We are looking for a Junior or Intermediate Senior Creative Strategist to join our team on a part-time, fully remote basis.

This is a key role for someone with proven experience in creative strategy for e-commerce brands, especially in developing ad angles, writing high-converting scripts, studying winning communication patterns, and improving content performance on Meta Ads, our main marketing channel.

This is not a generic creative role. We are looking for someone who, after an onboarding phase and a deep analysis of the creative work we have developed over the years, can progressively take over the business from a creative strategy perspective, bringing new freshness, stronger strategic thinking, and a more evolved content direction.

For years, we have sold our products through one core angle with many micro-variations. Now, we want to work with someone capable of studying our current approach, understanding what made it work, and then helping us evolve it with fresh ideas, better structures, stronger hooks, and more powerful communication.

The position is part-time and remote, with a workload to be defined based on profile and availability, and may evolve into a more structured and central role in Stage 2, depending on performance and results.

📌 What you will do

* Study and deeply understand the creative strategy, communication style and content structure currently used in our Meta Ads ecosystem and Meta ads Manager.
* Analyze the angles, formats and messaging that have driven performance for our brands over time
* Develop new strategic directions, fresh concepts and stronger variations to improve performance and creative longevity
* Write scripts and content concepts for video ads, including spokesperson videos, AI voiceover creatives, creator-led content and other direct-response formats
* Help define the communication direction behind both video and static creatives, including images and visual ad concepts
* Prepare clear and actionable briefs for our internal team, including video editors, graphic designers and creators
* Translate performance insights into better creative decisions, with a strong focus on conversion and content impact
* Work closely with the founder in weekly strategic discussions and creative reviews
* Contribute to a more structured creative testing process, with trackable progress, clear KPIs and ongoing iteration
* Bring not only creativity, but also strategic thinking, pattern recognition, ambition and true ownership over the creative side of the business

SEO content in 2026 doesn't look like SEO content in 2023. Google is different. AI search is real. The way people find, trust, and choose companies has shifted, and most agencies haven't caught up. We have. We're building tools and frameworks to analyze content quality, optimize for both traditional search and AI visibility, and measure what actually moves the needle.

That's the context. Here's the role.

What you'll actually do
You'll own content strategy and production for 2-3 client projects at a time. That means you're responsible for the full picture: what content gets created, why it gets created, and whether it performs.

Day to day, that looks like:
Running keyword and topic research to find what's worth writing about (and what's not)
Creating content that ranks in search AND gets cited by AI models. These are two different problems, and you'll need to think about both.
Building and using AI-powered workflows for content production. We don't write everything from scratch — we use Claude, custom prompts, and other tools to move fast without losing quality.
Analyzing existing content against our quality scoring framework and figuring out what needs to change
Working with the team on content audits, industry page creation, and site-wide SEO improvements
Communicating with clients directly on content progress and strategy (preferred, not mandatory from day one)
You won't just be writing. You'll be thinking about why a page isn't performing, what signals AI models use to decide who to cite, and how to structure content so it works for both humans and machines.

Who this role is for
You've done SEO content work before. Maybe at an agency, maybe in-house. You understand how search works, you can write well, and you've started using AI tools in your workflow — not as copy-paste, but as a way to work smarter.

More specifically:
You understand SEO fundamentals: keyword research, search intent, on-page optimization. You don't need someone to explain what a SERP is.
You can write clearly and with purpose. Not keyword-stuffed filler. Actual content that answers questions and sounds like a thinking person wrote it.
You've worked with AI writing and research tools (ChatGPT, Claude, SurferSEO, or similar). You know how to prompt, edit, and improve AI output — not just accept whatever it gives you.
You're curious about how AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) decides what to cite and how to optimize for it. You don't need to be an expert here. We'll teach you. But you need to find it interesting.
You're comfortable building simple automations or workflows with AI tools. If you've played with AirOps, Make, or built your own prompt chains, that's a plus.
You can manage your own time across multiple projects without someone checking in every hour.

If you see content as "just writing articles," this won't work. The job is closer to content operations than copywriting.
