GoHighLevel Expert Needed — Build & Productize Curbi Foundation | $200 Fixed
I’m building Curbi, a white-label CRM/automation system for local service businesses, and need an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to finish and productize our Foundation Tier. A lot already exists: GHL Agency Pro account, pipelines, custom fields, workflows, templates, client subaccounts, branding, and system architecture. Do not rebuild working assets unnecessarily. Audit, reuse, clean, complete, test, and standardize them. $200 fixed-price project split into 8 × $25 milestones: 1. Audit + Foundation cleanup 2. CRM, pipelines, fields, cards/views 3. Lead capture + Conversations + communication setup 4. Core reusable workflows/automations 5. Dashboard, navigation, permissions + client experience 6. Complete customer onboarding + provisioning system 7. Reusable Curbi Foundation snapshot + deployment process 8. Final QA + onboard me as a real customer from zero The final product must allow Curbi to onboard a new Foundation client quickly without rebuilding GHL from scratch. Final acceptance test: You will onboard me using the exact process future customers receive. I must be able to use the resulting account, submit a test lead, see CRM/pipeline behavior, test communications safely, and verify the system end-to-end. Any defects must be fixed before completion. Successful completion of this project can lead to significantly more ongoing work across Curbi. We are looking for a reliable, experienced GHL builder who can become a long-term implementation partner—someone who can help us build, improve, deploy, and maintain systems as the agency grows. If you’re strong, dependable, fast, and understand how to build scalable GHL systems—not just individual workflows—there is a real opportunity to work with us continuously on new client builds, internal systems, advanced automations, integrations, QA, and future Curbi products. Please send examples of real GHL systems you’ve built and briefly explain your experience with snapshots, workflows, SaaS/white-label accounts, and client onboarding. Client's questions:

Are you someone who genuinely cares about people and loves being the person who keeps things moving?
Do you want to be part of a team that's changing people's financial lives, one client at a time, and get to be the voice they trust to guide them through it? We have a unique full-time (or part-time to start) role of CLIENT SUCCESS SPECIALIST that just opened up, perfect for a relationship-driven, detail-oriented person who wants to work in a fast-growing company we help people with credit and funding. What's The Opportunity? As the Client Success Specialist, you'll sit right in the middle of our clients and our fulfillment team, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You're the face and voice clients hear from consistently, the person who keeps them engaged, accountable, and moving forward in their journey, and the person who spots the right moment to introduce them to the next opportunity that can change their situation even further via text, email, and phone calls. This is a relationship-first role with a sales-minded edge. You won't be closing high-pressure deals. You'll be building trust, keeping clients active and doing what's required of them, and naturally guiding them from one stage of our process to the next. This includes, but is not limited to: * Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the fulfillment team, keeping communication clear, consistent, and on-brand. * Onboard new clients and make sure they understand exactly what's required of them and what to expect. * Proactively follow up with clients to keep them engaged, responsive, and taking the actions needed to get results (documents submitted, accounts current, disputes actioned, etc.). * Deliver updates on client progress in a way that builds trust and keeps momentum, even when the news isn't all good. * Identify when a client is ready for the next stage of the journey (whether it includes credit help or funding help) and set the stage for that conversation. * Introduce and set appointments for clients who are a fit for our services and offers. * Track client status, notes, and communication accurately inside our CRM and platform tools. * Flag at-risk or disengaged clients early so the team can intervene before it becomes a bigger issue. * Provide front-line customer service, answering client questions and looping in the right team member when something needs deeper expertise. What's The Compensation & Hours? We generally work 9am - 5pm PST. We're looking to bring on the right person on a part-time hourly basis to start, with room to grow as you prove yourself and take on more responsibility for full-time. The pay will be based on experience and include opportunities to increase. Who Are We? We're a fast-growing credit and funding company that helps everyday people with their credit profiles and funding, whether that's funding to buy a house, car, get back on their feet, or business funding to build something meaningful. Who Exactly Are We Looking For? We're looking for someone with: * Previous experience in customer success, client relations, appointment setting, or a similar client-facing role * Strong verbal and written communication skills, you know how to be warm and human without losing authority * The ability to manage and stay on top of a high volume of client relationships at once * Comfort with CRM systems and client management platforms (we'll train you on ours) * A natural instinct for when to push a client gently and when to just listen * Some familiarity or willingness to learn credit repair, credit building, and business funding basics As Important As The Above Things Are, Does This Sound Like You? You genuinely care about the people you talk to. You don't see clients as a number, you see them as people whose financial life you're supporting, and that means something to you. You take ownership. When a client goes quiet or a task doesn't get done, you don't wait to be told, you follow up and figure out why. You're a natural connector. You can see the bigger picture of where a client could go next, and you're not afraid to bring that up with them at the right time. You keep your word. If you tell a client you'll follow up Thursday, you follow up Thursday. If you tell the team you'll flag something, you flag it. You're coachable. You don't know everything about credit repair or funding yet, and that's fine, you're willing to learn quickly and take feedback without ego. You stay steady under pressure. Not every update to a client is good news, and you know how to deliver hard truths without losing their trust. If this sounds like you, then you may be exactly who we're looking for. A Few Things To Consider... This is a remote role, so you'll want to be comfortable working with tools like Slack, GHL (GoHighLevel), phone softwares, and our industry specific platforms. You don't need to be a credit or funding expert before you apply. But you will be expected to learn the fundamentals quickly and represent our process with confidence and accuracy. If you're reading this and thinking "this is absolutely me," let us know. And even if you're thinking "this could be me," reach out anyway, we've found some of our best people come from backgrounds we didn't expect. PLEASE NOTE: If you're selected for an interview, we'll reach out within 24-48 hours to the email address you provide with next steps.

We’re a high-ticket landscape and outdoor living construction company in Tucson, AZ. We’re hiring one engineer to build the automation backbone for our lead intake, follow-up, scheduling, and marketing reporting.
What we’re building • Lead intake from web forms, Gmail, Google Business Profile, and phone into one clean pipeline with source attribution and no duplicates • Sub-2-minute automated first response, 24/7 • Follow-up sequences: unscheduled leads, post-estimate close, and dormant database reactivation • Consult scheduling, reminders, and no-show recovery • Two-platform sync — GoHighLevel for conversations and follow-up, HouseCall Pro for estimates, jobs, and scheduling • Read-only reporting pulling Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Business Profile, call tracking, and CRM into one weekly brief • Draft-generation workflows for SEO/AEO/GEO content and Business Profile posts — humans publish, always Stack n8n (self-hosted or our cloud account), GoHighLevel, HouseCall Pro, Google Ads / GA4 / Search Console / Business Profile APIs, Gmail, and an LLM API for classification and drafting. What we are NOT building — read before bidding We are not buying autonomous AI agents that run our marketing unsupervised. Every public-facing output gets human approval. No autonomous ad spend changes. No AI committing to prices or dates. If your pitch is built around a fully autonomous agent swarm, we’re not a fit. We want reliability, auditability, and clean error handling over cleverness. Requirements • 3+ production automation systems still running, with contactable references • Production n8n or equivalent experience • GoHighLevel build experience, including sync with an outside CRM • Google Ads / GA4 / Search Console / Business Profile API experience • Field-service CRM integration (HouseCall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, or similar) • Production LLM API work with prompt versioning and cost control • Working knowledge of US TCPA / CAN-SPAM rules for SMS and email Terms Fixed price, paid per milestone against written acceptance criteria. Not hourly. We own every account, all code, workflows, and prompts. Nothing runs inside a contractor-controlled agency account. NDA required. 30-day post-launch defect warranty. To apply Answer all screening questions — proposals that skip them won’t be reviewed. We’ll send the full scope document to shortlisted candidates. Client's questions:

Hostinger Website Redesign + HighLevel A2P and Phone Setup
I have an existing website for St Albert Physio and Lymphatic Centre in St. Albert, Alberta: https://stalbertphysioclinic.com/ I need one experienced person to handle the website cleanup and redesign, HighLevel Chat Widget and A2P setup, and HighLevel phone number issue as one complete project. 1. Website redesign and cleanup Please review the existing website first rather than deleting everything. I want a professional, modern physiotherapy clinic website with a clean structure similar in quality to established physiotherapy websites. Please: Fix layout and alignment issues Fix spelling and grammar mistakes Improve desktop, tablet, and mobile responsiveness Improve fonts, spacing, buttons, images, and overall consistency Clean up the navigation Check all links and buttons Make the website look professional and trustworthy Improve the homepage structure Keep useful existing content Review the existing Lymphedema and Lipedema pages because they contain important service information Preserve useful service pages where appropriate Do not delete pages simply to reduce the website to five pages If pages should be combined, explain which ones and why Keep the existing domain: stalbertphysioclinic.com Keep the existing booking system and booking links Keep the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service Make sure the final website works properly on desktop, tablet, and mobile The main navigation can potentially be simplified to: Home | About | Services | FAQ | Contact | Book Online Individual service pages can remain underneath the Services section if they are useful for patients and SEO. 2. HighLevel Chat Widget and A2P setup I am using HighLevel for SMS and have already created the pre-built A2P Chat Widget. HighLevel's compliance checker currently reports: Lead Connector chat widget is not integrated on your website. It also reports: Multiple Opt-ins. A form collecting phone numbers or SMS contact information was detected on a page where the chat widget is embedded. Please: Correctly install the HighLevel and LeadConnector Chat Widget Make sure the widget is installed on the appropriate pages Make sure HighLevel's compliance checker can detect the widget Find and remove or resolve any conflicting SMS opt-in forms Make the Chat Widget the appropriate SMS opt-in method Verify the SMS consent disclosure Verify Privacy Policy and Terms links Re-run the HighLevel website compliance check Help complete the A2P registration Make sure the use case, opt-in method, and sample messages are consistent If the registration is rejected, help identify and correct the reason for rejection The HighLevel widget is already configured in my account. Please use the existing widget rather than creating an unnecessary replacement. The widget displays SMS consent information including message and data rates, message frequency, Terms, Privacy Policy, HELP, and STOP instructions. The legal company name used in the widget is DURAI BABU CORP., while the public-facing clinic name is St Albert Physio and Lymphatic Centre. Please preserve the correct legal and business information and do not change it without confirmation. 3. HighLevel phone number and caller ID issue The HighLevel phone number currently shows as Spam or Spam Likely when making outbound calls. Please: Investigate why the number is being labeled as spam Check caller ID and reputation configuration Check whether CNAM or other caller ID registration is applicable Check SHAKEN and STIR or equivalent requirements where applicable Determine whether the existing number has a poor reputation or history Recommend whether the existing number should be kept or replaced Configure the number correctly for legitimate clinic calls Explain any additional carrier, phone number, or registration costs before making changes Please do not simply purchase a new phone number without first investigating the existing number. 4. Important requirements Do not delete the current website before the new version is completed and approved Keep a backup of the current website Keep the existing domain Preserve useful service pages and SEO content where possible Do not remove Lymphedema or Lipedema content without discussing it first Do not give me a new domain unless there is a specific reason Do not change legal business information without confirmation Do not give me a temporary or demo website as the final product Test the final website on desktop, tablet, and mobile Test all important links, booking buttons, phone links, and the Chat Widget Test the HighLevel A2P compliance checker before considering the job complete 5. Fixed price and project details I am looking for one experienced person to handle the complete project, not separate people for each part. Please provide: Your total fixed price Exactly what is included Estimated completion time Whether A2P registration and submission are included Whether fixing an A2P rejection is included Whether the phone number spam issue is included Any additional HighLevel, carrier, phone number, or registration fees What access you need from me Please do not delete or replace the existing website until I approve the new version. My preferred budget is approximately 450 to 500 USD for the complete project. If you believe the scope requires more, please explain exactly why in your proposal.

We are hiring an experienced U.S. real estate wholesaling and acquisitions specialist who understands how to take distressed-property opportunities from lead generation through contract and disposition.
This is not an entry-level role. Please apply only if you have direct experience with real estate wholesaling and can explain deals you have personally helped move through the pipeline. Responsibilities You should be able to handle or directly support: * Distressed-property lead generation * Building targeted seller lists * Skip tracing and verifying owner information * Cold calling and SMS/text outreach * Lead qualification and seller follow-up * Speaking with motivated and distressed property owners * Property underwriting * Pulling comps and determining ARV * Estimating repairs and evaluating deal profitability * Calculating MAO and potential wholesale spread * Seller negotiations * Acquisitions and getting properties under contract * Maintaining an organized follow-up pipeline/CRM * Disposition support and cash-buyer outreach * Supporting transactions through closing * Identifying when an opportunity may be better suited for a wholesale assignment, fix-and-flip, rental/investment purchase, or future development opportunity Our primary focus is finding profitable distressed-property opportunities, including foreclosures/pre-foreclosures, probate, liens, tax-delinquent properties, vacant properties, absentee owners and other motivated-seller situations. Who We Want We want someone who already understands the U.S. wholesaling process: Lead Generation → Contact → Qualification → Underwriting → Offer → Negotiation → Contract → Disposition → Closing You should be comfortable working independently while coordinating with an existing lead-generation/business-development team. We are specifically looking for someone who can bring real estate expertise and execution, not duplicate general lead-generation work. To Apply Please answer the following directly: 1. How many years of U.S. real estate wholesaling/acquisition experience do you have? 2. How many wholesale deals have you personally helped get under contract and close? 3. Which parts of the process do you personally handle: lead generation, cold calling, underwriting, acquisitions, dispositions and transaction support? 4. What lead sources, skip-tracing tools, dialers and CRMs have you used? 5. How do you calculate ARV and MAO? 6. What results would you realistically expect to produce within the first 30, 60 and 90 days? 7. How soon would you realistically expect a properly funded operation to begin generating revenue? 8. Please provide examples of previous wholesaling/acquisition results you can verify. We are looking for a long-term relationship with someone who knows how to execute and produce measurable results. Strong performance can lead to expansion .

Build & Hand Over Systems That Replace Manual Marketing Ops

We are hiring one automation engineer, and we are hiring selectively. Read the questions at the end before applying they are the actual filter.
We are an AI-first venture studio. We build and operate our own portfolio rather than servicing clients: consumer D2C brands and B2B SaaS products across several markets. Creative, funnels, tracking, media buying and the automation layer all sit in house. Here is the honest version of what we want. A traditional operation at our volume would need a marketing department of around forty people analysts pulling reports, editors renaming files, coordinators chasing approvals, assistants moving data between six tools, someone manually reviewing every asset before it goes live. We do not want to hire those forty people. We want the systems that make most of them unnecessary, and we want the engineer who can see where those systems go before we ask. Two ways to work with us One — build with us ongoing. Hourly, long-term, 30+ hours a week, direct access to the founder and no client-services layer in between. You design and build the automation layer across the portfolio: creative production pipelines, media buying operations, voice and chat agents that handle real conversations, and internal systems that turn scattered messages into tracked work. Then the unglamorous half monitoring, error handling, retries, alerting, and documentation good enough that it survives you being on holiday. Two — hand over what you have already built. This is a real part of what we are looking for, so do not skip it. If you already own working automations, we will buy them on a fixed-price basis: you hand over the build, we pay for it, you implement and document it in our environment. Bring your inventory. We are equally happy for you to take something strong from a public or open-source resource and implement it properly for us we care that it works and that you understand it well enough to maintain it, not that you wrote every line from scratch. Tell us what you have, what it does, and what you want for it. What we need technically Not just no-code workflow tools. n8n is useful and we use it, but a large part of this role is server-side: standing things up on your own infrastructure, self-hosting, managing environments and secrets, keeping services alive and monitored. If your entire experience lives inside a hosted workflow builder's UI, this is not the right fit. And someone who writes code. We are explicit about this because we have hired the alternative. If your process is describing what you want to an AI chat window and shipping whatever comes back, you can produce something impressive that fails quietly three weeks later on security, scale, or an edge case nobody tested. We use AI heavily ourselves and we expect you to but we need someone who can open the code, read it, and tell us why it will break. We are deliberately not listing our stack in detail. Show us what you use and why. Who this is for Someone genuinely obsessed with this field. Not "keeping up with AI" the way everyone writes on a CV. The kind of person who reads release notes and repos for fun, and who shows up on Monday saying there is a new model, a new node, a new approach, we should test this before our competitors do. In this field what worked last week is obsolete this week, and we need to hear it from you rather than tell it to you. Someone who understands the business, not just the tooling. Our previous automators built things nobody used. They waited for specifications instead of asking what the actual problem was, and quoted three days for work our non-technical founder finished in one. If you need a ticket before you can start, this will not work. Someone fast. Genuinely fast, not "I work efficiently" fast. Speed is the entire point of the role. How the hiring works We are AI-first, so our first interview is conducted by an AI voice agent, not a person. It asks technical follow-ups based on what you actually say, it checks claims against the web in real time, and it is deliberately hard. A human reads every transcript. Most people find it uncomfortable. If that already sounds like a reason not to apply, this is not your role. For the ongoing track we start with one paid scoped build rather than a long contract on day one. You tell us what access you need, you build one thing, we review the code. It goes both ways — you see how we work before committing. To apply Skip the cover letter template. Answer these four, briefly and specifically: Describe the most complex automation you have built. What did it do, how many runs a day did it handle, what did it cost to run per month, and what broke first? Which working automations do you already own and could hand over to us? List them with a one-line description and a fixed price for each. Confirm you have the right to transfer them. Describe something you have self-hosted and maintained yourself. What was the stack, where did it run, and what broke? Something you tested in the last month that we have probably not heard of a model, a repo, a technique. One or two sentences on why it matters.

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel and Google Ads specialist to help us audit, improve, and better utilize our current systems.
We are a small, family-owned Florida modular and tiny home builder based in Florida. I manage much of our marketing internally, including GoHighLevel, our Wix website, lead forms, and Google paid search campaigns. I have a working knowledge of these tools, but I’m not an expert, and I want to make sure we are investing our marketing dollars effectively. Our primary need is a thorough review of our GoHighLevel account. We would like someone to evaluate how our workflows are currently set up, identify anything that is missing or inefficient, make recommended updates, and advise us on additional automations and features we should be using. Our secondary need is help reviewing our Google paid search campaigns. I originally set them up, but I feel they may have become stale. Most importantly, I need reliable conversion tracking so we can understand which marketing efforts are generating real leads and inquiries. Our website is built on Wix, and we are transitioning our forms into GoHighLevel, so I have had trouble getting the tracking and attribution configured correctly. The deliverables we are looking for include: Review our existing GoHighLevel workflows and make any necessary improvements. Recommend and help implement useful GoHighLevel automations for lead follow-up, nurturing, internal notifications, pipeline management, and other relevant functions. Review our current Google paid search account and campaign structure. Identify and make necessary campaign improvements, including keyword strategy, ads, budgets, targeting, and conversion tracking. Help configure effective tracking between Google Ads, our Wix website, and GoHighLevel forms so we can better measure lead sources and marketing ROI. Provide guidance and training so we understand what is being changed and can manage the system more confidently going forward. We are not looking to hire a full-service agency or outsource everything long term. We are looking for an experienced advisor/consultant who can help us get the foundation right, improve what is already in place, and provide support when needed.

We are a bilingual legal-services business seeking a senior GoHighLevel CRM and automation expert to assume long-term technical responsibility for an existing production environment.
We own and control the current GoHighLevel sub-account. This is not an account-recovery or account-transfer project. We are transitioning from a previous service provider and need an independent specialist to verify the current implementation, preserve what works, correct or rebuild what does not, document the complete system and provide ongoing maintenance. This is not primarily a funnel-building, landing-page, advertising or virtual-assistant position. We need someone who understands GoHighLevel as an operating system for a service business. CURRENT ENVIRONMENT The environment may include: • GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, forms, calendars, opportunities, tags and custom fields • Bilingual English/Spanish customer journeys • Zapier automations, APIs and webhooks • Aircall and telephony-related processes • Email and SMS communications • Appointment scheduling and reminders • Payment-related workflows • Voice AI and after-hours call handling • Internal assignments, notifications and follow-up tasks The account is active and in production. Changes must be carefully controlled to avoid disruption, duplicate communications, lost leads or incorrect payment and scheduling actions. STAGED ENGAGEMENT Stage 1 — Access, Control and Continuity Baseline • Confirm the company’s control of relevant accounts, integrations and assets • Inventory users, permissions, workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, fields and integrations • Identify immediate continuity, security and operational risks • Establish backup, change-control, testing and rollback procedures • Make no significant production changes during this stage without written approval Stage 2 — Independent Technical Audit and Roadmap • Verify which existing processes actually work • Identify broken, duplicate, conflicting, incomplete or undocumented workflows • Review Zapier, webhooks, telephony, payment, email and calendar dependencies • Classify relevant components as Preserve, Correct, Rebuild, Replace, Retire or Create • Prepare a prioritized implementation roadmap, hours estimate and preliminary QA test matrix The initial contract will be limited to a paid 6–8 hour discovery covering Stages 1 and 2. There is no commitment beyond the discovery. Stage 3 — Critical Stabilization If the discovery is satisfactory, the engagement may be extended to: • Correct urgent lead-intake, assignment, appointment, communication and payment problems • Prevent duplicate triggers, messages, opportunities, appointments and actions • Add appropriate monitoring, failure alerts and rollback procedures • Preserve functioning components whenever practical Stage 4 — Rebuild and Implementation • Rebuild defective, incomplete or missing workflows • Implement approved bilingual customer journeys • Improve CRM architecture, pipelines, tags, fields and automation logic • Test integrations, normal scenarios and edge cases • Complete a controlled rollout without interrupting production Stage 5 — Documentation and Training • Complete system and asset inventory • Current-state and final-state architecture diagrams • Workflow-by-workflow documentation • QA test matrix and test results • SOPs for recurring operations • Loom walkthroughs • Internal-team training Stage 6 — Ongoing Maintenance After implementation, we expect to retain the selected specialist for monitoring, troubleshooting, updates and continuous improvement. EXPECTED ENGAGEMENT • Initial discovery: 6–8 hours • Estimated full engagement: approximately 60–100 hours • Expected implementation period: approximately three to five weeks • Initial availability needed: approximately 15–25 hours per week • Ongoing maintenance after implementation • At least two working hours overlapping with US Pacific Time The final implementation hours and priorities will be confirmed only after the initial discovery. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Advanced GoHighLevel experience • Proven experience taking over, auditing or cleaning up an existing GHL account • Strong knowledge of workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, custom fields and permissions • Experience with Zapier, APIs and webhooks • Understanding of telephony, call routing, SMS and Voice AI • Strong production QA, duplicate-prevention and error-handling practices • Ability to create clear SOPs, diagrams and technical documentation • Fluent professional English • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results • Strong communication and availability for recurring progress updates Spanish and Aircall experience are preferred but are not mandatory. SECURITY AND WORKING METHOD The selected specialist will receive an individual authorized user account after the contract begins. Shared credentials will not be provided. During the initial discovery, the specialist may inspect the environment but may not, without prior written approval: • Delete assets • Publish or activate workflows • Load snapshots • Change integrations • Modify live customer communications • Export customer information • Use real customers for testing We expect concise written progress updates, clear identification of blockers and documentation of all approved changes. HOW TO APPLY Begin your proposal with the words “CONTROLLED TAKEOVER” and answer the following questions: 1. Describe an existing GoHighLevel account you personally took over, audited or rebuilt. What condition was it in? 2. What would you inspect before making any production changes? 3. How do you identify duplicate or conflicting workflows? 4. How would you test an active production system without using real customers? 5. What information and functionality does a GoHighLevel snapshot not preserve or transfer? 6. Describe your experience with Zapier, APIs, webhooks, telephony, payments and Voice AI. 7. Provide an anonymized example of an SOP, system diagram, asset inventory or QA test matrix you personally prepared. 8. What exactly would you deliver during the first 6–8 hours? 9. State your hourly rate, time zone, weekly availability and earliest starting date. 10. Confirm whether you personally will perform the work or whether any portion will be delegated to an agency or another team member. Generic proposals focused mainly on funnels, websites, advertising or lead generation will not be considered.
