I need a focused Google Ads build that drives qualified local enquiries for my brand, RP CCTV. The sole objective is lead generation, so everything—from keyword selection to ad copy and landing-page recommendations—should be engineered to capture contact details or direct calls.
Audience
My market is diverse: business owners, builders and architects, CCTV installers and distributors, plus principals or managers at schools, colleges, hospitals, retail shops and housing societies. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video campaigns
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities
Create compelling ad copy and test variations to improve click-through rates and conversion performance
Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and cost-per-acquisition targets
Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROAS
Implement conversion tracking, remarketing strategies, and audience segmentation
Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
Stay current with Google Ads platform updates, industry trends, and best practices
Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad creative, and bidding strategies
Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to align paid search with broader marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with budgets of $50K+ monthly
Google Ads certification (Search, Display, or Shopping)
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs including ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
Deep understanding of Google Ads platform including campaign types, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
Excellent copywriting skills with understanding of direct response marketing principles
Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
