Fulfillment Logic: I use a custom manufacturing partner (not Printful/Printify). I need an automated workflow (via Make/Zapier or Webflow Logic) that automatically notifies my supplier with order details when a purchase is made.

4. Scope & key deliverables
Website (Figma, modular for Storyblok) 🖥️
- Design 15 unique website pages
- Deliver a component-based Figma system (components/variables) for a clean developer handoff
- Ensure the design scales across pages and modules in a Storyblok architecture
- Integrate and harmonize the design with real app screenshots (visual consistency with our UI)
Illustration system (scoped in tiers) 🎨
Because illustration needs can vary depending on page structure and modular reuse, we prefer to scope illustrations in tiers. We will align on the tier after the initial discovery and page structure phase.
- Base: styleframes + key visuals + 6-8 core illustrations
- Standard: Base + 12–18 illustrations for sections across the 15 pages
- Extended: Standard + 20-30 illustrations, including additional in-app spots.
LINA mascot 🤖
- Define and design “LINA” as a friendly AI assistant
- Deliver an expression system + usage guidelines
Marketing assets 🗂️
- 22 social media templates (primarily LinkedIn + Twitter) as Figma components/variants
- 3 banners (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
- Evidence of both web design and custom illustrations (1-2 examples)
- Examples of live, implemented websites (proving your designs translate to code) (1-2 examples)
I have the concepts for 2 logos and two business-card variants, a sticker and one letterhead and now need clean, press-ready artwork in a cohesive minimalist style. The brand already operates with a defined colour palette, PMS 2765 so you’ll be working with those exact hues rather than choosing your own; I’ll send the hex codes the moment we start.
Here’s what I expect back:
• Logo: vector master file plus web-optimised PNG and SVG for both Thought Studio and Shoppertech. I may also need a couple of icons for webpages for Shoppertech.
• Business cards (front and back) same logo on front , but the text on back will vary for the 2 different versions. Require print-ready PDFs with trim marks and a live, fully editable Adobe Illustrator package . SIze of finished cards to be 90 x 55
• Letterhead: A4 layout in both editable InDesign format and flattened PDF for immediate use

All files should be supplied in CMYK and RGB, with fonts either outlined or included alongside clear licence information. Keep embellishments to a minimum—clean lines, ample white space and simple typography are the goal.
