Hi, I’m looking for an experienced Shopify freelancer to build and fully set up a complete e-commerce store for my brand, Cheetah. We will initially have around 10 products and expect to grow to a maximum of around 20-25. I want the store to be clean, professional, fast, and easy for us to manage after launch. The project should include complete Shopify store design and setup, product pages and collections, online checkout and payment processing, Instagram and social media integration, quantity-based pricing tiers, for example10,30, 50 units, ambassador or referral program with a unique discount code for each ambassador, automatic tracking of sales by each ambassador, automatic calculation of ambassador commissions, and clear reporting or dashboard. QuickBooks integration, ideally with automatic invoice creation and sync of orders, customers, payments, and sales, shipping and fulfillment configuration, basic SEO and analytics setup, mobile optimization, complete testing before launch. I also want to integrate an AI-powered technical support or customer service assistant into the site. It should be able to answer customer questions, about our products, technical specs, product selection, applications, shipping, orders, and other FAQs. Ideally, we should be able to train or update it with our own product information. Please recommend the best Shopify-compatible AI solution and list its setup and ongoing monthly costs. I prefer Shopify’s native functionality where possible, and reliable apps where needed. Please quote this as a fixed-price turnkey project, including setup, configuration, testing, and launch. In your proposal, please specify your total fixed price, estimated time, which Shopify theme you recommend, which apps for quantity discounts, which app for the ambassador or commission system, how you would integrate QuickBooks, which AI support solution you recommend, all monthly app or subscription costs after launch, and whether training and post-launch support are included. Please also send 2-3 examples of similar Shopify stores you’ve built. Thank you.

Hi, I have an existing React/Next.js website that needs some improvements and better content management, and I'm looking for someone experienced with React and headless CMS integrations.
Here's what I need: Headless CMS integration — connect the existing frontend to a suitable Wordpress CMS so I can manage things like pages, sections, images, and other content without needing to edit the code every time. API / data integration — connect the required APIs and make sure content is being fetched, updated, and displayed correctly throughout the application. UI improvements — there are a few existing screens and components that need visual and UX improvements, including spacing, responsiveness, layouts, and general consistency. Frontend refinements — clean up any existing React/Next.js issues and make sure the implementation remains fast, responsive, and maintainable. Developer-friendly setup — I want the CMS and frontend structured properly so it's easy to continue adding and managing content later. The existing frontend is already underway, so I don't need someone to build an entire application from scratch. The main goal is to improve what's already there, integrate the CMS/API layer properly, and leave everything working reliably. Please share examples of similar React/Next.js, API, or headless CMS work you've done. I'm looking for someone who can understand an existing codebase and make clean, practical improvements rather than overcomplicate things. The project involves implementing CMS-driven content, connecting the required APIs, improving the existing UI, and ensuring everything remains responsive and easy to manage. The frontend is already underway, so the focus is on clean integration and targeted improvements rather than building everything from scratch. Skills: PHP, JavaScript, Website Design, CSS, HTML, Node.js, React.js, API, Frontend Development, Front-end Design

UPWORK JOB POSTING
WordPress Developer: Migrate a Law Firm Site Off Agency Infrastructure and Build a Reusable Page Template I run a small family law firm in Charleston, South Carolina. Our website has been built and hosted by a marketing agency for several years, and I am bringing it back under our own control. This is a one-time, fixed-price project, not a retainer. There are two jobs: make us independent, then make our site something my staff can actually publish to. There is a small on-call arrangement available afterwards if we work well together, described below, but I am hiring for this project on its own merits. The deadline: Our agency agreement ends on 30 November 2026. DNS and hosting have to be off their infrastructure before that date, with verification time built in beforehand rather than a scramble at the end. Working backwards, I want DNS moved in October and hosting migrated by mid November. The page template and redirect work can land after that. If your timeline cannot meet those dates, say so in your proposal and tell me what you would need. I would rather hear it now than in November. Where things stand • WordPress, roughly 40 pages plus a blog archive of about 174 posts. Rank Math for SEO. Currently on the agency’s server. • The domain is at GoDaddy and I control it. The nameservers point at the agency, and our Google Workspace MX records live in their DNS zone. That is the part that concerns me most. • The site is built with Oxygen Builder. Pages hold no content in WordPress at all, so the block editor shows an empty canvas on any page. Pasted HTML is converted to native blocks on save, and wrapper divs, class attributes and style blocks are discarded in the process. This is the central technical problem in the project and the reason the template matters. • Styling is currently done through Appearance, Customize, Additional CSS, with rules scoped to individual post IDs. That is the situation I am trying to end. • Two Google Tag Manager containers are live and I do not know which one is the agency’s or what is deployed inside it. • Around 56 articles exist at two web addresses each, left over from an earlier platform migration that was never redirected. • Our call tracking number was transferred into an account we own in September. The number-swap script on the site was installed by the agency and I believe it sits in their tag manager container, which means it will stop working when that container is removed. • I will hold the Oxygen Builder licence in the firm’s name before work starts. Scope 1. Full DNS audit and documentation before anything is touched. 2. Move DNS to Cloudflare or GoDaddy, recreating the zone exactly: same A record, same Google MX records, same SPF and verification TXT records. The site and email must keep working with no interruption and no visible change. 3. Migrate WordPress to a new managed host. Kinsta, Flywheel or Rocket.net, and I am open to your recommendation. Preserve URLs, redirects, metadata and schema. 4. Build one reusable page template in Oxygen carrying our page styling: callout boxes, pull quotes, a numbered process list, an FAQ layout and a portrait hero. Acceptance test for this item is below. 5. Reinstall dynamic number insertion for our call tracking under our own account, so it keeps working after the agency’s tag manager container is removed. Identify which container is theirs and document what is in it before anything is deleted. 6. Implement 301 redirects for the roughly 56 duplicated articles. 7. Diagnose why the site ranks about eleven positions worse on desktop than on mobile. 8. A written account handover naming every account, who holds it, and anything that still requires the old agency. 9. A written publishing guide, separate from the account handover, covering how to publish a new page and a new post using the template. Written for a non-developer, with screenshots. See the acceptance test. The acceptance test for the template A member of my staff who is comfortable in the WordPress dashboard, and who does not write code, should be able to publish a fully styled page and a fully styled blog post using your template and your written guide, working unaided, on her first attempt. That is the standard the template is measured against, not whether it renders correctly when you use it. She is the person who will run this weekly after you have gone, so if part of the process needs a developer, I need to know which part and why before we close the project. What is not in scope I write all of our content in-house and we publish it in-house. I do not need content, strategy, keyword research or marketing, and I am not looking for anyone to review the writing. Those offers are the reason most proposals will not get read. What I am looking for • A WordPress developer who is comfortable with DNS and migrations and who understands SEO well enough not to break rankings. Not a marketer. • Real Oxygen Builder experience, and a view on whether we should stay on it. I am not attached to it. If your recommendation is to move off it, tell me what that costs and what it risks, and price it as an option rather than assuming it. • You have done an agency-to-client migration before and can talk me through one. • You understand that breaking email is worse than breaking the website. This is a law firm. Client mail cannot silently stop. • You work in defined stages with verification between them, not one large cutover on a Friday afternoon. • You will tell me plainly when something in my plan is wrong. Compensation Fixed price for the whole project. Propose your number and a timeline against the dates above. I would rather pay properly once for careful work than get a bargain and spend six months discovering what broke. If it is cleaner to split this into a paid discovery phase and then implementation, I am open to that, provided discovery still leaves room to move DNS in October. Afterwards I want a small on-call arrangement rather than a full retainer: WordPress and plugin updates, uptime and Core Web Vitals monitoring, and a defined response window when something breaks. Publishing is handled in-house and is not part of it. Quote that separately from the project, either as a modest monthly figure or hourly with a minimum. Tell me what your response window actually is, including what happens on a weekend. How to apply Three things, please. 1. Describe a migration you have done off an agency’s infrastructure. What went wrong, and how did you catch it? 2. Our site is built in Oxygen, so pages hold no WordPress content and pasted HTML loses its wrapper divs and style blocks on save. How would you build a template that lets someone with no code experience publish a styled page in that setup, and what would you not be able to make work? 3. Your fixed price and timeline for the project, and your separate number for the on-call arrangement. Please skip the general web development pitch. I will read the three answers.

I already have a lightweight Chrome extension that takes a list of names from Excel, lets me tweak the list, and then spits out a plain-text draft I can paste anywhere. I now need one extra step: after the draft appears, I want to trigger an additional action with a single click.
There is currently no button in the interface for this, so your task starts with adding one. Once the button is in place I’ll walk you through the exact JavaScript logic it should run—nothing complex, and all within the standard Chrome extension APIs. If you’re comfortable navigating manifest files, popup scripts, and background messaging, this should be a quick tweak. Deliverable • Updated extension code (popup HTML/CSS/JS and any background or content scripts) that introduces the new button and wires it to a function stub we can expand together. I’ll supply the existing source as soon as we begin. Looking forward to a fast, clean update. My Laravel app already runs smoothly; now it needs to look as polished as it feels. I want every Blade view refreshed with a professional, modern color scheme that complements my logo, uses flat-design elements, and feels “modern and nice” across desktop and mobile.
Here’s what I’d like to see delivered: • Re-styled Blade templates and SCSS/CSS with a coherent palette and clear visual hierarchy • Responsive spacing and grid tweaks so large screens breathe and small screens remain intuitive • Consistent typography: clean, legible pairings plus harmonised heading scales • New or curated hero images and section photos that fit the brand story—no more generic stock shots • Accessibility-minded contrast and semantic markup, all tested for fast load times • Work done on a dedicated Git staging branch and submitted via pull request for review Flat design is my primary aesthetic, but I’m flexible on specific hues or accents as long as the result reads contemporary and professional. If this sounds like the kind of UI facelift you enjoy crafting, let’s make the interface as impressive as the code underneath. Senior Web Designer / Developer Needed – B2B Legal Case Acquisition Website on Cloudflare
We are looking for an experienced web designer/developer to build a high-converting website for Premier Case Network, a B2B company serving personal injury attorneys and law firms. This is NOT a consumer-facing accident website. The entire purpose of the site is to attract personal injury law firms that want to grow their practice, increase signed case volume, and expand without necessarily building a larger internal marketing and intake operation. What Premier Case Network Does Premier Case Network helps personal injury firms acquire more qualified cases through several different partnership models. Rather than offering one fixed service, attorneys can choose the level of support that makes the most sense for their firm. We currently envision three primary programs: Program A – Firm-Funded Growth The law firm funds the marketing campaign. Premier Case Network handles the marketing strategy, lead generation and campaign execution. Because the firm is paying the marketing costs, the economics are structured so the firm retains the greatest benefit from the cases generated. This option is designed for established firms that have the capital and infrastructure to aggressively grow their caseload. Program B – Premier-Funded Case Acquisition Premier Case Network funds the marketing. The law firm does not have to risk significant upfront advertising capital. Because Premier Case Network is taking on the marketing expense and risk, the cost per delivered case is higher. This model is designed for firms that want to increase case volume without tying up substantial capital in advertising. Program C – Fully Managed Case Acquisition This is our most comprehensive program. Premier Case Network funds the marketing AND provides the back-end intake and case acquisition infrastructure. This may include: Initial lead response Qualification Follow-up Intake Document collection Retainer coordination CRM management Ongoing lead nurturing Additional administrative work necessary to move a qualified prospect toward becoming a signed client The objective is to allow a law firm to grow its caseload without hiring additional internal employees simply to manage the increased lead volume. This is the highest-cost case acquisition option because Premier Case Network is providing both the marketing capital and the operational infrastructure. Core Website Message The website needs to communicate something similar to: Grow Your Personal Injury Practice Without Building a Bigger Marketing Department. or: Choose How You Grow. We Supply the Cases, Marketing and Infrastructure. or: More Signed Cases. Your Choice of How We Get You There. The website should immediately make attorneys understand that Premier Case Network is not simply another company selling leads. We are offering law firms a scalable case acquisition system with multiple ways to structure the relationship depending on their capital, staff and growth objectives. Target Audience The primary audience includes: Personal injury attorneys Managing partners Law firm owners COOs Marketing directors Intake directors Firms looking to expand geographically Firms with unused case-handling capacity Firms that want additional signed MVA cases Website Objectives The website should cause the attorney to think: “This could allow me to grow my practice without taking on all the marketing risk and overhead myself.” Primary calls to action may include: See Which Program Fits Your Firm Schedule a Growth Consultation Request Case Availability Discuss Monthly Case Volume Explore Our Partnership Models Recommended Website Sections We expect the site to include sections/pages such as: Homepage How Premier Case Network Works Our Three Partnership Models Case Types Available Markets For Growing PI Firms Intake & Qualification Why Premier Case Network Frequently Asked Questions About Us Schedule a Consultation Three-Program Comparison One of the most important components of the website will be a visual comparison of the three programs. The visitor should easily understand the tradeoff between: Marketing Investment Risk Cost Per Case Operational Support Internal Staffing Required Scalability For example: Partnership Model Marketing Paid By PCN Handles Marketing PCN Handles Intake / Back End Relative Case Cost Firm-Funded Law Firm Yes Optional / Limited Lowest Premier-Funded Premier Case Network Yes Limited Higher Fully Managed Premier Case Network Yes Yes Highest The presentation should make it easy for a law firm owner to determine which solution best matches their business. Design Direction We will provide several existing websites in the legal marketing / case acquisition industry that we like. We want the developer to study: Their messaging Page structure Calls to action Credibility elements Conversion strategy Offer presentation We are NOT looking to copy another company's intellectual property or website. We want to take the strongest ideas from the industry and create something cleaner, more credible, easier to understand and more effective at converting attorneys into sales conversations. Technical Requirements The website should be built using a modern architecture and deployed using Cloudflare. We are open to technologies such as: Cloudflare Pages Cloudflare Workers React Next.js Astro Other modern frameworks The final site should be: Very fast Mobile responsive Secure SEO friendly Easy to update Easy to expand Designed for paid traffic Designed for future landing pages Free from unnecessary plugin bloat CRM / Marketing Integrations Developer should be comfortable integrating: GoHighLevel CRM forms Calendars Webhooks Google Analytics Google Tag Manager LinkedIn Insight Tag Meta Pixel Google Ads tracking Call tracking Twilio if needed Conversion Experience Is Important We strongly prefer a developer who understands high-ticket B2B conversion. Relevant experience includes: Legal marketing Lead generation SaaS High-ticket B2B services Financial services Insurance Consulting Marketing agencies The site should be designed to sell a business relationship worth potentially tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars—not a $99 product. What We Will Provide We will provide: Brand direction Logos Domain Business model Competitor/reference websites Program details Case types Geographic markets CRM requirements Feedback and approvals Please Include in Your Proposal Three websites you personally built. B2B conversion websites you have built. Any legal or lead-generation experience. Your experience with Cloudflare. Your recommended technology stack. How you would present the three Premier Case Network programs. How you would improve conversion compared with competing legal marketing websites. Estimated cost to complete the project. Estimated development schedule. Whether you personally perform the work or subcontract it. Start your proposal with: PREMIER CASE READY Proposals that do not begin with those words may not be reviewed. Long-Term Opportunity If the project goes well, additional work may include: WreckWire website New landing pages Market-specific attorney pages Paid advertising funnels A/B testing CRM integrations Marketing automation AI intake systems Additional legal case acquisition brands We are looking for a developer who could potentially become a long-term partner.

Hi Igor,
I’m looking for an experienced Bubble developer to help me build the MVP of a SaaS platform called SuiteSync, a salon suite and booth rental management application designed specifically for salon owners and independent beauty professionals. As a beauty business owner myself, I’ve identified a need for a centralized platform that allows salon and suite owners to manage their renters without relying on spreadsheets, text messages, payment screenshots, and paper agreements. The initial MVP would include: • Owner and renter accounts with separate dashboards • Multiple properties, suites/booths, and renter profiles • Weekly, biweekly, and monthly rent tracking • Payment history and outstanding balances • Automatic late-fee calculations and rent reminders • Stripe integration for rent payments and SaaS subscriptions • Digital rental agreements/document storage • Violation and incident documentation • Professional notice generation for late rent, policy violations, termination, etc. • Renter portal for payments, agreements, notices, and maintenance requests • Responsive design optimized for desktop and mobile • Secure role-based access so renters can only view their own information I already have a much more detailed feature specification and vision for the platform that I can provide once we begin discussing the project. My goal is to launch a polished but lean MVP first, begin acquiring paying salon/suite owners, collect feedback, and then continue developing additional features in future phases rather than overbuilding Version 1. I’m particularly interested in working with you because of your experience with Bubble SaaS applications, Stripe integrations, dashboards, APIs, and database architecture. Before moving forward, I’d like to discuss: 1. Your recommended MVP scope 2. Estimated development timeline 3. Fixed-price estimate for the MVP 4. What would be included in that price 5. Your approach to Stripe subscriptions and renter rent payments 6. Post-launch bug support/revisions 7. Whether the app can later be expanded into native iOS/Android apps 8. Confirmation that I will retain full ownership of the Bubble application, database, design, and intellectual property upon completion I’m looking for someone who can not only develop what I request but also provide guidance when there may be a more efficient or scalable way to accomplish something. If this project sounds like a good fit, I’d love to discuss it further and receive your recommendations and estimate. Thank you!

Hi Upworkers !
Are you the superstar or growing Australian business is looking for ?? What you'll do (week to week) Generate and publish new websites using Claude AI. Your job is to configure the site (phone, domain, suburbs, services), regenerate, spot-check the output, and ship it. Upload sites to SiteGround via File Manager or SFTP. Configure email accounts, PHP form handlers and folder-per-page URL structures. Set up Cloudflare in front of each new domain: DNS, SSL, caching rules, WAF basics, page rules where needed. Submit sitemaps to Google Search Console, verify domains, monitor indexing status weekly and flag issues. Edit and republish existing sites as I make copy, offer or contact-detail changes. Turnaround: same day for small edits. QA every build before it goes live: forms actually submit, phone numbers dial correctly, all pages load, mobile view is clean, no broken links. Optimise images (resize, compress, WebP conversion) before publishing. Local suburb research for new areas: neighbouring suburbs, coastal exposure, housing character — feeds into the site's programmatic pages. Maintain a simple site tracker (Google Sheet): domain, hosting login, launch date, last edited, GSC status per site. Report weekly: what shipped, what's blocked, indexing wins, anything odd. Required skills 2+ years hands-on web work — WordPress, static HTML, or comparable. You've published live sites before. Comfort with a terminal / command line — Python scripts, basic bash, running build commands. You don't need to write code; you need to run it, read errors, and know when to ask. SiteGround, cPanel or comparable shared hosting experience — File Manager, SFTP, DNS records, email accounts. Cloudflare — DNS setup, SSL modes, caching, at minimum. Google Search Console — property verification, sitemap submission, coverage reports. SEO fundamentals — title tags, meta descriptions, canonicals, sitemap.xml, schema.org basics, redirects. Basic HTML and CSS literacy — enough to read what a page is doing and edit copy without breaking layout. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out ! Thank you Fred

I'm building ReviewLoop, a SaaS that helps freelancers and small agencies collect client testimonials and publish them anywhere. Looking for a MERN developer to build the MVP.
Core flow: user creates a branded collection space → shares a link with a client → client submits a written or video testimonial → user moderates → approved testimonials render through an embeddable widget on any site. Scope of work: Auth & workspaces — email/password with JWT refresh rotation, plus workspace-level roles (owner, editor). Multi-user from day one, not bolted on later. Collection spaces — CRUD with custom branding, custom question sets, and a shareable public link with optional expiry. Submission flow — public page with written form or in-browser video recording (MediaRecorder API), chunked upload to S3 with presigned URLs, and a background job that generates a thumbnail plus a transcript. AI assist layer — using the Anthropic API: auto-summarize long testimonials into a pull-quote, suggest a headline, and flag submissions that read as spam or low quality. Prompt and schema design is part of the work; I'll cover the API cost. Moderation dashboard — approve, hide, reorder via drag-and-drop, tag testimonials, bulk actions, search and filter. Embeddable widget — single 'script' tag, Shadow DOM so host-site CSS can't break it, three layouts (grid, carousel, single quote), theme options, lazy-loaded, and cached server-side. Analytics — per-space view counts, submission conversion rate, and widget impressions. Aggregated with a MongoDB pipeline, shown as a simple chart. Public API + webhooks — API keys per workspace, rate limiting, and a webhook fired on new submission (Zapier-friendly payload). Deployment — Vercel + Render/Railway, environment config documented, seed script, and a short handover doc. Stack requirements: MongoDB, Express, React, Node — TypeScript throughout, no any escapes Tailwind, React Query, Zod for validation on both ends BullMQ or similar for background jobs Basic test coverage on the submission and widget paths GitHub repo I own from day one, conventional commits, PR per milestone Milestones: Auth, workspaces, collection space CRUD Submission flow with media upload and background processing AI assist layer and moderation dashboard Widget, analytics, API/webhooks, deploy and handover I'm a senior full-stack engineer, so I'll review every PR and I'll be fast on decisions and unblocking. That also means I'll notice shortcuts — apply only if you're comfortable with real code review. Budget: $500 fixed for the full scope. This is a portfolio-grade product and I'll give a detailed public review plus a written reference. If it goes well, phase two (Stripe billing, LinkedIn and Google Reviews import, white-label domains) goes to the same developer at a higher rate. In your proposal, please include: A live MERN app you built, and which parts you personally wrote How you'd handle the widget so host-site CSS can't break it How you'd structure the AI calls to return reliable JSON Your realistic timeline in working days

I am looking for a developer to finish and deploy an existing website code for a project called The Trauma Contract / The Contract Profile.
Important: the website has already been designed and built. I will provide the complete website files (HTML/CSS/assets), so I am not looking for a new website design or a website to be built from scratch. I want the existing design retained. The main development work is making the existing site functional. The website includes an online self-reflection questionnaire called The Contract Profile. I already have the questionnaire, scoring methodology, 11 possible Contract types, 55 combination profiles and the written content for the results. I can provide all of this to the successful developer. You do not need to design the questionnaire or create the scoring system yourself; it needs to be implemented according to the rules I provide. The main customer journey needs to be: Website → questionnaire → automated scoring → free summary result → option to purchase full Contract Profile → Stripe payment → full result unlocked. The completed site needs the following functionality: * Take my existing website files and deploy them properly. * Connect the existing questionnaire to a secure scoring system. * Save questionnaire/results data to a database. I am happy to use Supabase or another inexpensive solution if you recommend something simpler. * Calculate the user’s Contract Profile automatically using the scoring rules I provide. * Show the user a free summary result after completion. * Integrate Stripe Checkout so users can purchase their full personalised profile. * After successful payment, securely unlock/display the appropriate full profile from the 55 possible profiles. * Ideally give the customer a secure link so they can return to their purchased result without needing a complicated account/login system. * Add a straightforward route for purchasing my book. This can simply link to the appropriate external retailer/payment page rather than building a custom ecommerce store. * Integrate an existing booking service for 1:1 coaching rather than building a bespoke booking system. * Make sure the existing contact form works. * Make sure the site works properly on mobile/tablet/desktop. * Basic security, privacy/GDPR considerations and protection of the assessment scoring logic. * Connect my domain and deploy the finished website. * Provide the source code and a short handover explaining how everything works. I already have substantial content and development assets, including the website frontend, questionnaire questions, scoring rules, Contract descriptions and 55 result profiles. I want these used rather than recreated. I am trying to keep the first version simple and inexpensive. Please use established services and existing integrations wherever possible rather than building custom systems unnecessarily. For example, Stripe for payment, Supabase for database/backend and an existing booking platform for coaching are absolutely fine. This is an MVP. I do not currently need a bespoke ecommerce system, membership system, complex user accounts, custom booking software, mobile app or a complete redesign. When applying Please briefly tell me: 1. Whether you are comfortable working from an existing HTML/CSS website rather than rebuilding it. 2. How you would implement the questionnaire → scoring → free result → Stripe → paid result process. 3. What technology you would use for the backend/database. 4. Whether you can deploy the finished website and connect the domain. 5. Your fixed price for completing the MVP. 6. Anything you think can be simplified to reduce the cost. Please do not quote for redesigning the website. The design and most of the content already exist.

Skills We're Looking For • Strong WordPress experience • Experience modifying existing WordPress websites • Elementor and/or other WordPress page-builder experience • HTML and CSS knowledge • Responsive/mobile design experience • Basic WordPress SEO knowledge • Plugin configuration and troubleshooting • Strong attention to detail • Ability to maintain an existing company's branding and design standards • AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO) – required • Traditional SEO and on-page optimization • Schema markup and structured data • Content structure optimized for both search engines and AI answer engines Experience with B2B, managed IT, cybersecurity, healthcare, or other professional-services websites is a plus. Communication Good communication is important to us. We are looking for someone who: • Responds within a reasonable timeframe • Confirms that they understand an assignment before beginning • Asks questions when instructions are unclear rather than making assumptions • Provides an estimated completion time • Communicates if an issue will affect the scope, cost, or timeline • Lets us know when work is ready for review • Is comfortable making revisions based on feedback We don't expect constant communication. We want someone who is responsive, professional, and keeps us informed. How We Like to Work We prefer a straightforward working relationship. We will typically send a list of website changes or a specific project, agree on the expected work, and let you complete it. We value someone who can work independently and follow instructions, but we also appreciate suggestions when you see a better way to accomplish something. We are not looking for someone who will make major design, plugin, or website changes without discussing them with us first. For larger or potentially disruptive changes, we prefer that work be completed and reviewed in a staging environment before being pushed to the live website. Long-Term Opportunity We will begin with a small paid project to evaluate quality, communication, attention to detail, and turnaround time. If the initial project goes well, our goal is to establish an ongoing relationship so we have a trusted WordPress resource available whenever website changes are needed. Budget: Approximately $15/hour When applying, please provide 2–3 examples of WordPress websites you personally worked on, briefly explain your role on each, and let us know your typical availability and turnaround time for small website changes. Screening Question If we provide you with an existing WordPress page and ask you to create a new page that closely matches its design, layout, fonts, spacing, and mobile responsiveness, briefly explain how you would approach the project. Please begin your proposal with “WordPress Support” so we know you reviewed the complete posting.pe will be determined after hire

Reusable ASP.NET Core SME Foundation — Users + Clients + Vehicles
Applied

|
I am looking for an experienced C# / ASP.NET Core developer to build a production-quality REUSABLE CORE V1 that will become the starting point for multiple future SME client applications.
This is NOT a prototype or generic CRM template. I handle client discovery, business analysis and requirements. Your role is to implement a clear specification, test it properly and deliver maintainable code another competent ASP.NET developer can continue later. V1 SCOPE - Authentication / users / simple permissions - Clients - Vehicles - Search, filters, sorting, pagination - Exports and basic history - Polished responsive business UI - Strong reusable technical foundation Future modules such as Scheduling, Quotes, Work Orders, Catalogue and Stock are OUT OF SCOPE. All visible UI text must be European Portuguese (pt-PT). TECH STACK / PRINCIPLES Preferred: C#, ASP.NET Core, Razor Pages, EF Core, PostgreSQL, EF migrations, HTML/CSS and lightweight JS where useful. HTMX is acceptable if justified. Must be suitable for DigitalOcean App Platform. Keep architecture proportional. No microservices, CQRS, MediatR or unnecessary abstraction unless clearly justified. REPOSITORY / CONTROL The repository must remain under my control, preferably in my GitHub organization. Required: - Complete source available throughout development - Development in my repo or equivalent continuous access - Git history + migrations committed - No important source hidden in binaries/private services - No developer-owned backend dependency - No secrets in Git - Environment-based configuration - No paid dependency without prior approval - Another ASP.NET developer must be able to clone, set up and continue the project No ZIP-only handover or vendor lock-in. AUTHENTICATION / USERS Use a secure standard ASP.NET solution, preferably ASP.NET Core Identity. Required: - Login/logout - Framework password hashing; no custom encryption - Protected pages + server-side authorization - Create/edit/activate/deactivate users - Password change/reset - Clear validation/errors - Deactivated users lose protected access Roles: ADMIN: full access + user administration OPERATOR: normal operational access Keep permissions simple but easy to extend later to module/page permissions. CLIENTS Fields: Name, Phone/contact, Email, NIF, Address, Notes, Created/Updated timestamps, Active/Archived state. Required: create/view/edit, archive/reactivate, no normal hard-delete of important history, fast partial search, filters/sorting/pagination, client detail with associated vehicles, server validation, friendly errors/empty states and export. VEHICLES One client may have multiple vehicles. Fields: Registration plate, VIN/chassis number, Make, Model, Notes, Current owner/client, Created/Updated timestamps, Active/Archived state. Required: create/view/edit, archive/reactivate, link to client, search by plate/VIN/client, filters/sorting/pagination, vehicle detail, export and ownership/history information. Portuguese plate normalization is important. AA-00-AA, AA00AA and aa 00 aa must compare/search consistently; formatting differences must not create duplicates. VIN needs sensible normalization/validation and duplicate protection where appropriate. OWNERSHIP / HISTORY Vehicles may change owner. Transfer the existing vehicle to the new client while preserving previous ownership/history. Do NOT destroy previous history, duplicate the vehicle because ownership changed, or silently overwrite the old relationship. At minimum preserve current owner, previous owner, ownership change date, created/updated timestamps and archive/reactivate state. SEARCH / FILTERS / EXPORTS Provide module-specific and global search. Clients: name, contact, email, NIF where appropriate. Vehicles: plate, VIN, make/model, client. Global search: at minimum client name, contact, plate and VIN. Global results must identify record type and open the correct record quickly. Normalize plate, phone, whitespace/case where useful. Lists need relevant filters, sorting, pagination and Active/Archived filtering. Exports: - Client list - Vehicle list - CSV and/or XLSX, preferably XLSX if commercially licensed - Respect active filters where practical - Clean printable/PDF client and vehicle summaries where useful Any Excel/PDF library must be commercially compatible and disclosed. UI / UX Dashboard: active client/vehicle counts, quick search, New Client and New Vehicle. Priorities: - Search first - Few unnecessary clicks - Avoid retyping stored data - Compact forms/tables - Clear feedback/validation/error states - Confirm genuinely destructive actions - Preserve context where possible Avoid giant cards, huge headings and excessive whitespace. Target: - Desktop-first - Excellent at 1366x768 and 1920x1080 - Responsive tablet support - Mobile usable for basic lookup/editing where reasonable DATA INTEGRITY Use server-side validation, DB constraints/unique indexes, foreign keys, transactions where needed, referential integrity, safe race/concurrency handling and no dangerous cascade deletion of important history. Client-side validation cannot be the only protection. Ownership transfer must not leave partial state after failure. DEMO DATA Provide optional fictional Portuguese-style seed data with 20+ clients, vehicles, archived and ownership-history examples. TESTING / QA Automated tests are expected for: - Authentication/authorization and deactivated users - Client create/edit/archive/reactivate - Vehicle create/edit/archive/reactivate - Client-vehicle relationships - Normalized plate search/duplicate protection - VIN behaviour where relevant - Ownership transfer preserving history - Important validation/DB constraints Do not rely exclusively on EF Core InMemory for relational/persistence behaviour. Before delivery perform a manual pass covering login, users, client/vehicle CRUD, search, archive/reactivate, ownership transfer, filters/exports, permissions and responsive behaviour. I will perform acceptance QA. Bugs against the agreed specification must be fixed before final acceptance. DEPLOYMENT / BACKUPS Target: DigitalOcean App Platform + PostgreSQL. Required: environment-based configuration, dev/production separation, documented migrations, HTTPS compatibility, no critical data stored only on ephemeral filesystem, README for local/production setup and realistic documented backup/restore strategy. OUT OF SCOPE Do NOT implement unless separately agreed: Scheduling/appointments; workers; Quotes; Work Orders/Repairs; Catalogue; Inventory/Stock; Suppliers/Purchasing; certified invoicing/Moloni/Vendus; accounting; WhatsApp/SMS/email automation; external plate/VIN APIs; AI; native mobile apps; multi-tenant SaaS; multiple branches; complex analytics; external calendars; customer portal. FUTURE EXTENSION This V1 is intentionally a reusable core. Future paid projects may add Scheduling, Quotes, Work Orders, Catalogue, Stock, etc. Another developer must be able to receive this repo and add modules without rewriting the core. OWNERSHIP / REUSE / IP - IMPORTANT This project is commissioned as a reusable commercial foundation. For original code/components created and delivered under this engagement, I require permanent commercial rights to run, host, copy, modify, adapt, extend, create derivative works, reuse across future commercial client projects, reuse individual modules, give other developers access, deploy separate client instances, incorporate into client software and sublicense necessary usage rights. These rights must be perpetual, irrevocable after payment, worldwide and royalty-free. I am NOT asking for exclusivity over legitimate pre-existing generic know-how/code. If you use pre-existing/background components: - Disclose them before implementation - You may retain ownership - I need perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free commercial rights to use/modify/incorporate them into future client applications - They must not create dependency on you or require repurchasing the same developer-owned licence per client - Another developer must be legally/technically able to maintain the applications Third-party/open-source licences must be disclosed and commercially compatible. Client data, branding and confidential client-specific information may never be reused. If you are not comfortable with these reuse rights, do not bid. HANDOVER Final handover includes: - Complete source in my repository + Git history - DB schema + EF migrations - Automated tests + working application - Demo seed - README/local setup - Environment/config + DB/migration instructions - Deployment instructions - Backup/restore instructions - Dependency/licence list - QA summary + known limitations BID REQUIREMENTS I want a FIXED PRICE for the COMPLETE scope. Do not bid artificially low and later claim authentication, exports, tests, responsive UI, history or documentation were excluded. Do NOT begin development before being selected. Your bid must include: 1. Fixed price for complete scope 2. Delivery time 3. Confirmation you read the full specification 4. Proposed architecture/project structure 5. Testing/QA approach 6. How you will test relational/data-integrity rules 7. Anything you would simplify/challenge and why 8. Any paid library/service 9. Proposed post-delivery defect-fix period 10. Explicit confirmation of ownership/reuse terms 11. Relevant ASP.NET Core work/repos 12. Any assumption affecting price Cheapest does not automatically win. I will compare technical understanding, experience, judgement, QA, maintainability, communication, delivery time, fixed price, reviews/history and lack of vendor lock-in. SUCCESS The result must be a polished REUSABLE CORE V1 good enough to demonstrate to a business owner as professional software and good enough that another developer can later preserve the existing core and add new modules without rebuilding it. That is the purpose of this project. Skills: JavaScript, C# Programming, PostgreSQL, Software Development, Git, Web Development, Documentation, .NET Core, Database Management, API Development

I have a live Wix website that needs both design refinement and a bit of development polish. The goal is to modernise the overall look while making sure every change works flawlessly inside the Wix environment.
Here’s what I want done: • Layout and structure – reorganise pages and sections so navigation feels intuitive on desktop and mobile. • Color scheme and fonts – apply a cohesive palette and typographic hierarchy in line with my brand guidelines. • Graphics and images – swap out current visuals with high-resolution replacements, optimise them for fast loading, and adjust cropping where needed. • Spacing fixes – tighten up inconsistent margins, padding, and line spacing for a clean, balanced appearance. • Light functional tweaks – any minor code or Wix app adjustments necessary to support the new design. I will provide the new imagery, brand colours, and font files. Please carry out the changes directly in my Wix account, test responsiveness, and leave detailed notes so I can maintain the site after hand-over. Deliverable is the updated live site plus a short hand-over document outlining what was changed and where to edit it in the Wix editor. **Title: Web Designer / Front-End Developer to Polish Existing Website and Deploy on GoDaddy**
I’ve built a working website using Claude for **Chatham, a private network for senior cybersecurity executives**. I’m looking for someone with excellent design taste and hands-on technical skills to help me refine it and take it live. The existing site uses plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Files and initial branding are already available. **What I need:** * **Elevate the design:** Improve typography, spacing, imagery, visual hierarchy, and overall polish. The aesthetic should feel like a sophisticated private members’ club—understated, exclusive, and credible. * **Refine the mobile experience:** Make the navigation, page layout, and application flow work beautifully across phones, tablets, and desktops. * **Make the application form functional:** Connect submissions to an agreed inbox or system, with spam protection and proper success/error handling. * **Deploy on GoDaddy:** Review my existing account and hosting setup, identify what is needed, and work with me to launch the site on my domain, including HTTPS and domain redirects where needed. * **Check launch readiness:** Test links, forms, browser compatibility, loading speed, and basic accessibility. Flag placeholder content for my review before launch. * **Help me keep iterating with Claude:** Keep the code organized and easy to update. Provide a short recorded walkthrough showing how to edit, preview, publish, and restore a previous version. **How we’ll work:** I want a hands-on collaborator who can join screen-sharing sessions, make thoughtful suggestions, and implement them. I will continue using Claude to iterate, so comfort reviewing and improving AI-generated code is essential. Please preserve the simple existing architecture unless you can explain a clear reason to change it. **To apply, include:** 1. Two live websites you personally designed and implemented, explaining your exact contribution. 2. Your answers to the screening questions below. 3. Your estimated cost and timeline, separated into design refinement, implementation, and deployment. 4. Your availability for live working sessions in U.S. Eastern Time. Success means a polished, functioning website live on my domain—and a clear process for updating it myself. Client's questions:

I’m looking for a collaborative partner who can both design and host two websites for me in clearly defined stages.
Phase 1 (deadline: end of October) centres on our first site, a clean, responsive business-promotion presence. It must include: • A working contact form that routes enquiries to my email • Concise service descriptions laid out for easy scanning • Narrative sections titled “Who we are”, “How can we assist”, “Our value proposition”, and a brief “Why are we different?” spotlight The goal is a professional look that loads quickly on desktop and mobile, is simple for me to update, and sits on reliable, secure hosting you manage for me. Phase 2 runs through to December 2026. During that window we’ll refine the first site as needed and build a second site (scope still to be defined), so I’d like someone comfortable with an ongoing, milestone-based relationship. Please let me know: • Which platform you suggest (WordPress, Webflow, custom HTML, etc.) and why • Your hosting stack and how you handle backups, SSL, and basic maintenance • A brief outline of your timeline for each deliverable in Phase 1 I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on the approach and schedule. We’re looking for an experienced Shopify Developer to help us with an upcoming project, with the potential for ongoing work if it proves to be a good fit and communication is strong.
You should have at least two years of professional Shopify development experience and be confident working with custom code, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with Shopify Plus stores, checkout extensions, app extensions, or more advanced Shopify customizations would be a big plus, but it is not required. We are ideally looking for someone based in Eastern Europe or a similar time zone. What we’re looking for: • Strong Shopify development experience • Pixel perfect development skills and great attention to detail • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Excellent communication and good spoken and written English • Accountability and reliability when it comes to deadlines • Ability to understand requirements and ask questions when something is unclear • Comfortable joining a video call when needed • Comfortable recording short video explanations or instructions when needed • Able to communicate progress clearly and flag any issues early rather than waiting until a deadline We value communication just as much as technical ability. We are looking for someone dependable who can work independently, communicate clearly, and build a good long term working relationship with us. If the first project goes well, there is a strong possibility of ongoing Shopify development work. If this sounds like a good fit, please apply with a short introduction, examples of Shopify stores you have worked on, and a brief explanation of your experience with custom Shopify development. I want to showcase my photography and design work online through a vibrant, fully-responsive creative portfolio. The site should feel immersive—think smooth page transitions, subtle animations, and the occasional 3-D element that gives each project real depth without slowing the experience down.
Core features I need developed: • Image gallery with lightbox and category filters so visitors can dive straight into collections. • Client testimonials displayed in an engaging, scroll-friendly format. • Contact form that routes messages to my email and stores a copy in the dashboard. • Prominent social icons linking to Instagram, Behance, and LinkedIn. Motion is important to me. Micro-animations on hover, scroll-triggered reveals, and at least one tasteful WebGL or Three.js 3-D animation will help set the tone. Clean code, fast load times, and SEO-friendly structure are non-negotiable. Tech stack is flexible—feel free to suggest React, Next.js, or a lightweight alternative—but the final hand-off must include: 1. Source files and clear setup instructions. 2. A CMS or markdown-based workflow so I can add new projects myself. 3. Cross-browser testing reports confirming everything works on the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Website Speed Optimization & Security Improvements - MorphoClarity

|
We are looking to improve the overall speed, loading experience and security of our existing MorphoClarity website.
The Current Issue At the moment, we are facing noticeable page loading and reload-speed issues, particularly on mobile. The website has been built over time using WordPress, Elementor and Astra, and as more pages, features and integrations have been added, the overall loading experience has become heavier than we would like. What We Want to Achieve The goal is to optimise the existing website across all devices — mobile, tablet and desktop — as much as reasonably possible without compromising: The current design and visual quality Existing functionality User experience Payment and booking systems Overall appearance of the website The optimisation should provide a strong and consistent loading experience across all devices, with maximum attention given to mobile performance, where loading speed is currently the biggest concern. The website should therefore be reviewed and optimised holistically rather than focusing on only one device type or a handful of pages. Website Performance We would like someone experienced with WordPress performance optimisation to properly go through the website, identify the main causes of the slow loading/reload behaviour and optimise the setup accordingly. The optimisation should cover all customer-facing, frontend pages currently available on the website, rather than being limited to only the homepage or a few selected pages. This includes the different types of pages customers can actually visit and interact with, such as: Homepage Service pages Service/payment-related pages Booking-related customer-facing pages Information and content pages Existing landing pages Any other publicly accessible customer-facing frontend pages The focus should be on improving the actual experience a customer has when visiting and navigating the website. Areas that may need to be reviewed include: Caching and server-side optimisation JavaScript and CSS loading Fonts and external resources Images and other media Plugins and unnecessary resources Elementor and Astra performance Page loading and rendering behaviour Mobile-specific performance considerations Any other factors contributing to the current performance issues The optimisation should be carried out thoughtfully, ensuring that improving speed does not negatively affect the website's design, responsiveness, functionality or overall user experience. Security We have also identified some security issues within the existing setup that need to be addressed. These should be resolved carefully while ensuring that: Existing payment functionality continues to work Booking functionality remains unaffected Important website features do not break The overall website remains stable after the changes New Landing Pages We are also building lightweight landing pages specifically for paid advertising. These pages have already been designed with speed in mind and are currently loading considerably faster than the main website. We would like them to be reviewed and optimised where necessary while keeping their existing design and conversion-focused structure intact. The aim is to make sure these pages remain as fast as possible across devices while maintaining the quality and experience we have designed for them. Handover & Documentation One thing that is particularly important to us is understanding what has been done and how we can maintain the performance going forward. At the end of the project, we would appreciate clear documentation covering: The main performance issues identified The key optimisations implemented Important settings/configurations changed Security issues addressed Anything we should be careful about going forward Best practices we should follow when adding new pages, images, features or content This will also help us ensure that future pages and updates do not unnecessarily bring the performance back down. Overall We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the performance side, identify the underlying issues rather than simply applying generic optimisation, and improve the loading experience across the website. The website is already live, and the objective is to optimise what we have rather than redesign or rebuild it. The final goal is a faster, smoother and more reliable website across mobile, tablet and desktop, while preserving the current design, functionality and user experience — with maximum attention given to improving the mobile experience. We would also like the identified security issues to be resolved properly and the work to be documented so that we can maintain the improvements going forward. Skills: WordPress, Website Optimization
