Hey! I’m building an early v0 wearable product and looking for a CAD / industrial designer to help model a small pod housing plus two simple bracelet housing variants.

EdgeX is a Saas platform providing real-time monitoring and IoT-based asset tracking for
healthcare and other critical industries. We've recently implemented Microsoft Azure Data
Explorer (ADX) as part of our infrastructure modernization and are now in the process of
connecting additional services, migrating data, and updating reporting systems to utilize ADX.
We're seeking an experienced Azure Data Architect to provide advisory-level guidance as we
complete this transition. This is a short-term, part-time engagement focused on validating
existing configurations, reviewing architecture decisions, and advising on best practices for
performance, scalability, and observability.
Scope of Work
• Review current ADX environment, ingestion pipelines, and schema design.
• Provide recommendations for query performance tuning and cost optimization.
• Advise on data migration strategies, retention policies, and telemetry management.
• Validate integrations with I T data streams and related Azure services (Event Hubs, IT Hub,
Data Factory, Synapse).
• Review observability and monitoring setup (Datadog, Azure Monitor, etc.) and suggest
improvements.
• Participate in periodic calls with the EdgeX engineering and leadership teams to share insights
and recommendations.
Requirements
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Data Explorer (ADX).
• Strong background in IoT and time-series data platforms.
• Deep understanding of observability/monitoring tools such as Datadog, Azure Monitor,

Scope of Work
