Role objective:

I am looking for someone to do a design review on a circuit revision we have made to our battery management PCB. After some problems with the BMS becoming stuck in a partially on state due to some programming issues with the onboard MCU, we decided to add a low voltage cutoff using a voltage monitoring circuit that will disconnect the pack from the rest of the system if the pack voltage falls too low, to reduce the chances of this happening in the future. The circuit uses a TI voltage supervisor IC and a mosfet to connect and disconnect the battery and another mosfet, connected to the charger input with a diode, to override the voltage supervisor if a charger is connected.

I would like someone to review the circuit design to check for any issues I may have missed. You will review the schematic, check the implementation against the TI data sheet, and make any recommendations you see fit for how to improve the circuit. I work in fusion 360 so schematic files will be in EAGLE format.
