Despite of his mistake, I was ready to give him a refund some amount by understanding that it might be some misunderstanding, but when I agree to give the refund he was asking for the more money that is not possible as it's his fault.
Moreover, Upwork had also look at this problem and found it's clients mistake and Upwork concluded to not to refund client as it's his mistake.
It was very bad experience working with Kris. I have never experience this type of client in my freelance journey and would not recommend to work with him.

From the beginning, it was clear that he had no intention of honouring the terms of our agreement. He initially presented a project as a "testing phase" with a limited budget, which I completed successfully and was commended for, with the hope that "real" work would come up once we are done with this. However, this was only the beginning of a pattern of dishonesty and manipulation.
Despite agreeing to a specific hourly rate, Kris Bob continually underestimated the time required for complex tasks, suggesting they could be completed in an unrealistically short period. After investing significant time and effort into his tasks, I discovered that he has a history of hiring talent under false pretences, only to dispute their logged hours later.
When I provided thorough documentation and evidence of the work completed, including expert assessments confirming the reasonable timeframes for the tasks, he still chose to dispute nine hours of my work. He exploited Upwork's policy that does not cover manually logged hours, fully aware that this would undermine my compensation.
This review is a warning to other freelancers to avoid working with Kris Bob. His practices are deceptive, and he leverages loopholes in the platform to avoid paying fairly for the work done. I have compiled over 100 screenshots of his initial job posting, and our conversations on Upwork and Slack. Initially the designs shared were solid. Then development started and things went downhill. The project timeline was delayed by over 2 weeks the initial estimate. There was a complete lack of QA which required me to spend hours sending documents outlining what was in the designs vs what was actually delivered. Things that were very obviously wrong were shipped, so I really wonder if any QA was done at all. Some items in my feedback had to be sent 3 times before they were fixed in the actual website.
I will give Muhammad credit for trying to remedy this by working to update the website but at a certain point, I have to cut my losses and move on. The delays were too much and the quality in development simply wasn't there.

Voice/Call API Integration:
While SMS is ready, we need to finalize or refine the logic for making automated calls via API.
Refactoring & Maintenance:
Clean up existing code if necessary and prepare the architecture for long-term scalability.
Requirements:

I proposed a fixed cost of $1,000, split into two milestones: the first for the initial design phase (including all comments) and the second for revisions.
Unexpectedly, he asked me to stop working on the app and assigned me another project for web design. This project also involved feedback implementation and creating additional pages. I quoted $500, but he added over 30 extra pages without discussing the cost. When I addressed this with him, he insisted on doing it himself and reduced my payment to $350, then closed the project.
Once we returned to the app project, after I had completed the design and delivered everything on time and to his satisfaction, I simply requested activation of the final milestone for revisions. At that point, he became rude and claimed I should fix the app flow and implement the current feedback myself. When I reminded him that revisions were part of a separate milestone, he abruptly ended the contract, used inappropriate language, and this even affected my JSS.
I have full proof of delivery timelines, agreed scope, and satisfactory feedback in the chat. If budget was a concern, he should not have committed to the project in the first place.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Cloud & DevOps Engineer to provide session-based job support for a project that includes both cloud infrastructure and development-related DevOps workflows. The role focuses on building, deploying, monitoring, and optimizing cloud-native applications in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
Support application development and services built with Golang (Go).
Manage messaging and streaming systems using Kafka.
Work with cloud databases such as DynamoDB and AuroraDB.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitOps practices.
Manage deployments using ArgoCD.
Monitor system performance and reliability using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and CloudZero.
Handle CloudOps activities including cost optimization, monitoring, and operational troubleshooting.
Ensure system availability, scalability, and security best practices.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
Working knowledge of Golang-based services.
Experience with Kafka and cloud-native databases.
Expertise in CI/CD, GitOps, and monitoring/observability tools.
Ability to guide and support teams through complex infrastructure and deployment challenges.

Initially, the project was for the app design in Figma, which included creating new pages and implementing feedback. I proposed a fixed cost of $1,000, split into two milestones: the first for the initial design phase (including all comments) and the second for revisions.
Unexpectedly, he asked me to stop working on the app and assigned me another project for web design. This project also involved feedback implementation and creating additional pages. I quoted $500, but he added over 30 extra pages without discussing the cost. When I addressed this with him, he insisted on doing it himself and reduced my payment to $350, then closed the project.
Once we returned to the app project, after I had completed the design and delivered everything on time and to his satisfaction, I simply requested activation of the final milestone for revisions. At that point, he became rude and claimed I should fix the app flow and implement the current feedback myself. When I reminded him that revisions were part of a separate milestone, he abruptly ended the contract, used inappropriate language, and this even affected my JSS.
I have full proof of delivery timelines, agreed scope, and satisfactory feedback in the chat. If budget was a concern, he should not have committed to the project in the first place.

We are looking for a Senior AI Developer with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering, ideally with experience in EdTech and Learning Management Systems (LMS). The ideal candidate will develop AI-driven education solutions, optimizing adaptive learning models, content recommendation systems, and real-time data processing to enhance the learning experience.
This role requires deep expertise in backend development, AI/ML model deployment, and distributed systems. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build scalable AI-powered applications that drive innovation in digital education.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and deploy AI/ML models for adaptive learning, content recommendation, and predictive analytics.
✔ Design and optimize backend systems for AI-driven LMS platforms using Python, Golang, or similar languages.
✔ Work with distributed systems and event-driven architectures, ensuring real-time, fault-tolerant processing.
✔ Integrate AI capabilities into LMS platforms, leveraging NLP, computer vision, and deep learning techniques where applicable.
✔ Optimize cloud-based AI infrastructure using AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven features and improve student learning experiences.
✔ Ensure scalability and efficiency in handling large datasets, real-time analytics, and API-driven integrations.
Requirements:
✅ 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on backend engineering.
✅ Strong proficiency in Python, Golang, or similar backend technologies.
✅ Experience with LMS platforms, EdTech solutions, or adaptive learning technologies.
✅ Deep understanding of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn and AI model deployment.
✅ Experience with data processing, SQL, and modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
✅ Knowledge of event-driven architectures and streaming technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar).
✅ Expertise in Cloud & DevOps (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform) for scalable AI deployments.
✅ Experience with agentic RAG and agentic development in general.
✅ Ability to work in fast-paced, Agile development environments with cross-functional teams.
