**Important details:**

I will be working with independent contractors and subcontractors, so I need someone who understands contractor/vendor payments, W-9 organization, invoice tracking, and clean bookkeeping documentation. I am not looking for payroll processing at this time, but I do need the books organized properly so my CPA can review everything during tax time.

You do not need to pay my contractors or make financial decisions. I need help tracking, categorizing, reconciling, and organizing everything correctly in QuickBooks.

**Ideal candidate:**

* QuickBooks Online experience required
* QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
* Experience with small service businesses preferred
* Experience with credit card-heavy bookkeeping preferred
* Experience with contractor/vendor payments preferred
* Comfortable working with Amex transactions
* Comfortable organizing receipts/invoices through Google Drive
* Able to communicate clearly and keep things simple
* Able to provide monthly reports and a summary of what needs my attention

I would like ongoing monthly bookkeeping support. In the beginning, I may need help with setup and cleanup, then ongoing monthly maintenance after that.
