So I tell them removing 33% of the hours a week will result in a slower delivery to get multiple products, each needing graphics, full overhaul here, and then on 5 accounts, plus PPC ads will be delayed from when we spoke just days ago about the deadline. So the answer I get is this is the deadline I agreed to - but I never agreed to all the other accounts. SO WATCH OUT FOR THE BAIT AND SWITCH! Then they tell me that I have to pay for a $300 software for their reports!! Because it should be included with my hourly! I would need to work 5 of the 10 hours a week to pay for their software!!! WHO ARE THEY KIDDING!? SO WHAT HAPPENED WHEN I TOLD THEM ABOUT THIS? They paused my contract, LIED that I asked for money off the platform (When that was something they did), then asked for a refund - even though I did everything they said to do, then they closed the contract, filed a dispute. And of course as all of you freelancers who've been held hostage by clients on this platform that are allowed to leave you negative feedback and job success scores that a freelancer can't get a fair resolution without giving the client everything they want. I’m looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist who has dealt with ad accounts that are active but not delivering impressions or spend. My ad account has had campaigns running for about 3 weeks with almost no impressions and $0 spend, despite everything appearing to be configured correctly. What I have already verified • Payment method is verified • Funds have been manually added to the ad account • A new payment method was added, verified, and set as the default • Campaigns were duplicated and recreated from scratch • Ads were duplicated • Campaigns were toggled off and on and left running for extended periods • Budgets and targeting are valid (large audience) Interaction with Meta Support I was able to speak with Meta support once. They told me the account had been internally flagged for an unverified payment method. They removed the flag and recommended adding a new payment method, which I did. The new card was verified and set as default. However, the issue still persists and ads are still not delivering. Since then I’ve been unable to reconnect with Meta support, even though I have Meta Verified. The support system keeps redirecting me to documentation and AI responses rather than connecting me with an agent.
