We have already produced an internal roadmap and strategy for the rebuild — we are deliberately not sharing that with applicants up front because we want a senior, independent practitioner to come in, look at the account with fresh eyes, and form their own point of view before we compare notes.

The engagement is structured in two stages, with the second stage contingent on the first:

• Stage 1 — Independent analysis & audit. A focused, time-boxed analysis of the live account: campaign and ad-group structure, ads and assets, keywords and search terms, landing pages, conversion-tracking integrity, and bid strategy.
