We are running a dual-track search to maximize both career growth and hiring velocity. You must manage these as two distinct workflows.
Target Roles - Remote Target Cities - Atlanta, Miami, D.C 1. Track A: Career-Level Targets (Use "Leadership" Résumé) Goal: Capitalize on 15+ years of executive/strategic experience. Target Titles: Director of Strategic Initiatives, Director of Events, Director of Strategic Partnerships, Senior Program Manager, Executive Engagement Manager/Lead, Client Relationship/Success Manager, Director of Community Engagement/External Affairs. Focus: Roles where my leadership in complex programs, stakeholder management, and executive operations meets 70%+ of the requirements. 2. Track B: Immediate-Hire Targets (Use "Simplified" Résumé) Goal: Secure employment quickly by focusing on core operational execution. Target Titles: Project Coordinator/Specialist, Senior Executive Assistant/Business Partner, Event Coordinator/Specialist. Focus: Tactical support roles. Do not apply for roles requiring specialized technical, legal, accounting, or clinical credentials. 3. Execution Rules & KPIs Résumés: Never mix or interchange résumés across tracks. Apply with the "Leadership" version for Track A to emphasize strategic leadership and scope, and use the "Simplified" version for Track B to highlight operational execution (with executive branding removed). N. Volume: Aim for 20–30 Track A applications and 30–50 Track B applications weekly. Reporting: Do not just report "applications submitted." Every week, I need: Total qualified applications. Recruiter screens secured. Interviews scheduled. Strategic Rationale: Why This Approach? The goal is to solve the "Overqualified Paradox." The Problem: When applying for tactical roles (Track B), my executive background often signals that I am too senior or a flight risk. Recruiters see 15+ years of leadership and assume I won't be satisfied with execution-heavy work. The Solution: By splitting the search, we curate two different hiring stories: Track A: Projects me as a high-level strategist capable of operating with C-suite executives. Track B: Projects me as an execution-focused professional who can solve the company’s immediate operational problems. Title for Category of Roles Track A—Executive Level Roles ricquel-jackson-project-operations-resume.md Salary Goal - $100k - $180k Priority Job title Why you're competitive Target level 1 Director of Strategic Initiatives - Strategic Programs, Special Projects, Strategy & Operations, or Executive Programs. Probably the broadest expression of what you've actually done: complex projects, executive priorities, cross-functional execution Director 2 Director of Events / Executive Events - Event Operations Director, Head of Events, Senior Event Manager Your most immediately provable senior-level lane Director 3 Director of Strategic Partnerships—Director of External Relations, Head of Partnerships, Strategic Alliance Director Leverages stakeholder management, fundraising, community relationships, institutional partnerships, and executive engagement Director 4 Senior Program Manager - Program Director, Senior Project Manager, Lead Program Manager PMP + years of managing complicated initiatives, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables Sr. Manager 5 Executive Engagement Manager / Lead - Executive Communications Lead, Executive Operations Manager, Chief of Staff Strong fit for your advanced executive operations, events, and relationship-management background Manager/Lead 6 Client Relationship / Client Success Manager - Account Director, Client Services Manager, Customer Success Lead Opens professional services, SaaS, consulting, financial services, and other industries Manager/Sr. Manager 7 Director of Community Engagement/External Affairs—Director of Community Relations, Head of External Affairs, Community Impact Director Strong combination of campaigns, nonprofits, government, partnerships, and community-facing work Director Note for VA: The job title variations listed after each main title are formatted in italics to help you expand your search criteria. Track B—Mid-Level Roles "Get Me Working" Targets These should be jobs where your skills transfer immediately and there are enough openings that the VA can run volume. ricquel-jackson-project-operations-resume.md Salary Goal - $75- $100k Job title Why Project Coordinator / Project Specialist Scheduling, tracking, vendors, documentation, meetings, follow-up, and project support are already second nature to you. Executive Assistant / Senior Executive Assistant You have actual C-suite support experience, including your Cartoon Network background. This could be one of your fastest routes back into a strong company. Event Coordinator / Event Specialist Extremely easy story for a recruiter to understand from your background; corporate, university, association, and nonprofit opportunities are plentiful. One modification: for EA jobs, I would target Executive Assistant to CEO/President, Senior Executive Assistant, and Executive Business Partner before truly junior administrative-assistant jobs. You don't need to go all the way down the ladder to increase hiring velocity. Resume A — Leadership Headline: STRATEGIC PROGRAMS | EXECUTIVE ENGAGEMENT | PARTNERSHIPS Your summary should establish: 15+ years of experience → executive stakeholders → complex programs → cross-functional leadership → measurable outcomes. Keep: PMP Leadership accomplishments Large/complex programs Budget ownership Team leadership Executive stakeholders National scope Fundraising/growth accomplishments High-profile organizations Quantified results This résumé is designed to make someone say: "This person can operate with our executives." Resume B—Quick-Hire This résumé should feel entirely different. Headline: PROJECT & OPERATIONS PROFESSIONAL And I would remove the executive branding entirely. Instead of leading with 15–17+ years, say something like: Project and operations professional experienced in coordinating schedules, stakeholders, meetings, events and administrative workflows in fast-paced organizations. PMP-certified with strengths in project tracking, communications, documentation, vendor coordination, and cross-functional support. Now the hiring manager thinks: "She can do this job." rather than: "Why is someone with 17 years of executive experience applying for my Project Coordinator opening?" Instructions for Virtual Assistant: Two-Track Job Search Strategy Primary search: Director of Strategic Initiatives, Director of Events, Director of Strategic Partnerships, Senior Program Manager, Executive Engagement Manager/Lead, Client Relationship/Success Manager, and Director of Community Engagement/External Affairs. Secondary/quick-employment search: Project Coordinator/Project Specialist, Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Business Partner, and Event Coordinator/Event Specialist. Prioritize remote roles plus Atlanta and Tallahassee opportunities. For primary roles, prioritize positions where my background in executive operations, strategic programs, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, events, marketing, nonprofit/government work, and project management satisfies at least 70% of the requirements. Do not reject a position simply because it is in an unfamiliar industry if the underlying responsibilities match. For quick-employment roles, use my simplified résumé. Avoid jobs requiring specialized technical, legal, accounting, engineering, or clinical credentials I do not possess. Candidate Value Proposition and Outreach Briefing Candidate Value Proposition and Outreach Briefing This briefing document serves as a comprehensive guide for recruiters, virtual assistants, and hiring managers to understand the professional capabilities and proven track record of the candidate. The Demo Room: Interactive sessions where major producers "broke down" the creation of hit hip-hop songs. Talent Roster Managed Young Chop Just Blaze Tasha Catour Drumma Boy Bryan Michael Cox Danny Wolf Needlz Jetsonmade 5. Strategic Messaging for Cold Outreach Virtual Assistants or the candidate should use the following "talk tracks" when engaging with recruiters or hiring managers on platforms like LinkedIn. For Executive/Strategic Leadership Roles "I am reaching out regarding Company Name’s search for a strategic leader. I recently spearheaded a three-day experiential marketing activation in Atlanta for ACID Pro Next, managing stakeholder relations and high-level talent for an event that drew 1,500+ attendees. I specialize in turning brand visions into high-impact, live experiences that drive industry-wide engagement." For Project Management/Operations Roles "I noticed your opening for a Project Manager and believe my background in end-to-end event execution is a strong match. Most recently, I managed the logistics, vendor relations, and programming for a complex 3-day hip-hop studio activation at AmericasMart. I have a proven track record of managing multi-track schedules, high-profile talent, and high-volume attendee logistics (1,500+) with precision." Quick-Reference Fact Sheet for Recruiters Experience Level: Senior Project Manager / Experiential Marketing Lead. Relevant Metrics: 1,500 attendees, 8 high-profile talent guests, 4 simultaneous programming tracks, 100% schedule adherence over a 3-day activation. About Us
We are Kikudoku (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kikudoku.app ), an AI-powered Japanese listening and speaking learning app. Our core features include: ●N5-N1 complete vocabulary (3000+ words) and grammar library ●AI pronunciation scoring with instant feedback ●Japanese articles with full audio for contextual learning ●Shadowing training with sentence-by-sentence mimicry ●Vocabulary book and grammar system The Problem Our current user flow is: Download App → Onboarding → Registration → Paywall (extremely limited free content, only 1 article per level). We observe a significant drop-off between downloads and registrations. Users are asked to register and pay before experiencing the core value of the app (especially the AI pronunciation scoring). We need a UX/UI expert to diagnose this funnel and propose actionable solutions. Additionally, we are currently developing Version 2, which has been published to Google Play's Closed Testing track. We need the selected candidate to also review the new version and provide a deep experience analysis and interaction design optimization before its public release. Selection Process – Two-Step Paid Testing We value your time and expertise, so we have designed this as a paid test project, not a free pitch. Step 1: Small Paid Test ($70) We will select 2-3 candidates for this step. Choose 1 of the 4 topics below (pick the one that best matches your expertise): # Topic Description A Registration Funnel Optimization Diagnose why users drop off between onboarding → registration → paywall. How can we let users experience AI pronunciation scoring before asking them to register? B Shadowing Rate Improvement The "AI pronunciation scoring" feature has low engagement. Users listen to articles but rarely click the microphone to shadow. Design a solution to lower the psychological barrier of "speaking out loud." C Paywall Experience Redesign Our vocabulary and grammar pages show "locked" content for free users. The current "pay to view" interaction feels aggressive. Design a gentler "progressive unlocking" experience. D Homepage Feature Discovery New users only discover about 20% of our features. Design a solution that helps first-time users understand the 5 core features (article reading, shadowing, vocabulary, grammar, conversation) within 1 minute. Task Requirements: ●Submit a 1-2 page diagnostic + improvement proposal (low-fi wireframe sketch OR documented suggestions with screenshots). ●Turnaround: within 48 hours of milestone activation. Payment: $70 (fixed-price, released upon submission). Step 2: Full Project ($400 - $700) We will select 1 candidate from Step 1 to proceed. App Delivery Method: For Phase 2, we will add the selected candidate as a tester via Google Play Closed Testing. You will receive an official email invitation from Google Play to download and install the app directly from the Play Store – just like any normal app. No APK sideloading is needed. This gives you the full, real-world experience of installing and using Kikudoku. Note: A simple NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) will be signed before accessing the beta version. Phase 2 Scope: This phase focuses on 5 core functional modules of Kikudoku Version 2 – Article Listening, Shadowing Training, Vocabulary Learning, Grammar Learning, and Conversation Practice. You will provide experience analysis, problem diagnosis, and interaction design optimization for each module. Please deliver analysis reports and improvement plans for the following modules: Module 1: Homepage Feature Guidance Design Background: Kikudoku's homepage currently displays a "Recommended Articles" list, but the app actually has five core features: ① Article Listening, ② Shadowing Training (AI pronunciation scoring), ③ Vocabulary Book, ④ Grammar Learning, and ⑤ Conversation Practice. New users typically only see the article list – other feature entries are buried in the bottom tab bar, resulting in very low discovery rates. Task Requirements: ●Analyze the current homepage interaction layout and identify 3 design issues that prevent users from discovering core features ●Design a "first-time user feature guidance solution" (can be onboarding pages, tooltips, or homepage layout restructure) ●Goal: Help new users understand "what 5 things this app can do for me" within 1 minute ●Deliverable: Redesigned homepage wireframe (annotated with changes + design rationale) Module 2: Free Trial Experience Analysis & Design Background: Kikudoku currently limits free users to "1 free article per level." However, asking users to pay before they fully experience the core features is a major cause of churn. We want to design a "free mode" that allows users to meaningfully experience the app's 5 core values: Article Listening, Shadowing Training, Vocabulary Learning, Grammar Learning, and Conversation Practice. Task Requirements: ●Design a "free trial experience" interaction plan for each of the 5 features ●Answer for each feature: What can free users do? What are the limits? At what moment and in what way should we guide them to upgrade? ●Core principle: After using up the free quota, users should feel "this app is useful, I want to unlock more" – not "I'm locked out, this is annoying" ●Deliverable: Free/paid boundary interaction design description for all 5 features (wireframes optional but encouraged) Module 3: User Profile & Drawer Navigation Review Background: Kikudoku's user profile page currently uses a side drawer as the navigation method, with the following implemented features: ●User avatar (editable), cover image, bio (editable) ●Daily learning goal settings (articles + duration, editable) ●Check-in feature (streak display) ●4 stat cards (articles completed, listening duration, favorites, shadowing duration) ●Study calendar (monthly check-in view) ●Drawer menu (Account Security, My Membership, Study Profile, Badges, Shadowing Records, Logout) ●First-time drawer entry floating guidance We are unsure whether this interaction layout is optimal for users' cognitive load and operational efficiency, especially for high-frequency actions (check-in, viewing progress, modifying goals). Task Requirements: ●Based on actual hands-on experience with Version 2, analyze the current user profile page interaction layout: ○Can users find "today's learning progress" within 3 seconds? ○Can users modify their learning goal within 2 steps? ○Is the check-in button prominent enough? Is the click feedback clear? ○Among the 6 drawer menu entries, which are high-frequency actions? Which can be merged or removed? ●Evaluate Drawer vs Bottom Tab Profile Page: Which navigation method better suits Kikudoku's user habits (Japanese learners, daily high-frequency short sessions)? Provide your reasoning. ●If keeping the drawer: ○Is the current handle position (middle-left of screen) easy to discover? ○Is the first-time floating guidance effective? What better guidance methods exist? ○Propose 3 specific interaction improvements (with sketch) ●If recommending a bottom tab page: Draw a wireframe of the new solution and explain why it's better ●Deliverable: Analysis report + improvement plan sketch Module 4: Shadowing Training User Experience Analysis & Design Background: Shadowing training (AI pronunciation scoring) is Kikudoku's most distinctive feature, but current usage is far below expectations. Initial observations suggest possible issues: ●Users don't know they can shadow by clicking the microphone ●Users are afraid to speak (lack confidence in pronunciation) ●Shadowing flow lacks a complete "guidance → practice → feedback → encouragement" loop ●AI scoring result display is not clear or motivating enough Task Requirements: ●Based on actual hands-on experience with Version 2, diagnose at least 3 interaction issues preventing users from using the shadowing training feature ●Design a complete "shadowing training user experience flow" covering: ○Entry discovery (How do users know they can shadow here?) ○Starting shadowing (How to lower the psychological barrier to "start"?) ○Shadowing process (Is the flow of play original audio → user records → AI scoring smooth?) ○Result feedback (How should scoring results be displayed so users feel "I gained something" rather than "I was judged"?) ○Sustained motivation (After shadowing is complete, how to guide users to continue practicing or challenge the next sentence?) ●Deliverable: Complete shadowing training flow wireframe + interaction description Phase 2 Deliverables Summary: Module Deliverable Weight Homepage Feature Guidance Redesigned wireframe + design rationale 20% Free Trial Experience Free/paid boundary design for 5 features 25% Profile & Drawer Review Analysis report + improvement sketch 20% Shadowing Training UX Complete flow wireframe + interaction description 35% Complete Payment Path (Step 1 + Step 2): Milestone Trigger Amount Milestone 0 (Step 1) Submit test report (1 of 4 topics) $70 Milestone 1 (Step 2) Confirm successful installation and initial experience of beta app $100 Milestone 2 (Step 2) Submit draft of Module 1 & Module 2 $150 - $250 Milestone 3 (Step 2) Submit final version of all 4 modules (with feedback incorporated) $150 - $350 Phase 2 Additional Payment: $400 - $700 (Milestone 1 + 2 + 3 combined) Total Project Payment: $470 - $770 (Step 1 $70 + Phase 2 $400-$700) Mandatory Questions to Apply (Please Answer Both): Q1 (Screening Code): Please start your proposal with the exact phrase: "I understand Japanese learners' biggest fear is speaking out loud." (Proposals without this opening will be ignored.) Q2 (Topic Selection & Brief Insight): ●Which topic (A / B / C / D) would you choose for Step 1, and why? ●In 2-3 sentences, what do you think is the biggest interaction design issue currently preventing Kikudoku users from registering? Ideal Candidate Profile: ●Experience with EdTech, language learning, or SaaS/tool-based products (AI-featured apps are a plus) ●Strong understanding of funnel optimization and conversion psychology ●Can think from the perspective of both the learner (who is afraid of making mistakes) and the decision-maker (who is willing to pay) ●Familiar with Android Material Design guidelines (bonus, but not required) ●Clear communicator in English Budget Summary: Step Description Payment Candidates Step 1 Small paid test (1 of 4 topics) $70 2-3 people Step 2 5-module deep analysis & design for Version 2 $400 - $700 1 person (selected from Step 1) Total Project Budget Range: $470 - $770 (Step 1 + Step 2) Timeline: ●Proposal review: Within 3 business days of posting ●Step 1 delivery: Within 48 hours of milestone activation ●Step 2 delivery: Within 7-10 business days after test invitation is sent Next Steps: 1.Submit your proposal with the Mandatory Questions answered 2.We will select 2-3 candidates and award the $70 paid test contract 3.After reviewing the test results, we will select 1 candidate for the full project ($400 - $700), providing access to Version 2 via Google Play Closed Testing for the 4-module analysis and design delivery Why Work With Us? ●We are a serious, long-term project with an existing user base – not a one-off gig ●We respect designers' time – that's why we pay for tests, not free pitches ●We have a clear development roadmap; this is not a one-off job but a potential long-term collaboration ●We're developers ourselves – we understand technical constraints, so we won't ask for impossible designs We look forward to working with a designer who can help Kikudoku deliver a delightful first-time experience to Japanese learners worldwide!

I have several large, multi-variable financial datasets that need to be transformed into clear, decision-ready insights inside Excel. The work begins with thorough cleaning—handling missing values, normalizing formats, reconciling figures across multiple sheets, and setting up repeatable Power Query steps so future updates flow in automatically.
Once data integrity is locked down, I need deep analysis: variance and trend breakdowns, ratio calculations, scenario comparisons, and any other techniques that will surface the key drivers behind performance. Everything should run off dynamic formulas, PivotTables/Power Pivot models, or lightweight VBA where automation helps. The final deliverable is an interactive dashboard housed in the same workbook (or linked workbook if model size demands) that lets stakeholders slice results by period, account, cost centre, and other key dimensions without touching underlying formulas. Visuals—charts, conditional-format heat maps, sparklines—must refresh instantly when new raw data is dropped in. Acceptance criteria • One-click refresh pulls new raw files through the cleaning steps and updates all analyses. • All calculations are transparent, with assumptions or helper tables clearly labeled. • Dashboard loads in under five seconds on a standard workstation and displays no #N/A or broken links. • The workbook is delivered unlocked (except where password protection is essential for data integrity) so future tweaks remain possible. If you have questions about the existing data structure or preferred naming conventions, let me know and I’ll supply sample files right away. Local SEO & Lead Generation Research – UK Healthcare Services
We are working on a new project within the UK community pharmacy/healthcare sector and are looking for an experienced local SEO and organic lead-generation specialist to undertake commercial keyword research and SERP opportunity analysis. This is not simply a keyword research/export task. We want someone who understands how to identify organic search opportunities capable of generating real enquiries, bookings and customer/patient acquisition, particularly for locally delivered services. The initial project is research and validation. However, there may be an opportunity for ongoing strategic consulting and/or SEO execution if there is a strong fit. What we’re researching We want to understand how UK consumers search for specific pharmacy and healthcare services and identify where strong commercial, transactional and local search intent exists. The initial geographic focus will be: Bradford — primary/deep analysis Leeds and Manchester — comparator markets We also want broader UK keyword research for the underlying service/treatment categories where relevant. The successful freelancer will receive a more detailed private brief containing the specific service and treatment categories to research. Broadly, these cover areas such as private pharmacy/healthcare services, vaccinations and travel health, diagnostic services, NHS pharmacy services, condition-led treatment searches and prescription-related services. We expect the freelancer to expand beyond the seed terms we provide and identify how consumers actually search for these services. What we need analysed Our primary interest is: * transactional searches from people actively looking to access/book a service; * commercial searches comparing providers, prices or options; * local-intent searches such as service + location and “near me”; * urgent/same-day intent where relevant; and * other keyword patterns capable of generating commercially valuable enquiries. Informational searches should be identified where strategically useful, but traffic volume alone is not our objective. For the relevant keywords/clusters, we would like analysis including, where available: * monthly search volume; * keyword difficulty; * CPC/commercial indicators; * search intent; * keyword cluster; * geographic variation; * SERP features; * Local Pack presence; * current organic competitors; * local/independent provider presence; * directory/aggregator presence; * national brand presence; * estimated organic opportunity/difficulty; and * recommended priority. We understand that granular city-level keyword volumes can sometimes be limited. Where exact data is unavailable, please explain how you would triangulate local demand rather than presenting unsupported estimates as exact figures. Keyword clustering We do not want an unfiltered export containing thousands of keyword variations. We need commercially useful keyword clustering. We want your judgement on: * which keywords represent the same search intent; * which should target the same landing page; * which require separate pages; * which represent genuine commercial opportunities; and * which are unlikely to be worth targeting. Manual SERP analysis For the strongest commercial keyword clusters, we want manual SERP analysis rather than relying exclusively on automated keyword-difficulty scores. We want to understand: * who currently ranks; * what types of websites Google is rewarding; * the strength/weakness of ranking pages; * whether independent/local providers are competing successfully; * whether directories/aggregators appear; * how dominant the Local Pack is; * whether service + location landing pages are ranking; and * whether the opportunity appears realistically contestable by a new, properly executed website. Final deliverables We expect: 1. Raw keyword research 2. Keyword clusters based on search intent 3. Bradford opportunity analysis 4. Leeds and Manchester comparison 5. Manual SERP analysis for the strongest opportunities 6. Prioritised recommendations, ideally: Tier 1: strongest opportunities to test first Tier 2: attractive but secondary/more competitive Tier 3: supporting SEO/content opportunities Avoid: low-value, unsuitable or unrealistic opportunities 7. Short strategic summary explaining what you believe the strongest organic lead-generation opportunities are and why. The research should ultimately help us determine: Which service/search-intent opportunities have sufficient demand, commercial value and realistic ranking potential to justify pursuing? Experience we’re looking for Strong preference will be given to applicants with demonstrable experience in: * local SEO; * organic lead generation for service businesses; * multi-location SEO; * directory or marketplace SEO; * service + location SEO architecture; * healthcare/YMYL SEO; and/or * turning organic traffic into measurable enquiries/bookings rather than simply rankings. Please state which professional tools you use, e.g. Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Keyword Planner, Google Trends or equivalent. When applying, please answer these questions 1. Give us an example of a local/service business where your SEO work generated measurable enquiries, bookings or leads. What did you do and what was the outcome? 2. Have you worked on organic lead-generation, directory, marketplace or multi-location SEO projects? Please provide relevant examples where possible. 3. How would you determine whether a local service keyword represents a commercially attractive SEO opportunity beyond search volume and keyword difficulty? 4. How do you decide whether several similar keywords require one landing page or separate pages? 5. How would you manually determine whether a service + city SERP is realistically winnable? 6. Which tools would you use for this research? 7. Do you have experience with healthcare/YMYL SEO? 8. If selected, would you be comfortable reviewing the underlying lead-generation concept and challenging our proposed SEO approach based on your own experience? Please avoid generic SEO proposals. We are particularly interested in applicants who can demonstrate commercial lead-generation experience and strategic SEO thinking.

I have a spreadsheet holding a mix of text and numerical fields that must be copied into a fresh Microsoft Excel workbook following the same column order and basic formatting. The job is straightforward: open the source file, verify each row for accuracy, and enter the data into the target sheet without introducing typographical errors or misalignments.
You’ll return one clean .xlsx file that mirrors the source content exactly. A light-touch check for duplicates or obviously broken values is appreciated, but no deep analysis is required. Speed matters—once I award the project, I’m hoping to review the finished file the same day. If this sounds like something you can turn around quickly and accurately, let me know your timeline and any clarifying questions. Skills: Data Entry, Excel
