We are building and/or enhancing a production-grade outbound dialing system and are looking for an engineer who has hands-on experience developing auto-dialers and dialer control logic (not just basic Twilio call placement). Hello,
I run a small business that specializes in performance parts for older Mercedes-Benz diesel engines.
There is a fuel injection pump that is mechanical in how it works, but it is controlled electronically, via the ECU. It is called a Bosch EDC pump. EDC = Electronic Diesel Control. You can search for "om606 edc pump" and find lots of info.
The ECU simply controls the position of the "rack" by pushing a solenoid against the rack, which is basically a bar that moves forwards and back, which controls fueling. Check out this video I made to see the intricacies: https://youtube.com/shorts/tI1cT1T5F0g
Instead of needing an ECU to control it, I want to make a simple controller that would connect to it via a plug and control the rack based on a few inputs, like throttle lever position, RPM (using a hall sensor) pressure, and a few knobs for "tuning" options. We will provide the tuning sheets. You can see more in the Product Requirements sheet.
There is a company that has developed a standalone ECU for it, which is very good, but it requires a lot of tuning and skills since there is so much customization possible. We want something similar to the DSL1 they offer, but dumbed down to where it is a simple device that is plug and play, and you only have a few knobs on it for different "tunes" which change how it operates.
This product was started with myself and an electrical engineer/coder who made some progress, but had to quit. We need someone who can finish it. Finish the circuit board design, hardware, testing, etc... Basically someone who can take over all the electronic design and coding to help us finish.

We are seeking a Workday Journeys & Employee Experience Lead to design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end employee journeys across the talent lifecycle. This role owns the experience layer inside Workday, translating HR, TA, and Operations processes into intuitive, automated journeys that reduce friction, improve compliance, and accelerate time-to-productivity.
This person will serve as the bridge between HR operations, IT, and the business, ensuring Workday Journeys is configured thoughtfully, integrated where possible, and aligned to how work actually happens—not how it’s documented.

Workday Journeys Ownership
• Design, configure, and launch Workday Journeys across onboarding, role changes, leaves, offboarding, and key lifecycle events.
• Build persona-based journeys (new hire, hiring manager, HR Ops, TA, leader) with clear tasks, ownership, and sequencing.
• Translate complex workflows into simple, guided experiences inside Workday.
Workflow & Automation Design
• Map current-state and future-state HR / TA workflows and convert them into Journey-based orchestration.
• Partner with HR Ops and TA to eliminate manual handoffs, reduce variability, and standardize task execution.
• Identify where Journeys can automate vs. where external integrations or links are required.
Systems Integration & Constraints
• Collaborate with IT / HRIS to integrate Journeys with:
• Core Workday HCM data
• Background check providers (e.g., Sterling)
• Credentialing workflows (as applicable)
• Clearly define system boundaries (what lives in Workday vs. outside it) and design Journeys accordingly.
• Document and manage known constraints (e.g., EMR dependencies, rate-limiting steps).
Stakeholder Enablement
• Act as the single point of accountability for Workday Journeys design and adoption.
• Partner with HR Ops, TA, Legal/Compliance, and leaders to align on requirements and rollout sequencing.

You will design and build a lightweight recommendation service that:
Accepts order and product context from NetSuite
Applies rules + scoring logic to identify suitable substitute products
Returns a ranked list of substitutes with clear reason codes
Is manually triggered by staff (no automation)
Exposes a clean, versioned API for future expansion
Optional (only if budget allows):
Very light LLM usage to convert rule outputs into human-readable explanations

What We Need:
