I run a lean, performance-focused paid media agency specializing in Google and Meta Ads. We're small by design — every hire carries real weight, and judgment matters more than headcount.
The Role
We're hiring a paid media operator to own a portfolio of client accounts across Google and Meta. This isn't a junior execution role — you'll be managing ad accounts and in some cases, a point of contact for clients who expect both technical competence and clear communication about what's happening in their accounts and why.
A core part of this role is delivering client-facing strategic sessions as part of our Copilot program — walking non-technical founders and marketing leads through their account performance, decisions, and next steps in plain language. This is the single most important trait we're hiring for: the ability to teach, not just execute.
What You'll Do
+ Manage day-to-day optimization, budgeting, and reporting across Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts
+Serve as the primary client contact for a defined book of accounts, maintaining a low-drama, high-trust relationship
Lead recurring client strategy calls, translating account data into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders
+ Deliver Copilot engagement sessions — structured, teaching-oriented walkthroughs designed for solo founders and lean marketing teams
+ Diagnose account issues (tracking, measurement, creative fatigue, funnel breakdowns) and propose fixes proactively rather than waiting to be asked
+ Collaborate with our internal specialists (creative, ops) to keep campaigns aligned with broader account strategy
Maintain clean documentation and reporting standards across your accounts
What We're Looking For
+ 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid budgets across both Google Ads and Meta Ads (agency-side experience strongly preferred)
+ Demonstrated ability to explain complex account decisions to non-expert clients — this is not optional
+ Comfort owning accounts independently; we're not looking for someone who needs heavy oversight
+Strong diagnostic instincts — you notice when something's off before the client does
+ Clear, calm written and verbal communication
+ Experience with attribution/tracking troubleshooting (UTMs, conversion tracking, pixel/CAPI setups) is a strong plus
What Success Looks Like
+ Clients trust you and stay long-term because they understand what you're doing and why
+Copilot sessions leave clients feeling more capable, not more confused
+ Accounts run steady-state with minimal escalation — problems get caught and solved before they become fires
To apply, send a brief note on your Google/Meta experience and one example of a time you had to explain a technical account issue to a non-technical client.
Client's questions:
Describe an example of a time you had to explain a technical account issue to a non-technical client.
You’re given ad account and website access, but conversions aren’t tracking. What steps do you take to diagnose and fix it?

## About Us
We are a local appliance repair and installation company based in Ottawa, Canada.

---
## Nice to Have

2. What was the biggest improvement you achieved for one of those businesses?
3. What are the first three things you would review in our Google Ads account?
4. Will you personally manage our account, or will someone else from your team do the work?
5. Have you ever audited an account where conversion tracking was inaccurate? What did you find?
6. What metrics do you use to determine whether a local Google Ads campaign is successful?
---
## Important
- We are looking for a long-term relationship.
- We prefer working directly with the person who will manage our account rather than through a large agency.
- You must work inside our existing Google Ads account.
- We retain full ownership of all Google Ads accounts, GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, data, audiences, and all advertising assets.
- We value clear communication, transparency, and practical recommendations.
Client's questions:
Describe your experience managing Google Ads for local home service businesses.
What are the first three things you would review in an existing Google Ads account?

My immediate priority is to drive a larger, better-qualified stream of visitors to my website. At the moment I’m already running SEO, social media marketing and paid advertising campaigns, but results have plateaued and I need fresh expertise to push the numbers higher.
Here is what I expect:
• Comprehensive audit of the current SEO, social channels and ad accounts, highlighting quick wins and longer-term opportunities.
• Clear traffic-growth strategy that combines on-page improvements, authoritative link building, conversion-friendly content and smarter ad spend.
• Implementation support—whether that involves rewriting meta tags, fixing technical issues, refining keyword targets in Google Ads, or optimising creative in Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
• Weekly progress reporting pulled from Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs and the relevant ad dashboards, so we can track traffic uplift against agreed KPIs.
Success will be measured by a sustained month-over-month increase in sessions, lower bounce rates on key pages and noticeable lifts in conversions that stem directly from the traffic you bring in.
If you have demonstrable wins in driving traffic through integrated SEO, social and paid channels—and you’re comfortable taking the lead while collaborating with my in-house content team—let’s talk.

I run a 7-figure local service business (junk removal / light demo in Tampa, FL). I’m decent with ads, but I inherited a Meta campaign from a previous agency that is a mess under the hood.
What I need right now is **a coach, not an agency**.
### Current situation
- Existing Meta campaigns built by a past agency
- Using **lead forms** today, but I also have a **proven landing page** that converts on Google Ads
- Conversion tracking / notifications are wrong or missing
- I’m not confident in my Events Manager, pixel/CAPI, or which events are firing where
- I want to be the in-house “media buyer” for our company, but I want an expert guiding me
### What I want from you
1. **Live 1:1 coaching & troubleshooting**
- 60–90 minute Zoom calls (screen share)
- You walk me through:
- Auditing current campaigns, ad sets, and ads
- Auditing events, pixel/CAPI, and conversion setup
- Deciding when to use **Lead Form** vs **Website Conversion** for a local service
- I can't provide cloning or replication instructions.igrating from lead forms to landing page objective** (or validating why we should stay on lead forms)
- Making sure:
- The right **primary conversion** is set (calls / form fills / booked jobs)
- Events are de-duped and firing correctly
- I get accurate, timely lead notifications
2. **Simple, repeatable framework**
- Clean naming / structure so I can operate this like a pro
- Clear rules for:
- Campaign objectives by funnel stage
- Budget and bidding logic for local lead gen
- Testing new creatives / hooks without breaking what works
3. **Ongoing coaching (light)**
- After the initial fixes, periodic calls to:
- Review performance
- Plan new tests
- Help me interpret data and know what to change next
### Who you are
Please only apply if ALL of this are true:
- 3–5+ years running **Meta ads for local service businesses** (home services, trades, etc.)
- You’ve personally managed accounts spending **mid 4-figs+/month** on Meta
- You can show **before/after** improvements in:
- Cost per lead
- Lead quality (not just volume)
- You are strong at **tracking & Events Manager** (pixel, CAPI, custom conversions, standard events)
- You’re willing to **teach while you work**, not just click around silently
- You can speak in **plain English**, not platform jargon
### How we’ll measure success (first 30–60 days)
- Clean, reliable conversion tracking on the **right events**
- Clear decision + implementation on **Lead Form vs Landing Page** (or a hybrid that makes sense)
- I can explain our account structure, events, and reporting back to you on a whiteboard
- Cost per qualified lead trending in the right direction
### How to apply (follow this or you’ll be skipped)
Start your proposal with: **META JUNK COACH**
Then answer in bullets:
1. 2 examples of local service accounts you’ve run (blurred is fine) and the results you got.
2. A short example of where you switched from lead forms → landing page (or vice versa), what you changed, and the impact on CPL/lead quality.
3. Your hourly rate and typical call length.
4. Your time zone and usual availability.
This is a **coaching-first** role. If you blow me away, there’s room for ongoing advisory and some done-for-you build work. I want to become dangerous in Meta ads, not outsource my brain.

I'm looking to hire someone to run Meta Ads within my Ads Manager as an Admin. This would include weekly monitoring and optimization. I can help identify static/video creatives to use, or you can generate your own. I have a general understanding of where my CPL and CAC should be, and I'm ready to have someone help get customers.
I have a good understanding of my customer pain points that we can help identify.
My Product:
- Monthly Saas subscription targeting home services (Roofers, HVAC, Plumbers, Electricians, Home renovators)
- Smart website + SEO + Google review automation + Missed Callbacks
- Base package is $199/month, right now $0 setup, but leaning towards $200/setup
My Expectation:
- Weekly optimizations
- Weekly update calls explaining why you made the changes
- Set upfront expectations on what you feel the spend should be to get out of the "learning phase" for my target markets
- Potential to remain onboard if we're successful.

Have you ran meta ads targeting home services owners previously?

I run a call-focused Google Ads campaign that launched this morning. My only goal is phone calls — not website clicks or form fills.
The issue: At launch, my phone number asset and my ad had roughly equal impressions and clicks. I then applied a Google-suggested recommendation. Immediately after, the phone asset's impressions dropped to near zero, while the ad kept serving normally.
What I need: A 1-2 hour live consultation over Google Meet. I will screen-share my Google Ads account — you will not need direct account access. On the call, I need you to walk me through:
What in the account (recommendation history, asset performance, conversion goals, bidding strategy, asset status) explains why the phone asset stopped serving
A clear, plain-language root cause
Whether it's something I should reverse, and why (brief guidance only — I'm not asking for a full campaign rebuild)
This is a one-time consultation, not ongoing management. I need someone who can look at live data and reason through it in real time, not just recite general Google Ads best practices.
Client's questions:
Are you available for a live Google Meet call within the next 24 hours?
Have you seen a call asset in a call-focused campaign lose impressions right after applying a Google Ads recommendation? What was the cause in that case?
Do you have a working mic/camera and stable connection for a screen-share call?

I'm looking for an experienced Google Ads Search specialist to review and optimize my existing Google Ads account for my online Reiki courses (German language, DACH market).
My campaign is already running and generating conversions. I'm not looking for a complete rebuild or ongoing management. Instead, I'd like someone to spend 1–2 focused hours making the highest-impact improvements.
Please review and optimize:
* Keyword strategy and match types
* Negative keywords
* Ad copy
* Campaign targeting (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
* Landing page mapping (if different pages should be promoted)
* Any other quick wins you identify
Please keep the existing campaign structure unless you have a clear reason to change it, and briefly explain the improvements you make.
Requirements:
* Experience with Google Search Ads
* Fluent German (or very strong German skills) is a plus, as the campaign and keywords are in German
* Experience with online courses, coaching, or digital products is a plus

Paid Media Specialist (Google Search + Meta + TikTok) for B2B SaaS in Hospitality Recruitment
Job type: Hourly or fixed monthly retainer, with a performance component
Experience level: Expert
Duration: 3 month trial, long term if the numbers work
About us
Hosco is the largest talent community in hospitality, with over 100 k and 100+ partner schools worldwide. We run two connected products:
B2B (main focus, roughly 90% of this role): Self service -199 that we have to sell . We sell to HR directors, talent acquisition managers and hotel operators.
B2C (roughly 10%): the Hosco community itself, where hospitality professionals build careers, and where our premium membership sits.
We already have brand, content and organic social running. What we are missing is a paid media specialist who can turn spend into pipeline.
What we need you to do
Build and run Google Search campaigns targeting high intent B2B keywords across our key markets in Europe.
Build and run Meta and linkedin campaigns for B2B demand generation and lead capture, plus retargeting.
Build and run TikTok campaigns, mainly B2C for member acquisition, with tests on B2B awareness.
Own the full funnel view: creative briefs, landing page feedback, audience structure, tracking, and reporting.
Report weekly on cost per qualified lead, cost per demo booked, and cost per signup. Not impressions.
You will work directly with our CMO and have access to a designer, a content team and a developer.
Who we are looking for
3+ years running paid acquisition with real budget responsibility, ideally including B2B SaaS or marketplace clients.
Fluent across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager and linkedin. We need one person who can see across all three, not a channel specialist.
Comfortable with long B2B sales cycles and low volume, high value leads. If your experience is only ecommerce ROAS, this is probably not the right fit.
Strong on measurement: GA4, server side or conversion API setup, UTM discipline, CRM feedback loops.
English required. Spanish or French is a plus.
Proof of results (please read carefully, applications without this will not be reviewed)
Send us two case studies in your proposal, each in this format:
Client type and market
Monthly ad spend you managed
Timeframe
Starting metric and ending metric (cost per lead, cost per acquisition, pipeline value, or signups)
What specifically you changed to get there
A screenshot from the ads platform or GA4 supporting the numbers, with client name blurred if needed
Case studies where the results are described only as "increased engagement" or "improved brand awareness" will not move forward.
Budget and how we pay
We tie money to outcomes, and we are transparent about how.
Management fee: €X per month for up to X hours, covering setup, optimisation and reporting.
Media budget: starting at €X per month across the three channels, scaling to €X+ per month once we hit target cost per qualified lead.
Performance bonus: an additional milestone payment released each month when you hit or beat the agreed cost per qualified demo on the B2B side. We will agree the target together after your first 15 days, based on the baseline you measure, not a number we invent now.
We do not do commission only arrangements, and we do not expect you to work for exposure. We expect to pay properly and to see a return.
How to apply
Start your proposal with the word HOSPITALITY so we know you read the full post.
Then answer these four questions briefly:
Which of the three channels do you think will produce our cheapest qualified B2B lead, and why?
What is the first thing you would want access to in week one?
What monthly media budget do you consider the realistic minimum to get a clean read on B2B search in a niche vertical?
Which tools do you use for tracking and reporting?
Please keep it under one page. We will shortlist within a week and run a 30 minute call.

I run a direct-to-consumer SaaS that lives exclusively on our own website, and I need to scale monthly sales to US $300,000 and keep them there. The offer is ready, the product is stable, and payment processing is in place; what’s missing is a proven growth engine that turns qualified traffic into recurring subscriptions from individual users.
Here’s what I’m after: a data-driven marketer who can design and execute the full funnel—traffic acquisition, on-site conversion, and retention. Typical tactics might span SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, influencer partnerships, email automation, CRO, referral programs, or other channels you know will resonate with solo users; I’m open to whichever mix delivers measurable MRR growth.
Key deliverables
• 90-day growth roadmap detailing channels, budget allocation, KPIs, and revenue projections
• Creative assets or clear briefs for ads, landing pages, emails, and in-product prompts
• Ongoing campaign management with weekly reporting on spend, CAC, LTV, churn, and MRR
• Conversion-rate optimisation tests on the website and checkout flow, with documented wins
• A retention loop (onboarding emails, in-app nudges, upsell triggers) that lifts average subscription length
Acceptance criteria
• Hit or exceed $300K in gross monthly sales by the end of month three
• Maintain a CAC ≤ 30 % of first-month revenue while keeping churn under 5 % monthly
• Provide transparent analytics dashboards so I can monitor progress in real time
You’ll get full access to the website, analytics accounts, and any creative resources you need. If you’ve scaled a consumer-focused SaaS before and can showcase verifiable results, let’s map out how you’ll replicate that success here.

We're looking for a hands-on Paid Media / Ads Manager to own and scale our performance marketing across channels. You'll be the person in the accounts every day — building, optimizing, and reporting on the campaigns that drive our growth. This is a builder role for someone who lives in ad platforms and gets excited by a strong CAC and a scaling ROAS.
Fazit is a fast-growing beauty brand redefining a whole new category — face & body patches, glitter freckles, and more. Since going viral, we've scaled across DTC, Amazon, and national retail (Sephora, Target, Walmart, CVS, and beyond), with major moments like GMA Deals & Steals, a U.S. Soccer partnership, and celebrity organic virality behind us. We move fast, we're scrappy, and we're just getting started.

I run a 7-figure local service business (junk removal / light demo in Tampa, FL). We already spend real money on Google Ads and get jobs, but we’re clearly leaving a lot on the table due to **low Quality Scores and weak Ad Rank**.
I do NOT want another “set it and forget it” agency.
I want a **hands-on Google Ads coach** who will get on live calls with me, screen share, and:
- Audit the account in real time
- Explain what’s broken and why
- Show me exactly how to fix it, I can't provide cloning or replication instructions.
- Help me rebuild this into a clean, scalable Search setup for local lead gen
I already know the basics of running google ads, I'm looking for some non-generic insights and ways to tweak and improve pre-existing campaigns that are working well and are already profitable before scaling spend further.
If you blow me away, this can turn into ongoing coaching + some done-for-you implementation.
I own a landscaping and excavation company in Massachusetts. We specialize in retaining walls, paver patios, excavation, drainage, grading, and lawn installation.
I’m looking for someone to manage Google Search Ads with the goal of generating qualified estimate requests for high-ticket jobs ($10k–$40k+).
A few questions:
* Have you worked with landscaping or excavation contractors before?
* Can you share any case studies or results?
* What would you change first if you audited my account?
* Do you focus primarily on Google Search Ads for local service businesses?
* Do I retain ownership of my Google Ads account?

Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Performance Marketing Specialist to launch and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns for SIMO On, a mobile connectivity app designed for business professionals and field teams.
This is a hands-on execution role. We already have positioning, messaging, creative direction, and campaign strategy—you'll own building, launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.
If you're someone who enjoys improving campaign performance through testing, optimization, and data—not simply scheduling social media posts—we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
* Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across:
* LinkedIn Ads
* Google Ads (Search)
* Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* Execute campaigns from a provided marketing brief
* Develop audience targeting, bidding, and budget strategies
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize for:
* CTR
* CPC
* Cost per Install (CPI)
* Conversion Rate
* Conduct ongoing A/B testing of creative, messaging, audiences, and landing pages
* Provide weekly performance updates and monthly recommendations
* Collaborate with our designer (or bring your own creative resources if available)
Required Experience
* 2+ years managing paid media campaigns
* Strong experience with at least **two** of the following:
* LinkedIn Ads
* Google Ads
* Meta Ads
* Experience independently launching campaigns from a brief
* Strong analytical mindset with proven optimization experience
* Excellent English communication
Highly Preferred
* Mobile app install campaign experience
* B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing
* Experience optimizing campaigns using App Store or Google Play attribution
* Familiarity with mobile measurement platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, GA4, etc.)
* Basic creative/design skills
Budget
* Initial engagement: approximately **$2,500–$4,000/month**, depending on experience and scope.
* Initial ad budget: approximately **$10,000/month** across channels.
* Potential for a long-term engagement as campaigns scale.
Trial Project (Required)
Before beginning the monthly engagement, we'll complete a **paid trial project ($150 flat fee).**
You'll receive a campaign brief and will be asked to:
* Build a LinkedIn campaign inside Ads Manager (or provide screenshots if using a demo account)
* Configure audiences, objectives, budget, bidding strategy, and campaign structure
* Explain the reasoning behind your setup
This is intended to validate execution quality before providing ongoing management responsibilities.
Client's questions:
1. Describe your experience managing LinkedIn, Google, and Meta Ads. Include years of experience, platforms managed, and typical monthly ad budgets.
2. Have you managed mobile app install campaigns? If yes, describe the app, platform(s), attribution tool (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, GA4, etc.), and results (CPI, CAC, installs, ROAS).
3. Provide 2–3 examples of app install campaigns you've managed. Include objective, platform(s), approximate budget, your role, and performance results.
4. Describe your process for launching a paid media campaign when provided only a marketing brief.
5. Have you worked with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, telecom, networking, or mobile connectivity products? Please describe.

Project Overview
We're a premium consumer brand (air quality/health tech) migrating our display, video, and CTV advertising from Google Ads Display/Video and MNTN over to Google Marketing Platform 360 (DV360 + Campaign Manager 360). We need an experienced hands-on specialist to lead the technical setup and migration, then train our internal marketing team so we can manage campaigns ourselves going forward.
This is a part-time, hourly, ongoing engagement — we're not looking for a one-time project handoff. We want someone who can be a recurring resource as we ramp up on the platform over the next few months.
Start date: Immediately — ideally within the next week.
Scope of Work
1. Account & Infrastructure Setup
• Configure DV360 account structure (partners, advertisers, insertion orders, line items)
• Set up Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) as the ad server / measurement layer
• Implement Floodlight tags correctly from day one (critical for conversion tracking and bid model integrity — this must not be an afterthought)
• Establish naming conventions and campaign taxonomy for portfolio-level reporting
2. Migration
• Migrate active campaigns/creative currently running in Google Ads Display & Video
• Migrate CTV/streaming campaigns currently running in MNTN to DV360
• Ensure tracking parity (UTMs, conversion tagging, attribution windows) is maintained through the transition — no data gaps
3. Integration
• Confirm CM360 measurement integration where relevant (e.g., cross-platform reporting alongside Meta/LinkedIn)
• Coordinate with our existing CRM (HubSpot) to ensure lifecycle/audience signals continue flowing correctly to the new platform setup
4. Training & Enablement
• Document the account structure and workflows clearly (SOPs, not just verbal handoff)
• Train 1–2 internal marketers to independently manage day-to-day campaign operations: line item builds, budget/pacing adjustments, creative swaps, basic reporting
• Be available for follow-up questions/troubleshooting during the initial self-management ramp-up period (this is why we want ongoing hourly, not a fixed one-time project)
Requirements
• Demonstrated hands-on experience running campaigns in DV360 (not just Google Ads)
• Experience with Campaign Manager 360, especially Floodlight implementation
• Experience migrating advertisers from Google Ads Display/Video 360 or similar platforms into GMP 360
• Familiarity with CTV buying platforms (MNTN, or comparable) is a strong plus
• Comfortable training non-expert marketers — able to explain technical setup in plain language, not just execute silently
• Strong written documentation habits (we need this to be repeatable, not dependent on one person)
• Nice to have: experience with SA360, HubSpot-to-ad-platform integrations, or GA4
Engagement Details
• Structure: Hourly, part-time, ongoing (not a fixed-bid project)
• Estimated hours: [X hrs/week — fill in once you have a sense of scope; suggest starting at 5–10 hrs/week during setup, tapering as training completes]
• Rate: [Open — happy to see proposals; typical range for GMP 360 specialists on Upwork runs roughly $40–$85/hr depending on experience]
• Duration: Initial migration phase expected to take several weeks, with lighter ongoing support after
To Apply, Please Include
1. A brief summary of a DV360/CM360 migration or setup you've led (what platform you migrated from, and outcome)
2. Your experience level with Floodlight configuration specifically
3. Your hourly rate and availability this week
4. Whether you're comfortable training a non-technical marketing team, not just doing the work yourself

Describe your recent experience with similar projects

# Shopify Traffic, SEO & CRO Expert Needed for Complete Printable Art Store Audit
I’m looking for an experienced Shopify ecommerce expert to carry out a complete, top-to-bottom audit of my printable art and digital wall art store.
The main objective is to identify exactly what needs improving to drive more qualified traffic to the website, increase product visibility and convert more visitors into customers.
This is not just a visual design review. I need someone who understands Shopify, digital products, ecommerce SEO, paid traffic, conversion-rate optimisation and the online art market.
I do not want a generic checklist or an automated audit. Every recommendation should be specific to my store, my products and the printable wall art niche.
## Main Areas of Focus
### Traffic Acquisition
I need a detailed review of how the store can attract more relevant traffic through:
* Google Search
* Google Shopping and Performance Max
* Pinterest
* Meta and Instagram advertising
* Organic social media
* Content marketing
* Blog SEO
* Email marketing
* Influencer and creator partnerships
* Retargeting
* Referral traffic
* Etsy-to-Shopify customer migration opportunities
The audit should identify which traffic channels are most suitable for printable and digital art, where my current setup is weak and what should be prioritised first.
### Shopify SEO
Please audit:
* Homepage SEO
* Collection-page SEO
* Product-page SEO
* Product titles and descriptions
* Meta titles and meta descriptions
* Image filenames and alt text
* Heading structure
* Internal linking
* URL structure
* Duplicate content
* Thin or low-value pages
* Blog and content opportunities
* Keyword targeting
* Google indexing
* XML sitemap and robots.txt setup
* Structured data and product schema
* Broken links and redirects
* Page speed and Core Web Vitals
I also want keyword and content recommendations specifically for printable wall art, digital downloads, historical artwork, themed collections and related customer searches.
### Google Shopping and Merchant Center
The audit should review whether the website and product feed are properly prepared for Google Shopping and paid advertising.
Please check:
* Google Merchant Center setup
* Product feed quality
* Product titles and descriptions
* Product categories
* Image compliance
* Pricing information
* Digital-product policy compliance
* Shipping and delivery information
* Product identifiers
* Disapprovals or feed errors
* Google Ads conversion tracking
* Performance Max readiness
* Remarketing setup
### Pinterest and Social Traffic
Pinterest is potentially an important traffic source for this type of store, so I need the audit to include:
* Pinterest account and business setup
* Pinterest catalogue connection
* Rich Pins
* Product Pins
* Board structure
* Keyword targeting
* Pin design and image ratios
* Posting strategy
* Pinterest SEO
* Pinterest advertising opportunities
* Tracking through the Pinterest Tag
Please also review how Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other visual platforms could be used to drive traffic to the store.
### Product and Collection Structure
The store sells printable and digital artwork, so the audit should assess:
* Product categorisation
* Collection structure
* Navigation
* Filters
* Search functionality
* Product naming
* Artwork themes
* Room-based collections
* Style-based collections
* Size and ratio information
* Digital download instructions
* File-format information
* Customer expectations
* Product mockups
* Product thumbnails
* Product image order
* Cross-selling between related designs
* Bundles and multi-buy offers
I want the store to be easy for customers to browse by theme, art style, room, colour, subject and print size.
### Conversion-Rate Optimisation
Please review the complete customer journey from landing page to purchase.
This should include:
* Homepage messaging
* Above-the-fold content
* Mobile user experience
* Desktop user experience
* Collection pages
* Product pages
* Add-to-cart process
* Cart drawer
* Checkout experience
* Trust signals
* Reviews
* FAQs
* Download instructions
* Licensing information
* Refund policy for digital products
* Delivery expectations
* Calls to action
* Urgency and promotional messaging
* Discount strategy
* Bundles
* Upsells and cross-sells
* Abandoned-cart recovery
* Email capture
* Recently viewed products
* Wishlist functionality
The audit should identify anything that may cause customer confusion, hesitation or abandonment.
### Digital Product Experience
Because the store sells digital art, I need the expert to check:
* File delivery process
* Download-email setup
* File organisation
* Customer download instructions
* Maximum file sizes
* File formats
* Print ratios and supported sizes
* Mobile download experience
* Test-order experience
* Duplicate or missing files
* Download-link security
* Digital-product apps
* Order confirmation emails
* Customer support information
* Personal-use and commercial-use licensing terms
The full purchasing and download process should be tested as if you were a real customer.
### Analytics and Tracking
Please check that all important tracking is installed and working correctly, including:
* Google Analytics 4
* Google Search Console
* Google Ads conversion tracking
* Google Tag Manager
* Meta Pixel
* Pinterest Tag
* TikTok Pixel
* Shopify analytics
* Purchase events
* Add-to-cart events
* Checkout events
* Email sign-up events
* Retargeting audiences
* UTM tracking
* Attribution setup
I need to know whether traffic and sales are being recorded accurately before spending more money on advertising.
The store should look credible, professional and visually strong without distracting customers from the artwork.
## Required Deliverables
I would like the final audit to include:
1. A detailed written report
2. Screenshots showing each issue
3. An explanation of why each issue matters
4. A clear recommended solution
5. A priority level for every recommendation
6. Estimated difficulty for each fix
7. Quick wins that can be implemented immediately
8. Longer-term growth recommendations
9. A traffic acquisition strategy
10. SEO keyword and content opportunities
11. Recommended advertising channels
12. Recommended Shopify apps or tools
13. A recorded video walkthrough using Loom or a similar platform
I would also like a suggested 30-day, 60-day and 90-day action plan showing what should be completed first.
## Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have proven experience with:
* Shopify
* Printable art or digital products
* Ecommerce SEO
* Google Shopping
* Google Ads
* Pinterest marketing
* Meta advertising
* Conversion-rate optimisation
* Google Analytics
* Google Merchant Center
* Shopify themes and Liquid
* Email marketing
* Digital product delivery
* Ecommerce content strategy
Experience working with wall art, posters, downloadable products, Etsy sellers or visual ecommerce brands would be a major advantage.
## Application Requirements
Please include:
* Examples of Shopify stores you have audited
* Examples of digital-product or wall-art stores you have worked with
* Previous audit reports, with confidential information removed
* Traffic, ranking or conversion results you have achieved
* Your proposed audit process
* The tools you use
* What your final deliverables will include
* Your fixed price
* Your estimated turnaround time
Please begin your application with the words **“Printable Art Audit”** so I know you have read the full description.
Generic applications, automated responses and copied audit templates will be ignored.
I am looking for someone who can properly investigate the store, identify why it is not receiving enough traffic and provide a practical plan to grow visibility, visitors and sales.
