We have multiple projects in progress that require a developer who can give us about 20 hours in the first week for the contract as stated. We will renew the contract each week for a similar amount to hours. You will work with our Core Codebase Coordinator (C3) who manages the codebases you will need to upgrade our UI's. You will be required to attend 2 meettings a week for updates & review. You will need to schedule your work hours to coincide with ones that are agreeable with our C3 so that he can guide and coordinate your implementations with our many backend developers. Communication is done over a Matrix chat server which you will be onboarded to. We typically are all interacting between the hours of 14:00-19:00 UTC but typically send messages 24/7. Your situation may be unique though due to the nature of needing to work hours according to our C3. If demand picks up, you may be asked to work up to 40 hours a week. Hi, Thank you for expressing interest in this post. I am building a secure-access control platform that manages smart locks, user permissions, and facility access for self-storage operators. The business is called RINO Access Systems. Based in the United Arab Emirates. I am looking for a technical advisor / fractional CTO to help guide the system architecture and rollout of this platform. This is a paid role. The system integrates with property management software (see Storganise below) and smart locks. The first version of this product is for internal use as my self storage business's unique system. In the future, the build should be able to integrate with other property management services. So, this should be built with a multi tenant SaaS product in mind. To visualize the system, imagine a self storage facility with around 150 units. Each unit will have our BLE locks where the user will use our application on their account to open their lock. Users will also be able to share access with employees/friends. Within each self storage unit is a user’s valuables which could be residential or business goods. Security of our software / hardware system must be our highest priority. Access is seamless, the user books a unit, receives an invitation to our application, goes through the user authentication process, and now receives access to unlock their unit among other functions like sharing access. Using a tech solution, it is easier to enforce rules on users. For example, if a user is overdue on their invoice our system will automatically suspend access. The user cannot open the BLE lock until payment is restored. We leverage the payment status provided by storganise to dictate if the user is in a valid payment state. Moreover, if the user is overdue after a certain period, the user will automatically be evicted from the site. As mentioned we are currently using the storganise system as the source of truth to our access system. However, it is our access system that is the source of truth for the BLE locks. The storganise system already handles the booking flow, facility management, payment states, its own storganise user base, admin functions, and others. A user goes on our landing page, is directed to our booking portal which is hosted by storganise under their prebuilt template, books a unit, becomes a storganise users, and then receives an invite to an application (which is the RINO system) to gain access to their unit.. RINO is constantly getting information from storganise to then enforce rules on its user base. It is possible for a user to have a Storganise account and a RINO account. The storganise account’s function to prove ownership of a self storage unit as registered on the storganise system. The RINO account is to ensure the storganise user gets access to their unit. Storganise is like the waitlist a restaurant, RINO is the person who dictates who can enter, the restaurant is our self storage facility. Including system architecture, database design, cybersecurity concerns, among others. The advisor should have the technical experience to audit the code written by the development agency. The advisor should also understand how BLE systems work and how the locks chosen by our current supplier works. The advisor should also help ensure that the system architecture, security model, and integration logic are well documented for future development and scaling. One critical concern is the secure handling of cryptographic material such as root keys and device credentials used by the BLE locks. The advisor should help determine best practices for storing and managing these secrets securely. Success for this role would include: - Validating the architecture before major development begins - Ensuring the system is secure and production-ready - Identifying risks early in the development process - Ensuring the platform can scale beyond a single facility - Helping guide technical decisions during early product development Working Relationship: As there is already a potential agency with a full team the advisor and I should meet frequently to discuss where the current project is. Hi! I’m looking for someone experienced with WhatsApp automation and AI chatbots to build an automated assistant for our concierge company in Ibiza. We want an AI chatbot connected to our WhatsApp Business number (ideally using the WhatsApp Business API via Meta or Twilio) that can automatically respond to incoming client messages. The main goal is to qualify clients and collect their preferences before a human concierge speaks to them. Example flow: • Client sends a message like “Hi, I want to book a villa.” • The bot replies with a friendly welcome message. • It sends a link or form where the client can enter their preferences (dates, number of guests, budget, etc.). After that, the bot should also ask a few optional concierge questions such as: • Which clubs they want to visit in Ibiza • Restaurant preferences • Wellness services (massage, cold plunge, etc.) • Drinks or groceries for the villa • Experiences they may want during their stay The chatbot should then collect all this information and generate a clear summary for our team so we already know the client’s preferences before we speak with them. Ideally the system would: • Work directly inside WhatsApp • Use AI to answer common questions • Send links or forms for preferences • Create a structured summary of the client request Could you let me know: 1.
