It was clear on my description that the prospect list needs to be cleaned and verified as we do not want bounced emails, in addition we asked for personal emails and not generic non-personal emails.
When we received list of 200 prospects. 19 of then have email addresses that are info@companyname and also when we ran the whole list on ClearOut , 5 were invalid and more than half of them were CATCHALL emails. Meaning that those emails do not exist but will not bounce on the server.
None the less from the 200 we contracted only 62 leads were good. Had to end contract from there as it took also awhile for them to deliver it.

This is a small, clearly scoped integration project.
The goal is:

All form fields are mapped correctly
Photos are attached properly

We have a 10-year-old MySQL database with a very basic UI.

Initial project request:
• Team members pull pricing info from two specific email inboxes.
• Product photos arrive either as email attachments or as URLs in those emails.
• Someone must manually enter prices and upload photos to the database.
This is slow and error-prone. We need someone to use AI or something like N8N or make.com to go into those emails and put the pricing data direct into the database. I am also curious to know if you think its best to stay with our existing UI/database or move to a newer system.... Our system was created over 10 years ago.
If you are helpful at this, there will be many other projects that I will have for you.

• Detect and extract quoted prices and photo URLs/attachments automatically.
• Insert parsed data into the correct MySQL tables without human intervention.

• Refresh the current web UI with a modern look. (optional)
• Enable drag-and-drop image uploads (screenshots or files) instead of manual file selection. (optional)

• Automated pipeline to fetch & parse emails (pricing; images/URLs).
• Integration that writes structured data directly into MySQL.
