We are a medical device company in the prosthetics space, and we recently imported a large set of US clinics into our HubSpot CRM. That import created a lot of duplicate company records, and we need a detail-oriented specialist to clean them up by merging duplicates cleanly, one state at a time.
To be clear about scope: this is a data cleanup role, not lead generation. There is no prospecting, no contact research, and no phone calls. All the work happens inside HubSpot on records we provide.
What you'll do
Work through an assigned state and merge duplicate company records
Filter by city to group likely duplicates, and catch duplicates even when names are formatted differently (for example, "The Prosthetic Clinic" vs "Prosthetic Clinic")
Leave multi-location clinics intact. Some clinics are intentionally split into separate records labeled by address or zip code, and those must never be merged
Flag anything you are unsure about instead of guessing. Our internal team reviews and validates flagged records
Log all work directly in HubSpot. No external spreadsheets
How we work
This is a team-supported project. Before you start, we provide written step-by-step instructions, run a short training call, and sit in on your first session to answer questions live. After that you work independently with a short daily recap in a dedicated Slack channel.
What we're looking for
Hands-on HubSpot experience: merging companies, filtering, and working with properties
Strong attention to detail. Accuracy is the entire job
Reliable and self-managed, comfortable following written instructions with minimal check-ins
Trustworthy with confidential data. An NDA is required before HubSpot access is granted
Clear written English for daily Slack updates
Nice to have: prior CRM cleanup experience, or a background in healthcare or medical devices.
This is a 2 to 4 weeks project with possible extension. Please tell us briefly about a HubSpot cleanup or merge project you have done.

I am a full-time rideshare driver (Uber and Lyft) located in Los Angeles, CA, and I need a qualified tax professional to help me get caught up on my taxes.
Project Details:
- I have not filed taxes for the past 2+ years.
- Income consists primarily of multi-year 1099 independent contractor earnings.
- Need assistance filing past-due federal and state (California) tax returns.
- Requires proper handling of Schedule C and rideshare-specific deductions (such as mileage or vehicle expenses).
What I am looking for:
- Experience filing multi-year unfiled returns for gig workers or independent contractors.
- Clear communication regarding the steps, required documentation, and expected timeline/rates to get compliant.
I have a 48-sheet Excel workbook used by our small immigration law office as our internal case management tracker. I'm looking for someone to professionally redesign the workbook to make it visually clean, organized, and easy to navigate while preserving all existing data and functionality. I'm not looking for formulas or complex automation. My main goal is to improve the overall appearance by creating a consistent design throughout the workbook, including standardized fonts, spacing, row heights, column widths, color coding, and worksheet layouts. I also want a professional dashboard, better organization of case categories (Active, Pending, and Closed), and improved readability so the workbook looks like a professional business system instead of a cluttered spreadsheet.

ABOUT THIS PROJECT
I'm looking for someone to research and build an accurate contact list of
independently owned collision repair and auto body shops in North Carolina
and South Carolina.
This is a one-time list building project. You will not be sending emails,
making calls, setting appointments, writing marketing material, or managing
any ongoing campaign.
WHO TO INCLUDE
- Independently owned collision repair and auto body shops
- Located in North Carolina or South Carolina
- One to three locations
- Locally owned franchise shops such as CARSTAR, Fix Auto, ProColor
Collision, or Maaco, as long as the owner is a local independent owner
WHO TO EXCLUDE
- Caliber Collision, Gerber Collision & Glass, Crash Champions, Classic
Collision, Joe Hudson's Collision Center, Service King
- Collision centers owned by car dealerships or dealership groups
- Any national or regional company-owned chain
- Any business with more than three locations
- Permanently closed businesses
- Duplicates
RESEARCH
You may use any reliable research sources or tools you need to find these
businesses and their contact information. Every business has to be checked
individually to confirm it's independently owned and meets the location and
size requirements. Do not submit a raw export copied out of a contact
database without verifying the businesses and emails yourself.
WHAT EACH ROW NEEDS
- Business name
- Owner or decision-maker name, when available
- Main phone number
- Email address
- Email type: owner, decision-maker, or general business
- Street address, city, state, ZIP code
- Website
- Number of locations, and the other location cities when there's more
than one
- Email verification tool used, the result, and the date verified
- Notes on anything unclear about ownership or locations
EMAIL REQUIREMENTS
This part matters most to me. The email can come from any source. It does
not have to be publicly listed on the shop's website.
Every email on the final list must:
- Belong to the shop, its owner, or an appropriate decision-maker
- Be run through a recognized email verification tool
- Come back as Valid or Deliverable
- Include the tool used, the result, and the date checked
General business addresses like info@, office@, contact@, or estimates@ are
fine as long as they belong to the shop and pass verification.
Do not include:
- Invalid, disposable, unknown, or unverifiable addresses
- Guessed addresses that haven't passed verification
If an address comes back as catch-all or accept-all, put it on a separate
tab. Those don't count toward the final list.
SHOPS WITH MORE THAN ONE LOCATION
Use one row per independently owned company, not one row per location. If
the same owner runs two or three shops, list the company once, enter the
main address, put the total number of locations in that column, and list the
other cities in the appropriate column. Don't submit duplicate rows for the
same owner.
FIRST 10 RECORDS
Start by sending me 10 completed records that meet everything above. I'll
check them for:
- Accurate business information
- Confirmed independent ownership
- Correct location count
- Valid emails with complete verification info
- Working websites and phone numbers
- No chains, dealership shops, or duplicates
Please don't move on to the rest of the list until those first 10 are
approved.
FINAL DELIVERABLE
An Excel file or Google Sheet. One row per company, a separate column for
each field listed above, clean and free of duplicates, with catch-all
emails kept on their own tab.
Client's questions:
How will you tell an independently owned shop apart from a corporate chain or a dealership-owned collision center?
What tools will you use to find and verify email addresses?
How will you handle catch-all, unknown, or unverifiable results?
Roughly how many qualifying shops do you expect to find across both states?
How long do you expect the full project to take?

Sales & Marketing, Lead Generation & Telemarketing
We are looking for an updated and easier to use version of our current Excel worksheet, Among the desired changes are a more user friendly interface, the ability to automatically turn decimal time entries into hour and minutes and an easier way to import timesheet information from our time tracking software into this spreadsheet.
A sample of the current version is attached as a reference.
We are seeking a skilled freelancer to undertake a data cleansing project for one of our end clients.
At present, a large amount of data sits in a Recruitment CRM, with over 16,000 candidate records from a niche technical market. Some are missing urls, full profiles, contact information and so on - importantly though, the data is not well organised, with only basic and broad tagging.
The way we ultimately see the project working:
1. Full export of CRM candidate data.
2. Find and populate any records with missing URLs.
3. Where no CV or profile detail is present, use appropriate tooling to find relevant information
4. Assessment of each profile to categorise according to new tagging hierarchy (likely 5 layers), likely using AI-driven classification system - which must handle both English and German language variants, and with confidence scoring.
5. Potentially email enrichment via one or more contact finding APIs.
5. High confidence results pushed back to update CRM, either using merge or via API. Potential manual validation for low-med confidence.
If successful, it is likely we could extend this process to then do the same for the Companies and Contacts objects in the CRM for similar organisational approach.
We are open on tooling - whether someone uses Clay, N8N, or custom pipelines, we are open to the most reliable and cost-effective route to do the job. Whilst we have the rough outline, we would like expert input on the best build and ensuring everything works well, particularly around something as complex as the classification engine.
Ideally, if freelancers interested are able to provide provisional timescales estimated for such work, and projected cost ranges, this would be appreciated - we will not be able to interview all proposals, so having at least a ballpark to ensure we are in practical range will help.

About us
We run a French platform that helps nonprofits find funding. Our system automatically monitors around 20 sources, extracts funding opportunities using AI, and matches them to nonprofit projects. The AI handles the volume - but it fails on ambiguous cases, and it flags them. That's where you come in.
What you will actually do
You will work in our back-office (a web admin interface - no coding required) and process a queue of flagged records. Two types of work:
Funding opportunities - verify and correct: eligibility area, grant amounts, deadlines, title and type, source page URL, duplicates, off-topic content.
Funding organizations - research and correct: official website, SIREN/SIRET company ID, contact details, and whether the organization actually funds nonprofits.
Concretely, a typical case looks like this: an organization is in the queue with no verified company ID. You search the French business registry, confirm the exact legal name matches, enter the 14-digit SIRET, and close the case. Most cases take 2 to 5 minutes.
Two missions, not one
1. Fix the data. Process the flagged cases. Immediate effect, one record at a time.
2. Report systematic failures. When you notice the AI making the same mistake repeatedly, report it to our team on Discord. This is the more valuable half of the job: correcting 40 records by hand takes a morning and prevents nothing. Identifying their common cause fixes it permanently.
We are explicitly looking for someone who will do the second part, not just click through the queue.
Why accuracy matters here
Each nonprofit project receives a maximum of 5 recommendations per 96-hour window. A bad record that passes your review doesn't just add noise - it takes one of those 5 slots for four days, replacing a genuine opportunity. Careful work beats fast work.
Current workload
130 funding opportunities and 1,527 organizations currently in the review queue, with roughly 350 cases resolved per week. This is a continuously fed queue, not a backlog to clear - the goal is steady, well-prioritized throughput.
Requirements
- Native or bilingual French. Non-negotiable. All source material is French administrative and legal text.
- Strong online research skills - you can find a small foundation's real website and verify it's the right entity, not a lookalike.
- Meticulous attention to detail. You notice when two records differ only by an apostrophe.
- Comfortable with judgment calls, and comfortable saying "this one is ambiguous" rather than guessing.
- Reliable availability, 30+ hours per week, long-term.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the French nonprofit or grant-making sector
- Experience with back-office or CRM data work
- Prior use of French public business registries
What we provide
A complete written onboarding guide covering the platform, the method, and all 12 case types you'll encounter, with screenshots and worked examples. Direct access to our team on Discord.
How we'll start
This is a long-term, ongoing role. We start every collaboration with a paid 10-hour trial at your normal hourly rate, on real cases from our queue. It lets you see whether the work suits you, and lets us see how you handle ambiguous records. If it goes well, we move straight to an ongoing weekly contract - no re-application, no gap.
To apply
Please write your proposal in French - the entire role is conducted in French. Applications in English will not be reviewed.
Keep it short. Skip the generic cover letter: we are not evaluating writing style, and we will assess your actual skills during the paid trial, on real cases. Just tell us:
- Your weekly availability and time zone.
- One example of past work involving research or data verification, with enough detail that we can picture what you actually did day to day.
We reply to every application that meets these two points.

Sales & Marketing, Lead Generation & Telemarketing
Generate a verified list of businesses - lead scraping.
Category: Lead Generation / Web Research | Project type: Ongoing, starting with a paid trial batch
Project overview
We need a careful researcher to build a list of qualified local business leads across the Phoenix metro area (Phoenix,
Tucson, Mesa, Chandler, Glendale) in six trades: HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC maintenance, and
mortgage brokers. This is not a bulk-scrape-and-dump job. We only want businesses that meet a strict qualification
bar, with every field either verified or explicitly marked as unverified. Accuracy matters far more than volume
we would rather receive 100 fully verified leads than 1000 unverified ones.
What qualifies as a lead
A business only counts if ALL of the following are true:
• Has an active Google Business Profile and a phone number
• Does NOT have a website listed on that Google Business Profile
• Is currently operating (not permanently closed)
• A verified email exists for the business — see the two acceptable email tiers below
Email tiers (both acceptable, tiered by confidence):
• Tier 1: Owner/decision-maker email (Owner, Founder, CEO, President, Managing Partner), verified. This is
the preferred outcome and should be marked High confidence.
• Tier 2: Generic business email (info@, support@, contact@, sales@, hello@, admin@, help@,
etc.), verified as active/deliverable. Acceptable as a fallback when no owner-specific email can be found; mark
Medium confidence and note in Verification Notes that this is a generic address, not a named contact.
Reject and log (with a one-line reason) any business that: has a website on its GBP, is permanently closed, is a
duplicate, or has no email of either tier that can be reasonably verified.
Deliverable format
One row per qualified lead in a shared spreadsheet, with these columns:
• Business Name, Phone, Owner Name (if known), Owner Title (if known)
• Email, Email Tier (Owner / Generic), Email Verification Method/Result
• City, State
• Website Listed on GBP (Yes/No), Lead Status (Qualified/Rejected), Reason, Confidence Score
(High/Medium/Low), Verification Notes
Rejected businesses should be logged too, with a short reason. This lets us sanity-check your process, not just your
output.

I have a large list of Florida HVAC companies that I need enriched using the same system and pricing as you have with Robert:
* $0.20 for the owner’s name and verified direct email
* $0.10 for the owner’s name with a generic company email
For each company, please find:
* Owner’s first name
* Owner’s last name
* Direct owner email
* Generic company email if no direct email can be found
* Source link showing where the owner’s details were found
Please use this colour code:
* Green — verified direct owner email
* Yellow — verified owner name but generic company email
* Red — owner or usable email could not be found
If there are multiple owners, please add every owner on a separate row and duplicate the company details. We want to email every possible owner or key decision-maker.
We only want the owners or key decision makers for the company. If no owner can be found and someone is clearly the highest decision-maker with nobody above them, include them.
Please do not rely only on LinkedIn. Many companies have the same name, which can result in the wrong person being matched. Cross-reference the company and location using other public sources. We have had a bad experience with people using LinkedIn only for enrichment, it’s very unreliable in this industry.
We have included the full company address, so whenever you are unsure, please use it to confirm that you have found the correct company and person.
If you find the owner but cannot immediately find their email, please manually test likely email formats, for example formats like:

We are looking for a skilled 3D Model Designer to support us in creating highly detailed 3D representations of agricultural machinery. The work is focused on visual accuracy, not on functional engineering.
As a 3D Model Designer, you will:
• Build clean, realistic 3D models from 3D scan data (provided by us), technical drawings, and reference photos.
• Use 3D scans as a template to accurately reconstruct shapes and details.
• Refine and adjust models based on feedback to achieve a high visual standard.
• Collaborate directly with our team on multiple ongoing projects.
We strongly prefer direct collaboration with the designer (no exclusive agency intermediaries). Our goal is a reliable, long-term partnership.
Deliverables
• Accurate CAD models of agricultural machinery, focused on optical/visual precision.
• Processing of 3D scan data: cleaning, rebuilding, and refining scanned meshes into usable CAD geometry.
• Iteration based on feedback until the required detail level is achieved.
• Delivery of files in consistent, agreed formats (e.g. STEP, IGES, STL).
• Reliable communication and timely progress updates.
• Consistent availability for long-term collaboration (multiple projects).
Budget & Collaboration
We work on a fixed-price basis per project. The budget depends on complexity and is agreed upon in advance.
• Smaller projects may be around $500.
• Larger, more complex projects can go up to $2000.
Our objective is to build a long-term collaboration, working project by project.
Client's questions:
What challenging part of this job are you most experienced in?
Which software do you normally use to clean and rebuild CAD data from 3D scans, and why?
Can you share an example of a project where you had to build a clean CAD model from imperfect / incomplete or noisy scan data?
How do you normally communicate progress and share intermediate results with clients?

I need a freelancer to extract historical pricing data for a defined set of target products across four e-commerce websites, using the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine (and other web archives where needed) — going back as far as records exist.
This is a backward-looking / archival data project, not a live monitoring project. I want to reconstruct a price history timeline: what these sites charged for specific products, and how those prices changed, from whenever archive records begin up to today.
SCOPE
- 4 target websites, all within the same retail category. One of the four is no longer operating and is only reachable via web archives. Full URLs will be shared directly with the freelancer I engage (not published publicly for confidentiality reasons).
- A defined list of target products (specific branded product lines/SKUs within a single retail category). The full product list will be shared with the freelancer I engage.
WHAT I NEED DELIVERED
1. A coverage report — for each site, how far back does archive data actually go, and how complete/sparse is it? I want honesty here, not just a data dump — if a site has poor coverage, tell me.
2. A structured spreadsheet (CSV or XLSX) with columns: date, competitor, product_name, SKU/variant, price, source (URL + archive snapshot link), notes.
3. Missing data marked clearly — use "n/f" (not found) rather than estimating or interpolating. Every number in this file needs to be a real, sourced price.
4. Methodology notes — which archive sources you used (Wayback Machine, archive.today, Common Crawl, etc.) and why, per site.
5. Optional add-on, quote separately — a simple forward-looking scraper that continues logging these same prices going forward, so historical and future data connect into one continuous timeline.
TECHNICAL STARTING POINT
I already have a basic Python starter kit (Wayback Machine CDX API probe + scraper scaffold) I can share once engaged — you're welcome to use it as a base, rebuild it, or use your own approach/tools. What matters is the result: accurate, sourced, dated pricing data going as far back as possible.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Python (requests/urllib + BeautifulSoup or lxml)
- Direct hands-on experience with the Wayback Machine CDX API specifically (not just general scraping)
- Regex / structured data extraction from HTML
- Data cleaning with pandas or similar
PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED
- Experience with archive.today or Common Crawl as a fallback source
- E-commerce site experience (product schema, JSON-LD pricing markup)
- Prior work on price-history reconstruction or competitor price monitoring projects
IDEAL FREELANCER
- Comfortable telling me what's not possible, not just what is — I'd rather know a site has thin archive coverage than get a spreadsheet padded with guesses
- Can document their sourcing clearly enough that I can verify any given number myself
BUDGET & TIMELINE
Please quote as a fixed price for the full 4-site historical backfill, based on the scope above. If you believe an hourly arrangement makes more sense given uncertainty in archive coverage, propose a not-to-exceed estimate with milestones (e.g., "coverage report" as milestone 1, before committing to full extraction).
Target timeline: 1–3 weeks depending on archive depth and site complexity.
SCREENING QUESTIONS
1. Have you worked with the Wayback Machine CDX API or similar historical archive tools before? Briefly describe a past project.
2. Based on general experience, what's your rough sense of how deep Wayback Machine coverage typically goes for small-to-mid-size e-commerce sites?
3. What's your approach when a site has poor/no archive coverage — do you have fallback methods?
4. Please quote a fixed price and rough timeline for this scope.
We are looking for a world-class Google Ads Growth Specialist who already knows how to generate high-quality leads for commercial cleaning companies. We are not looking for someone who wants to test strategies using our clients’ budgets. We need someone who can make an immediate impact from day one and help our clients generate measurable results within their first 90 days.
We are a fast-growing marketing agency that specializes exclusively in helping commercial cleaning companies in Belgium and the Netherlands grow their businesses. Our goal is simple: help our clients generate enough qualified leads and recurring contracts so they clearly see the ROI and continue working with us long-term.
We currently have three active clients. One client has already decided to continue working with us after the initial period, while the other two are still within their first 90-day growth phase. We also have several potential clients in our pipeline, so we’re looking for someone who can strengthen our team and deliver even stronger results from the beginning.
⸻
Our Current System
We already have a solid foundation in place:
* High-converting websites
* SEO implementation and optimization
* CRM systems and automations
* AI agents and AI automations
* Strong branding and positioning
* A deep understanding of the commercial cleaning market
What we’re missing is an elite Google Ads specialist who can combine all these assets into one powerful lead generation machine.
Experience with Google Ads, AI Search, AI-powered marketing, automation, modern lead generation strategies, and the newest Google features is a huge advantage. We want someone who stays ahead of the market instead of following outdated strategies.
⸻
Our Main Goal
Our primary focus is generating qualified B2B leads that lead to high-value recurring monthly contracts.
We don’t want campaigns filled with people searching for cleaning jobs.
We want campaigns that attract businesses actively searching for professional cleaning services.
⸻
What We’re Looking For
You should have proven expertise in:
* Google Ads Search
* Performance Max
* Remarketing
* Conversion Tracking (GA4 & GTM)
* Landing Page Optimization
* Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
* B2B Lead Generation
* AI-powered Search strategies (preferred)
* Local SEO (preferred)
* Commercial cleaning campaigns (a huge plus)
We’re looking for someone who understands how to scale service businesses—not someone who simply launches campaigns.
⸻
What We Expect
We don’t expect miracles overnight.
However, we do expect someone who can identify opportunities immediately and start improving campaign performance within the first few weeks.
Our objective is simple:
Deliver enough qualified leads and measurable ROI within the first 90 days, so our clients immediately see the value of working with us and continue their partnership.
We are not looking for someone who simply manages campaigns.
We want someone who thinks strategically, brings new ideas, continuously optimizes performance, and helps improve our overall marketing system.
⸻
Who Should NOT Apply
Please don’t apply if:
* You mainly work with e-commerce.
* You don’t have proven Google Ads results.
* You like testing with clients’ budgets.
* You don’t understand local lead generation.
* You cannot demonstrate measurable ROI.
* You don’t have experience generating qualified B2B leads.
We are only looking for serious professionals who are confident in their skills.
⸻
Compensation
Compensation will be discussed during our meeting.
If you consistently deliver outstanding results, you will be rewarded according to the value you create. We believe in building long-term partnerships with exceptional people.
⸻
Our Long-Term Vision
This is probably the most important part of this job description.
We are not looking for someone who simply sets up campaigns, checks them every now and then, and moves on to the next client.
We are looking for someone who wants to become a long-term partner and grow together with our company for many years.
Our ambition is to become the leading marketing agency for commercial cleaning companies in Belgium and the Netherlands.
We believe this niche has enormous potential, and with the right team, systems, and strategy, we are confident we can build a company generating hundreds of thousands of euros in monthly revenue, while helping our clients scale to €50K–€100K+ per month and beyond.
Our vision is to build a proven marketing system that consistently works for commercial cleaning companies—not just for one or two clients, but for the majority of businesses we work with.
That is why we are looking for someone who wants to become much more than a freelancer.
We want someone who:
* Takes ownership.
* Thinks like a business partner.
* Brings new ideas.
* Helps improve our systems.
* Solves problems proactively.
* Wants to grow together with us.
As our agency grows, we want you to grow with us.
We don’t want to build a team of freelancers.
We want to build a team of leaders.
If you consistently deliver results, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility, help shape the direction of our company, and become one of the key people behind our growth.
If you’re looking for a short-term freelance project, this probably isn’t the right opportunity.
But if you’re ambitious, committed, passionate about performance marketing, and want to help build the #1 commercial cleaning marketing agency in Belgium and the Netherlands, we’d love to meet you.
Help us grow our clients, help us grow our company, and we’ll make sure your contribution is recognised, valued, and rewarded.
Client's questions:
1. Have you successfully generated qualified B2B leads for commercial cleaning companies in Belgium or the Netherlands? If yes, please describe the results and attach case studies if available.
2. What would be your strategy to generate high-quality commercial cleaning leads while avoiding job seekers and low-quality enquiries? Please explain your approach.
3. Which Google Ads strategies, AI tools, or modern lead generation methods are you currently using that most agencies are not?
4. If you started working with us today, what would be the first 5 optimizations you would make to improve our campaigns within the first 30 days?
Are you looking for a long-term partnership where you can grow with our company for years? If yes, explain why you’re the right person to help us become the #1 marketing agency for commercial cleaning companies in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Hi, I’m looking for someone to help me compile a list on non preforming mortgaged properties, with some info about who is the mortgage holder and the property value vs the unpaid balance. Do you think you could help me out on this?

Bristol Phoenix Group Ltd is a growing electrical contracting business based in Bristol, UK. I’m looking for a reliable, long-term virtual assistant who can take day-to-day pressure off me and help the business run smoothly.
This is not an AI-development role. You may use ChatGPT to help draft emails, posts and blogs, but everything must be checked before it is sent or published.
Main priority: telephone support
* Answer our Bristol business number during agreed UK working hours.

* Arrange quotations or appointments when authorised.

* Never provide electrical advice or promise prices without approval.
Email and inbox management
* Monitor and organise the main company inbox.
* Remove spam and unwanted sales messages.
* Respond to routine enquiries and request missing information.
* Draft more important replies for my approval.

* Help Jess request missing receipts and invoices from suppliers.
* Keep clear folders or labels for “VA Action,” “Jess Accounts,” “Luke Needed,” “Waiting” and “Completed.”
* Give me one concise daily summary rather than forwarding every email individually.
Business administration
* Add and update customer details, enquiries, appointments and notes in Tradify.
* Help manage the quotation diary and customer follow-ups.
* Chase unanswered quotations when instructed.
* Send review requests following completed jobs.
* Organise Google Drive files, photographs and job documents.

* Help make sure enquiries and outstanding tasks do not get forgotten.
Marketing support — secondary priority
* Turn job photographs and voice notes into draft social-media posts using ChatGPT.
* Prepare content for Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram.
* Draft and upload blog posts to the company’s website or blog platform.
* Schedule approved content.
* Organise the company’s photograph and content library.
What I’m looking for
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* A friendly, professional telephone manner.
* Availability during agreed UK business hours.
* A quiet environment and reliable internet connection for calls.
* Strong organisation and attention to detail.
* Experience with Gmail/Google Workspace, Google Drive and spreadsheets.
* Experience with customer service, diaries or job-management software is helpful.
* Comfortable using ChatGPT as a writing assistant.
* Honest about hours worked and able to provide clear weekly updates.
* Looking for a dependable, long-term role with a small UK business.
Hours and pay are negotiable. I would prefer to start with a smaller number of hours across the week and increase them if the arrangement works well.
When applying, please include your location, time zone, hourly rate, weekly availability, telephone/customer-service experience and a short voice or video introduction.
