I’m looking for an experienced cold email specialist to run end-to-end editorial outreach for a data-driven website in the expat / international health insurance space.
This is not generic link building, guest posting, or paid placements.
We publish original research reports (tables, datasets, country-by-country requirements) and want to earn editorial citations from relevant sites (expat guides, immigration blogs, journalists, etc.).
You will own the outreach system. I will handle replies and relationship-building once responses come in.

We are a multi-location Little Caesars franchise group looking for a highly organized and confident Virtual Assistant to help us build a local catering and bulk-order business across five neighborhood locations.
This role combines lead research, cold calling, phone answering, email and Facebook outreach, follow-ups, and long-term relationship building with schools, park districts, community groups, and local organizations.
The goal is not one-time orders. The goal is to build strong, recurring community relationships that drive consistent catering and bulk sales.
Key Responsibilities
Local Lead Research and List Building
You will research and build neighborhood-based lead lists for each Little Caesars location, including schools, school lunch coordinators, PTAs, park districts, recreation departments, youth sports leagues, churches, community centers, after-school programs, Facebook neighborhood and parent groups, local offices, and event organizers.
You will organize this information in Google Sheets by location and category, including organization name, contact name, phone number, email, Facebook page or group, best time to call, notes, and relationship status.
Cold Calling and Phone Outreach
This role requires strong comfort on the phone.
You will make outbound cold calls to schools, park districts, and community organizations to introduce Little Caesars catering and group order options. You will identify decision-makers, qualify interest, answer inbound calls related to catering, log call outcomes, schedule follow-ups, and coordinate next steps with our local team.
Scripts and training will be provided, but confidence, clarity, and professionalism on the phone are required.
Outreach and Follow-Up
You will send and manage cold emails and Facebook messages, follow up consistently with warm leads, track responses, and maintain a simple pipeline of active relationships.
Community Relationship Building
You will help build long-term relationships with local organizations, not just transactions.
You will coordinate with our on-the-ground team to support flyer drops, pizza samples, school lunches, fundraisers, and community events. Our local team will handle physical delivery and in-person visits. Your role is to coordinate communication, follow-ups, and relationship tracking. Light Social Media and Community Promotion
You will help post or assist with posting in approved neighborhood Facebook groups and community pages to promote catering bundles, school lunches, and group deals. You will track which posts generate interest or inbound calls.
Work Schedule and Availability
This position requires 20 to 30 hours per week.
You must be available to work during Central Standard Time business hours.
You must be comfortable speaking on the phone during U.S. daytime hours and have reliable internet and clear call audio.

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with a time-consuming but straightforward task: finding email addresses of Instagram micro-influencers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Search for Instagram micro-influencers in a specific niche
- Focus on accounts with 500–10,000 followers
- Collect email addresses listed directly in Instagram bios
- Add the data to a shared spreadsheet (simple process will be provided)
This task does not require strategy or creative thinking—just consistency, attention to detail, and speed.
Daily Targets:
- 100–200 valid email addresses per day
- 5-6 hours a day 6 days a week
This is a full workload and ongoing for the next several weeks (with potential to extend)
Requirements:
- Ability to follow instructions and hit daily targets
- Reliable internet connection
- Available consistently during agreed working hours (5-6 hours a day 6 days a week)
- Attention to detail (emails must be taken from IG bios only)
Preferred:

Timezone Preference
When you work is 100% up to you, and we’re NOT here to micromanage you. The only requirement, is that you must be able to communicate during CET (Central European Time) business hours for daily check-ins and feedback.

Final Note (important!)
This role will start with lead sourcing and outreach support.
Over time, it can expand into other parts of the business, such as reporting, admin tasks, and hands-on help with client work.
You do not need super specific experience with all of this.
As long as you are willing to learn, open to being trained, and willing to take feedback and ask questions, you will be taught everything you need.
Right now, this is a part-time, hourly role.
As the business grows and we find the right fit, this can turn into a long-term, full-time position with more responsibility.
There will also be performance-based bonuses and opportunities to take on new types of tasks as we scale.
I’m looking for someone who takes this seriously, wants to grow with the role, and is here to help build, not just “do tasks.”
