We're a fintech mobile app with a cashback rewards feature, and we need a detail-oriented QA engineer to test our "earn" and "redeem" cashback flows end to end on both iOS and Android before our next release.

The core of the app: users earn cashback on qualifying transactions and can later redeem their accumulated balance (e.g. to their wallet, against a purchase, or as a payout). We want these money-related flows verified thoroughly, since accuracy here directly affects user trust.

Scope of testing:
- Earning cashback: correct amount credited per transaction, cashback rules/percentages applied correctly, pending vs confirmed balance, timing of when cashback appears.
- Redeeming cashback: redemption flow works end to end, correct balance deducted, minimum-redemption thresholds enforced, confirmation and receipt shown.
- Balance integrity: earned + redeemed always reconciles; no double-credit or double-redeem; behavior on failed or interrupted transactions.
- Edge and negative cases: insufficient balance, redemption during a network drop, backgrounding the app mid-flow, retries, and boundary amounts.
- Cross-platform: verify on both Android and iOS, across a couple of device/OS versions.
- Basic UX/usability checks on the cashback screens (clarity of balance, states, and error messages).

Deliverables:
- A short test plan / list of test cases covering the flows above.
- A documented bug report for any issues found (steps to reproduce, expected vs actual, severity, screenshots or screen recordings).
- A brief summary of overall quality and any recommendations before release.

Requirements:
- Proven experience testing mobile apps (iOS and Android).
- Background testing fintech, payments, or banking apps is a strong plus.
- Solid bug reporting and test-case documentation (Jira or similar).
- Clear written English.

We'll provide access to the app (test build) and any test accounts or credentials needed. Please share a quick note on your relevant mobile/fintech QA experience when you apply.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented manual tester for a short, focused web session.

We need someone to walk through a private test plan, behave like a real customer, and document the journey.

What you’ll do:

-Follow a concise step-by-step plan we’ll share after hire
-Verify the happy path reaches a clear order / billing confirmation state
-Flag anything that blocks progress: broken pages, loops, timeouts, odd redirects, vague error copy, or layout glitches
-Record the full session on screen
-Take screenshots only where something looks off
-Deliver a brief written summary: environment used, pass/fail per step, and short notes

What success looks like: a clean recording + a readable report that lets us see what passed, what failed, and why.
