We are seeking an experienced freelancer to resolve a product synchronization issue between our website and Google Merchant Center. Currently, some of our products are missing, outdated, or not appearing as expected. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our app install and ecommerce growth programs across paid search and paid social channels.
This role is accountable for the entire acquisition funnel—from install and first purchase through retention, repeat purchase, and lifetime value (LTV). You will work closely with product, growth, and revenue teams to ensure paid media drives profitable, scalable growth, not just downloads or one-time conversions.
You are not optimizing for installs alone—you are optimizing for users who stick, convert, and spend.

About the role
We’re looking for a senior Google Ads specialist to own and scale Google Ads across four ecommerce brands:

What you will be responsible for
- Full ownership of Google Ads accounts (Search + PMax)
- Google Merchant Center setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Preventing and resolving policy & misrepresentation issues (especially for supplements)
- Structuring campaigns across multiple products and countries
- Feed optimization (titles, attributes, GTIN/MPN logic, custom labels)
- Scaling budgets while protecting ROAS / MER

I have not yet reached out to support or edited my feed, so the account is in the same state it was when the suspension landed. From what we can tell, the problem is most likely tied to product-information accuracy rather than business details or reviews.
I need an expert who understands Google Merchant Center policies, data-feed structure, and the appeal workflow to:
• Audit the existing product data, microdata and feed attributes for anything that might trigger a misrepresentation flag (pricing, availability, GTIN, condition, duplicate listings, hidden variants, etc.).
• Advise and implement the exact corrections inside the feed or on-site schema so that every product detail matches Google’s expectations.
• Prepare and submit a policy-compliant appeal, including the written explanation Google requests.
• See the process through until the suspension is fully lifted and the account is serving Shopping ads.
Experience with Google Shopping feeds, Merchant Center diagnostics, and successful reinstatements is essential. When we’re done, I want to log in and see the green “Account is active” banner—that will be the acceptance criterion.

This caused major disruptions, including loss of historical data, broken integrations, product disapprovals, and advertising delays.
Because of this, I am being very intentional about how this setup is handled.
**Scope of work:
* Set up a new Google Merchant Center (or recovery if appropriate)
* Connect and sync with Shopify
* Configure product feeds correctly
* Review policy compliance to prevent suspensions
* Clearly document all actions taken
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience with Google Merchant Center + Shopify
* Strong understanding of Google policies
* Clear communication before making changes
* Respect for account ownership and permissions
**Non-negotiable:**
No accounts, assets, or integrations are to be deleted, replaced, or modified without **explicit written approval**.
