OK First I have been Link-building and worked in the Internet Marketing Industry in the USA and Globally for 21+ years. So with that said I have little patience, and no time for mass linkbuilding spammers that have mass lists of garbage sites for linkbuilding, so please DO NOT APPLY, as I will know your skill level within the first week, and it will be a waste of both of our time!

I am in no way trying to be brash or rude, but I am looking for skilled, talented, experienced Link Builders who specialize and understand the importance and research to find SAFE, Niche Related (Travel, Hospitality, Tourism industry), High Quality, High Authority Links from websites that have traffic.
If you don't have the experience to seek out and attain them, unfortunately, I do not have the time to teach you.. I am looking for someone that can prove their skillset and are wanting regular LONG-TERM work. I am looking for someone who is a good communicator, communicates regularly and effectively, and is organized.

If YOU do not have 100% Confidence that you fit these requirements please avoid applying. With this JOB posting, I will most-likely hire 3-4 applicants for smaller jobs to test out, once I review the details. I will then advise the 1 or 2 people that they qualify and offer them long-term Regular Work.

Your goal will be to identify & qualify leads with information researched online, in the Hospitality, Tourism and Real Estate who own or manage apartments in some selected main destinations in Hungary.

We're looking to have outputs regarding:
- 25MQL's (Marketing Qualified Leads) in Budapest
- Private Landlords, Property Management Companies or Rental Companies with more than 5 properties
- In order to be qualified, we need the following information from each lead:
- Name of the person / company;
- Website
- Phone & Email of the person / company
- Confirmation that it's a person / company with fully-equipped and ready to rent properties in the selected destination
- Rental Model (Short-Term or Monthly Term)

You will fit this post if you:
- Master in lead research in platforms such as AirBnB or similar, or simply Google.
- Can qualify a person/ company with the information available online and a phone call.
- Consider yourself a hunter and have instinct to identify your target.
- Have some interest and knowledge in the Real Estate market of Hungary.

We're looking for proposals regarding the timeline and quotes for this specific task.
