About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned operator — someone who's built processes, managed teams, and thrives in the weeds of complex, high-stakes trip logistics. This is a builder role: you'll create the systems, SOPs, and escalation infrastructure that allows a team of 6–8 travel agents to deliver flawless experiences for ultra-high-net-worth clients at serious scale.

Our OHIP integration is already built (Node.js / TypeScript). We do not need you to build it — we need an OHIP-experienced developer to review it and tell us, honestly, whether we're certification-ready and what's missing before we apply.

What you'll review:
• OHIP REST client — OAuth2 client-credentials, x-app-key, x-hotelid, token caching, correlation IDs, idempotency keys, retry/backoff, TLS 1.2 / mTLS
• Reservation sync — endpoints, query params, pagination and reservation→guest mapping: confirm they match the current OHIP / OPERA Cloud spec
