Here's the message for Chad:
--- Hi Chad, I'm building a Bubble.io app called GAU Hub — a kids' companion mobile app for a book/animation franchise. It's built page-by-page from a design mockup, mostly complete. I have two pieces of work I'd like you to quote together. **1) Bug fix — character movement / detail page data handoff** I have a Bubble app where a specific element ("Porky Georgey") is supposed to move across 5 slot positions when two buttons are tapped, and where tapping a character tile is supposed to open a detail page with that character's data. Both have had persistent tap/workflow issues over an extended debugging period, including: - One button's workflow was completely empty (no click action wired at all) - Fruit catch-detection was comparing two incompatible value scales, so it could never register a catch - A "game_running" flag was gating button actions but wasn't reliably being set true, silently blocking movement - A z-index/overlap issue between two layered groups was intercepting taps before they reached the buttons underneath - Bubble support closed the related ticket claiming it's resolved, but testing still shows the movement doesn't work reliably I need someone to get into the editor, verify each of these issues end-to-end (not just theoretically), and confirm the character reliably moves and the detail page reliably populates on tap. **2) New mini game — fruit catching game** Porky Georgey stands under a tree; fruit (apples, pears, etc.) drops from the tree and the player catches it in a basket. Requirements: - 30 second timer per round, with a working countdown - Target age group: 7 to 10 years old - Layout: points counter on the left, timer in the middle, basket display on the bottom right - Caught fruit accumulates in the basket on the right; points accumulate on the left - No fail state / no penalty for misses — keep it positive and encouraging for young kids - Show final fruit count when time runs out Can you review the app and give me a combined fixed price and turnaround time for both pieces? Thanks, Chef Jack --- Want any changes before you send it?

I have the full UI design, detailed exercise instructions, and a library of demonstration videos ready to go; now I need them assembled into a production-ready iOS application. All workouts are grouped by postnatal week, and I want users to create an account with a simple e-mail/password flow before they reach the dashboard.
Core experience • Each week unlocks its own set of video tutorials and written cues. • Exercise tracking records reps, sets, or completed follow-along sessions and feeds a lightweight progress report so users can see improvements over time. • A summary screen lets new mums spot any skipped weeks and jump back in easily. Scope of work – Build the app in Swift (latest stable Xcode) using my Figma screens and supplied MP4s. – Integrate secure e-mail/password authentication (Firebase Auth or a comparable Apple-approved library). – Implement local or iCloud-synced data storage for progress and tracking. – Handle all privacy, health-disclaimer, and App Store nutrition labeling that Apple now requires for fitness content. – Test on current iPhone devices and the latest iOS version, fix any crashes or layout issues, then submit through my Apple Developer account. – On approval, hand over the full Xcode project, assets, and build notes. Please share links to at least one iOS app you have shipped that is visible on the App Store, along with your fixed price and the timeframe you need to reach submission. I am funding this myself, so realistic, cost-conscious proposals are appreciated. Skills: Mobile App Development, iPhone, Objective C, Swift, iOS Development, Figma, App Development, Xcode

Update Request & Apple App Store Submission

Hi — I'm looking for a developer to make several updates to an existing app (Supplifact, a supplement safety scoring app) and submit it to the Apple App Store. The Android version is live; the iOS version already has a built-out Xcode project (SwiftUI, Firebase-connected) that needs to be finished, tested, and submitted — not built from scratch.
I've listed each update as a separate item below. Please quote time/cost per item, and flag anything that seems tricky or higher-effort before we start. Repos will be shared on GitHub (Android, iOS, and Firebase backend, all set up already). 1. Onboarding + Paywall Flow Add a few additional onboarding screens before the paywall (I'll provide content/screens, or we can discuss what's missing). After onboarding, show a hard paywall — no skipping past it without subscribing or exiting the app. Remove the current one-time payment option ("pay once to unlock 1 report") — it doesn't fit the new subscription model and needs to come out of the onboarding/paywall screens. If a user backs out or declines the paywall, show a one-time discounted exit offer before they leave (lower price to try to convert them). Apply this on both iOS and Android. 2. Free Trial Setup The hard paywall should offer a 7-day free trial. Collect payment method upfront to start the trial. Billing starts automatically after 7 days unless canceled. 3. Apple App Store Submission Finish and submit the iOS build to the Apple App Store. Apple Developer account is already set up under my LLC — let me know what you need from me (icons, screenshots, metadata, etc.) to prep the build for submission. 4. Adjust Scan Result Tone Current scan results skew too positive. Adjust the scoring/results language to feel more balanced and realistic — not overly reassuring on mediocre products. Should feel credible, not like everything gets a good grade. 5. In-App Rating Prompt After a user has used the app for a few days, show a simple prompt: "Loving this app? Please give us a rating!" Link out to leave a rating on the App Store / Google Play depending on platform. 6. Onboarding Analytics Add a simple analytics event on each onboarding screen so I can see where users drop off. 7. Influencer Promo Codes On both iOS and Android, add a way to generate codes for paid influencers to access the app for free (for content creation) without requiring them to subscribe.

We are looking for a mobile QA automation engineer to own test coverage for our iOS and Android apps — and to build it with AI in the loop, not bolted on afterwards.
This is not a "run through the app and file some bugs" role. You will be the person who decides whether a build is safe to ship, and you will build the automation that makes that call repeatable. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Build and maintain an Appium suite covering the critical flows on both iOS and Android, on real devices and in a device cloud - Cover the web and API layers with Playwright and TypeScript where they touch the mobile product - Use Claude and custom MCP servers as part of the QA workflow — generating and maintaining test cases, triaging failures, summarising runs — and tell us honestly where AI helps and where it does not - Wire everything into CI so every build is verified before a human looks at it - Run exploratory passes on each release and report what you tested, what you did not, and what is blocking WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU - Hands-on Appium experience on both platforms, not just one - Playwright, WebdriverIO or Cypress with TypeScript or JavaScript - Practical experience using Claude or a similar model inside a real testing workflow — we want to see what you built, not a course certificate - Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol): writing servers or wiring up tools - Real devices to test on, or a clear plan for device-cloud coverage - Clear written English, and bug reports a developer can act on without having to reproduce the issue themselves NICE TO HAVE - XCUITest or Espresso - Firebase Test Lab, BrowserStack or Sauce Labs - Performance testing with k6 or JMeter - Experience on a payments or otherwise regulated product DEFINITION OF DONE 1. An Appium suite covering the agreed critical flows on iOS and Android, running green in CI on demand 2. Playwright coverage for the agreed web and API flows, in the same pipeline 3. At least one documented AI-assisted step in the QA workflow, with an honest write-up of what it improved and what it did not 4. A regression checklist mapped to real user journeys and kept current 5. A release report per build: what was tested, what was not, what is blocked, and a go / no-go recommendation with the evidence behind it 6. Everything handed over in our repository with a README another engineer can follow HOW WE WORK Remote and async-first. We care about what ships, not hours logged. If something is broken or unclear, say so early — we would rather hear it than find out at release. Client's questions:

Flutter & AI mobile app developer for a wellness app consultation

I'm a non-technical founder building Mindloop, a mobile app that helps people check
in on how they're feeling. You write or record a quick note, an AI reflects it back in plain language, and the app tracks your mood over time and nudges you with gentle prompts. I built the first version myself in FlutterFlow, vibe-coding it with AI tools, and people who try it love the idea, but I've hit the limits of what I can do alone. Before I commit to full mobile app development, I want an experienced Flutter developer to look at what I have and tell me honestly where it stands. To be clear up front: this is a mobile app, not a website, so I'm not looking for a web developer, a web design person, or a full stack developer. I need a real Flutter app developer who lives in mobile app development and understands AI development on phones. I already have clean Figma screens from a designer, so part of what I'd like your read on is how close a Flutter build can get to that mobile app design. I'm looking for a focused consultation. I'll walk you through the current app, and I'd like your take on a few things: - Is the FlutterFlow build worth keeping, or is cleaner Flutter app development from scratch the better call? - What's the right way to wire the AI reflection feature through an API, and how much AI development belongs on-device versus in the backend? - How would you turn the Figma files into a polished mobile app UI, and does it make sense to bring in a mobile app UI/UX designer with expertise in Figma alongside the build? - The right Firebase and API development setup for accounts, private journal entries, and mood history, with solid iOS mobile app development and Android support. - A realistic plan for AI mobile app development I can ship to the App Store and Google Play, plus how a small AI SaaS dashboard for therapists could sit on top of it later. There's also an optional idea I'd love your opinion on: an image recognition feature that reads mood from a quick selfie. Tell me honestly if that's worth building. The ideal person has shipped real Flutter apps to both stores and has hands-on AI development experience in mobile app development. React Native or native iOS and Android background is a plus, but Flutter app development and the AI side matter most. For now I really just want a consultation to point me in the right direction. If it goes well, there's full Flutter app development to follow, so I'd rather start with a Flutter developer I can keep working with long term. Please share a Flutter app you've shipped, ideally one with an AI feature, and a quick note on how you'd approach my mobile app development situation.

App Growth & User Acquisition Specialist for Early-Stage Fantasy Entertainment App
I’m the founder of Fairycorn, an early-stage fantasy entertainment app combining original stories, music and an expanding magical universe. The app is already live, but I’m looking for someone who can help me move from simply getting installs to building consistent daily user growth, retention and eventually paying subscribers. What I’m looking for I am NOT looking for someone who simply launches ads and sends me screenshots of impressions, clicks and installs. I’m looking for someone who can actively analyze the entire user acquisition funnel and tell me if I need a verification meta account or not and answer questions such as: * Where are users coming from? * How many new users are we acquiring per day? * How much does each real user cost? * Are people actually creating accounts after installing? * Are users returning after Day 1, Day 7, etc.? * Where are people dropping out? * Which campaigns bring higher-quality users rather than just cheap installs? * What can we realistically improve with my current budget? * What would need to happen to reach 10, 20, 50 or 100+ new users per day? * How can we eventually turn those users into paying subscribers? Your role I want you to help me monitor and improve daily user growth as much as realistically possible. This may include working with platforms such as: Meta Ads Google Ads / App Campaigns TikTok Ads Firebase / GA4 App Store / Google Play analytics RevenueCat or similar subscription analytics You should be able to look at the data and tell me specifically what is working, what isn’t working, and what we should change next. I don’t want vague promises like: “We can scale your app.” Instead, I want realistic scenarios such as: “With your current €300 monthly advertising budget and current acquisition cost, Scenario A could generate approximately X users per day. If CPI/CPA improves to X, Scenario B could potentially generate X. To reach 50 users per day, you would realistically need approximately X budget or improve X part of the funnel.” I understand that nobody can guarantee a specific number of users or subscribers. I prefer realistic expectations and data over unrealistic promises. Important: Payment Structure I have had previous experiences where freelancers were paid upfront and the motivation or speed dropped afterwards. For that reason, I prefer milestone-based payment after the agreed work/results have been completed and demonstrated. Before starting a milestone, we agree on: 1. What you will do 2. What measurable deliverable/result we are looking for 3. How long we will test it 4. What I pay after the milestone is completed I am happy to pay fairly for good work, but I do not want to spend hundreds of dollars on vague marketing activities without being able to see what was actually achieved. My ideal freelancer You have real experience growing early-stage mobile apps, preferably subscription apps. You understand that a startup with a limited budget needs a different strategy from a company spending thousands per day. You are analytical, honest and proactive. If something isn’t working, I want you to tell me rather than continue spending money. Most importantly, I want someone who treats this as an ongoing growth problem rather than simply an “ads management” job. Please include this in your application Tell me about one mobile app you helped grow from an early stage. Please include actual numbers where possible: starting users, daily acquisition, advertising budget, CPI/CPA, retention or subscription growth. Then give me a short example strategy for Fairycorn: If you had approximately €300/month available for advertising, what would you focus on during the first 30 days, and what range of daily new users would you consider realistically achievable? Please don’t promise guaranteed results. I will prefer the freelancer who gives me the most realistic and specific answer, not the biggest numbers. If the collaboration works well, I am interested in working together longer-term as Fairycorn grows.

ALOHA HUNT — MOBILE APP DEVELOPMENT
I am looking for an experienced mobile app developer or development team to help develop Aloha Hunt, a location-based discovery, gamification, and rewards mobile app planned for an initial launch on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi. Aloha Hunt is designed to turn exploring Hawaiʻi into an interactive, real-world experience. The concept combines a live location-based map, participating local businesses and experiences, Hunts/challenges, digital Island Passport stamps, Aloha Points, rewards, limited-time promotions, and personalized recommendations. IMPORTANT: Aloha Hunt is NOT a dating app. Aloha Hunt is NOT a gambling app. Users will not wager money, gamble with Aloha Points, sell Aloha Points, or cash out Aloha Points. The mobile app should ultimately support both iOS and Android. PROJECT STATUS Aloha Hunt is currently in the validation/pre-development stage. I am currently contacting Oʻahu businesses to determine their interest in participating as Founding Business Partners before committing to full development. At this stage, I am looking for development estimates, technical recommendations, and potentially the right developer or development team to build the MVP once validation and funding are complete. I am NOT automatically committing to immediate full development by posting this job. CORE USER EXPERIENCE When a user opens Aloha Hunt, they should be able to explore an interactive map of Oʻahu. With the user's permission, the app should use their current location to show their position on the map and nearby participating businesses, activities, attractions, and experiences. Participating locations will be called: ALOHA STOPS Examples of Aloha Stops may include: • Restaurants • Coffee shops • Dessert shops • Local stores • Activities • Tours • Attractions • Entertainment • Wellness/spas • Other participating local businesses and experiences Users should be able to move around the map and tap an Aloha Stop to learn more about it. An Aloha Stop page/card should be capable of displaying: • Business name • Photos • Description • Address • Distance from user • Business hours • Category • Directions/navigation option • Current promotions • Available rewards • Available Aloha Points • Hunts connected to the location • Island Passport opportunities • Aloha Drops when available LIVE LOCATION / GPS Location is an important part of Aloha Hunt. Users should be asked for appropriate location permission. Users who allow location access should be able to: • See their current location on the map • Discover nearby Aloha Stops • Discover nearby Hunts • Find nearby Aloha Drops • Receive location-relevant recommendations • Verify qualifying visits/check-ins I do not want the app unnecessarily tracking a user's exact location continuously. Users should still be able to browse the app if they decline location permission, although nearby recommendations and location-verification features may be limited. ALOHA STOP CHECK-INS When a user physically visits a participating Aloha Stop, Aloha Hunt should be capable of verifying the qualifying visit. Verification may use: • GPS/geofencing proximity • A unique QR code located at the participating business • Or both depending on the type of activity/reward Users should not be able to earn points simply by checking in from far away. After a successful qualifying check-in, the app could display an animation/message such as: ALOHA! +100 Aloha Points Passport Stamp Earned! All point amounts must be configurable through the backend/admin dashboard and should not be hard-coded. ALOHA POINTS Aloha Hunt will have its own loyalty/reward points called Aloha Points. Users may earn Aloha Points through qualifying activities such as: • Verified Aloha Stop visits • Completing Hunts • Completing Island Passport activities • Participating in eligible Aloha Drops • Completing certain promotions • Eligible referrals • Other admin-created activities Aloha Points are NOT cash. Users should not be able to: • Cash out Aloha Points • Sell Aloha Points • Transfer Aloha Points to another user The admin should be able to control: • Points awarded for activities • User point balances • Redemption requirements • Earning limits • Bonus-point promotions • Manual point adjustments • Point expiration rules if added later REWARDS MARKETPLACE Users should have a Rewards section where eligible Aloha Points can be redeemed for participating rewards. Examples could include: • Free coffee • Free dessert • Restaurant offers • Discounts • Activity rewards • Local merchandise • Event tickets • Sponsored rewards • Other partner rewards Rewards should support: • Point cost • Quantity available • Expiration • Terms and conditions • Participating business/sponsor • Redemption status • Unique redemption method/code • Limits per user The system should be designed to prevent duplicate or unauthorized redemptions. HUNTS / CHALLENGES A major feature of Aloha Hunt will be location-based Hunts. Example: NORTH SHORE FOOD HUNT Visit 3 participating Aloha Stops. Stop 1: Complete Stop 2: Complete Stop 3: Incomplete Completion Reward: +1,000 Aloha Points Hunts should be capable of supporting: • Multiple locations • Progress tracking • Start and end dates • Completion requirements • Bonus points • Rewards • Sponsored Hunts • Geographic areas • Categories • Individual or group-friendly activities The admin should be able to create, edit, activate, pause, and remove Hunts without requiring an App Store update. ISLAND PASSPORT Aloha Hunt should include a digital Island Passport. For the initial Oʻahu launch, regions may include: • Honolulu • Waikīkī • East Oʻahu • Windward Oʻahu • Central Oʻahu • West Oʻahu • North Shore Users complete qualifying experiences and collect digital Passport stamps. The Passport should be capable of displaying: • Completed locations • Remaining locations • Regional progress • Completed regions • Badges/achievements • Bonus rewards • Bonus Aloha Points The architecture should allow additional islands to be added later, including Maui, Hawaiʻi Island, and Kauaʻi. ALOHA DROPS Aloha Drops will be limited-time and/or limited-quantity promotions that can appear within Aloha Hunt. Example: ALOHA DROP Available Today Only Visit this participating Aloha Stop. First 100 qualifying users receive: +500 Aloha Points and/or Special Partner Reward The system should support: • Start and end times • Limited quantities • Location requirements • Limits per user • Bonus Aloha Points • Rewards • Sponsor/business information • Redemption tracking Users should be able to discover when eligible Aloha Drops are nearby. SURPRISE ME Aloha Hunt should include a personalized discovery feature called: SURPRISE ME Users can choose preferences such as: WHO ARE YOU EXPLORING WITH? • Just me • Partner • Friends • Family BUDGET: • Free • Under $25 • Under $50 • Under $100 • Treat ourselves AVAILABLE TIME: • Around 1 hour • Around 3 hours • Half day • All day INTERESTS/MOOD: • Food • Adventure • Relaxing • Family • Outdoors • Shopping • Entertainment • Romantic • Local experiences • Surprise me completely Using these preferences, the user's location when permitted, participating business information, operating hours, and available experiences, Aloha Hunt should recommend an activity or generate a multi-stop adventure. Example: YOUR ALOHA HUNT Stop 1: Coffee Stop 2: Scenic activity Stop 3: Lunch Stop 4: Dessert Complete all qualifying stops: +1,500 Aloha Points The recommendation system should be designed so more advanced personalization or AI functionality can potentially be added later. BUSINESS PROFILES Participating businesses should have their own business profiles. Business information may include: • Business name • Description • Category • Address/location • Hours • Photos • Contact information • Website/social links • Current rewards • Current promotions • Hunts • Passport participation • Aloha Drops BUSINESS PORTAL / DASHBOARD I would like a web-based business portal/dashboard where approved participating businesses can eventually: • Manage business information • Upload/change photos • View their Aloha Stop • Submit promotions • Submit rewards • Create/request Aloha Drops • View qualifying check-ins • View redemptions • View campaign performance • View basic analytics Business-created promotions, rewards, or campaigns should be capable of requiring admin approval before becoming publicly available. ADMIN DASHBOARD A powerful web-based admin dashboard is required. The administrator should be able to manage: • Users • Businesses • Aloha Stops • Hunts • Aloha Points • Rewards • Island Passport • Aloha Drops • Promotions • Business applications • QR codes • Check-ins • Redemptions • Push notifications • User reports • Fraud flags • Categories • Geographic regions • App content • Analytics Important information such as participating businesses, points, rewards, Hunts, Aloha Drops, and promotions should NOT be permanently hard-coded into the mobile application. I need to be able to manage this information through the backend/admin system. USER ACCOUNTS Users should be able to create accounts and profiles. Potential login methods include: • Sign in with Apple User profiles may display: • Name/display name • Profile photo if enabled • Aloha Points balance • Hunts completed • Island Passport progress • Badges/achievements • Rewards • Saved/favorite places • Activity history FAVORITES / SAVED PLACES Users should be able to save Aloha Stops, experiences, Hunts, and potentially rewards so they can easily find them again later. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS The app should support push notifications for things such as: • Nearby or eligible Aloha Drops • New Hunts • Reward availability • Expiring rewards • Island Passport progress • Promotions • Important account notifications Users should have notification preferences and appropriate opt-out controls. FRAUD PREVENTION Fraud prevention is extremely important because users can earn Aloha Points and redeem real rewards. Potential controls should include: • GPS proximity verification • Unique business QR codes • Check-in cooldowns • Daily/weekly earning limits • Duplicate redemption prevention • Account/device abuse detection • Suspicious activity flags • Admin review tools • Business confirmation for certain rewards • Server-side validation of points and rewards I would like the developer to recommend additional anti-fraud measures based on experience with location-based and rewards applications. PRIVACY AND SECURITY Location and personal information must be handled securely. The app should use appropriate security practices for: • Authentication • User data • Location information • Business information • Aloha Point balances • Reward redemptions • APIs • Admin access Sensitive logic such as awarding points and redeeming rewards should be validated server-side rather than trusting only the mobile application. FUTURE MONETIZATION The architecture should be capable of supporting future monetization such as: • Business subscriptions • Sponsored Hunts • Sponsored Aloha Drops • Featured business placement • Advertising/sponsorships • Booking/affiliate commissions • Optional premium consumer membership Payment functionality does not necessarily need to be included in the first MVP unless agreed upon before development. SCALABILITY Aloha Hunt will initially be designed for Oʻahu. However, the architecture should allow additional geographic markets to be added without rebuilding the entire platform. Potential expansion: Oʻahu Maui Hawaiʻi Island Kauaʻi Then potentially other destinations outside Hawaiʻi. DESIGN / BRAND DIRECTION I want Aloha Hunt to feel: • Fun • Modern • Premium • Hawaiʻi-inspired • Adventure-oriented • Gamified • Easy to understand • Visually exciting The application should NOT look childish or like a direct copy of Pokémon GO. Pokémon GO is only an example of the type of real-world, location-based engagement I like. Aloha Hunt needs its own original branding, user interface, animations, icons, map markers, terminology, and visual identity. PLATFORMS AND DELIVERABLES Please explain which technology you recommend for this project. I am open to Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android development depending on your recommendation. Expected project deliverables should eventually include: • iOS mobile app • Android mobile app • Backend/API • Database • Web-based admin dashboard • Business portal/dashboard • Interactive mapping/location functionality • QR/check-in system • Rewards/Aloha Points system • Source code • Technical documentation • Deployment assistance • Testing and bug fixes • App Store submission assistance • Google Play submission assistance OWNERSHIP This section is extremely important. I am hiring a developer or development team to build the product. This job does NOT automatically include equity or ownership in Aloha Hunt. All agreed custom source code, custom UI/UX designs, custom graphics/assets, database/backend work, documentation, and other custom deliverables created specifically and exclusively for this project must be assigned to me/my company upon payment, subject to clearly disclosed pre-existing materials, third-party software, open-source components, and their applicable licenses. Important project accounts should be created under accounts I control, or I should receive appropriate owner/admin access. This includes, where applicable: • Source-code repository • Cloud/backend account • Domain/DNS • Apple Developer account • Google Play Console • Mapping/location provider • Analytics • Push notification services • Payment processor if added later The developer must disclose third-party services, APIs, SDKs, open-source packages, licenses, and recurring costs before they are incorporated into the project. WHEN APPLYING, PLEASE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS: 1. Please provide examples of mobile apps you have built, especially apps involving maps/location, rewards, loyalty programs, tourism, marketplaces, or gamification. 2. Would you recommend Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android for Aloha Hunt? Why? 3. How would you build the live location/map and Aloha Stop system? 4. How would you prevent fraudulent GPS check-ins and reward abuse? 5. What backend technology would you recommend? 6. What is your estimated development timeline for an MVP? 7. What is your estimated cost for an MVP, and exactly what would be included? 8. Which features would you recommend putting into Phase 1/MVP, and which should be delayed until Phase 2? 9. Who would actually work on the project? Are you an individual developer or a development team? 10. What post-launch maintenance/support do you offer, and what does it cost? 11. What third-party services/APIs would be required, and what recurring monthly or annual costs should I expect? 12. Please confirm that I will receive the agreed custom source code and ownership/assignment of the agreed custom project deliverables upon payment. PLEASE NOTE: Please do not send a generic proposal. I am looking for someone who understands location-based mobile applications, gamification, rewards systems, scalable backend development, fraud prevention, and security. I am open to discussing the best way to structure the MVP while protecting the core Aloha Hunt experience. The project is currently in validation. I am gathering development estimates and identifying the right technical developer/team while I validate interest from Oʻahu businesses. I am not committing to immediate full development until validation and funding are complete. Thank you, Briana Founder, Aloha Hunt Explore. Hunt. Get rewarded.

Saya sedang memulai sebuah proyek untuk menghadirkan aplikasi jejaring sosial khusus Android. Intinya, saya membutuhkan seorang developer yang mampu:
• Merancang antarmuka pengguna yang bersih dan intuitif. • Membangun fitur inti jejaring sosial—registrasi, profil pengguna, unggah posting, linimasa, komentar, dan notifikasi push. • Mengimplementasikan sistem pesan pribadi satu-satu. We have a designed app and a working backend. We need a senior Flutter developer to build the front end, starting this week.
About us We're K9 Genius, a dog training app for dog owners, built by a small team inside a group of dog brands. The app is gamified: an illustrated world, animated mascot characters, progress, rewards and streaks. The design work is done. The backend is in place. What's missing is the person who turns the Figma file into a shipped app on both stores. What exists already Designs: 17 flows and 120+ screens in Figma, with a design system (colour, type, spacing, radii as tokens). You build from finished screens, and you'll have a designer to ask when something's unclear. Backend: a REST API on Google Cloud Run, behind Cloudflare, with PostgreSQL and Cloud Storage. Our CTO owns it. You consume it. Firebase: Authentication (you sign the user in on the client and send the token to our API), Cloud Messaging for push, Crashlytics for crash reporting. Animation: mascot characters built in Rive by a separate animator. You integrate the .riv files and drive their state machines from app events. What you'd do Build the Flutter app for iOS and Android from the Figma designs Implement the design system as reusable widgets so screens stay consistent as the app grows Wire screens to the REST API and handle auth, loading, empty and error states properly Integrate Firebase Auth, FCM and Crashlytics Integrate Rive animations and connect their inputs to app state Set up builds and submit to Google Play and the App Store, then handle the release cycle Work directly with our CTO: daily contact, code review, quick decisions Who you'd work with You report to our CTO. He owns the architecture and the backend, reviews your code, and is the one person you need a yes from. You'll also talk to our lead designer about the Figma file and our Rive animator about the characters. You're a fit if you Have shipped at least 2 Flutter apps to both the App Store and Google Play, and can link to them Write clean, structured Dart. You have a considered position on state management and can explain it in 2 sentences. Have built pixel-accurate UI from Figma before and know what to do when the design doesn't cover a state Have integrated Firebase Auth against a custom backend (token verification server-side, not Firebase as the database) Are comfortable with the release process on both platforms: signing, provisioning, TestFlight, Play Console, review rejections Are available full-time now and can hold that pace for the next few months (Strong plus) Have integrated Rive in a Flutter app and driven state machines from code (Plus) Have built something gamified: streaks, progress, rewards, celebrations (Plus) Experience with Flutter web builds. We may ship a web version later. On AI We use AI heavily, including for code. You can too. The CTO reviews everything, and what matters is that the code you submit is correct, readable and yours to explain. If you can't walk him through a file you shipped, that's a problem. Practical Hourly, full-time, starting now. Ongoing after the initial build if it works. We work UTC+2. Overlap with a South African working day matters for daily contact with the CTO. We start with a paid trial task: a small real piece of the build, paid whether or not we continue. Details go to shortlisted candidates. You get the Figma file, the API docs, the Firebase project and the Rive files on day one. To apply Start your proposal with the word HEEL so we know you read this. Then: Links to 2 or more Flutter apps you built that are live on both stores. Say which parts you built. A GitHub repo or code sample we can read. Real code beats a description of your process. Which state management approach you'd choose for a 120-screen app with an authenticated REST backend, and why, in 2 or 3 sentences. Have you integrated Rive in Flutter? If yes, what did you drive from code? Your availability (hours per week, start date) and time zone. Generic proposals go to the bottom of the pile. We read the specific ones first. Upwork screening questions Link to 2 Flutter apps you built that are live on both the App Store and Google Play. What did you build in each? Which state management approach would you use for a 120-screen app with an authenticated REST backend, and why? Describe how you've integrated Firebase Authentication with a custom backend API. Have you integrated Rive animations in Flutter? What did you control from code? What are your hours per week, your start date, and your time zone?

I need an Android-first cooking application that ships with a polished, searchable recipe database, a built-in grocery list manager, and an adjustable cooking timer that can run in the background while users browse other screens.
For now, those three core features are non-negotiable. I am still weighing whether to let users create and share their own recipes, so I would like the codebase structured in a way that makes adding user-generated content straightforward in a later update (for example, keeping data models and cloud storage hooks modular). Deliverables • Production-ready APK and Play-Store-ready bundle • Clean, well-commented source code (Kotlin or Java inside Android Studio) pushed to a private Git repo • Basic Firebase or Room database setup for recipes, with grocery-list and timer data persisted locally • Brief hand-off document or walkthrough video so I can maintain and extend the app myself Acceptance criteria 1. All three headline features work smoothly on current Android versions down to API 24. 2. UI follows Material 3 guidelines and adapts to phones and small tablets. 3. No crashes or critical lint warnings; all functionalities covered by simple unit or instrumentation tests. 4. Clear separation of concerns in the architecture so that a future “share your own recipe” module can plug in without major refactor. If you have recently shipped similar lifestyle or food apps, please include a link or screen capture when you reply so I can get a feel for your design approach. DuraWell – Healthcare Journey Platform
I am looking for an experienced mobile app developer/development team to build DuraWell, a healthcare journey coordination platform connecting patients, doctors and hospitals. DuraWell is not intended to be just another doctor-booking app. The long-term vision is to coordinate the patient's complete treatment journey, especially when patients travel from one city/state to another for medical care. Core journey: Home → Doctor/Hospital Discovery → Appointment → Medical Records → Travel → Accommodation → Local Transport → Hospital → Investigation → Treatment → Discharge → Return Home → Follow-up I need a real, functional, scalable and deployable product, not only a UI prototype. 1. Patient App Registration & Profile - Mobile OTP/email login - Patient profile - Family/dependent profiles - Emergency contact - Basic health information - Allergies, conditions, medications and medical history Medical Records Secure upload and organization of: - Prescriptions - Lab reports - X-rays/CT/MRI reports - Discharge summaries - Previous medical records - Referral letters - PDF/images Records should be categorized, dated, viewable and securely stored. 2. Doctor Discovery Patients should be able to search/filter doctors by: - Specialty/sub-specialty - City - Hospital - Experience - Availability - Consultation type Doctor profiles should include qualifications, specialty, experience, hospital affiliation, consultation fee, availability and location. 3. Hospital Discovery Search hospitals by: - City - Specialty - Treatment/service - Location - Hospital type Hospital profiles should show departments, doctors, services, facilities, emergency services, address and contact information. 4. Appointment Booking Required: - Doctor/hospital appointment booking - Date/time slot selection - Confirmation - Cancellation/rescheduling - Appointment history - Reminders and notifications Architecture should support future hospital/API integrations. 5. DuraWell Patient Journey This is the core feature. After selecting a doctor/hospital, DuraWell should create a structured treatment journey. Example: Doctor Selected → Appointment → Records Prepared → Travel → Accommodation → Hospital Visit → Investigation → Consultation → Admission → Treatment → Discharge → Return Home → Follow-up Patients should see progress through a simple timeline/checklist. Example: ✓ Doctor selected ✓ Appointment booked ✓ Records uploaded → Travel → Hospital visit → Investigation → Treatment → Discharge → Follow-up The journey system should be modular so additional services can be added later. 6. Travel, Accommodation & Transport For patients travelling to another city, future modules should support: Travel - Destination - Travel dates - Airport/railway station information - Travel assistance Accommodation - Nearby hotels/accommodation - Distance from hospital - Location - Price/category filtering - Future booking integration Local Transport - Airport/railway station → hotel - Hotel → hospital - Hospital → diagnostic centre - Return transportation These modules can initially be designed for future API/partner integration. 7. Team size and roles 7. Relevant previous projects 8. Maintenance/support cost 9. Post-launch bug-fixing period 10. Confirmation of source-code/IP ownership I am looking for a long-term technology partner, not someone who only creates a prototype. The long-term vision is to build a scalable healthcare ecosystem connecting patients, doctors, hospitals, diagnostics, travel, accommodation, transportation, telemedicine and AI. Please submit your best technical approach, realistic MVP quotation, timeline and relevant portfolio. My aim is to launch “BG AI”, a modern, AI-powered mobile application that helps content creators spark social interaction through rich multimedia tools. I need the entire product built for both Android and iOS with a single Flutter code-base, supported by a Firebase backend and secure, scalable APIs. A clean, intuitive UI is essential so creators can focus on telling stories, not learning menus.
Core feature set • AI Chat – text conversations in Hindi and English that feel natural and engaging. • AI Voice – high-quality TTS and voice-over generation with multiple male & female voices for both languages. • AI Photo & Video tools – background removal, enhancement, image generation, photo-to-video, transitions, effects, music tracks and an option to turn images into short cartoon/anime clips. • Video editing – quick trim, captions, filters, music and AI voice-overs right on the device. • User account system – sign-up/login, profile, project history, cloud-saved outputs. • Monetisation – free vs premium tiers, credits, in-app purchases, subscriptions and ad placement for non-paying users. • Admin panel – dashboards to manage users, subscriptions, credit balances and usage analytics. Tech requirements – Flutter (Android & iOS) with a modular, well-documented architecture. – Firebase Auth, Firestore/Realtime DB, Cloud Functions and secure storage. – Clean REST/GraphQL layer for any third-party AI services you propose. – Thorough testing (unit, widget and integration) before final hand-over. – Full source code in my private repo plus setup/deployment documentation. What I need from you 1. Links or APK/TestFlight access to past AI-driven or multimedia apps you have delivered. 2. Your technology/API recommendations (e.g. preferred generative AI, TTS, image models). 3. An estimated timeline with key milestones and a payment schedule tied to those checkpoints. 4. A single, all-inclusive cost for delivering the app, admin panel, documentation and post-launch bug-fix window. Ownership of the code, assets and trained models (where applicable) transfers to me upon final payment. If you have a proven track record in AI mobile development and are confident you can meet these requirements, I’m ready to review your proposal and get started right away. I’m planning a cross-platform mobile app that helps users stay on top of Christmas spending from start to finish. The same build should run smoothly on both iOS and Android, with a simple email-and-password sign-up so people can keep their data secure and sync across devices.
Core workflow • Users create an overall Christmas budget, then add each person they’re buying for. • For every person they can set an individual limit, record purchases manually, choose a category (gifts, food, travel, etc.) and assign the expense to that person. • Spending is entered through a combination of free-text fields and clean dropdown menus so data entry feels quick yet structured. • A built-in camera/upload function lets them attach receipt photos that will be stored alongside each expense. • The dashboard must update in real time, showing total spend to date, remaining budget, and breakdowns by category and by person. • Users can edit or delete any expense at any time. What I need from you 1. A fully functional iOS and Android app package. 2. Clean, well-commented source code and brief setup instructions so I can run the project locally. 3. Basic but attractive UI/UX that keeps the festive theme subtle and the navigation intuitive. 4. Secure email/password authentication and lightweight cloud storage for data and receipt images. 5. Localisation-ready text and currency handling to make expansion easy later. Acceptance criteria • All budget and dashboard calculations are accurate to two decimal places. • Expense CRUD operations, category assignment and receipt uploads work flawlessly on both operating systems. • Login, logout and password-reset flows are fully tested. • Apple App Store and Google Play Store build settings included, ready for submission. If you have past work with budgeting, expense trackers or receipt scanning (Flutter, React Native, Swift/Kotlin + Firebase, or any equivalent stack), that’s a huge plus—let me know. I’m ready to start as soon as we lock in milestones and timelines. Skills: PHP, Mobile App Development, iPhone, Android, Swift, React Native, Flutter, iOS

Project type
Fixed-price (with milestone breakdown) — open to hourly for the right developer. Budget guidance Seeking quotes in the range AUD $3,000 – $8,000 for the full scope below. Please provide a milestone breakdown with your bid. The short version I have a complete, production-ready frontend for a multi-tenant SaaS CRM built in React + Vite + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui. Every screen, workflow, and data model is finished and working on demo data (localStorage). I need a developer to: Build the backend API (multi-tenant, Postgres, auth, audit log) Wire the frontend to the live API (the swap point is already built — one constant change) Deploy both sites — the staff portal/dashboard and the public landing page You will not be designing screens, building UI, or defining data shapes. All of that is done and locked in. Your job is backend + wiring + deployment. What's already built (you inherit this) Complete frontend repo — all screens, workflows, design, finished Domain types — src/lib/types.ts (~30 entity types, 650 lines) Service interface — src/services/dataSource.ts (the full API contract, every method + input type) REST scaffold — src/services/apiDataSource.ts (every endpoint already mapped with HTTP method + path) Multi-tenant model — src/services/tenant.ts (organisation_id scoping + participant caps) Auth store — roles: Coordinator / Team Leader / Manager / Platform Owner Audit log spec — src/services/auditLog.ts (append-only audit entry shape + actions) A landing page — public marketing site (also already built in the same repo) A family self-service portal — read-only public view for participants/carers The swap from demo to live is a single constant change — no component rewrites:Scope of work 1. Backend API (multi-tenant REST) Build a multi-tenant REST API that satisfies the existing CrmServiceInterface. The contract is already defined — you implement it, not design it. Recommended stack: Supabase (Postgres + Auth + Row-Level Security + Edge Functions) — Australian Sydney region Microsoft Entra ID (or Supabase Auth) for staff logins + MFA Postgres Row-Level Security for tenant isolation (organisation_id) What the backend needs: Component What it does PostgreSQL database Store participants, plans, goals, tasks, roster, forecasts, claims, etc. Multi-tenant organisation_id Row-level separation between SC businesses (RLS) Auth + MFA + roles Staff logins, Coordinator / Team Leader / Manager / Platform Owner permissions Audit log table Append-only record of view / create / edit / delete REST API endpoints Match the existing TypeScript types (~25–30 endpoints) Automated backups Encrypted snapshots 2. Wire the frontend to the live API Implement ApiDataSource (the scaffold already exists with every endpoint mapped) Flip the DATA_SOURCE constant to "api" Add an auth token interceptor to the existing fetch() wrapper Verify the whole app works end-to-end against the live backend 3. Deploy both sites Staff portal / dashboard — authenticated React app (the /app routes) Landing page — public marketing site (the / route, same repo) Family portal — public read-only view (/family) Hosting recommendation (Vercel / Netlify / Cloudflare Pages for frontend; Supabase for backend) Environment variable configuration for API base URL + auth Custom domain setup guidance Critical design decisions (do not change) No PRODA/PACE integration — claims are calculated in-app, exported as CSV, and submitted manually via the NDIA Provider Portal. Do NOT build live NDIA claims submission. No document storage — clinical documents (plans, OT reports, BSPs) stay in the client's SharePoint/M365. Coastline stores URL references only. No file storage, no encryption-at-rest for docs, no retention rules to build. No AI document parsing — out of scope. Multi-tenant from day one — organisation_id on every table, enforced via Postgres RLS. Coastline → client organisation → teams → staff → participants. Caseload scoping — a Coordinator only sees participants assigned to them; a Team Leader sees their team's participants. Enforce server-side. Participant caps — per-tier ceiling to prevent caseload inflation. What I need from your bid Total fixed price with a milestone breakdown (e.g. DB schema + RLS → API endpoints → auth/wiring → deployment) Estimated timeline (weeks) Your recommended stack (confirm Supabase or propose an alternative with reasoning) Hosting + ongoing monthly cost estimate (so I know the run-cost after handoff) Examples of similar multi-tenant SaaS backends you've built Confirmation that you've read the attached brief and understand the swap-point architecture Attachments I will share the complete Backend Developer Brief (architecture diagram, full API contract, every entity type, auth model, audit spec, REST scaffold) and the full frontend repo with shortlisted developers.About the product Coastline is an operational CRM for NDIS Support Coordination businesses in Australia — participant management, COS budget utilisation, plan/goal tracking, rostering, billing calculations, outcome evidence, and a family self-service portal. It's built for the current Support Coordinator role and architected for the NDIA's 2028 Navigator reform (same data, two presentation lenses — one backend). Multi-tenant: each SC business is a tenant with their own coordinators, teams, and participants. Skills required PostgreSQL Supabase (or equivalent: Firebase / Appwrite / custom Node + Express) REST API design Multi-tenant SaaS architecture + Row-Level Security Auth (JWT / OAuth / Entra ID) + MFA React + TypeScript (for the wiring/deployment side) Vercel / Netlify / Cloudflare Pages deployment Bonus: Australian data residency experience You can also download this as a file from the business plan page

The Constant Buddy will be a mobile companion dedicated to mental well-being. The heart of the product is a secure chat system that lets users book and attend scheduled sessions with licensed mental-health professionals. My immediate goal is to bring this single, high-value feature to life in a clean, intuitive app for both iOS and Android; any broader functions such as mood tracking or mindfulness exercises can wait for later phases once the core experience is running smoothly.
Core flow I have in mind • User creates a simple profile • Calendar view shows open time slots offered by professionals • User books a slot, receives confirmations and reminders by push notification and email • At the scheduled time, an in-app text (or optional video) chat opens in an encrypted channel • After the session, a short feedback screen captures user sentiment and stores notes for the professional Professionals will need a lightweight web dashboard to set availability, accept or decline bookings, and review session notes. Deliverables 1. Wireframes and final UI designs that follow modern accessibility guidelines. 2. React Native (or comparable cross-platform) codebase for iOS & Android, ready for App Store / Play submission. 3. Web dashboard (SPA) for practitioners, connected to the same backend. 4. Secure backend with user auth, scheduling logic, and encrypted chat (Firebase, Supabase, or equivalent). 5. Deployment scripts plus brief technical hand-off documentation. Acceptance criteria will be a working TestFlight / closed beta build demonstrating end-to-end booking and live, scheduled chat without crashes. Clear, maintainable code and concise documentation are essential so future features can be added quickly. If this scope aligns with your expertise, I’m ready to move forward and define milestones together. I'm a non-technical founder building LeafLens, a mobile app that lets people point
their camera at a houseplant, identify the species, and get a diagnosis when the leaves start yellowing or spotting. I built the first version myself in FlutterFlow, vibe-coding it with AI tools, and the idea works, but I've hit the limits of what I can do alone. Before I invest in full mobile app development, I want an experienced Flutter developer to look at what I have and tell me honestly where it stands. To be clear up front: this is a mobile app, not a website, so I'm not after a web developer, a web design person, or a full stack developer. I need a real Flutter app developer who lives in mobile app development and understands AI development on phones. I'm looking for a focused consultation. I'll walk you through the current app and the image recognition flow, and I'd like your read on a few things: - Is the FlutterFlow build worth keeping, or is cleaner Flutter app development from scratch the better call? - How do I make the plant ID and image recognition feel fast and accurate, with proper iOS mobile app development and Android support, on-device or through an API? - What does the right API development and Firebase setup look like for accounts, saved plants, and care reminders? - A realistic plan for AI mobile app development that I can actually ship to the App Store and Google Play. The ideal person has shipped real Flutter apps to both stores and has hands-on AI development and image recognition experience in mobile app development. React Native or native iOS and Android background is a plus, but Flutter app development and the AI side are what matter most. For now I really just want a consultation to point me in the right direction. If it goes well, there's full Flutter app development to follow, so I'd rather start with a Flutter developer I can keep working with long term. Please share a Flutter app you've shipped, ideally one with an AI or image recognition feature, and a quick note on how you'd approach my mobile app development situation.

I'm looking for a Flutter developer to help with a small task in an existing healthcare and wellness mobile app.
The app focuses on health, wellness, and daily activity tracking. The task is intentionally small and should be straightforward for an experienced Flutter developer. Task: • Add a simple wellness/health tracking feature • Create a small screen following the existing UI style • Allow users to enter and save a basic health/wellness value • Display the saved value in the user's dashboard • Connect the feature to the existing local/API data structure • Make sure the feature works correctly on both iOS and Android Requirements: • Experience with Flutter and Dart • Familiarity with existing mobile app codebases • Understanding of REST APIs or Firebase • Ability to follow an existing UI/design system • Clean and maintainable code • Good communication I will provide the existing project/code and clear instructions for the task. This is a small $5 fixed-price task, but if the work goes well, there may be opportunities for additional healthcare and wellness app development. ## WordPress Directory + iOS/Android Mobile App Developer for The Pipeline Life
We are looking for an experienced **WordPress directory developer and mobile app developer** to build a location-based business and resource directory for **The Pipeline Life**, a large online community serving pipeliners, welders, operators, and skilled-trades workers across the United States. This project includes **both the website directory and a mobile app for iOS and Android**. The goal is to create one connected platform where pipeliners can quickly find **everything they need while working away from home**, based on their current location, job location, or the city/area they are traveling to. The website and app should share the **same directory database**, so information only needs to be updated once and is reflected across both platforms. ### What the Directory Will Include Users should be able to find nearby: * Campgrounds and RV parks * Hotels and extended-stay lodging * Restaurants * Bars and nightlife * Laundromats * Grocery stores * Local businesses * Welding supply stores * Truck repair and diesel shops * Auto parts stores * Workwear and boot stores * Equipment and tool suppliers * Medical / urgent care * Gyms * Entertainment * Other businesses and services useful to pipeline crews We want to specifically identify and promote businesses that are **pipeliner-friendly**, including businesses that offer: * Truck and trailer parking * RV accommodations * Extended-stay rates * Crew discounts * Early or late hours * Large parking areas * Work-truck accessibility * Pipeliner specials or discounts ### Pipeliner User Experience The website directory and mobile app will be **free for pipeliners to use**. Users should be able to: * Search by city, state, ZIP code, or current location * Use device geolocation to see businesses near them * Browse businesses on an interactive map * Filter by category * Filter by distance * Search by keyword * View business information * View photos * View hours * Call businesses directly * Visit business websites * Get directions * Identify businesses marked as **Pipeliner Friendly** * See available pipeliner or crew discounts * Save/favorite businesses * Submit or recommend businesses * Report outdated information * Share listings with other crew members The app and website need to be extremely easy to use for someone traveling into a new area for a pipeline project who wants to know: **“Where can I park my camper, eat, wash clothes, grab a beer, buy welding supplies, or get my truck fixed around here?”** ### Mobile App The project includes development of a **The Pipeline Life mobile app for both iOS and Android**. We are open to recommendations regarding the best technology, including: * React Native * Flutter * Native iOS / Android * Progressive Web App where appropriate * Another scalable cross-platform solution The app should pull its information from the same central database as the website. We do not want to maintain separate listings for the website and app. When a business listing is added, edited, approved, or removed, the change should be reflected across the platform. Important app functionality should include: * Location-based search * “Near Me” functionality * Map view * Category filters * Business search * Favorites * Business details * Pipeliner-friendly indicators * Pipeliner discounts/specials * Business submissions * Reporting outdated listings * Push notification capability * User accounts if appropriate * Links to additional The Pipeline Life content and resources We also want the architecture to support additional features over time without rebuilding the entire platform. ### Business Listing / Monetization Structure The app and directory will be free for pipeliners. The business side will eventually be monetized. Businesses should be able to: * Claim an existing business * Submit a new business * Create/manage their business listing * Pay an annual or monthly listing fee * Purchase featured placement * Add photos and descriptions * List amenities and services * Offer a **Pipeliner Discount** * Add specials or promotions * Purchase enhanced listings * Potentially advertise within specific geographic areas or categories We may initially launch with free or manually managed listings while the directory grows, but the platform needs to be **built from the beginning to support paid business listings**. Possible future listing levels could include: * Basic Listing * Verified Pipeliner-Friendly Business * Featured Business * Sponsored Listing * Category Sponsor * City/Region Sponsor The freelancer should help recommend the best structure for this. ### Website Requirements The website directory will be part of **ThePipelineLife.com**, which currently runs on WordPress and Kadence. Website functionality should include: * Main directory landing page * Location search * Category browsing * Interactive maps * Individual business listing pages * City pages * State pages * Category pages * Business submission form * Business claim functionality * Business account/dashboard * Admin moderation * Mobile-responsive design * SEO-friendly URLs * Structured data/schema * Fast loading speeds ### SEO SEO is a major part of this project. We want the website directory to generate organic search traffic through useful location and category pages. Examples include: * Pipeline Campgrounds in Midland, Texas * Pipeliner-Friendly Hotels in Baton Rouge * Welding Supply Stores Near Pipeline Jobs in Pennsylvania * Campgrounds Near Pipeline Jobs in West Virginia * Pipeliner-Friendly Businesses in Odessa, Texas * Best RV Parks for Pipeliners in Louisiana * Diesel Repair Near Pipeline Jobs * Laundromats Near Pipeline Crews Individual listings, categories, and location pages should be crawlable and optimized for Google. Experience with **WordPress SEO, local SEO, directory schema, structured data, and scalable location pages** is a major plus. ### Technical Architecture One of the most important parts of this project is choosing the right architecture. We need a developer who can recommend the best way to create: **Website + Central Database + API + iOS App + Android App** without duplicating data or creating a system that becomes difficult to maintain. We are open to: * WordPress as the primary CMS/database * Custom Post Types + ACF * GeoDirectory * Directorist * HivePress * Custom database development * REST API * Headless WordPress * Supabase/Firebase or similar backend solutions * React Native * Flutter We are not tied to a specific directory plugin. We want the developer to recommend what is best for the **long-term scalability of the platform**, not simply install whatever plugin they normally use. ### Scale The goal is to eventually build a **nationwide directory with thousands or potentially tens of thousands of listings**. The system should therefore support: * Large numbers of businesses * Geographic data * Fast location searches * Business categories * User-generated submissions * Business-owner accounts * Paid listings * Photos * Reviews or recommendations if added later * Pipeliner discounts * Advertising * API access * Mobile applications * Expansion into additional features ### Initial Project Scope The initial project should include: 1. Recommend the overall technical architecture. 2. Build the central directory/database. 3. Build the WordPress directory on ThePipelineLife.com. 4. Develop the iOS and Android mobile app. 5. Connect the website and apps to the same directory data. 6. Create directory categories and listing fields. 7. Configure geographic/location search. 8. Configure map functionality. 9. Build business listing pages. 10. Build directory search and results pages. 11. Build city/state/category archive pages. 12. Create business submission functionality. 13. Create a business claiming process. 14. Build or configure business accounts/dashboard. 15. Structure the system for paid listings. 16. Add pipeliner-friendly and pipeliner-discount functionality. 17. Add favorites/saved locations. 18. Add reporting for outdated listings. 19. Configure app push-notification capability. 20. Optimize website directory pages for SEO. 21. Optimize both platforms for speed and scalability. 22. Prepare the apps for App Store and Google Play submission. 23. Provide documentation so our team can manage listings, businesses, users, and content. ### Data Import / Business Population We also need guidance on efficiently populating the directory. The developer should have experience with: * Bulk imports * CSV imports * APIs * Google Places or other business-location data sources * Duplicate detection * Business claiming * Data cleanup * Geographic coordinates * Keeping listings accurate over time We do not expect every listing to be manually entered one at a time. ### Who We're Looking For Please apply if you have experience with several of the following: * WordPress directory development * Mobile app development * React Native or Flutter * REST APIs * Location-based apps * Google Maps * Mapbox * Geolocation * Business directories * Marketplaces * Paid memberships * Subscription billing * Stripe * Business dashboards * Local SEO * Large databases * App Store deployment * Google Play deployment Experience building a platform that combines **a website directory with a mobile application** is strongly preferred. ### When Applying Please include: 1. Examples of directories, marketplaces, or location-based apps you have built. 2. Examples of iOS/Android apps you have developed. 3. Which technology stack you recommend for this project and why. 4. How you would create one central source of data for the website and mobile apps. 5. Whether you recommend WordPress as the primary database/CMS or another architecture. 6. Your experience with Google Maps, Mapbox, or geolocation. 7. Your experience with paid business listings or subscriptions. 8. How you would handle importing thousands of businesses. 9. How you would build the system to scale nationwide. 10. Your experience submitting apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play. 11. Any technical limitations or concerns you see with this project. 12. Whether you can handle the entire website + app project yourself or work with a development team. Please start your proposal with the words: **PIPELINE DIRECTORY** This helps us know you actually read the project description. ### About The Pipeline Life The Pipeline Life is a growing media and community platform built around the real people working in pipeline construction, welding, heavy equipment, oil and gas, and the skilled trades. Pipeline workers travel constantly for work. A crew member may roll into a town they have never been to before and need to figure out where to stay, where to park a fifth wheel, where to wash clothes, where to eat, where to get their truck repaired, or where to buy welding supplies. We want to solve that problem. The long-term goal is to make The Pipeline Life directory and app the **go-to nationwide resource pipeliners open when they roll into a new town.** **Free for the crews. Built around the crews. Supported by the businesses that want their business.** Client's questions:

My goal is to launch an Online Rental Boyfriend service that feels seamless, safe, and engaging from the very first tap. The core experience revolves around two real-time interaction channels: in-app messaging for quick text or image exchanges and high-quality video calls for scheduled virtual “dates.” Both flows need to feel native on mobile and desktop, working reliably even on average connections.
User onboarding must be built around phone number verification; that single step is non-negotiable for trust and accountability. While the system could remain flexible enough to add email or social logins later, the phone-based flow has to be polished at launch, complete with OTP handling, rate limiting, and fallback SMS gateways. Beyond those essentials, the platform should include: • Intuitive profile creation where “boyfriends” showcase photos, short intro videos, interests, and hourly rates. • A calendar-style booking flow that locks time slots, handles cancellations, and feeds reminders into both messaging and video modules. • Basic wallet logic for credit purchases, payouts, and dispute holds (Stripe or a comparable PCI-compliant solution is fine). Tech stack is open, though real-time messaging (Socket.io or Firebase), secure video via WebRTC/Twilio, and a modern frontend (React, Vue, or Flutter for cross-platform) make the most sense. A clean REST or GraphQL API, modular architecture, and clear Git commits are expected so future features—like public forums or AI moderation—can slot in without rewrites. Acceptance criteria for delivery 1. Phone-verified sign-up and login working end-to-end. 2. Real-time text chat with read receipts, emoji, and image upload. 3. HD video call integration supporting scheduled start/stop, mute, and report functions. 4. Booking calendar, payment sandbox, and transactional notifications fully wired. 5. Deployed on a test server with documentation for handoff. With these pieces in place I can focus on onboarding talent and marketing, confident the technical foundation is solid. Skills: PHP, Website Design, Mobile App Development, iPhone, Web Development, Flutter, Twilio, WebRTC
