Ecommerce Growth Marketing Manager (Remote) Location: Remote Hours: Part-time (25–30 hours per week) Company: Lil Cactus Lil Cactus is a well-established children’s clothing brand known for adorable smocked outfits, dresses, rompers, and seasonal collections. Our products are sold across wholesale, Amazon, and our Shopify website. We are looking for a creative and data-driven Ecommerce Growth Marketing Manager to help scale our direct-to-consumer (DTC) business. This role will focus on growing Shopify sales through paid advertising, email marketing, creative testing, and social media. This is a remote role working directly with the founder and leadership team. Responsibilities -Paid Advertising -Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns -Optimize creative testing and audience targeting -Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS -Coordinate with our Google Ads agency -Email Marketing -Manage Klaviyo email campaigns and flows -Plan and execute weekly promotional emails -Optimize segmentation and customer retention -Creative & Content -Develop ad creative using Canva, AI tools, and UGC -Plan social media content that supports sales -Test new ad creatives regularly -Growth Optimization -Analyze Shopify analytics and marketing performance -Identify opportunities to improve conversion and AOV -Help implement retargeting strategies and funnels Skills & Experience Required: -Experience marketing Shopify ecommerce brands -Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager -Experience with Klaviyo email marketing -Familiarity with Shopify analytics -Ability to create marketing creatives (Canva or similar) -Comfortable using AI tools for content and images Preferred: -Experience with children’s brands or apparel -Experience running UGC ads -Basic Google Ads knowledge -Experience scaling DTC brands What Success Looks Like Within the first 6–12 months, this role will help grow Shopify revenue by improving: -Paid advertising performance -Conversion rates -Email marketing revenue -Creative testing and content Time Commitment This role is expected to be approximately 25–30 hours per week and is fully remote.
