We are a fast-growing shower filter brand, leading in the GCC and now expanding into Southeast Asia. With a strong Amazon presence, we’re seeking an experienced Shopee Launch and Account Management Specialist to drive our entry and growth on Shopee across key markets.
Role Overview:
The Shopee Launch & Account Management Specialist will be responsible for setting up, launching, and managing our Shopee store(s). This role requires expertise in market research, product positioning, SEO-optimized listings, paid advertising, and ongoing account operations. The ideal candidate has proven experience growing consumer product brands on Shopee or similar e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market & Product Research
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify category opportunities for shower and home products.
- Research customer trends and insights to localize product positioning and pricing.
2. Store & Listing Management
- Set up Shopee storefronts with localized branding and content.
- Create and optimize product listings with compelling titles, bullet points, images, and descriptions.
- Implement Shopee SEO strategies to maximize visibility and organic rankings.
3. Advertising & Promotions
- Plan and manage Shopee Ads campaigns (keyword, shop, product ads).
- Monitor and optimize ad performance for ROI and sales growth.
- Leverage Shopee promotions, vouchers, and campaign participation to maximize visibility.
4. Account & Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day store performance, including order management, returns, and customer service coordination.
- Maintain healthy account metrics and ensure compliance with Shopee policies.
- Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment partners to ensure smooth operations.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Analyze sales, traffic, and advertising data to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular performance reports and improvement plans.

Our current Average Order Value is approximately €34.60, and increasing AOV is now the most important lever for us to continue scaling profitably and sustainably.
We are looking for a senior AOV and offer optimization expert who can take full ownership of increasing our Average Order Value to €50+. This is not a role for tactical CRO tasks or surface-level optimization. We are explicitly looking for someone who can independently analyze our current monetization and offer structure, design a clear strategy, prioritize the highest-impact levers, implement changes end-to-end, test and iterate, and drive measurable results. You will be responsible not only for ideas, but for execution and outcome.
Your responsibility will be to identify and implement sustainable AOV growth mechanisms across offer design, bundles, pricing logic, upsells, cross-sells, and the checkout experience, while protecting conversion rate and brand trust. We are not interested in heavy discounting or short-term hacks. Success means a stable AOV of €50 or higher achieved through smart offer architecture and monetization systems that scale with paid traffic.
You should have proven experience increasing AOV in DTC e-commerce, ideally in paid-traffic-driven Shopify brands. You understand offer psychology, pricing strategy, and customer behavior, and you are comfortable working autonomously with clear goals and full ownership. You don’t need step-by-step instructions and you are confident making decisions, testing hypotheses, and explaining your reasoning clearly.
This engagement can start as a project with a clearly defined outcome and can evolve into a long-term collaboration or strategic partnership if results are strong. You will work directly with the founder, with fast decision-making and a strong focus on execution and impact.

I’m currently having an issue in my Kajabi account where customers are getting access to the wrong program after making a payment. For example, someone purchases Program A, but they end up getting access to Program B or multiple programs that were not included in their purchase.

• Translate an existing brand website’s visual style into Shopify, including:

UI patterns and interaction behaviors
Graphic treatments
• Use a live reference site and a lightweight style guide as inputs
• Rebuild key templates:
Homepage with modular, flexible sections
Designed collection pages
Product pages for a small catalog (approximately 20–30 products)
• Implement and QA internationalization and translations, including:

Ensuring layouts, spacing, and UI components work cleanly across languages
• Maintain usability, performance, and long-term maintainability
We are not providing Figma or design files for the reference site. Interpreting and adapting what already exists is a core part of this role.
