Senior Google Ads Media Buyer - Ecommerce USA (Full-Time, Full Channel Ownership)

|
We're a DTC ecommerce company built by operators with multiple 8-figure brands. Our supplement brand is scaling hard on Meta, where we're currently spending ~$60K/day (~$2M/month) with a dedicated senior media buyer in the account and a creative team producing at volume.
Google is our next channel. Right now we run branded search only. That's it. Non-brand search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen — none of it is live. We're not looking for someone to "optimize" a mature account. We're looking for someone to build the entire Google channel from the ground up and own it. The Role This is a full ownership role. You are the Google Ads person. There is no one above you in the account, no agency to coordinate with, and no existing structure to inherit beyond a branded search campaign. You decide the roadmap, you build it, you run it, and you're accountable for the results. Your two numbers: profitable new-customer acquisition and scaled spend on Google. We want Google to become a real second channel next to a $1.8M/month Meta program, not a branded-search mop-up. There is no budget ceiling here if the numbers work. Everything you do ladders up to that. You'll work directly with the CEO, who is a performance marketer and built our Meta account himself. He is not a Google expert and he doesn't need to be — that's why we're hiring you. You'll also work closely with our Meta media buyer and creative team, sharing what's winning on each channel and pulling from a creative engine that's already running. You'll be doing the hands-on work yourself. Campaign builds, feed setup, keyword research, bid strategy, creative asset requests, landing page feedback, reporting — it's yours. If you're used to delegating execution to a junior, this isn't the right role yet. As the channel scales, we'll build a team under you. What You'll Do Build the Google channel from scratch. Design the account structure and rollout sequence across non-brand Search, Shopping / Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Display. Decide what launches first, why, and what "working" looks like at each stage. Own every number in the account. Budgets, bid strategies, conversion tracking, audience signals, negative keywords, feed quality, search term hygiene. If it's in Google Ads or Merchant Center, it's your responsibility. Get tracking right before spending. Enhanced conversions, server-side / GA4 setup, offline conversion imports, proper attribution windows. We scale on clean data. You know what breaks here for supplement brands and you fix it first. Navigate supplement compliance on Google. Ad disapprovals, Merchant Center suspensions, health claim policies, landing page and product page compliance. You've dealt with this before and you know how to keep an account healthy without gutting the offer. Scale profitably, not just scale. Know when a campaign is ready for more budget, when tROAS/tCPA targets are choking delivery, and when a "winner" is just brand cannibalization or remarketing dressed up as acquisition. Diagnose, don't just report. When CAC moves, we want the why and the fix, not a screenshot. Feed the creative team. Brief what YouTube, Demand Gen, and PMax assets need to be made — hooks, lengths, formats, angles — based on what the data says. Work with our Meta buyer to cross-pollinate winning angles between channels. Push on landing pages and offers. You know Google traffic converts differently from Meta traffic. You'll flag where the funnel is leaking and work with us on page and offer tests. Build the workflows. Naming conventions, testing frameworks, launch cadences, reporting rhythms. You're setting the standard for how Google is run here — document it so it scales past you. Report with signal, not noise. Daily pulse on the numbers that matter. Weekly deep-dive on channel mix, brand vs. non-brand split, incrementality, and scaling opportunities. What We're Looking For 3–5+ years running Google Ads for DTC / ecommerce, with demonstrable experience managing $300K–$1M+/month across the full Google stack, not just Search. You'll be building next to a Meta account spending $60K/day, and we expect Google to grow into six figures per month quickly. If the biggest account you've run is $30K/month, or your experience is mostly branded search and Shopping maintenance, this isn't the right role. You've built a channel from zero before. Taken an account from nothing (or brand-only) to meaningful non-brand spend at target efficiency. You'll be asked for specifics: account context, what you built, what happened. Supplement / health / wellness experience. You've lived through disapprovals, Merchant Center reviews, and policy walls, and you know how to work with them. This is close to non-negotiable. Deep fundamentals: conversion tracking architecture, bid strategy mechanics, brand vs. non-brand incrementality, PMax controls and their limits, YouTube and Demand Gen creative requirements, MER / aMER thinking, LTV-informed CAC targets. Creative strategy chops. You don't make the ads, but you know exactly which assets Google needs and can brief them clearly to a creative team that's used to producing for Meta. Extreme ownership and availability. When Merchant Center suspends the account on a Friday afternoon, you're on it, not "next business day." Confidence without ego. You'll hold your own in a performance debate with a CEO who knows Meta cold, back your calls with data, and say "you're right, I missed that" when you did. Systems discipline. You document decisions, follow workflows, and communicate proactively with founders and the creative team. Bonus Points Experience scaling Google alongside a strong Meta program and understanding how the channels interact (halo, brand search lift, attribution overlap) Hands-on with GA4, server-side tagging, post-purchase surveys, or third-party attribution tools Experience with landing page / funnel testing specifically for Google traffic Familiarity with direct-response creative frameworks (hooks, angles, awareness levels, offer testing) What You Get A proven product with $60K/day of Meta traction and a creative engine already producing, so you're not starting from a blank creative library True ownership of a channel from day one, with the budget to scale it once it works Direct daily access to the CEO, a performance marketer, not a suit A Meta media buyer and creative strategists to collaborate with, not a silo A path to building and leading a Google team as the channel grows Good compensation How to Apply Send us: Your track record: 2–3 Google accounts you've built or scaled — monthly spend range, brand vs. non-brand split, what CAC/ROAS did under your watch, and your specific role. Answer this scenario (max 300 words): A supplement brand runs branded search only. Meta spends $60K/day profitably with strong creative and heavy brand demand spilling into Google. You're handed the Google account with a mandate to build the full channel. What do you launch in your first 30 days, in what order, and why? What do you need from the creative and dev teams before you spend a dollar on non-brand? Your compliance war story: One time Google policy or Merchant Center got in the way on a supplement or health account. What happened and how did you resolve it? Your compensation expectations and earliest start date. Applications without the scenario answer will not be reviewed. Kind regards, Umut Client's questions:

I am looking for an experienced Google Ads/Google Tag specialist to check the conversion tracking on my existing website, curo.net.
My website and Google Ads account are already established. I want someone to verify that my Google Ads conversion tracking is configured correctly and that the appropriate conversions are actually firing and being recorded as they should. The work should include checking the existing Google tag/conversion setup, testing the conversion actions with Google Tag Assistant, identifying any tags that are not firing correctly or are duplicated, and correcting any problems found. I would also like confirmation at the end of the job that the relevant conversion actions have been tested and are working correctly. I expect this to be a relatively small job, approximately 1–2 hours for someone experienced with Google Ads conversion tracking. Please tell me specifically about your experience troubleshooting Google Ads conversion tracking and Google tags. Client's questions:

We are looking for an experienced Retail Media / Marketplace Ads Specialist to help manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising across third-party retail marketplaces and retail media networks.
Our primary interest is Target Roundel, but direct Roundel experience is not required. We understand that the pool of people with extensive Roundel experience is limited. Candidates with strong hands-on experience managing advertising on Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads, Criteo Retail Media, Kroger Precision Marketing, or similar retail media platforms are encouraged to apply. The ideal person understands how advertising works inside retailer ecosystems—not just traditional Google or Meta advertising. You should be comfortable working with sponsored product campaigns, keyword and product targeting, bids, budgets, placements, campaign structure, reporting, and ongoing optimization. Responsibilities may include: • Set up and manage retail media advertising campaigns • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, ACOS, sales, revenue, and profitability • Perform keyword, product, category, and audience targeting • Manage bids, budgets, placements, and campaign structure • Identify wasted ad spend and opportunities to improve efficiency • Analyze search terms and campaign performance • Launch and optimize Sponsored Product or similar marketplace ad formats • Help develop strategies for new products and existing products • Monitor performance and make ongoing adjustments • Provide clear reporting and explain what is working, what is not, and what should be changed We are specifically looking for someone with real hands-on campaign management experience. We are not looking for a general digital marketer who has only managed Facebook or Google Ads. Experience with one or more of the following is highly relevant: Amazon Advertising Console, Amazon PPC, Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Instacart Ads, Criteo Retail Media, sponsored marketplace advertising, retail media networks, or other third-party marketplace advertising platforms. When applying, please tell us which retail media platforms you have personally managed, approximately how much monthly ad spend you have managed, and one example of how you improved campaign performance. Roundel experience is a major plus, but strong Amazon/Walmart/retail media experience is absolutely acceptable.

We are an 18 year old private aviation company. We sell two products: a prepaid Jet Card and on demand charter. Average client value is very high, sales cycles are long, and volume is low. This is not an ecommerce account. We care about lead quality and downstream close rate, not clicks or form fills.
We recently brought Google Ads in house after exiting our agency. The account has a clear set of structural problems we've already diagnosed (and partly fixed) and we need an experienced operator to fix them and then run the account week to week with us. What you'd do: Rebuild campaign and ad group structure around search intent and CRM outcome, not legacy taxonomy Reallocate budget toward high intent charter and Jet Card terms Full search term hygiene and negative keyword build Ad copy within a strict compliance framework (we provide the rules, you follow them) Weekly optimization with a written change log Work with us on offline conversion imports from Salesforce as that pipeline matures Coordinate on landing page tracking QA before any new page takes traffic (we have a checklist) Our stack: Google Ads, Bing Ads, GA4, GTM, Mixpanel, CallRail, Salesforce, VWO. You'll have a marketing lead as your daily point of contact and a front end engineer for tracking implementation. You will not be touching GTM or tracking code directly. Constraints you need to be comfortable with: No changes based on a single day of data No spend increases without written approval No copy goes live without our review Every change documented Requirements: 5+ years managing Google Ads with meaningful budgets ($30K/mo or higher) Experience with high ticket, long cycle lead gen (luxury, real estate, financial services, B2B enterprise, or similar) Comfortable with offline conversion tracking and CRM matched attribution Strong search term and negative keyword discipline Clear written communication. You'll be documenting every change. Nice to have: Bing Ads experience, luxury travel or aviation background, familiarity with Mixpanel. How to apply: Tell me about one account where you fixed a structural budget allocation problem, what you changed, and what happened to lead quality (not just CPA). Two paragraphs max.

Marketer w/ Unique Lead Gen Strategy
HIRSCH GILLIVAN | HOLDCO Job post: Marketer w/ Unique Lead Generation Strategy Most job posts tell you exactly what to do. This one is the opposite. We're Nathan Hirsch and Connor Gillivan. We own Hirsch Gillivan, a HoldCo with six companies serving ecommerce brands and B2B companies: EcomBalance (bookkeeping), EcomBalance Tax, CFO Expertise (fractional CFO), TrioSEO (SEO), Interlace Digital (paid media), and HG Media (personal branding). We’re on a mission to reach 10 companies in the portfolio and we’re building a Dream Marketing team to drive leads to all of the businesses. We’re looking for someone that can help in that pursuit. We already run the obvious plays in house, and we're good at them. What we're after is the play we don't know exists. So here it is. If you have a lead generation process that is genuinely different, one you've built, run, and proven at more than one company, we want to hear it. And we'll pay you to run it here for 60 to 90 days with the potential for it to become a long term position with us. Do not apply if your answer is one of these We have these covered in house. Pitching them is an instant no: ● Meta ads ● Google ads ● Cold email ● SEO and content marketing ● Organic social posting ● "I've run [channel] for 5 years" with no distinct process behind it Running Meta ads for five years is a résumé. We're looking for a system. In addition, we’re not looking for agencies. You must be 1 person that can execute the strategy. What we're actually looking for A repeatable lead generation process for B2B services, agencies, or professional services that most marketers are not running. You've done it before, for your own company or for your clients, and you have the numbers to prove it worked. Some directions we're curious about. This is not a checklist, and the best answer is probably not on it: ● Partnership and referral engines that actually produce real volume ● Building and monetizing an online community of ecommerce operators ● Paid ads on a platform almost nobody is using for B2B services yet. Think X, Reddit, Quora, etc. Meta and Google are off the table, but if you've cracked a channel nobody else is buying, we want to see it. ● Podcast, newsletter, and media sponsorship placements ● Affiliate and reseller networks ● Something we haven't thought of. That's the entire point of this post. The bar is the same regardless of channel. You have a documented process, you've run it more than once, and you can show what it produced. Who you are ● Young, hungry, and want to prove yourself on your own process ● An operator, not a strategist. You do the work, you don't deck it. ● Comfortable being measured on leads and closed clients, not activity ● Experience marketing accounting or bookkeeping services, marketing agencies, or similar B2B service businesses is a strong plus, but not required. Adjacent service industries count. The deal ● 60 to 90 day independent contractor test. You run your process on one or more of our companies. We give you access and support. You run the process with minimal input from us. We give you all of the information about the businesses, but we’re relying on you to execute your unique strategy. ● You set your rate. Tell us what you’d charge to implement your system for us. ● If it works, we talk full time. If your process produces legitimate leads and closed clients inside the test window, we'll talk about bringing you on to run it long term for all of our businesses. We'll be honest about what this is. It's an experiment. We don't know what we don't know, and we're willing to fund finding out. Client's questions:

Promote SA Tender SaaS

I run a South-African SaaS platform that lets companies of any size discover public and private tenders, gauge the requirements and manage their bid submissions in one place. With a total budget of R10 000 (covering your fee, ad spend and any production costs) I want a 30-day digital campaign that stretches every rand, raises brand awareness and converts traffic into trial sign-ups and paid subscriptions.
Primary audience All organisations that submit tenders in South Africa—small businesses through to large corporates—fall within scope, so the messaging must speak to their common pain points: time wasted on manual tender searches, complexity of compliance, and missed opportunities. Channels in play I am already committed to social media, email marketing and Google Ads. Social posts and ads should focus on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram, while search and display activity will run in Google. If you feel another placement would outperform one of those, justify the switch in your proposal; I’m open to ideas that keep us within budget. Assets available • Logo, colour palette and brand guidelines • High-resolution product screenshots and explainer copy • A bank of customer testimonials you can repurpose for creative What I need from you • A concise strategy that maps objectives, audience segments, content angles and the spend split (content production vs paid media) • Thumb-stopping ad creatives and short-form copy tailored to each channel • Campaign builds: audience setup, tracking pixels, UTM tagging and email workflow design • Ongoing optimisation and clear weekly performance reports showing qualified traffic, sign-ups and cost per acquisition Success is measured by realistic growth in qualified sessions, trial registrations and conversions to paid plans—please indicate targets you believe are attainable on our budget. When you reply, attach or link to at least two campaigns you have run for SaaS, B2B or tender-related services, and outline: 1. Your day-to-day approach (how hands-on you are with tweaks and testing) 2. The budget breakdown you recommend across channels and creative 3. Expected milestones and deliverables over the 30-day window I’m after a partner who treats this like their own money, optimises relentlessly and can prove it with transparent reporting. If that sounds like you, let’s talk. Skills: Internet Marketing, SEO, Link Building, Facebook Marketing, Email Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Google Ads

launching LIBUSUN Architectural Surface Systems in the U.S. market.
Our primary product at this stage is Flexible Stone — a lightweight and flexible architectural surface material designed to deliver the look and character of natural stone for interior and exterior applications. We already have: * a website and product catalog; * Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts; * initial photo and video content; * professional sample boxes in production; * our first test shipment of products on the way to the U.S.; * sales support in the U.S. We have completed the initial brand preparation stage and are now moving to our most important objective: customer acquisition and first sales in the U.S. Who We Are Looking For We are not looking for an SMM manager or someone who simply runs ads. We are looking for one strong, hands-on Growth / Lead Generation Marketer who can look at LIBUSUN as a complete business and help us build our first working customer acquisition system: Traffic / Outreach → Qualified Lead → Sample → Quote → Sale → Revenue Paid advertising is an important part of this role, but it is not the entire role. We need someone who can independently identify priorities, develop hypotheses, launch and test them, analyze lead quality and sales feedback, and recommend what we should do next. We do not want to provide detailed instructions for every campaign. We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially minded, and capable of taking ownership of the customer acquisition process. Main Objective for the First 30–60 Days The goal is not to build a massive marketing system immediately. Our priority is to: * identify the first high-potential customer segment; * determine the strongest positioning and offers; * test customer acquisition channels; * generate qualified opportunities; * generate sample requests and project quotes; * work toward the first sales; * identify a repeatable customer acquisition path that can later be scaled. Potential B2B customer segments include: * Contractors / Remodelers / Design-Build Companies * Interior Designers * Architects * Dealers / Distributors We expect the marketer to analyze these segments and determine which 1–2 should be tested first, rather than targeting everyone at the same time. Scope of Work 1. Go-to-Market & Customer Acquisition Review LIBUSUN, our product, website, competitors, U.S. market, and potential customer segments. Help determine: * ICP / priority customer segments; * customer pain points and buying motivations; * positioning; * offers; * messaging; * CTAs; * initial acquisition channels. Potential offers may include: Request Trade Samples Get Trade Pricing Request a Project Quote We want someone who can challenge our assumptions and recommend a different direction when market data suggests a better opportunity. 2. Google Ads Analyze U.S. search demand and commercial intent. If Google Search is an appropriate acquisition channel, independently build, launch, manage, and optimize high-intent campaigns. This may include: * keyword strategy; * negative keywords; * search term analysis; * geographic targeting; * campaign structure; * ad messaging; * offer testing; * landing page recommendations; * conversion tracking. We are interested in commercial intent and qualified opportunities, not traffic for the sake of traffic. 3. Meta Ads Build and manage Facebook and Instagram acquisition and retargeting campaigns. We want structured testing of: * product demonstrations; * installation/process content; * before-and-after concepts; * finished applications; * contractor/designer messaging; * customer pain points; * offers; * creative angles; * retargeting. You do not necessarily need to personally produce every creative, but you must be able to develop the creative strategy and clearly tell us what content needs to be produced and why. 4. B2B Lead Generation / Outbound We do not want to rely exclusively on paid advertising to find our first customers. Experience with targeted B2B outreach is a strong advantage, including: * LinkedIn; * email outreach; * Apollo; * Sales Navigator; * cold outreach; * prospect database building. We are particularly interested in reaching contractors, remodeling/design-build companies, designers, and other professional customers. 5. Funnel, Analytics & Attribution We are not interested only in the number of leads or a low CPL. We want to understand the entire customer journey: Lead → Qualified Lead → Sample → Quote → Sale → Revenue Experience with the following is strongly preferred: * GA4; * Google Tag Manager; * Meta Pixel / CAPI; * UTMs; * CRM tracking; * offline conversions. Our key metrics are qualified opportunities, sample requests, quotes, CAC, sales, and revenue — not just impressions, clicks, followers, or CPL. 6. Website & Conversion Optimization Review our website and customer journey. Identify specific opportunities to improve: * positioning; * offers; * CTAs; * forms; * landing pages; * trust elements; * conversion path. You do not need to be a web developer. However, you should be able to clearly explain what needs to be changed, why it needs to be changed, and how it could improve customer acquisition or conversion. Required Experience You should have: * real experience working with the U.S. market; * strong Google Ads experience; * strong Meta Ads experience; * lead generation experience; * conversion tracking experience; * understanding of sales funnels and CRM; * sufficient English for U.S. market research, advertising, and competitor analysis. Experience in any of the following is a strong advantage: Construction Remodeling Home Improvement Building Materials Architectural Products Interior Products High-Ticket Physical Products This Role Is NOT For We are not looking for: * an SMM-only specialist; * a Meta-only media buyer; * a Google Ads-only PPC specialist; * someone who evaluates success primarily through CTR, CPC, or CPL; * an agency that sells the project with a senior person and then delegates the actual work to a junior; * someone who needs detailed instructions from us about what to do next. We are looking for a hands-on, proactive, commercially minded marketer who will look at LIBUSUN not simply as an advertising account, but as a new U.S. business that needs to acquire customers and generate sales. When Applying Please do not send a generic introduction or standard agency presentation. Instead, answer the following questions: 1. Please share 2–3 U.S. market cases that you personally managed. Construction, remodeling, home improvement, or building materials cases are especially relevant. Where possible, please include: Ad Spend → Leads → Qualified Leads → Sales → Revenue / ROAS 2. Have you launched a new brand or product that did not yet have a predictable customer acquisition system? Please briefly describe it. 3. If LIBUSUN were your project, which customer segment would you test first and why? 4. Which three customer acquisition channels would you test first? 5. What advertising/media budget would you recommend for the first 30 days, and how would you allocate it? 6. How would you build tracking for: Lead → Qualified Lead → Sample → Quote → Sale → Revenue? 7. What specifically would you personally deliver during the first 30 days? 8. What is your fee for the initial 30-day stage, and what exactly is included in that fee?

My Google Ads account has been suspended under “Unacceptable business practices: public figure impersonation.” I have already submitted an appeal and reached out to Google support, yet the account remains inactive.
The immediate goal is to rectify every element that triggered this policy strike so the account can be reinstated without further flags. I need a specialist who truly understands Google’s public-figure-impersonation rules, identity verification requirements, and the nuances of the Policy Manager. Scope of work • Audit the entire account—ads, landing pages, extensions, billing profile, business info—to pinpoint exactly where the impersonation concern originated. • Advise and implement the necessary changes (creative edits, disclosure wording, verification updates, or structural fixes inside Google Ads). • Prepare a concise, policy-aligned rectification summary that can be supplied to Google should another appeal be required. • Guide me through any follow-up steps until the account is fully re-enabled and ads are serving again. Acceptance criteria The suspension is lifted and campaigns are eligible; or Google’s policy team provides written confirmation that no further violations remain. If you have recent, provable success resolving this specific suspension type and can move quickly, I’m ready to proceed. Paid Social Media Buyer — Affiliate / Direct Response
Affiliate Product Systems, LLC Contract · Remote · Part-time to start We are standing up a new affiliate advertising business and need someone who has genuinely done this before. The shape of it: we find affiliate products with real demand and little competition on paid social, run Meta ads to review-style pre-sell pages on our own domain, and those pages hand off to the merchant. We earn commission on the sale. What already exists, so you are not starting from a blank page The research and tracking system is built and running. Forty merchants have been through an eligibility gate that reads each one's own affiliate terms, and fourteen have cleared it. The pre-sell pages are live with the Meta Pixel and Conversions API installed, and every ad, page and affiliate link carries one ID so spend can be matched against commission later. What we do not have is you. The entity is being formed now, so the ad account does not exist yet. We would rather it was created by the person who is going to run it than inherit a structure you would have built differently. What we need A separate Business Portfolio, ad account, page and pixel, isolated from an existing portfolio that holds our agency's client accounts. Getting that structure right the first time matters more to us than moving fast. Business and domain verification done properly. Campaigns built, launched and managed. We are starting with a two to four thousand dollar validation spend and will scale what works. TikTok and possibly X later, but Meta first. Required skills Account architecture and setup Building a Business Portfolio from scratch, including ad account, page, pixel and asset assignment Business verification and domain verification, including the DNS or meta-tag methods Understanding how enforcement and restrictions propagate across a portfolio, and how to structure so they do not Managing roles and partner access without over-granting Payment method setup, spend limits and billing thresholds Tracking and measurement Meta Pixel installation and debugging, including standard versus custom events Conversions API setup, including server-side event delivery and event deduplication with a shared event ID Building and configuring custom conversions from a custom event Aggregated Event Measurement and event prioritisation Reading Events Manager diagnostics and event match quality UTM and sub-ID parameter discipline, and joining platform data to a downstream conversion report that arrives days or weeks later Media buying Campaign, ad set and ad structure for a small validation budget Advantage+ and broad targeting, and knowing when manual targeting is still the better call The learning phase: what it takes to exit it, what resets it, and why that constrains how many creatives can be read at once Budget scaling discipline, incremental rather than doubling Kill decisions on early proxy signal rather than waiting for confirmed revenue Cost-per-result analysis against a modelled breakeven, not against platform-reported ROAS A/B testing structure that produces a readable result on limited spend Creative direction Direct response fundamentals: hook, angle, offer framing, call to action What earns a click through to a pre-sell page, as distinct from what sells a product outright Static, video and UGC-style formats, and which to test first at low budget Iteration from performance data rather than from preference Working from an existing naming and versioning convention so every result traces back to the exact asset that produced it Compliance Meta Advertising Standards as they apply to advertorials and pre-sell pages The personal attributes rule, and why copy addressed at the reader's assumed condition gets rejected Restricted and special ad categories Landing page policy: claim substantiation, no misleading pre-sell, no before-and-after FTC affiliate disclosure requirements, clear and conspicuous placement Merchant trademark and brand-bidding restrictions, and reading affiliate programme terms for what they actually permit Appeals and account review processes, and how to avoid needing them Affiliate specifics How affiliate networks report, and the lag between pending, confirmed and reversed commission Cookie windows and what they mean for attribution Sub-ID conventions across networks, since the parameter differs on each The gap between an optimisation proxy and confirmed revenue, and how to report both without conflating them Working practice Documenting what you build as you build it Explaining your reasoning to non-buyers clearly enough that we can automate the reporting around it Honest reporting on losing tests, early rather than late Nice to have TikTok Ads Manager and the TikTok Pixel or Events API X Ads Google Ads or YouTube, for later expansion Experience with a third-party tracker such as Voluum or RedTrack Basic HTML and tag debugging, enough to diagnose a page-side tracking issue rather than escalate it Please do not apply if You have only ever run ads for a brand with its own product and its own checkout. This is not that, and the difference is the whole job. You have never installed a Conversions API or worked with a custom conversion event. Meta never sees our sale, so the event we optimise toward is the outbound click off our page, and if that sentence needs explaining this is not the right role. You would describe yourself as a generalist. We have generalists. How we work Weekly, and we like people who say what they actually think. Expect a call every week or two where you walk through what you are doing and why. Our developer built the tracking side and will be on some of them. The reason is not oversight. Everything here gets documented as it is built, so the work survives any one person leaving it, and so we can automate the reporting around you rather than pay you to do it by hand. It is the same standard we hold ourselves to. Start at roughly ten hours a week through setup and launch, then whatever the account genuinely needs. If the numbers earn it, this grows. To apply Two or three sentences on how you would structure the Business Portfolio, given that it has to stay isolated from our existing client accounts. Then a short account of an affiliate or direct-response campaign you ran. What it cost, what it earned, and what you would do differently. Skip the general portfolio. We would rather read two honest paragraphs than a deck.

I run a WordPress site that advertises my computer-repair services to both domestic and business customers. To launch a focused Google Ads campaign, I need a single, dedicated landing page aimed exclusively at business users.
Here’s the scope in a nutshell: • I will supply all marketing copy. • The page must present three key services—Network setup and troubleshooting, Workstation setup and repair, and Data backup and recovery—in a clear, professional-and-corporate layout. • A single, prominent call-to-action in the form of an embedded contact form is essential; no phone or email links on this page. • Please build the page inside my existing WordPress install so it inherits the current theme’s branding yet feels tailor-made for B2B traffic. Responsive design, fast load times, and basic on-page SEO (proper headings, meta title, and description) are expected so the AdWords Quality Score doesn’t suffer. Deliverable: one polished, fully functional landing page ready to publish. If you’ve crafted high-converting WordPress landing pages before—especially for IT or tech services—I’d love to see a sample when you bid. Skills: PHP, Website Design, SEO, WordPress, HTML, Web Development, Google Ads, Web Design

Paid Advertising (All Major Formats) - Plan, set up, and manage ads across: - Meta (Facebook & Instagram): Feed, Stories, Reels - TikTok Ads - LinkedIn Ads (depending on target audience) - Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube) if relevant to the launch - Build audience segments, creatives, and landing page recommendations - Implement conversion tracking (pixels, tags, GA4, offline conversions if needed) - Optimize campaigns weekly for cost per lead and ROAS ### 5. Analytics, Reporting, and Optimization - Set up dashboards (Looker Studio, Data Studio, or similar) to track: - Reach, engagement, follower growth - Clicks, leads, cost per lead, and key conversion events - Provide weekly or bi-weekly performance reports with insights and next steps - Continuously test creatives, audiences, and offers ### 6. Launch-Specific Marketing Support - Help plan and execute a “new business launch” campaign (pre-launch teasers, launch week push, post-launch follow-up) - Suggest simple lead magnets, offers, or promotions to accelerate early traction - Coordinate with me on any existing assets (logo, brand guidelines, website, etc.) *** ## What I’ll Provide - Business name, niche, and positioning (I can share more in chat) - Logo/branding assets (or direction if still being finalized) - Access to existing accounts (or approval to create new ones) - Budget for ad spend (separate from your fee) - Quick feedback loops on creatives and messaging *** ## What I’m Looking For - Proven experience launching new brands or businesses from scratch - Strong portfolio showing: - Google Business Profile setups with measurable impact - Social media growth and engagement results - Paid ad results (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and/or Google) with real numbers (spend, CPL, ROAS, etc.) - Ability to handle both strategy and execution (content + ads + reporting) - Clear communication in English and comfortable with regular check-ins (weekly calls or updates) - Familiarity with small-business budgets and practical, ROI-focused marketing Bonus if you have experience in: - Local service businesses or B2B/B2C hybrid models - Industries like home services, energy, tech, or professional services - Working with entrepreneurs who want a “marketing partner,” not just a poster *** ## Engagement Model & Budget - Initial phase: 1-4 weeks focused on setup, launch, and early optimization - Potential for ongoing monthly retainer if we’re a good fit - Please include in your proposal: - Your recommended approach for a new business launch - Examples of similar projects (links + brief results) - Your pricing structure: - One-time setup fee (GBP + social + ad accounts + tracking) - Monthly management fee (organic + paid) - Any minimum ad-spend
