💻 Job responsibilities
- Design, develop and test UI for our web apps
- Convert designs into ReactJS components and translate project requirements into functional code
- Create effective, reusable code and libraries
- Configure front-end and back-end validations
- Identify and troubleshoot interface software and application issues
- Run unit and integration testing of the application to ensure responsiveness of the user interface design
- Keep documentation of application updates and monitor application performance
- Stick to architectural compliance, functional accuracy validation, and application development best practices
🤔 Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in web application development (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
- Proficiency in NextJS, React.js, Node.js, RESTful web services, HTML, CSS, etc.
- Extensive experience with JavaScript, React.js workflows like Flux or Redux
- Profound experience in developing next-generation scalable web applications
- Knowledge of mobile-first responsive design and implementation
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented designs and patterns
- Fluent in English to communicate effectively
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with occasional nightly team syncs with US time zones

Summary
We are launching a new clothing brand and are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a complete, production-ready e-commerce website.
The website should be modern, fast, secure, SEO-optimized, and include a custom admin panel for managing products, orders, and users. This project will be delivered using a milestone-based approach with clear deliverables.

The project will be divided into clear milestones, such as:

Each milestone must be reviewed and approved before proceeding to the next.
What We’re Looking For -
- Strong experience with MERN stack or similar technologies
- Previous experience with e-commerce websites

I’m rebuilding Uretia from scratch as a custom marketplace MVP (NOT Shopify/WordPress).
Stack preference: Next.js + Node.js + PostgreSQL (TypeScript, Docker).
Before we start the full build, I will begin with a paid Milestone-0 (Blueprint + Setup) to validate fit. Please confirm you can deliver this in 3–5 days.
Milestone-0 Deliverables (must-have)
MVP scope locked in a 1-page document (what’s in / what’s out)
DB schema + API draft (core entities + endpoints)
Code in a GitHub repo under my account/org (I am admin). Work via PRs only; protected main branch
Staging deployment working (pipeline must run; I should be able to open a staging URL)
A dated timeline (week-by-week) for Milestone-1 (MVP features) + key risks/assumptions
MVP features (Milestone-1 after Milestone-0 is accepted)
Which exact stack do you recommend (Next.js + Node + Postgres? Nest/Express? Prisma?) and why
Can you start immediately, and what’s your realistic timeline for Milestone-0 and Milestone-1
