We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst and Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist to lead a unique analytical project for a major high-density tourism city.
The objective is not to produce a traditional economic report, but to generate a "Missed Opportunities & Market Gaps Report." The goal is to identify "Unmet Demand" by analyzing big data, digital footprints, and user behavior to pinpoint exactly what visitors and residents are looking for but cannot find.
Scope of Work:
1. Data Scraping & Geospatial Analysis:
Google Maps Analysis: Extract data for thousands of Points of Interest (POIs) in the target zone (Hospitality, F&B, Services). Conduct a "Supply Gap Analysis" to identify neighborhoods that lack specific services relative to their population density/footfall.
Occupancy & Pricing Trends: Scrape historical data from OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda) to identify "Sold Out" periods and price surges. The goal is to build a "Room Shortage Index."
2. NLP & Sentiment Analysis (Social Listening):
Social Data Mining: Aggregate and analyze thousands of reviews and posts from platforms like X (Twitter), TikTok, and Google Reviews related to the specific region.
Complaint Categorization (Voice of Customer): Filter negative sentiment to detect specific "Unmet Needs" (e.g., specific complaints about a lack of transportation, missing cuisine types, unavailability of family facilities).
3. Reporting & Visualization:
Data cleaning and preprocessing.
Developing an Interactive Dashboard featuring Heatmaps to visualize investment gaps.
Required Tech Stack:

Job Description
We use a website called Vision Track to track deals and their invoicing stages. QuickBooks is our source of truth for invoices and payments. I need an Excel or Google Sheets workflow that reconciles the two so Vision Track’s invoicing stage is always accurate based on QuickBooks.
Objective:
Create a repeatable workbook/sheet that:
Produces a Mismatch Report showing deals where Vision Track stage doesn’t match QuickBooks reality (invoiced/paid status)
Produces an Update File (CSV/Excel) I can upload back into Vision Track to correct the deal stage
(No API integration required.)
How the datasets link
Each deal has a Deal Number in Vision Track.
In QuickBooks, the same identifier appears in the PO field on invoices.
Important: One deal number can appear across multiple POs/invoices.
No tax/shipping, no multiple currencies.
Vision Track stages (must map to these)
Create invoice
Invoice first half
Received first half
Invoice second half
Received second half
QuickBooks billing reality
Some deals are billed 100% in one invoice.
Some deals are billed in splits (often 50/50), and some have multiple invoices.
QuickBooks invoice line description/memo often includes text like “1st half / 2nd half / full” (not always perfectly consistent).

Import both exports (CSV/Excel).
Clean/normalize the deal number from QuickBooks PO and Vision Track so they match reliably.
Create a Deal Summary (aggregated by Deal Number) that calculates:

Open A/R (balance remaining)
Last invoice date / next due date (if available in export)
Create a rules-based Derived Stage for each deal based on QuickBooks:
No invoices → Create invoice

Your role is to help us optimize and scale this channel.
Where we need the most help, and where this role truly matters, is:
-List strategy, data quality, and scaling.
-Collaborate on reverse-engineering ads so messaging, timing, and audience selection stay consistent across channels
-Flag opportunities where mail insights can improve digital performance (and vice versa)
-Campaign & Deadline Management
You don’t need to be a media buyer, but you do need to understand how mail and digital reinforce each other.

We have ~15,000 rows in Google Sheets. Each row is a full record stored as text in Column A (looks like CSV). The text contains many commas inside sentences, and quotes are used. A simple “split by comma” does not work.
We would need to parse these rows using a proper CSV parser and output a clean spreadsheet with fixed columns:
issue_id, issue_title, issue_description, option_1_text, option_1_criteria_effects, option_1_tax_change_pp, option_1_monthly_income_change, option_1_unemployment_change, option_1_budget_shifts, option_1_new_policy, option_1_ideological_shift, option_1_sp_points_change, option_1_ci_points_change.
Repeat for option 2 to option 4
Requirements:
Must handle commas inside quoted text correctly (no naive split).
Deliver: final XLSX + final CSV.
Deliver an “exceptions” sheet/list for any rows that cannot be parsed cleanly (broken quotes / malformed rows).
Automation-first; manual fixes only for exceptions.
Paid test: First milestone, 30 USD

Ideally I enter data in the INPUT tab for then having automated results in tables. It is almost all there but open to suggestions too. I need Win rate, RR, avg RR, Profit factor, best month, which day loses more, with with news performs better etc...
the whole thing need to be integrated with days I do not trade, holidays, weekends and news. I keep track of specific news and the time they come out. If this datat could be extrapolated without me having to manually type it, even better; it would save me a lot of work.
Keep in mind I would also backtest multiple years so the file would need to consider that or be replicable for different years.
