Amelia noted the lack of AI was due to the engine itself and not their doing. Upon investigating the chatbot engines status, there was no reports of the engine malfunctioning. Communication was a recurring issue as Amelia would only reply to messages sent on Upwork at certain times and would only connect for meetings at specific times in the day. After attempting to gain access to the engines code Amelia did not respond to any messages that followed. I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism when trying to communicate with Amelia and also with the fact that the timeline for the project was not only far from met, but not met at all.
