We are an established Australian retail and ecommerce business looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented remote support person to help with backend ecommerce and admin tasks.

This is not a customer-facing sales role and not a general virtual assistant role. We are looking for someone who is excellent at structured computer work, follows instructions well, cares about accuracy, and can keep repeatable tasks moving without constant supervision.

You will be supporting senior team members with a range of ecommerce and admin tasks, helping keep our product listings, purchase order preparation, invoicing support, and general backend workflow accurate and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and update product listings
• Maintain listing accuracy and completeness
• Enter and clean up product data
• Prepare draft purchase orders
• Prepare wholesale invoices when needed
• Update spreadsheets and backend records
• Help maintain admin systems and data accuracy
• Assist with social media calendar coordination
• Triage social media questions/messages and route them appropriately
• Support repeatable ecommerce and admin tasks as required
