1. SCOPE OF WORK.
1.1 Duties include presenting a professional sales appearance, delivering key talking points as provided by MGO, and collecting sales leads’ contact information.

2. FOOD ITEMS will mean edible items such as meals, snacks, and drinks of any kind except alcohol.
3. NON-FOOD ITEMS will mean non-edible items such as gas, hotel, car rental.
4. ONSITE LOCATION will mean the place of a jurisdiction meeting or conference.
5. SALES LEADS will mean potential clients for MGO and may include jurisdictions, cities, counties, beaches, schools, or other government entity that may be interested in MGO software.
6. SOFTWARE CONFERENCES will mean a conference (or “Event”) where MGO has purchased a vendor booth.
7. TRAVEL DAYS will mean “on the road” travel that will typically mean going to and returning from an Event.
Travel Destinations. Onsite trips are conducted potentially in any of the 50 US states.
Expenses. All expenses, including meals, will be reimbursed with the following procedures. You will be reimbursed for approved hotel costs, rental car costs, and approved plane ticket costs and meals following GSA rates as defined by the destination city per the GSA website (link removed).
SCPDC will pay conference registration fees directly and register Sales Representative for the conference.
Attendance at the event, as well as travel to and from the event, will be compensated at the contracted hourly rate.
For each trip, please coordinate with us for any hotel discounts that may be available as part of the conference registration.
Submission Policy

i. E.g. Flights, Hotel, car rental.

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented freelancer to assist with weekly contact outreach and appointment setting. This is a fixed-price role with consistent weekly work for someone who enjoys independent, focused projects and communicates clearly.

Each week, you'll be assigned specific business categories and a metro area. Using online sources, you'll research and build out a targeted contact list of professionals in that areas.
