I’m looking for an experienced competitive intelligence researcher to help me discover online education businesses that are worth studying.
My goal is not to collect a list of random course businesses.
I’m trying to answer this question:
“If someone wanted to build a large internet business Right Now, what skills and online education businesses are worth studying?”
I already know how to search Google, YouTube, X, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Skool.
I’m looking for someone who can uncover businesses using competitive intelligence techniques, OSINT, advanced research methods, public data, advertising research, technology analysis, and other non-obvious sources.
I value original research and discovery. I’m looking for businesses that are not commonly featured in popular YouTube videos, blog posts, or ‘top online business’ lists.
What I’m Looking For
Find 10 online education businesses that meet as many of these criteria as possible:
* Teach a valuable internet or professional skill
* Founder-led
* High-margin
* In demand Right Now
* Scalable
* Demonstrate excellent business execution
* Have a strong customer transformation
* Likely generate significant revenue
* Teach skills that a motivated beginner could become operationally competent in within approximately 100–200 hours
Please Exclude
* Healthcare
* Medical education
* Law
* Insurance
* Regulatory compliance
* Fitness
* Nutrition
* Wellness
* Universities
* SaaS
* Ecommerce
* Agencies
* Crypto
* Forex
* Amazon FBA
* Dropshipping
* Generic “make money online” businesses
* Hobby businesses unless they demonstrate an exceptional business model
For Each Business Include
* Business name
* Founder
* Website
* Skill being taught
* Target customer
* Core transformation
* Flagship offer
* Offer price
* Why customers buy this offer
* Business model
* Estimated annual revenue (with confidence level)
* Evidence supporting the estimate
* Customer acquisition strategy
* Sales funnel
* Biggest competitive advantage
* Why this business is worth studying
* Estimated difficulty of learning the skill
* Estimated time to become operationally competent
* Why you believe this business idea is a great business idea Right NOW.
* Discovery methodology
* Supporting sources
Most Important Requirement
I am not paying for basic internet research.
If the businesses can be found by simply searching Google or YouTube, they are probably not what I’m looking for.
The value of this project is your ability to discover businesses through deeper competitive intelligence and then explain why they deserve my attention.
When Applying
Please begin your proposal with “Market Research”
Then answer the following:
1. Explain your discovery methodology.
2. What competitive intelligence tools and research methods do you use beyond Google?
3. Describe a similar project you’ve completed.
4. Share three businesses you believe fit this project and explain why.
5. Walk me through exactly how you discovered one of those businesses.
6. Explain how you would estimate revenue when no public numbers are available.
Budget: $300 Fixed Price
If Sprint 1 is successful, I plan to continue with larger research projects covering additional businesses and deeper competitive intelligence.
I am putting together an AI document assistant in Python that runs in a Streamlit app. The top-priority feature is reliable uploading and processing of PDFs, so I want the text extraction pipeline built around PyPDF2. Once the text is parsed it needs to be chunked, embedded, stored in a lightweight vector store such as FAISS or Chroma, and queried with Retrieval-Augmented Generation through the OpenAI API. Users will ask very specific, deep-analysis questions and expect accurate, referenced answers, so the retrieval chain must be solid.
Within each session the conversation history has to stay visible and influence answers until the user refreshes, and the interface should look clean and remain responsive while showing loading indicators during long operations. Thoughtful error handling (bad file types, API failures, empty answers, etc.) is a must.
Please structure the project clearly, separate logic from presentation, comment the code generously, and version everything with Git. At hand-off I need:
• full source code in a tidy repo
• requirements.txt plus concise setup and run instructions
• a tested Streamlit app that works out of the box on a fresh Python environment
If this sounds in your wheelhouse, let’s talk timing and any questions you have about the implementation details.

I'm an independent publisher launching a new dark romance pen name, and I'm looking for an experienced romance ghostwriter for a full-length dark mafia romance novel (~80,000 words) - the first book in a planned series. The right writer will have the opportunity to write the entire series.
What makes this project easy to do well: You won't be starting from a vague idea. You'll receive a detailed chapter-by-chapter outline, full character profiles, a series bible, and a style guide built from a deep analysis of current bestsellers in the niche. Your job is pure execution: bringing tension, voice, and emotion to a structure that's already engineered. I respect the craft - the outline fixes the WHAT, you own the HOW.
The book: Italian mafia arranged-marriage romance. Dual 1st-person POV (heroine-dominant), present tense, high heat (5–6 open-door scenes), moderate-dark register with strong banter. Think S.J. Tilly's humor on Neva Altaj's pacing. Guaranteed HEA.
Requirements:
* Proven experience writing romance in English - dark romance / mafia romance strongly preferred. Please include 1–2 samples (published or unpublished) that show: (a) romantic/sexual tension, (b) dual POV or a strong male POV, (c) dialogue with wit.
* Comfortable with explicit content (open-door, consensual).
* Able to follow a detailed outline and a style guide precisely.
* Reliable weekly output (target: 15–20k words/week once drafting).
* Ghostwriting terms: full rights transfer, NDA, no attribution. Standard in this industry - please only apply if you're comfortable with this.
*
Process: I'll shortlist 2–3 writers for a PAID test assignment (~2,500–3,000 words from the actual outline, $120 flat, ~1 week deadline). The strongest test wins the book contract, with the series to follow for the right partner.
In your application, please include:
1. Your samples (links or attachments)
2. Your rate per word (or per 80k book)
3. Your realistic timeline for an 80k first draft
4. One sentence on your favorite dark romance novel and why - this tells me more than a resume.
Budget note: listed budget is for the test phase; full book contract negotiated with the winner (per-word or milestone-based).
P.S. I'm not anti-tool - if AI helps you brainstorm, outline, or polish, fine. But I'm not hiring a prompt operator. The voice, the tension, and the banter must be yours: fully AI-generated prose has a flatness readers (and I) can feel, and it can't hold a voice across an 80k novel or a 5-book series. Test submissions that read as AI-written will be rejected - and the test is designed to make that obvious.
We are seeking a freelancer with experience in AI, research, and document analysis to transform large amounts of raw text into detailed and structured reports.
You will receive large text files containing discussions, conversations, and user-generated content. Your role will be to analyze this information and create professional PDF documents that clearly present the most valuable insights.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze and understand large volumes of text
* Extract important information, trends, and recurring topics
* Identify valuable keywords and patterns
* Create organized reports with clear sections and explanations
* Maintain accuracy while processing large datasets
* Present findings in a professional and readable format
We are looking for someone who can go beyond basic summarization and perform deep analysis of complex text data.
Please explain:
* Your workflow and methodology
* Which AI tools or technologies you use
* How you process large files efficiently
* Previous experience with similar projects
This is an opportunity for ongoing work for the right person.

We need a freelance data/research analyst to support a higher-education market segmentation project. The scope includes cleaning, validating, and enriching existing data to ensure accuracy and relevance. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis and research, with a focus on higher education market trends. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel is essential. This is a desktop-research heavy project (data gathering), not building out equations / deep analysis.
We are seeking a technical SEO expert with experience in international SEO to conduct a deep analysis of a German site. The role involves using tools like Google Search Console (GSC) and Screaming Frog to identify any technical issues affecting site performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices and be able to provide actionable insights to improve site visibility and ranking. Demonstrable international SEO experience is a must.

Client's questions:
Describe specifically, what experience you have helping brands get indexed and drive rankings in International markets. Even better if Germany experience.
How would you audit our site and diagnose why we aren't ranking despite launching 10 months ago and building a DR of 50 and lots of high quality German links.
Highly versatile assistant needed for supporting multiple projects being setup, tested and launched as part of a new venture studio.
You'll need to be:
1. Highly organised - you do highly detailed spreadsheets and can run deep analysis work.
2. Design - you are able to use design tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator etc. Canva is NOT a proper design tool.
3. Marketing tasks - you can undertake SEO and social media tasks
4. Recruitment - you can assist with hiring and recruitment based tasks
5. Basic bookkeeping - you can perform basic bookkeeping tasks in QBO
6. Automation - you can assist with setting up basic automations

2. The hourly rate you bid, is the one we accept
3. You will be required for a minimum of 20 hours (2-3 days per week) for a minimum 6 months
4. AI is there to assist you, not do the work for you. If you don't have skills, do not rely on AI to do the work for you. While we expect you to use AI, you must understand the tasks you are undertaking without it.
5. You must have access to Claude Pro yourself. We cannot create multiple accounts under their policies. Free AI tools are unacceptable.
6. You must rate your skills for each of the requirements above (1 - poor knowledge/skill/confidence to 10 - excellent knowledge/skill/confidence). Please ensure you provide the rating to each of the 6 items above in your application.

YouTube Growth Strategist for an Established Medical Channel with 915K+ Subscribers
Hello,
We are looking for an experienced YouTube Growth Strategist to help us analyze, recover, and grow a large, established medical YouTube channel.
Our main channel has been active for more than 7 years, has over 915,000 subscribers, and contains nearly 8,000 original health education videos. Our content is based on real clinical experience and medical expertise. It is not an AI-generated content channel.
From 2023 onward, the channel experienced a significant decline in:
* YouTube recommendations
* impressions
* Browse and Suggested traffic
* overall monthly reach and views
Despite publishing consistently and testing many different strategies over the past three years, the channel has not fully recovered.
We are not looking for basic YouTube SEO services, simple keyword optimization, tags, or generic advice.
We are looking for someone who can:
perform a deep analysis of a large and complex YouTube channel
identify the likely causes behind the decline in recommendations and reach
analyze Browse, Suggested, Search, CTR, retention, audience behavior, and channel positioning
evaluate our long-form and Shorts strategy
develop a practical and measurable recovery plan
help us build a sustainable long-term growth strategy
potentially work with our team on an ongoing basis
Ideal candidate
We would especially like to hear from professionals who have:
worked with established YouTube channels with 500K–1M+ subscribers
helped channels recover after a major decline in views, impressions, or recommendations experience with health, education, expert-led, or authority-based channels
strong knowledge of YouTube Analytics, audience retention, CTR, packaging, Browse, Suggested, and Search
verifiable case studies, references, or examples of previous results
the ability to explain recommendations clearly and support them with data
Please answer the following questions in your application:
1. Have you worked with YouTube channels of a similar size?
2. Have you helped a channel recover after a major decline in reach or recommendations?
3. Can you provide relevant case studies or examples of your work?
4. What would be your first approach to analyzing our channel?
5. What information and Analytics access would you require?
6. What would you aim to deliver during the first 30 days?
7. What results do you believe are realistically achievable?
8. Are you available for a long-term collaboration if the initial audit is successful?
The first stage will likely include a paid consultation or paid channel audit. Candidates who demonstrate strong strategic thinking and relevant experience may be considered for a longer-term role with MarioLAB.
Please do not apply if your service is limited primarily to tags, keywords, backlinks, paid views, artificial engagement, or generic YouTube SEO.
We are looking for a serious strategic partner who understands large YouTube channels and can work with real data.
Join our team as an Investment & Operations Associate to support our agricultural real estate projects in Latin America. You'll assist with financial modeling, data analysis, and project management, ensuring smooth operations and strategic growth. Collaborate with our team to identify investment opportunities and optimize project performance. This part-time role offers a chance to contribute to sustainable agriculture and real estate development.
About us
Central Valley Ag Partners is a U.S.-based firm that acquires and manages agricultural investment properties (permanent crops, farmland, and related real estate). We underwrite deals, manage properties, and report to investors. We're a small, hands-on team, and we're looking for a dependable long-term partner to become a true extension of the business — not a one-off contractor.
The role
This is an ongoing, part-time position (~20 hours/week) we intend to keep long-term, with room to grow as our deal flow increases. It's a hybrid role: part financial analyst, part operations/business support — effectively a right-hand person to the principal. One day you're building an acquisition model; the next you're chasing down due-diligence documents, updating the deal pipeline, or prepping an investor update. If you want a stable relationship where you're trusted, looped in, and treated like a member of the team rather than a vendor, this is it.
What you'll do
Finance & analysis
Build and maintain acquisition models (cash flow, returns/IRR, sensitivities, hold/sell)
Underwrite agricultural and real estate investment opportunities
Track budgets, actuals vs. forecast, and property-level performance
Prepare investor materials, reports, and deal summaries
Operations & support
Coordinate due diligence — organize data rooms, chase documents, track checklists
Manage the deal pipeline/CRM and keep it current
Support broker, lender, vendor, and investor communications and follow-ups
Handle research, scheduling, and recurring admin that keeps deals and properties moving
Own ad hoc projects end-to-end and turn rough direction into finished work
What we're looking for
5+ years spanning financial analysis/underwriting and operational or business-support roles
Advanced Excel/financial modeling (real estate or ag experience a strong plus)
Highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy — someone who takes ownership and manages their own follow-through
Excellent written and spoken English
Based in Central or South America (for U.S. time-zone overlap)
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small team and shifting between deep analysis and quick turnaround support
To apply
Start your response with the word "Harvest" so we know you read this in full. In a few sentences, tell us (1) about a financial model or underwriting project you built end-to-end, and (2) a time you kept a project or process organized and on track without being micromanaged. Include a work sample or screenshot if you can. Applications missing these will not be reviewed.

We are looking for a highly experienced Meta Ads expert who specializes in driving profitable app subscription conversions.
We already have an in-house team, but we're looking for an expert who can provide extremely deep analysis and strategic guidance, including:
- Analyzing Meta ad performance and subscription conversions.
- Identifying high-performing audiences, demographics, and customer segments.
- Optimizing campaigns for positive ROI and efficient scaling.
- Recommending data-driven improvements to creative, targeting, and campaign structure.
Our app is in the music space, and several competitors have demonstrated strong profitability. We're looking for someone who has successfully scaled subscription-based mobile apps and can help us achieve sustainable positive ROI as quickly as possible.
Please include examples of app subscription campaigns you've managed, key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV/CAC, etc.), and the results you've achieved.
We will also look for references that we might contact to make sure your claims are true.

Hi Nicolai,
I came across your profile because of your background in strategic analysis, policy research, and executive ready reporting I’m currently working on a personal strategic research project focused on Qatar’s long term development, and I’m looking for someone who can make a high-quality strategic horizon scan.
I’m not looking for generic research or AI-generated summaries. I’m looking for an executive-level report that is analytical, evidence-based, forward-looking, and supported by credible sources.
Project Scope
I’d like you to prepare a comprehensive strategic horizon scan on Qatar Vision 2030 and Qatar’s development beyond 2030, identifying the major global trends that are likely to shape the country’s future over the next 10–20 years.
The report should include:
1. Executive Summary
• High-level overview of the findings
• Key strategic insights
• The most significant trends and why they matter
2. Qatar Vision 2030 Overview
• Strategic priorities
• The four development pillars
• Current progress
• Long-term national objectives
3. Global Megatrends
Identify and analyze approximately 15–20 major global megatrends that are most likely to influence Qatar’s future, such as:
• Artificial Intelligence
• Geopolitical shifts
• Energy transition
• Climate change
• Water and food security
• Demographic change
• Future of work
• Biotechnology
• Cybersecurity
• Space economy
• Digital government
• Supply chain transformation
• Advanced manufacturing
• Quantum technologies
• Other emerging trends you believe are strategically significant
For each trend, please include:
• Description
• Why it matters globally
• Potential impact on Qatar
• Risks
• Opportunities
• Expected time horizon (2030 / 2035 / 2045)
• Likelihood and strategic impact
• Supporting evidence and references
4. Trend Prioritization
Rank the identified trends based on:
• Strategic importance
• Urgency
• Potential national impact
5. Alignment with Qatar Vision 2030
Map each trend against the strategic objectives and pillars of Qatar Vision 2030, highlighting where opportunities and challenges are likely to emerge.
6. International Benchmarking
Identify countries that are responding particularly well to these trends and explain what lessons or best practices could be relevant for Qatar.
7. Strategic Opportunities
Identify the Top 10–15 strategic opportunities Qatar could capitalize on over the next two decades.
8. Strategic Risks
Identify the Top 10–15 strategic risks that policymakers, businesses, and institutions should prepare for.
9. Future Scenarios
Develop three plausible future scenarios for Qatar (for example: optimistic, baseline, and disruptive), clearly explaining the assumptions behind each.
10. Strategic Recommendations
Provide practical, evidence-based recommendations on where Qatar should focus its efforts to maximize opportunities and reduce long-term risks.
11. Potential Strategic Themes
Based on your analysis, recommend 10–15 high-potential strategic themes or policy areas that deserve deeper exploration, with a brief explanation of why each is strategically important.
12. Sources
Please include a comprehensive bibliography with links to all references used, prioritizing:
• Government publications
• International organizations
• Academic journals
• Think tanks
• Industry reports
• Other highly credible sources
Quality Expectations
Please avoid relying on unverified AI-generated content. I’m looking for original analysis, critical thinking, and well-supported conclusions rather than a compilation of publicly available information. If AI is used as part of your workflow, please independently verify all facts, data, statistics, and references before including them in the report.
The final report should be written in a style suitable for senior decision-makers, with a clear executive structure, concise writing, professional formatting, and strong analytical depth. Where appropriate, I would also appreciate the use of frameworks, diagrams, matrices, and visual summaries (e.g., impact vs. uncertainty matrices, trend maps, SWOT, PESTLE, scenario frameworks, or risk heat maps) to communicate findings effectively.
My priority is quality over speed. I would rather receive a report that is exceptionally well researched and insightful than one delivered quickly. If the quality of your work is strong, I’d be very interested in continuing with additional strategic research and analysis projects in the future.
I look forward to hearing your thoughts and discussing the project further.
Seeking an expert frontend developer and data detective with extensive, deep-level experience using Microsoft Clarity to diagnose an intermittent, highly elusive conversion bottleneck on an established Shopify store.
The Problem:
Our core checkout is technically functional—we can place test orders seamlessly on desktop/mobile across various clean environments, and regular orders still trickle through. However, we are experiencing an intermittent issue where legitimate abandoned checkout logs completely cease for multi-day stretches (e.g., latest one stopping abruptly on June 28th), and real-world user session recordings in Microsoft Clarity occasionally show severe page-load hangs of 20+ seconds. No JavaScript errors are being thrown in the console though.
I just feel like MS Clarity, although it does not identify problems outright, it gives such a variety of recorded data that it would seem that a coder could inevitably "become really good at it" over time... whereby someone with vast experience USING THIS PROGRAM in particular could possibly eventually find ways to use it for powerful insights and help with identifying weird and difficult issues similar to this one. So I'm hoping to find that guy.
Your Objective:
1. Deep analysis into our Microsoft Clarity dashboard to audit not only the specific session recordings showing the 20-second checkout delays (this time), but everything that it's got since it was finally made to work right (that unfortunately only happened maybe a month ago).
2. Isolate the exact technical patterns (device types, browser environments, network throttling variables, or specific app script execution delays) causing the frontend to freeze.
3. Identify the exact third-party app script, tracking pixel, or cookie-management conflict tied to the button click action that is clogging the network pipeline.
4. Provide a clear, definitive fix to clear the bottleneck and restore consistent user tracking/checkout flow.
SITE REPAIR HISTORY & DATA LOG FOR APPLICANTS
1. Prior Repair Attempts & Cookie Consent Discovery
- First Developer: Made script adjustments, but performance issues and lower conversions persisted.
- The JavaScript Discovery: We later identified a console error in Microsoft Clarity traced directly to a disabled Shopify Cookie Consent/Privacy tracking setting.
- The Temporary Success: Activating that cookie consent toggle cleared the error. Legitimate abandoned checkout logs immediately resumed, and the store performed very well with steady conversions for a solid 2-week window.
2. The June 28th Shift
- The Core Issue: On June 28th, our historical abandoned checkout tracking logs abruptly ceased on our backend, and our overall conversion rate dropped lower than it should be.
- The Status: The site is NOT completely broken—we are still actively receiving normal orders, but the conversion rate is visibly suppressed compared to the prior 2-week window.
3. Current Funnel Paradox & Clarity Evidence
- Click-Rate Surge: Following recent copy and video updates, our frontend "Proceed to Checkout" click rate spiked to a very healthy 18% (up from our typical 8%–12% baseline).
- Local Testing: I personally can never reproduce this issue. No matter where I test checkout, I can check out perfectly across all devices and Incognito windows with zero errors or visual lag.
- The Tracking Issue: Despite 18% of visitors clicking the button, standard abandoned checkout logs for our main products remain at zero on the backend.
- Clarity Evidence: Real user sessions in Microsoft Clarity show select users experiencing extreme page-load delays of 20+ seconds randomly throughout the site. No JavaScript errors are being thrown during these delays.
4. Observed Log Patterns in Abandoned Checkout data
- In looking for legitimate abandoned checkouts, we have had to wade through some other (maybe un-related) but regardless, totally random batch of checkouts abandoned for about a week in mid to late June that I had to simply dismiss as unrelated to count only the legit abandoned checkouts that seem to naturally occur every couple days when the site is "working."
- The $3 attempted purchase data appears to be a distinct pattern: highly generic, repeating first and last name structures, and always choosing the cheapest item on site which is a skin or sticker for my product that costs $3.
- Objective: Are these related? If yes, cool. Hope it helps you figure all this out. If they happen to be a 2nd totally unrelated thing, what is this?
Requirements:
- Proven mastery of Microsoft Clarity performance metrics, network waterfall interpretation, and session recording diagnostics.
- Advanced understanding of Shopify frontend architecture, liquid theme script injection, and third-party app behavioral interactions.
- Ability to diagnose environment-specific and intermittent bugs that cannot be replicated locally.
To Apply:
Please explain your specific methodology for using Microsoft Clarity data to track down a 20-second page hang when no browser console errors are present. Automated agency copy-paste applications will be rejected.
Client's questions:
Based on the data showing 69 checkouts reached but 0 abandoned records, what is your initial theory on why the cart drawer script is failing before form interaction?
