We are a fast-growing fashion dropshipping brand active in the Netherlands and Belgium. We scale primarily through Google Ads, which means our traffic has strong buying intent. However, we are not yet capturing the full potential of that traffic. Our main priorities are increasing Average Order Value (AOV) and improving Conversion Rate (CVR). We are looking for an expert who can take ownership of everything that influences these metrics and turn our traffic into maximum revenue.

What we need
We need someone who can analyze our current landing pages, identify friction points and trust gaps, and improve the entire user journey from the first click to the checkout. You will ensure our pages are mobile-first, fast, clear and aligned with Google search intent. You will help us clarify benefits, improve product storytelling, strengthen social proof, and create a layout that gets more visitors to take action.

A major part of the role is focused on maximizing AOV. You will develop effective bundles, volume deals, upsells and cross-sells before, during and after the checkout. You will use price anchoring, value stacking and better product hierarchy to encourage customers to buy more. You will also optimize the checkout experience itself, reduce drop-off and ensure that payment options such as Shop Pay clearly build trust. In the aftersales stage, you will help us add post-purchase upsells and flows that increase long-term customer value.

Improving overall CVR is equally important. This includes optimizing hero visuals, CTAs, trust elements, messaging consistency and the overall UX flow. You will use principles from conversion psychology to reduce bounce rates, increase add-to-cart actions and make the pages easier to understand. You will also make data-driven recommendations based on heatmaps, analytics and search intent.

Who we’re looking for
We want someone with solid experience in fashion ecommerce or dropshipping, who understands how Google Ads traffic behaves and how to turn that traffic into conversions. You should be analytical, fast, structured and proactive. You focus on measurable outcomes, not only on design. You are familiar with CRO methodologies, persuasive design principles and heuristic analysis. You also enjoy collaborating directly with the founder to move quickly and iterate fast.
