I’m looking for a keto chef or recipe developer to help create original, legally usable keto recipes for a cookbook focused on brain health and epilepsy.

The cookbook is based on my personal journey: I have epilepsy and underwent two failed brain surgeries. I eventually turned to the keto diet, which helped improve my condition where nothing else did.

I want this book to help others in similar situations.

I’m seeking someone to create 15 to 30 original, high-fat, low-carb recipes suited to epilepsy and brain health. Recipes should have accessible ingredients and be clear and easy to follow.

Providing photos is optional, but if possible, please include guidance on what photos would be needed.

Ideally, you have experience in recipe development, keto, ketogenic cooking, or nutrition, and you understand or are open to learning about keto for medical purposes — especially epilepsy.

If you’re passionate about health food and helping people, this could be a great fit. This is a passion project that I am committed to doing properly and professionally.
