We're looking for a Static Creative Strategist who lives and breathes AI image generation. Not a video editor. Not a classic graphic designer who's "starting to explore AI." Someone who already produces scroll-stopping, conversion-focused static ads with AI tools every single day.
What you'll do:

Turn creative concepts, competitor references and briefs into finished static ad creatives (9:16 / 1:1 / 4:5) using AI image tools
Write and iterate advanced prompts (product reference images, exact text overlays, editorial/UGC/comparison layouts, anti-AI-glossy looks)
Produce at VOLUME: our system runs on 20–30+ new statics per brand per drop, across multiple brands
Keep products pixel-accurate to reference photos (label, colors, proportions — no AI redesigns)
Follow our SOPs, prompt frameworks and naming conventions (we'll provide everything — the machine exists, we need the operator)
Spot what's working in the ad account and replicate winning formats fast

You must have:

Proven, hands-on expertise with AI image generation (Higgsfield, Nano Banana / Gemini, Midjourney, Flux, or comparable — tell us your stack)
Strong prompting skills: you know how to control composition, typography in-image, text accuracy, product fidelity and style consistency
An eye for direct-response ad design: hooks, headlines, safe zones, mobile readability, Meta ad best practices
The ability to deliver high volume consistently without quality dropping
Portfolio of AI-generated STATIC ad creatives you made for real brands (this is a hard requirement — image ads only, no video reels)

playbook already exist. We need a hands-on executor who turns them into
daily content, engagement and growth. This is a long-term remote role

HOW YOUR WORK IS EVALUATED
Three levels, in this order: (1) execution — deliverables on time,
accuracy, brand compliance; (2) content performance — retention,
saves/shares, CTR to site; (3) business contribution — demo requests
and leads influenced. You're accountable for 1 and 2; level 3 is
tracked as a team metric, since sales aren't fully in your control.

REQUIREMENTS


This role is for an individual freelancer. Agencies and
subcontracting arrangements will not be considered.
Demonstrated hands-on experience creating social media content for
US or English-speaking audiences (B2B/SMB-facing is a strong plus).
A strong portfolio matters more than formal years of experience.
Portfolio is mandatory: 3–5 short videos YOU personally edited and
3+ posts YOU personally wrote, with your role clearly described.

WORKFLOW, APPROVAL AND ACCOUNT SECURITY


First 30 days: ALL content is submitted for approval before
publication. After that, approved low-risk formats may be published
independently using established templates and guidelines.
You are responsible for verifying names, figures, links, captions
and product claims against our approved materials before submission.
Use only company-provided, properly licensed or platform-approved
music, footage, images and other assets.
Company accounts are accessed only via approved invitations
(business-role access), a password manager and two-factor
authentication. No password sharing, no company data in unapproved
tools.
All scripts, captions, videos, templates and research created during
paid hours belong to Kepply. All editable source files (CapCut/
Premiere projects, Canva files) must remain organized and accessible
to Kepply throughout the engagement and upon completion of the
contract.
Kepply provides required paid tools. Never purchase subscriptions,
stock assets or ad spend without prior written approval.


OUR CONTENT RULES (non-negotiable)


Benefit-first copy: hooks, headlines and video openers sell the
outcome ("never miss a call"), never the technology. The word "AI"
appears at most once per asset — in the line "Powered by AI,
supervised by humans". Exceptions where "AI" is used freely: search
ads and SEO pages targeting AI keywords, and honest answers whenever
a customer asks.
We never say AI "replaces staff" — we say "never miss a call" and
"grow without new hires".
No income or savings guarantees, no invented testimonials, stats or
case studies — every number comes from our approved fact sheet.
No fake engagement, bots, purchased followers, or spam.
Raw AI output is never published without human editing and review.


COMPENSATION
Starting rate: $5/hour, part-time (~20 hrs/week), weekly time tracking

We need someone setting up the tracking between our Google Ads, Appsflyer, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads and Apple Search Ads to create a holistic tracking sphere including GTM, GA and Mixpanel event tracking.

We run a portfolio of e-commerce health brands, primarily on Meta, scaling across US and EU. We're expanding our Taboola native ads efforts and need a specialist media buyer to run and scale our campaigns. Advertorials and creative are handled in-house — you focus purely on media buying.
