I need someone who can actually sell my software — not write me a strategy deck
I am a solo founder. I run a 3D printing business and built MakerQ. The product works after working with test groups and reciving feedback. What I don't have is customers. That's the whole job. What I want from you - Bring me paying customers. Not impressions, not followers, not a funnel diagram — signups that convert to revenue. - Direct outreach into the maker and 3D printing world: Facebook print-business groups, Reddit, Discord communities, Etsy sellers running print shops. - Write the outreach and posts that don't read like ads, because this audience will spot one instantly. - Tell me what's not working and kill it fast. - You've sold a small software product before — ideally to hobbyists, small businesses, or makers, not enterprise buyers. - You're comfortable with a small budget and no ad spend. Growth here comes from conversations, not media buys. - You'd rather be measured on revenue than on activity A paid test project first: we can work out a fixed price, one week. Deliverable is a channel recommendation with your reasoning, plus the actual outreach copy you'd send. If it's good, we talk about ongoing work tied to results. Client's questions:

Adobe Illustrator Automation Developer – Paid Proof of Concept
About Us We are Giftsinajiffy, a personalised gift retailer with a large catalogue of products sold across multiple online channels. You can find us online by searching for Giftsinajiffy to get a better understanding of our business, the types of products we sell and the scale of our personalised product range. We produce a high volume of personalised gifts and are now looking to significantly improve our artwork and production workflow through automation. Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Adobe Illustrator automation / scripting developer to help automate our existing personalised artwork production process. We already have established: Adobe Illustrator artwork files Product templates Engraving layouts Production jigs SKU structures Existing manual artwork processes At present, customer personalisation such as names, dates and messages is entered manually into Illustrator and then positioned onto production jigs. Our goal is to automate as much of this process as possible. This is not primarily a graphic design role. We already have the designs. We are specifically looking for someone who has experience in areas such as: Adobe Illustrator scripting JavaScript / ExtendScript Illustrator automation Variable-data artwork Batch artwork generation Production workflow automation Initial Paid Proof of Concept We would like to begin with a small paid proof of concept using one of our existing mug production jigs. The purpose of this initial project is to demonstrate that our real production workflow can be automated reliably before moving on to a much larger programme of work. The Current Mug Jig The Illustrator jig: Already exists in Adobe Illustrator Holds 15 mugs Contains 5 rows of 3 positions Has precise artwork locations for each mug Is designed specifically around the physical engraving process Because of how the mugs are positioned in the physical jig: Rows 1, 3 and 5 use artwork in the normal orientation Rows 2 and 4 require the engraving artwork to be rotated 180 degrees The jig layout is therefore effectively: Row 1 → Position 01 Position 02 Position 03 Row 2 ← Position 06 Position 05 Position 04 Artwork rotated 180° Row 3 → Position 07 Position 08 Position 09 Row 4 ← Position 12 Position 11 Position 10 Artwork rotated 180° Row 5 → Position 13 Position 14 Position 15 We will supply: The existing Illustrator jig file Sample personalised artwork Dummy customer names/orders A CSV or spreadsheet containing the personalisation data An explanation of the existing manual production process Proof-of-Concept Requirement We would like the successful applicant to create an Illustrator automation that can: Read customer/order information from a CSV, spreadsheet or similar structured data source. Insert each customer's personalised information into the relevant Illustrator artwork automatically. Place each completed personalised artwork into the correct position on the 15-position production jig. Maintain the precise positioning and alignment required for engraving. Automatically ensure that rows 2 and 4 are rotated 180 degrees. Leave unused jig positions blank where there are fewer than 15 orders. Automatically create additional jig files when there are more than 15 suitable orders. Save/export the completed production-ready artwork using an agreed naming convention. Preserve the original master Illustrator files so that the automation works from reusable templates rather than permanently altering the masters. For example: 8 orders = one jig containing 8 completed positions 15 orders = one full jig 16 orders = one full jig plus a second jig containing 1 order 34 orders = two full jigs plus a third jig containing 4 orders The initial proof of concept does not need to solve every possible production scenario. Its purpose is to demonstrate that the core process can be automated reliably and in a way that can later be expanded. Personalisation Our products can contain different types of customer personalisation, including: Names Dates Short messages Longer personalised messages Multiple names Optional second messages Front and back personalisation Different quantities of the same personalised product For the initial mug proof of concept, we will keep the personalisation relatively simple. However, the solution should ideally be designed with future expansion in mind. Our SKU Structure Our SKU system contains useful production information. For example: 1500728GB This can be broken down as: 15007 = product/item 28 = product colour GB = artwork/design Ultimately, we would like our automation system to interpret SKU information automatically. For example, the system could use the SKU to determine: Which physical product is being produced Which colour of product is required Which Illustrator artwork/design should be used Which production jig should be used Which orders can be grouped together How many products fit on a jig Which production batch an order should belong to Full SKU automation is not necessarily required in the first proof of concept, but we would like applicants to consider how their proposed solution could be expanded to support this. Longer-Term Objective The proof of concept is deliberately small because we want to identify the right developer before committing to the wider project. If the initial project is successful, there is potentially a significant amount of ongoing automation work. Giftsinajiffy has a large catalogue of personalised products, and we could ultimately have hundreds or potentially thousands of artwork templates and production processes that we would like to automate over time. Our product range includes items such as: Personalised mugs Make-up bags Chopping boards Flip flops Personalised gifts Engraved products Products with names Products with names and dates Products with multiple personalised fields Products with personalised messages on the front Products with personalised messages on the reverse Products produced in different quantities Products requiring different production jigs Sales Channels Our longer-term aim is for personalised orders from multiple sales channels to feed into the artwork automation system. These include: Etsy Amazon eBay Shopify Ultimately, we would like an order to move through a process similar to: Customer places order ↓ Order and personalisation data received automatically ↓ SKU identified ↓ Correct Illustrator artwork selected ↓ Customer personalisation inserted automatically ↓ Artwork positioned on the correct production jig ↓ Production batch created ↓ Production-ready artwork exported ↓ Only exceptional orders require human intervention The marketplace/API integration does not need to form part of the initial proof of concept. Our priority is first to prove that the Illustrator and production-jig automation works reliably. Future Automation Requirements If the first project is successful, future stages may include: Automatic SKU interpretation Automatic selection of Illustrator master artwork Automatic jig selection Automatic grouping of orders into production batches Automatic text resizing for long names Maximum artwork width checks Automatic line wrapping Automatic front and reverse artwork generation Optional artwork elements Automatic processing of multiple quantities Multiple designs on the same physical production jig Automated production manifests Automated order-to-jig position tracking Automated file naming Automatic export of production-ready files Error handling and manual-review queues Integration with e-commerce marketplaces Integration with internal order-management systems Skills Required Essential Applicants should have strong experience with: Adobe Illustrator Illustrator scripting and automation JavaScript / ExtendScript or an equivalent Illustrator scripting technology Illustrator DOM/object manipulation Working with Illustrator text frames programmatically Positioning Illustrator artwork through code Scaling Illustrator artwork through code Rotating Illustrator artwork through code Working with coordinates and object bounds CSV / JSON / structured-data processing Batch processing Automated artwork generation Automated file saving/exporting Useful but Not Essential Experience in any of the following would be useful: Adobe Illustrator APIs Adobe Creative Cloud automation Python Node.js / JavaScript REST APIs Shopify API Etsy API Amazon Selling Partner API eBay APIs Make.com Webhooks Variable-data printing Laser engraving Personalised-product production Manufacturing workflow automation Automated production batching Important: This Is an Automation Project We are not looking for someone to manually prepare individual customer artwork. We want to create a reusable system that allows our existing Illustrator templates and production jigs to be populated automatically from customer/order data. The successful solution should be designed so that additional: Products Jigs Designs Personalisation fields Production rules can be added later without rebuilding the entire system. Source Code and Ownership The successful applicant must provide us with: The working automation/script Full source code Any supporting configuration files Any template setup instructions Basic technical documentation Instructions explaining how the automation operates Information explaining how additional products/jigs could be added in future We need to retain access to and ownership of the scripts and source code created as part of the project. We do not want a solution that can only be maintained by the original developer or that depends on inaccessible proprietary code. Initial Budget We are proposing an initial paid proof-of-concept milestone in the region of £200–£300, although we are happy to consider proposals from experienced developers who believe a different budget is appropriate. The initial milestone is intentionally limited in scope. The purpose is to demonstrate that one real production jig can be automated successfully. If the proof of concept is successful, we would then discuss further paid milestones and a potentially substantial longer-term project. What We Will Provide For the proof of concept, we can provide: Our existing Adobe Illustrator jig Existing artwork/design files Example customer personalisation Sample order data Explanation of our SKU structure Explanation of how the physical jig is loaded Explanation of our current manual workflow Feedback during testing What We Want to See From Applicants Please begin your proposal with the words: ILLUSTRATOR AUTOMATION This is simply to help us identify applicants who have read the project description properly. Please answer the following questions in your proposal: What experience do you have automating Adobe Illustrator? Have you written Adobe Illustrator JavaScript / ExtendScript or similar automation scripts before? Please provide examples of relevant Illustrator automation projects you have completed. Have you previously worked with variable-data artwork or personalised-product automation? How would you approach automatically filling a 15-position Illustrator production jig from CSV/order data? How would you handle the requirement for artwork on rows 2 and 4 to be rotated 180 degrees? How would you handle customer names that are longer than expected and may exceed the available engraving area? How would you structure the system so that additional Illustrator templates and production jigs could be added later? If we eventually had hundreds or thousands of artwork processes, how would you avoid having to write a completely separate script for every product? Are you comfortable providing all source code and documentation created during the project? What would you charge for the initial proof of concept? What timescale would you estimate for completing it? Potential Long-Term Opportunity We are particularly interested in finding someone who could become a long-term automation partner for Giftsinajiffy. The initial mug jig is only a proof of concept. If we find the right person and the first automation works reliably, there is potentially a substantial programme of further work across our existing personalised product catalogue. We are therefore interested not only in whether you can make the initial test work, but also in whether you can build automation in a structured, scalable and maintainable way.

We sell live aquarium plants online - Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and our own Shopify stores. Small company, real inventory, real greenhouse.
I need one person to handle the day to day work inside those seller accounts. 4-5 hours a day, Monday through Friday, ongoing. Here's the part most people find strange, so I want to be upfront about it. You won't be picking your own work. Every morning there's a board waiting for you and each task is already spelled out - what to do, how to do it, what not to touch, and how to know you're finished. You work the list top to bottom and log what you did. Some people hate working that way. Other people love it because there's never any guessing. If you're the second kind, keep reading. The work itself: Answering open cases, returns and buyer questions across the marketplaces before they turn into account defects. Fixing listings - titles, item specifics, attributes, descriptions, tags. Getting suppressed and inactive listings back live, which is the fastest money on the whole list since a suppressed listing earns nothing. Uploading photos, video and A+ content. Filing return disputes and appeals in the seller portals. And writing a short note on every task when you close it. What I'm looking for: You've actually worked inside at least two of these - Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, eBay Seller Hub, Etsy Shop Manager, Shopify admin. Not read about them. Worked in them. You catch details. These are live listings on accounts that pay our bills, and one careless edit can suppress a product or dent our seller rating. Your written English is good, because you'll be writing to buyers and to marketplace support. You can overlap with US Central time every day and keep the same schedule week to week. Consistency matters more to me than which specific hours. And when something looks off, you ask instead of guessing. I would much rather answer a question than fix a mistake. Notion and Slack are what we run on. If you haven't used them, they take about a day to learn. Bonus if you've dealt with listing quality scores, seller performance metrics, A+ content, or marketplace SEO. Bonus if you've worked with live plants, pets or anything perishable, though that's rare and I'm not counting on it. Two rules that aren't negotiable, so don't apply if either is a problem: You work inside our screen capture application for every hour you bill. It takes screenshots and tracks activity while you're clocked in. No exceptions, not for anyone. You don't work for other clients during our hours. Outside our hours, do whatever you want. During them, you're ours. We check both of these. It's not personal - you'll have access to the accounts that make our revenue, so everyone gets the same rules. If monitored tracking isn't for you, no hard feelings, this just isn't your role. The first month or two is heavy because there's a backlog to clean up. After that it levels out into keeping things right and making them better. I'm looking for someone to stay, not a quick project. We'll do a paid trial week first so we both find out if this works. I am looking for a designer experienced in product photo editing and realistic lifestyle mockups for Etsy.
I sell small 3D-printed products and already have photos of the actual products. I need these photos professionally edited and presented in a clean, attractive way for Etsy listings. For the first project, I would like to start with one product as a test. I would like approximately 5–6 final images, including: A clean main product image Professional background removal and photo enhancement 2–3 realistic lifestyle mockups An image that clearly shows the product's size/scale An image suitable for an Etsy listing Very important: The actual 3D-printed product must remain unchanged. Please do not modify its shape, proportions, colors, dimensions, articulations, or design. AI can be used to create backgrounds and environments, but the product itself should accurately represent what the customer will receive. If I am happy with the first project, I have multiple additional 3D-printed products that will need similar Etsy images. I would prefer to start with a fixed-price project rather than hourly billing. I’m launching a small line of curated wellness gift boxes and affirmation card sets that I’ll be selling on Etsy, with the possibility of expanding to Amazon later.
My first few gift boxes and one affirmation card set are ready to be listed, but I’ve realized that capturing appealing product photos is much more challenging than I anticipated. I’m looking for help photographing the complete gift boxes and the affirmation card set for the product listings. I am also interested in a few photos of individual items included in the boxes. The boxes are designed to feel like an experience, so I may also want some additional detail or lifestyle photos that help convey that. This is my first time creating Etsy product listings, so I won’t have a detailed shot list or a lot of direction around things like how the items should be positioned, which products should be shown open versus closed, etc. This person should be comfortable taking the lead on the styling and recommending the types of photos/shots that would work best for the listings. Product videos would also be great but not a requirement at this stage. I can share more information around the products, number of listings and possible photos so that you can get a better understanding of the time required and rate. I’m located in Chicago and can drop the products off locally.

I am seeking an experienced book formatter/interior layout designer to professionally format my completed 200+ page self-help workbook/journal, You Are the Assignment!, for publication and sale.
The manuscript is already written and edited. I am not looking for writing, rewriting, or developmental editing. I need an experienced professional to take the completed manuscript and create a polished, consistent, publication-ready interior. This is not a standard novel or simple low-content journal. The book combines reading material with interactive workbook/journal elements, including: - Chapter-opening/title pages - Multiple lessons within chapters - Guided reflection questions and prompts - Writing lines and dedicated writing space - Affirmations and daily practices - Intentional blank/breathing pages - Section dividers - Consistent headings and subheadings - Table of Contents - Page numbering The writing and reflection space is intentional and should not be compressed or removed simply to reduce the page count. Certain sections must remain on their own pages, and prompts/questions should not be separated awkwardly from their corresponding writing areas. Formatting Requirements I need someone experienced with: - Guided workbooks/journals and self-help books - Professional interior book layout and typesetting - Amazon KDP print requirements - Correct trim size, margins, gutter, and bleed where applicable - Consistent typography and heading hierarchy - Proper page and section breaks - Widows/orphans and awkward page-break correction - Correct pagination and Table of Contents - Print-ready PDF preparation - Digital PDF preparation suitable for Etsy/direct digital sales Final Deliverables I would like: 1. Final print-ready PDF suitable for Amazon KDP 2. High-quality digital PDF suitable for Etsy/direct digital sales 3. Editable/source file for future corrections 4. Canva-compatible/editable version if possible — please explain what you can provide 5. Any fonts/assets properly licensed for commercial use 6. Reasonable revisions included 7. Correction of formatting-related issues if the KDP previewer/preflight identifies a problem with the delivered file Before Applying Please include: - Your total fixed-price quote for the complete project - Estimated turnaround time - Number of revisions included - Software you use for professional book formatting - What editable/source files I will receive - Whether you can provide a Canva-editable/compatible version - 2–3 examples of guided journals, workbooks, self-help books, or similar interiors you have personally formatted - Your experience preparing books for Amazon KDP My current posted budget is a starting point and I am open to reviewing reasonable proposals based on experience, quality, and the complete scope of work. Please do not apply if your experience is limited to basic novel formatting or automated manuscript conversion. I am looking for someone who understands intentional workbook/journal page design, writing space, visual breathing room, and professional print production. Thank you!

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer to help build out our Printify store and elevate our existing product designs.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with print-on-demand products and a strong eye for creating designs that feel polished, consistent, and marketable. You’ll be responsible for developing new product designs, refining and improving existing artwork, preparing designs for Printify, and ensuring every product maintains a cohesive look that reflects our brand identity. We’re not looking for someone who simply places designs on products. We want a designer who understands visual consistency, product presentation, and what makes a print-on-demand product stand out. Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of print-ready design are essential.

Project Overview
We’re building a premium personalized children’s book brand (comparable to Wonderbly.com but with deeper AI-powered personalization). Each book features a child’s real likeness integrated into hand-painted watercolor illustrations via AI image generation, not just a name inserted into a template. What We Need Built A personalization + fulfillment flow that works end-to-end: 1. Customer lands on a product page and enters their child’s name, uploads 1–3 reference photos, and optionally selects a pre-made character variant (hair color/style) closest to their child. 2. The system generates a live preview of the personalized book cover (initially just name/text overlay; a later phase will add AI-generated face integration into the illustrations). 3. Customer completes checkout via Stripe. 4. On successful payment, the system automatically assembles a print-ready PDF (merging the uploaded photo/name into our pre-built templates) and submits the order to Gelato’s Print API for production and fulfillment. 5. We need a simple admin dashboard to view incoming orders, their status, and manually approve/review before they go to print (at least in this first phase). Current Stage We have a working prototype built in Blink.new covering the front-end structure, product page, and Stripe checkout — this can be shared as a reference for tone, structure, and design direction. We need a developer to take this to a production-ready state and build the Gelato API integration, which the prototype does not yet have. Tech Preferences Open to your recommended stack, but likely: Shopify or a custom storefront, Stripe for payments, Gelato Print API for fulfillment (documentation: https://dashboard.gelato.com/docs/), and — in a later phase — an AI image generation API (OpenAI, Replicate, or Google’s image models) for face-integration illustrations. Experience with Printful/Printify is a relevant substitute if you haven’t used Gelato specifically, since the API structures are similar. What We’re Looking For ∙ Proven experience integrating e-commerce platforms with print-on-demand fulfillment APIs ∙ Comfortable working with Stripe checkout and webhooks ∙ Able to advise on architecture, not just execute a fixed spec — we’re open to your recommendations on the best approach Looking to start with a scoped first phase (personalization flow + Stripe + Gelato integration, no AI image generation yet) to validate the working relationship before discussing a longer-term Phase 2 build (AI-powered face integration pipeline).

Faceless Women’s Self-Investment Brand | 30-Day Soft Launch
I am seeking a creative, action-oriented Facebook Growth strategist and content creator to develop strategic posts and interact with community groups who allow promotions, commentary, and limited restrictions for the soft launch of The House of Klass and its first product, Empire Builder. The House of Klass is a women-centered self-investment brand. Empire Builder is its first tangible product, but the broader brand should never be reduced to one workbook. The brand name must always be written as The House of Klass, including the word “The.” Read the Attached Briefing Before Applying Please read the complete attached briefing before submitting a proposal. Your proposal must reflect: * the specific brand direction, intended audience, and project requirements outlined in the attached briefing; and * the Facebook soft-launch goals and content expectations outlined in this job post. All responses must be written in your own words and demonstrate your personal understanding of the project. Do not copy, mirror, closely paraphrase, or recite my language back to me. Repeating the briefing does not demonstrate comprehension. I am evaluating whether you understand the brand well enough to apply your own creativity, expertise, content ideas, and professional judgment. Generic proposals, copied responses, or proposals that demonstrate the briefing was not carefully reviewed will not be considered. Current Facebook stage The House of Klass business account is new and currently has no established following. I am new to managing social media for this business. The business concept itself does not need to be reinvented. It needs greater visibility through original, consistent, engaging, and brand-specific content. I need a content creator who can take the established brand direction and translate it into effective content that makes women think and subscribe or purchase empire builder if applicable. The selected creator should understand how to begin building a presence from the ground up rather than relying on an existing audience. I understand that organic growth takes time. However, I still expect consistent content development, production, posting, communication, and refinement. What I Need This position is primarily about content. I need someone who can: * study and understand the brand; * develop original video and static posts concepts; * create strong openings that capture attention; * translate ideas into polished short-form videos; * use visual storytelling rather than relying only on written statements; * create content that appeals specifically to women; * recommend relevant sounds, formats, and creative approaches; * write appropriate captions and hashtags; * submit content for approval; * revise content when necessary; * post approved videos consistently; * and review performance to determine what should be continued, adjusted, or replaced. I will provide creative direction and feedback. All content must be submitted for my approval before it is published. When revisions are necessary, I will provide revision direction. However, I should not have to create every idea, hook, script, visual concept, or caption before the creator can begin working. I need someone who can exercise initiative, make professional recommendations, communicate proactively, and consistently move approved work into production. Faceless Brand and Inclusive Representation The House of Klass is a faceless brand, meaning that the founder will not be the primary face of the content or the central content strategy. This does not mean that every woman appearing in a video must be faceless. Content may feature women of different races, ethnicities, nationalities, appearances, and backgrounds. The House of Klass uses a soft-luxury visual direction so a woman can be drawn in by the beauty of the brand and then discover substance, clear benefits, and usefulness behind it. The content should not suggest that a product alone automatically transforms a woman’s life but meaningful outcomes also require participation, application, effort, and consistency. The completed website and broader House of Klass ecosystem will not be fully revealed until later this year or early next year. During this Facebook soft launch, the goals are to: * introduce The House of Klass through short-form visual storytelling; * build an intentional presence among women interested in self investment ; * create immediate curiosity around the brand; * encourage women to follow the account; * encourage comments, shares, and meaningful interaction women based community groups * introduce Empire Builder as the first tangible product from The House of Klass and create content that allows women to understand the experience and potential benefits of using the product. Empire Builder Facebook Content Empire Builder is a guided business workbook presented in a journal-and-planner format for women in the early stages of entrepreneurship. Empire Builder videos should help women visualize both the need for the product and the experience of using it. Content may explore concepts such as: * A woman who has business ideas but no organized system for developing them. * A woman who feels overwhelmed because she does not know what to address first. * The contrast between scattered ideas before using Empire Builder and a more organized working process afterward. * A woman opening and using Empire Builder in a realistic setting. * Actual interior pages being completed or reviewed. * Building a business while continuing to work or manage other responsibilities. * Showing the product as a practical tool rather than a decorative workbook. * Demonstrating how the product can help a woman organize her thinking, address important fundamentals, and begin taking action to build a structured business Before-and-after content may be used, but it must remain realistic. The “before” may show confusion, scattered notes, delayed ideas, or a lack of organization. The “after” may show greater organization, direction, or business completed steps. The content must not promise guaranteed income, guaranteed growth, automatic business formation, or business success. Refer potential buyers to Etsy and Amazon to purchase empire builder. AI and Visual-Quality Expectations AI-assisted tools may be used when appropriate, but the creative process must remain human-led, intentionally art-directed, and specific to The House of Klass. I am not seeking an AI-only creator who generates a video, adds wording, and submits it without meaningful review or refinement. Final content must be: * realistic where realism is intended; * polished and professionally reviewed; * consistent with the approved brand direction; * original rather than generic or template-driven; * free from distorted hands, anatomy, text, objects, or products; * and visually connected to the purpose of the video. The official Empire Builder cover, interior pages, logo, approved wording, and brand assets must be represented accurately within all Facebook content. They must not be recreated, rewritten, distorted, or replaced through AI. Cartoonish AI visuals, fake product pages, distorted mock-ups, generic luxury footage, and obvious unrefined AI output will not be accepted. Candidate Requirements Please do not apply if your primary approach is reposting Instagram content, using repetitive Canva templates, creating generic motivational graphics, or relying on unrefined AI-generated visuals. I am looking for someone who can create thoughtful Facebook content with mature writing, cinematic visual quality, meaningful audience engagement, and clear brand-specific direction. The ability to create or source cinematic, realistic, editorial video content that reflects a soft-luxury brand. * Experience creating realistic product presentations and incorporating official product assets without distorting or recreating them through AI. * The ability to use AI only as a supporting tool while keeping the final creative work human-led, refined, realistic, and specific to the brand. Professionalism, honesty, and transparency regarding progress, challenges, questions, and possible delays. * The ability to submit content for approval, complete revisions, publish approved content, and provide regular performance updates. * The ability to review Facebook performance and make thoughtful recommendations based on reach, engagement, shares, comments, page visits, link activity, and audience response. The ability to distinguish between The House of Klass as the parent brand and Empire Builder as its first product. * The ability to develop original ideas independently rather than waiting for the client to provide every caption, topic, visual, and next step. Budget and Weekly Milestones The budget is $200 fixed for the initial 30-day engagement. The project will be divided into four milestones: * Milestone 1, Days 1–7: $50 * Milestone 2, Days 8–14: $50 * Milestone 3, Days 15–21: $50 * Milestone 4, Days 22–30: $50 Each milestone will be released after the agreed work for that period has been: 1. completed; 2. submitted; 3. reviewed; 4. and revised when necessary. The full $200 will not be released upfront. The budget will not increase during the initial 30-day engagement. Candidates must clearly explain what they can realistically create, revise, publish, and monitor within this amount. I prefer a focused number of thoughtful, polished videos over a high volume of generic, rushed, or poorly refined content. If the relationship continues beyond the first month, the budget may be reviewed monthly based on: * content quality; * execution; * communication; * consistency; * audience response; * previous-month performance; * and the evolving needs of the brand. Continued work or a future budget increase is not guaranteed. Client's questions:

We sell personalized message cards paired with gemstone jewelry. We're looking for an Etsy shop assistant to become our go-to generalist: someone who can build and manage listings end to end and handle customer support with care.
Listings: SEO and keyword research using our internal keyword data and Etsy tools, building listings that follow Etsy's guidance (and staying current when it changes), setting up thumbnails and image order correctly, variants and SKUs, and keeping everything consistent and organized across a large catalog. Customer support: answering messages warmly and clearly, resolving order issues, and knowing when to escalate. Our customers are buying gifts for people they love, so tone matters. You: extremely detail-oriented and organized, proactive - you spot what's off before we do - and comfortable working independently. Etsy experience is preferred. You'll need your own reliable computer and a stable internet connection, and be available during US business hours. This is an ongoing role with room to grow as we scale. If you're interested, put the word turquoise at the top of your cover letter, then tell us about your relevant experience - especially any Etsy shops you've worked on and what you handled - plus anything else you think we should know. Personal computer is required.

Canva Digital Product Designer — Tax & Money Planner Brand
Project Overview I’m launching a digital-product brand focused on tax organization, personal finances, budgeting, and small-business organization. I’m looking for an experienced Canva designer who can create polished, professional, original digital products that customers would be willing to pay $15–$50+ for. This is intended to become an ongoing relationship. If the first product is successful, I plan to have the same designer create additional products and expand the brand. First Product The first product will be a Tax Prep Boss Kit. Target audience: * Individuals preparing for tax season * Self-employed individuals * Small-business owners * People who want to stay organized for their tax preparer The product should feel professional, modern, feminine/business-oriented, clean, and premium—not like a generic free Canva template. Deliverables Please design approximately 25–40 pages/templates, including: * Cover page * Welcome/instructions page * Tax document checklist * Tax-preparation checklist * Income tracker * Expense tracker * Mileage tracker * Business expense worksheet * Receipt tracker * Monthly financial overview * Tax-season planner * Important dates page * Questions for your tax preparer * Tax appointment preparation worksheet * Personal financial snapshot * Savings tracker * Debt tracker * Notes pages * Additional useful tax-organization worksheets you recommend I am open to your professional suggestions regarding additional pages that would make the product more valuable. Files Required I need: 1. Editable Canva files/templates 2. High-quality PDF version 3. Print-friendly version 4. Digital-use version where appropriate 5. Product mockups/images that can be used for an online store 6. Organized source files 7. Fonts/assets information and licensing details Design Requirements The final product should: * Have a consistent visual identity * Be easy to read and use * Look professional enough to sell as a premium digital product * Work well on phones/tablets and when printed * Have consistent typography, spacing, margins, and layouts * Use original design work * Avoid excessive decorative elements that make the worksheets difficult to use * Be easy for customers to understand without additional assistance I would like the designer to create a cohesive brand style that can later be reused for additional products. Important — Commercial Rights All work must be original or properly licensed for commercial use. I need the rights necessary to sell, distribute, and commercially use the finished products. Please clearly explain what rights/licenses are included in your proposal. Do not use copyrighted graphics, fonts, illustrations, photographs, or templates that I am not legally permitted to use commercially. What I’m Looking For Please apply only if you have experience creating: * Digital planners * Workbooks * Printable PDFs * Financial/budget templates * Canva templates * E-books or guides * Etsy/Gumroad-style digital products * Professional worksheets Experience creating products intended for sale is strongly preferred. Please Include With Your Proposal 1. 3–5 examples of your best digital-product work 2. Examples specifically involving planners, workbooks, PDFs, or templates 3. Your hourly rate 4. Your estimated total cost for this project 5. Your estimated turnaround time 6. Whether you work in Canva 7. Whether I will receive editable Canva files 8. What commercial rights I will receive 9. Whether you can create product mockups 10. Whether you are available for future products Budget Initial project budget: $300–$500, depending on experience, portfolio quality, scope, and deliverables. I am willing to consider a higher quote for an exceptional designer with a strong portfolio and proven experience creating digital products that sell. Potential Long-Term Work If this project goes well, I plan to create additional products including: * Money Moves Budget Bundle * Savings Challenge Bundle * Tax Business Starter Kit * Small-Business Organization Kit * Financial Planner * Additional Canva templates and digital products I am looking for someone who can potentially become my long-term design partner. Please Start Your Proposal With: “TAX BOSS” This will show me that you read the entire posting. Thank you!

Chooseday is an Australian brand making downloadable activity packs and toy-rotation guides for families with children aged 0–8, sold through Etsy and our Shopify store.
We have a complete brand identity from 2021 (logo, five animal characters, fixed colour palette, typography, hand-drawn flat illustration style) but no way to actually produce products from it - so we're looking for a designer to build a small, well-made set of Canva templates and reusable components our founder can then use herself, without a designer, for every future product. Scope is deliberately tight: - a brand asset kit (logo variants, favicon, - the five characters and illustration elements separated into individual SVG/PNG files, Canva Brand Kit set up), - five core page templates (product cover, activity page, our signature toy-rotation schedule page, section divider, closing page) in A4 and US Letter, - around twelve reusable components (most importantly five illustrated "development stamps" based on our brand characters, plus info boxes, meta icons, header/footer, QR block), - and a storefront listing kit covering both Etsy and Shopify - square product tiles, a wide Shopify hero banner, shop banner and icon, plus three reusable mockup scenes with smart frames. Finished with a short walkthrough so a non-designer can run it. Full commercial rights transfer on completion. Please share portfolio work showing multi-page layout or template systems (rather than logos alone), your fixed price and timeline, and — if our scope looks off to you — what you'd prioritise first and what you'd defer. One question we'd genuinely like your thinking on: those five development stamps each use a different animal character in its own brand colour, and they need to stay instantly distinguishable at around 15mm printed, including in two-colour print. How would you approach that? This is a first engagement rather than a one-off; we expect to produce many products over the coming years and would like to find someone to keep working with. Waste Free Celebrations
Marketplace Connector Specialist Contract / Freelance · Remote · Project-based About Waste Free Celebrations Waste Free Celebrations (WFC) designs and sells reusable fabric gift bags, furoshiki wraps, Christmas crackers, and Santa sacks, manufactured by a women-led workshop in Kabul, Afghanistan. We sell direct-to-consumer and through wholesale/marketplace partners across New Zealand, Australia, the US, and UK. Our brand is built on sustainability, ethical manufacturing, and telling that story honestly through everything we sell. The Role We're looking for an experienced marketplace/integration specialist to connect our Shopify store to four new sales channels: Mirakl-based marketplaces, Faire, Etsy, and Pinterest. You'll handle the technical setup, data mapping, and feed configuration required to get our product catalogue live, accurate, and compliant on each platform — and leave us with clean documentation so our team can maintain it going forward. What You'll Do • Connect our Shopify product catalogue to Mirakl-operated marketplace(s), building and mapping the required product feed (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, GTINs/identifiers, category mapping, shipping/weight data) to each platform's schema. • Set up and configure our Faire seller account integration, ensuring product, inventory, and order sync with Shopify works correctly. • Set up our Etsy sales channel connection (native Shopify integration or manual channel), including listing structure, variants, and tax/shipping settings specific to Etsy's requirements. • Configure the Pinterest sales channel and product catalogue sync from Shopify, including verifying merchant details and product feed approval. • Troubleshoot and resolve feed errors, rejected listings, and data mismatches (currency, weight, missing identifiers, category errors) across all four channels. • Set up ongoing sync rules so inventory, pricing, and order fulfilment stay accurate across channels without manual duplication of work. • Document the full setup for each channel — what was configured, where, and how to make future updates — in a clear handover format. What We're Looking For • Proven, hands-on experience integrating Shopify with Mirakl-based marketplaces (not just general e-commerce experience — direct Mirakl feed/API experience is essential). • Experience setting up and maintaining Faire, Etsy, and Pinterest sales channels from Shopify. • Strong understanding of product feed structures: GTINs/barcodes, product categorisation, variant mapping, and multi-currency/multi-market pricing. • Comfortable working independently from a scope document, flagging blockers early, and communicating clearly and directly. • Experience with Shopify CSV exports/imports and troubleshooting sync errors between platforms. • Bonus: experience with Google Merchant Center feeds or other retail data feed standards. Scope & Logistics • Engagement type: contract/freelance, scoped per channel or as a full package (open to discussing structure). • Remote — you'll be working primarily from Shopify admin access and platform seller dashboards, with regular async check-ins. • Access will be granted to Shopify admin and relevant marketplace seller accounts for the duration of the project. • Timeline: to be scoped with the successful candidate, with a preference for efficient, well-documented delivery over an extended back-and-forth. How to Apply Please share examples of past Shopify-to-Mirakl integrations you've completed (case studies, screenshots, or references welcome), along with your experience with Faire, Etsy, and Pinterest channel setups. Let us know your estimated timeline and rate structure (fixed per channel vs. hourly).
