Scope of Work — PDB Soccer Solutions CRM & Marketing Automation System
PDB Soccer Solutions is building a lead-generation and sales system for its Player Pathway Assessment, Player Evaluations, ebooks, combines/events, and Portugal Residency Program. The marketing strategy, CRM structure, funnel logic, email copy, assessment structure, Residency application, and advertising plan have already been developed. We are looking for a specialist to technically implement, connect, test, and document the system rather than redesign the business strategy. The selected freelancer will be responsible for the following: Brevo CRM Implementation Review and finalize the existing Brevo setup. Confirm custom contact attributes and field types. Organize contact information into logical CRM groups. Configure Lists for PATHWAY Leads, Player Evaluations, Residency Applicants, Ebook Customers, Combine/Event Leads, Coach Leads, Club/Business Leads, and Enrolled Customers. Create dynamic Segments for Hot Leads, PATHWAY leads not yet evaluated, Evaluation Pipeline, Residency Prospects, Residency Applicants, Admissions Pipeline, Deposit Pending, Ebook-to-Evaluation prospects, and other agreed segments. Configure the PDB sales Deal pipeline: Evaluation Requested → Evaluation Under Review → Residency Application → Qualified → Admissions Meeting → Offered Admission → Deposit Pending → Enrolled/Closed Won → Not Now/Closed Lost. Ensure contacts can be tracked from original lead source through final enrollment. PATHWAY ManyChat Automation Connect Facebook/Instagram to ManyChat. Create Instagram/Facebook keyword automation for PATHWAY. Configure public comment response and private DM. Create Player vs. Parent branching where appropriate. Collect basic player information. Capture email/contact information. Direct leads into the Player Pathway Assessment. Pass appropriate data into Brevo. Apply correct CRM fields, source information, and tags/lists. Player Pathway Assessment Integration Connect the existing Player Pathway Assessment to Brevo. Map all relevant form fields to the correct Brevo attributes. Add successful submissions to the correct List/Segment. Record assessment completion and date. Preserve lead source and UTM information. Trigger the appropriate email automation. Portugal Residency Application Integration Connect the existing Residency Application to Brevo. Map football, player, readiness, residency, and admissions data. Update RESIDENCY_APPLIED, application date, Residency Status, and Lifecycle Stage. Add qualified records to the Residency Applicants workflow. Create or update a Deal at the correct stage when appropriate. Prevent duplicate contact records. Brevo Email Automation Build the email sequences already written by PDB for: PATHWAY Leads, Player Evaluation prospects, Residency Applicants, and Ebook Customers. Configure triggers, delays, branching conditions, and exit conditions. Stop inappropriate sequences when a lead advances. Example: once a PATHWAY lead submits a Residency Application, generic PATHWAY sales emails should stop and the Residency sequence should begin. Test all personalization fields and links. Lead Lifecycle Automation Automate movement where technically appropriate between: New Lead → Engaged → Qualified → Evaluation → Residency Applicant → Interview → Offered → Deposit Pending → Enrolled. Maintain original lead-source information throughout the customer journey. Ensure Lists, Segments, attributes, and Deals work together without unnecessary duplication. Avoid requiring manual updates when they can reasonably be automated. Meta Pixel / Meta Conversion Tracking Install or verify Meta Pixel. Prefer Google Tag Manager as the tag-management layer if appropriate. Configure relevant events for: PATHWAY Assessment, Player Evaluation request, Residency Application, Admissions Meeting, Deposit, Enrollment, and ebook purchase where applicable. Confirm events are firing correctly. Configure browser/server-side tracking or Conversions API where appropriate and practical. Google Measurement Install or verify Google Analytics 4. Configure Google Tag Manager. Configure appropriate GA4 events/key events. Connect relevant conversions to Google Ads. Configure Google Ads conversion tracking for Residency Applications and other high-value actions. Implement enhanced conversions for leads where appropriate. UTM & Campaign Attribution Implement consistent attribution fields: UTM_SOURCE, UTM_MEDIUM, UTM_CAMPAIGN, UTM_CONTENT, UTM_TERM. Ensure UTM values pass from landing pages/forms into Brevo. Preserve original acquisition source. Enable PDB to eventually identify which campaign and creative produced an Evaluation, Residency Application, Deposit, or Enrollment. End-to-End Testing Create test leads representing different customer paths. Test: Instagram/Facebook → ManyChat → Assessment → Brevo → Email → Evaluation → Residency Application → Deal → Admissions → Deposit → Enrollment. Verify Lists, Segments, contact attributes, Deal stages, email triggers, tracking events, and attribution. Fix errors before handoff. Documentation & Handoff Provide short Loom/video walkthroughs explaining: Brevo CRM, ManyChat, automations, Deal pipeline, form integrations, tracking, and basic troubleshooting. Provide a simple written system map. Clearly identify which processes are automated and which still require manual action. Leave the system organized so PDB can operate it without needing the freelancer for routine use. Required Experience We are specifically looking for someone with demonstrated experience in Brevo, ManyChat, CRM/marketing automation, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads conversion tracking, UTM attribution, Zapier and/or Make.com, form integrations, and lead-generation funnels. Experience building a CRM for a high-ticket service, education, sports, residency, consulting, or admissions-based business is a strong advantage. Deliverable The final deliverable is a fully tested PDB lead-generation and sales automation system capable of tracking a prospect from first interaction through assessment, evaluation, Residency application, admissions process, deposit, and enrollment. Important We are not looking for someone to redesign our marketing strategy or write our copy from scratch. Those components have already been developed. We need someone who can take an established system and implement it correctly, simplify it where necessary, connect the technology, test everything, and hand it back in an operational state.

We are seeking a technical specialist for a quick micro-task to troubleshoot and optimize a targeted AI automation workflow. This specific task requires auditing a sequence that powers an AI agent, directing the data flow efficiently through n8n and Make.com. You will briefly review our integration with GoHighLevel to ensure CRM triggers, webhooks, and API endpoints are firing correctly. This workflow leverages Claude for intelligent text processing, requiring an understanding of how AI agent logic operates within automated sequences. Because this is a quick $10 troubleshooting project, we need someone who can immediately spot routing or data mapping issues across an n8n automation, Make.com setup, or GoHighLevel CRM architecture. Please submit a brief proposal detailing your hands-on experience troubleshooting or building workflows specifically using AI, n8n, Make.com, GoHighLevel, and Claude.

Meta & Google Ads Implementation Specialist
We’re looking for a technically strong paid media specialist who can take a new client from zero to fully ready to launch across Meta Ads and Google Ads — including account setup, tracking, GoHighLevel, Make integrations and lead-flow testing. This is not simply a customer onboarding or account management position. You need to be comfortable jumping onto a call with a client, screen sharing, navigating their accounts and making sure everything required to launch their marketing is correctly configured from A–Z. What you'll be responsible for For each new client, you'll run a technical onboarding call and work through our existing onboarding process. This may include: * Setting up and configuring Meta Business Manager * Connecting Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts * Setting up and accessing Meta ad accounts * Configuring pixels, datasets and conversion tracking * Setting up Google Ads accounts and access * Configuring Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics where required * Connecting accounts and tracking into GoHighLevel * Setting up GoHighLevel pipelines, calendars, forms and integrations * Configuring Make.com automations * Connecting GoHighLevel / lead sources into Google Sheets * Connecting HubSpotter and other lead management tools * Testing lead flows from ad → funnel → CRM → integrations * Troubleshooting permissions, integrations and technical issues * Making sure tracking is firing correctly * Confirming the entire system is ready before campaigns are launched You'll essentially be responsible for making sure the technical infrastructure behind each client account works correctly before we start sending traffic. What we're looking for You should already be highly proficient with: * Meta Business Manager * Meta Ads Manager * Facebook / Instagram asset permissions * Meta Pixel / conversion tracking * Google Ads * Google Tag Manager * Google Analytics * GoHighLevel * Make.com * Google Sheets integrations * CRM integrations and automations Experience working with APIs, webhooks, Zapier and other marketing automation tools is also highly valuable. You also need to be good with clients Technical ability is only half of the role. You'll regularly be on onboarding calls with business owners and their teams, so you need to be: * Confident speaking with clients * Patient when walking people through technical steps * Able to explain technical concepts simply * Professional on Zoom * Good at troubleshooting problems live * Comfortable taking ownership of the setup rather than waiting to be told every step We're not looking for someone to reinvent our processes. We're looking for someone technically capable who can follow them, identify issues and make sure everything is configured correctly. There is potential for ongoing work as our client volume increases. What success looks like When an onboarding is completed, our team should be able to launch campaigns knowing: The accounts are connected. The tracking works. The CRM works. The automations work. The lead flow has been tested. Nothing has been missed.** Send over a loom to apply, as to why you would be a good fit. We are looking to hire in the next 24 - 72 hours as we need to onboard 7 new clients.

n8n + OpenAI Automation Specialist — ATS & FieldRoutes Integration
Applied
|
not specified | 9 hours ago |

||
|
We currently use ATS/Affiliated Technology for our phones, call recordings and texting, and FieldRoutes for our customer management, scheduling and service operations.
I want to start with a small paid proof of concept, but I'm looking for someone who can potentially build the larger system with us if the first phase goes well. **Phase 1 — First Project** ATS call/recording → n8n → OpenAI transcription/analysis → simple support review queue. After a call, I'd like AI to automatically identify: * New lead vs. existing customer * Customer name, phone, address and email when available * Reason for call * Pest/service requested * Price discussed * Sold/not sold * Appointment date/time discussed * Customer request/problem * Recommended next action * Short summary for support For Phase 1, AI should NOT make changes in FieldRoutes. I want our support team reviewing the results first. **Where I'd eventually like to take it if Phase 1 works well:** **Phase 2 — FieldRoutes Lookup** Connect to FieldRoutes so AI can identify the customer and pull relevant account, service, appointment, balance and service-history information. **Phase 3 — Support Approval + Execution** AI prepares the recommended action and our support team can Approve / Edit / Escalate. Once approved, n8n performs the appropriate FieldRoutes action and sends the customer a confirmation through ATS. Examples would include scheduling/rescheduling, reservices, account updates, new customer setup and other common support requests. **Phase 4 — Lead & Communication Automation** * Google LSA lead alerts * Missed-call recovery texts * Unsold-lead follow-up * Appointment confirmations * Customer follow-ups * Cancellation/retention alerts * Collections/payment follow-up * Review requests **Phase 5 — Management & Training** * Automatic sales/support call scoring * Close-rate tracking * Missed sales opportunities * Employee coaching insights * Daily/weekly management reports * Flag complaints or high-risk calls for management The overall idea is: **ATS calls/texts → AI understands request → FieldRoutes lookup → AI recommends action → support reviews/approves → automation executes → ATS communicates result to customer.** I want to keep this lean and use our existing systems rather than buying another expensive AI platform. For now, I'm only looking to hire for Phase 1. I'm thinking roughly **$300–$500 for the initial proof of concept**, if that's realistic. I'd like your recommendation on the overall architecture before we start so Phase 1 is built in a way that can expand into the later phases without needing to be rebuilt. Could you let me know: 1. How you'd approach Phase 1 2. What API/access you would need from ATS 3. Whether you see any issues with the larger plan 4. What you would simplify or change 5. Estimated time to complete Phase 1 6. Fixed-price estimate for Phase 1 7. Rough estimate of what the complete system might cost if we eventually build all phases I'd also want everything built in accounts we control, with the workflows documented and a basic walkthrough so we're not dependent on one developer long-term. If Phase 1 goes well, I'd prefer to continue building the remaining pieces with the same person. Thanks, Greg Smart Value Pest Control

Cozad Customs is seeking an experienced automation/integration developer to implement a scalable B2B custom apparel sales-to-fulfillment workflow using proven SaaS, APIs, integrations, and AI tools.
This is not a custom software build or discovery project. The workflow is already defined. We need someone who can efficiently implement, integrate, test, troubleshoot, document, and hand off the working system. The workflow covers B2B lead and quote intake, customer and artwork records, quote/approval, order creation, routing to the appropriate production path (bulk vendor, POD, or custom/manual), tracking, customer updates, repeat ordering, and exception handling. It must be designed for large B2B orders, recurring business accounts, and increasing volume, not simply a small POD storefront. Use proven existing software wherever practical. Custom development should only be used where an existing tool cannot efficiently accomplish the requirement. We are willing to purchase necessary software subscriptions from the beginning. Target turnaround: 48–72 hours Fixed budget: $150–$200 The attached PDF contains the complete workflow, requirements, routing logic, subscription expectations, and acceptance criteria. Please review the attachment before submitting your proposal and briefly explain the stack/tools you would use to implement it. Client's questions:

ABOUT US
We are a small business. There are six of us. We have grown a fair bit in the last two years and the work has grown with it, so we have been hiring people to keep up. Lately it has become clear that a lot of what we hired for is not really work a person should be doing. It is copying, sorting, retyping and chasing. We would rather fix that than hire again. THE PROBLEM Right now a big part of our week goes on things ai should be doing for us. Enquiries come in through a few different places. Our website form, email, and sometimes a phone call that somebody writes down. They all end up in different spots and somebody has to go around and collect them. Once we have them, someone reads each one and works out what the person actually wants, then puts them in the right place and tells the right person about it. Then the same details get typed again into another tool. And often a third time into a spreadsheet. Replies are the other big one. Most of what we send is close to something we have already sent before, but we still write it from scratch every time. And at the end of the week someone puts numbers into a sheet so we can look at them on Monday and talk about how the week went. None of it is hard. All of it takes hours. WHAT WE WANT We want to hand as much of that as we can to AI and automation. The things we have in mind: An AI agent that reads every enquiry that comes in, works out what the person actually wants, and files it in the right place with a short summary Drafted replies written for us, so the team checks and sends rather than starting from a blank page Our tools passing data to each other on their own so nothing gets typed twice A weekly summary that builds itself and lands in our inbox We are open on tools. n8n, Make, Zapier, whatever you think fits best. Same on the AI side. Use what you already know works rather than what is new. HOW WE WANT TO WORK We would like to start with one workflow. Pick the one that saves the most time for the least effort and build that first. We want to see it running and being used before we go further. If that goes well we keep going through the list. We expect this to run for a couple of months at least, and longer if it keeps paying off. We are not looking for someone to disappear for three weeks and come back with something finished. We would rather see small pieces working and give you feedback as you go. WHAT MATTERS TO US You have built things that are still running today, not just demos You test your own work before we see it You tell us when something will not work, early You explain things in plain words IN YOUR REPLY 1. One automation you built that is still running today. What does it do and what did it save the people using it 2. Which tool you would reach for first here, and why that one 3. How many hours a week you have available Rate is 15 to 70 an hour depending on experience. We are happy to start this week. One last thing. We get a lot of copy and paste replies, so please start your message with the word PURPLE. That is how we know you read the whole post. Anything without it we skip.

We're a US marketing agency serving home services businesses (cleaning, HVAC, remodeling, plumbing). GoHighLevel is our core operational platform — we build and run lead capture, qualification, nurture and AI-bot systems in it for our clients.
We're looking for ONE strong automation specialist to own the build side long-term. Not an agency, not a reseller — the person who will actually be in the builder. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and debug GHL workflows: triggers, conditions, wait steps, custom webhooks, internal notifications - Connect GHL to outside tools via Make.com / Zapier / n8n and direct API v2 calls - Build funnels, forms, surveys, calendars (round-robin, team availability), pipelines - Create and clean up snapshots for new client sub-accounts - Configure Conversation AI / AI bots across website, Instagram, Facebook and Google - Set up A2P 10DLC, LC Phone and email authentication (SPF, DKIM, sending domains) and fix deliverability issues - Document what you build so our managers can support it WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU - 2+ years hands-on in GoHighLevel, agency-side (not just one account you inherited) - Real command of Make.com or n8n — HTTP modules, iterators, error handlers, not just templates - Comfortable reading API docs and working with webhooks, JSON, custom fields and custom values - Able to debug independently: you find why a workflow didn't fire instead of asking us - Written English good enough to explain a problem clearly in chat or on a Loom - 3-4 hours/day overlap with US Eastern time NICE TO HAVE - Twilio, Stripe, Google Ads / Google Business Profile, Yelp or Thumbtack integrations - Basic JavaScript or Python for custom webhook endpoints - Experience with home services clients specifically THE DEAL - Start: 10-20 hours/week, growing to more if it works out - Rate: $10-20/hour depending on how fast you actually ship — we pay for speed and for work that doesn't come back broken - Long-term: we're hiring a teammate, not filling a ticket HOW TO APPLY Skip the generic cover letter — we don't read those. Instead send: 1) A 2-4 minute Loom where you open a GoHighLevel account and walk us through the most complex workflow or automation you personally built. Explain what it does and one thing that broke while you were building it. 2) Short answers to these four questions: Q1. In a GHL workflow you need to send contact data to an external API and write the API's response back into a custom field on that contact. Describe exactly how you'd do it and name the workflow action(s) you'd use. Q2. Name three things that do NOT transfer when you load a snapshot into a fresh sub-account. Q3. A client says SMS stopped delivering to some contacts but not others. Walk us through your first five diagnostic steps. Q4. What are the rate limits on the GHL API v2, and how would you design a Make.com scenario that syncs 5,000 contacts without hitting them? 3) Your hourly rate and how many hours per week you can commit for the next 6 months. Applications without a Loom will not be reviewed. Shortlisted candidates get a paid test task ($50, about 2 hours of work) in a sandbox sub-account before we make an offer. Client's questions:

Build a Fully Automated High-Intent UK SMB Prospecting & Salesforce Sales Engine
Project overview I am a UK SMB Account Executive selling Revolut Business. My role is currently extremely outbound and 360: I have to find companies, research them, identify decision-makers, find contact details, check whether I am allowed to prospect the account, create the account/contact in Salesforce, send emails, manage cadences, follow up, call, qualify and close. I want to eliminate as much of the non-revenue-generating work as possible. My strengths are calling prospects, communicating with decision-makers and closing. I want a system that handles almost everything else. The desired end state is: The system prospects. The system researches. The system enriches. The system qualifies. The system checks Salesforce. The system claims accounts. The system creates contacts. The system sends personalised emails. The system runs follow-up cadences. I call, reply and close. My objective is to make my current outbound role feel as close as possible to an inbound sales role. Core business objective The system should continuously identify net-new UK SMB businesses that are highly likely to need Revolut Business and are relatively quick/easy to close. I do NOT want a system designed to generate thousands of generic leads. Quality is significantly more important than quantity. My manager expects approximately five closed deals per week, so the system must optimise for: Speed-to-close Strong Revolut Business ICP fit Evidence of likely buying need Reachability of the relevant decision-maker Low wasted prospecting time High likelihood that the account is available for me to prospect Strong email response potential Strong calling opportunities Reasonable GP potential Fully automated execution wherever possible The primary success metric is not “number of leads generated”. The primary success metric is: Does this system help me close more deals, faster? Ideal daily experience Every working morning, I want to receive an email containing 20 high-quality, sales-ready UK businesses. The email should contain two sections. Section A — 10 newly incorporated companies These should be newly incorporated UK companies that: fit Revolut Business ICP criteria; appear commercially legitimate and likely to become active businesses; have an identifiable decision-maker; have usable contact information; are eligible to be prospected; are not already owned by another Account Executive in Salesforce; have a credible reason why Revolut Business may be useful; can potentially be closed quickly. These are primarily optimised for speed-to-close. Because newly incorporated businesses are often claimed quickly by other salespeople, I also want a real-time or near-real-time alert system. If an especially strong newly incorporated company becomes available during the day, I want to be alerted immediately rather than waiting for the next morning. Preferred alert channel: SMS or WhatsApp if practical and approved Section B — 10 established companies These should be established UK SMB businesses with annual turnover/revenue of up to approximately £30 million. The system should prioritise companies showing strong Revolut Business fit and likely buying need, including signals such as: heavy importing; heavy exporting; significant FX exposure; international suppliers; international customers; multiple currencies; international payments; expanding into new countries; entering new markets; international hiring; ecommerce; marketplace selling; overseas contractors; business travel; cross-border operations; multiple subsidiaries; international logistics; strong growth; other evidence that Revolut Business could solve a genuine business problem. Speed-to-close is more important than maximising theoretical GP. A company with moderate GP potential that can realistically close quickly should rank above a very high-GP account that appears likely to take months. Target industries The engine should search broadly across UK SMBs, but particularly prioritise businesses such as: Ecommerce Import/export companies Wholesalers Manufacturers Logistics businesses Travel businesses Recruitment agencies SaaS companies Marketplaces International service businesses Companies with significant overseas suppliers/customers Other strong Revolut Business ICPs discovered through data This should not be a rigid industry-only filter. The system should ultimately rank businesses based on likelihood of needing Revolut Business and likelihood of closing quickly. Hard exclusions The following should normally be filtered out before they reach me: Dormant companies Dissolved/non-trading businesses Companies with no credible Revolut Business use case Weak ICP-fit businesses Companies where no relevant decision-maker can be contacted Businesses already owned by another Account Executive Businesses outside my permitted UK SMB segment Companies likely to be ineligible for Revolut Business Restricted/high-risk sectors based on approved internal eligibility rules Mining companies Banks Financial institutions Duplicate accounts Suppressed/do-not-contact prospects Other businesses that cannot realistically be onboarded Eligibility rules should be configurable rather than hard-coded permanently. Data sources I want the freelancer to use a mixture of free/public sources and carefully chosen paid sources. Potential sources include: Public/free Companies House Companies House newly incorporated company data/API Companies House director/officer information UK Trade Info Company websites Google/search data Public news Public hiring/job information Public international expansion announcements Other legitimate UK company datasets Public ecommerce/technology signals where useful Existing tools I already have access to: Salesforce Lightning LinkedIn Sales Navigator Revolut Gmail integrated with Salesforce The system can use Sales Navigator data where this is technically and contractually permitted. Paid enrichment I am willing to use a paid provider if necessary for: decision-maker identification; direct business email; email verification; direct mobile numbers; company information; buying/intent signals. Possible tools may include Apollo, Lusha, Hunter or other suitable providers. The freelancer should recommend the best option. Total ongoing external software cost should ideally remain under £100/month. Do not recommend an unnecessarily expensive stack. Salesforce integration This is a core part of the project. I have already received approval to automate Salesforce functionality including: checking whether a business is already owned; determining whether I can prospect it; claiming available businesses; creating business/account records; creating contacts; adding contact information; enrolling leads/contacts into approved cadences. The freelancer should therefore design this using official Salesforce functionality/APIs/integration methods, not browser hacking. The system should use Salesforce Lightning / official Salesforce APIs, Flow or other approved functionality as appropriate. Critical Salesforce ownership check A lead is useless to me if another Account Executive already owns the company. Therefore the system must: Discover a prospect. Research/enrich the prospect. Search Salesforce for the business. Determine whether it is already owned. Discard the prospect if another AE owns it. If available, claim the account in my name. Continue searching until the required number of available leads is achieved. For example: If the system finds 20 strong established companies but 8 are already owned, it should not send me 12 leads. It should continue searching until it has found 10 high-quality established companies that are actually available to me. The same rule applies to newly incorporated companies. Automatic claiming system should:automatically claim an available account for me as soon as it passes all filters. This is particularly important for newly incorporated companies because speed matters and other Account Executives may be targeting the same businesses. If automatic claiming is not technically possible for a particular workflow, the system should alert me immediately so I can claim the business manually. Decision-maker identification The primary decision-maker pool should begin with Companies House directors/officers. Preferred personas include: Founder Owner CEO Managing Director CFO Finance Director Head of Finance Other relevant registered director Where a director cannot be reached, the system should attempt to find another appropriate senior decision-maker such as: Finance Manager COO Head of Operations Procurement Director Head of Procurement Ecommerce Director Other senior commercial/financial decision-maker relevant to the use case The system should not throw away an excellent company simply because a Companies House director cannot be directly contacted. Contact enrichment For each company, I ideally want: Company name Companies House number Industry Decision-maker full name Job title Direct business email Direct mobile number where available Office number as fallback Evidence/source for contact data Contact-data confidence Email-verification status Direct mobile and direct email are preferred. However, an otherwise excellent lead should not necessarily be discarded just because only an office number is available. Information I want for every prospect Every lead should arrive sales-ready. For each prospect I want: Basic details Company name Companies House number Decision-maker Name Job title Direct mobile preferably Office phone fallback Sales intelligence Why this company fits Revolut Business Why this company may have buying intent Likely pain point Likely Revolut Business use case Estimated FX exposure where reasonably inferable Import/export activity International activity International expansion signals Other relevant buying signals Closeability A one-line explanation: “Why this company should be relatively quick/easy to close.” Example: Expanding into Germany, recurring imports, strong FX exposure, owner-led company and direct MD mobile found. This explanation should be evidence-based. Lead scoring Every account should receive a configurable score. The score should optimise primarily for: 1. Speed-to-close Highest weighting. Signals may include: obvious immediate need; strong Revolut use case; owner-led business; reachable senior decision-maker; direct mobile/email available; simple company structure; credible urgency/trigger; recently incorporated; international expansion; straightforward onboarding profile. 2. Revolut Business ICP fit Including: international activity; FX; import/export; multiple currencies; ecommerce; business travel; cards/spend; international supplier/customer payments; other monetisable Revolut Business use cases. 3. Buying-intent evidence Including: international expansion; hiring; growth; new markets; strong cross-border requirements; relevant public intent data; other legitimate intent indicators. Signal recency should help the score but should not dominate it. An older signal is acceptable if the company remains highly relevant and appears likely to buy. 4. Contactability Including: relevant senior person found; direct email; direct mobile; verified email; confidence in identity. 5. Expected GP This should influence ranking but should NOT override speed-to-close. Important scoring principle The ranking should answer: “Who should I call first if my goal is to close as many appropriate Revolut Business deals as possible this week?” It should NOT simply answer: “Which company looks biggest or most impressive?” AI research AI can be used to research and summarise businesses. For each lead, AI should create a concise sales briefing containing: Company summary What the company does. Why Revolut Business is relevant Evidence-based reasons only. Likely pain point For example: FX costs supplier payments multiple currencies international collections business cards travel spend ecommerce settlement international expansion Why now Relevant trigger or buying-intent signal. Suggested call opener Short, natural and specific. Suggested email High-quality outbound email personalised using the company information. Unknowns Anything the AI could not verify. The system must not hallucinate. If information is unknown, it should say unknown rather than inventing an answer. Email automation Outbound emails must be sent through: Salesforce using my Revolut Gmail account. Do not build a completely separate cold-email platform. The system should: Claim the prospect. Create the relevant Salesforce contact. Select the correct cadence. Generate/personalise the first email. Send the first email automatically. Run follow-up emails automatically. Stop the cadence immediately when the prospect replies. Allow me to take over manually after the reply. The cadence should continue until the prospect replies. Email opens/clicks alone should not stop the cadence. Cadence strategy I want a short, aggressive but professional cadence designed to get a response within approximately one week. Likely structure: 3–4 emails Call steps during the week 5–7 business days Immediate stop on reply The freelancer should help design the actual cadence strategy. I want different cadences for different prospect categories rather than one generic sequence. Examples: Newly incorporated company cadence Messaging focused on: setting up business finances correctly; getting business banking/payment infrastructure in place; business cards; domestic/international payments; avoiding unnecessary banking friction early. Import/export cadence Messaging focused on: FX; international supplier/customer payments; multiple currencies; reducing international payment friction. International-expansion cadence Messaging focused on: new markets; foreign currencies; cross-border operations; employee/card requirements; international payments. Ecommerce/marketplace cadence Messaging focused on: merchant/payment flows; international collections; FX; supplier payments; cards/spend. Additional cadences should be created where data supports them. Email quality requirement I do not want generic templated emails. The goal of the messaging is: get replies → start conversations → book meetings if necessary → close deals. A hybrid approach is preferred: a small number of excellent proven frameworks; automatically personalised using the company’s situation; relevant intent/fit signals; role/persona; likely pain point. The system should avoid unnecessary long emails or obviously AI-written copy. Morning email Every morning I should receive one email containing two clearly separated tables. Table 1 — Newly incorporated 10 companies. Suggested columns: Rank Company Incorporation date Director / decision-maker Title Mobile Revolut-fit reason Closeability reason Suggested opener Salesforce status Cadence status Table 2 — Established high-intent businesses 10 companies. Suggested columns: Rank Company Revenue/size Decision-maker Title Mobile Key buying signal FX/import/export evidence Likely pain Closeability reason Suggested opener Salesforce status Cadence status The email should be concise enough that I can open it and start calling immediately. Real-time newly incorporated alerts Newly incorporated businesses are competitive internally. Therefore I want a faster process: New company detected → qualifying filters → director enrichment → Salesforce ownership check → automatic claim if available → contact creation → first email → alert me to call. The goal is to reach strong new incorporations before another Account Executive claims them. Feedback / learning loop The system should improve over time. At minimum, I reliably track: Closed Won Closed Lost The workflow should store enough information about every prospect to analyse which profiles convert. For example: lead source; new vs established; industry; company size; age; import/export signal; FX signal; international activity; decision-maker role; direct mobile available; direct email available; initial lead score; cadence used; primary use case; Closed Won / Closed Lost. Over time the scoring should prioritise more companies resembling the leads I actually close. This does not need to begin as an advanced machine-learning model. A transparent rules-based optimisation process is sufficient initially. Automation requirement Once the system is live, I want minimal manual involvement before the sales conversation. For qualifying prospects, the ideal workflow is: Discover company ↓ Research company ↓ Resolve company identity ↓ Check eligibility ↓ Identify decision-maker ↓ Enrich email/mobile ↓ Score fit + buying need + closeability ↓ Check Salesforce ownership ↓ Discard if already owned ↓ Automatically claim if available ↓ Create Salesforce contact ↓ Select appropriate cadence ↓ Generate personalised email ↓ Send first email automatically ↓ Continue cadence automatically ↓ Morning list / real-time alert tells me who to call ↓ Prospect replies ↓ Cadence stops immediately ↓ I take over, call/reply and close What I do NOT need automated I am happy to: dial phone numbers myself; conduct sales conversations; qualify prospects; respond to prospects; negotiate; close; handle unusual/complex prospects manually. Do not waste development budget building a power dialler unless it becomes clearly necessary later. Security / compliance requirements The project must use authorised/approved access. Salesforce integration has been approved. Use official APIs/integration mechanisms wherever possible. Technical requirements The system should include appropriate handling for: API authentication Pagination Rate limiting Retries Error handling Idempotency Duplicate prevention Salesforce matching Failed-record handling Logging Data freshness Source provenance Confidence scoring Email verification Workflow monitoring Configurable filters Configurable score weights Configurable excluded industries Configurable cadence assignment Re-running the system must not repeatedly create the same account/contact or repeatedly enrol the same person into a cadence. Preferred technology philosophy I am not attached to any particular technology. Possible tools include: Salesforce APIs Salesforce Flow Companies House APIs UK Trade Info Python n8n Make Clay Apollo Hunter Lusha Airtable Google Sheets PostgreSQL/Supabase serverless functions LLM APIs However: do not build a complicated stack just because you can. The system should be: reliable; fast; cheap to operate; understandable; maintainable; easy to hand over. Ongoing external software cost should ideally remain under £100/month. Budget I want the freelancer to optimise scope around the highest-impact functionality. If everything cannot be completed within this budget, prioritise: external lead discovery; decision-maker enrichment; Salesforce availability check; automatic claiming; Salesforce contact creation; lead scoring; morning email; automatic cadence enrolment; personalised email generation; learning/optimisation layer. Timeline I want a usable system live as soon as reasonably possible. My sales targets are urgent. I would strongly prefer the freelancer to build this incrementally rather than disappearing for several weeks. Suggested approach: Phase 1 — Working MVP Get the first functioning prospect engine operating quickly. It should already: discover companies; enrich them; check Salesforce; provide usable leads. Phase 2 — Salesforce automation Add: claiming; contact creation; cadence enrolment; automatic emails. Phase 3 — Optimisation Improve: scoring; copy; data sources; conversion feedback; error handling; speed. I would rather have useful automation operating early and improve it than wait for a perfect final system. Suggested milestones Milestone 1 — Architecture + proof of concept Deliver: architecture diagram; data-source plan; Salesforce integration approach; sample output; proof that Companies House/company discovery works; proof that Salesforce availability can be checked. Milestone 2 — Lead engine Deliver: new-company discovery; established-company discovery; enrichment; decision-maker identification; contact data; scoring; hard exclusions. Milestone 3 — Salesforce automation Deliver: ownership check; automatic account claiming; contact creation; deduplication; cadence enrolment. Milestone 4 — Messaging Deliver: personalised email generation; multiple cadence strategies; automatic first-email send; follow-up sequence; stop-on-reply logic. Milestone 5 — Delivery + optimisation Deliver: morning email; real-time new-company alerts; Closed Won/Closed Lost feedback loop; monitoring; documentation; handover. Ownership and handover This is non-negotiable. At the end of the project I must receive: all source code; all automation workflows; all prompts; all scoring logic; all configuration; all schemas; all API documentation; setup instructions; operating instructions; troubleshooting instructions; architecture diagram; credentials/configuration handover process; list of ongoing subscriptions; list of external dependencies. Where practical, the system should be built inside accounts/workspaces that I or the company control. I do not want to remain permanently dependent on the freelancer. A recorded handover session/walkthrough should be included. Please include a short post-launch bug-fix period. Definition of success I will consider this project successful if my working day changes from: search for company → research → find director → find email → find number → check Salesforce → claim → create contact → write email → send email → follow up → call to: open morning email → see ranked sales-ready companies → call decision-maker → reply → close. The system should make the role significantly less 360/outbound. The ideal outcome is that I wake up every day with: 10 strong newly incorporated businesses; 10 strong established businesses; all available for me to prospect; relevant decision-maker identified; email/mobile enriched; Salesforce account already claimed where possible; contact already created; personalised first email already sent; follow-up cadence already running; clear explanation of why each company is worth calling; clear suggested opener. Ideal freelancer profile I am looking for a strong: RevOps / GTM Automation Engineer or Salesforce + GTM Systems Engineer Experience should ideally include: Salesforce APIs Salesforce Lightning Salesforce Flow CRM automation B2B enrichment company identity matching Companies House REST APIs lead scoring sales automation outbound cadences email personalisation n8n / Make / similar Python/API development LLM structured outputs error handling idempotency sales operations A generic AI chatbot developer is not what I am looking for. Application questions Please answer all of the following. 1. Describe the closest system you have previously built to this. What did it automate? 2. How would you automatically identify newly incorporated UK businesses as quickly as possible? 3. How would you find established UK companies showing strong cross-border, FX, import/export or international activity? 4. What data sources would you use while keeping ongoing software cost under £100/month? 5. How would you identify and enrich the relevant decision-maker? 6. How would you prevent the system from creating duplicate Salesforce accounts/contacts? 7. How would you check Salesforce ownership before claiming an account? 8. How would you make the claiming process idempotent and safe if two processes run simultaneously? 9. How would you automatically enrol a prospect into the appropriate Salesforce cadence? 10. How would you personalise emails without allowing an LLM to hallucinate company information? 11. How would you stop a cadence immediately when a prospect replies? 12. How would you design the scoring model to prioritise speed-to-close, rather than simply company size? 13. How would you handle API errors, rate limits and partial workflow failures? 14. What would you build first if I told you I needed useful results as quickly as possible? 15. What parts of this project do you believe are unrealistic or should NOT be automated? I particularly value candidates who challenge bad assumptions rather than simply saying yes to everything. Red flags I will not hire someone who: recommends browser bots as the main Salesforce solution; asks for my password; cannot explain API authentication; cannot explain idempotency; cannot explain duplicate prevention; cannot explain Salesforce Account/Contact relationships; wants to scrape LinkedIn aggressively; relies entirely on generic ChatGPT prompts; cannot explain how data sources will be verified; wants to spend hundreds per month on unnecessary tools; promises that every generated lead will definitely close; cannot explain failure handling; cannot provide documentation; wants to retain control of the finished system. Final project goal I am not hiring someone to “generate leads”. I am hiring someone to build a sales-ready opportunity engine. I want the system to perform the repetitive outbound prospecting work so that the Account Executive can focus almost entirely on: CALL → CONVERSE → QUALIFY → REPLY → CLOSE.

Project Overview:
We are government contractors bidding on the Indian GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal across 5–6 different registered entities (proprietary/partnership/LLP). We need a qualified developer/automation engineer to build a complete 2-stage system: 1. Automated Eligibility Checker: Instantly screen an uploaded GeM tender against all 5–6 firms and output an eligibility scorecard (Eligible / Not Eligible / Conditionally Eligible via MSME relaxation). 2. Multi-Firm Document Generator: Automatically generate customized, letterhead-ready PDF annexures and compliance bundles only for the qualifying firms. Key Deliverables: ⚬ 1. GeM Tender Extraction & OCR: ⚬ Parse GeM bid PDFs (e.g., GEM/202X/B/...), including image-based buyer-added text (ATC). ⚬ Extract key qualification parameters: Minimum 3-year Average Turnover, Past Experience / Single Order Value, EMD / Bid Security, MSE / Startup relaxation allowance (Turnover/Experience waiver: Yes/No), and Class-I MII % requirement. ⚬ 2. Firm Eligibility Screener (Firm vs. Tender Logic): ⚬ Evaluate extracted tender rules against our master firm database (Turnover figures, past work orders, Udyam MSME status, and blacklisting records). ⚬ Display a simple comparison table showing which of the 5–6 firms meet the criteria: ⚬ Firm A: Eligible (Directly meets turnover & experience). ⚬ Firm B: Eligible (Via MSE turnover/experience waiver clause). ⚬ Firm C: Ineligible (Turnover below threshold, no MSE exemption given by buyer). ⚬ 3. Master Database & Document Pipeline: ⚬ Build a central database (Airtable / Google Sheets / Supabase) storing static data for all 6 firms (GSTIN, PAN, Udyam, address, signatory names, past PO records, and high-res letterhead backgrounds with transparent seal/signature PNGs). ⚬ Auto-fill GeM-specific declarations (MII, Land Border Rule 144(xi), Non-Blacklisting, Turnover Undertaking, ATC Compliance sheets) into clean, ready-to-upload PDF packages customized for each qualifying firm. ⚬ 4. Distinct Metadata: Ensure generated PDFs carry clean, independent document properties to prevent administrative linking. Required Skills: ⚬ Experience with workflow automation (n8n, Make.com, or custom Python FastAPI/Flask backend). ⚬ Proficiency with multimodal LLMs (GPT-4o, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, or Gemini 1.5 Pro) for OCR document extraction. ⚬ Experience with document templating engines (Docupilot, PDFMonkey, Weasyprint, or HTML-to-PDF). ⚬ Familiarity with Indian public procurement / GeM bidding rules (MSE turnover exemptions, ATC, MII) is a significant advantage. Scope & Budget: ⚬ Project Type: Fixed Price / Milestone-based ⚬ Budget Range: Upto Rs. 25,000 ⚬ Timeline: 2 to 3 weeks How to Apply: To confirm you read the full brief, please start your proposal with the word "GEM-ELIGIBILITY" at the top. In your application, briefly state: 1. Your proposed architecture (e.g., n8n vs. Python backend, and which database/PDF engine you'd use). 2. How you plan to structure the rule-checking logic between the tender requirements and firm profiles. 3. Examples of similar document generation or parsing projects you've completed. 4. Confirmation that you are comfortable communicating in Hindi on calls. for example file attached

Hi Muhammad,
We came across your profile and are currently evaluating a developer for an important mobile development phase of our product, YEEPI. YEEPI already has a substantial production-aligned web/backend codebase. It is not a new MVP and we are not looking for someone to rebuild the product from scratch. Our current stack includes Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, PostgreSQL on Neon, Drizzle ORM, Better Auth, Vercel Blob, Resend, browser push notifications, Server Actions and Route Handlers. The product already includes authentication, user profiles, discovery/matching logic, connections, private chat, plan/group chat, plans and activities, notifications, blocking/reporting and admin functionality. We are now preparing the next phase: a proper native mobile application for iOS and Android, most likely using React Native / Expo, while keeping the existing backend and database architecture wherever technically appropriate. Before discussing price or giving repository access, we would like to understand how you would approach this technically. Please answer the following based on your own experience rather than giving us a generic proposal: 1. What production React Native or Expo applications have you personally built? Please send App Store / Google Play links where possible and explain exactly which parts you developed yourself. 2. Looking at the stack described above, how would you architect the native application while preserving our current backend? What would you reuse, what would you expose through APIs, and what would you change? 3. Our web application currently uses Next.js Server Actions extensively. A native React Native application cannot simply consume Server Actions in the same way as the web client. How would you solve this? Would you create a versioned mobile API layer such as /api/mobile/v1, refactor shared domain services, or use another architecture? Please explain your reasoning. 4. How would you handle authentication between Better Auth, the native applications and our existing web application? We are particularly interested in session/token storage, refresh/revocation, Keychain/Keystore security and keeping web/mobile authentication consistent. 5. YEEPI contains direct chat and group/plan chat. We currently do not rely on a dedicated WebSocket realtime infrastructure. For a serious mobile launch, what architecture would you recommend for realtime messaging, unread state, delivery/read state, reconnecting after network loss and background/foreground synchronization? 6. How would you implement mobile push notifications for both iOS and Android? Please explain how you would manage APNs/FCM/Expo tokens, multiple devices per account, token rotation, notification routing and deep linking into the correct screen. 7. How would you approach media uploads, location permissions, background/app lifecycle behaviour, secure local storage, network retries and offline/poor-network conditions? 8. What would your production setup look like for App Store and Google Play releases: EAS/build pipeline, signing credentials, environment management, CI/CD, crash reporting, analytics and release/update strategy? 9. If you joined this project, what would you do during your first week before writing large amounts of mobile UI code? 10. Finally, please give us your realistic estimate for taking an existing application of this nature to production-quality iOS and Android apps. We are more interested in a technically realistic answer than an aggressive sales estimate. We are currently finalising the complete native technical scope internally, so this stage is mainly to determine whether there is a strong technical fit between us. If your answers demonstrate the level we are looking for, our preferred next step would be a small paid technical review / implementation task using a real part of the YEEPI codebase, before discussing responsibility for the larger native development phase. Please be as technical and specific as possible. There is no need for a long sales introduction — we would rather see how you think as an engineer. Best regards, Abdulmohsen Founder, YEEPI

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Automation & Systems Specialist to join our team long-term and take ownership of our automations, integrations, and AI systems.

We're a growing AI agency building automation systems for businesses in the
health & wellness space — voice AI agents, chat widgets, booking flows, and custom dashboards. We're looking for ONE person to work full-time, exclusively with us, as our core technical builder. This is not a one-off project. We want someone who wants to grow with a company long-term, take ownership of our tech stack, and become the person who knows it better than anyone else on the team. **What you'll work on:** Building and maintaining automation workflows in GoHighLevel (CRM, funnels, missed-call text-back, booking flows) Configuring and refining voice AI agents (Retell AI) Building internal dashboards and client-facing tools (React, or similar) Wiring integrations via Make.com / Zapier / APIs General "figure it out and build it" full-stack work as we grow **Must-have:** Strong experience with at least ONE CRM/automation platform (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar) — GHL specifically is a big plus Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and connecting third-party tools Working knowledge of JavaScript/React (or willingness to learn fast) Excellent written English — you'll be communicating async with a US team daily via Slack Available for full-time hours with real overlap into US Pacific time (at least 3-4 hours/day) **Nice-to-have:** Experience with any voice AI / conversational AI platform (Retell, Vapi, Bland, Twilio) Dashboard/front-end design sense — you make things look clean, not just functional Prior agency or startup experience (fast-moving, ambiguous scope) **What we offer:** Full-time, exclusive engagement — $1,000–$2,000/month depending on experience, with room to grow as the company grows (we mean this — we're scaling and want to bring the right person up with us) Direct daily contact with the founder — you'll learn the business side too, not just take tickets Real ownership: this isn't ticket-taking, it's building a company's core systems from early stage **To apply, answer these two questions in your cover letter (applications without answers will not be reviewed):** Describe a GoHighLevel or CRM automation you built — what problem did it solve, and what would you do differently now? In one paragraph, how would you set up a missed-call text-back workflow that also books a calendar slot? --- ## Screening process (before you interview anyone) **Step 1 — Filter (5 min per candidate)** Reject immediately if: Cover letter is generic / doesn't answer the two questions No verifiable GHL, CRM, or automation work in portfolio/history Low English fluency in the written application **Step 2 — Paid test task ($25–50 flat, NOT free work)** Give a small real task, e.g.: "Build a Make.com scenario that takes a form submission and sends a text message + creates a GHL contact." This tells you more than any interview — you'll see how they think, how clean their build is, and how they communicate blockers. **Step 3 — Live video call (20-30 min)** Screen-share and have them walk through something they built Ask: "Tell me about a time a client/automation broke in production — what did you do?" Gauge communication speed/clarity, not just technical answers **Step 4 — Trial period** Start with a 2-week paid trial before committing to "exclusive full-time." Give them a real but bounded task (e.g., take over one piece of what Kevin's doing, or build one dashboard) and see how it goes before deciding on overlap/structure with Kevin.

CRM/ERP Deduplication Specialist — HubSpot and Epicor (Concurrent Cleanup)
Applied

|
We are an industrial manufacturer running HubSpot as our CRM system of record and Epicor as our ERP. Both systems carry duplicate customer/company records, and the two are linked by Epicor customer number. We need a specialist (or a small team) to deduplicate both platforms concurrently, so that the surviving record in Epicor and the surviving record in HubSpot are the same customer, and all quotes, orders, deals, and contacts land on the survivor.
The analysis phase is complete: a Python-based matching pipeline has identified duplicate groups, assigned keeper records, and flagged edge cases. What we need now is careful, accountable execution in both systems, coordinated so neither side drifts from the other. This is a two-system job. Applicants must have hands-on experience with both Epicor customer maintenance (including quote reassignment) and HubSpot bulk data operations. If you have one but not the other, please say so and describe who you'd partner with. Scope of work Epicor Reassign open and historical quotes and related records from duplicate customer records to the designated surviving CustNum, preserving ship-to addresses, contacts, pricing, terms, and sales rep assignments. Deactivate [or delete — see note] duplicate customer records once reassignment is verified, using DMT or your recommended method. Hard deletion of records with transaction history should be avoided; propose your approach. Validate that no surviving customer record appears on our existing Epicor inactive-account deletion list, and flag any conflicts before proceeding. HubSpot Execute company record deletions from a validated delete list (~640 straightforward duplicates), verifying before each batch that no record carries deals, contacts, or open activity that would be orphaned. Merge duplicate groups where records carry different Epicor customer numbers (~280 groups). The surviving HubSpot record must carry the surviving Epicor CustNum and retain the richest firmographic data and all associations. Review the manual-review queue (~415 deal-bearing or transitively matched groups) and recommend a resolution for each, with rationale, before action. Coordination and documentation Maintain a single crosswalk log: for every duplicate group, the surviving CustNum, the surviving HubSpot Record ID, the retired IDs on each side, what was reassigned, and the date executed. Delivered as an Excel workbook. Sequence the work so the Epicor survivor is settled before the corresponding HubSpot merge, and the HubSpot CustNum property is updated before sync runs. Document the process so it can be repeated for future duplicates. [Optional / Phase 2] Help design a weekly reconciliation workflow comparing Epicor quote/order data to HubSpot deals once bidirectional ID fields are live. Inputs we will provide HubSpot company export (~30K records) and the dedup analysis workbook (Summary, All Duplicates, Delete Candidates, Manual Review, Multi-CustNum Groups; color-coded keeper / duplicate / review) Matching methodology and keeper rule (lowest Epicor CustNum wins, then oldest create date, then lowest Record ID) Epicor customer, quote, and order exports; the existing inactive-account list HubSpot portal access [specify level] and Epicor access [specify: sandbox first, then production; DMT license if applicable] Required experience Epicor (Kinetic or 10.x): customer master maintenance, quote and order header reassignment, DMT or equivalent bulk tooling, understanding of downstream impacts (AR, ship-to, price lists, rep assignment) HubSpot data operations: bulk merges and deletes, association integrity, property mapping, import/export CRM–ERP reconciliation on a linked-key system Strong Excel skills across multi-tab workbooks with tens of thousands of rows Ability to explain reasoning on ambiguous records rather than defaulting to the rule Nice to have: Python/pandas to rerun or extend the existing pipeline How we'll work Batched execution with approval checkpoints on both systems; nothing is merged, deleted, deactivated, or reassigned in production without batch sign-off Epicor changes tested in sandbox first where possible Weekly check-ins; async otherwise Estimated effort: [X hours / X weeks] Budget: [fixed price / hourly range] To apply Describe one Epicor customer consolidation you've done (how you moved quotes/orders and what broke or nearly broke) and one HubSpot dedup you've done (dataset size, how you handled records with associated deals). If you've done both on a linked system, say so. Applications that skip either question will not be considered.
