We’re looking for an experienced ecommerce expert to help us grow our Shopify business.
We are not looking for someone who only builds Shopify stores, runs ads or sells a predefined SEO package.
We’re looking for someone who has successfully launched and grown early-stage ecommerce brands, understands what drives sales and knows how to prioritize initiatives that create measurable business growth.
We already have a Social Media Manager, so this role is focused on ecommerce growth and business performance rather than content creation or social media management.
We’re looking for someone with experience in:
* Growing new Shopify brands from launch or low sales.
* Increasing ecommerce sales.
* Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
* Increasing Average Order Value (AOV).
* Customer journey optimization.
* Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics.
* Google Merchant Center.
* Email marketing and customer retention.
* Prioritizing growth initiatives based on business impact.
Experience in wellness, beauty, skincare or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Thinks strategically and executes.
* Is proactive and brings ideas to the table.
* Can identify opportunities we may not see.
* Makes decisions based on data.
* Enjoys building businesses from an early stage.
To apply, please answer the following:
1. Tell us about an early-stage Shopify brand you helped grow.
2. What was the business like when you joined?
3. What results did you achieve?
4. What actions had the biggest impact on sales?
5. Please share examples of Shopify stores you’ve worked on.

I'm looking to bring on a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialist to continue improving my Shopify store, Zarvia. This freelancer previously worked on optimizing the store's design and user experience with a focus on increasing conversions, and I'd like to continue that working relationship on an ongoing basis through Upwork.
Scope of work includes:
Auditing and refining store layout, product pages, and checkout flow to reduce friction and improve conversion rates. Implementing CRO best practices such as improved calls-to-action, trust signals, page speed improvements, and mobile optimization. Running A/B tests and analyzing store data to identify further opportunities for improvement. Making ongoing design and development updates based on performance data and business goals.
Ideal candidate has proven experience with Shopify CRO, a strong understanding of ecommerce UX/UI principles, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable design changes.
If you'd like, I can tailor this further, for example, adding specific results or metrics from the work you already completed (like conversion rate lift, bounce rate reduction, or revenue impact), which would make the listing stronger and more credible to the client. Just let me know the numbers and I'll fold them in.
Client's questions:
Describe your approach to testing and improving QA

Website, Funnel, Landing Pages & Digital Systems Manager (CYA + TNS)
Job Type:** Long-term, ongoing relationship
Location Preference:** Philippines
English:** Required (strong written and verbal)
Hours:** Part-time to start, with room to grow into a larger role for the right person
This is not a posting for agencies.
About Us
We run two connected brands built around a simple idea: choose your attitude, create your life. TheNickStrand.com (TNS) is a speaking and coaching brand built on the keynote "Build Your Stage: Lead Through Chaos" and the framework Attitude + Action = Impact. ChooseYourAttitude.com (CYA) is a mindset and apparel brand that turns that same philosophy into a movement people wear and live. Both brands work together to help people move from pressure to purposeful action.
We are a small, committed team. Everyone here shows up fully for the mission, and we are looking for someone who wants to do the same.
The Role
We need a website and digital systems owner for both CYA and TNS. Not someone who waits for a task list, but someone who takes ownership of the two websites and the digital flows that connect them, sees what needs attention, and fixes it.
This includes Squarespace and Shopify builds and updates, ClickUp project flow, ScoreApp (our Stage Index lead tool), and the coding needed to keep everything running clean. You will have north stars and projects to guide you, but the expectation is that you understand the bigger picture well enough to make good calls in between check-ins, not just execute what you are handed.
You will have support. An assistant, a content lead, and an email marketing lead are all available as resources and guidance, but this role owns the responsibility and the follow-through.
What You Will Do
- Own all website adjustments and builds across Squarespace (TNS) and Shopify (CYA)
- Build and optimize pop ups, retention flows, and product pages
- Maintain and improve landing page cadence and structure
- Watch the overall system (site, CRM, email, ClickUp) and flag or fix issues before they become problems
- Collaborate through ClickUp tasks and whiteboard mind maps to keep systems clarity across the team
- Help maintain brand consistency across design, messaging, and customer experience on both sites
- Support front end integrations between our tools (Squarespace, Shopify, ClickUp, ScoreApp, email platforms)
- Bring tasks to full completion, not partial progress that needs rework
What You Bring
- Strong understanding of branding and brand messaging, and how it should look and read on a website
- Graphic design skill, comfortable maintaining and elevating visual standards
- Working coding ability (HTML/CSS at minimum; more is a plus) to handle custom site needs
- Understanding of customer journey and sales philosophy, not just how a page looks but why it converts
- Familiarity with customer avatars and how messaging shifts for different audiences
- Digital marketing knowledge, especially as it relates to landing pages, retention, and conversion
- Experience with front end systems integrations across marketing and web tools; basic backend automation setup is a plus, not a requirement
- Self-driven, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership without needing constant direction
- Collaborative and communicative, especially when working through ClickUp and shared planning docs
- A real sense of urgency, we move with intention and we move now
Tools You Will Work In
Squarespace, Shopify, ClickUp, ScoreApp, plus general web coding and email systems
Who Should Apply
Someone who wants more than a task list. Someone who wants to grow with a mission-driven team, take real ownership of two brand websites, and help build something that lasts. If you read this and thought "that's me," we want to hear from you.
To apply, answer the following:**
1. Describe a customer journey you designed or improved on a past project. What was the goal, and how did you map the path from first touch to conversion?
2. Tell us about an issue you caught and fixed on your own initiative while working on a project, without being asked. What did you notice, and what did you do about it?
3. Brand consistency matters a lot to us. How would you approach adding to and protecting a brand's look, voice, and standard across two connected websites?
4. What intrigues you about this role specifically? We want to know why this, not just any web role.
5. This is a team effort with a shared mission. How will you show up for the team, and how do you like to be supported while you take ownership of your work?
6. What is your experience with ecommerce websites, and what do most ecommerce sites get wrong?
7. How would you set up a lead generation flow from scratch?
8. How do you keep brand messaging, brand visuals, and customer journey organized across multiple projects at once?
9. Walk us through what your day to day workflow looks like.
10. Can you build out how you would approach this role as a mind map or visual system? Feel free to share a link, image, or file.

-- Making our business more profitable.
Every improvement you make has an immediate financial impact. Your ideas won't disappear into meetings, they'll be implemented across an international e-commerce business operating at scale.
If you enjoy ownership, data, automation , AI and solving real business challenges, you'll fit right in.

To Apply, Please Share:
A brief outline of how you can help us achieve organic sales.

Estimated timeframe for execution and expected results.

Head of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), eCommerce
**Role overview**
You own the conversion side of the funnel across our client portfolio. Paid media drives the traffic. Your job is to make sure that traffic converts, and to squeeze more profit out of every session once it lands on site. You lead CRO strategy, direct a web developer, and run a continuous testing program across roughly 10 ecommerce clients.
This is a strategy and execution role. You set the direction and you can get your hands dirty in the site when it's faster to just do it yourself.
**What you'll own**
- CRO strategy across all clients: identify where conversion breaks down, prioritise the highest-impact fixes, and build a rolling test roadmap for each account.
- A/B and multivariate testing across the portfolio: hypothesis, build, launch, read results, decide, iterate. Every test tied to a clear metric and a clear decision.
- Landing page direction: brief, structure, and sign off on landing pages built for specific personas, offers, and campaigns. Work closely with the paid media team so page and ad match.
- Website audits: full-funnel reviews of client sites (homepage, collection, product, cart, checkout) with a prioritised action list, not just observations.
- Hands-on development when needed: you can jump into the site to ship a fix or a test rather than wait in a queue.
- Profit outcomes: your north star is more profit per client, not vanity conversion lifts. You understand AOV, contribution margin, and how CRO moves the commercial number.
**Who you'll work with**
- A web developer reports to you. You assign tasks, set priorities, and direct their work.
- The paid media and creative teams, so landing pages and site experience align with the ads driving traffic.
- Clients directly on occasion, to present findings, walk through test results, or align on direction. You need to be comfortable and credible in front of a client.
**What success looks like**
- A live, prioritised CRO roadmap running for every client.
- A steady cadence of tests shipped, read, and actioned, with wins rolled out and losers killed fast.
- Measurable lift in the metrics that matter commercially: conversion rate, AOV, revenue per session, and ultimately client profit.
- Landing pages that convert and hold up under scaling spend.
**What we're looking for**
- Proven CRO experience in ecommerce, ideally across multiple brands or an agency environment.
- Strong grasp of testing methodology: how to form a hypothesis, size a test, avoid false reads, and know when a result is real.
- Enough technical ability to audit a site and jump into development (HTML, CSS, JS, and comfort inside Shopify and page builders such as Replo).
- Commercial literacy: you think in profit and margin, not just conversion percentage.
- Ability to lead: direct a developer, own a roadmap, and communicate clearly with clients.
- Desirable: experience using AI to build faster systems and speed up CRO work, from audits and test builds to landing page production.
**The setup**
- Freedom to work your own hours. We care about deliverables and outcomes, not clock-watching. Hit the roadmap and the results, and how you structure your week is yours.
- Autonomy to run your function and make calls, with the support of the wider team.
**Compensation**
- $1,500 - $2,000 per month depending on hours worked.
- Salary is negotiable for the right person, and the role can be full time.
- We offer performance bonuses and would prefer someone working on retainer.

* Reviewing pop-ups, promotional banners, videos, product reviews, and trust-building elements.
* Ensuring the website maintains a polished, professional, luxury beauty-brand appearance.
E-Commerce and Conversion Review
The freelancer must also:
* Test the complete shopping experience from product page to completed checkout.
* Review Wix Stores, cart, checkout, shipping, taxes, discount codes, and payment settings.
* Confirm that customers can place orders successfully.
* Review product-page layout, pricing, product information, reviews, guarantees, and calls to action.
* Identify areas where visitors may be confused, distracted, or leaving the website.
* Review site speed and loading performance.
* Review mobile usability and ease of purchasing.
* Verify Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics, and other tracking events, where applicable.
* Confirm that page views, add-to-cart actions, checkout activity, and purchases are being tracked correctly.
* Recommend and implement improvements designed to increase completed purchases.
Required Deliverables
Before making major changes, I need:
* A written website audit.
* Screenshots or screen recordings showing the visible and technical issues found.
* A prioritized list of recommended changes.
* Confirmation of which changes are included in the quoted price.
After completing the project, I need:
* A summary of every design and technical change made.
* Before-and-after screenshots.
* Desktop and mobile testing.
* Proof that the banner, menus, links, buttons, cart, checkout, shipping, and payments are functioning correctly.
* Confirmation that margins, spacing, image sizing, and responsive layouts have been corrected.
* Recommendations for any improvements that should be tested later.
Required Experience
Applicants should have experience with:
* Wix and Wix Studio.
* Wix Stores and e-commerce websites.
* Responsive desktop and mobile design.
* Wix layout, spacing, grids, containers, breakpoints, and sticky elements.
* Conversion-rate optimization.
* Beauty, fashion, or product-based businesses.
* Wix shipping, checkout, payment, tax, and discount settings.
* Website speed and performance optimization.
* Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics, and event tracking.
To Apply
Please provide:
1. Two or three live Wix e-commerce websites you personally designed or improved.
2. Before-and-after examples of responsive layout corrections.
3. Examples of desktop and mobile design issues you fixed.
4. Examples of e-commerce or conversion problems you identified.
5. Your proposed process for auditing and improving my website.
6. Your price and estimated completion timeline.
7. Confirmation that you will provide screenshots, documentation, and proof that all completed changes are working.
Please do not apply if you only create basic Wix websites. I need someone who understands visual design, responsive layouts, Wix e-commerce functionality, and conversion optimization.

"I have a newly launched Shopify store currently receiving 50 visitors/day. While traffic is consistent, I am not yet seeing conversions. My primary goal for the next 30 days is to implement a high-impact strategy that turns this existing traffic into a consistent revenue stream, with a target of $3,000 in sales for the first month.
I am looking for a partner who can provide a professional audit and a clear, actionable roadmap. I have my own thoughts on why sales might be stalling, but I am specifically looking for your expert assessment and strategy.
We are looking for an experienced Shopify ecommerce specialist to conduct an expert conversion and user-experience review of a selection of product detail pages.
The store is relatively new, so there is not yet enough traffic for statistically meaningful A/B testing or extensive quantitative CRO analysis.
The objective of this project is therefore to identify clear weaknesses in the current product pages, improve the experience for first-time visitors and ensure the site is ready to convert more effectively as traffic increases.
This is an audit and recommendations project. It is not initially a full website redesign or implementation project.
### Scope of Review
Please review approximately four to six product detail pages on both mobile and desktop, covering:
* Clarity of the product proposition
* Above-the-fold messaging
* Whether the principal benefits are immediately understandable
* Page structure and information hierarchy
* Product descriptions and supporting copy
* Calls to action and add-to-cart experience
* Product imagery, video and demonstration content
* Trust, credibility and social proof
* Pricing and perceived value
* Bundles, offers and purchase incentives
* Delivery and returns information
* Questions or objections that may prevent purchase
* Mobile usability and readability
* Friction between landing on the page and adding to cart
* Suitability for first-time visitors arriving from social media
* Relevant examples and practices from strong consumer product pages
Available Shopify or analytics data may be reviewed to identify broad funnel issues and confirm that important events are being tracked correctly.
However, we do not expect statistically conclusive findings from the current data volume. Please clearly distinguish between:
* Issues supported by available data
* Issues observed through behavioural evidence
* Expert or heuristic recommendations that should be tested as traffic increases
### Deliverables
Please provide:
1. An audit of the selected product pages with annotated screenshots
2. A clear explanation of each conversion or usability issue identified
3. Recommendations ranked by likely impact and ease of implementation
4. Separate recommendations for mobile and desktop where relevant
5. Suggested improvements to messaging, page structure, imagery and trust signals
6. Examples from relevant ecommerce brands illustrating the recommendations
7. A prioritised action plan divided into:
* Immediate fixes
* Next-stage improvements
* Future tests once sufficient traffic is available
8. A short review of whether the current analytics setup captures the key product-page funnel events
9. A Loom presentation or call explaining the principal findings
The final recommendations must be specific to the pages reviewed. I am not looking for a generic automated report or standard CRO checklist.
### Experience Required
Applicants should have experience in:
* Shopify product detail page optimisation
* Ecommerce conversion and user experience
* Mobile-first ecommerce
* Consumer product brands
* Reviewing customer journeys from social or paid traffic
* Translating observations into practical and prioritised recommendations
Experience with beauty, skincare, wellness or supplements would be advantageous.
The successful applicant should have a Shopify Partner account and use a collaborator request if Shopify access is required. Store login details will not be shared.
Please begin your proposal with the words **“PDP audit”** so I know you have read the full description.
Client's questions:
1. Show two relevant examples of Shopify product-page audits or optimisation work
2. Give an example of an audit deliverable, with confidential information removed if necessary
3. What are the two or three initial observations you would investigate when reviewing a relatively new store with limited conversion data

# Website & Digital Systems Manager (CYA + TNS)
**Job Type:** Long-term, ongoing relationship
**Location Preference:** Philippines
**English:** Required (strong written and verbal)
**Hours:** Part-time to start, with room to grow into a larger role for the right person
## About Us
We run two connected brands built around a simple idea: choose your attitude, create your life.
## The Role
## What You Will Do
- Own all website adjustments and builds across Squarespace (TNS) and Shopify (CYA)
## What You Bring
- A real sense of urgency, we move with intention and we move now
## Tools You Will Work In
Squarespace, Shopify, ClickUp, ScoreApp, plus general web coding and email systems
## Who Should Apply
Someone who wants more than a task list. Someone who wants to grow with a mission-driven team, take real ownership of two brand websites, and help build something that lasts. If you read this and thought "that's me," we want to hear from you.
**To apply, answer the following:**

About Us:
KBF Home Improvement is a mid-to-high-end home remodeling brand specializing in kitchen, bath, surfaces, and flooring. We operate a nationwide e-commerce catalog alongside our showroom operations. We are looking for an analytical, highly organized, and technically savvy E-commerce Operations Specialist to help us optimize our Shopify store, streamline team workflows, and document our operational processes.
We are a lean team, and we heavily value leverage. We need a self-starter who utilizes modern AI tools to work faster, solve problems independently, and keep our team organized.
Weekly Commitment:
• Hours: ~10 hours per week (with potential to scale based on performance).
• Location: Fully Remote.
Key Responsibilities
• Shopify & Conversion Optimization: Analyze Shopify dashboard data to diagnose checkout drop offs, test app integrations, and manage complex shipping rules (crucial for our heavy, high-ticket materials like flooring and panels).
• ClickUp & Team Coordination: Regularly review our ClickUp workspace to track project progress, monitor team member tasks, and flag potential bottlenecks or delays.
• SOP Documentation: Translate our existing workflows and your own optimized setups into clear, structured, and easy-to-follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• AI Tool Integration & Research: Leverage advanced LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to conduct rapid market research, draft customer-facing copy, troubleshoot tech issues, and accelerate your own workflows.
• Ad & Traffic Tracking: Keep an eye on incoming traffic and log into our ad accounts (Meta, Google, etc.) to assist with budget adjustments, performance monitoring, and campaign tracking.
Required Skills & Experience
• Shopify Technical Expertise: Confident navigating the Shopify backend, theme customization, and custom app setups (especially shipping and logistics).
• ClickUp Power User: Highly experienced with ClickUp features (custom fields, statuses, dashboards, and task dependencies). You know how to audit a workspace to see who is doing what.
• AI & LLM Proficiency: You don't just use AI for basic writing; you know how to use it for data structuring, complex research, technical troubleshooting, and generating workflow drafts.
• Strong Tech Writing: Able to write clear, concise, and scannable SOPs.
• Proactive Problem Solver: You do not wait to be told what to do. You research tools, present solutions, and execute them independently.
Client's questions:
Describe a time you used an AI LLM (like Claude or Gemini) to solve a complex technical issue, build a workflow, or speed up a project. What was the prompt or process you used?
How do you approach auditing an active ClickUp workspace (or other project management platform) to understand what a team is working on, detect delays, and ensure tasks are moving forward?
What is your experience with Shopify's shipping rules, especially when it comes to shipping bulky, heavy, or custom products? Have you used any specific apps to handle this?
Please link or describe a brief example of an SOP you have written. How do you ensure an SOP is clear enough for a team member to follow without needing constant guidance?

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Freelance Chinese Social Media Consultant to take ownership of our brand's presence and performance on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) and Douyin.
Our primary goal is twofold: (1) Drastically increase sales through direct-to-consumer social commerce and lead generation, and (2) Significantly grow our follower base with a highly engaged target audience. This is not a generalist social media role; we need a specialist who lives and breathes these platforms and can translate followers into customers.
What You Will Be Doing:
Direct Sales & Conversion: Develop and execute a strategy focused on converting engagement into revenue. This includes optimizing product seeding, designing effective sales funnels, and crafting high-converting content (e.g., Douyin live streams, Xiaohongshu shopping notes) .
Follower Growth: Build and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to gain high-quality, engaged followers organically and through paid campaigns . This involves mastering platform algorithms and leveraging trending topics and challenges.
Content Strategy & Creation: Create and oversee a platform-specific content calendar. We need content that is culturally relevant and sells.
Douyin: Utilize the "hook in 3 seconds" principle, creating short, high-energy videos that drive engagement and sales .
Xiaohongshu: Develop aesthetically pleasing, trustworthy content following the 70/20/10 rule (lifestyle/trend/product) to build a community that converts .
Influencer Marketing (KOL/KOC): Identify, manage, and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders and Consumers to amplify our reach and credibility .
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance metrics, provide regular reports, and continually optimize strategy based on data to improve ROI .
Market & Trend Intelligence: Monitor real-time Chinese social media trends (on Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, etc.) to capitalize on emerging opportunities .
Who You Are:
Proven Expert: You have a demonstrable track record of successfully growing social media accounts and, more importantly, driving sales on Xiaohongshu and Douyin .
Bilingual (Mandarin/English): You are a native or highly fluent Mandarin speaker with excellent English communication skills to collaborate with our international team .
Data & Results-Obsessed: You rely on data, not guesswork. You can show how your past strategies led to specific increases in sales, leads, and follower numbers .
Sales Focused: You understand that for a business on Xiaohongshu and Douyin, social media is a direct sales channel, not just for brand awareness .
Strategic Thinker: You are capable of developing an end-to-end go-to-market strategy, from signal validation to execution .
What You Need to Include in Your Application:
To ensure your application stands out, please do not send a generic proposal. Answer the following questions directly in your cover letter:
Linked Results: Provide links to two Xiaohongshu or Douyin accounts you have grown from the ground up or significantly impacted (include links, start/end follower counts, engagement changes, and, crucially, any sales data you can share to demonstrate direct revenue generation).
Your Strategic Approach: Briefly outline your initial strategy for our brand's Douyin and Xiaohongshu channels. How would you approach follower growth differently from direct sales on each platform?
Salary/Project Rate: Please state your desired hourly rate or a fixed project fee based on the scope of work we define. Also, let us know your weekly availability and time zone .
Why Work With Us?
We are a brand committed to building a real, authentic connection with the Chinese market .
We are looking for a long-term partner, not just a one-off project .
You will have the autonomy to build a strategy and the resources to execute it.
Ideal Skills and Expertise:
Social Media Marketing (Douyin & Xiaohongshu)
Sales & Lead Generation
Chinese Market Strategy & Localization
KOL/KOC Identification and Management
Content Strategy & Creation
Data Analysis & Reporting

Please provide links to 2–3 Shopify stores you have worked on and describe your contribution.
If you had a budget under USD 5,000, how would you prioritize improving inventory synchronization and growing online sales?
