For your reference, the client has asked Optix dev team the following. Their answers are below.

Q1. Can we use our own booking form on our own (Shopify) website and using your API connectors pass this data through to Optix. This would create a moment where the staff member in our store simply sees the appointment but the customer has not used the Optix booking system (and been diverted from our own UrL to mysight). I think the answer is yes to this but would involve some work at our end which is fine.

A1. It depends. Under the private API endpoints, there are options to create bookings directly in Optix, so a version that does not interact with MySight at all would be possible. However, if the intention is to “piggy-back” off of the MySight system, I’m not sure if that is currently possible. I will need to discuss this with our dev team and find out what we could do.

Q2. If no to the above, then can we simply disable the requirement for customers to have to create an account on mysight - so no login and therefore the customer has no double login (one for our Shopify and one for My sight is not great).

A2. Currently I don’t believe this is possible. The login for MySight is required due to how it links bookings to patient records. I will raise the question with our dev team anyway, just in case.

Q3. CRM automation “backwards” - the reason for the above is that we wish to use Shopify to power some automated communications to customers after they have booked an appointment. So if neither is possible then is there an API connector so that Optix can pass back the information to our CRM (probably Klaviyo). I think the answer is no.

A3. This would be possible using our webhook endpoints. There are webhooks that trigger on created appointments that pass patient information backwards, so that should be doable.

Q4. Self-Service Login in store - customers need to be offered a way to announce their arrival in store on a self service touch screen. Like placing an order in McDonalds. is there an API connector which can allow us to tell Optix that they have arrived? What this effectively is is our website allowing the customer to login to their appointment (and we would build this) but we just need to pass a message to Optix to inform your system the customer has arrived (which ordinarily I imagine a member of our staff would do at the reception desk).

A4. This would also be possible. Optix uses an appointment “Status” system so staff members can mark a patient as “Arrived” in the diary, which then updates on the diary for all staff members in the practice. There is an API endpoint to update this, so that could be integrated into a Self-Service kiosk.

Compensation: $200 per 60 minute webinar, $250 per 75 min webinar, $300 per 90 minute webinar

Each webinar will have a 15 minute Q&A - so only the presentation time would change in those instances (Ex: for a 60 min webinar = 45 min presentation + 15 min Q&A ... for 90 min webinar = 75 min presentation + 15 min Q&A )

This will be a once a 4 week reoccurring role - one webinar every 4 weeks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Host a 60-90 minute live session (presentation + Q&A)
• Teach one focused topic deeply (with real examples)
• Answer founder questions live
• Provide a short framework doc or slides that attendees can get access to after the call.

The goal is to help founders solve real problems, not consume theory.

I need help with the migration process, new configuration and website creation on wordpress and woocommmerce.

We are currently using Bell as the hosting, wix.com as the website builder and office 365 as the email provider. I am looking to simplify it by moving all hosting to ionos, WordPress for the website and keep office 365. And also add woocommerce in the near future for other project i will be developing.

We’re looking for an experienced Shopify conversion rate optimisation specialist to help improve the performance of our ecommerce store.

We sell a genuinely strong, new-to-market product that customers love once they try it. We have not had a single complaint or return from customers who have purchased, but because the product format is still relatively new and largely undiscovered, we need the website to do a better job of explaining the offer, building trust, and moving customers through to purchase.

Our conversion rate has generally been sitting between 3–8% most days, although it has dropped recently on some days following changes to our ad campaigns. A lot of our traffic, particularly from Meta ads, lands directly on product pages, so this is a key focus area.

We are looking for someone who can help us:

* Improve the presentation of our product and offer
* Optimise product pages for conversion, especially on mobile
* Tighten the customer journey from ad click to purchase
* Make the offer clearer and more compelling across key website touchpoints
* Improve trust, education, urgency and ease of purchase
* Help us better communicate why customers should buy now
* Review and improve the current volume offer presentation
* Action the improvements directly in Shopify, not just provide suggestions

We currently have a "Buy 2, Get the 3rd Free" offer, but we feel the way this is presented across the site could be much stronger. We are also open to other ways of presenting the bundle or multi-buy offer, provided it improves clarity and conversion.

One challenge is that we have 4 flavours set up as individual Shopify products rather than variants. Ideally, the multi-buy offer needs to work across different SKUs/flavours, not just multiple units of the same product.

Our Shopify store currently uses apps including:

* Section Store
* Vitals
* Judge.me Reviews
* Simple Bundles
* Unicorn Cart
* Discount Mixer, currently not in use

We would prefer not to add more apps where possible, unless there is a very clear reason to do so.

This role is not suited to someone who only wants to provide a CRO audit or a list of recommendations. We need someone who can look at the website, identify what should be improved, explain the reasoning clearly, and then ACTUALLY implement the changes, including layout, design, copy structure, product page presentation, offer presentation and mobile optimisation.

The ideal person will have strong experience with:

* Shopify CRO
* Product page optimisation
* Mobile-first ecommerce design
* Offer and bundle presentation
* Conversion-focused copy/layout
* UX improvements
* Shopify theme customisation
* App-aware implementation without overcomplicating the store

Please include examples of Shopify stores or product pages you have improved, ideally with before/after screenshots or details of conversion improvements achieved.

In your application, please also briefly explain how you would approach improving a Shopify product page where the product is new to market and requires some education before purchase.

Pedraw's Art (pedrawsart.com) is a print-on-demand shop on Shopify using Printful. I have original art, but use Printful to ship my items. It sells original fish-themed art on prints, canvases, apparel, and more. I am expanding into other art styles where I will be pushing my Brazilian roots, but need sales now.

I'm pushing my products in USA, and any English-speaking countries (CANADA, UK, AUS) and have a second region in Brasil for manual fulfillment of Prints only right now. I want to focus on US/Canada SEO. (My prints are mostly going to those countries).

Current state: under 100 visitors/month, only a few sales total.

WHAT IM LOOKING FOR:
3 months of active work. I have an audit completed, you can execute. This job posting is for $300 for one month, longer + more pay if good results.

What I Need Done
- Get traffic to the store through SEO, organic search, Google SEO, Pinterest, anything else you think as the expert
- Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, tags) for search
- Review the storefront and fix anything hurting conversions
- Build a realistic plan for consistent monthly sales growth

Requirements
- Proven experience growing a Shopify or print-on-demand store
- Can show real before/after stats from past work: traffic, revenue, ROAS, conversion rates
- Has worked with new or small stores, not just established brands

Bonus
- Built a POD or Shopify art store from scratch yourself
