we are doing outreach sales for a service-based business, going door to door to different businesses that would potentially hold more than 10 people at once and have multiple rooms/areas - the larger the better - this is because we work in fire emergency planning and larger properties will be a much better client/lead. So hotels, residential apartment buildings, aged care, schools, universities - or anything really, but the larger the better. But the point of this job is to pick a location for the sales person (I will give this to you, but will primarily be around Gold Coast, QLD, Australia) - then I want to give the sales person a lead list of that area - so this will include going through the area and finding the correct point of contact within that business. This might be the facility manager, general manager, owner etc. So at first I will give you a designated area that you will then target to find leads through whatever means - LinkedIn, google etc - basically to find the BEST and most CURRENT person to speak to in that business. If you can't find a lead/contact in a certain business, I want that marked down as well so the salesperson knows it's a cold lead. Also the sales person will be on foot, so we need the designated area to be all within walking distance with a decent number of leads/businesses for that area. I am not going to be asking for a set number of leads, moreso I will give you the area and you find every possible lead within that area while also noting what would be a cold lead (no contact there). I have worked with lead collectors before and I hire then they ask for the job details, I will only hire someone who has read this through, understands exactly what is needed and can go ahead and start targeting an area I give to find some good leads by tomorrow. If you understand this and are ready to start and would know EXACTLY how to find these in person, location based leads ask me for the location we will be targeting, and respond with the number 9 at the top so I know you have read this whole description. thanks!
