I have several fantasy-style images and concept designs (houses, towers, shelters, etc.). My goal is to convert these visuals into vector-based files (DXF/SVG) that can be used with CNC routers or laser cutting machines.

We are looking for a highly reliable and fast thinking Virtual Assistant to join our Etsy customer support team. This is a very fast paced role that requires someone who understands messages quickly and responds in excellent English. Our Etsy shop receives between 300 and 500 messages per day, especially during the Christmas period, and you will be responsible for replying to customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and keeping response times extremely short. Full training will be provided, and we need someone who can start as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities will include replying to Etsy customer messages in a professional and timely manner, understanding customer concerns and providing clear solutions, following the templates and guidelines that we provide, and escalating complex issues when needed. You must be able to work efficiently under high message volume.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent written English, experience in customer service or virtual assistance, and the ability to think quickly. Strong attention to detail is essential. You must also have the proper equipment to work at speed, including a laptop/monitor, a detached keyboard, and a mouse. A stable internet connection is required. You should be able to commit to up to 8 hours per day, and we can offer additional hours depending on how much work you can handle.

We are seeking an experienced digital product marketer who specializes in launching and promoting digital products through faceless content on short-form video platforms (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook).
What We're Looking For:
A specialist with proven experience in:
Digital products: eBooks, online courses, templates, workbooks, checklists, guides, Notion templates, trackers, planners, and similar digital goods
Faceless content creation: Creating engaging short-form videos without showing face (voiceover, text overlays, animations, stock footage, B-roll)
I am looking for a UK-based qualified accountant or tax adviser to urgently help resolve a complex HMRC situation and act on my behalf.
Scope of work
• Review and untangle HMRC PAYE tax codes, including an incorrect K code (K1427 X) causing financial hardship
• Review savings interest tax for tax year 2024–25 and confirm correct liability
• Review online/platform income (TikTok, Vinted, eBay, Etsy) for 2024–25 and advise on correct Self Assessment treatment
• Reconcile amounts already collected via PAYE to ensure no double taxation
• Trace and resolve a missing £560 payment (cheque) sent to HMRC
• Communicate directly with HMRC on my behalf, including PAYE and Self Assessment teams
• Request written explanations, correct calculations, and suspension/revision of incorrect PAYE deductions
• Advise on next steps to ensure future tax years are handled correctly and calmly
Key requirements / credentials
• UK-based accountant or tax adviser
• ACA / ACCA / CTA (or equivalent UK professional qualification)
• Proven experience dealing with HMRC disputes and PAYE coding issues
• Experience with Self Assessment for individuals (including savings interest and online/platform income)
• Comfortable speaking to HMRC on a client’s behalf
• Clear communicator (I have dyslexia and need explanations in plain English)
• Familiar with handling cases involving financial hardship
Additional context
HMRC has incorrectly mixed multiple tax years and income sources into PAYE, causing large deductions and stress. A formal complaint is already open. I need a professional to take control, clarify the position, and deal with HMRC properly.
