We're a UAE-registered boutique consultancy that delivers client projects through a network of vetted freelancers. We're looking for a reliable, detail-obsessed Operations Coordinator to run our day-to-day back office and keep everything moving.
You're the person who makes sure contracts go out, freelancers are onboarded properly, hours and invoices reconcile, and nothing slips through the cracks. As you go, you'll document how we work, turning our processes into clean SOPs that become the backbone of how we scale.
Part-time, around 10 hours per week to start, ongoing, with room to grow as you take on more.
## What you'll do
**Contracting (execution)**
- Prepare and issue client contracts and proposals from our templates using DocuSign
- Prepare and issue freelancer MSAs, engagement schedules, and confidentiality/data agreements
- Track everything from sent to signed, and chase what's outstanding
**Freelancer & client coordination**
- Onboard new freelancers and keep their records clean and current
- Be the reliable point of contact who keeps engagements organized
**Finance & admin coordination**
- Follow up on expense submissions and enforce our input protocol
- Check freelancer hours against invoices and flag any discrepancies
- Keep the flow from freelancer hours to bookkeeping to client invoicing on track
- Coordinate with our bookkeeper and keep records tidy
**Compliance coordination (tracking, not filing)**
- Maintain a compliance calendar and make sure deadlines are met
- Coordinate UAE corporate tax and quarterly VAT filings with our agency (they file, you keep it on schedule)
**Documentation & systems upkeep**
- Document each process as a clear SOP as you learn it
- Build out our internal knowledge hub in Notion (or similar) so policies and processes live in one place
- Maintain simple trackers (Google Sheets or Airtable) for things like commissions and engagement status
Over time, these documented processes are what we'll systematize and automate, so there's a clear path to grow the role.
## Who we're looking for
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar, ideally supporting a small agency, consultancy, or founder-led business
- Comfortable handling contracts and e-signature tools like DocuSign
- Confident with basic finance coordination (invoices, expenses, reconciling hours), even if you're not an accountant
- Organized to a fault, proactive, and great at chasing loose ends without being asked twice
- A natural documenter who likes turning messy processes into clean, repeatable steps
- Fluent in tools like Notion, Google Workspace, and Airtable
- Excellent written English and trustworthy with confidential information
## Nice to have
- Familiarity with UAE business compliance (corporate tax, VAT, e-invoicing)
- Experience coordinating freelancer or contractor networks
- Some overlap with UAE / Gulf Standard Time hours (helpful, not required)
## Details
- Part-time, roughly 10 hours per week to start, ongoing
- Fully remote
- Hourly, long-term relationship preferred
## How to apply
1. Start your message with the word **"ANCHOR"** so we know you read this.
2. In two or three sentences, describe a back-office process you owned or ran end to end, and how you kept it organized.
3. Tell us which tools you work in daily, and note any UAE compliance exposure.
4. Share your weekly availability and hourly rate.

# RAK ICC Approved Registered Agent Required for Ongoing Property RPC Work
We are seeking an experienced **RAK ICC-approved registered agent** to establish a standardised Restricted Purposes Company structure for UAE property ownership.
This is not a one-off company-registration assignment.
We are building a repeatable property ownership framework that may require a separate RAK ICC RPC for each property or investor group. The successful provider will have the opportunity to become our preferred registered agent and receive the ongoing company formation, renewal and administration work generated through our clients.
## Proposed company structure
The expected structure will generally include:
* RAK ICC Restricted Purposes Company
* One property held by each RPC
* Generally up to four individual shareholders
* Typically 25% ownership per shareholder
* No UAE residence visas required
* No operational trading activity
* No physical office beyond the required registered office
* Standardised documentation capable of being reused for future RPCs
* Ongoing registered-agent, renewal and compliance services
The exact structure must be reviewed and confirmed by the successful applicant before implementation.
## Initial assignment
The first stage of the engagement will be to:
1. Review the proposed property ownership structure.
2. Confirm whether a RAK ICC Restricted Purposes Company is appropriate.
3. Identify any regulatory, property ownership, tax, compliance or banking considerations.
4. Establish the first RPC.
5. Create a compliant standard template and process that can be efficiently replicated for future clients and properties.
6. Provide a clear schedule of establishment and annual renewal costs.
The structure and templates must be practical, compliant and suitable for repeated use, while allowing the shareholder names, ownership percentages and property details to be updated for each new company.
## Ongoing opportunity
The provider selected for the initial structure will be considered for appointment as our preferred provider for:
* future RAK ICC RPC formations;
* registered-agent services;
* registered-office services;
* annual company renewals;
* beneficial-owner and KYC administration;
* shareholder and director updates;
* share transfers;
* corporate-tax registration and compliance;
* accounting and annual reporting;
* bank-account assistance, where required; and
* ongoing support for our clients.
Our intention is to develop a long-term relationship with one reliable provider rather than using different agents for each company.
Subject to competitive pricing, service quality, compliance and responsiveness, the successful provider will earn the opportunity to handle the RAK ICC company work generated through our client network.
## Required experience
Applicants must have direct experience with:
* RAK International Corporate Centre;
* Restricted Purposes Companies;
* property-holding companies or SPVs;
* multi-shareholder company structures;
* registered-agent and registered-office services;
* UAE beneficial-ownership and KYC requirements;
* UAE corporate-tax obligations; and
* annual company administration and renewals.
Preference will be given to applicants who are directly listed as an approved RAK ICC registered agent.
Accountants, tax advisers and corporate-services professionals may apply only where they work directly with an approved RAK ICC registered agent. You must clearly identify the approved agent who will formally establish and maintain the companies.
## Pricing requirements
We require transparent and commercially competitive fixed pricing.
Please provide a separate breakdown for:
* RAK ICC government incorporation fees;
* registered-agent fees;
* registered-office fees;
* KYC and compliance fees;
* document preparation fees;
* first-year total cost;
* annual renewal cost;
* accounting and corporate-tax compliance;
* share transfers or shareholder changes;
* corporate bank-account assistance, if offered; and
* discounted pricing for repeat or volume company formations.
We are not seeking a heavily marked-up retail company-formation package.
The selected provider will have access to ongoing work, so pricing should reflect the potential for a repeat-volume relationship.
## Application questions
Please answer each of the following:
1. Are you or your firm an approved RAK ICC registered agent?
2. What is the exact legal name of the approved registered-agent firm?
3. Can you provide a link to your listing in the official RAK ICC agent directory?
4. How many RAK ICC companies have you established?
5. How many Restricted Purposes Companies have you established?
6. Have you established RPCs or SPVs that hold UAE real estate?
7. Can you create a standardised company structure and document template for repeated use?
8. What is your complete first-year establishment cost?
9. What is your complete annual renewal cost?
10. What government, agent or third-party costs are excluded?
11. What repeat-volume pricing can you offer?
12. What is the expected incorporation timeframe after receiving complete KYC documents?
13. Can you provide ongoing accounting and UAE corporate-tax support?
14. Can you assist with company bank-account establishment if required?
Please include a written fee breakdown with your application.
Generic proposals, referral-only providers and applications stating only “contact us for pricing” will not be considered.

Hi — I have a two-member Wyoming LLC (partnership). One partner is a US citizen (has an SSN), the other is a non-US person, and the 2025 Form 1065 is late. I need the late 1065 + two K-1s, Schedules K-2/K-3, and a written Section 1446/ECI position on the foreign partner, all e-filed. I'd also want the late-filing penalty handled — a First-Time Abatement request once the IRS assesses it.
Can you file all of that, and are you a US EA/CPA who can represent us if the IRS sends a notice? Please quote your all-in fee (including the abatement) and turnaround.

Here's the line to add — it sets the low-volume expectation while flagging the intercompany/inter-country and agency work that remains. I'd put it in the Overview and echo the specifics in the scope:
Transaction and admin volume is expected to be low; however, there are intercompany and inter-country invoices and agreements to sign or review, and letters to agencies to manage or send as needed.
We're a private client with cross-border operations (US, Canada and a winding-down India entity) looking for a licensed US CPA to fully own the US entities — tax, compliance, incorporations and entity administration. Work is coordinated through our accountant, who acts as the single point of contact; you'd own all US matters and review intercompany items at a high level. Transaction and admin volume is expected to be low, however there are intercompany and inter-country invoices and agreements to sign or review, and letters to agencies to manage or send as needed. Like the Canada and India CPAs, you're expected to organise and maintain your files, own intercompany and inter-country liability, and review, correct and inherit all past work — although no issues are known and the books are to be 95% accurate, which you verify. Both an MSA and an NDA are required before access is shared.
Scope — Year 1
Own the existing US entity end-to-end: tax, compliance and entity administration.
Prepare and file the US corporate return (Form 1120 / 1120-S), including on extension or catch-up if needed.
Manage rental / real-estate matters and tenant accounts; provide real-estate sales assistance as needed.
Review or sign intercompany and inter-country invoices and agreements; draft, manage or send letters to agencies as needed.
Handle US admin and correspondence — bank account opening/closing and related communication, and essentially manage all US-related dealings with banks, the IRS, New York State (NYS), and the registered agent (RA).
Incorporate 3 new US entities (a holding LLC, a fund/SPV-type entity, and a personal LLC) — an additional $200 for the incorporations.
Assign a client-owned digital registered agent across the entities.
Close a past Delaware entity (Certificate of Cancellation + mailed closure letter).
Coordinate with our India point of contact and Canada CPA.
Scope — Normal annual (recurring, Year 2 onward)
Management and annual filings for 4 entities + 1 personal filing (5 total).
Annual corporate tax filing (1120 / 1120-S) per entity, plus the personal return.
Ongoing intercompany / inter-country invoices and agreements to review or sign, and agency letters as needed.
Ongoing US admin and correspondence — banks, IRS, NYS and the registered agent.
Rental / property and tenant matters kept current.
Budget & structure
Milestone-based via Upwork. Year 1: $1,200 (US ownership, tax and cleanup — including the +$200 to incorporate the 3 new entities). Year 2 onward: $1,000/year to manage the 4 + 1 personal filings. Low transaction volume. Open to a per-entity or flat quote — propose what works. Third-party filing fees (state incorporation, registered agent, Delaware cancellation) are reimbursed separately.
Requirements
Active US CPA license.
US corporate tax (1120 / 1120-S) and multi-entity management experience.
Delaware / multi-state incorporation, registered-agent setup, and entity cancellation experience.
Comfortable reviewing/signing intercompany and inter-country invoices and agreements, and drafting agency correspondence.
Experience handling bank, IRS, NYS and registered-agent correspondence.
Rental / real-estate and personal-filing experience.
Comfortable working with an offshore point of contact and signing an MSA and NDA.

We are a US Delaware C-Corporation (100% foreign-owned by three individuals, all based in Egypt) that operates through a structure of Delaware C-Corp → Egyptian operating subsidiary → Saudi Arabian operating subsidiary. We need a US tax attorney (not a CPA/bookkeeper - must be a licensed attorney) to advise on and manage remediation of a Form 5472 compliance gap.
Background:
- Our current CPA firm has identified that Form 5472 (Information Return of a 25% Foreign-Owned US Corporation) was not filed in the prior tax year, despite reportable related-party transactions (an intercompany loan to our Saudi affiliate, and founder capital contributions).
- We need an attorney to independently assess the scope of exposure, advise on the correct remediation path, and manage the late-filing process - rather than relying solely on our accounting firm's recommendation.
Scope of work:
- Delaware to Saudi entity transaction happened only in year 2024, so we will need to submit year 2024 as late submission with reasoning and 2025
- Advise on late-filing strategy, including preparation of a reasonable cause statement to support penalty abatement (IRC §6038A penalty framework —- $25,000 per form, per related party, per year, with escalation for continued non-filing).
- Advise on personal exposure for the majority foreign shareholder/officer, separate from corporate exposure.
- Coordinate directly with our existing CPA firm to prepare and file any outstanding Form 5472s correctly, under attorney supervision (to preserve privilege where applicable).
Ideal candidate:
- Licensed US tax attorney (JD + relevant bar admission), with specific experience in IRC §6038A / - Form 5472 compliance for foreign-owned US corporations.
- Experience with reasonable cause penalty abatement requests to the IRS.
- Familiarity with MENA-region founder/ownership structures a plus.
- Comfortable working with an existing outside CPA firm rather than replacing them.
I’m looking for an accountant with expertise in Australia–UK cross-border tax and business structures for a one-off consultation (60–90 minutes).
Background
I established an Australian Pty Ltd company before moving to London. Prior to launching the business, I incurred significant startup costs through the Australian company, including branding, product development, legal, trademarks, samples, website development and other pre-launch expenses.
I now intend to incorporate a UK limited company and operate the business from the UK, with products sold primarily to customers in the UK and Europe.
What I need advice on
My main objective is ensuring I don’t lose the tax benefit of the startup costs already incurred and that the business is structured correctly going forward.
Specifically, I’d like advice on:
* Whether the business assets and intellectual property should be formally transferred from the Australian company to the new UK company (e.g. through an IP or asset transfer agreement).
* Whether doing so allows the UK company to benefit from the pre-incorporation expenditure and claim any available UK corporation tax deductions.
* Whether there are any Australian or UK tax implications of transferring those assets.
* Whether I need to keep the Australian company active after the transfer, or whether it can be wound up without creating adverse tax or compliance consequences.
* The most tax-efficient way to transition from the Australian company to a UK company while preserving the value of the expenses already incurred.
* Any other cross-border tax or legal considerations I should address before launching.
Ideal experience
Please only apply if you have experience advising clients on:
* Australia–UK cross-border tax
* Australian Pty Ltd companies
* UK limited companies
* Asset and IP transfers between companies
* Startup businesses and pre-incorporation expenditure
When applying
Please briefly describe:
1. Your experience with Australia–UK business restructures.
2. Similar clients you’ve advised.
3. How you would approach this consultation.
4. Your availability over the next month
This is initially a one-off consultation, but I’m looking to build an ongoing relationship with the right accountant as the business grows.

Bookkeeper / Ecommerce Operations Assistant (Xero, Link My Books, Veeqo)
Job Description:
We're a small, family run ecommerce business selling across Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and TikTok Shop. We're looking for a detail oriented person to keep our books accurate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day bookkeeping in Xero
- Oversee Link My Books to reconcile payouts, fees, refunds, and taxes across all four sales channels
- Calculate SKU level profit margins, including size variants
- Track monthly expenses
- Manage basic sales tax tracking
- Keep us on schedule for corporate tax deadlines
- Flag stock discrepancies or reconciliation errors as soon as they appear
Required Skills:
- Direct experience with Xero

- Direct experience with Veeqo
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and TikTok Shop seller fee structures
- Experience with product variants and bundle/kit inventory setups
Who we are:
- We're a small family operation, not a large enterprise. Please price your bids accordingly.
Who we need:
- Someone who double checks their own work without being asked
- Someone comfortable flagging errors or inconsistencies proactively
- Strong attention to detail is required, not optional
If accuracy and thoroughness aren't your strong suit, please don't apply. We've had repeated issues with careless work on this platform, so this is a hard requirement, not a preference.
