We started selling on Amazon in November 2023. I have a background in finance/accounting and currently do all of our financials myself but I don't do monthly bank reconciliations and all of that more advanced stuff.

We have quickly grown our Amazon business and I need help understanding how to do proper accrual accounting for Amazon Seller income. One challenge is we have 2 brands under the same seller account and I'd like to be able to break out profitability (revenue/expenses) by brand. Amazon doesn't provide any helpful tools for accrual accounting so my books are currently a bit off since I'm not properly accruing revenue, but am for our COGS and other expenses. I have tried A2X and a few other tools and currently have Link My Books which so far seems to be the most helpful software but not great for a breakdown by SKU/brand.

I am looking for someone who can help me clean up the Amazon side of our books going back to Nov 2023 and is also willing to get on Zoom calls to teach me how to do proper accrual accounting myself, or help me setup the systems (A2X/Link my Books/etc.) to get this taken care of. I might also look for some help on cleaning up other aspects of our books but my primary focus is on Amazon as I know the rest of the books are at least 98%+ accurate.

A fast-paced Finance Advisory firm is seeking immediate help creating and sending invoices, collections communications, closing the books (coding transactions, applying retainer payments, amortization of expenses, etc), and generating and disseminating reports, all within Quickbooks Online and Outlook email.
