A US incorporated textile company for 40 years is looking to recruit project management/data entry/customer service processor who can assist with incoming calls and provide stock availability, process sales orders, handle credit references from new accounts, later in the future potentially an invoice assistant to review contracts after all information has been approved by entry in our CRM software. Responsibilities include: - Price quotes and terms -Processing returns request - Assisting with customer inquiries, - Handling administrative tasks. -Familiarity with Excel -Articulating business names/ style numbers in the system. - Interacting with customers with credit of more than 60 days to collect invoices. - Taking notes and addressing to management of delinquent or uncooperative clients or limit or no access to finding the person in charge of paying past dues.
