🔧 The Role: Google Ads Account Manager
You’ll be the lead strategist for a portfolio of auto repair clients, driving campaigns, optimizing results, and building long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
• Run weekly Zoom calls with clients to review performance and plan growth
• Translate campaign data into clear business outcomes (AOV, LTV, ROI)
• Proactively optimize campaigns to improve results

Many of our best conversions happen as phone calls that are:

These calls are real, high-intent leads, but Google Ads does not automatically track or learn from them.
Our goal is to properly connect Google Ads → GoHighLevel → Google Ads so Smart Bidding can optimize toward actual qualified phone calls, not just clicks or form fills.

Our current setup:

This role is video-first but also someone who can create generic posts as well. If you don’t create and edit videos yourself, this is not a good fit.
