We’re building an internal UGC system across multiple e-commerce brands (print-on-demand + physical products) and are looking for a UGC Creative Strategist who can own both video and static ad direction.
This is not a simple editing role. We want someone who thinks in systems, understands what actually works in paid ads, and can help us scale UGC intentionally.
About the Role
We work with a roster of repeat UGC creators on fixed rates and want to:
Use the same creators more consistently
Produce significantly more content
Standardize UGC video styles + pricing by effort
Improve ad performance through better hooks, concepts, and testing
Incorporate static ads into the same creative system
This starts part-time (10–15 hrs/week) and can grow into full-time.
What You’ll Own
Research competitor ads and winning creative patterns (Meta + TikTok)
Define UGC video styles (testimonials, unboxings, voiceovers, lifestyle, etc.)
Help structure pricing tiers based on effort/complexity
Write scripts, hooks, CTAs, and creator briefs
Direct creators to capture usable raw footage for ads
Review and guide edits (you don’t need to edit everything yourself)
Create and/or direct static ad creatives that align with paid ad best practices
Maintain creative quality across multiple brands
Think systemically — this will eventually be white-labeled for other brands

Experience with UGC ads (not influencer content)
Comfortable creating static ads for paid traffic

Responsibilities
• Channel Management: Oversee Instagram (all brands), TikTok (Cerebryo, KyberGrow, ReAL coming soon), Facebook, X/Twitter (Cerebryo and KyberGrow and ReAL (coming soon), and the Arclium YouTube channel.
• Content Production: Transform raw images and AI-generated videos provided by the founder into polished social clips.
o Directly use our apps to capture gameplay/UI footage and create original "day-in-the-life" or "how-to" content.
o Create UGC ads, etc.
• Brand Integration: Ensure the Arclium "touch" (logos/watermarks) is subtly and professionally integrated into all sub-brand assets.
• Strategy & Growth: Develop a cohesive posting schedule that balances the "Hub" (Arclium brand) with the "Spokes" (individual apps).
• Engagement: Manage community interactions and stay ahead of trends in the AI, gaming, and productivity niches.
Required Skills
• Video Editing: Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar (especially for TikTok/Reels captions and pacing).
• AI Tool Literacy: Comfort working with AI-generated assets (Midjourney, OpenArt, HeyGen, Sora/Veo, etc.).
• Social Strategy: Experience managing multiple accounts under a single parent company.
• Autonomy: Ability to jump into a beta app, find the "cool" features, and turn them into content without constant hand-holding.

We’re looking for an experienced HTML5 animated banner designer/developer to help elevate our display ad creative for a portfolio of high-end travel and hospitality brands. You’ll work directly with the UX team to bring subtle, elegant motion to life — using existing brand direction but contributing your own creative expertise to ensure top performance and high engagement.
This is a mix of creative refinement and A/B testing. You’ll be building banner ads that serve as a direct comparison against existing agency work. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of animated HTML5 ads, understands conversion-friendly design, and can apply tasteful animation that complements luxury branding — not distract from it.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Creating HTML5 animated banners based on provided creative direction, copy, and brand assets
• Developing ads across a list of standard IAB sizes (e.g. 300x250, 728x90, 160x600, 300x600, etc.)
• Ensuring banners are responsive, lightweight, and optimized for the designated ad networks (platform documentation to be provided)
• Integrating clickTags and export-ready file packages for each platform
• Using animation to subtly guide attention and improve conversion, not overwhelm
