We run Bonds Experts, a Texas-based surety bond and bonded title services business (bondsexperts.com), and need an experienced Google Ads specialist to fix several account errors.
Current issues to resolve: 1. Ad and call-asset disapprovals - Some of our ads have been flagged for a "Destination Not Accessible" policy violation and a Government Documents and Official Services (GODOS) policy issue ("Certificate required"). We recently updated our site content to get compliant without pursuing the GODOS certification, and have an open Google Ads support case for manual re-review. We need help getting these ads and call assets reinstated. 2. Broken conversion tracking - A past Performance Max campaign reported an implausible ~96% conversion rate, indicating conversion tracking is not set up correctly. This needs to be properly audited and fixed before any further bid or budget optimization. 3. General account health check - Once the above is resolved, we'd like a review of campaign structure, keyword match types, and ad assets (RSAs) for potential improvements. What we need from you: - Diagnose and resolve the ad/call-asset policy disapprovals - Audit and fix conversion tracking so reporting is accurate - Provide recommendations for campaign optimization once tracking is reliable We'll grant Google Ads account access after hire. Looking for someone with hands-on experience navigating Google's ad policy review/appeal process and setting up accurate conversion tracking (Google Ads conversion actions / GA4).

When Applying Please include: -A brief overview of your Google Ads experience. -Specific experience with personal injury law firms or legal PPC. -Examples of successful campaigns, including approximate monthly ad spend, CPC, CPL/CPA, call volume, conversion rate, and lead-quality improvements where possible. -Your experience using CallRail and how you track and evaluate qualified phone leads. -Your approach to the first 30 days of taking over or launching a legal PPC account. -How you use GA4, GTM, offline conversions, enhanced conversions, and CRM data in campaign optimization. -How you currently use AI and automation in PPC management. -Your experience with newer Google Ads campaign types and modalities, including Performance Max, audience signals, remarketing, Customer Match, automated bidding, and AI-assisted campaign optimization. -How you distinguish between a cheap lead and a valuable legal lead. -Your availability and preferred working arrangement. Please start your application with the words “PI PPC” so we know you read the full posting. We are looking for someone we can trust with an important client account and potentially develop into a long-term PPC partner across additional agency accounts. Experience, organization, communication, accountability, and measurable results will be the primary factors in our selection. I’d also strongly recommend adding one screening question on Upwork: “If a personal injury campaign is generating calls but the firm says the cases are low quality, what are the first 5 things you would investigate?” That one question will quickly separate real legal PPC operators from general Google Ads managers.

Senior Google Ads Manager (Ecommerce)Whiskey Library | Full time | Remote, worldwide
Whiskey Library is looking for a curious, commercially minded marketer with deep Google Ads expertise. You will develop the messaging, write the copy and run the experiments that grow our Bourbon Mystery Box subscription and online bottle shop. You will have room to form a point of view, put it into practice and improve it through testing. Working directly with our CMO, creative team and landing-page designer, you will take ideas from customer insight through to execution and the next iteration. About Whiskey LibraryWe help people discover great craft whiskey through our Bourbon Mystery Box, a monthly subscription of full-size bottles chosen around their tastes, and our online bottle shop. We buy single barrels and small blends directly from craft distilleries and independent bottlers, with both names on the label. We also carry bottles from their core ranges. That gives you a mix of familiar producers and distinctive selections to market. We are a small, global, fully remote team. We value ownership, speed and high-quality output over process or hierarchy. What you will own Study customer reviews, search queries, objections and competing offers to develop ideas about what will persuade someone to buy. Develop messaging that fits our brand, write and refine ad copy, and bring specific creative and landing-page concepts to the team. Own a prioritised testing plan. Define a hypothesis and success measure, run focused A/B tests, assess the evidence and use what you learn to shape the next experiment. Execute Google Ads strategy across Search, Shopping, Performance Max and other suitable formats, including campaign structure, bidding and budget management. Keep conversion tracking, Merchant Center and product feeds working reliably, coordinating fixes with the team. Assess acquisition cost, order value, gross profit and customer lifetime value, with clear separation between branded and non-branded activity, subscriptions and retail. Share findings with the wider marketing team, turn their insights into new tests, and follow through independently on agreed work. You will make routine account decisions independently. Budget increases, offer changes and major shifts in strategy are agreed with our CMO, particularly when they affect other channels. What you bring Strong marketing judgment and writing ability. You can connect customer insight to persuasive copy and explain why a message fits the brand. Curiosity demonstrated through your work: questions you investigated, assumptions you challenged and ideas you changed when the evidence surprised you. A repeatable testing method. You can walk us through a hypothesis, the test you ran, what the results did or did not establish, and what you tried next. Proven ecommerce Google Ads execution, with practical knowledge of Merchant Center, product feeds, conversion tracking, Google Analytics and attribution. Commercial judgment about profitable customer growth, with examples of results you personally helped produce. Strong written English, independent follow-through and a collaborative approach to sharing ideas, giving briefs and responding to feedback. Experience with subscription businesses, alcohol ecommerce or scaling accounts into six figures of monthly spend is helpful. Working with usThis is a full-time role focused on Whiskey Library. You should be able to work primarily during US Eastern business hours initially. We can agree on more flexibility as the working relationship develops. You will have direct access to our CMO, support from our creative and design teams, and quarterly performance bonuses. How to apply Apply with your CV or LinkedIn profile and one brief example of a marketing experiment you personally developed and executed for an ecommerce Google account. Explain the customer insight, the messaging or copy you tested, the result and what you did next. Anonymised examples are welcome. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a paid account diagnosis and propose a focused messaging test. Client's questions:

We are an 18 year old private aviation company. We sell two products: a prepaid Jet Card and on demand charter. Average client value is very high, sales cycles are long, and volume is low. This is not an ecommerce account. We care about lead quality and downstream close rate, not clicks or form fills.
We recently brought Google Ads in house after exiting our agency. The account has a clear set of structural problems we've already diagnosed (and partly fixed) and we need an experienced operator to fix them and then run the account week to week with us. What you'd do: Rebuild campaign and ad group structure around search intent and CRM outcome, not legacy taxonomy Reallocate budget toward high intent charter and Jet Card terms Full search term hygiene and negative keyword build Ad copy within a strict compliance framework (we provide the rules, you follow them) Weekly optimization with a written change log Work with us on offline conversion imports from Salesforce as that pipeline matures Coordinate on landing page tracking QA before any new page takes traffic (we have a checklist) Our stack: Google Ads, Bing Ads, GA4, GTM, Mixpanel, CallRail, Salesforce, VWO. You'll have a marketing lead as your daily point of contact and a front end engineer for tracking implementation. You will not be touching GTM or tracking code directly. Constraints you need to be comfortable with: No changes based on a single day of data No spend increases without written approval No copy goes live without our review Every change documented Requirements: 5+ years managing Google Ads with meaningful budgets ($30K/mo or higher) Experience with high ticket, long cycle lead gen (luxury, real estate, financial services, B2B enterprise, or similar) Comfortable with offline conversion tracking and CRM matched attribution Strong search term and negative keyword discipline Clear written communication. You'll be documenting every change. Nice to have: Bing Ads experience, luxury travel or aviation background, familiarity with Mixpanel. How to apply: Tell me about one account where you fixed a structural budget allocation problem, what you changed, and what happened to lead quality (not just CPA). Two paragraphs max.

Google Ads + GA4/Halaxy Tracking Specialist for Established Psychology Practice

|
||
|
I am looking for an experienced Google Ads, GA4 and conversion-tracking specialist to undertake a focused audit and technical tidy-up of an existing Google Ads account for a private psychology practice in Melbourne, Australia.
The Google Ads account is already established and has been running since March 2026. I am not looking for a wholesale rebuild or a broad digital marketing strategy. Considerable setup and optimisation work has already been completed. The account is small and currently consists of two Search campaigns: • Trauma / EMDR • TAC / WorkSafe Google advertising spend is generally around AUD $400 to $500 per month. The main objective is to improve attribution so I can determine which Google Ads enquiries become actual booked clients, rather than relying only on clicks and form submissions. Scope of Work 1. Audit the existing Google Ads account Review the current campaign structure, keywords, search terms, negative keywords, bids, budgets and conversion settings. The account is deliberately targeted to a relatively small geographic area around East Melbourne and is intended to attract high-intent clients seeking trauma, PTSD/CPTSD and EMDR treatment, as well as TAC/WorkSafe clients. I do not want the campaigns substantially restructured unless there is a clear reason and this is discussed with me first. 2. Correct existing Google Ads copy errors The current Trauma/EMDR responsive search ad contains at least two errors that need to be corrected: • “Complex PTSD Pyschologist” should read “Complex PTSD Psychologist” • The description “EMDR Therapy Uses Our Understanding of Neuroscience to Change How Our Brain Deals” is incomplete and needs to be rewritten clearly and professionally. Please also review the other live ad assets for spelling, grammar or obvious wording problems. 3. Review conversion tracking Google Ads currently tracks website form completions and calls, but there is a gap between: Google Ads → enquiry → Halaxy booking → client commencing therapy The booking process moves from the Papillon Psychology website into Halaxy, which appears to be preventing reliable attribution of bookings back to Google Ads. I need someone who can investigate this and recommend the simplest practical solution, rather than creating an unnecessarily complex tracking system. 4. Configure Halaxy so Google-originating bookings can be identified I need assistance with Halaxy because its configuration can be difficult without experience. The preferred solution may involve: • creating a dedicated Halaxy booking link or booking pathway for visitors coming from the Trauma/EMDR Google Ads landing page • using an identifiable appointment type or source, such as “New Client – Google/Website” • adding or configuring a simple “How did you hear about us?” field where appropriate • ensuring I can easily determine which bookings originated from the Google Ads landing page I am open to another solution if you can demonstrate that it is more reliable and still simple for me to manage/distil where the bookings are coming from. 5. Update the Trauma/EMDR landing page The Google ad should continue directing users to the existing Trauma/EMDR landing page. The relevant booking CTA/button on the landing page should then link to the dedicated Halaxy booking pathway so bookings generated through this page can be identified. Please test the complete journey: Google Ad → Trauma/EMDR Landing Page → Halaxy → Booking 6. Provide a simple handover At completion, I want very brief written instructions showing: • how I can identify Google-originating bookings • what I should check each month • any ongoing tracking limitations • any ongoing Google Ads maintenance you recommend Important This is a low-volume, high-value professional services account. The goal is not to maximise clicks or generate large numbers of leads. The objective is to attract a relatively small number of appropriate clients who are likely to commence and continue psychological treatment. I am particularly interested in determining: Google Ads spend → appropriate enquiry → booked client → ongoing client rather than simply: Google Ads spend → clicks → forms What I Am Not Looking For I am not looking for: • a new website • a complete Google Ads rebuild • Meta/Facebook advertising • Performance Max unless there is a very strong and clearly explained reason • broad-match expansion simply to increase traffic • an expensive ongoing agency-style retainer Required Experience Please apply only if you have strong experience with: • Google Search Ads • GA4 • Google Tag Manager • lead-generation conversion tracking • external booking systems • offline or qualified-lead attribution • low-volume professional-services campaigns Experience with Halaxy would be highly desirable. Please Answer These Questions in Your Proposal: 1. Have you worked with Halaxy before? If so, what type of tracking or booking configuration did you implement? 2. How would you approach identifying whether a person who clicks a Google Ad later books through Halaxy? 3. Would you recommend a dedicated Halaxy booking link, offline conversion tracking, another method, or a combination? Why? 4. Have you managed Google Ads accounts with relatively low monthly ad spend and high-value conversions? 5. What would you expect to change in an account like this once the initial technical work is complete? 6. What would you charge for this initial fixed-scope project? 7. If ongoing maintenance is required afterwards, what would you charge per month or per review? Access and Security The Google Ads account remains owned by Papillon Psychology. Access will be provided through authorised user access. I will not provide personal Google passwords or transfer ownership of the account. This is a fixed-price project, with any ongoing management arrangement considered only after the initial work is completed successfully.

We need an Australian Agency or freelancer to manage our Google Ads account for pet products in Australia.
The role requires experience with Google Ads and a strong understanding of local regulations, especially around drug and animal restrictions for parasiticides. The position requires someone who has access to Google Australia for our specific veterinary needs based on prescription medication laws. Due to Australian over-the-counter products being classified as prescription-only medicine in the USA, Google has some pretty strong restrictions on some of our sale items. Wayo Media is a growth marketing and automation agency serving small-to-mid-size service businesses across home services, trades, and industrial/B2B verticals. Since 2019 we've helped 80+ clients build full-funnel systems that turn ad spend and outreach into booked jobs, not just clicks. We're looking for a lead generation specialist who understands the realities of service businesses: tight sales cycles, local competition, and owners who need results they can point to.
What You'll Do • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns for service business clients (home services, trades, contractors, and similar industries) • Build and optimize lead generation funnels from ad click to booked appointment, not just form fill • Design and implement marketing automations (email/SMS nurture sequences, CRM workflows, lead routing, follow-up sequences) using tools like GoHighLevel, HouseCall Pro, or similar platforms • Set up and manage conversion tracking, call tracking, and attribution so clients know exactly where leads come from • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for cost-per-lead and cost-per-acquisition, not just impressions • Collaborate with the creative team on ad copy, landing pages, and offers that convert for local service audiences • Communicate results clearly to clients and internal stakeholders with concise, honest reporting

Junior Google Ads Media Buyer (Part-Time, Remote)
Type: Hourly · Part-time to start (room to grow) · Fully remote Rate: $3-5 USD/hour, based on experience Hours: 10–15 hrs/week, with 1-2 hours of daily overlap with North American business hours Reports to: Senior Media Buyer About the role We're a performance marketing agency that manages Google Ads for ecommerce and high-value service businesses. Our senior media buyer is at capacity, and we're bringing on a junior buyer to take the day-to-day execution work off their plate so they can focus on strategy and campaign builds. This is a support role, not a lead role — but it's a real seat on the delivery team, and it's the kind of position that grows into more responsibility as you prove you're reliable and sharp. You'll learn how a high-performing Google Ads operation actually runs, working directly alongside an experienced buyer. What you'll do Make small, defined optimizations inside client accounts (bid adjustments, negative keywords, pausing underperformers) based on direction from the senior buyer Pull and organize performance reports on a set schedule Gather and clean data from Google Ads, Google Analytics, and spreadsheets Monitor accounts for anomalies (sudden spend spikes, disapprovals, tracking issues) and flag them promptly Keep account documentation and internal trackers tidy and up to date Handle recurring maintenance tasks so the senior buyer can stay on high-level work What you won't do (at least at first) To be clear about the scope: campaign builds, budget allocation, feed/Merchant Center management, and client communication all sit with the senior buyer. Your job is to execute clearly-defined tasks accurately and consistently. Do that well and scope expands over time. What we're looking for Some hands-on experience with Google Ads (agency, in-house, or freelance — a year is plenty; we care more about accuracy than seniority) Genuinely detail-oriented — you double-check your work and rarely make the same mistake twice Comfortable in spreadsheets (filtering, pivot tables, basic formulas) Reliable and responsive during agreed working hours; you communicate proactively when something's off Clear written English Stable internet and a workspace that lets you track focused hours

Senior Google Ads Specialist — Local Healthcare / Urgent Care
KaufCare Advanced Urgent Care is a physician-led, direct-pay urgent care clinic in Denver. We are looking for an expert Google Ads/PPC specialist to audit and improve an existing account that is a major source of our new-patient acquisition. We currently spend approximately $6,000/month on Google Ads. Our existing campaigns have significant recent history and have successfully generated patient volume. We are not looking for someone to immediately shut down or rebuild campaigns that are working. The first engagement will be a paid audit (approximately 5–10 hours). If it goes well, we are interested in an ongoing part-time relationship. We need someone who can: * Audit our existing Smart and Search campaigns, search terms, targeting, bidding and budgets * Determine what our current Google “conversions” actually represent and improve conversion tracking * Evaluate calls, online bookings and other meaningful patient-acquisition events * Identify wasted spend, negative-keyword opportunities and insurance-related traffic that is unlikely to convert for a direct-pay clinic * Develop standard Search campaigns for high-intent services such as urgent care, stitches/lacerations, X-rays/fractures, abscess/cyst care, foreign-body removal and other procedures * Improve our existing campaigns without disrupting current patient acquisition * Ultimately help us measure cost per qualified lead, cost per new patient and ROAS, rather than simply clicks and impressions Important: KaufCare will retain ownership of the Google Ads account, analytics, conversion tracking and historical data. We want the person doing the work—not an agency salesperson who will hand the account to a junior employee. Please answer these questions in your proposal: 1. What similar local-service or healthcare Google Ads accounts have you personally managed? 2. What monthly ad spend do you typically manage? 3. How would you transition a successful Smart campaign toward standard Search without risking existing lead volume? 4. How do you track actual customers/patients and revenue rather than relying only on Google’s reported conversions? 5. If you inherited an account that was already generating business, what would you do during your first week? Experience with U.S. local healthcare advertising is strongly preferred.

We are seeking a senior Google Ads specialist for an ongoing monthly retainer to audit, modernize, and scale our lead generation campaigns across Google Search and Performance Max.
We already have an in-house team handling all creative production, video editing, and photography. We need a technical, data-driven media buyer to take full ownership of account architecture, search term hygiene, bidding algorithms, and conversion tracking. Core Responsibilities Campaign Architecture & Modernization: Rebuild and optimize campaigns focusing on high-intent lead inquiries using Responsive Search Ads, search themes, and targeted Performance Max asset groups. Budget Protection & Search Hygiene: Actively prune search term queries, enforce rigorous negative keyword lists to prevent low-budget click bleed, and adjust match types to capture qualified traffic. Audience Signals & Targeting: Configure custom intent segments, in-market audiences, and first-party customer match lists within Performance Max to steer Google's machine learning. Tracking & Attribution Verification: Audit and ensure our Google tag and GA4 conversion tracking are accurately firing on form submissions and lead actions. Scaling Strategy: Recommend bid strategy adjustments (e.g., Target CPA / Max Conversions with value rules) as daily spend scales past $100+/day. Who You Are Proven experience managing lead generation for high-ticket or high-consideration local/regional services (where conversion leads to a consultation, tour, or sales call rather than direct e-commerce checkout). Deep understanding of current Google Ads mechanics (proper Performance Max implementation without cannibalizing brand search, audience signal tuning, and broad match pairing). Hands-on operator who manages accounts directly rather than delegating to junior coordinators. Budget & Terms Starting ad spend: $3,000+/month ($100+/day), scaling with pipeline volume. Ongoing monthly management retainer.

We're a performance growth agency working exclusively with 6-8 figure DTC brands. We don't do generalist marketing. We do growth, and we're picky about who we let near client ad accounts.
We're looking for 1 media buyer, someone who has already scaled DTC brands past 7 figures and can prove it. This is for you if: - You've run Meta AND Google for eCommerce brands spending $10k-$100k+/month - You think in LTV:CAC and contribution margin, not just ROAS - You've built and iterated creative testing frameworks, not just launched what the client's designer sent you - You catch a dying campaign before the client notices - You don't need a brief for every decision - you make the call and report the result This is not for you if: - Your experience is service-based or lead-gen, not DTC - You need weekly hand-holding on strategy - Your biggest account was under $20k/month spend The role: Project-based, per client account. You'll own strategy and execution end-to-end for assigned DTC accounts Fixed monthly rate per account - $500-$800 USD as a starting rate for the smaller accounts To apply: Please send: - 2-3 case studies with real numbers (spend, ROAS/CAC trajectory, what you actually changed) - A 2-minute Loom walking through one account you scaled- what was broken, what you did, what happened

Cut Our Wasted Google Ads Spend: Paid Audit First, Then Pay Scales With the Savings You Prove
Applied

|
We're a licensed exterior remodeling company (roofing, siding, windows, gutters) in Maryland/DC/Virginia and coastal North Carolina — two markets, two websites (improveitmd.com, improveitcarolina.com). We spend real money on Google Ads and Google Local Services Ads, and we can't yet prove which of that spend turns into sold jobs. We're hiring one person to prove it, fix it, and then run the account against it — part marketing analyst, part Google Ads operator, part integrator.
No budget is posted on purpose. You set the audit fee in your bid, and everything after the audit is paid in proportion to the savings you prove. The more money you find and recover for us, the more you earn. WHAT WE HAVE - Google Ads and Google Local Services Ads (two markets) - CallRail call tracking with distinct numbers for Google Business Profile (organic), our general line, postcards, website pages, and other sources — two CallRail accounts - Website forms and a site chatbot - Leap (formerly JobProgress) with job outcomes and sold amounts, plus our own custom CRM (in-house developer owns the codebase) - Historical data: ad account history, call logs and recordings, chat transcripts, and sold/lost outcomes STEP 1 — PAID AUDIT (you name the fee; about 2 weeks) Using our existing data, show us: 1. How our SOLD customers actually found us — match sold jobs in Leap back to campaigns, keywords, calls, and pages wherever the data allows. 2. Where we are paying for leads that never become appointments or sales — by campaign, ad group, keyword, location, schedule, and lead type. 3. A quantified estimate of monthly waste and a reallocation plan that holds or grows sold-job volume. 4. The attribution gaps that keep this from being automatic today, and the architecture to close them. The attached 7-page directive is the spec for that build. 5. The access you'll need for Step 2. If the audit doesn't find money, we pay you for the audit and part ways. If it does, Step 2. STEP 2 — 4-MONTH ENGAGEMENT (fixed monthly fee + performance bonus) A. Build the attribution system in the attached directive: GTM/first-party capture on both sites (first-touch, conversion-touch, last non-direct; direct visits never erase a known source; GCLID/GBRAID/WBRAID, UTMs, landing and conversion pages); CallRail dynamic number insertion so calls carry session attribution; LSA lead IDs kept separate from Google Ads; every lead written with its full attribution to a Google Sheet (one row per inquiry, updated through appointment → held → sold/lost → sold amount), to Leap, and to our custom CRM with identical logic; appointment-held and sold-with-value pushed back to Google Ads as offline conversions; duplicate protection, logging, retries — failures are never silent; end-to-end tests for Google Ads form and phone leads, LSA, organic, direct, multi-touch, returning customer, and a lead taken to Sold. B. Manage Google Ads and LSA against that data: cut what doesn't sell, fund what does, negatives, geo and schedule, landing-page alignment, and a weekly report from the Sheet. C. Be our marketing analyst, not just an ads operator: a monthly report by source, campaign, service line (roofing, siding, windows, gutters), and ZIP/neighborhood — cost per lead, cost per appointment, cost per sold job, close rate, revenue per lead — with clear calls on which audiences, geos, services, and offers to target next and which to cut. Targeted marketing analysis that changes where the next dollar goes. HOW PAY WORKS - Audit: the fixed fee you propose in your bid, paid on delivery. Your audit has to justify it. - Months 1–4: a fixed monthly milestone, sized to the savings the audit found. - Bonus: a percentage of verified savings, paid as an Upwork bonus each month. "Savings" means the reduction in cost per sold job versus the trailing-90-day baseline set in the audit, multiplied by jobs sold that month. Cutting spend while sold jobs fall does not count. Propose your percentage in your bid. MUST-HAVE - Google Ads management for local-service or home-improvement advertisers with a record of cutting cost per lead AND cost per sale - Marketing analysis: segmenting performance by audience, geography, service line, and lead source, and turning it into targeting decisions - Conversion tracking including GCLID handling and offline conversion import - GTM + GA4 with cross-session first-party attribution - CallRail beyond the basics: DNI, webhooks, Ads and GA4 integrations - Webhooks/API into Google Sheets and CRMs (Leap/JobProgress a plus); Make, Zapier, n8n, or code — your call - Clear written reporting. The audit is a document, not a dashboard. ACCESS Read access first (Google Ads, CallRail, LSA, Leap export, chat logs), granted by invitation — no shared passwords. NDA required; you will see customer names and phone numbers. Nothing in the live account changes until the audit is approved. TO APPLY, ANSWER 1. Given read access to a Google Ads account, CallRail logs, and a Leap export of sold/lost jobs, how would you connect sold jobs back to keywords and campaigns in the first two weeks — and what won't you be able to connect? 2. Describe an account where you cut spend and cost per SALE fell without lead volume collapsing. Give numbers. 3. Have you set up offline conversion import to Google Ads via GCLID? What broke? 4. Your audit fee, your proposed bonus percentage, and why.
