing to compliant, permission-based lists * YouTube or short-form video * Pinterest or other organic platforms * Paid advertising through your own advertising accounts * Native advertising * Influencer/creator traffic * Other legitimate and compliant traffic-generation strategies The goal is not simply to generate clicks. We want high-quality traffic with genuine purchase intent that can produce affiliate conversions. Requirements You should have: * Proven experience generating affiliate traffic * Experience promoting direct-response or affiliate offers * A track record of generating conversions, not just traffic * Your own traffic-generation strategy, accounts, audiences, or infrastructure * Ability to track and report clicks, traffic sources, and results * Understanding of affiliate network and advertiser compliance requirements * No bots, fake clicks, spam, misleading advertising, incentivized traffic, or prohibited traffic sources When Applying Please answer the following: 1. What traffic sources would you use? 2. Would the traffic be organic, paid through your own accounts, or a combination? 3. Have you promoted affiliate offers before? Please provide examples/results if possible. 4. Approximately how much targeted traffic can you generate? 5. How quickly can you begin? 6. How do you track and verify the quality of your traffic? 7. What would you need from us besides the affiliate link and approved promotional materials? Please do not apply if your strategy requires access to our advertising accounts. We are interested in finding someone experienced who can start with a test campaign and, if the traffic converts profitably, potentially scale into a long-term working relationship with significantly higher volume.

We are looking for an experienced Telegram Growth Manager / Native Ads Media Buyer to help grow NinetyEdge, an English-language football predictions channel.
NinetyEdge publishes transparent, data-driven football picks with exact odds, model probability, risk rating, stake and fully recorded results. Our target audience is English-speaking football and betting enthusiasts, primarily from the United Kingdom, Ireland and Western Europe. We already have the brand identity, Telegram channel, advertising creatives, daily football analysis and content production system in place. Your primary responsibility will be acquiring and retaining a relevant, high-quality Telegram audience. This is not a project for purchasing followers or generating artificial engagement. Our previous advertising test generated subscribers, but a large percentage of the audience came from unsuitable GEOs. We now need an experienced specialist who can improve channel selection, targeting, tracking and subscriber quality. Initial engagement We will begin with a 14-day paid test. If the results and working process are satisfactory, this can develop into an ongoing monthly engagement. The initial fixed-price budget is $150 for campaign management and analysis. Advertising spend will be provided separately, initially around $300–500. Responsibilities • Audit the current Telegram channel and previous advertising approach. • Develop a practical Telegram growth plan focused on the UK, Ireland and Western Europe. • Research and shortlist relevant football, Premier League, sports, football analytics and betting-related Telegram channels. • Evaluate each proposed channel using subscriber growth, average views, ERR, engagement, audience acquisition sources, advertising history, content relevance and suspected audience GEO. • Identify suspicious channels with artificial followers, inflated views, incentivized traffic or unsuitable audience sources. • Contact and negotiate with channel administrators when direct native placements offer better value than advertising marketplaces. • Manage placements through Telega.io or directly with approved channel administrators. • Ensure every placement uses a unique Telegram invite link and reliable click tracking. • Recommend publication timing, placement format and advertising copy variations. • Launch a limited number of approved test placements. • Monitor views, clicks, joins, conversion rate, cost per subscriber and early subscriber retention. • Provide a clear final report and recommendations for scaling, stopping or retesting each traffic source. Important conditions • Every advertising channel and placement must be approved by us before payment or publication. • You will not have independent authority to spend the advertising budget. • No bots, fake followers, purchased members, click farms, incentivized traffic, forced subscriptions or engagement manipulation. • We are not interested in vanity metrics or guaranteed subscriber packages. • Subscriber quality and relevant GEO are more important than total subscriber volume. • All betting-related advertising must comply with the applicable platform and channel requirements. • Do not promise guaranteed betting results or guaranteed financial returns. • We will initially provide the advertising creatives, branding and core content. You may recommend and test alternative advertising copy. Deliverables for the 14-day test 1. Audit of the current channel and previous acquisition approach. 2. A shortlist of at least 15 relevant Telegram advertising channels. 3. A comparison table containing: Direct channel link Channel topic Subscribers Average views ERR or engagement rate Subscriber growth Advertising price and format Estimated views Audience language Available GEO evidence Audience acquisition sources, where available Risk assessment Reason for inclusion or rejection 4. A media plan for an initial $300–500 advertising budget. 5. Setup of unique tracking links for every approved placement. 6. Launch and management of the approved test placements. 7. Final performance report containing: Advertising spend Views Link clicks New subscribers Click-to-join conversion Cost per click Cost per subscriber Subscriber quality observations Performance by channel Recommendations for the next campaign Required experience • Proven Telegram channel growth or Telegram native advertising experience. • Experience with sports betting, iGaming, football, sports media or affiliate marketing. • Experience researching and negotiating native advertising placements. • Strong understanding of Telegram analytics, invite-link attribution and campaign tracking. • Ability to identify fake audiences, manipulated statistics and low-quality traffic. • Experience targeting English-speaking audiences, preferably in the UK and Western Europe. • Clear written English and structured reporting. How to apply Please begin your proposal with the word “NINETY” so we know you have read the complete description. Please include: 1. Two relevant Telegram growth or native advertising case studies. 2. Screenshots or reports showing advertising spend, clicks, subscribers and cost per subscriber. Confidential information may be blurred. 3. Examples of channels you have previously helped grow. 4. Your experience in football, sports betting or iGaming. 5. How you determine audience GEO when Telegram does not provide an exact country breakdown. 6. How you detect fake subscribers, manipulated views and incentivized traffic. 7. Two or three example Telegram channels you would initially investigate for NinetyEdge. A complete unpaid media plan is not required. 8. The tools and advertising marketplaces you use. 9. Your availability during the next two weeks. 10. Your proposed fee for ongoing monthly campaign management after the test. Applications offering guaranteed follower packages, bots or unspecified “organic growth” methods will be rejected.

We're a D2C bedding brand selling in the UK, US, Canada and Australia. Our core product is a duvet that needs no cover — you wash the whole thing and put it straight back on the bed. It solves a specific, everyday annoyance, and it sells.
Paid social is our main channel and it works. We've now started on Taboola: two campaigns are live in the UK and have been profitable from day one. Early days and small numbers, but the signal is there. That's exactly why we're hiring. We want to scale this properly and into our other markets, and we'd rather bring in someone who has done it before than learn it slowly ourselves. We're looking for someone who will actively run the account, not just watch it. What you'd be doing Scaling our existing UK campaigns and expanding into our other markets Launching new ads on an ongoing basis — new headlines, new images, new angles Writing native-specific ad copy and directing creative. We know what works on Meta and we don't assume it transfers Managing publishers and placements, including blocklisting the sites that burn budget Setting up conversion tracking that reconciles with Shopify Reporting we can act on: what you changed, what it did, what's next What we're looking for: Demonstrable hands-on Taboola experience — not "I've read about native" Experience with physical ecommerce products, ideally at a considered price point (our AOV is around £130) A clear point of view on landing pages: advertorial pre-lander, straight to product page, or something else — and the reasoning behind it Comfortable with Shopify Someone who launches new creative regularly. Native fatigues fast and we don't want an account that runs the same three ads for two months Nice to have: Outbrain or Mgid experience Experience in the home, sleep or lifestyle space English copywriting that doesn't read like an affiliate funnel Please include in your reply Which Taboola accounts have you run, and at roughly what monthly spend? Have you run a considered household purchase, outside health and direct-response? Which of our four markets — UK, US, Canada, Australia — have you actually run Taboola in? We already have two profitable UK campaigns (one desktop, one mobile). What would your first 6–8 weeks look like — scale what's working, or rebuild the structure first? How do you charge — retainer, percentage of spend, or hourly? Please don't send a generic proposal. If you've read this far, mention the duvet in your first line so we know. We'll share account access, current numbers and existing creative once we've had a first conversation.

# Performance Marketer — Meta, Google & Amazon Ads | Mobile App Subscription Expert
We’re looking for an experienced performance marketer to help manage paid acquisition for our customers across Meta, Google, and Amazon. The primary focus is Meta Ads. Google and Amazon are secondary. The most important requirement: you need deep experience running paid acquisition for mobile apps, specifically subscription-based apps. We’re looking for someone who has already helped mobile apps profitably acquire users for products with: * Yearly subscriptions * Quarterly subscriptions * Free trials → paid subscriptions * App Store / Google Play conversion flows * Mobile attribution and subscription revenue tracking We care much more about proven results than certifications. You should be able to show examples of mobile apps you’ve worked with and explain: * Monthly ad spend * CAC / CPA * ROAS * Trial-to-paid conversion * Subscription pricing * What you changed to improve performance * How long you managed the account Experience with Meta Ads for subscription apps is especially important. ## What You’ll Do Your first goal is simple: Help our customers win. You’ll help manage and optimize customer advertising across Meta, Google, and Amazon, with most of your time focused on Meta. You’ll be responsible for things like: * Campaign strategy * Account structure * Budget allocation * Audience strategy * Creative testing * Offer testing * Scaling winning campaigns * Diagnosing poor performance * Improving CAC and ROAS * Reviewing attribution and conversion data * Giving us strategic recommendations ## You’ll Also Help Us Improve Our Product We’re building advertising software at trygaas.com and Versaunt.com. We want you to use our software as your primary interface for managing campaigns. Think of yourself as both a performance marketer and an expert product user. Whenever possible, you’ll perform your normal workflow through our platform. If something is missing, broken, confusing, or slower than doing it directly inside Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or Amazon Ads, we want you to tell us. If our software blocks you from doing your job, use the native advertising platform to get the work done. Then tell us: * What broke * What was missing * What you expected to happen * What your normal workflow would be * How we should improve it Our engineering team will use that feedback to continuously improve the product. Your priorities are: 1. Help our customers generate profitable growth. 2. Use our platform heavily and help us make it better. ## Who We’re Looking For You should have strong experience with: * Meta Ads * Mobile app acquisition * Subscription apps * ROAS optimization * Creative testing * Scaling paid acquisition * App attribution * Google Ads Amazon Ads experience is a plus. Experience working with tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular, RevenueCat, Firebase, or similar mobile attribution/subscription infrastructure is also valuable. ## To Apply Do not send us a generic agency pitch. Start your application with examples of 2–3 subscription mobile apps you have personally worked on. For each one, include: * App / company * Your role * Ad platforms managed * Approximate monthly spend * Subscription model * CAC / CPA * ROAS or other primary KPI * Results you personally helped achieve Screenshots or other proof of performance are strongly preferred. Also tell us what percentage of your recent work has been specifically focused on mobile app acquisition. If most of your experience is e-commerce, lead generation, local businesses, or B2B advertising, this probably isn't the right project. We specifically want someone who understands how to profitably acquire paid mobile app subscribers. Client's questions:

About the Role
We're a women's wellness brand building a full-funnel Meta acquisition engine — top-of-funnel account, an avatar account, and a brand account. We have an advertorial in place and are lookin to launch others. We're looking for a Creative Strategist who has taken a brand's paid social program from a cold, unseasoned account to consistent, profitable scale. I'm not looking for an agency. We're too early for that since we need to test our offer and fine tune our back end. This is a hands-on, builder role. You won't be handed a mature account with years of data; you'll be building the audience, the creative system, and the measurement approach from close to zero. What You'll Own - Full-funnel creative strategy across three connected account types: advertorial/media (cold, TOF), a avatar (MOF, trust-building), and the core brand account (BOF, direct offer). - Creative testing systems — hooks, formats, angles, and iteration cadence that work for cold audiences with no purchase history to lean on. - Audience-building strategy that compensates for unseasoned pixels — using engagement, video view, and site-visitor signals to seed retargeting before purchase volume exists. - Navigating platform constraints specific to health & wellness advertisers — including Meta's restricted data-use tier for health/wellness accounts (limited optimization events, audience-building restrictions) and how to structure campaigns and creative around them. - Creative briefs and production coordination — translating funnel strategy into scripts, shot lists, and briefs for video/UGC creators, editors, and designers. What We're Looking For Proven 0→1 experience. You've launched and scaled a brand's paid social presence from a brand-new or reset ad account to meaningful, efficient spend — not just optimized an already-mature account. Deep Meta Ads fluency — you understand learning phase, optimization events, Aggregated Event Measurement, Advantage+ audiences, and how account-level restrictions (health/wellness, financial services, etc.) affect what you can and can't do. DTC or wellness/beauty category experience strongly preferred — you understand compliance-sensitive creative (health claims, testimonial/results imagery) and how to stay effective within those guardrails. Advertorial/media-style funnel experience — comfortable with "content that looks like content" TOF creative, not just direct-response product ads. Data literacy — comfortable reading pixel/Events Manager data critically, knows when platform-reported ROAS is unreliable, and can work with a backend/first-party measurement source instead. Strong creative instincts paired with strategic rigor — you can both come up with the hook and explain why it should work for this funnel stage and this audience. For your proposal: You can walk us through a specific account you took from zero to consistent scale — what the creative strategy was, how you built audiences before you had conversion data, and how you measured success.

Ad compliance specialist - native ads landing pages (GeoEdge / The Media Trust)

We run native advertising campaigns (MediaGo / MSN, Taboola) for our own e-commerce brands. Our landing pages and product pages get scanned by ad-quality vendors - GeoEdge and The Media Trust - before and during delivery. When a page is flagged, the campaign is paused or the domain is quietly blocked, and we rarely get a usable explanation.
We are looking for someone who has actually sat on the reviewing side of that fence and knows what those scans look for. IDEAL BACKGROUND (any one of these is enough): - Ad quality / ad review / compliance at a native ad network (MediaGo, Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, Revcontent, NewsBreak). An analyst or reviewer role is perfect - we are not looking for a director. - Ad security / ad verification vendor: The Media Trust, GeoEdge, Confiant, DoubleVerify, Integral Ad Science, Pixalate. - Malvertising or ad-quality analyst who has reviewed advertiser landing pages against policy day to day. WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE: 1. Audit our existing funnels (advertorial to product page to checkout) against the criteria these scanners actually apply. 2. Give us a written, prioritised list of what will trip a scan and exactly how to fix it: unsupported claims, before/after imagery, health claims, price and offer consistency between the ad and the page, AI-generated content disclosure, legal pages (imprint, returns, privacy, terms), auto-redirects, third-party scripts and trackers in the call chain, and any cloaking-adjacent pattern we may have inherited from a template. 3. Pre-launch review of new pages as a simple go / no-go. 4. Help us read a rejection report and write a clean, factual re-submission. IMPORTANT: we want to be genuinely compliant, not to evade a scanner. If a claim cannot be substantiated, we cut it. What we are paying for is judgement about where the real line is, so we stop guessing. SETUP: - We start with one paid audit of 2 landing pages (fixed scope, a few hours) so we can both see if it works. - If it goes well: ongoing part-time review, a few hours a week, long term. - Fully async, in English. We are based in Europe. IN YOUR PROPOSAL, PLEASE TELL US: - Where you did ad review / ad quality / compliance work, and what you personally reviewed every day. - One landing page pattern that consistently gets flagged, and what you would replace it with. Please skip generic media-buying pitches. This is a compliance and review role, not campaign management.

Experience with Canva, Wordpress, Discord, and social-media communications is important. Experience with nonprofit, advocacy, digital-rights or policy communications is a plus, but we are more interested in initiative, good judgment and strong communications skills than in a particular résumé. We’re looking for someone experienced with Taboola and Outbrain to help us build and scale an investment lead-generation operation.
We’re not looking for someone who simply knows how to create campaigns. We want someone who has actually run native advertising campaigns before, understands what works, and can help us build the right strategy from the beginning. WHAT WE NEED HELP WITH We want to start by properly setting up our Taboola and Outbrain accounts, making sure tracking and conversions are set up correctly, and then building our first campaigns. A big part of the job will be research. We want you to research competitors and successful advertisers to understand what is currently working. This includes looking at: • Ads and creatives • Headlines • Images • Advertorials • Landing pages • Offers • Marketing angles • Placements • Campaign structures • Targeting We then want to use that research to create our own original campaigns and creatives. After launching, you will help us test different variations, analyze the data, optimize the campaigns, and identify what is working best. Once we find campaigns that generate good-quality leads at a profitable cost, we want to scale them. In simple terms, we want someone who can help us with the complete process: RESEARCH → STRATEGY → ACCOUNT SETUP → TRACKING → CREATIVES → CAMPAIGN LAUNCH → TESTING → OPTIMIZATION → SCALING THE TYPE OF EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR Our main focus is investment lead generation, so experience in any of the following would be a big advantage: • Investment leads • Trading / Forex • Financial services • Crypto • Wealth / investing • High-ticket lead generation • Native advertising We especially want someone who understands the difference between simply generating cheap leads and generating GOOD-QUALITY leads that actually have value. EXPERIENCE We would love to hear about campaigns you have personally managed on Taboola or Outbrain. Please tell us: • What type of campaigns did you run? • What countries did you target? • What type of leads were you generating? • How much were you spending? • What was your average CPL? • How many leads were you generating? • Were you able to scale the campaigns? • What strategies, creatives, or angles worked best? You do not need to share any confidential client information. We simply want to understand your experience and see whether you have worked on something similar before. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, analytical, and thinks like a performance marketer. You don’t need to know everything about our business from day one. What matters most is that you understand Taboola, Outbrain, native advertising, lead generation, testing, optimization, and scaling. We want someone who can take initiative, research the market, identify opportunities, test different ideas, and use the data to make decisions. We’re looking to build a long-term relationship with the right person. If you have successfully run and scaled native advertising campaigns before, especially in investment, trading, finance, or other high-value lead-generation verticals, we’d love to hear from you. Please include examples of your previous work and, where possible, actual campaign results. Looking forward to hearing from you!
