This role begins as a contractor on our Overflow Paid Digital Marketing Team, with strong long-term upside.

High-performing strategists regularly transition into:

You will primarily work behind the scenes (about 90% of the time), managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns across:

You will typically manage 5–10 paid media accounts per month, depending on spend and complexity.

If KPIs drift above index, you are expected to:
- Identify the issue early
- Diagnose the root cause

You will manage multiple PPC accounts simultaneously.
Strong prioritization and time management are required.

We are a growing performance marketing agency.
When growth accelerates and internal bandwidth tightens, we assign accounts to our Overflow Team to ensure performance never drops.

This is not short-term freelance project work.
This is long-term partnership work.

Strong performers regularly transition into larger Paid Media portfolios or permanent core team roles.

Compensation

Compensation is structured as:

3.5% of total managed ad spend across your assigned accounts

As managed spend increases, compensation increases proportionally.

In addition, we offer a quarterly performance bonus:

$350 per account per quarter

Awarded when an account remains at or below the agreed-upon KPI index for the quarter
