**Job Description: Meta Ads Manager**

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Meta Ads Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and optimizing our social media advertising campaigns across Meta's platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Meta's advertising ecosystem, including its tools, capabilities, and best practices, and will demonstrate a proven track record of creating and executing successful ad campaigns that effectively engage our target audience.

Hours per week: 5
Duration: 3 months trial and if successful, it will be ongoing
We will supply the ads for this budget and ads copy.

We are also looking to help grow our audience on Facebook and Instagram for our brand new account.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Campaign Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative advertising strategies that align with our overall business objectives and brand vision. Utilize market research and audience insights to identify opportunities for campaign enhancements.

2. **Ad Creation and Management**: Design, implement, and manage compelling ad creatives that resonate with our target demographic. This includes writing engaging copy, selecting eye-catching visuals, and ensuring that all content adheres to Meta's advertising guidelines.

3. **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Use these insights to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize effectiveness.

4. **Budget Management**: Oversee the budget allocation for advertising campaigns, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently and effectively to achieve the best possible results. Track spending and report on financial performance related to advertising initiatives.

5. **A/B Testing and Optimization**: Conduct A/B testing on various ad formats, targeting options, and messaging strategies to identify what works best for our audience. Continuously optimize campaigns based on findings to improve performance and achieve desired outcomes.

6. **Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

7. **Staying Current**: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and changes within the Meta advertising platform and the digital marketing landscape as a whole. Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster continuous improvement and innovation.

8. **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators. Present findings to the marketing team and senior management, offering actionable insights for future campaigns.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media advertising, with a strong emphasis on Meta platforms.
- Proven track record of managing successful advertising campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta's advertising tools and analytics platforms, including Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation to inform decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through digital content.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
