About ChocoBerri
ChocoBerri (branded as ChocoDubai) is a premium handcrafted chocolate brand based in Dubai, UAE. We make small-batch chocolates using Italian machinery with a simple promise — pure nuts like hazelnut, pistachio, and almond with no fillers or artificial additives. We already have raw manufacturing footage, founder footage, and product photography. We don't need someone to shoot new content. We need a creative video editor who can look at what we have, find the story inside the footage, and cut it into content that stops people scrolling on Instagram and TikTok.

What You'll Be Doing
ASMR-Style Reels (This is our hero format) Our manufacturing process footage — chocolate being poured, nuts being filled, bars being snapped — is our most powerful asset. You will cut this into 15–45 second ASMR-style Reels using only original sound. No music, no voiceover. Just the clean, layered sounds of the process. You will clean up and enhance the original audio, pace the edit to feel satisfying, and add minimal text overlay only where it adds meaning.

Educational & Ingredient Transparency Cuts Our core message is "pure nuts, no additives." You will create short educational cuts that prove this visually — ingredient close-ups, process transparency, and what's-inside shots — without making them feel like ads.

Founder / Personal Branding Edits We have founder footage that needs to be edited into short, warm, authentic clips that build trust. You will trim filler words, cut to the best takes, and produce short story sequences from behind-the-scenes clips.

Product Photography Carousels Turn our product photos into 5–8 slide carousel posts for Instagram feed that educate, showcase, and sell. Design consistent branded templates and write or brief short copy for each slide.

Ad Creative Cuts Once we have strong organic content, you will cut 15-second and 6-second versions of top performers for use as Click-to-WhatsApp paid ads on Meta.

AI-Assisted Workflow We expect you to use AI video tools actively — CapCut AI for auto-caption and beat sync, Topaz Video AI for upscaling phone footage, Runway ML for shot enhancement, Descript for transcript-based editing, and Canva AI or Adobe Firefly for lifestyle background generation.

Skills We're Looking For
You must be proficient in Instagram Reels editing with a strong sense of rhythm and hook structuring within the first 2 seconds. You should be comfortable adapting same footage for TikTok's native feel. You need experience with ASMR-style video production using original sound design only. You should understand hook engineering — how to open every Reel with a 1–2 second visual or sound hook that stops the scroll. You must be skilled in colour grading chocolate and food footage to warm, rich tones. You need experience with subtitles, on-screen text, audio mixing, and clean transitions. You should be proficient in CapCut (mobile and desktop) as our primary fast-turnaround tool, plus Adobe Premiere Pro for complex edits. Knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or AI tools like Runway ML, Descript, ElevenLabs, and Topaz Video AI is a strong advantage. You should also be comfortable with Canva for building carousel templates and story graphics.

Deliverables & Timeline
We start with a paid trial task where you will edit 1 existing raw clip into a 30-second ASMR-style Reel and 1 educational carousel within 5 days. After that, Week 1 onboarding includes a full audit of our raw footage library, creation of a visual style guide, and delivery of your first batch of 4 Reels with covers. Ongoing monthly work includes 8–12 Reels (mix of ASMR, educational, founder, and promotional), 4–6 carousels, 30 story graphics, and on-request ad creative cuts of top-performing Reels for Meta campaigns.

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team and help accelerate our Data Insights Platform. The role involves working with Dagster and AWS to develop and maintain data pipelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in data engineering and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer to lead the engineering foundation of this platform.

## 1. PROJECT OVERVIEW

Savanna Tanks requires an experienced Respond.io specialist to configure and implement a WhatsApp-based AI enquiry and lead qualification system.

The system will operate through an official Savanna Tanks WhatsApp Business number and will use Respond.io as the principal platform for:

* Receiving customer enquiries
* Providing approved company and product information
* Conducting natural pre-sales discussions
* Collecting customer and project information
* Qualifying tank enquiries
* Identifying missing information
* Receiving drawings, specifications, photographs and supporting documents
* Generating structured internal enquiry summaries
* Assigning enquiries to sales personnel
* Enabling immediate human takeover
* Maintaining customer conversation records
* Supporting follow-up and basic enquiry reporting

This assignment is primarily a Respond.io configuration and implementation project. It is not intended to involve the development of a completely new messaging platform.

* Prevent Savanna Tanks from changing service providers
* Restrict Savanna Tanks' access to configurations
* Withhold passwords or administrative access
* Retain customer information after the assignment without written approval

We're looking for a systems-minded operator rather than a pure specialist. The ideal person has a background in operations or business development, is comfortable with the technical side of tooling (APIs, integrations, configuration, basic troubleshooting), and has the discipline to build processes that hold up over time.

Strong Excel/data skills, an engineering or technical foundation, and prior experience streamlining processes across functions are all valuable.
