I need an experienced ArcGIS Pro user to complete a specific GIS analysis task for cellphone coverage in a mountainous area (Ruahine Range, New Zealand).
Data provided:
• 25m Digital Elevation Model (DEM) raster (subset)
• DoC Tracks shapefile (contains multiple tracks)
• Spark_towers point shapefile
• Vodafone_towers point shapefile
Tasks required:
1. Prepare the tower layers
• Use Extract Values to Points to get elevation from the DEM.
• Add 15 meters (tower height) to create a SPOT field for both Spark and Vodafone towers.
2. Run Viewshed Analysis
• Create two viewshed rasters (one for Spark towers, one for Vodafone towers) using the Viewshed tool (Spatial Analyst), using the SPOT field as observer height.
3. Extract data for the 3 specific tracks:
• The three tracks are:
• Kumeti Hut to Maharahara Trig
• Takapari Road to Diggers
• Heritage Lodge to Tunupo tk
• Select/export these tracks from the DoC Tracks layer.
• Convert each track to a 25m raster using Polyline to Raster.
• Use the Sample tool to extract the number of visible towers (SparkView and VodafoneView) for every 25m segment along each track.
4. Calculate statistics for each track and each company (Spark & Vodafone):
• a) Number of 25m segments with no cell coverage (0 towers visible)
• b) Number of 25m segments with 2 or more towers visible
5. Create maps and layouts:

Project Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual (Mandarin & Cantonese) Market Researcher in the Greater Toronto Area to conduct a product trial for an Emergency Call/Medical Alert Device. The goal is to collect feedback from 250 Chinese seniors (aged 65+) regarding the device's design and functionality.
Scope of Work:
Participant Recruitment: Identify and recruit Chinese seniors (65+ years old) within the GTA.
Product Demonstration: Show the device to the participant, explain its emergency functions, and let them interact with it.
Reporting: Provide 250 Verifiable Feedback Reports.
Incentive Management: You may need to provide and pay for participant gifts/incentives at your own expense.
Required Qualifications:
Location: GTA.
Language: Fluency in Chinese or Cantonese is mandatory.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage and communicate clearly with the elderly.
Deliverables & Verification:
To be eligible for payment, you must provide:
250 Verifiable Reports: Each entry must include the participant's name and a valid contact phone number.
Authenticity Check: We will conduct random spot-checks via phone to verify the participant's involvement.
