Performance and Tracking: Speed optimization, basic SEO, and setup of proper event tracking for all button clicks, chat clicks, and booking submissions in Wix Analytics and Google Analytics
What Success Looks Like:

Exit rate on homepage reduced from 95 percent to under 60 percent
Button clicks on AGENDAR and chat CTA increased by 300 percent
Clear increase in sessions that reach /agende-online

APPROACH

This build is scoped as theme customisation, applying our approved Figma designs onto a suitable existing Shopify theme, rather than a fully bespoke build from scratch. This is a deliberate cost decision. The genuinely complex, high-risk elements of the site are being handled separately by a developer who already has deep context on our product (see "Explicitly Out of Scope" below), so this build doesn't need to solve for that complexity; it needs a clean, well-chosen theme foundation that those elements can later sit on top of.

Before any customisation work begins, we'd like your recommendation on which existing Shopify theme is the right foundation, based on our Figma and the guided customer journey it describes. This is a decision we want your expertise on, not one we're presupposing an answer to.
