Items were taking so much longer than expected that I decided to build the website I had hired him to make myself and then changed the scope of work so that he would finish other marketing material work for me. This made it a less time consuming project for him (in theory) which would result in a higher hourly rate. However, despite this, he continually asked to be paid after finishing one aspect of a deliverable and in my own opinion was too pushy. This combined with long lead times that were not communicated, low quality work given the fact that I was giving him designs to copy, and his attitude, I would not work with him again nor would I recommend him to anyone else. My biggest suggestion for Gurdeep would be to drop the attitude, work hard and in a timely fashion to meet your customer's needs, and then gain respect and quality ratings upon which to build a business. Overview We Buy Bottles is a direct buyer of rare and collectible spirits — bourbon, scotch, tequila, and fine wine. We connect sellers with fast, guaranteed offers and handle the full transaction. We are looking for a Meta ads freelancer to build out our paid social from the ground up, including creatives and ongoing campaign management. This is not a one-time setup. We want someone who can own the channel, test and iterate on creative, and report on what is working.
