I’m looking for an experienced Google Ads conversion tracking specialist to help set up offline conversion tracking using GoHighLevel (GHL) as our CRM.
This is a must-have skill:
👉 You must have hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, as this is where all leads and call outcomes are captured.

We run Google Search campaigns for local and commercial service businesses (fire protection, inspections, etc.).
Many of our best conversions happen as phone calls that are:
• Answered by an AI voice agent
• Qualified quickly
• Transferred to a live business
These calls are real, high-intent leads, but Google Ads does not automatically track or learn from them.
Our goal is to properly connect Google Ads → GoHighLevel → Google Ads so Smart Bidding can optimize toward actual qualified phone calls, not just clicks or form fills.

When this happens:
1. Someone clicks a Google Ad
2. The GCLID is captured on the landing page
3. The lead enters GoHighLevel

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be responsible for setting up and configuring analytics and conversion tracking to ensure accurate event data across client websites.
Typical tasks include:
Setting up and managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers
Creating and testing tags, triggers, and variables
Configuring and verifying GA4 events and conversions

Hello,
I have recently begun the process of revamping my personal website (which is hosted on SquareSpace) and despite my fairly technical background I am a bit lost with GA4 and GTM. So I need a little bit of help.
I'm seeking someone who is experienced with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics to help me accomplish some basic goals for visibility in GA:
- Set a UTM tracking schema (newsletter links, LinkedIn links, etc.)
- Set source attribution for actions like clickthroughs and form submissions
- Set up consent manager
- Get Cloudflare tag gateway working so there is first-party hosting of GTM / GA (After trying several times, I have been unable to get this working myself and gave up)
- Server-side tracking if that's easy to do
- A few basic high-level dashboards that show stuff like sources, clicks, search terms, etc.
- If everything goes well, a stretch goal might be a Looker Dashboard or something if it's easy, but that's probably overkill
Again this is for my personal site, not for a business, and there is no e-commerce - I'm not selling anything, so the budget is very limited. Having said that I expect an expert could knock this stuff out fairly easily and quickly.

From the beginning, he started acting shady. He told me that he will be using his relative's or somebody else's account …From the beginning, he started acting shady. He told me that he will be using his relative's or somebody else's account for the timesheet. This was the very first red flag. I didn't agree on this as it doesn't make sense. Then he asked me to add payment as a bonus and he calculated his working hours on his own. I said thats fine.
Then we started working together. I gave a project and it took more than 3 months to complete 60% of it which 30% was wrong. They created a tracking sheet for the progress and they marked a lot of items as completed even though they were not completed.
As he was recording his working hours by himself without showing me anything, when I ask sth to do, he told me several times that it took him 3-5 times more than what actually it should be taking. Because I am also an expert in this field and I know how long things take to be completed. So, every time he lied. When I try to explain to him, this is not right the way you trying to get money from me, he kept said you trying not to pay me. Look at my profile and look at yours?! 😕
Overall, he is not a dependable person and lies often. I would not trust any of my projects like this individual.
