Overview

We are a growing e-commerce brand in the women’s health and education space looking for an experienced **CRO / Funnel Specialist** to improve website conversion rates, optimize product pages, and help turn existing traffic into consistent sales.

We already have traffic and marketing activity, but we are not converting efficiently. We are looking for someone who can identify bottlenecks in the funnel and systematically improve performance.

What You Will Do

* Audit our current website funnel (landing pages → product pages → checkout)
* Identify conversion bottlenecks and UX issues
* Improve product page structure, messaging, and layout for higher conversion
* Optimize checkout flow to reduce drop-off
* Create and manage A/B testing strategy (headlines, offers, pricing presentation, etc.)
* Improve email/SMS capture and abandoned cart flows
* Work with our ads/content team to ensure traffic aligns with funnel messaging
* Recommend data tracking improvements (GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.)

What Success Looks Like

* Increased conversion rate from existing traffic
* Higher add-to-cart and checkout completion rates
* Clear improvement in ROAS when paired with ads
* A structured testing system we can continue using long-term

* Proven experience in **e-commerce CRO or funnel optimization**
* Experience improving conversion rates (please include case studies or before/after results)
* Strong understanding of Shopify (or similar platforms like WooCommerce)
* Experience with landing page optimization tools and A/B testing
* Understanding of consumer psychology and DTC buying behavior
* Ability to work independently and identify problems without heavy direction
