I could use the picking list document that's created in shopify, however half the items that i sell are kits, and shopify doesn’t create a picking list for items in the kit, it just lists the kit itself.

The K indicates that it's a kit

We use Make.com to feed data from a website form into our Zoho CRM

In Make we have a couple of scenarios setup to manage the flow and there are 2 webhook calls that happen.

The first passes the persons name and email, the second passes the users answers to 3 other questions.
