Project BV is a multilingual speech data collection initiative designed to enhance Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) systems for high-value multilingual call center scenarios, including financial services, healthcare, and telecommunications.

The project focuses on collecting natural code-switching conversational audio, where speakers alternate between two languages within a single conversational turn. Scripts will be provided; however, natural delivery, fluency, and context-appropriate language switching are essential.

Language Requirements
Primary Language (Native level – one required):
Catalan (ca-ES: Spain)

Secondary Language (Required):
Catalan or Basque – Fluent

Participants may be located anywhere globally, provided they are native in Catalan (ca-ES: Spain) and fluent in English

The Project Manager will request language verification samples for both primary and secondary languages.

Participation Structure
Participation is one-time only per speaker.
Two speakers will form a pair (agent and customer roles).
Speakers do not need to be in the same location.
Scripts and recording instructions will be provided.
Zoom is the preferred method for recording the conversations.
Audacity is the preferred tool for converting audio files to the required sample rates and for verifying signal-to-noise ratio compliance.

Target volume: 200 hours of audio per locale

I need a full OpenClaw agent to do some market research for me. The way it should work:

- have a "hello world" bootstrap routine (to be activated by a particular phrase) which asks me what I want and where to get it from. Example: I want the agent to monitor the website of the Royal Mint, the Perth Mint, and APMEX and alert me for new one-ounce silver coins.

- there should be another routine to fine-tune this - eg give exclusions (do not give me Niue coloured coins, or anything that costs more than $150)

- be able to set up a cron job with different scraping periods per site

- persistent database (SQLite) with a) what needs to be scraped, b) what we are looking for, and c) results of previous runs

- daily routine to email a report to a given email address, and also the ability to ask for that report and get it generated live in OpenClaw webchat

There should be a "main" agent to manage the orchestration, and a sub-agent for the actual downloading and reading of web pages (configurable to use a cheaper LLM).

A nice extra would be to add monitoring of costs - as part of the report, add the cost of running each site query and the analysis thereof.

The deliverables should include the whole workspace of the agent (md files, configs), a list of the tools needed, and commands to get them installed. In short, it should be a "drop in", "work straight out of the box" agent that I can just download and place into my OpenClaw install and get it to work immediately.
