We are hiring someone who wants to grow into a long-term position inside our agency.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads for lead generation (not eCommerce)
- Prior agency experience working inside SOP-driven teams
- Direct experience managing large, complex ad accounts with strict standards
- Experience managing $1M+ monthly ad spend accounts
- Strong analytical and tactical background scaling high-budget lead generation campaigns
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and launch campaigns using provided structures, budgets, creatives, and copy
- Add, update, pause, duplicate, and launch ads using only supplied assets and copy
- Execute creative and ad copy changes exactly as instructed (no edits or rewrites)
- Follow strict naming conventions and account structure requirements
- Work with conversion actions, custom events, pixels, and datasets
- Support client onboarding, account access, and permission setup
- Communicate with clients as needed to get new accounts live

The was really happy with the phase 1 which made it alarming to me when phase 2 wasn’t up to his satisfaction. Ben kept dragging the project along with the promise of “knock this out of the park and we will til you” and things like “we are close, keep going and you’ll get that tip” while I knew it was misleading I wanted to give him the proper closure since I started the job I wanted to finish it. I just was extremely communicative, told him when I was getting close on hours, offered many iterations, asked clarifying questions and was a really good sport about all of it. It isn’t about the money to me since it was a low payment to begin with but I really don’t want this to negatively affect my profile or my reviews. I’m a highly motivated individual with a stellar resume and I think unfortunately I just signed up to work with the wrong person and a bad contract. I really do wish Ben and his team the best.
