She has never gave me any correct instruction, she was always asking me to move and reschedule our Skype calls and work graph during the time of this contract. I haven't received any answer on my questions related to this job. A lot of empty information and "blah-blah-blah". In the end, after tons of my efforts I have received some unclear job, but now this client wants to force me to refund all the money that I have earned, doing the work for this client, because as she says "your job is bad-quality and I haven't received anything" and there are no reasons to assert this statement. I do not like people, who wants to get the job done and spend nothing. There are more disputes with this client on other freelancer's platforms (e.g. Elance) with the same issue. This client just doesn't want to pay for the job and demands to refund money from each of her freelancers. Unfortunately, I'm not the only one, who has got problem with this client, just check the others feedback on doing business with her. In addition this client threatened to take me to the court and sue me for my "illegal actions".

We are seeking a highly qualified partner capable of delivering a large-scale, verifiable database of email contacts within the jewelry buying and selling market.
The scope of this project is strict and non-negotiable:
email addresses only, sourced from reliable and traceable channels.
Required Deliverables
We require two separate datasets, totaling 4,000,000 email contacts:
Most major jewelry platforms (Liveauctioneers, Invaluable, 1stdibs, Bidsquare, Catawiki, 58 Facettes, LinkedIn, Etsy, eBay, etc.) DO NOT nad HIDE publicly expose buyers’ email addresses.
Therefore, extracting private buyer emails is the Core Challenge of this project.
If your approach relies solely on:
public seller directories,
scraped storefront emails,
or basic lead-generation tools,
this project is NOT suitable FOR YOU :-)
Only candidates with a proven, scalable methodology for obtaining private buyer email addresses should proceed.
Payment & Validation Structure
Given the importance of data quality, accuracy, and usability, payment will follow a milestone-based validation process:
$100 upfront, upon delivery of a pilot dataset of 100,000 private buyer email addresses only
(no sellers).
This amount will be fully refundable if the pilot does not meet our standards or if the project is not completed.
$500 will be paid after delivery and validation of the first third of the total dataset

Creativity and innovation are fundamental values for me, and I found myself in a situation where originality and autonomy were not appreciated or encouraged. These practices and dynamics, in my opinion, are not aligned with professionalism standards.
In particular, The greatest difficulty I faced was the lack of detailed explanation about the assigned tasks and the expected results. The lack of clarity and guidance was very confusing.
I was given a series of links to shared folders without a clear guide on how to approach the tasks.
The only reference I had to do the work was "copy the work of your colleagues". This led me to feel very disoriented and unsupported in my work, which hindered my performance and the achievement of optimal results.
It is worth mentioning that before hiring me, they made me do an unpaid test. My test was reviewed and approved before they decided to hire me.
Similarly, communication with the human resources team was very poor. On several occasions, I raised doubts and queries that, unfortunately, were not attended or answered promptly. This lack of communication affected my level of comfort and confidence in the company.
Finally, the detailed supervision of my activities, including tracking my movements on the computer, screenshots, and counting clicks, made me feel very uncomfortable and under constant pressure. I understand the importance of measuring productivity, but I believe there is a balance between supervision and trust in the team.
Although I appreciate the opportunity to have been part of the company, I believe there are aspects that require attention and improvement.
My experience was not positive due to the lack of clarity and excessive supervision. I hope my comments are taken into account to improve the work environment and the company's culture.
