**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct outbound outreach (emails, phone calls, social media DMs) to retailers, buyers, and specialty stores (gift shops, bookstores, boutiques, pro shops, etc.) to introduce Shuffle Club's playing cards and posters.
- Follow up on leads from RangeMe and wholesale inquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with store owners and wholesale distributors.
- Coordinate sample shipments and manage order process with our warehouse.
- Maintain CRM with accurate notes, next steps, and track progress.
- Prepare weekly reports on outreach volume, open conversations, and deals in process.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop outreach messaging and collateral.
- Provide feedback on market trends and product demand; help secure reorders.

**Requirements:**

- Experience in wholesale outreach, retail sales, or brand representation for consumer products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable contacting dozens of accounts per day.
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage pipelines, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Motivated by performance-based incentives and excited to work with a growing brand.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace.
