We are looking for a Junior or Senior Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo) to join our team on a part-time, fully remote basis.

I am the founder of Career Cafe, Inc. and Press Pause, Inc. I need an experienced Wix developer to finalize my Wix store setup, design two distinct product page templates, and configure digital product delivery automations. My site is live at careercafe.info.

What Needs to Be Done
1. Store Configuration

Set store URL slug to careercafe.info/shop
Confirm digital product delivery is working correctly for two journal listings already uploaded
Test purchase flow end to end and confirm buyers receive download link automatically after checkout

2. Two Separate Product Page Templates
Using Wix's Product Page Variants feature, design two distinct product page templates:

Template 1 — Career Cafe Products: Professional, clean design aligned with the Career Cafe brand (teal, black, white color palette). Covers coaching services, resume packages, LinkedIn optimization, e-books.
Template 2 — R.O.O.T.E.D. Journals (Pick A Side): Bold, campaign-style design. Black background, gold accents for the Salty Edition. Must feel like a brand experience, not a generic store page. Assign only the two journal products to this template.

3. Journals Landing Page Button Links
I have an existing HTML embed block on careercafe.info/journals with buy buttons. The contractor will update the button href values to point to the correct Wix product page URLs for the Salty and Sweet Edition journals. I will provide the HTML file.

- Any inventory, financial, operational, or market risks developing
- Ranked by urgency

SECTION 4 — OPPORTUNITIES
- Pricing opportunities Atlas identified
- Trend-driven content or product opportunities
- CRM-driven customer outreach opportunities

- Traffic, conversion, content performance
- What Scribe recommends

SELF-IMPROVEMENT SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

This is a critical requirement that most developers will underestimate. The system must include a self-improvement loop. Here is exactly what that means:

1. LOGGING — Every agent task is logged with: agent name, task type, input context, output produced, timestamp, and execution time.

2. SCORING — The Critic/QA agent assigns a quality score to every agent output on each run. Scores are stored in the database.

3. FAILURE CATEGORIZATION — When an agent output is flagged as low quality or incorrect, the failure type is categorized (bad data, weak reasoning, missing context, hallucination, off-brand, etc.)

4. IMPROVEMENT QUEUE — Based on patterns in scores and failures, the system generates specific improvement recommendations for agent prompts, routing logic, or workflow steps. These go into an improvement queue.

5. HUMAN APPROVAL — Nothing in the improvement queue goes live without a human approving it. Apollo surfaces improvement recommendations in the morning brief. An authorized person approves or denies.

6. VERSIONING — All agent prompts are version-controlled. Every change is logged with who approved it and when.

This is NOT uncontrolled self-modification. The system improves through structured, logged, human-approved iteration. The developer must understand this distinction and build accordingly.

ARCHITECTURE REQUIREMENTS — NON-NEGOTIABLE

1. MODULAR MODEL LAYER
The orchestration logic must be decoupled from the model provider. Claude is primary, but the system must be architected so that a different model (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) can be swapped in for any agent without rebuilding the orchestration layer. Use an abstract model client interface.

2. FULL ASYNC
The entire system runs on asyncio. No synchronous blocking code in the critical path. Every database call, API call, and agent run must be async. This is mandatory — a synchronous system will not scale to 9 agents running concurrently.

3. STRUCTURED AGENT OUTPUTS
Every agent must return validated structured output (JSON schema validated). No free-form text passed between agents. Apollo ingests structured data from each agent, not raw conversational output.

4. IMMUTABLE AUDIT LOG
The audit.agent_actions table is append-only. No update or delete operations on this table. Ever. This is the permanent record of everything the system does.

5. GRACEFUL FAILURE HANDLING
If one agent fails, the nightly meeting continues. Apollo receives partial data and notes the failure. The system never crashes because one agent errored. Every agent run is wrapped in proper error handling with failure logged and Apollo notified.

6. IDEMPOTENT SCHEDULING
If a scheduled job fires twice due to a timing issue, it must not create duplicate records or take duplicate actions. All scheduled jobs must be idempotent.

7. ENVIRONMENT-BASED CONFIGURATION
All secrets (API keys, database URLs, Slack tokens) via environment variables using python-dotenv. No hardcoded credentials anywhere in the codebase.

- PostgreSQL (schema design, async queries with asyncpg, migrations)
- Slack API with Socket Mode specifically

- Clean, documented, maintainable code — this system will run my business, not just pass a demo

STRONG PREFERENCE FOR:
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Shopify API integration experience

DEALBREAKERS (instant decline):
- Your portfolio is chatbots and prompt wrappers
- You plan to use any no-code tool as part of this build
- You cannot explain how you would handle agent state, context passing, and structured output validation
- You have never used the Anthropic Claude API
- You are vague about timeline and scope
- You cannot commit to regular communication and milestone-based delivery

3. HONEST SCOPE ASSESSMENT
After reading this post in full, tell me:
