We to create an Excel-based solution using VBA to efficiently track and manage our sample inventory.
About
Our showroom currently houses over 1,000 SKU items. Dealers visit to inspect samples, and if interested, purchase them via a simple invoice system. When a dealer receives interest from a client for larger orders, we coordinate with the factory to fulfill those orders; however, managing large orders is outside the scope of this project.
As our SKU count grows and new items are added, tracking samples manually has become increasingly cumbersome and prone to errors. To address this, we require an Excel sheet that consolidates all relevant sample data and allows our staff to easily manage inventory through a simple, user-friendly interface.
Key Requirements
The solution should provide a User Form with the following core functionalities:
1. ADD – Record new sample stock received from the factory.
2. SOLD – Track items sold to dealers via invoice.
3. BORROW – Monitor samples temporarily borrowed by dealers without invoicing.
4. RETURN – Record the return of borrowed samples to the showroom.
5. DISCONTINUE – Remove items that the factory has discontinued, ensuring showroom inventory reflects only available SKUs.

About the Role
We are looking for a disciplined, sharp, and gritty part-time cold caller to help source off-market multifamily and industrial real estate opportunities. This role is intentionally short and focused (2 hours per day) and is ideal for someone who understands real estate owners, can think on their feet, and isn’t rattled when data is imperfect.
This is not a mindless dial-and-read role. Our CRM data will sometimes be outdated or incomplete.
The right person will use common sense, online research, and persistence to track down correct ownership, contact information, and decision-makers.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Make outbound cold calls to owners of multifamily and industrial properties
• Work leads inside our CRM and update records accurately
• Use independent research (Google, public records, LinkedIn, company sites, etc.) to:
o Verify ownership
o Find correct phone numbers
o Identify decision-makers when LLCs or entities are involved
• Hold natural, professional conversations with property owners
• Identify potential sellers and gauge motivation
• Log call notes, outcomes, and follow-up tasks cleanly
• Flag promising opportunities for the acquisitions team

What you will do:
ETL & Data Cleaning: Refine existing SQL views and pipelines to handle duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing values.
Source: Python Scrapers (understanding the output structure is key).
Requirements:
Proven experience with ETL processes (taking raw, messy data and making it analytics-ready).
Expertise in SQL optimization (you know why a query is slow and how to fix it).
Experience with Apache Superset (or similar tools like Tableau/PowerBI, but strong SQL is mandatory).
Business Analyst mindset: You don't just write code; you ask "Does this number make sense commercially?".

I am looking for someone with experience training a machine learning model on stock trade data to provide practical, experience-based guidance to point out the “gotchas” or basic mistakes that people don’t usually mention in articles. For example, ensuring learned parameters (like scalers and class weights) are fit on the training set and then applied consistently to validation and test sets. I’m sure there are gaps that I’m not even aware of yet similar to this one.

We are seeking a qualified, detail-oriented California-compliant Bookkeeper to manage our financial records using QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial data, cleaning up historical and current transactions, and supporting overall financial health. This is a remote position, requiring strong communication and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledgers
Prepare and review financial statements
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Manage accounts payable, including adding and tracking vendor payments
Process payroll, including timekeeping review and payroll reconciliations
Monitor cash flow, track expenses, and flag irregularities
Clean up historical and ongoing bookkeeping transactions
Collaborate with the internal office team and external professionals as needed
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with QuickBooks and Excel
Strong understanding of account reconciliations (bank and credit cards) and accounts payable
Experience monitoring cash flow and expense tracking
Prior experience with bookkeeping clean-up projects
High attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills
Payroll processing experience (timekeeping and reconciliation with sick leaves)
Prior experience coordinating with a CPA or tax preparer
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Stable internet connection and reliable electricity
Nice to Have
Familiarity with 1099 contractors, sales tax, or payroll journal entries
