We are looking for a proven Google Ads specialist with strong experience in conversion tracking, especially for Wix websites, to audit, troubleshoot, and get our campaigns performing effectively.
Our current setup:
• Running Google Ads (primarily Search + possibly Performance Max) driving traffic to a Wix site
• Main conversion goal = form submissions (lead gen / contact / inquiry forms)
• Form tracking is not working reliably (or at all) → conversions either underreported, not firing consistently, or not attributing properly back to Google Ads
• Likely using a mix of native Wix integrations, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads conversion actions, and possibly custom events / dataLayer pushes
What we need help with (priorities in order):
1. Audit & fix form submission tracking so every successful form fill registers as a conversion in Google Ads
• Proper setup via Google Tag Manager (preferred method for Wix)
• Handling Wix Forms (V2/new forms that push to dataLayer) or any custom forms
• Ensuring thank-you page views, custom events, or dataLayer pushes fire correctly
• Implementing Enhanced Conversions if applicable
• Testing end-to-end (including cross-device, consent mode/privacy considerations)
2. Overall campaign health check & optimization
• Review current campaigns, ad groups, keywords, bidding strategy, audiences
• Identify wasted spend (irrelevant searches, poor QS, bad landing pages)

Sandeep consistently overbids on keywords, draining my budget without delivering any meaningful results. It became clear that their strategy was more focused on inflating costs than on efficient and effective campaign management. Instead of optimizing for success, Sandeep seemed to prioritize burning through my budget without any consideration for return on investment.
Communication with Sandeep was frustrating at best. Responses were slow, often lacking substance and leaving me in the dark about the status of my campaigns. When I questioned the exorbitant costs, Sandeep's explanations were vague and failed to instill confidence in their abilities. Our original PMax campaign broke down after we started tracking offline conversion events (showroom visits, phone inquiries). Performance tanked and it never recovered.
