I need someone to help manage my Shopify Store. I would like them to perform, product research and add products that are selling well to the store. I want them to create and publish ad campaigns on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Google. I need them to write product descriptions. I currently have apps within the store for use, 1.e Canva, Klaviyo, AIVideo, Claude AI ChatGPT, Syllably and more. The store is already built and open, but no ads running so no sales yet.

We are looking for someone who can identify manufacturers and vendors, set appointments, qualify them, and fully onboard them into our platform.

This is not a basic VA role. This is a pipeline + onboarding operator.

Responsibilities
1. Vendor Research & Outreach
Identify and research manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers across:
hydroponics
irrigation / fertigation
HVAC / dehumidification
lighting
environmental controls
general supply chain categories (expanding beyond CEA)
Find key decision makers (sales managers, distribution, partnerships)
Conduct outreach via:
email
LinkedIn
phone (preferred but not required)
Book qualified vendor appointments
2. Vendor Qualification (KPI-Based)
Evaluate vendors based on internal criteria such as:
product catalog quality
pricing structure / margin potential
shipping capabilities (LTL, parcel, drop ship)
ability to support ecommerce distribution
Determine if vendor meets key publishing / onboarding criteria
Only pass qualified vendors into onboarding pipeline
3. Vendor Onboarding Execution
Walk vendors through full onboarding funnel:
collect product data (CSV, API, PDF catalogs)
organize and clean product data
define product structure (SKUs, packaging, case, pallet)
source or organize product images
assist with catalog uploads
4. Ecommerce & Shipping Setup
Help define and document:
vendor shipping rules
free freight thresholds
drop ship capabilities
regional shipping logic
Assist in configuring products for ecommerce readiness
5. Product Data / PIM Support
Clean, standardize, and map product data
Identify duplicates and inconsistencies
Prepare products for publishing into ecommerce system
Requirements
Experience with B2B ecommerce or drop shipping (REQUIRED)
Experience working with manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with outreach and appointment setting
Nice to Have
Knowledge of controlled environment agriculture (CEA), hydroponics, or agtech
Experience with product data / PIM systems
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Basic Python or data automation experience (PLUS)

After merging our Meta Business accounts, we can't increase the budget — the original ad keeps running fine on its royalty-free audio, but any boost edit triggers a "copyrighted music" error from re-review.
