I’m building a new online store and need a premium-quality design that feels fresh, clean and unmistakably modern. The project centres on crafting intuitive, visually striking product pages that showcase items beautifully and convert visitors into customers.
Here’s what I expect: • A full-fidelity UI/UX design for desktop and mobile product pages (Figma or Adobe XD preferred). • Consistent modern styling—ample white space, bold typographic hierarchy, and a refined colour palette that aligns with contemporary e-commerce trends. • Reusable components and a thoughtfully organised design system so future pages—checkout or user accounts—can be added seamlessly. Please include any relevant portfolio samples of modern e-commerce work and outline your typical turnaround time. Final deliverables should be layered source files plus exported assets ready for development hand-off. Over the next 15 days I intend to put a fully-functioning Shopify dropshipping store online and drive it to a stable net profit target of about $500 per month. Every stage—from product discovery through to customer acquisition—has to be covered, because I’m starting from absolute scratch and am open to any product category that can prove itself profitable.
Here is how I picture the engagement: • Product sourcing: research, supplier outreach, sample checks, and final supplier selection. • Store setup & design: build the Shopify storefront, optimise theme, load products with high-converting copy, connect payment and shipping apps. • Marketing & promotion: craft the launch strategy (Facebook/Instagram ads, email flows, influencer or UGC if it makes sense), set up tracking pixels, and run the first campaigns. Acceptance criteria 1. Store is live on my Shopify account with at least 15 tested products. 2. Supplier agreements in place and order flow tested end-to-end. 3. Ad creatives, audiences, and email sequences ready and scheduled. 4. First round of campaigns launched and reporting dashboard set up so I can monitor progress toward the $500/month net profit goal. Clear, documented SOPs or screen-share videos for every recurring task will be required so I can run the operation confidently after hand-off. Let me know your outline and timeline for hitting these deliverables within the 15-day window, plus any proven tactics you plan to use to reach profitability quickly. Bilingual Shopify B2B Ecommerce Site

|
We are launching **Restaurant Equipment Depot**, an ecommerce store selling commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment to restaurants, hotels, bakeries, bars, caterers and food trucks.
This is **not** a simple online catalog. The core of the business is a **B2B quote workflow**: many of our products are high-ticket, freight-shipped, and priced per project. Customers must be able to build an equipment list, request a quote, receive a revised quote from our sales team, approve it, and convert it into an order. The site must launch **fully bilingual in English and Canadian French** — this is a hard requirement, not a phase-two nice-to-have. We have a complete site architecture and page-by-page specification ready (navigation, homepage, category pages, product pages, quote flow, account portal, footer). You will build to that spec — we're looking for execution and technical judgment, not a blank-page design exercise. ### Platform We plan to build on **Shopify**, using Shopify's native B2B features (company accounts, catalogs, volume pricing, quantity rules, payment terms) plus a proper quote workflow. If you have strong reasons to recommend WooCommerce or a different approach, tell us in your proposal and explain why. ### Scope of work 1. **Store setup & custom theme** — clean, professional, commercial-equipment look. Not an obvious out-of-the-box template. Fully responsive (desktop, tablet, mobile). 2. **Navigation & site structure** — Shop Equipment (11 categories), Brands, Deals, Restaurant Projects, Resources, About, Contact, plus persistent **Request a Quote** and **Call Us** buttons. 3. **Homepage** — announcement bar, prominent search, hero, category tiles, featured brands grid, featured products, "Opening a Restaurant?" section, "Why Us" icon row, pre-footer quote CTA, full footer. 4. **Product pages** — image gallery (multiple angles + spec plate), specs/dimensions/electrical/certifications displayed prominently, tabbed content (Overview, Specifications, Dimensions, Features, Downloads, Warranty, Shipping, Reviews), spec-sheet PDF downloads. 5. **Three purchase paths** per product: **Add to Cart** (standard items), **Add to Quote** (complex/high-value equipment), **Request Project Pricing** (large projects). Plus "Call for Pricing" support. 6. **Category pages** — faceted filtering by brand, type, door configuration, width, price, availability, features. Quick View, Add to Cart and Add to Quote on every product card. 7. **Advanced search** — must handle model numbers, SKUs, part numbers, brands and natural queries ("48 inch 2 door refrigerator") with refinement filters, **in both languages**. Recommend and implement a dedicated search app — better than default Shopify search. 8. **Quote system (the most important part)** — persistent quote cart with counter, quote request form (customer info, project info, business type, delivery location), **file upload** for equipment lists (PDF, XLS, DOC, images), admin-side quote management (edit quantities, add/remove items, apply discounts, add freight/installation/notes), send quote to customer, online quote view, **Accept Quote → Checkout → Order** conversion, automated status emails. 9. **Customer account portal** — dashboard, orders, quotes, reorder, invoices, addresses, company info, saved equipment, settings. 10. **Landing pages** — Restaurant Projects page (6-step process), equipment package pages (pizza, burger, bakery, coffee shop, food truck, catering, bar). 11. **Resource/blog section** — buying guides and SEO content structure with proper schema markup, with hreflang handled correctly for the bilingual site. 12. **Bilingual English / Canadian French build (required)** — language switcher, translated navigation, product titles and metafields, filter labels, quote forms, checkout and all transactional/quote emails. Correct hreflang tags, localized URLs, and language-aware SEO. **We will supply the French translations** — you are responsible for the architecture that serves them properly, not for translating. 13. **Integrations** — GA4 and conversion tracking, transactional + marketing email, abandoned cart, quote follow-ups, freight/LTL shipping logic for oversized items, and a clean path to future accounting/ERP and CRM integration. 14. **Product import** — bulk CSV import structure for catalog data, with metafields for all technical specifications in both languages. ### What we'll provide - Full written site architecture and page specifications - Brand name, logo direction and product/brand list - Product data, images and spec sheets - All content copy in English **and** French ### Deliverables - Fully functional bilingual Shopify store on our domain, staging site during development - Documented theme code and any custom app/extension code - Admin training session or screen-recorded walkthrough for our sales team on managing quotes and publishing content in both languages - 30 days of post-launch bug fixes ### Requirements - Proven Shopify experience — **please link 2–3 live stores you built**, ideally B2B, wholesale, industrial or high-SKU catalogs - Experience with Shopify B2B / company accounts and quote or RFQ workflows - **Demonstrated multilingual Shopify experience** (Shopify Markets or a translation app) — please link a live bilingual store - Liquid, Shopify theme development, metafields, Shopify APIs; custom app development a plus - Strong communication in English - Available for regular check-ins during our business hours (North America, Central Time) ### To apply, please include 1. Which platform you recommend (Shopify or other) and **why, in 3–4 sentences** 2. How you would build the quote workflow — native, app, or custom — and which apps you'd use 3. How you would handle the English/French build, including translated metafields and filters 4. Links to relevant work, including at least one bilingual or multilingual store 5. Your estimated timeline and a milestone-based price 6. Start the first line of your proposal with the word **KITCHEN** so we know you read this post We're looking for a long-term partner. After launch there will be ongoing work: catalog expansion, ERP integration, advanced pricing and new landing pages.

We are looking for an experienced **PrestaShop frontend / ecommerce CMS specialist** to finish and prepare an existing UK number plate ecommerce website for launch.

The technically complex part of the project – our custom number plate builder – has already been developed and is working. It handles registration entry and preview, road legal/show plates, different plate styles and sizes, front/rear combinations, badges, borders, fixings, plate holders, dynamic pricing and the add-to-cart/order flow. **The plate builder is complete and outside the main scope of this project. It should not be rebuilt or materially modified.** I will move the existing development instance to the production domain myself. Server migration/deployment is therefore not part of this project. ### Main Scope – CMS, Content & Frontend The remaining work is primarily **CMS, content, graphics, theme configuration and ecommerce presentation**. The current theme still contains demo/default content which needs replacing and configuring properly for Rapid Number Plates. This includes: - Complete and improve the homepage - Replace demo banners/images with relevant number plate graphics - Replace Lorem Ipsum and template content - Create and format the required CMS/information pages - Create an FAQ section - Delivery information - Returns/refunds - About Us - Contact Us - Terms & Conditions - Privacy/Cookie information - Secure payment information - Road Legal Number Plate information - Number plate buying/help guides - Improve navigation and footer - Remove unnecessary demo/theme functionality - Correct languages, currencies and store/contact information - Clean up category presentation - Clean up the presentation surrounding the existing plate builder - Check and improve desktop/tablet/mobile presentation - General ecommerce UX and visual polish ### Reference Websites We have researched a number of established UK number plate websites which can be used as **references for content, FAQs, page structure, navigation, trust messaging and general ecommerce presentation**. Examples include: - **Aplates** – https://aplates.co.uk - **Bespoke Plates** – https://www.bespoke-plates.co.uk/ - **Demon Plates** – https://www.demonplates.com - **Express Number Plates** – https://www.expressnumberplates.co.uk/ - **Number1Plates** – https://www.number1plates.com - **Number Plates Next Day** – https://www.numberplatesnextday.co.uk - **Perfect Plates** – https://www.perfect-plates.co.uk - **Legal Show Plates** – https://legalshowplates.com These websites are provided as **references only**. We do not want another company's website copied. We want the freelancer to review the market, identify common information customers expect to see, and use that research together with the material we provide to create a professional Rapid Number Plates website. ### Homepage The current homepage is largely based on the original theme demo and needs to be converted into a proper Rapid Number Plates storefront. Potential sections could include: - Main Build Your Plate CTA - Standard Number Plates - 3D Gel Plates - 4D Plates - Motorbike Plates - Road Legal Plates - Accessories - Why Choose Rapid Number Plates - How It Works - Fast Delivery / Dispatch - Quality & Road Legal information - Customer Reviews / Trust - FAQs We are open to recommendations from the freelancer based on the reference websites and good ecommerce practice. ### Graphics We need someone capable of creating or adapting the required website graphics, including: - Homepage hero/banner - Category graphics - Promotional banners - Simple informational graphics/icons - Other graphics required to make the site look complete and professional We can provide product images/assets where available. ### Important This is **not a new website development project**. We already have: - PrestaShop - Theme - Products - Categories - Ecommerce functionality - Custom plate builder - Cart/order functionality - Development environment We need somebody to take what is already there and **finish the customer-facing website ready for launch**. ### When Applying Please review the development website **before submitting your proposal**. In your proposal please provide: 1. **Five specific things you would change or improve on the existing Rapid Number Plates website.** 2. Examples of PrestaShop/ecommerce websites you have worked on. 3. Your experience with PrestaShop CMS/theme configuration. 4. Whether you can create the required banners and graphics. 5. Senior Google Shopping & PPC Strategist – Forensic Audit & Recovery (Luxury Ecommerce)

|
We are looking for a senior Google Ads / Google Shopping strategist to perform a forensic audit and recovery analysis for Her-Age, an authenticated pre-owned luxury fashion ecommerce business.
This is not a standard account-management assignment and we are not looking for someone whose first recommendation is simply to increase budgets or launch Performance Max. Our priority is to understand exactly what changed in the account, identify the root cause of a recent deterioration in performance, and build a controlled recovery strategy. Current setup We currently run three active Standard Shopping campaigns: Italy USA Netherlands / Germany The campaigns use Smart Bidding / Target ROAS and historically generated profitable high-AOV ecommerce sales. What happened Our internal analysis identified a clear behavioural breakpoint around 24 August 2026. Between 23 and 24 August, account-wide: Avg. CPC increased from approximately €0.21 to €0.48 Clicks fell from 610 to 279 Spend remained almost unchanged Search Impression Share fell below 10% Lost Search IS due to budget exceeded 90% Elevated CPC levels subsequently became persistent in Italy and USA, while the Netherlands/Germany campaign did not show the same CPC inflation. We have verified that no manual Google Ads campaign changes were made during the critical period. At approximately the same time, our Shopify / Merchant Center catalogue experienced significant instability, including recurring missing product images and repeated removal/reappearance of products. Around 622 products were also unintentionally removed and are currently being recovered. Our product-level analysis shows that during the critical period: product impressions remained broadly stable; product clicks remained broadly stable; product-level CPC increased approximately 59%; spend became unusually concentrated on a small subset of SKUs; some individual product clicks cost more than €10–€30 without conversions. Purchase conversion tracking appears healthy. We have also identified some unavailable / 404 product URLs that require further investigation. What we need from you We want you to independently prove or disprove our working hypotheses, not simply agree with our internal analysis. The audit should investigate: Smart Bidding and Target ROAS behaviour CPC inflation and auction dynamics Search Impression Share / Lost IS budget and rank Product-level spend allocation and SKU mix Search-term quality Google Merchant Center / feed health Catalogue instability and whether it may have affected bidding signals Negative keywords Device, geography and time-of-day performance Conversion tracking integrity Product landing pages / 404s Current Shopping campaign architecture Whether Search, PMax, feed localisation or additional markets should be tested later Required deliverables We expect: A clear root-cause diagnosis, separating confirmed facts from hypotheses. A written forensic audit of the account. A prioritised recovery plan: what should be changed first, second and third. A list of things that should not be changed. A proposed 30–60 day strategy for improving Google Ads performance. A final call to walk us through your findings and recommendations. Important: no changes should be made to the live account without our prior approval. We prefer to isolate variables and make controlled changes rather than restructure several things simultaneously. Ideal background We are specifically looking for someone with strong experience in: Google Shopping Standard Shopping campaigns Google Merchant Center Smart Bidding / Target ROAS ecommerce feed strategy high-AOV ecommerce product-level performance analysis diagnosing sudden changes in Google Ads performance Luxury, fashion, marketplace or high-ticket ecommerce experience is a strong advantage. Timing We would ideally like the initial forensic audit completed within 3–5 business days. This first project is a fixed-price audit and recovery plan. If the collaboration is successful, we may subsequently engage the same specialist for implementation and ongoing strategic support. When applying Please briefly answer: What would you investigate first based on the symptoms described above? Have you previously diagnosed a sudden CPC / traffic-quality deterioration in a Google Shopping account? Please describe one relevant example. What account access and data would you require to complete the audit? Please do not send a generic agency introduction. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate senior-level analytical thinking about this specific case. Client's questions:

We are looking for an experienced e-commerce performance marketer to audit, clean up, and rebuild our Google advertising setup for UrbanCycling.com, an established Shopify cycling apparel store serving the U.S. market.
This is not a new store or a “start from scratch” project. We already have products, historical sales data, Google advertising accounts, product feeds, customer traffic, updated product photography, and video assets. We need someone who can evaluate what we have, fix the underlying setup, and build a stronger performance marketing system. ### Initial Scope The first phase will focus on Urban Cycling Apparel and should include: * Audit of existing Google Ads campaigns and historical performance * Audit and cleanup of Google Merchant Center * Shopify product feed cleanup and optimization * Product title, category, GTIN, variant, image, and other feed improvements where appropriate * Audit and correction of conversion tracking and attribution * Review of GA4, Google Ads conversion tracking, Shopify tracking, and related tags * Identification and elimination of duplicate or inaccurate conversion events * Rebuild or restructure our core Google Shopping / Performance Max campaigns * Appropriate Search campaigns where justified * Remarketing strategy for site visitors and cart/checkout abandoners * Product-level analysis to identify our strongest products and categories * Campaign structure that allows us to put more budget behind high-performing products rather than treating the entire catalog equally * Use of our updated product photography and video assets within Google campaigns * Recommendations for improving ROAS and reducing wasted spend * Clear reporting that shows which products and campaigns are actually producing profitable sales ### What We Want From You We are specifically looking for someone with demonstrated experience in: * Shopify ecommerce * Google Merchant Center * Google Shopping * Performance Max * Google Ads * GA4 * Google Tag Manager and/or Shopify conversion tracking * Ecommerce attribution * Product-feed optimization * Dynamic remarketing * SKU/product-level campaign analysis Experience with **apparel, sporting goods, cycling, outdoor products, or large Shopify catalogs** is a plus. Experience managing **Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads** is also a significant bonus. If the Google work is successful, we may expand the engagement to include Meta advertising. ### Potential Expansion UrbanCycling.com is our initial focus. We also own two additional cycling-related ecommerce brands: * KonaTriApparel.com * OzarkCycling.com If the initial engagement works well, there is an opportunity to repeat the process across those brands and potentially manage Google and Meta advertising on an ongoing basis. ### How We Will Evaluate Candidates Please do not send a generic Google Ads proposal. In your response, briefly answer: 1. What would you audit first in an existing Shopify + Google Shopping account? 2. How do you determine which products should receive more or less advertising budget? 3. How do you verify that Shopify, GA4, Google Ads, and Merchant Center attribution/conversion tracking are accurate? 4. Give one or two examples of Shopify ecommerce accounts where you improved Google Shopping or Performance Max results. 5. What access would you need to perform an initial audit? 6. Do you also manage Meta Ads? If so, briefly describe your experience. We are comfortable working with an experienced international contractor. Strong written and spoken English is important. We prefer to begin with a **defined paid audit and implementation project**, followed by ongoing optimization if the relationship and results are strong. Client's questions:

We are Olifant Digital, a performance marketing agency that works exclusively with e-commerce brands. We manage $100M+ in annual client revenue across Amazon, Meta, Google and TikTok for 30+ brands doing 7 to 9 figures. Senior-only team, no layers between you and the client.
We need a Creative Strategist who writes. You will own the creative testing plan for a portfolio of e-commerce brands and write the copy yourself: video scripts, UGC briefs, static headlines, carousels, landing pages, advertorials and Amazon Sponsored Brands / A+ copy. Then you brief our designers, editors and creators, review what comes back, and read the results to decide what we test next. What you'll do Research each brand's product, reviews, competitors and customer avatars to find angles that sell. Build a weekly testing roadmap of concepts, hooks and angles per brand in Asana. Write direct response copy for every ad format we run, with multiple hook variations per concept. Brief creative and post-production teams and QA every asset against the brief. Review performance with our Growth Strategists and write the weekly Creative Report for clients. Must have 3+ years writing performance ads for e-commerce brands (physical products sold online). No exceptions. A portfolio of ads you wrote that ran with real budget, and their results. Strong short-form (hooks, scripts, headlines) and long-form (landing pages, advertorials, listings) direct response copywriting. Working knowledge of Meta Ads plus TikTok, Google or Amazon Ads. You can read a dashboard. Fluent English. You'll present to clients. Asana or equivalent. To apply Start your proposal with the word "AVATAR" so we know you read this. Include: 1) Links to 5 to 10 ads you wrote for e-commerce brands, with one line each on the result. 2) One e-commerce brand whose creative you admire, and why, in under 100 words. 3) Your desired monthly salary - this is a full-time position

## Summary
### Company Description Beckett is a fast-growing eCommerce education and services brand helping people start and grow their own online businesses. Our core offers include done-for-you eCommerce stores, digital education, resources, and support designed to help customers get started with dropshipping and eCommerce. We acquire customers primarily through paid advertising and are constantly testing new offers, funnels, landing pages, advertorials, and angles to improve performance. ### Role Description We’re hiring a **Direct Response Copywriter / Landing Page Builder** to help us create high-converting funnels and landing pages for our paid traffic. This is a performance-focused role. You'll be responsible for researching our customers and market, developing new angles and concepts, writing persuasive direct-response copy, and turning those ideas into finished landing pages that we can launch and test. We’re looking for someone who understands that great copy isn't just about sounding good — it’s about understanding the customer, their desires, objections, awareness level, and what ultimately gets them to take action. You'll work closely with our founders and marketing team to continuously develop and test new landing pages, advertorials, sales pages, offers, and funnel concepts. ### Responsibilities * Conduct deep customer, competitor, and market research * Identify customer pain points, desires, objections, beliefs, and buying triggers * Develop new hooks, angles, unique mechanisms, and offer positioning * Write high-converting landing pages and sales pages for cold paid traffic * Write advertorials, listicles, presell pages, and other direct-response funnel assets * Build and format landing pages so they're ready to launch and test * Develop new variations of winning pages and concepts for A/B testing * Analyze existing funnels and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates * Collaborate with our founders, media buyers, designers, and marketing team to bring concepts to life * Consistently produce new pages and concepts for testing ### Qualifications * Minimum **2+ years of direct response copywriting experience** * Proven experience writing landing pages, sales pages, advertorials, VSL funnels, or similar direct-response assets * Experience with **eCommerce, info products, digital products, education, or make-money-online offers** is highly preferred * Strong understanding of direct response marketing and consumer psychology * Deep understanding of customer awareness and market sophistication * Ability to conduct detailed Voice of Customer research and turn it into persuasive messaging * Strong understanding of hooks, angles, unique mechanisms, objections, offers, leads, and CTAs * Experience with landing page/funnel builders such as Replo, Shopify, PageFly, GemPages, ClickFunnels, Funnelish, Webflow, or similar * Good understanding of CRO and A/B testing * Ability to interpret conversion data and use it to inform the next iteration * Excellent written English and attention to detail * Ability to take ownership of a project from **research → concept → copy → page build → launch** ### Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is **obsessed with consumer psychology and why people buy**. You should naturally want to dig through customer reviews, comments, competitors, Reddit threads, ad libraries, surveys, and other Voice of Customer sources before you start writing. You understand the difference between writing copy that sounds good and writing copy that sells. You should be able to look at one of our existing funnels, identify where the messaging or structure could be stronger, develop a new hypothesis, and turn that hypothesis into a finished landing page we can put traffic behind. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who thinks like a **direct-response marketer**, not simply a copywriter or web designer. ### To Apply Please send: * 3–5 examples of landing pages, sales pages, advertorials, or funnels you've personally written * Examples of pages you've personally built * Performance/results from your strongest pages where available * A short explanation of your research and copywriting process * The landing page/funnel builders you're experienced with * Details on any previous experience with eCommerce, info products, education, or make-money-online offers **Please do not apply without relevant direct-response portfolio examples.** Bonus points if you can show us a page you've written and built yourself and explain the research, angle, and strategy behind it.

I’m looking for a creative video producer to create a short, professional promotional video (20–30 seconds) for my digital product: Digital Seller Business OS.
This is an Excel-based business management and decision-support system designed for e-commerce sellers. IMPORTANT: This is not a job where I provide a finished video for editing. I will provide the actual product screenshots and marketing images. Your job is to turn these materials into a polished, engaging short-form promotional video. The video should feel like a real digital product advertisement — not a simple slideshow. MAIN MARKETING IDEA: “Your store is making sales. But how much are you REALLY keeping?” The product helps e-commerce sellers understand their TRUE profitability after considering: • Product costs • Platform fees • Payment fees • Advertising costs • Operating expenses It then helps sellers make better decisions about individual products. KEY FEATURE — DECISION CENTER: The Decision Center is one of the most important features of the product and should receive strong visual emphasis. It gives product-level recommendations such as: SCALE OPTIMIZE REVIEW PAUSE TEST The video should make the viewer understand that the product does not just calculate numbers — it helps turn those numbers into actionable product decisions. SUGGESTED VIDEO STRUCTURE: 0–3 seconds — HOOK Show an attention-grabbing ecommerce/business visual. Text: “Your store is making sales. But how much are you REALLY keeping?” The first few seconds should immediately create curiosity. 3–7 seconds — THE PROBLEM Show a simple visual showing that revenue is reduced by product cost, fees and advertising. For example: Revenue − Product Cost − Fees − Advertising = TRUE NET PROFIT Text: “Revenue is NOT your real profit.” Keep this section very clear and fast. 7–13 seconds — SHOW THE REAL PRODUCT Use the actual Dashboard screenshot I provide. Zoom smoothly into important areas such as: • Total Revenue • Estimated Profit • Actual Advertising Spend • Actual Operating Expenses • TRUE NET PROFIT • Profit Margin Text: “Calculate your TRUE profit after costs, fees & advertising.” Do not recreate the Excel interface. Use the actual screenshot I provide. 13–21 seconds — DECISION CENTER This is the most important product feature. Show the actual Decision Center screenshot I provide. Use smooth zooms/highlights to draw attention to the Action column: SCALE OPTIMIZE REVIEW PAUSE TEST Text: “Know what to do with every product.” Then: “Scale winners. Optimize opportunities. Pause losing products.” The exact terminology used in the actual spreadsheet should be preserved. 21–26 seconds — THE COMPLETE SYSTEM Quickly showcase several other real screenshots from the product, such as: • Products • Sales • Expenses • Monthly Review The purpose is to communicate that this is a complete e-commerce business system, not just a profit calculator. Text: “Track. Calculate. Compare. Decide.” 26–30 seconds — FINAL CTA Show the product branding/logo. Text: “Turn your numbers into smarter decisions.” Then: Digital Seller Business OS “Get the Spreadsheet” The final frame should be clean and professional and clearly communicate that this is a digital Excel product. VISUAL STYLE: • Modern • Professional • Premium digital-product advertisement • Clean e-commerce/business aesthetic • Suitable for Shopify, Amazon, Etsy and other e-commerce sellers • Fast-paced but easy to understand • Strong typography • Smooth transitions • Subtle motion graphics • Professional zooms and highlights • Good visual hierarchy • Attention-grabbing opening • Clear CTA at the end IMPORTANT: I will provide real screenshots of the actual Excel product. Please use these real screenshots in the video. Do NOT recreate the Excel interface. Do NOT replace the screenshots with generic fake spreadsheets. Do NOT make it look like a basic slideshow. Do NOT add unnecessary visual effects that make the product difficult to understand. The goal is to make the viewer quickly understand: 1. I can see my TRUE profit. 2. I can

I run A1 Digital, an ad agency for ecommerce brands and info products. We manage Meta ad accounts and build AI creative systems for our clients. We're growing, and I need someone to fully own client ad accounts.
What you'll do: - Own and manage client ad accounts day to day (build, launch, monitor, optimize) - Handle client communication and keep clients updated - Do creative strategy: know what to test and why - Write ad scripts and create simple static ads - Use AI tools (including Claude Code) in your daily work - Be accountable for the results on your accounts You'll handle 6 to 12 accounts at a time. I'll be there to support and guide you, but you own the work. Who you are: - You've run Meta ads before and understand the numbers (CPA, ROAS, CTR) - You think in creative angles, not just numbers - You communicate clearly with clients and speak and write perfect English - You're comfortable with AI tools and can learn Claude Code (or already use it) - You're organized and can manage several accounts without dropping the ball The details: Full time, Monday to Friday Pay: $2,000 USD/month Remote How to apply: Ads Manager Vetting Project This is the application. Answer the below, and send me your Loom. Ad Account Buildout (Loom Video Required — MAX 5 minutes) You've just been assigned a new ecommerce client selling a physical product. The average order value is $120, target CPA is $50, and they have a $3,000/day budget. They're starting from scratch with no historical data in the ad account, directing traffic to their own website. Using either Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads Manager (your choice, use whichever platform you're strongest on), build out your full campaign structure as if this were Day 1 of a real client engagement. We want to see the actual campaign shells built inside the ad platform. Creative assets and ad copy are not important. Build your account structure first, then record a Loom video (MAX 5 minutes), screensharing the account and walking us through: 1. How you structure campaigns for creative/concept testing vs. scaling 2. How you think about audience strategy in a post-Advantage+/Smart+ world 3. Your system for identifying winners and making kill decisions 4. Your overall logic and whether it reflects how these platforms actually work today We're not looking for a "right answer." We want to see YOUR system and hear you explain the reasoning behind it. Paste your Loom link below: Loom Video: ____________________

I am launching a Japanese-inspired skincare brand, in about a month. Right now we're starting from basically zero on the marketing side, so we need someone who can build the whole thing, content, launch plan, ads, the works.
If this goes well, this isn't a one-off gig. We want someone to stick around and keep running marketing for us long term. Where we're at: -Shopify store is up with website done. -Instagram is live. -A handful of ingredient/teaser posts already drafted. -Meta Ads account is set up. -Product is physically ready to ship What's missing is someone who can actually pull all this into a real marketing plan and run it. Here's what I need help with: Content: Direction for product, lifestyle, and ingredient shoots (and sourcing creators/UGC if we need it) Short-form video: Reels/TikTok, hooks, scripts, editing A real content calendar we can keep up with Helping sharpen the brand voice and ingredient storytelling Launch plan: Post-launch plan Influencer/UGC seeding (we've already started some outreach in Europe) Email/SMS setup: welcome series, launch announcement, abandoned cart, post-purchase Ads & growth Meta Ads strategy and creative direction. Thoughts on whether TikTok Ads, Google, etc. are worth testing too Growing Instagram/TikTok organically from close to zero followers Basic SEO for the Shopify store Ongoing, if we keep working together: Monthly plan and reporting Managing and optimizing ads Keeping content coming out consistently, not just for launch Adjusting based on what's actually working

Creative Strategist & Media Buyer (Meta Ads)
Remote. EU-friendly hours. Preference: Estonia / Baltics / Eastern Europe. Hourly contract. Weekly hours to agree. Path to Head of Growth. THE MISSION Own paid subscriber acquisition on Meta. Build the creative pipeline, run the budget, and add 100,000 net new subscribers in year one at $2 or below per subscriber, while keeping those subscribers engaged. ABOUT US We publish a free weekly newsletter about stocks and business for curious retail investors. We explain the stories that matter and share the decisions behind a real stock portfolio. Tens of thousands of people read it. You will work directly with the founder and editor to turn paid acquisition into a reliable source of engaged readers. WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS We have run Meta before. The mechanics are not the problem: we can get leads, the pixel fires, the automation into our ESP works. We have seen cost per lead under $3. What we have not found is someone with the taste to make paid produce subscribers who are still opening a month later, at a price that makes sense. Setting up a campaign in Meta takes minutes. Spinning up ad copy with AI is easy. Launching ads is not the hard part. The hard part is judgment: which angle to lead with, which hook stops the scroll, whether an instant form or a landing page is right for a given audience, which segment is worth scaling, and when to kill a creative that is dying. That judgment is what this role is about. We are a data-driven team. Every week we check in on company-wide KPIs and make decisions based on what the numbers say. If you are uncomfortable being measured, or you prefer to run campaigns on gut feel without receipts, this is not the role. WHAT YOU WILL OWN 1. META ADS, THE WHOLE CHANNEL - Develop ad concepts, angles and hooks based on reader pain points and what actually gets opened - Write ad copy (primary text, headlines, descriptions) and brief visual and video assets - Build campaign structures, audience targeting and budget allocation - Launch, monitor and optimize daily - Run structured creative testing (hooks, formats, angles) and scale winners - Decide and defend the signup mechanic: instant forms, landing page, or both Meta is the only paid channel in scope. We are not asking you to spread yourself across five platforms. 2. SUBSCRIBER QUALITY, NOT JUST SIGNUP VOLUME This is the part most media buyers skip, and it is the main reason this role is open. Cheap leads are easy. Instant forms in particular can look excellent in Ads Manager and be completely dead in the inbox. Your primary number is cost per net new subscriber: $2 or below. Two guardrails sit alongside that number and both are pass/fail: - At least 45% of a paid cohort still engaged at 30 days, meaning they opened at least one email within 30 days of signing up - No more than 3% of a paid cohort unsubscribing or filing a spam complaint within 30 days Hit $2 while failing either guardrail and the result does not count. We also track the derived cost per engaged subscriber, roughly $4.44 at the 45% bar, so we can see quality and cost move together. You will work inside our ESP alongside Ads Manager, keep paid signups segmented from organic, and report open rate, click rate and unsubscribe rate broken down by campaign and by creative. 3. TRACKING AND ATTRIBUTION, SET UP BEFORE SPEND Within the first 3 business days, before any meaningful budget goes out: pixel and Conversions API, GTM, UTM discipline, and clean source tagging so every subscriber traces back to a specific ad. Prove the complete path with test signups. Separate paid from organic and check event deduplication. If we cannot tell which creative produced which subscriber, we cannot optimize, and everything downstream is guesswork. This is non-negotiable and it is the first deliverable. 4. CREATIVE DIRECTION - Define and evolve the brand voice for advertising - Create or brief visual assets, landing page copy and video scripts - After the initial 14-day ramp, ship 5 distinct concepts and 15 total variations each week, in multiple batches - Build a swipe file of winning concepts and the angles behind them - Collaborate with the founder and editor on messaging alignment A distinct concept means a different angle, promise or creative approach. A headline swap or a color change is a variation, not a concept. HOW WE WORK - Practice Humility: coachable, curious, no ego - Own the Outcome: take initiative, drive results, do not wait to be told - Mind the Details: ad copy quality, targeting precision, data accuracy - Communicate Honestly: be direct, respectful and clear about what the data shows - Share Your Perspective: propose tests, challenge assumptions, bring ideas - Show Respect: treat readers, partners and teammates well WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE We evaluate you on subscriber quality and creative judgment, not vanity metrics. - Growth: 2,000 net new subscribers by day 30, 15,000 cumulative by day 90, 100,000 in year one, exiting the year at a trailing-30-day pace of 10,000 or better - Cost: $2 or below per net new subscriber, measured on fully matured 30-day cohorts. By day 90, across the latest 4 matured weekly cohorts combined. - Quality: both guardrails green, 45% engagement and 3% losses - Output: 5 distinct concepts and 15 total variations weekly after ramp-up - Testing discipline: structured tests, documented in a shared sheet, learnings applied to the next batch - Reporting: one short Friday report covering spend, subscriber quality, creative results and next decisions - Improvement: at least 5 winning concepts identified by day 90, and a playbook another media buyer can use Budget scales with the plan, from a small test budget in month one into five figures monthly by month four. Production support is agreed against the same plan. REQUIREMENTS - Near-native written and spoken English - You have run Meta ads for a newsletter, or for another free-signup offer where the opt-in is the conversion. Ecommerce ROAS experience on its own is not a fit. If every case study you have is a purchase-optimized shopping campaign, this is not your role. - You have worked inside an ESP (beehiiv, Substack, Kit, Klaviyo or similar) and can read engagement data, not only ad dashboards - Proven track record with measurable results. If you cannot walk us through a specific campaign you managed and what it produced, please do not apply. - Strong copywriting instincts: you can write a hook, a headline and a CTA that converts - Comfortable with data: you live in dashboards and decide based on numbers, not hunches - Able to work autonomously against a performance target with minimal oversight - Comfortable using AI tools as part of your creative and media buying workflow COMPENSATION This starts as a contract position on an hourly basis. Strong performers move to full time. - Rate: competitive hourly rate, agreed before the contract starts - Performance bonus: tied to engaged subscribers delivered against target. If you hit the number, you will be paid well for it. This role is designed to grow into Head of Growth if you build a repeatable paid acquisition engine. HIRING PROCESS Apply, then a five business day paid trial, then ongoing work. Paid trial: you get partner access to our ad account, brand materials and a real budget. Set up tracking, then build and launch real campaigns. We evaluate on tracking setup, campaign structure, creative quality and early signals. Pay, scope, access and budget are agreed beforehand. HOW TO APPLY Keep it tight. We read every application, but we skip fluff. Start your application with the word TICKER. Applications that do not start with it will not be read. This is our filter for people who read the whole post. Then answer only these two questions: Q1. Tell us about a specific Meta campaign you ran for a newsletter and the results you achieved. Include the newsletter's topic, your role, campaign duration, total ad spend, subscribers acquired, cost per subscriber, and any engagement results you measured after signup. Be clear about anything you did not track. Q2. One campaign brings $0.80 signups; another brings $1.50 signups. How would you decide which deserves more budget, and what data would you need?

# 🚀 SENIOR AI E-COMMERCE DEVELOPER / DESIGNER — BAW.CO.IL
## 2026 E-COMMERCE REDESIGN + FULL ADMIN/BACKEND SYSTEM We are looking for a **highly skilled senior web designer/developer** to completely redesign and rebuild our e-commerce website: **https://baw.co.il** Our current website was built with **Lovable**, and we now want to take it to a completely different level. We are especially interested in developers experienced with **Claude + Fable**, because we believe AI-assisted development can make this project faster and more flexible. However, we are **open to other technologies and AI tools** if you can demonstrate that they will produce a better final result. This is NOT a simple Shopify-style storefront redesign. We want to build a **modern, premium, high-converting e-commerce platform that looks and feels like a website from 2026**, including a powerful backend/admin system. --- # 🎨 THE DESIGN The new website needs to look **exceptional**. We are looking for: * Premium 2026-level UI/UX * Modern, clean and highly professional design * Strong e-commerce conversion principles * Excellent typography and visual hierarchy * Beautiful product presentation * Mobile-first responsive design * Excellent desktop experience * RTL / Hebrew support * Smooth page transitions * Scroll animations * Interactive elements * Micro-interactions * Product animations * Modern hero sections * Advanced hover effects * Subtle parallax / motion where appropriate * Fast and smooth user experience We don't want a generic template. We want something that feels **custom-designed, modern, premium and memorable**. If you have experience creating websites with impressive animations and interactions, that's a major advantage. --- # 🛒 E-COMMERCE FUNCTIONALITY The current products, categories, prices, images, customers, orders and other important data need to be preserved and migrated. The new system should support the existing business functionality while improving the overall experience. Payment methods currently include: * Visa / credit card * Cash on delivery The new website should be designed so additional payment/shipping functionality can be added in the future. --- # 🧠 AI-ASSISTED MIGRATION One important part of this project is the existing Lovable website. We want the developer to use AI where appropriate to: * Analyze the existing Lovable project * Understand the current functionality * Identify existing database/data structures * Identify existing features * Rebuild or migrate functionality * Preserve important business logic * Migrate existing products * Migrate categories * Migrate customers * Migrate orders * Preserve order/customer history * Improve the existing system rather than simply copying it You may use **Claude + Fable** or another suitable AI-assisted development workflow. We care about the **quality of the final system**, not simply which AI tool you use. --- # 📊 FULL ADMIN / BACKEND SYSTEM The backend is a major part of this project. We need a professional admin dashboard where we can manage the entire business. The backend should include: ### Orders * View all orders * Order details * Order status * Search orders * Advanced filtering * Order history * Customer information * Order notes * Shipping information ### Customers * Customer profiles * Complete customer history * Previous orders * Total spending * Customer notes * Search * Advanced filters * Customer activity/history ### Products * Add/edit/delete products * Product categories * Prices * Images * Product information * Inventory/stock management * Product status ### Sales & Revenue * Total sales * Revenue * Orders * Average order value * Sales by period * Sales by product * Sales by category * Customer analytics ### Profit Where the required cost data is available, we want the ability to track: * Product cost * Selling price * Gross profit * Profit margins * Profit by product * Profit by period ### Promotions * Coupons * Discounts * Promotions * Special offers * Promotional campaigns ### Shipping * Shipping information * Shipping status * Delivery details * Order/shipping management ### Reports & Analytics We want a useful dashboard rather than just basic tables. For example: * Today's sales * Weekly sales * Monthly sales * Revenue * Profit * Number of orders * New customers * Returning customers * Best-selling products * Best-performing categories * Sales trends * Customer trends ### Staff / Admin Accounts The system should be structured so different admin/staff users can potentially have different permissions. ### Search & Filters Advanced search and filtering should be available throughout the backend. --- # 🇮🇱 LANGUAGE & RTL ### Storefront: **Hebrew only** The entire customer-facing website must be properly designed for: * Hebrew * RTL * Israeli customers * Mobile users ### Backend: **English** The admin dashboard should be in English. RTL should not feel like an afterthought. The Hebrew storefront needs to be designed natively as an RTL experience. --- # 📱 MOBILE EXPERIENCE Mobile is extremely important. The website must be fully responsive and optimized for: * iPhone * Android * Tablets * Desktop * Large screens The mobile shopping experience should feel like a premium modern e-commerce application, not simply a desktop website squeezed onto a phone. --- # ⚡ PERFORMANCE & QUALITY The final website should be: * Fast * Responsive * SEO-friendly * Secure * Scalable * Cleanly structured * Easy to maintain * Optimized for mobile * Optimized for modern browsers We also want the architecture to make future development easier. --- # 🔄 DATA MIGRATION Existing business data is important. The project should include migration/preservation of relevant existing: * Products * Categories * Prices * Product images * Customers * Orders * Order history * Customer history * Other important existing business data We do NOT want to lose historical business information during the rebuild. --- # 👨💻 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a **senior-level developer/designer**, not someone who only knows how to generate a basic website with AI. You should have strong experience with: * Modern e-commerce * UI/UX * Full-stack development * Admin dashboards * Databases * API integrations * Responsive design * RTL / Hebrew websites * AI-assisted development * Claude * Fable * Lovable or similar AI development platforms Experience building **high-end e-commerce websites with animations and modern interactions** is highly preferred. We care much more about your **actual work and ability** than the number of years you have been freelancing. --- # 🚨 IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING We are NOT looking for someone who will send a generic: *"Hi, I can do this project. I have 10 years of experience. Let's discuss."* Please read the entire description carefully. We want someone who can demonstrate that they understand the vision. **In your application message, please include a small homepage concept/preview for BAW** showing how you would approach the new 2026 design direction. It does not need to be a complete website. We simply want to see your **design thinking, creativity and understanding of modern e-commerce** before moving forward. This will help us identify serious candidates. --- # 📋 PLEASE INCLUDE IN YOUR PROPOSAL 1. Examples of your best e-commerce projects 2. Examples of modern/animated websites you have built 3. Your experience with Claude + Fable 4. Your experience with Lovable or similar AI development platforms 5. Your experience with backend/admin systems 6. Your experience with RTL/Hebrew websites 7. The technology stack you recommend 8. Your estimated timeline 9. Your fixed-price proposal 10. A short explanation of how you would approach migrating the existing Lovable system/data Most importantly, please explain **what you would do differently from a normal e-commerce redesign** to make BAW feel like a genuinely modern 2026 website. --- # 💰 PROJECT TYPE **Fixed price** We are looking for a developer or small team who can take responsibility for the project from design through development, migration, testing and final delivery. We are willing to pay for **quality**. If you are the right person for this project, we are looking for a long-term relationship and potentially additional development work after the initial launch. --- # 🎯 THE GOAL The goal is simple: Take the existing **BAW.co.il** website and transform it into a **premium, modern, high-converting Israeli e-commerce platform with a powerful backend**, while preserving our existing business data and functionality. We want customers to visit the new website and immediately feel: **“This is a serious, modern 2026 e-commerce company.”** If you believe you can build that, we'd like to hear from you.

I run a Shopify store that sells car accessories and I’ve been advertising on Meta since May. With the data collected so far, my best TBOx campaign holds steady at roughly ₹700 CPA and brings in just 2–3 orders a day. My priority is to push that volume to 10+ daily orders while keeping—or ideally lowering—CPA, so the top-line goal is clear: more orders, same or better efficiency.
I’m not after a fresh account rebuild. What I need is a data-driven specialist who can open the existing ads manager, audit every campaign, and decide what deserves more budget. The focus areas are: • Pinpointing winning creatives (this is where I see the biggest upside) • Validating audiences drawn from our historical pixel data • Tweaking the funnel so clicks convert at or below the current ₹700 mark Your track record in ecommerce scaling must be verifiable. When you reply, walk me through similar accounts you’ve grown, the key metrics you moved—especially CPA—and the methodology you’d apply here: creative testing cadence, budget allocation rules, and how you report progress. Acceptance criteria 1. At least 10 profitable orders per day sustained for a week 2. CPA at or below ₹700 over that period 3. Transparent, data-backed rationale for every optimization step Tools you’ll inevitably touch: Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Meta pixel, Google Analytics or a similar attribution dashboard. If you leverage anything else—Supermetrics, Triple Whale, creative analyzers—mention it. I’ll provide full ad account access, product catalog, and past performance reports once we agree to start. Skills: Internet Marketing, Google Adwords, Advertising, Google Analytics, Shopify, Social Media Marketing, Mailchimp, Digital Marketing

Pinterest & Etsy Growth Specialist | SEO, Conversion, Creative & Sales
We are looking for a highly commercial Pinterest & Etsy Growth Specialist for a premium women's lifestyle and personal development brand. We already have the foundation: an established brand identity, website, Etsy shop, digital products, an active Pinterest account and growing organic reach. Commitment: Maximum 10 hours per week / 2 hours per day. This is a focused, part-time engagement. What we need now is someone who can turn this into a commercial growth engine. This role has one clear objective: Turn attention into traffic, traffic into leads, and leads into customers and sales. How this engagement works This starts as a focused project — not an open-ended hourly contract. Phase 1 is a clean-up and foundation sprint: audit the current setup, fix what is broken, build a clear and measurable structure. This covers SEO, keyword strategy, pin descriptions, links, catalog entries, Etsy listings and board structure. We expect this to take 3–5 weeks. If the work is strong and results are visible, this becomes a longer-term collaboration. We are genuinely looking for someone who can grow with the brand. We are not looking for someone whose success metric is "number of Pins posted." Every decision should have a commercial purpose: who are we trying to reach, what should make her stop, why should she click, where are we sending her, and what does the data tell us to do next. You will own the complete Pinterest → Etsy customer journey: Search demand → keyword → Pin → click → Etsy listing → conversion → sale What the immediate work looks like The Pinterest and Etsy setup needs to become significantly stronger before we scale. There are clear issues across SEO, keyword strategy, pin descriptions, links, catalog entries, listing optimization and conversion. We will share a detailed audit with the right candidate so you know exactly what needs to be fixed and why. We do not want to scale problems. We want someone who will first make the foundation accurate, professional and measurable — then identify what works, and scale what converts. This is a hands-on role. You must be able to execute: researching Pinterest and Etsy keywords and search demand · building a commercially focused SEO strategy · optimizing Etsy titles, tags and descriptions · creating and publishing Pins yourself · designing premium Pins and carousels · improving product thumbnails and presentation · testing hooks and CTAs · ensuring every Pin has the correct language, description, keyword strategy and destination URL · analyzing impressions, saves, outbound clicks and CTR · identifying where potential customers drop out of the funnel · running structured creative and conversion tests · recommending new product opportunities from search and customer data · supporting Pinterest Shopping Ads once the foundation is ready Creative & brand This is a premium brand. Strong commercial thinking does not mean cheap-looking performance marketing. Our visual world is calm, sophisticated, feminine, editorial and premium. We want you to challenge and improve our current creatives while protecting that positioning. What success means Success is not more content. Success is more qualified traffic → stronger conversion → more customers → more sales. Who we are looking for Strong hands-on experience with both Pinterest AND Etsy is essential. Please do not apply if your experience is mainly Pinterest posting, generic social media management or Canva production. Please answer these questions when applying: Show us an example where you used Pinterest to generate traffic and sales for an Etsy or eCommerce business. What were the actual results? A Pinterest account gets strong impressions but very few outbound clicks. What are the first things you would investigate? Traffic reaches Etsy but does not convert into sales. How would you diagnose the problem? How do you research Pinterest and Etsy keywords, search demand and buyer intent? Please show us Pins and Etsy listings you personally created or optimized. How do you improve conversion for a premium brand without making the creative look generic or cheap? If you joined us tomorrow, what would you audit and fix during your first two weeks? Quality first. Commercial thinking always. Scale what works. Strong start → long-term potential.

We're a fast-growing ecommerce brand with a lot of proprietary internal systems — custom AI agents, AI chatbots for support, creative strategy tools, leaderboards for our editing team, and various automations. We're looking for an experienced developer to help us maintain, expand, organize, and standardize these systems, and build new ones.
You'll work directly alongside our founder (also a developer) who will give guidance and direction — but we need you to take real ownership of the hands-on work. Our stack: - Node.js / TypeScript - React / Vite - PostgreSQL and other SQL databases. Firebase occasionally You don't need to match this 1:1 — we care most about you being a genuinely strong developer who can work across all of it. Who we're looking for: - A real developer with solid pre-AI fundamentals — you understand what the code is doing, always BUT you actively use AI (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to code faster and better - Experienced across front end and back end - Self-driven, organized, and comfortable taking over manual work without hand-holding - Looking for a long-term working relationship, not a one-off gig How we work: - Pay is per project — we define a scope together, agree on a price, you build it - Multiple ongoing projects, so consistent work for the right person - Flexible on payment structure as we go — we pay well for quality - Any time zone, async-friendly To apply: Include examples of your previous work — portfolio, GitHub, live projects, or anything that shows what you've built. Real examples matter more to us than anything else. Client's questions:

I have a catalogue of home-appliance items that needs copy strong enough to reassure buyers and boost conversions. For each product I will provide the spec sheet, images, and any unique selling points; you will turn that raw information into clear, professional-sounding copy that feels written by someone who understands the category.
Scope • More than 10 individual products (microwaves, air fryers, robot vacuums, etc.). • I need both a concise product description and a balanced review for every item. • Tone must stay firmly professional: factual, benefit-led, no hype or slang. Deliverables per product - 1 product description (around 150–180 words) that highlights key features, benefits, and differentiators while remaining SEO friendly. - 1 review (80–120 words) presenting real-world usage, pros, and any minor drawbacks so the copy feels authentic yet authoritative. - Keywords naturally woven in; no stuffing. - Final files in Google Docs or Word with one product per page for easy upload to our ecommerce CMS. Acceptance criteria Text is grammatically flawless, free of plagiarism, consistent in voice across the range, and fully tailored to home-appliance terminology (energy ratings, capacities, warranties, smart-home integration, etc.). I will run each piece through Copyscape and Grammarly before sign-off. If you are experienced in appliance or consumer-electronics copy and can start right away, I’d love to review a quick sample on one SKU so we can move the rest into production.
